Landing on your feet
The first weeks of your time with the Madrigals were an adjustment period and a half. Each of the Madrigal children, While still deferential to Senora Madrigal, were far less deferential than you. In truth, you didn’t know what to do with your time. Most household chores were done by the house. Cooking was also an absolute bust.
“Could you hand me the cilantro?” Julietta had asked. Simple enough task right? You looked at the dried ingredients, reading the labels for cilantro, trying to hurry.
“Oh, it’s not in there. The fresh leaves.” She corrected, inclining her head. You grabbed one set of green leaves and offered them. “No, dear, that’s mint, the other one.” You nodded, and grabbed the right one. There was one benefit to failing with Julietta. She wasn’t ever harsh about it.
You scarcely said a word most days, opting to nod dutifully to anything anyone had said. This, however, was not a state of affairs the Madrigal family would stand for.
Luisa and her generation made the first concerted efforts to draw you out. Luisa insisted that you come with them into town and help as much as you felt you could. Then on the walk home she would hang back with you and want to hear all about your day, and tell you all about hers. Isabella found the best way to keep you from nodding or shaking your head was to have her back to you, planting or doing some other task while you held a object for her. Camilo would take the forms of the villagers and tell funny stories about each of them. When she wasn’t busy with Mariano, Dolores would fill you in on the latest gossip around town. Antonio introduced you to each animal and encouraged you to have long conversations with them. Mirabel did everything in her power to become your best friend, barring Luisa, of course. Soon Senora Madrigal and her children began to assist in their own ways.
You would help talk Peppa down when Felix was elsewhere, and Felix would tell jokes when every he saw you. Julietta invited you to learn in the kitchen under the rule that you had to give verbal responses. Multiple different occasions you went with Augstin and managed to keep him from getting as badly stung, although you took on your fair share of stings in term. Senora Madrigal ( Please, call me Abuella.) would have you sit with her in the evenings and she would talk about her family’s history, teaching you what you needed to know to be a Madrigal. Bruno, who had been a godsend from the start, would make odd comments, and show off his rat tellenovelas, which were quite fascinating, if a little hard to follow on occasion.
One evening you found the nursery, where you had been put up with Mirabel until it was time/you and Luisa were ready to be espoused, to be oddly close and cramped. You slipped on a robe and walked to the courtyard, finding a spot on the floor to stare up at the miracle candle.
“You never came to any of the door ceremonies, did you?” A familiar voice asked from the shadows. You looked over and spotted Luisa standing there.
“No. I heard of them from my window but I wasn’t ever allowed here. I only ever attended a handful of church services, mother wanted to keep me pure.” You said, watching the glow of the candle again. It seemed brighter as Luisa stepped closer. She seemed to hesitate before plopping down next to you.
“Be honest, do you like it here?”
“Yes!” You said, giving her a confused look.
“You’re just super quiet. I just wondered.” You blinked.
“I’ve said more these past weeks than I’ve said in entire months.” Luisa nodded and scooted a little closer.
“So you don’t want to go away? You want to stay here, with me? I mean, from what Dolores said, well the vision said you’d stay which is what she had planned for you, and no body really asked you.” She took a quick breath. “You don’t have to stay if you don’t want, is what I’m trying to say, you don’t have to pick me.” You put your hand over Luisa’s, effectively shutting her up.
“The first time I saw you, I was probably ten. You were carrying a donkey. The next time I saw you was five years later, you placed a bridge over the river. I’ve felt drawn to you for so long, I don’t know what else to do” you smiled at her, “I can’t imagine being anywhere else, with anyone else.” Luisa’s eyes grew misty, and she cleared her throat. “What about you? You didn’t get a say either.”
“Me? I get to have you, and you think I’d have a single complaint. Everyone loves you! I love…” Luisa trailed off, locking eyes with you. You moved forward slightly, not 100% sure this was right but hoping like hell it was. Luisa met you in the middle, kissing you slowly, savoring the moment.
A gentle clearing of someone’s throat set you both jumping apart. Dolores stared down from the balcony.
“You might want to get to bed, your mama was stirring.” She said quietly. You both nodded but you took the seconds before hurrying up the stairs to kiss Luisa’s knuckles. It took a moment before you heard her follow you, stopping at the landing with a long pause and the darting away.
You settled back into the nursery, smiling to yourself as you thought about her. It looked like you landed on your feet.

DBD Yandere Trickster x Dom Female Reader
Trigger Warnings: Violence, Death, Blood
This new world was different for him. There were no rules, no consequences, and no playing fair. It was the fantasy that Ji-Woon Hak had dreamed of. He was allowed to kill as he pleased, with no worry of capture. No fear of having to stop because he was caught. He could do whatever he wanted and he was praised for it.
The survivors all looked at him with fear. He craved it. He was flashy, even more so once the entity brought him to this world. He was allowed to show off, to laugh in their faces as he saw the blood-curdling fear and desperation in their eyes. All of them feared him; all except one.
She had been here a long time and had seen the killers grow in numbers. A clown, a cowboy, a nurse, a pair of twins. All of them brought new dangers. But she adapted to the new threats and overcame her fears. She got tired of being scared a long time ago. There was no escape from this world. She tried desperately to leave. She tried to kill one of the killers, Trapper, but failed. They couldn’t be injured. They didn’t feel pain. All of her plans and attempts failed. So, she dealt with it.
Maybe that is what drew the Trickster to her in the first place. When he first saw her, she sighed. Like she was tired, like she didn’t care. It made him angry. He wanted her to fear him. But she didn’t. After he sacrificed her, he thought that would make him happier. But it didn’t. It angered him in a way. But in another, it impressed him.
As time went on, he understood her. She fought well, ran him around as gens popped left and right. The frustration made him more psychotic, more angry, but she still wasn’t afraid. She was too strong for it. Perhaps that is why the entity brought her here. To remind the killers that they aren’t gods, but people and things that still bowed down to the entity.
Sometimes he saw the entity in her eyes. Not like it was controlling her, but like she was controlling it. However, the look faded once the Trickster swung his bat, sending her to the ground with a scream and a thud. The Trickster giggled, dark and giddy, always happy to catch her. It was like a treat, catching someone so rare and enchanting. A well deserved reward for his work.
As she was on the floor, she grunted and cried quietly in pain Ji-Woon watched, frozen in place. She turned to him, her back to the ground and looked up at him. She frowned, waiting for a moment as all he did was stare. “Well?” She said, impatiently.
The Trickster raised his eyebrows. He had never heard her speak before. In fact, he never heard anyone speak. He didn’t even know they could. Her voice wasn’t soft, but powerful and fierce. He kneeled down next to her, hands outstretched to pick her up. But for some reason, his hands stopped. They were shaking, like he was nervous.
She huffed, rolling her eyes at him. “What are you doing? Let’s just get this over with already,” She complained. He obeyed her command. Her voice was beautiful, and he couldn’t help but comply with her wish. He grabbed her, grunting as he did with everyone. The entity might have given him strength, but it still made him work for some things. He hoisted her over his shoulder, and he felt her immediately trying to break away. He admired her. The thought flashed across his mind and he knew it was true. He threw her on a hook, her screams filling the air. Everyone was dead. No one was there to save her. She snarled her teeth at him as the entity stabbed her, taking her soul away. He watched her float up, always curious where they go. A new trial began. And another. And a few more.
He hadn’t seen her in a while. He grew impatient. Each trial without her only made him miss her more and more. He grew angry. Each time he saw someone that wasn’t her, he killed them as quickly as he could. The sooner he was out of here, the sooner he was to see her. The entity praised him for his work. But he simply didn’t care. He wanted her with him. He couldn’t exactly say why, because even himself didn’t have an answer. To prove himself? To admire her? Whatever it was, the anxiety and anger grew until he was nearly unstoppable. The entity noticed this, and put a stop to it. Killers that got too powerful were weakened.
When he entered into the next trial, the first thing he noticed was the snow. He couldn’t feel it, exactly. He could feel it land gently onto his skin, but the effect of the cold was lost to him. He had noticed the survivors shivering once, so he knew they were affected. He liked Ormond. It was open, which gave him a good chance of hitting his blades. He also liked the fog the snow gave off, allowing him to get a little closer before the survivors noticed.
As he wandered, he heard the sound of a generator being worked on.The progress was quicker than normal. There were a couple of people on it. He grinned to himself. Time to put on a show. He raised his knives, ready. He headed over there, but stopped dead in his tracks. He heard you. Laughing.
It was so beautiful. He could barely see you, the snow affecting his vision as he was still a little ways away. You were smiling, laughing at something. Who… who was making you laugh!? Ji-Woon frowned and clutched his bat tightly. No one else was supposed to make you laugh! Only him. Only he was allowed. He moved his gaze off you to the culprit. Felix.
Felix was relatively new to this world. He was inexperienced at loops and struggled to make the right decisions. It was easy to kill the new ones. It would be so easy to kill him now. The Trickster crept closer, and the two survivors looked around. Ji-Woon quickly hid behind a wall, suddenly afraid to let you see him. Why was he so nervous? Why was his heart pounding?
“You hear that? Sounds like the Trickster,” You said to Felix. Ji-Woon felt a warmth come to his face. You recognized his music. You were paying attention to his sound. That had to mean something, right? Even if it didn’t mean anything to her, it meant a lot to the Trickster.
Felix chuckled. “If he was coming for us, we’d know. That man loves showing off.” Felix sounded rude, snobby. Trickster felt his anger seeping into him.
“Like you can say anything,” You shot back. You were defending Trickster! Almost. Ji-Woon was breathing hard, like he couldn’t hold in his excitement.
“Come on, you love it! You like modest guys, right? That’s why you like me.”
“Ehh… what?”
“Really. You and me, I feel a connection between us. Seriously, I think we should-” Felix didn’t get to finish his sentence.
The Trickster rushed him, yelling as he ran, hitting Felix with his bat. The first hit made Trickster’s heart race, a smile and a laugh rose to his lips that he couldn’t even try to stop. He wanted to kill him. How DARE he hit on her! He hit him again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and-
“STOP!”
The Trickster immediately did as he was told. He lifted the bat, putting it at his side. He admired his work for a moment. Felix was dead. He didn’t get a chance. He didn’t deserve one. Ji-Woon was panting, breathing heavily as he looked to the one who ordered him to stop.
You. You stood there, anger filling your face as you looked Ji-Woon dead in the eyes. Your eyes weren’t filled with fear. Not even now. Not even when you glanced at the remains of Felix. The Trickster scanned your eyes, trying to figure out what you were feeling. “What are you- I mean what the fuck are you- ugh! What were you thinking!” You raised your hands in the air, making fists as you felt frustrated.
Ji-Woon felt the blood dripping down his face and his clothes. The blood from the bat dripped. Plip-plop. Plip-plop. He could hear his own heartbeat and nervousness as he tried to speak. “He… He was flirting with you…”
Your look now turned to confusion. You stepped closer to him, meeting his gaze. “So why did you do that?” You said, almost gently. Almost, but not quite. Still firm, and demanding an answer.
Trickster was silent. He was trying to figure out how to respond.
“Well?”
Ji-Woon looked down at his bat. Anything but your gaze. “I couldn’t let that happen to you. You’re not his.” He said. He knew now what to say. “You’re mine.” He looked you in the eyes, finally able to admit to himself why he felt this way.
He was in love with you. He admired you, he loved your courage, he loved your skill. He loved that you weren’t afraid of him. He loved you.
Your eyes widened, your mouth open in shock. You didn’t say anything, just looked at him, then walked closer until you were against his chest. You put your hands on his chest, resting your head on him. The Trickster froze for a moment, unsure what you were doing. But he understood. He dropped his bat, something he didn’t even know he could do. He wrapped his arms around you, one around your waist, and the other holding gently onto your head. He now knew what emotion was in your eyes. It was the same one that was in his.

Warnings for this chapter: Human experiments (another warning will be placed within the story so you’ll know which paragraphs to skip should you want to)
A/N: Sorry for the delay! I’m super busy with schoolwork, so it’s a bit difficult to squeeze in time to write (and on the very short breaks I have...I may be playing Genshin Impact oops). Anyway, here’s the 11th chapter! We’re getting closer to the chapter that I am most excited to reveal~ For now, enjoy this one! It’s a bit packed-ish, so if you have any questions or comments, hit me up!
Tumblr media
“Whoa, that’s really cool.” Jeongin says as his eyes remain glued to your phone screen.
It’s a rather quiet morning, with the older agents - Chan, Minho, Changbin and Hyunjin - out on another short mission. The young agent is seated beside you on one of the lounge couches, having convinced you to show him some chemistry videos - and explain the process afterwards. You didn’t mind, finding amusement in how enthusiastic he was like a curious student in grade school. He clicked video after video, watching in awe as you narrated your scientific explanations.
“I assume that’s why Jisung wanted to have a profession in chemistry.” you lightly joke, “Chemical reactions are something else.”
“I admit that’s one reason.” Jisung responds with a laugh, “That, and science in general is fun.”
Seungmin is seated by one of the tables, circling and highlighting important parts in one of the lab reports he was reading. “I’ll have you guys know, in case nobody knew, that Jisung and I went to the same university and had so many classes together.” the young doctor says with a smirk.
“Ah!” Jisung yells, rushing over to Seungmin to try and shut him up.
Seungmin laughs innocently, unbothered by Jisung’s poor attempts to cover his mouth. He grins, “Jisung’s broken so many beakers and caused mini explosions in the lab.”
Jeongin laughs at this, leaning back on the couch, “Seems legit. Didn’t Minho say he did that a lot when he was a rookie here?”
Felix tilts his head, “I think so. For about a few months, there were so many accidents in the lab.”
Jisung forces a laugh and puts his hands on his hips, “Well, look at me now! I’m essentially like, the head of the lab department!”
Seungmin sing-songs, “So am I.”
Jeongin laughs, his eyes narrowing like slits as he does so. “Yeah, yeah.” he teases, “But both of you are horrible with physical combat.”
“We’re in the lab for a reason!” they both defend themselves, causing the youngest to laugh at their reactions.
Felix stretches before letting out a yawn, leaning on your shoulder as he gently closes his eyes. “I do love being in the tech department...but it’s so tiring to monitor a screen the whole day.”
You chuckle, giving his head a quick pat, “Well...at least you get to test out devices and technical equipment, as well as repair and upgrade these.”
“That’s true.” he hums in satisfaction, letting out another yawn.
The freckled agent melts against your side, and you can hear soft snores escaping his lips. A wave of warmth fills you as you admire his tranquil expression, something you wished you could have. In the background, you can still hear Seungmin, Jisung and Jeongin having playful banter; in a stranger’s eyes, this could have been the perfect setting to the perfect hangout session between a bunch of friends.
Maybe it was, maybe it wasn’t.
Not when every second of your life was filled with an indescribably heaviness that would wipe the smile off your face the minute you let your guard down.
Still, you let yourself relax, releasing a long sigh as you lean your head on top of Felix’s, closing your eyes to rest as well. It would have been nice, but the moment doesn’t last too long as the lounge room door opens, and an authoritative voice greets everyone in the room.
“Alright guys, time to work.”
Everyone looks towards the door, waving and grinning at the newcomers. Chan, Changbin, Hyunjin and Minho walk towards where your group is; Hyunjin sits on top of the table Seungmin was working on, Minho plops down beside Felix, Chan sits on the armrest of the couch, and Changbin leans against the table next to Hyunjin.
While Seungmin is speaking to the three other older agents who had just arrived, Minho leans over to peer at the sleeping Felix. A soft chuckle manages to escape the male as he whispers, “Not sure if this is from work or from his habit of staying up late to play video games.”
You raise an eyebrow and softly chuckle, giving the younger male’s head a pat, “He deserves to rest. He watches out for all of you during missions.”
Minho looks at you, eyes tired but the usual warmth is there. He breaks into a small smile before nodding, “Can’t argue with that.”
You smile back before looking down at Felix. However, the little moment - between you and Minho perhaps - is broken when Chan clears his throat and waves a few sheets of paper around. “Ok, thanks for the update, Seungmin.” the eldest says, “Now, while you are working on that in the lab, the rest of us have another mission.”
Jeongin hums, leaning back on the couch, “What are we gonna do now?”
Chan nods and proceeds to explain, “The current scout team was able to locate one of Cle’s deeper bases. This one seems to operate underground - literally underground. Anyhow, the team located it and found a way to infiltrate.”
“How’s the security?” Felix stirs awake, lifting his head from your shoulder.
Changbin answers, “Not too tight. Approximately two to three guards per entrance, but it isn’t as heavily guarded as their other bases. It might be because it’s one of their more lowkey bases. The team said it seemed like a small place, so it might be easy to study the layout once you’ve hacked in.”
Felix gives a playful salute, causing Minho to chuckle next to him. Chan then continues briefing the group, “Minho and Changbin will lead one team to...deal with the guards and keep watch of the perimeter just in case. Hyunjin, Jeongin and I will infiltrate the base itself. I need you to tag along, Jisung. This underground base is apparently housing many of their chemicals and prototype serums.”
All the agents nod their heads to show that they’ve understood. The eldest agent then turns to Seungmin, then you, “Seungmin, you already know your tasks in the labs...y/n. Jung has given you the choice of staying with Seungmin or going with us so you and Jisung can get necessary things from their base to further your observations.”
Seungmin ponders from where he’s seated, leaning back on the chair as he speaks, “I think you should go with Jisung, y/n. I’m working on the tests, but I’ll manage. Jisung might need you to assist in gathering evidence.”
Jisung nods. “I agree. I could always use a hand. Also, it would be nice if you were there since you’re...more familiar with the serum. Only if you’re comfortable though!”
You weigh your options for a few seconds, running all sorts of scenarios and a pros-and-cons list in your mind. After a moment, you nod and turn to face Chan, “I’ll accompany Jisung.”
If going with them to the base would speed things up, so be it. You were close to finding a solution - Minho knows this - and anything to fully complete and speed the process up would be a nice touch. You trust Seungmin in the lab, so might as well make sure the agents don’t miss anything that could be of use in Cle’s base.
Chan gives you a smile before chuckling, “Alright, that’s settled. Rendezvous at Basement 1 after lunch, alright?”
“Got it.”
“Roger that, Channie!”
“Alright.”
The other boys all hop to their feet and gather their things, heading out of the lounge room to prepare. Minho, on the other hand, is still splayed across the couch, his eyes closed as he leans his head back on the cushions. Chan chuckles at him, tilting his head with endearment, “Not gonna get ready, Min?”
A small smile graces Minho’s lips despite his eyes still being closed. “We just got back from a mission. I’ll just nap for a few minutes, don’t worry.”
“Alright, sleep well.” Chan laughs, flashing you a quick wink before leaving the room.
“Wha - ” you mouth to yourself, raising your eyebrows in confusion.
You then turn to Minho who is still lying on the couch, eyes closed; yeah, he was definitely asleep. You’ve seen Minho sleep more than you’ve seen any of the other guys.
You shift a little beside him on the couch, a bit antsy and lost, if that were the proper term to use. You could have left the room with the others, but here you were, sitting beside the sleeping male without any intention of leaving his side.
Something or someone possesses you - you think - because now you’re leaning closer, bringing a hand up to gently sweep his bangs across his forehead. Your fingers gently ghost over the skin of his forehead, but he doesn’t stir awake. Your hand then comes to rest by his jaw, and somehow, you think your hand has found its place there; you try not to think about that too much.
Leaning over with your other hand splayed across his chest for support, you lean closer and closer until you’re able to see his long eyelashes in pure detail. When you blink, your own eyelashes tickle his skin, and when you breathe, you’re almost certain your breath fans over his face.
Yet he does not stir awake.
Oddly enough, he really was asleep despite what you were doing. You made a little joke to yourself, thinking that he wasn’t very agent-like at the moment as he should be more alert and aware of the situation.
You gulp once before closing the distance, pressing a soft kiss to his lips.
Again, you were convinced something possessed you to do that because you weren’t sure why you even did such a thing.
Maybe you wanted to finish whatever was going on when you danced back at the gala.
Maybe. At this point, nothing made sense to you when it came to Minho.
As you thought, his lips were so soft and warm against yours. You keep your lips lightly pressed against his for less than three seconds before slightly pulling away and then returning to leave one last quick peck on his lips.
When you pull away again, lips hovering above his like a ghost, you think you’re in the safe zone. But your heart shoots up to your throat and your nerves freeze like ice, eyes wider than Jupiter when you feel the male’s lips moving against your own.
“What do you think you’re doing, dear Dr. Song?” Minho asks with a low voice, lips brushing against yours with every word he speaks - were that counted as kisses as well?
His eyes are still closed, and you pray that he keeps it that way so he doesn’t see the “cornered mouse” expression you have going on. And the fact that you’re redder than the apple pie Jeongin ate for breakfast.
“I…” you try and try and try to come up with an excuse, rattling your brain for absolutely anything, “...um…”
Nothing. Out of all the times, nothing comes out.
You manage to sit straighter, turning your head to the side as if some magical person would appear to help you out of this situation. By the time you look back at Minho, the next series of events happen in a literal flash.
Minho hooks a hand behind your knee and uses the other to grab your arm, pulling to maneuver both your bodies on the couch. From seeing the wall of the room to seeing the ceiling, you now realize that you’re on your back, head hitting the small throw pillows on the couch - basically where Minho was lying down prior to now.
The male agent looms over you, settled between your legs as he stares down - you aren’t sure if it’s a blank stare or a toned-down glare. Either way, the position and proximity causes your heart to race and face to heat up hotter than the sun. “Minho.” you breathe out with a shaky voice.
Minho leans closer, and for a second you think he’s about to kiss you. However, you feel his velvety lips against the shell of your ear, whispering, “If you wanted to kiss me that bad, you should have just said so.”
“Eh?” is all that comes out of your mouth.
You nearly shriek when you feel Minho pressing a light kiss on your earlobe - dangerously close to your neck - before he pulls back to look at you. Then he breaks into a less sly smile, the corners of his lips curling much too cutely for your heart. “Kidding. I’m just getting back at you.” he winks before sitting back straight and pulling you along to sit as well.
You look at him with furrowed brows - mainly to hide your embarrassment, “With your flirting skills, it’s hard to believe you’ve never had a girlfriend.”
“And how sure are you?” he hums playfully.
“Nevermind. Seungmin did mention something like ‘the first time in a while’ so you’ve probably had someone some time before.” you look up as if trying to remember the doctor’s exact words.
But when you turn to Minho, you notice how he’s tensed up, eyes dark and filled with an abyssal fire. You clear your throat, and shrink in your place, “I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to cross the line.”
Minho blinks as if doing so would snap him out of his trance; it sort of does, as the darkness fades into a more comfortable warmth. He shakes his head and offers a smile - forced, you know, because you’re used to pretending a smile as well. “No need.” the male says, ruffling your hair, “It was a long time ago, after all.”
You don’t get to ask much more - not that you were going to anyway - because Minho is standing up and walking towards the door. “Basement 1 after lunch, y/n.” he calls out, offering a small smile.
A smile that seemed to carry much more sorrow than joy.
A smile that seemed to mask a much darker and bitter feeling, much like how you’d mask your nightmares with nonchalance and distrust.
A smile that made you want to hug him. The doctor in you wanted to comfort everyone you encountered.
“Basement 1 after lunch.” you repeat, offering your own small smile.
Minho is a generally good judge of character, and when he sees the sincerity and warmth in the very small smile of yours, it’s enough to ignite a light in the abyss he holds in himself. He bows his head and then leaves the room.
Maybe Chan was right.
Perhaps you were nothing like Jiyeon after all.
Tumblr media
At the designated time, everyone meets up at Basement 1 of the main HQ’s building. You get in a car with Jisung, Chan, Jeongin and Hyunjin while Minho and Changbin get in another with two other agents. Without making any delays, the team heads out for their next mission. Jisung was talking about the various chemical substances the lab team had found so far, explaining how this affects the entire mission and such. Chan drives while listening, and Hyunjin and Jeongin engage the scientist with his conversation.
You, on the other hand, lean your head against the window, mind plagued with thoughts about Minho. What about Minho? You aren’t really sure. There’s a lot. His smile, the way his eyes flicker between darkness and warmth, the way he acts like nothing in this world can move him yet he moves for the sake of those he loves (though he won’t show it). The way his dark hair falls beautifully just above his eyes, parted with perfection with little strands adding a hint of delicateness to his sharp-featured face.
You bump your head on the window to snap out of it, causing Jisung to look at you with a quizzical expression. You smile, shaking your head and mouthing, “I was spacing out.”
Jisung chuckles before patting your shoulder, and then proceeds to continue his conversation with the other agents. You sigh to yourself, bringing a hand to your heart as if doing so would calm it down.
Later, the team finally arrives. Minho, Changbin and their team go ahead so that they can clear a path for the investigative team. It takes about 15 minutes for Changbin to speak into the communication device, signaling a clear path.
Chan gestures for the rest of you to follow, and so you do. Somewhere towards one of the side entrances of Cle’s underground base, your team meets with Minho who is guarding the entrance. “Felix has the layout down, and it shouldn’t be too complicated to navigate.” the agent says in a hushed voice, “You have an estimated one hour to snoop around before Cle backup arrives.”
The eldest agent nods, “Alright, come on guys.”
Once inside the base, you look around and observe the surroundings. Minho and Changbin’s team keep watch of knocked-out Cle agents currently sprawled on the floor.
It was fairly small for a base, a total of two floors only. Each floor had about 2-3 rooms that weren’t too big - perhaps the size of an average classroom or slightly larger. Jisung heads inside one of the rooms, a zealous expression on his face as he zooms away. Jeongin calmly walks to another room, followed by Chan.
Hyunjin pats your shoulder and smiles, “Shall we?”
You nod your head, and the male then leads the way upstairs to the second floor. Once you’ve both reached the landing, you split up; Hyunjin goes to the room on the left while you go to the one in the middle. Thankfully, the other agents rounded the Cle people up and made sure the second floor was unoccupied.
Your eyes scan the contents of one of the shelves, noting that they were nothing but the usual drugstore or medical medicines. Still, you list down the items on a sheet of paper just in case. You then move over to the lab refrigerators, opening the door and pleased to see that it was still functioning. Satisfied was probably the best way to describe your mood right now as you were able to spot a few vials with a familiar looking fluid inside each one - the prototype serums.
With gloved hands, you carefully take some and put them in the little case SKZ provided for evidence. Standing up, you continue to investigate the mini lab; when you’re convinced there’s nothing else, you step out and move on to another room - the one at the very end.
When you open the door, a very pitch-black dark room greets you, and a waft of some rotten stench rushes out. You grimace, hoping dangerous chemicals weren’t spilled or exposed in the room. You carefully fumble at the wall next to the door, searching for a light switch. Once you feel something, you switch it on -
- and immediately regret it.
[A/N: italics = flashback] / [Warning: graphic descriptions of human experimentation and dead bodies. Should you wish to skip this, press CTRL + F (or any command to help you search for words on a webpage) and search “Your hands shoot up to clutch at your head”. You can continue reading from there]
Your pupils shook at the sight in front of you; behind the large glass window of one of the lab’s top secret rooms lay a pile of dead bodies, nothing but burned, decayed or disfigured.
You swallowed, throat dry and scratchy, “What...why are you still doing this? You need to stop.”
A scientist laughed with a rather mocking tone, “Dr. Song, stop being so surprised every time you see these things. It’s very necessary to test the serum - ”
“Not on humans.” you glared, clenching your fists, “Human testing isn’t something that should be done, especially for people like us who - ”
A slap on the cheek.
You yelped at the contact, bringing a hand to the area of impact. The scientist furrowed his eyebrows and spoke with a growl, “Do not interrupt me, understood?”
You only glared harder.
He laughed again, shaking his head in disbelief. “Silly little doctor. You may not see it now, but what we’re doing now is going to be monumental...life-changing. No, world-changing i fact.” he hummed.
You shook your head, “And when Mr. Jung finds out?”
The scientist took a large step towards you, prompting you to take a step back and as a result, collide with one of the lab tables. Caged like a prey, you tried not to show your fear. The scientist leaned close and smirked evilly, “But he won’t, won’t he?”
You opened your mouth to say something, but immediately closed it when the scientist looked past you and nodded as if someone was standing behind you. You risked a peak, hoping to see who was there. However, whoever was standing there was now gone, and your attention was brought back to the scientist in front of you.
“Jung isn't going to know when his most trusted agent is on our side.” the scientist snickered, finally pulling away from your space.
Your hands don’t stop shaking. The scientist walked over to the glass window as if looking at the dead bodies gave him satisfaction. With a sly smirk, he spoke, “And I believe you should remain on our side and do as we tell you, Dr. Song.”
You involuntarily shivered at the image of disfigured, burned and rotten corpses that you’d see on an almost-daily basis.
“Especially if you don’t want your parents behind this glass window next.”
You closed your eyes, allowing a tear to roll down your cheek as you released a shaky breath. With shaky hands, you picked up a few vials and beakers before heading into the chemistry lab.
You go into a state of shock, eyes wide like you just saw hell. Your heart races and stops at the same time - if that were possible, and your legs suddenly feel like jelly. Whatever lunch you had now wants to exit your stomach through your mouth, and you feel your head splitting in two.
There, in the corner of the room you just opened, were three lifeless bodies in the appearance similar to what you’d often see when you were still officially in SKZ. Their lifeless eyes were eerily faced towards you, the pure horror in them still evident.
You can hear the screams and pleas.
Your hands shoot up to clutch at your head just as your legs fail; you fall on your knees and let out a scream despite urging yourself to keep it in. Your breathing becomes heavier as if a boulder was barreling down on you, and the tears are hot like acid on your cheeks.
Hyunjin is the first to arrive, expression contorted in disgust as he sees the inside of the room. He’s quick to your side, kneeling down to pull you into a safe hug. You barely hear the rush of footsteps up the stairs, but you somehow notice that the other agents - except Minho, Changbin and their team - arrive at the second floor.
Jeongin looks in concern, eyebrows furrowed softly. When Hyunjin nods towards the room, the younger male looks, and his expression is instantly replaced with a horrified glare. Jisung seems taken aback as well, but he chooses to sit next to you while comfortingly rubbing your back.
Chan stands behind you, speaking into his communication device. “She’s unharmed, but we need to get her away from here.” he says.
A few seconds of silence for the other end - most probably Minho - to respond, then Chan speaks again, “Not sure...I think...she saw something. She’s breaking down, so I’m going to have Jeongin and Jisung take her back. Tell Changbin to accompany them.”
With that, Hyunjin quite literally has to pull you up, helping get you onto Jeongin’s back so that the younger male can carry you. As soon as you wrap your arms around his neck and close your eyes, the world turns dark as you pass out.
Tumblr media
Hours later, the next thing you see is the ceiling of your room in the living quarters, your vision still a bit hazy. You gently sit up, eyes immediately able to catch Chan sitting on the edge of the bed as he types on his phone. He doesn’t need to look up when he greets you, “You’re up.”
He turns to face you, a small yet comforting smile gracing his lips. “How are you?” he asks.
You sigh, looking down at your blanket, “I’m sorry...I just…”
“You’re ok.” he assures you, a gentle pat on your leg, “No need to explain or rush into anything. You passed out, so you should be taking it easy.”
You open your mouth to speak, but choose otherwise and decide to just stay quiet, fiddling with the blanket on your lap. Chan moves a bit closer and crosses his arms, “Minho and Jisung are at the lab. Jeongin, Changbin and Hyunjin are resting too. They’re all fine, if you’re wondering how the mission went.”
“That’s good.” you sigh and breathe out shakily, “I’m sorry for the hassle, Chan.”
The agent smiles warmly, shaking his head, “Don’t be. We promised to take care of you, remember? It’s all good.”
You nod, and Chan lets out a little chuckle as he pretends to coo as if you were a baby. He opens his arms wide and smiles, “Come here.”
You allow yourself to shift closer, bringing yourself against his body. You visibly relax when he hugs you, rubbing your back comfortingly. If being in Minho’s arms was like being home, Chan’s hugs felt like hot cocoa with plump marshmallows. Pulling away, he offers another warm smile and says, “If you need anything, just call any of us, alright?”
“Yes.” you nod, giving him a grateful smile.
A knock on the door is then heard, and a second later, Seungmin and Jung enter the room. Seungmin puts a bottle of water on your bedside table along with a few pills. “These are for the headaches and dizziness. There’s also medicine for nausea if you’re still feeling it. Don’t forget to drink up.” the doctor smiles, “I also recommend you go out and walk around for a bit. Nice, fresh air might help you relax again.”
“Thank you, Seungmin.” you offer him a small smile, nodding your head in acknowledgement to his words.
Jung sighs in relief, shaking his head worriedly, “When Changbin reported that something happened to you, I was quite worried. Are you alright?”
You nod, “More or less. I’m sorry about that.”
Jung smiles before turning to Chan and Seungmin, “May I have a moment with Dr. Song please?”
Seungmin nods, giving you a little wave before leaving the room. Chan gives you another hug, whispering “I’ll go get Minho” before he makes his leave as well - it makes you giggle a little. When the two agents leave, Jung takes a seat on the edge of the bed and looks at you with concern, “Did something happen back there?”
Jung is the only person who knows about what happened in the lab years ago, so you’re pretty sure he’s somehow managed to deduce that whatever happened in the Cle base was connected to the past. You sigh, closing your eyes to answer, “There was a room with...corpses. It just made the memories come back and all.”
“I see.” Jung says calmly, “I’m sorry you had to see that. We should have had the agents sweep the area first. Would you like to take a break for a few days? Stay at home first?”
You offer a small smile and shake your head, “Thank you, but I’ll be fine, don’t worry. I’m not stopping until this is done. It’s...the least I can do.”
Jung chuckles softly, nodding his head. The head of SKZ then stands up and gives you an approving nod, “Keep up the good work, Dr. Song, but don’t worry about taking a rest every now and then. Just tell Minho or Chan, ok?”
You nod, so Jung turns on his heel to leave the room. After he takes a few steps, you suddenly say, “Jung.”
The head turns around, tilting his head to inquire. You then continue cautiously, “When the memories flashed back...I remembered something one of the scientists said.”
“What was it?”
“He said one of your most trusted agents was on their side at that time.”
Jung sighs tiredly, a sorrowful look in his eyes, “Ah, yes, a devastating betrayal. I’m not sure where that agent is now - they escaped the day the lab fight broke out, along with the other scientists and doctors. I’m assuming they’re with Cle as well...perhaps we’ll cross paths again.”
You nod, humming as you absorb his explanation, “And if you do cross paths again…?”
“Well, traitors to SKZ are as good as dead to me.”
“I see.”
Jung gives you one more smile before telling you to get rest. Once you nod, the head leaves your room.
For the next few minutes, you sit on your bed, taking the medicines Seungmin gave you before texting Jisung for updates on how lab work was doing. While conversing and typing your messages and replies, your door’s digital lock beeps, and shortly after, the agent you’ve (secretly) been wanting to see walks in your room.
When you look up, Minho casually waves and smiles, gesturing his head towards you, “Feeling better?”
You nod, “Yes.”
Once he’s seated on the edge of the bed, he has an apologetic expression on his face as he sighs, “Sorry about that. We didn’t - I didn’t - know that there was going to be a room like that. I should have searched ahead.”
“It’s not your fault.” you respond, “It’s part of the job. It’s just...me. It’s a personal thing.”
Minho nods, sighing deeply; he looked like a teen mustering up the courage to ask his crush out on a date or something of the like. It brought a very small smile to your face. When he looks at you with a much calmer expression, a slow and easy smile on his lips, your heart skips a beat. “Wanna grab some coffee with me then?”
“Pardon?”
Minho laughs at your dumbfounded expression and chuckles, “Let’s get some coffee. There’s a cafe the boys and I usually go to. My treat.”
“Wait...what? Why?” you say, trying to connect the puzzle pieces, “Shouldn’t...we be working?”
Minho laughs, his eyes sparkling as he does so, “Lab team’s running tests on the prototype serums right now, so we’ll have to wait for the results either way.” he shrugs, offering another smile, “And while you should be there, I think a change of scenery is what you need right now. To help you feel better.”
“I mean, I wouldn’t say no to coffee, but...why?” you slightly blush.
Why you?
As if he could sense your question, he playfully winks, “I’m technically your partner - I’m like your...superior, I guess. It’s my responsibility to take care of you as well, y/n. I did promise you, right?”
“Well,” you chuckle softly, biting your lip to repress a giddy grin, “if you say so.”
Minho smiles fondly, cupping your cheek to briefly stroke his thumb on your skin, “Come on, get dressed. I’ll wait outside.”
Tumblr media
The scent of coffee and honey fills your senses the minute you and Minho step into the cafe. With classy and minimalistic-looking interior and soft, mellow music playing, you somehow understood why Minho and the boys would frequent the place. The male agent leads you to the side of the counter, nodding his head for you to pick whatever you wanted, “We have some sort of...connection with this particular cafe.” he says lightly, “We get intel from the employees in exchange for a little money. But...some are genuinely friends and not just connections.”
“Fascinating world.” you chuckle as you scan the menu.
After telling him your choices, Minho moves in front of the counter to order. The barista on duty flashes a smile and chuckles, “Hey, Minho. Been a while, huh? How are the boys?”
“Wooyoung.” Minho nods with a smile, “We’ve all been busy, you know how it is.”
“Yup.” the barista laughs, “What’ll you have?”
“1 iced americano and 1 mint cheesecake.” the agent answers, “And then 1 iced coffee with milk and 1 shortcake for her.”
The barista nods as he punches the order in the cash register, his lips curling into a cheery smile upon seeing you. “Oh? I haven’t seen you with another girl in a while. No more Jiyeon?”
Minho can’t get angry or upset with the barista. He doesn’t blame him. Though they knew about SKZ and gave information if they had any, they wouldn’t know about what goes on internally - about what happened between Minho and a former lover.
The male agent then forces a smile and laughs lightly, “Yeah, no more. I...I’m not sure where she’s at or what she’s doing. Haven’t kept in touch.”
“Ouch.” Wooyoung hisses playfully, then he beams after punching in your orders, “Alright! Just wait a few minutes then I’ll have your orders ready.”
“Thanks man.”
While walking over to a nice and slightly more secluded table, you playfully tilt your head and ask, “Who’s Jiyeon?”
The fake smile is back, but you don’t miss the agony hiding in his eyes. “A friend from before.” Minho replies, “It’s all in the past though.”
And so you don’t push on, afraid to cross the line and sever whatever bond you already formed with the agent.
A few minutes later, Wooyoung serves your orders, and you enjoy the treat Minho has given you. After a few bites and sips, you clear your throat and speak, “About the mission earlier - ”
Minho cuts you off with a calm smile, “You don’t need to, y/n. I took you out here so you could have a breather, not talk about work or the mission.”
You slowly nod, a small yet grateful smile on your lips as you look down at the coffee cup in your hands. Through the windows of the coffee shop, you can see the sky fading from orange-lavender to a darker shade of purple and blue, ushering the entrace of the vening sky.
Minho leans back on his chair and hums, “Let’s see...what do you miss most about Gongjak?”
“Huh?” you look up and gather your thoughts, “Well, probably the pediatric wing. I like my appointment with the kids. Some are snotty and cry really loudly, but generally, it’s nice to see kids.”
Minho pretends to ignore the swelling of his heart, desperately swatting away an endearing image of you being good with kids. “Is that why you like Jeongin so much? He technically is a kid to us.”
“Maybe.” you laugh.
“Then, what don’t you miss?”
You chuckle at this one, “Definitely doing rounds in the ungodly hours of midnight or early morning. Or being called so suddenly for emergencies just when you’re about to sleep. But...my job is my job.”
The laugh that comes out of Minho is melodic to your ears, drowning you completely. With a brighter smile, you nod at him, “What about you? What do you like most about being an agent? Why did you become one?”
Minho shrugs, a small smile on his lips, “To keep people safe. There really isn’t a deeper reason; it’s just that. I like that I can be the reason all these people can live their lives so freely and safely. I wasn’t given that luxury growing up.”
“Oh, I see.” you say softly.
Minho lightens the mood with another chuckle, “What I don’t like is back-to-back missions. I just get back from one mission then I’m sent to another. It’s like finals week in college or something. Oh, and the injuries. Those are a pain in the ass.”
“Well, that’s why you have doctors.” you laugh.
“That’s true.” Minho raises an eyebrow playfully, “Now...what’s been the most memorable thing to happen recently in SKZ?”
“I guess...the recent gala.” you state.
Because we danced and nearly kissed. Because I felt your warmth and held you close.
“The food was good and the accommodations were amazing.” you say instead, eyes twinkling at the memory.
“You sound like Hyunjin.” Minho teases.
You pout, narrowing your eyes at him, “What about you? Not counting all other agent stuff. Just recent ones.”
“Hmmm,” Minho starts, “when you kissed me in the lounge room?”
“Minho!”
“I’m serious!”
“You - ” you stutter, cheeks flaring up.
Minho laughs, taking a sip of his coffee, “Not gonna lie when I say that’s the most surprising thing that’s ever happened in a long time. No one really dares to do such things with me.”
“One would think you’ve kissed a million girls by now.”
“I sort of have. Undercover and all.”
You glare, “Not what I meant, but alright.”
“Would you like to be added to the list of girls I’ve kissed? I don’t remember much of them though.” Minho laughs playfully.
You choke on your coffee after trying to stifle a laugh, “I wasn’t expecting that from you, you know? There really is more to you.”
“I could say the same for you, y/n.” Minho says amusedly.
You and Minho continue to converse and have light-hearted chit chat; the male even throws in a joke or two, allowing you to see the side of him that only Chan and the rest are allowed to see. You witness the side of Minho that isn’t the stone-cold agent; instead, you’re just seeing Minho, the man who has stars in his eyes and cares for his friends.
Just Lee Minho.
A part of you - and a part of Minho - wonders if this is what life would be like if you were two normal citizens, working normal jobs and living the free and peaceful life.
Not as an agent and scientist-slash-doctor trying to stay afloat to avoid drowning in their abysses.

First Lines Meme
I was tagged by @thenoteonthepolaroidpicture thank you, friend! I love you! 💗
Rules: List the first lines of your last 20 stories. (If you have less than 20, just list them all!) See if there are any patterns. Choose your favourite opening line. Tag some people to play the next round!
I took this as meaning like WIPs? If it means literally everything then I’m sorry I’m stupid 😬 I feel like this is meant to be like, the first line/opening line of the fic in general, but I don’t usually do the first scene right away, I just write whatever scene is in my head and then if I have enough that I feel like I can turn it into something, then I usually try to start writing a first chapter/first scene. So, my long-winded point, is that some of these genuinely are first lines, and others are just, the first line of the scene(s) I have 😅 (also, a lot of these are still in first draft mode or still having working titles, please forgive me)
Zack led Henry deep into the underbelly of the ship, down into the storage area that was scarcely guarded after-hours and off-limits to everyone but a certain few crew members. (First line of chapter 9 of Danger on Deck)
Zack slowly clicked the red button on the screen to end the call, his mind reeling. (Untitled Zenry One-shot)
Henry burst into Charlotte’s apartment, accidentally slamming the door behind him, causing Charlotte and Jasper to jump from their seats at the kitchen counter. (Christmas at the Tipton)
Zack strolled into the kitchen/living room where Henry was standing at the counter. He approached him from behind, wrapping his arms around his waist, pressing a gentle kiss to the nape of his neck before nuzzling his face into the spot between Henry’s shoulder blades. (Adopting Rocky) (i know that’s technically two lines, but I think the second line is soft and I’m in a soft mood, so I’m breaking the rules)
Zack and Henry sat shoulder to shoulder on the floor, leaning back against the couch, legs intertwined, Henry’s hand resting on the inside of Zack’s knee. Rocky had clumsily forced his way in between them, now fast asleep, currently using Zack’s ankle as a pillow. (The Proposal)
Zack opened the front door, freezing in the doorway when he noticed the house in disarray, complete with the couch flipped on its side, Izzy kneeling next to the entrance to the hallway as she frantically ripped through her backpack, throwing things haphazardly on the floor, while Felix rummaged through the kitchen cabinets, every one of them standing open. (Steve Gets Out)
“You’re not being fair!” Izzy whined as she followed Henry into the kitchen. ((Un)License to Drive)
“Another!” the Prince proclaims, clumsily raising his glass, the mead sloshing out of both sides. (Untitled Fairytale AU)
“Why don’t you just ask her out?” Zack questioned as he picked up one of Ethan’s dolls (sorry, action figures) off the shelf, turning it over in his hand as he absentmindedly examined it. (Untitled MBAV/Suite Life crossover)
“But, I know I can do this! And, I’d be good at it!” Zack persisted as he continued to pace. “I know this business! I grew up in this business!” (Untitled Zenry One-Shot)
“Thank god you’re home,” Zack declared in a panicked tone. (Zack and Henry Babysit)
“Hey. I said ‘no tears’, remember?” (Untitled Hero/Villain AU)
"Hello?" Zack croaked, plopping back onto the bed, squeezing his eyes shut as he pinched the bridge of his nose. (Izzy Gets Suspended)
"Is that everything?" Henry inquired, throwing his duffel bag over his shoulder as he stood in the open doorway of his front door, watching his two friends collect up the last of their things. (Saturday the 14th)
Henry hits the button on his watch to silence the alarm, quickly mumbling out an apology to his History teacher that has whirled around to glare at him for interrupting class. (TBH - aka my latest AU 👀)(yes, tbh stands for something, but I’m not willing to say what on account of it being embarrassing 💗)
“I don’t want to have to say goodbye again,” Zack breathes, in the same sorrowful tone Henry’s heard all too often, the one that makes his chest ache. (from a kiss prompt I never finished 😬)
Bailey stepped out onto the Sky Deck, the warmth of the midmorning sun hitting her face, convincing her to spend her free period out there enjoying the nice weather. (chapter 5 of Be My Valentine?)
“You can’t seat my parents next to each other!” Piper barked from her spot across from Cody, yanking two red note flags, each scribbled with Henry’s parents’ names, off the seating chart that was laid out on the table between them. (The Wedding)
Idk who’s still actively writing that i can tag?? So, i’ll just take a shot in the dark but if I don’t tag you and you want to do this, just go ahead and do it and say that i tagged you 💗 @neshatriumphs @yackers @legendaryjohnmarston @sunsetcurve

***
“[Y/N] If you sleep any later you’re gonna be late for your shift.” You groaned hearing the familiar voice of your Coven sister, Siyeon. She was always such an early riser. You’d think after a few decades you would be used to it.
Surprise, surprise, you aren’t. So you simply roll over on your bed and cover your head with your pillow.
“Go bother Yuna, I’m not in the mood Yeonie.” Being the eldest of the female in the Coven, Siyeon had a tendency to mother you all. Despite everyone being almost a century old at this point. The only exception being little Hyunjin who had just been turned a few months ago. The coven life wasn’t the easiest but it was definitely better than being a stray.
You heard a scoff from Siyeon as she continued getting ready for her patrol. “Fine, let Minghao find out you’re sleeping in again. See if I care.” Now that was playing dirty. Minghao was easily the strictest out of the 4 Coven leaders, even without being considered Primus or Venture. He also scared the living daylights out of you. While some members of the clan could walk around mostly silent, usually your ears are good enough to hear them coming. Minghao was a whole different beast, you would never know he was in a room unless he announced his presence.
With a groan, you threw your legs out from your blanket and onto the wood paneling bellow. You could almost feel Siyeon’s smug smirk as she heard your movement. With a heavy hand you reached up in an attempt to at least sort of get your hair into some semblance of order. Trekking over to your wardrobe and pulling out a good set for your patrol tonight. Patrols weren’t exactly fun, especially with that Stray that’s been wandering around town and the Wolf Pack. Though the Pack had been a problem for months, and by this point you just wanted them to go away so the Patrols would lighten a bit. It’s not like any of you could control what they did during the daytime, it surprised you that those mutts didn’t use that weakness to their advantage. You honestly didn’t know why Soonyoung didn’t just run them out of town, sure your numbers were even but a Vampire was worth at least three of those mongrels.
“Make sure you’re careful out there tonight. Chan said that they were a bit more active last night.” The warning definitely didn’t fall on deaf ears, the Full Moon was drawing near. They were probably planning something big for that night. Rolling your eyes as you slipped your shirt on, you then turned towards your roommate.
“You should be telling that to Kevin, not me. He keeps trying to talk to them.” You retorted, returning to your bed so you could pull on your boots before going down to check in with Jun. Being Primus, Jun was generally the one who would let you know your Patrols if Soonyoung was busy. Now Soonyoung wasn’t always busy, but he was usually pretty damn hard to find. With his unending high energy it was always like trying to catch smoke just to have a solid conversation with the Venture. In contrast, Jun was always at the bar and was generally just easier to find.
Siyeon groaned at your words, and you heard a bit of muttering from the elder female before she stalked out of the room, not bothering to say goodbye. Well, looks like Kevin was gonna get into some big trouble today...oops.
For a minute you just sat on your bed, just kind of debating about staying there and hiding out for the day. Previously, Patrol just consisted of walking around for an hour or so before someone came to tap you out but now, patrols were partnered and could last all night. It had been like this for a few months, ever since the Wolf Pack moved into the woods on the Northern side of town. Sure members of the Fae courts had lived in the area before, and they were troublesome and tricky but they had their own territories on another plane so they would flitter in and out like...well like you would expect of a Faerie. The Wolves, on the other hand, seemed to be hell bent on driving your Coven out.
Groaning you stood once again and made your way downstairs to the bar. Jun, Keonhee and the new girl (you couldn’t exactly remember her name) seemed to be setting up for the night since there was at least another 30 minutes until open. Keonhee practically beamed at you, waving when he noticed you. He was such a sweetheart, definitely a contrast to the darker interior of the bar with its harsh flashing lights and bass heavy music. You couldn’t stop the small smile from creeping its way onto your face as you waved back. Keonhee nudged the girl, so she would greet you. Her eyes seemed to pierce you like ice, which...to be fair was very fitting as she was of the Winter Court. Her face didn’t bother to change from its neutral and almost irritated look that it always seemed to have, she simply nodded in your direction before continuing with her work.
“[Y/N]! Good Morning!” Jun greeted, traveling to meet you at the end of the bar. You noticed him patting the female on the shoulder as he passed, as if telling her she did a good job for just meeting your eyes. He was always soft on newbies at the bar. You watched the female tense a bit when his hand touched her, but when the pressure left her you noticed her eyes follow him down the bar.
“So where am I headed tonight?” You questioned, plopping yourself onto the nearest bar stool as Jun reached under the bar and passed you a blood bag. He pouted at your words, seeing him like this you never would have guessed that he was over a thousand years old. The only one who was as bad as him was Minhyuk, maybe that’s what being alive for over a millennia does to you? He didn’t seem a day over 5, or at least in the way he acted. You waited for him to start as you popped a straw into the bag.
“You never come talk to me unless you need your patrol.” He whined, crossing his arms over his chest and only further proving your earlier thought about him acting like a child. You didn’t respond to his whining and simply continued to sip on your blood, AB positive today, not your favorite but at least it wasn’t B negative. You’d have to check when the next Blood Night was, this bagged shit just never really cut it. The Primus continued to pout but spoke again. “You’re with Yuna tonight. The two of you will be going to the Northern residential area near the forests, you’re the closest to the Pack tonight so be careful. I wanted to send another with you but we just didn’t have enough manpower tonight.”
“With people getting nights off so we are all good for the Full Moon, yeah yeah I get it. Yunnie and I got this.” She’d probably complain if she heard the two of you calling her Yuna, for some reason her and Eunbi wanted to go by code names. Saying they didn’t want the wolves to hear their real name or something, just in case they knew any nearby witches. A name was a powerful weapon of course but like...Wolves being smart enough to use them as such was a stupid thought. You thought they were vastly over estimating the brain power of the wolves.
You passed the now empty bag back to Jun for him to get rid of. “Thanks for the snack Jun. We’ll be back before sunrise.”
***
“Wonwoo-Hyung, you coming out for a run with us?” Glancing over the top of his book, connecting eyes with his Pack brother Jacob. It was just a few days before the Full Moon so everyone in the house was on edge, needing to be out in the woods. Wonwoo was no exception to this. Sure he wished he could just sit at home and read his new book, his wolf wanted to go with his brother.
Sighing, he picked up his book mark and slid in between the pages of his novel. “Who all is going out tonight?” He questioned, while Wonwoo knew they couldn’t just hide inside he also knew that the Vampires were more on edge the closer the Full Moon got. Those Blood Suckers were ridiculous, did they really think that their little ‘patrols’ were actually doing anything? It was just irritating at this point. Even Seungcheol had had enough of them. The Full Moon this month was going to be the turning point for their rivalry, hopefully with this push they would be able to send the Vampires running and then they wouldn’t have to deal with them sticking their nose into everyone;s business.
Jacob almost beamed at Wonwoo, if he had been in his wolf shape his tail would definitely have been wagging. “It’s gonna be me, Changbin, Felix and Yubin. Hyunwoo-Hyung was going to come too, but he and Hoseok-Hyung are going to try and sneak into that bar again.” Because of course they were. Hoseok was almost obsessed with trying to get into that bar the Vampires ran. He was convinced that if they could get in then they could have the upper hand, Hyunwoo was probably only going so that Hoseok didn’t get ganged up on.
Wonwoo definitely wasn’t going to complain about going on a run, but he just wished he hadn’t gotten to such a good part in his book. Setting the novel down on the coffee table, the elder wolf stood and stretched. “Well we better get going before it gets too late. Felix and Changbin have classes tomorrow.” Personally Wonwoo didn’t care too much if the younger ones skipped their college classes, he had done it back when he had been in college (of course that had been back in the 30s, and it was a different time back then) but Seungcheol wanted to make sure the younger ones were getting a good education before they really had people start to question their ages.
Being stuck looking 20 definitely had its perks but the drawbacks were pretty extreme, especially when you were 92 and stuck looking like you’re 20. He’d had conversations humans younger than him, but acted like he was just a dumb kid. It was beyond annoying.
Jacob’s cheer brought Wonwoo out of his thoughts, the younger boy dashing to go let the others know they could go running. With that energy, no one would have ever guess that Jacob was a 54 year old man. Wonwoo simply shook his head before making his way outside, taking off his current outfit and setting it onto the bench outside the cabin. As the door opened again he waved to greet Yubin, not bothering to cover himself before he shifted into his Wolf form.
Yubin had been with the pack for a good 10 years, and the pack had all seen each other in various states of undress. At this point they were all desensitised towards it, at least when it came to members of the pack. The only ones who were still shy about the whole coed pack arrangement were the pups, Felix, Changbin, and Vernon. Felix being the worst, being the runt of the pack and had only just turned 20. He was still shy and would usually wait inside the house until the girls had shifted and he would always shift on the other side of the house when any of the females were with them. Wonwoo had to admit it was kind of cute, and reminded him of when Sojung had first joined.
No one had really known how to treat Sojung, but they could feel the pack bond with her and knew she was one of theirs. It was strange for a few years, up until they had found Sana. Now the presence of the women was just normal, at least for the elder members of the pack.
Yubin was followed out by Jacob and Changbin, Felix still inside obviously waiting for Yubin to go off. Yubin, knowing this, disrobed quickly and wasted no time shifting. She stalked over to stand near Wonwoo but kept her back towards the house so that Felix would be comfortable enough to come outside. Which he did in fact, practically bolted outside to join his pack siblings in shifting.
The run started out fairly regularly, The young ones, Felix and Changbin would race off ahead of the pack while Wonwoo would tell them to stick close to the middle with Jacob, and Yubin kept her spot at the back to keep an eye on their rear. Wonwoo loved the feeling of the wind in his fur and the snow beneath his paws as they ran, it was always such a freeing feeling. He heard a few yelps from the pups as they play fought at the front of the group, and he let out the closest a wolf could give to a chuckle. After a good 30 minutes they stopped for a second near the edge of the forest. Wonwoo and Yubin sat just getting a good look up at the moon, why Jacob oversaw a match between Felix and Changbin. It was moments like this that Wonwoo lived for, just the peaceful moments with his family.
The moment was broken when he heard Yubin begin to growl, casting his eyes away from the moon followed her line of sight and noticed what caused her sudden reaction. With a quick signal to the boys, he quickly got in position to fight just in case the Vampires attacked.
The smaller female looked a bit more on edge while her companion simply looked irritated, her hands stuffed into the pockets of her leather jacket.
“I thought we told you mutts to stay away from this side of town.” She called out, making sure to keep a distance from the quintet of wolves. Wonwoo simply growled in response, This caused the female to roll he eyes, “Oh i forgot, you can’t talk like this. Must be hard. At least I can have access to my abilities all at once. I don’t have to pick and choose like you.” She taunted, almost like she was trying to edge them on. This seemed to make the smaller woman a bit concerned. She grabbed onto her companion’s arm before speaking towards her, but her eyes never left the wolves.
“Unnie, they’re still in the forest. Hoshi would be upset if we provoked them.” This only caused the female to roll her eyes once more, and mutter something about stupid code names. But this did seem to cause the woman to take a step back.
“Oh come off it Yun-...Yuju. They’re just dumb dogs.” Her words caused Changbin to growl at her, him being a bit more sensitive to the insults. This just caused the Vampire to bare her fangs towards him “If you wanna fight mutt, then come on. No one’s stopping you.” The Yuju girl took a step away from her companion, who seemed prepared for any fight that might come.
As Changbin was just about to take the bait and rush her, Wonwoo positioned himself in front of the younger wolf. His dark brown gaze focused on the female. Something felt off in him as he watched her, but he couldn’t focus on that. Right now his Pack was what he needed to be concerned with. His interruption caused a whine to escape from Changbin, who was obviously willing to fight her. Wonwoo didn’t move though, he simply gestured for Yubin to take the lead in heading back to the house. She complied but gave one last glare towards their antagonists. She was followed by Felix, who hated fighting and wanted to get away as quickly as he could. Jacob gently nipped the back of Changbin’s neck to force him to follow him. Wonwoo waited until the four were far enough away from the two females before he began backing into the forest, not letting his eyes leave the two. As he did, the more aggressive of the duo waved.
“Bye bye puppies! Don’t go out and get rabies, it’d be a shame to have to put you down.” Obvious sarcasm lacing her voice. While Wonwoo was grateful to be getting away from the female, a part of him wanted to go back if only just to be around her. Which was definitely a strange feeling, but nothing too concerning.

Ollie stepped into the dorm, letting out a long yawn. She paused until she finished, then shook her head. Wow, she was beat. These comeback preparations have been really grueling. She wasn’t complaining, don’t get her wrong, she just felt like she needed a nap. Like all the time.
She smiled softly as she heard her boys chattering in the living room. The smell of chicken made its way to Ollie, meaning that they had ordered in. Toeing off her white crocs, she happily walked into the living room.
All of the boys were sitting around on the floor or couch, laughing and talking, all while enjoying their meal. Seungmin was the first to notice Ollie.
“Hi, Noona,” he greeted smiling, patting an empty spot next to him. Ollie grinned as she made her way over, sliding in her socks to the vocalist. She plopped down on the ground, and smiled to the rest of the boys.
“Hi, guys,” Ollie greeted everyone. She received a chorus of ‘hellos’ and ‘how was your days?’ She thanked Minho who pushed a plate of chicken and fries in front of her and dug in. Ollie had barely eaten that day, what with how busy she was.
“Didn’t have time to eat?” Chan asked as he watched Ollie devour two whole chicken wings in less than two minutes.
Ollie shook her head as she reached for another wing. Changbin chuckled as he handed one to her. “Thanks,” she said between bites. Ollie always tried to eat. She hated the idea of skipping meals.
“So. Let’s see it,” Felix said, resting his chin in his hands.
Ollie tilted her head in confusion. Felix motioned towards her head, and it took Ollie a second or two, but she understood what he meant. She smiled, then nodded.
Placing her chicken down and taking a napkin that Jisung handed to her, she wiped her hands then with her cleaner fingers, she removed the hood that was hiding her new hairstyle.
“Holy shit,” Jisung gaped. The reaction was similar throughout the room, and Ollie chuckled.
“You went from skittles to a mullethead. Respect,” Felix said clapping her on the back.
“Thanks,” Ollie nodded, sneering.
“It’s pretty badass, actually,” Changbin said, nodding in approval. Ollie winked at him, causing him to laugh.
“You may be one of the first female idols to not just sport a mullet, but to look good in it,” Chan smiled, genuinely in love with Ollie’s new look.
“And it fits the concept for Go Live,” Minho said, wagging his finger at her. Ollie raised a brow at it, laughing.
“Did JYP approve of this?” Hyunjin asked, staring at her hair, the dark color going well with the cut.
Ollie nodded her head. “Yeah, I asked him, then showed him a pic’ of what I wanted. He said he liked the idea,” she gave a thumbs up, grinning from ear to ear. “Plus, this was the only haircut that worked well with how uneven my hair was with all the breakage.
“Noona,” Jeongin said, then turned to Chan, “And Hyung. Enough with the bleach. You’re both gonna go bald.” Ollie’s and Chan’s jaws dropped at the serious tone the maknae used on them.
Ollie snorted as she reached for some fries. “No promises,” she said, and smirked as she heard a chorus of groans.
“Same,” Chan said sheepishly.
“Fine. Go bald! Don’t expect us to go wig shopping with you two,” Felix said, crossing his arms, raising a challenging brow.
“We could probably pull off the bald look,” Chan said, laughing.
“Yeah, no,” Ollie laughed, “There’s no way we’d pull that look off.” Everyone laughed along with the two oldest.
“I don’t know. I feel like Noona might be able to. Not too sure about Hyung though,” Minho shrugged. Ollie laughed as Chan let out an indigent squawk.
“Please don’t ever go bald,” Hyunjin said, seriously to both, but smiled, the words losing all bite.
“Yes, Sir,” Ollie nodded, giving him a mock salute.
The room lapsed into silence as they all went back to eating. Ollie happily hummed as she munched on her drumstick.
“On a serious note,” Chan spoke up, garnering the attention of everyone, “How’d it go today with the extra bodyguards?” Everyone turned to Ollie, looking at her expectantly.
She nodded as she finished swallowing the chicken in her mouth. “Pretty good actually. Luckily, the two guards are really nice and easy to talk to, and still take their jobs seriously,” Ollie answered.
JYP had assigned a few more bodyguards to not just her, but for Stray Kids in general. He had also taken out a statement addressing the situation and how they would take legal action against anyone who harms any of the members.
Chan and Ollie were relieved to see the company take action and put their safety first, especially as their comeback approached. JYP had actually tried to have Ollie sit this comeback out, but Ollie wasn’t having that. There was no way she’d miss their first ever full album comeback. Hell no. No thank you. So bodyguards were the next best thing.
“That’s good. Hopefully they catch her soon. I really hate the idea of her just lurking around waiting for her moment,” Seungmin said, earning a shiver from Ollie.
“You have no idea,” Ollie joked, but there was no humor.
“You’re gonna be okay, Noona. JYP is on it, and with these new precautions, it will be harder for Jisoo to try anything,” Chan said, offering her a slight smile.
Ollie smiled back, “Yeah, hopefully.”
“Well, I’m going to change subjects completely here,” Minho announced. Everyone looked at him, in confusion. “ I have new pictures,” he said, pulling his phone out.
Ollie laughed at him, as he tried to alleviate the tension, in the most Minho way.
“No! No more pictures of your cats!” Seungmin groaned, falling back onto the floor.

Chapter List
Tumblr media
You’ve been to every country on your list, quit your job, and tried every activity you’ve dreamed of. Now there is just one thing left to do.
I, L/N Y/N, being of sound and disposing mind, hereby declare the following:
A knock sounds at the door. It’s Jisung.
“Hungry?” he asks. “They’re ready outside.”
I have no children and declare no spouse. I appoint Bang Christopher Chan as personal representative of my will.
You tuck the paper you are looking at into an envelope while answering him. “Yeah, I’ll be there in a minute.”
You hear him walk down the hall and knock on another door.
“Hyunjin?” he calls. “You coming?”
The sound of your chair scraping against the floor drowns out his response. You straighten out the envelope on your desk and make your way out of your room.
“Want a drink?” Minho offers as soon as you step into the fraternity house’s kitchen. Well, Chan’s kitchen as of half a year ago.
You decline, and the male shrugs and downs the contents himself. You watch him walk away with a small smile on your lips.
To Lee Minho, I bequeath $2000 to his Cat Rescue Foundation. May this monetary effort touch the lives of misfortunate kittens just like he has touched them with his heart of gold.
“How’s it going?” greets Changbin with a chin tilt. This party is intended to celebrate the man’s recent hire at some office job, but you all know the true reason behind it.
“Good,” you reply.
“Awesome,” he nods. “Enjoy yourself. I’ll be creaming Felix at some video games in the living room if you need me.”
“Hey!” objects the Australian. “We’ll see about that!” He flashes a grin in your direction as a greeting before racing after the other male.
You can’t help but laugh at their antics.
To Seo Changbin, I leave him however much it takes to repair his synthesizer and purchase a microphone set in hopes that he continues pursuing his musical hobbies.
For Lee Felix, I have purchased the newest gaming console so that he might always have something to bother Changbin with. I leave an additional $500 for him to one day adopt a dog from the shelter cafe he frequents.
“Fried or seasoned?” you hear a voice call out to you from the kitchen island.
You turn towards that direction to see Seungmin indicating at a few buckets of chicken. Despite his question, he’s already putting food onto your plate.
“Half-half,” you answer. “Thanks!”
He nods and hands you exactly what you ask for.
To Kim Seungmin, I transfer all ownership of my stocks. As a man of great intelligence and even greater ambitions, there is not a doubt in my mind that he will take these shares and multiply their values beyond their monetary ones.
“Fried please!” yells Jeongin as he runs up to you so quickly, you nearly drop your plate.
He looks up to you with a cheeky grin while holding you in a side hug before making his way to Seungmin for food.
To Yang Jeongin, I grant $1125, the amount required to apply to all the post grad programs he is interested in, even the one he gave up on despite it being his dream school.
“Enjoying yourself?”
You nod in response to the leader’s question. “It’s quieter than your college frat parties.”
Chan laughs. “Guess we all got old. Wanna sit?”
You nod again and follow him to the living room where most of the boys have gathered.
To Bang Chan, I bequeath all benefits of my insurance and whatever is left in my accounts. I trust him to use this disproportionately larger sum to benefit the future of his Mu Alpha Theta boys. I trust that he’ll always be by their sides, nourishing them like he has done up until now. I also trust that he will take a generous portion for himself, so that I may attempt to thank him for the stellar leader and friend he has been to me.
“So who’s winning?” you ask.
“Me,” Changbin answers. Felix’s laugh tells you to believe otherwise.
“Who cares? They both suck,” Seungmin scoffs, taking a controller for himself as he plops down next to you.
You look fondly upon the group of boys. Never in your life had you imagined meeting a whole fraternity of werewolves, but you are so glad you did. You look at your wrist; it’s almost the same colour as the rest of your arm now. You try to imagine what life would be like if you were any other office lady, unaware of the Mu Alpha Theta wolves and soulmateless. You could be downtown, enjoying a candle-lit dinner with a boyfriend or jamming to karaoke with some co-workers and not dying.
Yet you can’t.
You can’t imagine being anywhere else right now than in this room with your eardrums being blasted out by game jargon and having to be hyper aware of your surroundings because fried chicken can still fly across the room when it’s in the hands of twenty-some year old boys. You can’t imagine not having got off the waitlist of your biology class and not having met Jisung or your soulmate.
On the topic of Hyunjin, you frown realizing that he isn’t here. He usually stays at a friend’s with his daughter during events like these where the other boys are drinking-- it is actually a habit you initiated-- but you were still hoping he would come tonight. After all, it is the last time you would see each other.
After chicken and games, Chan announces that he has bought cake. Before you can even recognize it as your favourite flavour, Jeongin has already smeared cream onto your face, and thus a war begins with the most popular target being you. By some miracle, you end up with a proper slice in your hands after all the commotion, but by then, the boys have quieted down significantly, having been worn down by earlier activities or passed out from alcohol.
“Hey.”
You turn around while swallowing your last bite to see Jisung again.
“Wanna get some fresh air?”
“Sure,” you reply.
He hands you a napkin and chuckles, “You might want some water to help you out. I’ll meet you outside when you’re ready.”
You take his suggestion and clean yourself up in the restroom. You giggle when you take in the damage the wolves have inflicted, but you don’t dwell on your reflection for long as to not keep Jisung waiting.
With your hand on the front door knob, you pause and take one last look at the house. Several boys lay asleep in front of a staticky television. The only one awake, Chan, looks up from his phone to shoot you a wink before looking back down, trying to keep things as normal as possible.
You look to your left for Hyunjin’s room. You wonder if he’s still awake and how he is doing since his soulmate is dying and all. You hope he will not miss you too much; at least he has Jisung again. Speaking of Jisung, you push open the door to meet him. He turns around with a smile to greet you as you descend the front steps.
To Hwang Hyunjin, I would like to give my sincerest apologies for making him go through the pains of being left alone once more. I know this will not compensate for his loss, but I leave for him my jewelry and gold. I pray that these gifts will ease the hardships of being a single father. Know that I leave more than just these earthly possessions; I also leave with you my heart and spirit. I am always with you and your daughter through every up and every down.
“Wanna go somewhere?” Jisung asks you when you join him on the pavement.
You shrug. “I’ve already been everywhere I want to. Do you have any ideas?”
“Actually, I do. Hop on.”
You wrap your arms around the neck of your personal werewolf taxi, and he takes off. The night wind blows through your hair, and although the moon is shy tonight, the city lights in the distance are enough to fill your heart. You hand brushes over the wolf’s fur, thanking him for the experience.
And to Han Jisung, the dearest and greatest blessing of my life, I know you wouldn’t want anything of monetary value from me, so I have left for you a memory box. In it, you will find my life: diaries I’ve written as an angsty teen, CDs of my favourite songs, my lucky charm socks that I save only for test days, my perfume, and more.
“Jolly Land?” you shout over the wind as Jisung easily hops over the gates. You are surprised at his choice, but not as surprised as when he starts climbing the twenty story ferris wheel, one carriage at the time until you have reached the top.
Oh, and please take care of Jolly Quokka. You are the reason why I have him, and he is one of my favourite memories I have with you. Please don’t cry too much, Jisung. Jolly will be watching over you for me to make sure you don’t!
“This is so illegal!” you laugh.
“Don’t worry, the werewolf council will cover up our tracks,” Jisung says while draping his jacket around you for the last time. “How are we supposed to explain the sudden death of a healthy young woman if she dies in the middle of a police interrogation?”
You are glad Jolly Land keeps some of its lights on after hours so that you can look around the park. You see a familiar stage and point towards it. “Look! That’s where we won the couple contest.”
Jisung leans over to take a gander before pointing at another spot. “And that’s where we got the headbands, and that’s the ride you forced me to go on.”
“And that’s where we had to sit for fifteen minutes afterwards because your legs were wobbling too much.”
“Hey!”
You both laugh at the memories. “I’ll miss coming here. This was a great idea; thanks for taking me tonight, Jisung.”
“No problem,” he hums.
“Which reminds me. Aren’t you afraid of heights? You couldn’t even take that roller coaster; how did you manage to climb up here?”
He shrugs nonchalantly. “Some things are worth being afraid over.”
You chuckle at his sweet words. “Things would have been simpler if I were your soulmate… Ah, sorry, that is insensitive for me to say,” you apologize.
“It’s fine. It’s the truth.”
“Still,” you frown.
He reaches over and gives you a reassuring pat. “Did you have a good life, Y/N?”
“I would say so, yeah.”
“I’m glad.” He pulls you closer, and you lean into your best friend and close your eyes. You can feel your clock ticking. You know Hyunjin can feel it too.
Ten.
Inside one of the rooms in the frat house paces a brown wolf as his child lays sleeping in her bed. Unlike what you had assumed, he has not left his room since you said your unofficial farewells this morning. Since then, only one question has dominated his thoughts: can he do it?
A sharp pain in his wrist reminds him of the limited time he has left.
Nine.
Jisung takes your cold hands in his, making sure you feel warm until the end. You shift in your seat to get a little more comfortable.
Eight.
A tear drips from his eye as he walks over to his daughter. The memory of you sitting beside him, stroking his back after his ex left replays itself in his mind. Then comes the memory of you waiting patiently for him outside the custody court. Then the memory of you holding his hand in the ER when his child’s fever spiked at three in the morning. Then the memory of you laughing with him when he drenched you both in water while trying to fill up a kiddie pool.
Seven.
You begin humming a nursery song, one that you often sing during the child’s bedtime. Jisung drums along with his fingers against your hand.
Six.
And then the memory of your arms around him in the forest. He was so close to losing you. So close to never holding you against him like that again. Hyunjin snuggles his daughter’s head upwards so that her neck lies between his two canines.
You will hate him for this. You will absolutely hate him for this, but Hyunjin has been giving you reasons to hate him since the day you met. It’ll be alright if you finally did.
Five.
Your fingers curl themselves into your palm as a sudden fear of what is on the other side creeps up your spine. Jisung moves to loosen the tension by interlacing his digits with yours.
Four.
Another teardrop lands on his daughter and wakes her up. She blinks a few times. “Daddy?”
That one single word pierces his heart.
Time is ticking.
Three.
“Jisung?” you whisper, lifting your chin slightly more towards him.
“Hm?”
“Thank you.”
Two.
But then there’s you, and he loves you. He loves you so much. There is no denying now. You are his soulmate, his heartbeat, his existence...
... And just a bite away.
One.

truth or dare | Bang Chan & Felix
Summary: finding out your best friends are cam boy. Admitting it to them they ask you to join for a game of sexual truth or dare
word count: 5.7k || Genre: poly! camboy chan, camboy Felix, blowjob, fingering, teasing, smut, love, kissing,
a/n: Inspired by this anon ask here. This was a joy to write so I really hope you enjoy. IM SO WHIPPED FOR CHAN AND FELIX. (I should have edited it more but I’m soooo burnt out sorry)
Tumblr media
Going to university was hard the studying, struggling for money, and the lack of sleep.  At least you had a bright side to this money pit hell. Bang Chan and Lee Felix your two friends.
Pressing your face against your palm you let out a sigh looking at the long list of math equations you just couldn't get. "Y/n I know it's hard, but I believe in you," you heard Chan say sitting next to you.
Currently, you and Chan were sitting outside in a shaded area for studying. Well, you were studying while Chan was making paper planes next to you. Glancing at him in jealousy you wish you could slack at a time like this. With a sigh, you whined out "I just can't get this."
"You can do this," Chan insisted moving your study material over to look at it "only oh," he paused "50 more problems to review," he trailed off gazing at the material.
"You guys are looking down," a deep voice said sitting opposite of you. Rolling your eyes to see Felix across from you.
"Just math studying she's not getting," Chan said going back to his general paper airplane.
Felix gave a small hum in understanding as he watched the two of you carefully. "Chan, we are hanging out tonight right," Felix asked pursing up his lips.
"Oh yeah boys’ night," Chan grinned lifting his hand for Felix to high five him.
"Can I come over," you asked eager hearing that. Boys night was normally 2 times a week on a Friday. The night where Chan and Felix would hang out without you more like it. Even after knowing them for a year they always refuted you going to this 'boys’ night'.
"Well," Felix trailed off gazing at you. You smirked always asking Felix since he never could deny you. You could see his brown eyes flicker to you and the blond wanting to say something.
"Sorry Y/n it's a guy thing," Chan quickly made up for Felix awkward disposition.
"You always say that," you huffed looking at Chan. "I'm one of your closest friends I mean I'm not like you and Felix, but I think I matter," you gave a fake pout.
Chan gave a gentle smile "aw look she's pouting how adorable," he hummed. You felt your stomach twist with the word 'adorable'. "You do matter but no dice sorry," he shrugged grabbing his bookbag.
"See ya Y/n," Chan said wrapping his arm around your neck for a side hug. "Guys night starts soon," he gave a wink. "Maybe one day you can join," he added.
"Yeah someday," Felix trailed off looking between you two. Felix gave you a small wave with a sheep smile "sorry Y/n guys night," he grinned giving you a small fist bump as they walked away together.
Without words, they were gone. Damn those boys you thought to yourself.
It's been hours since you've seen both of them and it was relatively frustrating. You would like to go to Chan's place for a night in. Being a college student, you were stuck in the dorm while Chan was privileged enough to have his own apartment a little way from the campus to go to.
Placing your bowl of old Chinese next to your side laptop you stretched your neck. Your roommate was always at her boyfriend’s, so it was just you at this point.
Opening your laptop, you just wanted to relax a little before you go to sleep. Looking at your phone your last text from Felix was a random meme he sent you. Smiling you quickly sent a reply to him.
The internet was dull, social media was boring and the loneliness of the night was getting to you. You were frustrated about school and your friends. Why couldn't you just come over? you thought trying figure out why didn't they want you to come.
Was it you? Did they want time away from you? Were they doing something illegal? you thought to yourself.
Without thinking you decided to play some games to get your mind off of them. They would be upfront with you if it was something about you.
Typing in an online game you sighed ready to melt away on a video game for the night. Playing the game, it got your mind off of Chan and Felix for a while. The mindlessness making you relaxed.
Pushing your headset away you saw the video game gave you a cam site pop up on the game. "what the," you hummed looking at the site.
It was bright and flashy site and it was called "Cams4you" quirking an eyebrow you looked at the site it was tasteful you must say. The layout kind of like YouTube but with streaming content. It wasn't all sexual some was asmr, talking, mukbangs.
The site was interesting your finger on your mouse looking at some of the safer cams. The asmr range was nice. Next to the live stream was a large red how many people were watching and then had a money jar where you could donate to the creator.
A large "want to see all the content sign up now," it read. Rolling your eyes, you wanted to click off but for some reason, you didn't. With a throwaway email account, you signed up for an account thankfully no credit card number required.
To your surprise, there was more content on the page. It was organized nicely with genres like cosplay, female, male all that gaze. A small smile slipped on your mouth as you clicked onto the male.
Browsing through the male streams you stopped to see an empty room in one. Wait that room looked familiar you thought to yourself. Clicking the link your finger slipped off the mousepad to see Felix in the background of the Cam.
Your Felix on a cam site. Staring at the screen clicked it watching in awe as he plopped himself down on the computer chair. He looked different the camcorder giving him a clear yet grainy vibe. His colored hair swept nicely across his forehead.
Your mind raced at reality. Lee Felix your friend was on a cam site. Then your mind processed he was at Chan's house. So that means Chan is in on this too.
Turning up the volume you heard Felix start to talk it looked like he was reading comments at this point. "Am I good," his deep voice was so different it was husky and smooth. He gave the camera a grin "I'm fine I'll probably go to sleep soon," he said nodding cutely.
Looking over at the door he gave a low whine "where is Chan at," he said. Looking down at this phone.
"I'm sorry guys no sexual stuff for me tonight I'm kind of out of it," he said looking at the camera. Your eyes went to the comments as they gave him hearts of 'it’s okay we still love you' kind of comments.
Chan came in a second later his shirt already off and it made you go completely still at seeing your friend’s bare chest. His broad shoulders gave him a large look as he sat down in the chair next to Felix.
"Did our baby girls miss me," Chan said leaning forward to look at the chan. You even noticed he had blue eye contacts in making him look positively handsome.
"Mmh a little but they still love me more," Felix flirted with the views giving them a small wink.
From there they just talked really until Felix excused himself to go to sleep in the living room. "Don't leave Felix you can sleep in my bed," Chan playfully yelled at his friend.
"No thanks I need sleep and not hearing you jerking off," Felix yelled back as he left.
It was weird seeing your friends so flirty to each other and the camera. They were naturals you thought. With another right click, you went to their channel checking it out. It was called Aussie Boys with a selfie of Felix and Chan as the icon. Most of the videos were available they did have pay to watch ones but mostly those were special event ones that were locked. Your eyes widen looking at the number of average views they get. It was a baseline 1,000 plus.
On your headset, you could hear Chan whimper for a second. The sound made your spine tingle. Looking at the video again you bit your lip watching Chan as he slowly peeled off his baggy pants.
Without question, you closed the laptop. This was too much you just learned they own a cam channel and watching Chan get off. Somewhere in your morals you just couldn't watch Chan get off.
An inner debate went off inside your mind and your stomach twist, you couldn't keep away from watching.
Opening your laptop, you refreshed the screen to see Chan lightly teasing his head. It was bright red and looked so aching. Your fingers tingled wanting to touch it.
"Ah fuck," his thick accent cussed out. Donations came flooding in as he jerked himself off. Leaning in the chair he looked eternal his blond hair so light his hand jerking himself off. You bite your lip wanting him.
You were fucked you thought to yourself.
After finding out Felix and Chan did a cam show you tried not to act differently toward them, but you saw them all. You've seen them bare, jerking off, kissing, laughing, moaning and it couldn't leave your mind.
You watched all the backlog of them on stream. They were funny and handsome had lots of donations and incredibly popular. Some streams were a teasing stream, some were mukbangs some just playing video games. People watched it because it was Bang Chan the handsome blond older Australian and his friend Felix the shy cute younger Australian.
You also noted about them they kept bringing up a third person in their stream. It struck you as weird. Slightly jealously filled you realizing they claimed she was a streamer and they knew her and wanted her to join them for a game.
In reality, you can't be jealous because they don't know you are aware of their activities. It was coming to a point you felt like you needed to tell them.
Sitting at a quiet coffee shop you sighed looking at the coffee you didn't know how to say it to them. They called you here because they wanted to have a talk.
"Hey y/n," you heard Chan say slipping into the chair on your side. He still looked amazing his blond hair swept nicely his smile bright as could be.
Felix gave you a small hey as he sat across from you. His disposition was still awkward you could tell. You gave them a warm smile back "hey guys," replied.
"I love this place," Felix hummed enjoying the privacy of the cafe.
You chatted lightly with them enjoying the moment with them. Forgetting about the whole cam thing until Chan had to bring it up.
"So, Y/n we brought you here today," Chan paused his brown eyes flickered from you to his hands. His thick hands twiddling their thumb.
"Chan, I don't think," Felix started. The dynamic was there Chan was the "leader" of this whole thing while Felix was more tentative.
"Your cam boys aren't you," you finally told them. Felix's eyes widen at your words his face slightly burned red at your words. “That’s what you wanted to tell me,” you said.
Chan smirked "And how did you find out about that," he raised an eyebrow at you. "Was our Y/n pleasuring herself to our stream," he teased.
You felt your face go red "you wish I had the cam program pop up and I clicked on it, you guys leave me every other Friday night I was bored," you declared. "I found your page and watched your streams," you said.
The tension slowly grew at your comment. You see there everything watched them do everything together. Felix choked on his drink lightly "so you saw," he blushed shyly looking at Chan.
"I did," you affirmed you saw it all of Felix his chest, his body his moans.
Chan leaned back on the chair "okay well that makes this easier now right Felix," Chan smirked looking at you and him.
"Sure," he hummed his deep voice doing things to you.
"Y/n please join us for a stream," Chan asked. Your eyes widen at the words you felt a little outer body at his words.
"Me," you asked looking between them. "So, in your new streams you were asking about me joining," you said shocked.
"So, you've been watching," Chan teased at your words.
In your mind, they were basically asking you to have sex on stream with them. "Do you want this Chan," you asked him. He gave a nod his eyes glazed with excitement. "And you Felix," you asked the other male.
Biting his lip, he gave a small "yeah," back at you.
This was odd in a good way you thought looking down at the clothing you were wearing. Chan told you to wear whatever you want. But he recommended something airy and cute for the stream. So, you decided to wear a black skirt for easy to remove and a tucked in shirt.
You marveled at the set up they had. The lights were bright giving them a good look to it, the camera was at least a 100 plus dollar one with a two-monitor set up. The camera was dead center in the room as it was angled to show you guys in the large gaming chairs and the bed nicely.
Chan was setting up the stream next to you while Felix was sitting next to you in his chair. You were sandwiched between the two of your friends.  Felix small hand played with your hand trying to comfort you.
The camera went with a red light signaling it was on. The monitor that mirrors what people were seeing showed it was showing you and Felix and Chan at the computer. "Hey guys," he hummed looking at the chat. People started to join at a rapid amount which made you assume they had alerts of the stream.
"Hello everyone," Felix deep voice hummed waving at the camera.
"Who’s the new person," Chan read the comment slowly a small smile lifted on his lips "she is our friend we were talking about," he hummed "and she's a little shy about being on camera so give her lots of encouragement," Chan spoke.
The chat did just that with lots of "hellos" and calling you "pretty". "Hey," you said waving at the chat a little stiff in front of the camera. Your heart was thudding against your ribcage eagerly with anticipation. You would be lying if you never thought about Felix or Chan in a sexual manner. They both were incredibly handsome, friendly and anyone you would love to be with them.
You all talked it out before even daring this. Chan explained and reassured you he wouldn't force you to do anything you didn't want to. Making sure you were comfortable with this new three-way relationship to move into a more sexual manner.
Felix grabbed your hand a little firmer. Gazing up at the younger male his eyes held so much eagerness in this. Before you knew it, you felt Felix capture your lips. It was a surprise, but you mellowed into the kiss.
"Felix is a little eager one," Chan hummed shifting in his seat. "I know our guest is pretty but wait for the game," Chan teased.
Breaking the kiss, you looked at Felix in shock at the kiss. It was soft and eager and everything you imagined it could be.
"Okay so today we are going to play Sexy Truth or Dare," he hummed at the camera. The comments spammed as he told them today's stream.
"Here are the cards," Chan said bringing up the cards they were black with a sexy kiss mark on them. "Are you guys ready," Chan smirked.
"Of course," you said feeling your stomach fill with excitement to finally get this started.
"And these cards are mostly truth a slight dare nothing too major yet we're saving that for later," Chan gave the camera a wink. It was shocking how good he was to the camera. His winks and looks made people pour money at him for just being him.
Your eyes widen in the list you saw a recent tip was 100 dollars from a random user they commented: "I can't wait for this". A shiver went down your spine realizing that people were actually watching you guys.
Felix glanced at you his cheeks a little red his freckles showing under the lights. While his hair held a shine to it. Your mind whirled being in-between those your good-looking friends. One who already kissed you.
Chan raised the card to Felix letting the other male take one.
Felix's eyes flickered looking between the two of you. Clearing his throat, he spoke the question "Would you rather spank someone or be spanked?" He read out. Looking at you guys and at the camera, he gave the views a smile. "Personally, I would rather be spanked," Felix said embarrassment laced his voice.
Chan gave a small giggle "Let me guess you couldn't go through with it," he poked fun at Felix.
"Felix wouldn't hurt a fly Chan," you hummed back grabbing Felix soft hand into yours. "He's our soft boy," you praised him.
Felix let out a little chuckle "I can show you how hard I can be," he raised an eyebrow at you. The subtle flirting making your body feel all fluttery inside.
Chan spoke up "Y/n take your card," lifting you the deck. Chan had this aura that made you feel so comfortable.
Taking the card, you realized it was a dare card. The dare was already pretty lewd you thought. "Blindfold yourself and try and guess who’s kissing you," you quirked an eyebrow. How situational is that?
"Did you," you started wanting to call him out for setting you with such a direct card so early.
"And look what we have here," Chan said looking at the camera picking up the blindfold for you. "Let's see if our good friend can tell us apart," Chan teased.
"Can I," he asked holding the black silk blindfold. Breathing in you gave a small nod in consent as he went over to tie it around your eyes.
"And just so she won't know me, and Chan will be on the same side so she can't tell," Felix added. You heard them both get up walking around to one side. You guessed on purpose to mix you up.
You felt a hand reach for your chin the person guiding your lips to theirs. Your mind raced as you met the person's lips. The excitement of not knowing you who were kissing made your mind whirl. Placing your lips to the person you imagined Chan or Felix kissing you making your body buzz with want. The first press of the lips was gentle testing the water kiss. Slowly as that came it was a harder kiss on your lips.
You felt a small peak of their tongue egging you to open your mouth. With ease, you did let them slip into your mouth. The kiss was hot and warm making you want more. But before you could really get into the kiss they pulled away.
Who was it? You felt like it was Chan. Felix wouldn't be so bold so early you thought. He did kiss you a second ago so maybe he was so bold.
Before you knew it, you felt a hand lifted to your chin so your lips met there's. You were stirring for more contact wanting more affection. The kiss was soft and tentative with a force you never felt before like the underline emotion was just pure want and need. Either Bang Chan or Felix didn't try for much tongue all they did was lightly lick your bottom lip in want. You felt yourself sticking your mouth out ready to open kiss him. He pulled away before you could really get into it.
The person sighed and got up as they placed themselves back into their chairs. "Y/n you can take off the blindfold," you heard Chan say. You felt on the other side must have been Felix helped you.
The light made you blink a little hard. "So, y/n who kissed you," Chan grinned.
A firm line formed on your lips as you decided. "I think the first one is," you paused he was more assertive so it must be Chan. "it was you Chan," you declared.
Chan gave a shocked expression for a second "wow that's talent," he praised.
Shifting a laugh, you nodded "Felix is a little more tentative overall," you added looking at the other handsome male.
Chan gave a flirty smile "kissing Y/n was nice right Felix," Chan asked the other boy. "I mean you did get to kiss her before me and all," he hummed.
Felix gave a small nod in understanding "her lips felt amazing," Felix said his eyes slightly looking up to remember the kiss. Being praised stirring up a good feeling in your body.
"Chan pick your card," you said reaching for the deck. Felix was busy thanking all the donors on the screen reading out the comments. One stuck in your mind "that Y/n looked perfect between the boys". The praise was almost endless, but did you look amazing between these two amazingly handsome males. Did you fit into this dynamic?
"Got a dare card," he smoothly said looking at the words. Reading it slowly he spoke "Whisper in the persons next to your ear something you've always wanted to see me do in bed," he said with a smooth accent.
"Sorry views this is for our Y/n ears only," Chan gave the camera a wink as he leaned down to your ear. His warm breath hitting your ear. "Y/n I want to see you whimper my name begging for my cock wanting it so bad yet not getting it," his smooth Aussie accent told you.
Immediately you shifted in your seat with want. "Bang Chan," you lightly gasped out covering your mouth.
Giving you a wink, he went back to the views. "Before the next round, I'll read out some comments,"
"Felix you look adorable today," Chan read the comment out. "He looks adorable all the time, to be honest, we're just lucky we get to see it."
Reading the comments, you got an understanding of the cam feel. It felt like a YouTube vide kind of. The comments were nice, donations were flooding in. You totally forgot at least 500 people were watching you kiss your best friends.
"Felix take a card," you hummed reaching for the deck and passing it to him. Giving you a firm smile he took a card.
Giving everyone an embarrassing smile "I watched hentai and I have no shame," he declared putting the card down. Your eyes widen at the confession admiring how confident he was in his answer.
Trading the cards to you, you picked one up and read it aloud. "Touch yourself for 60 seconds," you read out.
You stiffen your back at the comment. "Um is it okay if I sit on the bed," you asked.
"Anything that makes you comfortable," Felix said. Putting the card down you sat at the edge of the bed. The comments went wild with the realization sexual stuff will happen.
You looked at both of them in awkwardness as you lifted the skirt revealing your lace panties to them and the screen. Looking at yourself through the monitor you looked lewd. At that moment the whole room shifted with sexual tension.
You calmed yourself as you slowly brought your hand go down to pleasure yourself. You teased your slit drawing the wetness near. The exoticness of your two friends watching made you more aroused.
Touching yourself you were delicate and needy the tension slowly grew as you played with your clothed slit. Peeking out to see Chan with a pleased grin and Felix with a needy wanting look.
"Forget about these fucking cards," you heard Chan say in an aggressive manner as he put them down to go to the bed.
"Felix can you help out beautiful girl here," Chan hummed sitting on the bed pulling your back against his chest smoothly.
Felix did as he was instructed. Even in this situation, Chan was more of the dominant right now and you both fended to him. "Felix please," you begged spreading your legs open for him to touch you.
"We don't want her to come so early so just tease her," Chan hummed out the order. Leaning his mouth toward your neck he laid a few kisses on your neck as his hands went to your waist. His large hands met your waist as he roamed your body.
"Just relax," Chan whispered in your ear as his hands went further up to meet right below your bra. "I'm right here baby girl," his deep voice so naturally seductive making you buzz with want.
Felix slowly fingered you his gentle touch made you whimper for more. Looking down at the male he looked so focused on your slit. His fingers lightly petting you slowly only slightly entering to feel your velvety wetness. "She's so damp," Felix deep voice hummed. Spreading your fold to show the camera you off.
Chan hard manhood stood firm against your back as his hands groped your breast. He felt the fabric over them as he ran his smooth palm over them. Lifting the shirt up enough to show the stream. "I picked out her set for her," he mentioned proudly, of the black lace he bought you.
The stimulation with being in between two hot and bothered males made your body heat up. Chans fingers found your bra snapping it off in a cool manner. Letting your breast be free for him to play with.
"As much as I like it on you, I like it off a lot better," Chan uttered. His palm enveloped your breast as he played with them. "So warm in my palm," his dirty talk making you wet.
"She's so warm Chan," Felix spoke up finally as he teased you. Licking his lips, you knew he wanted to dive in and enjoy himself.
Chan one hand played with your nipple. Taking the small bud and playing with it "Oh I would love to see them filled with milk one day," he leaned down to whisper. The insinuation of breeding you made your spine chill with want.
"Ah," you let a mew at the feeling of him pinching and rubbing your nipple paired with Felix now inserting his finger into you this was too much. The familiar feeling of excitement pooled in your lower belly wanting to come soon.
"Mmh look at the chat praising you," Chan accent came out thicker at the moment. His fingers teased your nipples his one hand traveling down to your slit as he slowly found your clit as he played with it.
"Don't come, baby," he hummed in your ear. His hardness lightly rocking against your back. Both of their hands playing with you.
"You're close aren't you," Chan groaned in your ear. With a shaky head, you nodded feeling the coming orgasm fill your stomach.
"Felix stop touching," He demanded you turned your head to see Chan had a large smirk on his face. "Mmh clean his fingers for him won't you," Chan teased out.
The loss of contact made your body slightly settle. You gazed at Felix a gentle grin on his face "open," he ordered lightly.
Without words, you opened your mouth accepting his fingers tasting yourself. The visual of seeing Felix stand before you as you swirled your tongue on his fingers made you want them more. Cleaning his fingers, you probably looked so desperate at this point.
"Look what you've done to poor Felix," Chan pointed out the outline of a line of his dick showing in Felix's sweatpants. "Got him all riled up," he pointed out once again.
"Get on your fours baby girl," Chan told you a light pinch on your butt making you shift. Following his orders, you did what he asked. You wondered if Chan was naturally like this or was this a show for the cameras. Something inside you guessed this isn't an act.
"Now give Felix some pleasure he deserves it," Chan hummed watching from behind you as you grabbed Felix sweatpants pulling them down slightly revealing his briefs. He was already hard against them making an outline.
You ran your fingertips over his clothed dick lightly teasing the member. "Fuck Y/n," he gave deep moan at the lightest touch.
Feeling behind you Chan grabbed your hips tapping your ass lightly. "Her ass is amazing," Chan praised. He grabbed at it in a harsh manner feeling it.
"I want to feel it," Felix groaned as you kept your light touches up.
"One day you can have it," Chan teased out at Felix. "Today it’s all mine," he added.
Chan fingers lightly played with slit pulling the underwear down slightly. "So many donations I think people like the show," he hummed at the camera. The monitor gave you a perfect view of Chan behind you.
Pulling off Felix’s briefs to reveal his dick. "Suck it please," Felix whined out practically begging you. Grabbing it you lightly jerked him off. The feeling of Chan behind you made you moan as he slowly entered you.
You panted with want but wanted to please Felix as well. Wrapping your mouth on his dick you felt Chan lightly thrust in you making sure you could take him.
"Suck him off good Y/n," Chan egged you on. You moaned feeling Chan starting to slowly thrust into you. Your stomach stirring at the feeling of being fucked. Felix in front of you letting deep moans lace the air. You adored the sound of the younger male deep voice.
Chans hands were wrapped around your waist as he steadied you as he gave a gentle pace inside you. "Seeing you suck off Felix is so hot," he admitted a breathy groan laced his sentence.
Your gag reflex was lightly getting in the way, so you lightly backed off. Felix's hands met your head as he thrust into your open mouth his hips rocking in your mouth. The more he did that the more you gagged on him.
"Oh, fucking hell you clench around me every time you gag," Chan cursed "It feels amazing," he rocked into you harder.
The scene was lewd as it could be. You are blowing off your friend while your other friend took you from behind.
The warmth in your body was flaring up you felt your stomach tighten your skin so warm from the teasing. Wanting to help Felix before you came you focuses on the person in front of you.
You hollowed around him sucking him lightly. Your tongue peeking out giving kitten licks to his mushroomed head.
"She's so good," Felix gave a deep moan as he rocked his hips in your mouth. Pressing his fingers in your hair he lightly pushed you deeper as he balls tightened as he came in your mouth, you gagged lightly feeling the ropes of come touch the back of your throat.
"Fuck the clenching," Chan moaned from behind you. Felix unlaced his fingers from your hair his hand grabbing your chin letting the cum lightly drip out of your mouth.
"What a good girl we have here," Felix said a slight smirk on his face as his thumb touched the cum coming out. Catching it on his thumb he moved it to your mouth making you open your mouth to accept the fallen cum. "All of it my girl," his dark eyes held so much love and lust as you stared up at him accepting his finger cleaning it. The shift from cute too so sexual made you whine with want.
Chan wasn't done with you as his thrust became sloppier signaling, he was about to come. Your arms tired from holding yourself up you laid your head on the bed letting Chan fuck you into the bed.
You eyed Felix as he went back to the stream a lazy smile across his face. It made your heart flutter knowing you did that for him. You pleasured him into that handsome smile of his.
"You feel so good baby girl," Chan moaned as his hips were starting to stutter into you he was so close and so deep inside you.
Finally, after all the teasing, you could finally let go. You let the pleasure envelope you as he drove into you. The feeling of the tension washing over you signaled you came; a flow of moans left your mouth as you let go. The pleasure washed over you in an amazing way.
Chan soon chased his orgasm his Australian accent came out thick as he praised you.
Felix said some words you couldn't care less about to the stream thanking all the watchers and donors you think. Saying he loved the feedback and this experience as he shut off the stream and the bright studio lights in the room. Chan grabbed you pushing you on the bed.
You looked up at the male wide-eyed to see a lazy smile on his lips. "You're a natural," he praised you deciding to lay next to you.
"Yah why do you get to cuddle Y/n," Felix playfully pouted at the scene before him.
"Um because she likes me the best," Chan rolled his eyes covering you with his arm.
"I want your cuddles Felix," you whined reaching out for the other male. He accepted your arms and laid in them. Sighing with content you felt Felix shift on the bed.
"We really did that," Felix hummed laying in the packed bed.
"We sure did now go to sleep before I kick you out the bed," Chan laughed out lightly. You didn't know what morning had for you. At least you had your two best friends next to you.

Sweet Providence - Felix Starjune
“Would you like another cup of tea?” Willem asked with a smile.
I gave a soft nod, too caught up in my own thoughts to respond properly. I had been invited by Felix to enjoy some afternoon tea, yet he had yet to show up. I knew I shouldn’t worry too much though. Yet an uneasy feeling of uncertainty had washed over me, bringing about thoughts that I wish would stay as far from me as possible.
“Pfft, what’s with that look?” Lacan’s voice entered the room as he sat down across from me.
“Huh?”
“Your face. You’re scrunching it up so much it looks like you’re giving yourself wrinkles on your forehead.” He laughed.
“O-Oh…” I gently touched my face in embarrassment.
“Something on your mind?” Willem handed me back my teacup along with the small glass container that held some sugar cubes.
“It’s nothing. I’m fine, really I am.” I gave a quick smile as I grabbed a sugar cube, plopping it in a little more forceful when I heard Lacan speak.
“I bet it has to do with Felix.”
“Lacan.”
“No, seriously Willem, I mean, Felix is the one who wanted to see his partner and he can’t even show up? Talk about being rude.” Lacan looked my way. “In a way though, I guess I should be grateful, after all, this gives me a chance to be with you.”
I choked a little on my tea as Lacan gave me a flirty wink, receiving a glare from Willem.
“If that’s the case then consider your invitation to this afternoon tea, revoked.” A voice from behind Lacan growled and I watched as the colour in Lacan’s face drain.
“Haha...hey Felix! Glad you could make it!”
Felix rolled his eyes before taking a seat next to me. “Did he try anything?”
I shook my head. “No. Why do you ask?”
“No reason.”
“I don’t know, seems like you might be feeling jealous.” Lacan smirked.
For the next ten minutes, it was a continuous back and forth battle between the two of them. Tired of hearing it, I decided to excuse myself and step outside to get a nice breath of fresh air; and some much needed peace and quiet. The bickering continued for a little while longer before everything went quiet. The door slowly opened, revealing Lacan who quickly apologized and asked if I would be joining for a couple of board games or two. I was hesitant to accept, but the thought of spending some more time with Felix was making my heart all aflutter.
I agreed and just as I had entered the house and made my way into the living room, I was greeted to a box. The paint was worn-down and peeling on some of the sides, curious to see what was in there, I leaned down to get a better look, only to be startled by Lacan’s voice.
“Oh hey, I see you noticed the Tarot card box.”
“Tarot card box?” I asked.
“Yeah, I was cleaning up a few days ago and came across this. Willem had plans to throw it out, but reconsidered when I asked to keep hold it. It’ll at least get some use in my care.” Lacan explained. “The best part of these cards though is that they’re enchanted. I wonder if that’s why they were almost tossed out.”
“Enchanted huh?”
“Would you like to try it?”
“Huh? Are you sure?”
“Yeah! Go ahead and sit down.”
Lacan and I sat on the ground across from one another. He undid the top of the box and laid out some cards on the table. With a soft hum his fingers gently grazed over each one until he finally picked one of the bunch and handed it to me.
“Go ahead an tell me what’s on it.”
“Okay…” I gave the card a good looking over. “Hmm... it looks like Nine of Cups in the upright position.” I answered.
“Hm okay let me think...ah! In the upright position, the Nine of Cups can mean  contentment, gratitude, satisfaction, and that one’s wishes will come true.”
“So, if it’s enchanted, that means one of those things will happen?”
Lacan chuckled shyly. “See uh...that’s the thing. I’m not sure how the whole enchantment thing works. It only happened to me once but I can’t remember what it was that caused it to have such a magical reaction. But hey! You can go ahead and keep that card, maybe it’ll bring you some good fortune.”
“Are you sure I can really have this?”
“Absolutely.”
“Thank you.” I smiled as I tucked the card away.
Around that time, Felix and Willem were coming down the stairs, each had a few board games in their hands.
“Took you two long enough.”
“Well, one of us was rather indecisive with picking out what board games to bring down.” Willem glanced over at Felix who muttered something as he hurried ahead of Willem.
“I just wanted to find games that I know everyone would like to play. Especially….you.” He shot a soft look in my direction before turning away. My heart began to beat exceptionally hard against my chest as I smiled.
“That’s so sweet of you, Felix.”
“W-Whatever…”
After a few rounds of playing one board game, we moved onto the next and about halfway through we took a small break. My sitting position had caused my legs to go a bit numb so I excused myself to go and take a small walk outside. Shockingly, Felix decided to join me and the two of us were now walking the path that led to a small creek. I tried to think of what to say because I wasn’t sure how much longer I could endure such silence between us.
“Have you been settling in comfortably?”
“What do you mean?”
“With the village, or well, Gedonelune in general.”
“It’s quiet here, with the exception that your friends don’t start throwing wild and crazy parties that last well past midnight.”
I knew who he was talking about and I nervously laughed. “Ha...well I mean, at least that makes it lively, right?”
“That’s not what I would call it.”
I cleared my throat, trying to think of another question. “Have you made any new friends?”
“With humans? Perish that thought, I still find many humans undesirable and would like to not make contact with any of them anytime soon.”
“What about Hugo? He usually stops by for a visit doesn’t he? Last I heard you two were on pretty good terms.”
“Me? Friends with him? A-Absolutely not.”
He tried to hide it, but I knew that Felix was lying.
I sighed. “I wish you were more honest with your feelings…”
Just as the words left my mouth, a dim glow which gradually began to grow brighter, emitted from my pocket. I reached in and grabbed the object with widened; it was the tarot card that Lacan allowed me to keep.
“Huh? Hey, what is that?!”
Felix was just as surprised as I was and right as I was about to answer a bright light shot out of the card and hit Felix. Thankfully he wasn’t injured, but he was taken by so much surprise that he ended up taking a few steps back.
“Are you okay?!”
I went to his side, making sure he could stand up properly and watched in relief as he nodded.
“Yeah I’m fine.”
“Oh, what a relief.”
“.....Were...you concerned about me?”
“Huh? Of course I was.”
“Why?”
“Because I love and care about you? Felix, are you feeling alright?”
His eyes softened as he moved to face me, his hand grabbing mine as he placed it on his cheek. “What a wonderful feeling; to be loved by such a beautiful human.”
My face was starting to become hot as I quickly removed my hand from Felix’s grasp and placed it on his forehead. “Are you sure you’re feeling alright? I know Dragonkin can’t really get sick but something is clearly wrong here.”
“Wrong? Whatever do you mean my love?”
“D-Did that light hit you in the head or something? I seriously think you might be hurt.”
“Ah…” Felix sighed and closed his eyes, his hand reaching up to rest on his chest. “My heart is beating so fast whenever I’m with you…”
“Alright, that’s it, I’m getting Willem and Lacan, they might be able to - ah!”
Right as I was about to get them, Felix pulled me into a tight embrace. His cheeks were burning brightly and I swear I could hear the sound of his heart thumping against his chest.
“Don’t. I don’t want them anywhere near you.”
“What, why?”
“Isn’t it obvious, it’s because I love you! You’re mine and mine only!”
“Felix…”
“Everytime I’m away, those two seem to hop on the chance to flirt with you…” He averted his eyes as his hold on me loosened. “It makes me feel awful, to see them flirting with the one person I managed to fall in love with. What if I’m unable to make you happy and you leave me for one of them? That’s almost as scary as the day I was sealed up, I don’t want to lose you.”
“Felix.” Now free from his embrace, I grabbed both of his hands tightly. “You’re not going to lose me. I fell in love with you and you only Felix. No matter what Lacan and Willem say, it will never change the feelings I have of you.”
I threw my arms around him and closed my eyes when I felt his arms gently wrap around me lovingly.
“Hearing you say that makes me feel more at ease.” Felix admitted softly. “When I was hit with that magic, I felt...scared.”
“Felix, about that magic, I think it had something to do with the card. I think it resonated with my wish.” I gently pulled away from him. “The effects should wear off soon though, so don’t worry, you’ll be back to normal.”
I watched a sly smile form on Felix’s face as he gently reached out to touch my cheek softly. “Spell? That weak magic had no effect on me.”
My eyes widened. “What?”
Felix chuckled. “I’m sorry for not telling you sooner.”
“B-But all those things you said!”
“I knew what kind of magic that was, your wish - for me to be honest with my feelings - was supposed to force the love words out of me.I realized then and there that you’re right. I’m not very open about my feelings towards you. This is all still new to me, I’ve never felt love like this until I met you. Never in a million years did I ever imagine I would one day fall in love with a human, especially after...certain circumstances.” Felix explained. “But I want you to know that I do love you, even if I can’t express it the way I would like to.”
“Felix, it’s okay. It’s going to take time, I’m sure you’re feeling a lot.” I answered with a soft smile.
“You really do invoke such strange feelings within my heart.” Felix laughed.
“Yeah? What are you feeling right now then?”
“Right now, I would love nothing more than to hold you in my arms and kiss you over and over for eternity.”
My cheeks were burning and my heart was beating so hard against my chest that I was afraid Felix would hear. Felix leaned in closer and just like magnets, we were drawn to one another until his lips brushed against mine, invoking a deep and sensual kiss that left me breathless. His hands wrapped against my waist to hold me steady as the kiss deepened, drowning us both in the love that we held for one another.
I knew, right then and there, that I didn’t need some card to tell me that Felix loved me...

Hey I have a request for creators chosen, if u feel like writing a mini scene! Can we see Marinette bringing in Felix something like his favorite treat form the bakery or a specialized scarf or something because he's been really stressed by deadlines or family or something? If you feel like it or have time for it it would be pretty cool :)
HI! I’m so glad you asked. You absolutely inspired me for a little in-between chapter.
I hope you like it, it’s a bit off of what you asked for but it is canon for my story and leads to the next chapter.
Chapter one Chapter two Chapter three
-----------------------------------------------
Plan F
Marinette was glad that there hadn’t been any more akuma’s since stoneheart. With how exhausted she was in the last week from the cure and purification she didn’t think she would have been any help.
Tikki said it was likely Hawkmoth was similarly exhausted. The things he did weren’t supposed to happen and would exact a heavy cost from him. That was a relief.
Over the past week she and Alya had grown closer, though she was a bit uncomfortable with Alya’s obsession with the hero’s identities. She and Felix had also grown closer over the past week.
She’d given Felix one of her extra binders, she made It with a planner built in and plenty of folders. It was one of her’s so customized to her needs but she’d give him a new one later.
He’d also started going to art club with Nathaniel. Apparently, they’d bonded over their dislike of people and like of art in the back. Marinette was glad, neither of them were good with people. She was really happy that she got to spend time with them too, turns out that Felix was a bit of a designer as well.
Adrien apparently took after their mom, modeling the clothes and standing in the spotlight. Felix took more after his father, a designer and content to stand behind the scenes.
He didn’t make any clothes mind you, wasn’t much of a seamster, but he did design some. And what Marinette had seen so far showed that he was rather skilled at it as well.
And so Marinette got used to seeing him fairly often.
She recognized his moods; how he despised the mornings and always forgot breakfast; how despite him always forgetting breakfast, he never forgot his assignments; how he was always dressed neatly and cleanly; how his tone was generally polite but he held a biting tone to use on those that annoyed him; how he was never ever bothered by anything.
So, when she was back to full strength and working on a dress in club she noticed how his mood was shifting. He was hurrying his work, losing papers, snapping at people quicker and quicker for things he used to ignore. When he came to school without his vest today, she knew something was wrong.
She worried about it all through morning classes. And when class let out for lunch, she checked on him, only to be assured that he was perfectly fine. She frowned but moved to lunch. She was half-way there when she realized she forgot Tikki’s extra cookies in her locker. She murmured a soft apology and turned to go back to the lockers
“It’s fine Marinette, just grab them quick so you can get your lunch.”
She hurried to the locker room and slipped in, only to pause when she heard the arguing.
“You’re only going to get us both in trouble! Father said that you had to go home for lunch and now you’re trying to sneak out again? I vouched for you! I vouched for you and you’re ju-“
“Oh come on! Father is never mad at you, it’ll be fine. I’m just having fun, it’s not hurting anyone. I just want my freedom!”
She slid down the wall, sneaking to peak around the lockers.
“You’ll get your freedom when you pass the probation. Honestly Adrien, I don’t know how you’ve been sneaking away but it stops now.”
“Well, that’s my secret. I’m not telling. And I’m not stopping either. Father won’t give us a birthday party so I’m gonna have fun while I can!”
The Agreste brothers?
“This is-… this is about the birthday party. This whole mess. You’re doing this cause Father said no to a party!”
“Mom would’ve let me! It’s not fair, I just want to be a normal kid!”
“Mom always said no to the parties, every year. She and Father stood together on that Adrien. Or did you forget so quickly?”
“Felix-“
“No. You will go to the car and go home right now. I’m not dealing with this anymore. Let’s go.”
Marinette shrunk back as Felix dragged Adrien out of the locker room.
“Well that was interesting, looks like they’re having a fight.” Tikki slid out of the bag to hover in front of Marinette.
“Yeah, and it sounds like something happened to their mom. And Adrien is getting Felix in trouble. This must be why he’s been so stressed!” She straightened.
“You’re right! Poor Felix, his brother certainly isn’t making things easy for him. Though it’s a shame they can’t have the birthday ceremony, I hear it’s very important.”
Marinette nodded, “Mm, let’s get the cookies, I have planning to do.”
There wasn’t much Marinette could do about Adrien. He was a pain, but she had no control over him. Felix stuck his neck out to get Adrien into school and he was throwing it back in his face. As Chloe would say, ridiculous, utterly ridiculous. She could help Felix in other ways though.
The twins birthday was just over a week away. She would use this time to help Felix relax, and then she’d make sure they got to celebrate.
Marinette made it so her cousin could have a party after that kidnapping attempt, M. Agreste was fairly famous himself. It wasn’t out of mind that he could be worried about something similar.
And thus Plan F was born.
She prepared her supplies. Six morning alarms, one palmier, one cheese Danish, one plain croissant, and that days specialty coffee.
She got up early and gathered her supplies, then took off, making it to school with more than enough time for her plan.
She quickly moved up to Felix, sitting in his normal seat.
She drew a bright smile up, “Morning Felix, how’re you doing today?”
He peered at her, “Well, and you?”
“I’m doing great, thanks for asking!” She plopped the bag of pastries on the desk in front of him and placed the coffee, black with sugar and cream packets on the side.
He blinked, “What’s this?”
“I noticed you’ve been a bit stressed lately. So, I thought I’d bring you a pick me up. They’re from my parent’s bakery, freshly made. And a coffee since it’s so early.”
His eye’s widened, “I see… Thank you Marinette,” he took a glance into the bag and swallowed, “I appreciate the gift, but you didn’t need to.”
“It’s fine,” she chirped, “I wanted too. I hope you like them.”
She hurried down to her seat, satisfied with her success.
The next day she brought a new coffee, and some assorted croissants.
Felix thanked her once more, his gaze sharp as he watched her.
She simply smiled and turned back to her seat, he seemed a bit more put together today.
That day passed quickly. Her plans for a small party drafted with the editing to be done.
Felix also seemed to be watching her that day. She noticed that he finished the coffee quickly and hummed, so he liked Café Crème. Good to know.
She brought assorted danishes the next day, and another Café Crème.
Her party plans were nearly finalized. Now she needed to schedule a meeting.
Felix stopped her the next morning, “You really don’t need to keep giving me food Marinette.”
“It’s fine Felix, I just want to help,” She smiled brighter when his gaze flickered, his brow furrowed slightly, “I wouldn’t do it if I didn’t want to.”
He sighed and nodded, “Thank you, I really do appreciate it, but really, don’t keep doing it. It’s too much.”
Marinette frowned but agreed.
That night she called her aunt for advice, backups it was.
Then next morning she cheerfully walked up to his desk, coffee in hand, and gave him a set of sketching pencils. She placed the coffee on his desk and hurried off before he could stop her.
She’d scheduled her meeting for that afternoon. She had work to do.
She quickly changed after school, putting on neat black slacks with cherry blossoms patterned on the side, a faded pink shirt, and a black blazer bearing more cherry blossoms. She threw her hair up in a ponytail for extra affect. Dress to impress.
She hurried off to Felix’s house as quickly as possible, he was at art club and Adrien had a photo shoot so no one would interrupt.
She was ready.
“Enter”
She quickly smoothed down her pants and straightened her blazer before stepping inside. She needed to look professional.
“How can I help you mademoiselle… “ Her idol stood in front of her, one of the king’s of fashion. He stared at her coolly, eyebrow raised in question.
“I’m Mari- Marinette Dupain-Cheng,” Don’t stutter, come on, she could do this, “I’m here to talk about Felix and Adrien’s birthday.”
His eyes narrowed, “If this is an attempt to get them a party I would suggest you leave now.”
She took a deep breath, rubbing her cherry blossom bracelet, “It is sir, but please he me out. I understand you don’t want to put them in danger, but I have an offer that could help.”
“You have three minutes,” his gaze was like ice, staring into her and peeling back her layers. Deep breaths Marinette.
“I understand that as you’re rather well known your sons may be in danger, especially with a large party. So I am proposing a smaller party of less than ten people in the park near the school.”
She pulled out her tablet and swiped to an image of the park.
“All food would be provided from my parents bakery,” She swiped to an image of one of their order platters, “My dad and aunt would be at the party to supervise.”
She eyed him warily, his expression gave nothing away, “I’ve prepared a possible guest list for the party with three friends for Felix, from our class and art club, and two for Adrien, both from our class. This can of course be adjusted as you feel.” She felt Tikki press against her reassuringly.
She flipped to the page with names and pictures of the students, along with contact information.
“All the music is age appropriate, I have a list as well. I suggest the date for the party being the Saturday after their birthday. This would leave the day mostly free for any time to schedule the party, and it would act as extra protection being four days after their birthday.
She hesitated, “All of this can be adjusted to your preferences… Ah… Any questions?”
He studied her, completely silent for a moment, “You planned all this out yourself?”
“Yes sir.”
“For… Felix?”
“Yes sir, he’s my friend.”
He tilted his head, gaze on her tablet now, “Very well. I will allow this party. Three other bodyguards will be present as well, to insure safety. The date you picked is satisfactory.”
His gaze lifted back to hers, “Email that to Nathalie, she will coordinate with you after looking it over.”
Marinette resisted the urge to cheer, “Yes sir. You won’t regret it.”
“I’d best not,” His gaze lingered for another moment, then he turned back to his computer. “Don’t inform them yet, it will remain a surprise. Nathalie will send out the invitations.”
Marinette was dismissed. She paused in the hall to send the powerpoint to Nathalie and then left the mansion.
She had enough self control to wait until she got outside and turned the corner before she squealed, cheering as she spun around, “I did it!” She did a little victory dance.
“That was brilliant Marinette, I’m very proud of you.” Tikki poked her head out the purse to grin at Marinette.
“Thanks Tikki, I’m really glad it worked.” Marinette calmed herself, there was still a lot to do. Best get started.
She hurried to the bakery, her success and Tikki’s praise buoying her.
Plan F was a success.

Hi I hope you are well today and thank for the oneshot for Yunho I loved it it was so cute I was blushing while reading it ... I wanted to ask if you could make an stray kids ( Boyfriends ) reaction to having Ateez as best friends ...... I think you will like my idea ... .... Have a nice day Bye bye Love from Pakistan
Hey, thank you so much 😁 I’m glad you liked it! Sorry this took so long! I hope you enjoy these reactions 😁
———————————————————————
Chan
Tumblr media
You had been spending a lot of time with your best friend Hongjoong recently, to the point where you have seen each other everyday for the last few weeks. At first Chan didn’t mind you going out and being more social, he thought it was nice for you. But as the days went on, he began to feel irritated by the lack of attention he was receieveing.
You have plopped onto the sofa, a deep sigh escaping your lips as you relax. You had just arrived back after being out all day and half expected Chan to be asleep, or busy. What you didn’t expect was to be flattened by your boyfriend.
“Ah! What are you doing.” You whine as you are suffocated by the man flattening you.
“I just wanted to cuddle.” Chan responds quietly, not making any effort to move.
“Cuddle or suffocate.” You sass as he lets out a chuckle.
“I missed you.” He softly speaks as you finally stop trying to get free and relax into the hug.
“I missed you too.” You reply as you look at Chan and nuzzle your face into his neck.
Woojin
Tumblr media
When you told Woojin that you were having a friend over for a movie night he was more than fine with it. That is until he realised that said friend was Yunho and that he knew that you wouldn’t give him a second look all night as you would be too interested in giving all your attention to Yunho.
Woojin wasn’t jealous, it’s not a word he knows. How could he be when he knows that you love him. He just likes to protect and take care of you like a good boyfriend should. But seeing you and Yunho laughing and joking around ignited this peculiar feeling inside and it took everything in him not to act out in a moment of jealous induced rage.
As soon as Yunho left, you felt a pair of arms wrap around your waist from behind. Your boyfriend resting his chin on your shoulder as you lean into his warm body.
“Finally, I thought he would never leave.” Woojin mumbles as he places a quick kiss on your cheek.
Minho
Tumblr media
You were spending the day with Minho, just lounging around doing absolutely nothing together. Minho had expected to have your full undivided attention, so when he recieves very little because you are glued to your phone he becomes distant and moody.
He knew you were messaging Yeosang and it annoyed him to no end. He would never admit it but he was slightly concerned that you would start to drift away from him. His unvoiced insecurities getting the better of his emotions.
It’s not that he doesn’t like you having a guy best friend, but when you give more attention to said friend instead of your boyfriend he feels a little rejected.
He scoffs loudly as your face lights up from receiving a message from Yeosang which catches your attention immediately.
“What’s wrong?” You question completely oblivious to the situation.
“Oh now you notice my presence.” He sasses and you instantly connect the dots. Standing up, you move to sit next to Minho and cuddle into his side. He doesn’t make any attempt to hug you back, wanting to keep an icy exterior.
“I’m sorry, I promise I will give you all my attention from now.” You pout up at him to try and get forgiveness. Minho just huffs and rolls his eyes before placing his arm around you and pulling you closer.
Changbin
Tumblr media
When you said you were just going out for a few hours to see Wooyoung, Changbin didn’t expect it to last the whole day. He was actually hoping to spend some time with you alone as he hadn’t been able to see you much recently.
As much as Changbin like to try and act like the tough, dark loving boy, you know he really is a softie. But you never thought that being so close with a member of Ateez would affect him so much.
When you do finally arrive home Changbin instantly grabs your hand and drags you into the living room. Sitting on the sofa together you finally have time to hang out and catch up.
“I wish we could spend more time like this. But I get that you also want to see your friends.” Changbin faintly smiles at you.
You feel your heart break slightly from seeing how much this meant to him.
“I would always pick you over my friends.” You smile as you cuddle into him.
Hyunjin
Tumblr media
Hyunjin love to receive lots of affection, his confidence always coming from how you praise him. So when you start to become close with Seonghwa from Ateez his bubbly personality becomes slightly flat.
Hyunjin becomes very jealous at seeing you coo over how handsome Seonghwa is, he watches your interactions from a distance. And although it is all just friendly, he can’t help but feel like he isn’t the most adored person in your life.
As you approach your pouty looking boyfriend, wrapping your arms around his torso, you look up at him in confusion.
“What’s wrong?” You tilt your head and bring your hand up to caress his cheek; because you know he likes it when you do that.
“Do you think Seonghwa is more handsome than me?” He questions in a childlike manner, his eyes wide and glazed over.
“Of course not. How could anyone ever compare to you.” You state as a smile breaks through Hyunjin’s pout. He pulls you in closer to him as you smile back at him affectionately. Butterfly’s in his stomach as hearing your words full of complete adoration.
Jisung
Tumblr media
Jisung is loud. His need for attention always prominent. So when you start to pay less and less attention to Jisung because you are hanging out with San, he becomes more subdued. Feeling inadequate and seeing how much your face lights up even by just mentioning San.
You are about to leave to meet up with some friends, including San, when Jisung approaches you looking a little nervous.
“(Y/N)? Can I ask you something?” Jisung asks timidly. You feel a little perplexed by his completely different attitude and body language but nod to let him know you are listening.
“Do you prefer to be around San? It’s just, he’s so funny and he has a great personality. And, I don’t know, I just see how happy you are when you’re around him-”
“Oh, of course not. You’re my favourite person to be around. I don’t know anyone who makes me as happy as you do. You’re also one of the funniest people I’ve ever met.” You cut him off from his rant, feeling the need to interject and let him know that he shouldn’t worry.
You both smile softly at each other as you pull him into a tight hug.
Felix
Tumblr media
Felix had kept it to himself for a while, but your friendship with Mingi was starting to affect his mood around you. It felt like you had lost interest in him, always talking about something that Mingi had said or done whenever you hung out.
He wasn’t completely opposed to your friendship with Mingi, he just wants to have some time with you where it isn’t about anyone else other than yourselves.
So when you both go out one evening and you bump into Mingi, Felix becomes a little frustrated at you spending ages talking to him when you should be focused on your time together.
Felix wraps his arm around your waist to subtly get some attention and makes more of an effort to actively join in the conversation. You notice how he seems a little rushed, his answers being short, although he is still acting as his friendly self.
After you say goodbye to Mingi and both begin walking, you feel Felix squeeze your hand and look up to meet his gaze.
“Now we can enjoy a night to ourselves. I don’t want there to be anyone else except us.” He smiles down at you and you feel yourself flush at his intense gaze.
“Of course, just us.” You say as you head back to have a couples night in.
Seungmin
Tumblr media
You never once thought that Seungmin would ever dislike any of your friends because he has always gotten along with them. It came as quite a surprise to be informed of his distaste to Yunho.
You and Yunho were introduced through a mutual friends of yours and clicked straight away. Your friendship blossoming over a short period of time, always meeting up to hang out.
When Seungmin voiced that he thought you spent a bit too much time with Yunho you suddenly felt guilt shoot through you. You understood where he was coming from because it was tough to get any time to spend together generally.
You agreed to have a movie night, just the two of you and a lot of cuddles. Your head resting on Seungmin’s chest as his arm wrapped around you to keep you warm.
Halfway through the movie you look up to your boyfriend and meet his gaze, a tint of pink flashing across his cheeks at being caught looking at you.
“It’s nice to have time away from others.” Seungmin whispers to you and you smile back up at him.
Jeongin
Tumblr media
Naturally, being the youngest Jeongin was used to receiving a lot of affection from everyone around him. But when you started hanging out with your friend Jongho more frequently Jeongin became deflated. He didn’t care about the attention he got from anyone else, he just wanted yours.
Your friendship with Jongho annoyed him slightly, only because he saw competition as to who is the most adorable.
You are visiting your boyfriend when the topic is bought up about who you think the cutest is; him or Jongho. You instantly knew your answer but decided to play a little game noticing Jeongin’s seriousness.
“I’m not sure, you’re both cute in different ways.” You smirk and play with Jeongin’s hair as he lays with his head in your lap.
“But it’s obviously me, right?” Jeongin pouts and looks at you with the cutest face he can pull. You giggle at the sight, a wide grin consuming your face.
“Of course, no one else even comes close.” You finally say, Jeongin beaming up at you triumphantly.

No Bright Stars
Hey guys! This is a work I’ve already posted on ao3, but decided to publish it here to give to @faevorite-main-blog. She’s such a sweet person, and I love talking to her! It’s not really long (like 3k words) and I hope you enjoy it :D
Draco had the world at his fingertips, spilling into his palms. But not anymore. It is rather hard to balance the world in your palms when you cannot balance yourself. But nobody can anymore.
Eight year Hogwarts is bittersweet. Mostly bitter. He is surviving off a Ministry-issued wand and his wits, which are not very useful anymore. The jinxes sent his way are usually mild, like a stick-fast hex or stinging jinx, but usually not serious. Of course, every once in a while, some fools decide to go farther, like physically assault him. Of course it hurts, but Draco focuses on the galaxies spinning in his head, and each time they land a blow, a star explodes, creating a supernova.
He imagines the stars in the Draco constellation erupting one by one until there is nothing left of it, of him.
He never cries out, for that would be a sign of weakness, and Malfoys do not show weakness.
Classes are alright. Most teachers generally ignore him. For once, the lack of attention makes him grateful.
He eats, he sleeps. The schedule never differs.
His dreams are filled with star clouds, burning their image into his eyelids. He dreams of constellations forming the Dark Mark, then one by one the stars etch themselves onto his skin until there is no difference between pain and glory and  the surreal reality of dreams.
He wakes up in a cold sweat. He casts a Tempus charm. It is still 4 am.
He rises. Dawns his robes and walks slowly out of the Eighth-Year dorms. He walks until he knows where his feet are taking him.
The astronomy tower is especially quiet today. He sits and watches. He watches as the sun rises, casting its unearthly glow across the castle, marked with war. He can feel the sun breathing into him, filling him with its glow until he is full and cannot take anymore.
Today is a weekend. He’s done all his homework already. He sits and watches the sun make its slow ascent until it is almost noon. He sits in his thin robes and his silk pajamas looking at the mighty Ra, Helios, Phoebus, Sol climb up the sky in their glorious ascent.
He doesn’t leave until lunch time, when everyone is in the Great Hall. He sneaks to his room, using the secret passageways he used in his sixth year.
He showers, changes to his uniform and walks away. Not to eat, but to dream. He walks up the stairs until he reaches the seventh floor. He paces. He says nothing, but the doors still appear for him.
As he walks inside, he is amazed. There is nothing except galaxies in the night sky and stars in their glory and hazy fogs and asteroid belts and cold moons.
He is surprised that it still works, and that he cannot see the burns and the sears of the Fiendfyre curse against the walls.
He does nothing except sit down and marvel the cosmos. He does not need food. He does not need drink. He needs nothing now. His belly is filled with stars and planets. He does not need to breathe, for the universe will sustain him. He needs nothing but the beauty of the heavens and the celestial planets and he can live forever floating with content.
He stays in the Room of Requirement until midnight.
When he leaves, the want of the real world comes crashing down on him. He is famished and parched and stiff from sitting down all day. He staggers down the stairs, until he reaches the basement. He walks slowly until he gets to the kitchens. The elves are not there. Perhaps they retire at night, too.
He walks the whole length of the kitchen. There is still food about. He picks up a steak-and-kidney pie, a bottle of butterbeer and a green apple.
He sits on the kitchen floor, eating in the silence, staring up at the stars he cannot see. He does not flinch when Harry Potter comes in.
The Chosen One has obviously had his life on track. The hero, his little trio, and his girlfriend. The perfect life. Of course, Draco knows that this is not entirely the case, but he wants a reason to be jealous.
“Malfoy.” Potter breathes out. Draco looks away from the stars and turns to meet him. With the perfect façade of indifference he arches an eyebrow cooly.
Potter looks rather flustered. “What are you doing here?”
“I could say the same for you.” He replies. “Where’s your girlfriend?” Draco asks, not meanly.
“Er, we broke up a while ago.”
“Oh.” He says, genuinely surprised.
Potter looks at him for a minute longer, then walks away, probably to get some food.
A minute later, he walks back towards Draco, a plate with treacle tart in his hands. He plops himself down rather roughly next to Draco. Draco pretends not to notice, and looks up again, admiring the stars he cannot see. However, for some reason, the ceiling starts to shimmer and then he can see the night sky and the twinkling orbs against the midnight blue backdrop.
Stunned, he turns to Potter, abandoning his pie. Potter looks rather embarrassed.
“I’m not stalking you or anything! It’s just that, well, today I went to the Room of Requirement. I don’t know why, but I saw you. You weren’t moving or anything. You were just floating in the air surrounded by stars and stuff. You looked really... peaceful.” He admits.
Draco finally stops staring at him and looks back up at the sky, admiring the stars he can see.
“Thank you.” He hesitates. “Harry.”
Harry smiles at him, and he soars in to the heavens once more.
“No problem. Draco.” He replies. Together, they eat and drink to their heart’s content. They do not say anything, for the silence of new friendship is great and fragile, and it would not do to break it so early.
The day after is a surprise for Draco. He is in the library, reading, when Harry comes.
“Hey Draco!” He says rather loudly, making everyone stare at him and Harry, confused.
Harry ignores them and plops himself in front of Draco’s empty table. Draco is shocked.
“Have you done the Charms assignment? I have no idea what to do, and Hermione’s not helping me with it.”
And just like that, the friendship clicks into place.
The following weeks are both better and worse for Draco. Better because of Harry, and now his little trio too. Granger Hermione is an absolute diamond, and she and him now often have intellectual debates. Weasley isn’t as welcoming, but he is still courteous nevertheless (mostly due to Hermione keeping him in line.) He definitely isn’t a part of their trio, but now he has friends. Most of the Slytherins in their year didn’t come back, and the only ones that did never talked to him much. He still talked to Pansy and Blaise, but only through owls, and if he was lucky enough, the Floo.
It is worse because the bullying has become worse too. Of course, normally, Draco wouldn’t let this affect him, but it is very hard to think of galaxies while being hexed so badly he can’t even stand. People accuse him of doing something to Harry, even though there was no way he could have, with his wand and his probation.
Of course, people always need to blame someone. Once, Smith even used the Cruciatus curse on him, and he couldn’t help but scream and beg, but Smith was merciless and used it countless times until Harry burst in and beat the shit out of him. At that point, Draco was barely conscious, but he remembered the way Harry’s knuckles had been covered in blood, the way it took three people plus several restraining charms to hold him down. Then he faded into black, illuminated softly with the stars.
He wakes up grasping the sheets and sitting up abruptly. He looks around, frantic. He’s in on a hospital bed. In the hospital wing. Then he starts to feel the after-effects of the curse. He groans.
He looks up. It’s nighttime. Without thinking, he stands up from his bed, even though his body screams in protest. He walks until he reaches the astronomy tower. He is alone. He sits and looks up at the stars, drinking in the scene. He drinks and drinks until he is content. He can feel the stardust in his belly, the liquid light in his veins. He breathes in, then out. He is at peace.
He trudges back to the hospital wing at half past six to get his books and his bag. Madame Pomfrey is worried, but she doesn’t hassle him too much. As he is about to leave, she slips him a little tub. He opens it, and the smell of ointment hits his nose.
“For minor injuries. She whispers. Draco is surprised. Then he smiles.
“Thank you.” He says. She beams. “Anytime!”
He walks away from the hospital with a smile on his face.
Breakfast is quiet. He eats some toast. As he scans the Hall, he catches Harry looking at him. Harry smiles, and Draco smiles back.
It is Monday, so he has classes. First period is double Potions, which really should be illegal. He walks into the dungeons, determined not to become moody. He only gets one tripping jinx.
“Good morning class!” Slughorn booms. Draco listens as the bigger man talks about the potion they are brewing (Amortentia) and how it is important to their grades. They will brew it in pairs over the course of nine days. After that, they’re going to brew the extremely challenging Felix Felicis to make up the rest of their grade.
Since there are 13 people in their Potions class, Draco starts to get ready to work by himself. He doesn’t mind, after all it reduces the risk of-
“Hey Draco?” He looks up and sees Harry looking down at him.
“Wanna pair up?”
Draco is shocked for a moment, before snapping out of it.
“Sure.” He smiles.
Draco leaves to get the ingredients while Harry sets up the cauldron. As he reaches for the powdered moonstone, someone shoved into him and he trips.
“Are you fucking blind?” He asks, annoyed. He looks up and sees a Hufflepuff. Macmillan, he thinks. Normally, he would keep quiet, but he has had it with these people and all their shit.
Macmillan sneers at him. “Fuck off, Malfoy.”
“Go fuck a troll, Macmillan.” Draco snaps. He gets the moonstone and stomps away, annoyed.
He starts to arrange the ingredients around the gold cauldron.
“Ok let’s start grinding the peppermint flower heads.” He says. Harry taps his shoulder.
“What?” He asks roughly.
“You’re finally coming back.” Harry smiles. Draco opens his mouth, then closes it. He flushes. But it is true. His old self-confident nature is coming back. It makes him feel familiar again, like this is just first year and he’s being rejected a handshake and a friendship. He smiles, nostalgic.
The rest of the lesson is spent in silence, with them adding the peppermint, moonstone and rose thorns in silence. At the end of the period, they take the cauldron to the back of the class and cover it with a silk cloth. They agree that they’ll both check on it after dinner for the next week to stir it and add the final ingredients.
“Thanks for pairing with me.” Draco says genuinely.
“Christ, you’re becoming more like Luna.” Harry says, bewildered. Draco freezes for a moment, then laughs.
Harry hesitates, then starts to laugh too.
“Perhaps I am.” Draco admits. “Honestly, it isn’t actually that bad.”
He and Harry talk all the way to Arithmancy, where Draco has his next class. As  Harry leaves, Draco feels lightheaded. The stars were doing their magic.
Arithmancy goes by smoothly, and Draco has a free period now. He walks around the castle, looking around wherever he goes. He takes twists and turns he is unfamiliar with, until he is in a section of the castle that he hasn’t seen before.
It’s filled with abandoned classrooms, covered in cobwebs. He wanders around aimlessly, looking around. In one classroom, he sees yellow feathers strewn on the floor, though he can’t imagine why they’re there.
He walks into a particular classroom that has a beautiful view of the Quidditch fields. Draco wonders if he can ever go back to playing again. Besides, he had wanted to become a professional player. He was talented on a broom, even though he bought his way in.
Maybe he will.
He spends the rest of the free period trying to locate his way out of the mysterious halls. He finally finds a hidden staircase which leads him to one of the the main staircases.
He makes his way down for lunch in the Great Hall. He doesn’t eat much, just a tomato sandwich and a bit of lemonade. Harry waves at him from across the Hall. He waves back.
On the way to Charms, someone trips him. In response, he whirls around and snarls “Trip me again and you’ll regret it.”
He says it so fiercely that the Gryffindork actually backs up. Draco tilts his chin up and walks away imperiously. He can hear people mutter, but he doesn’t care. He walks proudly all the way to Charms, then deflates a little. Once he enters inside, he spots an empty table and starts to walk there when a hand yanks him back into another empty seat. He’s about to curse when he notices Harry, Hermione and Weasley sitting with him. Harry’s hand is on his wrist.
“Come sit with us.” Harry says. In that moment, Draco absolutely loves him because he isn’t saying it with pity, but just nonchalantly, like they do this everyday.
“Alright.” He says. Hermione smiles, and Weasley surprisingly grins at him. Perhaps she finally knocked some sense into him.
He’s starting to like having friends all over again. They’re much more fun than stars.
Charms is amazing. Draco spends the next ninety minutes laughing and smiling as Harry and Ron fail spectacularly to cast an illusion of a cat dancing on top of a water fountain. Of course, Hermione gets in her first try. It takes Draco two tries to get it. It takes Harry and Ron the whole period to even get the cat. The four of them leave the classroom happily. They spend their break on the abandoned staircase, making jokes and laughing. Afterwards, Hermione leaves for Ancient Runes, while Ron goes to the common room for his free period and Harry and Draco leave for Transfiguration.
McGonagall simply tells them to revise in pairs on human transfiguration, which leads to groans, which leads to a silencing stare by McGonagall. She morphs into a cat and sits on her desk, watching them for the rest of the class.
As they practice on each other, Harry somehow manages to turn Draco’s hair purple. He nearly shrieks, and in retaliation he turns Harry’s nose bright red.
Harry gasps, then turns Draco’s eyebrows pink.
After a while, they are both a multitude of colors that cause people to stare and whisper.
If McGonagall noticed (which she most likely did) she didn’t comment.
For once, Draco doesn’t care. He looks at Harry, with his yellow hair and red nose and blue eyebrows and purple eyes and feels something turn deep within him, like a star being born. He can feel the star being formed in his core, but this star is love, not quite platonic and not quite romantic either. He can feel the burst in his belly, and knows that the love is pure, for the one that rescued him from his misery, for sooner or later he sure would have pitched himself off the astronomy tower from sheer madness.
He waits until they walk out of class along a hidden staircase.
The old Draco would try to hide it away, but the old Draco never did anything right. Draco will be the new Draco, and share a piece of the star with Harry, even if he doesn’t want it, for he has many, many more.
“I love you.” He says simply. Harry looks shocked.
“It is not quite romantic, not quite platonic either. It is simply love, and I wish to share it with you.” Draco says.
Harry looks stunned. Draco can feel the rejection before he says it.
“It is alright. Perhaps I can-“
He doesn’t finish before Harry pulls him towards his body and effectively shuts him up by kissing him. It is short, but pure and full of star dust and the origins of the cosmos and everything everything.
“I think I love you too.” Harry says. He looks strangely flushed. Draco looks at his body and notices that Harry is half an inch taller than him, and broader too. Draco places a hand on his chest and feels for the soft beating of muscle under his robes. It is strangely quickening, but beating strong nonetheless. He looks up to Harry, and they have their second kiss.
They don’t have anymore classes, so they spend their time walking around the grounds, talking and kissing like there’s no tomorrow.
By the time they go back to the Great Hall for dinner, it’s hustling and bustling and nobody notices them slip in. For the first time, Draco sits at the Gryffindor table. People stare and whisper, but he’s on top of the world now. Hermione has a wicked gleam in her eye, while Ron is just confused as to why they’ve been AWOL for the whole afternoon. Harry snickers and grasps Draco’s hand tightly under the table. Draco squeezes back.
After dinner, they go to check on their potion. It’s started to develop that characteristic sheen. They stir it seven times anti-clockwise, and put it back to stew.
“It’s starting to look normal.” Harry says.
“Of course it is. My potion brewing skills are impeccable.” Draco says, not haughtily. Harry laughs and bends for a quick kiss.
“Git.” Harry murmurs against his lips.
“At least I’m a sexy one.” At that, Harry laughs out loud, making Draco laugh too.
They walk out of the dungeons and walk wordlessly to the Room of Requirement. It opens for them once they pace. As before, it’s filled with spinning galaxies and brilliant nebulas.
“This is home.” Draco says. And Harry kisses him and one by one, the stars explode, searing them and filling them with light, until they are glowing through the cracks in their skin, and they are everything.
Then they talk. They talk about their lives, and mainly the War. It is hard, and there are quite a few tears, but they manage to let it out and that’s what matters most.
As they talk, they stargaze. Draco points out his constellation. It has no bright stars.
“Perhaps you can make them yourself.” Harry says. Then they kiss, and they fail to notice that in the Draco constellation, the stars twinkle and gleam, for they have made the bright stars for themselves.

the humming of fraldarius. (felix hcs)
Tumblr media
✦ Hi anon! I love this request - love me some Fraldarius baby moments. Thank you for the good luck message. <3
✦ I decided to make it headcanon style, because I had so many ideas about this cute little prompt that I simply could not write them down in the form of a proper fanfiction! (I might re-visit it in a later time, however…I loved this too much to leave it as it is.)
✦ If you want something more specific with this, shoot me an ask...I’d love to write for this baby.
✦ I hope you enjoy it!
≡≡≡≡≡ ≡≡≡≡≡ ≡≡≡≡≡ ≡≡≡≡≡ ≡≡≡≡≡
✦  Felix, albeit a rough person in general, is perhaps the most tender and fragile lover of all. His emotions are as unstable as they could be - and, in spite of the venomous words that often escape his mouth, he would not dare speak to his s/o in such a vile way.
✦ He’s a terrible mix in a lover; shy, but prideful, he wouldn’t try his hand at openly asking for affection unless his trust were to be unconditionally strong - something that even he cannot fathom, truth be told. For now, he is stuck to insinuating it.
⇾ That is why, a fated night in his quarters - fighting the usual battle of finally succumbing to sleep - where his s/o begins to sing a melody unheard before, he couldn’t believe his ears. It was as if the skies themselves sang for him. His figure immediately stiffened, and then unbounded in front of s/o, as their hands ran through his hair. The true, tranquil, Felix Hugo Fraldarius was right there, with his guard down, clutching s/o in the most tender way he could. His breath steady, mouth curved into what was the ghost of a pristine smile. Congrats, s/o. You hacked the system - you got him with that voice of yours.
✦ The man was never one to sleep well. His sleep was light and poor, often clouded by the nightmares of the unmentionable tragedy of Duscur - and his brother. The agony, the look of despair on his father’s face upon hearing the news … and his own torment of having lost his role-model and hero.
✦ And, after that night, they vanished, as if the killings had never happened at all. He slept well, for once, with a sense of security and peace, next to his dear s/o (despite the fact that he would never admit how much he needed them) and the only sound in his mind being the faint, honeyed humming of their voice.
✦ He’d never admit how much he craved their singing. Every night, after training and finishing their daily duties, he’d plop onto the bed and simply gaze up, cheeks flushing a peachy color as his eyes searched their own, and would use any excuse to make them sing again.
⇾ “S/O. How was the melody you sang last night, again…? Oh, I’m merely curious.”
✦ He’d grow a dependency on their voice; perhaps it was the sweetness of their tone, the way they spoke, or hummed, while their fingers slowly ran through his hair… the combination of those factors may have been the reason why he was sleeping so soundly. He was thankful, in his own way.
✦ Not only did it affect his rest, Felix’ proper sleep schedule made his daytime behavior slightly less cranky. He’d handle two sentences from Sylvain instead of one, before snapping and lunging at him with his words. Besides, when stressed or possibly alone, one could hear the soft hum of a deep voice, serenading the melody he had heard last night in hopes of calming himself down. (it tended to work! but nothing could replace s/o’s way of singing, so he’d long for them all day after that.)
✦ There were some days that were far too much for him to handle. Maybe training did not go as planned, or the professor was stern on criticizing his technique with the sword. Or someone made him remember the massacre. Those gloomy days, his face would look angrier than usual, noticeable only in a way Sylvain or s/o could see. His eyes held, instead of a glimmer of determination, a glint of sorrow.
⇾ He would not hesitate, those dark days. Felix knew s/o had his back and as much as he hated to admit such a fact, they were the reason why his nightmares had vanished. Them and their angelic voice…it was almost bewitching to him.
⇾ Felix would, swallowing his pride and dignity, ask for them to sing.
⇾ “S/O…Would it be too much, to ask you to sing for me tonight?”
⇾ After all, stress melted away when they sang, and could hold the person they adored most close - he’d embrace them a little bit tighter tonight, as his painful memories of the past melted away, as melodiously as they sang.

Surprise Bitch - Part 11
Genre: Fluff
Word count: 1815
Warnings: None
Requested: No
Summary: Meet Haley, a girl who loves dancing and her youtuber brother, Alex. What happens when Alex invites 9 famous boys to surprise his sister in his upcoming video?
Tumblr media
Walking inside the studio, Haley set up her camera at the front of the room as the guys just stood, watching in confusion.
“Don’t just stand there, find somewhere to sit,” Haley ushered the boys to move out of the way. Sitting against the wall, out of sight from the camera, Haley turned to Jisung.
“Start the song.”
Jisung did as she requested before moving back to his spot. Music began to play as the boys looked at Jisung in shock. The boy just smirked before nodding his head back to the girl. All eyes watched as Haley flowed through the choreography for Side Effects like it was second nature. When came the part that Haley had originally had difficulty with, Felix, Hyunjin, and Minho tensed up at the memory. However, Haley showed no signs of nervousness, completing the dance perfectly. Jisung watched proudly, knowing he was the reason for this. Jaws dropped as the song came to an end. Shutting off the camera, Haley turned to the boys, everyone sporting shocked faces, except Jisung who had the biggest grin on his face.
“Well… What do you guys think?”
“How did you…” Hyunjin stared in wonder.
Haley just smiled and pointed to Jisung. Several heads turned to the boy, who just shrugged. “She asked me for help. What was I supposed to do? Say no?”
“So that’s why you didn’t ask me to go,” Alex realized.
“I couldn’t sleep knowing I didn’t finish learning the choreography. So I texted Jisung to see if he wanted to go with me to the studio.”
“At two in the morning?” Alex wondered.
“He answered,” Haley just shrugged, “He helped me learn the rest of the choreography and we ended up stopping around 5am so we just took a nap here.”
“Until you guys woke me up. Clearly I wasn’t kidnapped,” Jisung rolled his eyes and Haley giggled.
“Well the car was still with us, you were missing and you weren’t answering your phone,” Felix tried to argue. The members nodded along, “We were worried.”
“I’m sorry, I should’ve told you guys but I got caught up with helping Haley.”
“I’m sorry too. It’s my fault that he was out,” Haley’s shoulders slumped, guilt consuming her.
“It’s not your fault Hal. I’m the one that agreed,” Jisung comforted the girl, earning him a small smile.
“No more incidents though, right?” Alex questioned.
“Nope. He made sure I took breaks and drank water,” Haley reassured her brother.
Alex mouthed a thank you to Jisung, who nodded back at him.
“So what’s next now that you learned that choreography?” Minho wondered, the rest of the group turning to look at the girl.
Pondering her thoughts, she shrugged her shoulders. “I honestly don’t know. I work all this week so I just have to see what I have time for. We still have to do our cover of I am YOU.”
“What day do you guys go back?” Alex asked sadly.
“Sunday,” Chan replied, putting a damper on everyone’s mood.
Haley didn’t like the boys feeling sad so she tried to lighten the mood. “We should have a sleepover sometime this week.”
Immediately, ideas were shouted across the room about what movies they should watch, what games to play, what food to buy, and so on. Haley smiled as the sadness was forgotten momentarily, which was good enough for her.
“We could film our cover then have the sleepover?” Seungmin suggested, the others agreeing with him.
“Sounds like a plan,” Haley grinned ear to ear.
The rest of the day was spent goofing off around the studio until they decided to grab dinner before finally bidding each other goodbye and parting ways for the night.
***
As morning rolled around, Haley groaned when her alarm went off at 9:00 am. Throwing the covers off her body, she rolled out of bed to get ready. Quickly showering before brushing her teeth, she applied light makeup and got dressed. Her uniform consisting of a red t-shirt with PARADISE WINGS spread across the back, a black baseball cap with the restaurant logo and black jeans. Deeming herself presentable enough for the day, she shouted a goodbye to Alex, who sat on the couch playing a game, before heading off to work.
Arriving to work twenty minutes early, Haley helped her boss finish preparing everything needed for that day. Flipping the open sign on at approximately 10 am, Haley breezed through the first hour and a half of her shift before the lunch rush hit. Because the restaurant was located in the middle of the city, they typically were hit hard during lunch time as everyone seemed to come there during their breaks. So it came as no surprise when the crowd began to flood in at 11:45 am. Between taking orders, delivering food, cleaning tables and helping in the kitchen, Haley had no time to rest as the crowds continued to come and go. Even as the clock hit 2 pm, the restaurant remained packed.
“Table 19 is requesting for you,” her coworker Mia informed her before continuing to her own customers. She finished wiping off the table before grabbing her pen and pad, walking to the table Mia mentioned.
“Hello, I’m Haley. I’ll be your server for today. What can I get started for you?” she announced before she lifting her head to look at the group staring back at her. Not expecting to see her brother and the boys, she jumped in shock as the boys giggled at her reaction.
“What are you doing here?” She questioned.
“We wanted to see you,” Jisung smiled at the girl as Chan added, “but we’re mostly here for the food,” earning him a kick in the shin from Jisung.
Haley just laughed as the boys began kicking at each other before she interrupted, “do you guys know what you want to order or do you need more time?”
“We’re ready,” Alex answered, proceeding to tell her his order. After all orders were taken, she promised to have it out as quickly as possible before dropping the orders off in the kitchen and assisting to her other customers. In the meantime, Jisung’s eyes remained on her as she maneuvered through the restaurant.
“I feel bad that we came during the rush, she looks like she hasn’t taken a break since she got here,” Felix announced as the group also watched the girl.
“It’s always like this for her,” Alex mentioned. “She’s literally the best employee here. Quickest at taking and delivering orders. Always polite and helps the other workers when they get slammed. She’d never admit it though.”
The boys watched in amazement as Haley balanced a tray that looked like it weighed a ton in one hand while walking to their table. Gently placing each of the plates down, she tucked the tray under her arm.
“Anything else I can get for you boys?” Haley questioned, watching the boys dig into their food.
“We’re good, thanks Hal,” Alex smiled before basically inhaling his own food. Haley continued through the tables, coming back to check on the boys every once in a while. Noticing their cleared plates, she walked back over before getting their attention.
“How are we doing the checks?”
“Just one,” Chan stated, earning a glare from Alex. Delivering their bill, she announced that she’d be back to pick it up shortly.
Back at the boys table, they began to get ready to leave as Haley grabbed the bill. “I’ll be right back with your change.” But before she was able to do so, the boys walked past her towards the exit.
“No need, keep it,” Jisung smiled at her. Haley opened the envelope to see more cash than was needed, her eyes growing in shock before she tried to deny their very generous tip. Too late. Jisung winked at her before following behind the others, not giving her the chance to return the money. Huffing in response, she grabbed what was leftover from the bill and tucked it away into her apron. Thankful that the crowd had finally begun to die down, she worked easily through the last few hours of her shift.
As the clock struck 6 pm, Haley untied her apron, taking all the tips she earned and stuffed it into her pockets. Grabbing her phone, she saw that she had a message from the group.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
On her way home, she grabbed Chinese takeout and plopped onto the couch to watch Netflix. Watching a couple episodes of The Office, she finished her food before throwing it away in the trash.  After cleaning herself up, she lied peacefully in bed while scrolling through social media.  Seeing that Seungmin posted on Instagram, she swiped through the photos to see that the boys must have went shopping before going to the movies. Double tapping the photo, she continued to scroll for a little longer before switching to Twitter. As she read through the tweets, her eyes began to flutter closed. Locking her phone, she placed it next to her on the bed before letting sleep take over her.
Around 9 pm, Alex and the boys arrived back at the apartment from the movies, looking around for Haley. Alex headed to her room and found her sound asleep in bed. Quietly shutting the door, he walked back out to the boys.
“She must have really had a bad day. She’s knocked out,” Alex informed the group. Jisung couldn’t help but feel a little disappointed, as he had been excited to see Haley. He understood how tired she must have been after seeing how hard she worked during their visit earlier in the day. His grip tightened on the gift he had planned to give Haley, saving it for next time. The boys bid Alex goodbye before heading back to their own place. Back home, the boys parted ways to their own rooms. Jisung laid in bed, unable to get a certain girl off his mind. He was desperate to see her again, even if it was only for five minutes. Trying to distract himself, he grabbed his phone to scroll through twitter. However, his attempt was quickly ruined as one of Haley’s tweets appeared on his timeline. Was it a sign? Jisung thought to himself as he clicked on her profile and scrolled through. He considered texting Haley to see if she had woken up,  but was scared that she hadn’t and didn’t want to disturb her. However, he went against his better judgement and sent a quick text to the girl. Biting his lip, he waited impatiently for a response.
Twenty minutes had passed and she had yet to reply. Jisung was about to give up and shut his phone off until it vibrated in his hand. She’s awake. Opening the messages, a huge grin appeared on Jisung’s face as he typed a reply.

Insomnia- Minsung//CHAPTER 2
Tumblr media
Pairing: Minho x Jisung (some sort of Changlix)
Stuffz to know: Fluff, angst, mention of sexual activity, family problems, and last but not least my bad humor
Summary:  It’s not Jisung’s fought that a little somebody deiced to come back in town. It is his fault for the events that will happen this summer though.
I can’t sleep
So tell me
I stay awake again tonight
Maybe tomorrow night, too
So tell me now, I’ll find a way
Tomorrow night too, there is no other way
I can’t sleep
————————————————–
People already are lined up waiting for the park to open, the line gotten bigger from just an hour. On the inside of the park the owner gave everyone working a greeting and a little bit of an lecture.
“Minutes from now the park will open and I’m hoping that everyone will be on their best behaviors.”
“Don’t just look at us, they are the kids here!” Jackson exclaimed and Bam whined too, “We worked here longer. We know what we doing man.” They’re are a hand full of those who basically graduated from this program that still work here. There’s Jae, Bam, Jackson, Jinyoung, Younghyun, Mark, Momo, and Sana. Jisung plans to stay too. The college life is not suitable for him, he barely graduated high school. The park did finally open and the line outside gathered about to the inside. All the workers were at their respective areas before people came inside. Eight hours from now the park will close and everyone will go back to their rooms, just to be bored. Even if the park was packed the time went by slow. Maybe it was because the weather was unbelievable that even the ones in the coldest of water complained. Chan and Woojin stayed cool in the office of the ticket booth, lucky is what the others call them. Almost the whole park can hear Jeongin from the highest slide complain about the heat. Jisung didn’t mind it at all. He lives for the heat. Of course he knows it’s crazy that he would rather stay baking in the sun instead of standing knee level in the pool like Minho. The heat for him is almost.......comforting?
“You look like a fish on a grill.” A soft voice got Jisung to sit up from the lifeguards’ tower. Sana plopped her chin down on the arm chair to look at him with a little smile.
“I’ll bake like one too.” Sana is nice. Actually the first person to say hi to Jisung and the other boys when they first got here, she was entering her jr year.
“So he’s back this time?”
“Yea...so he says.”
“Shouldn’t you be happier? With a skip in your step? Last year you cried because he didn’t show up at all.”
“I didn’t cry! I didn’t give a shit.”
“I still don’t understand how you two are so close.”
“Me and Minho? Close? Ha."
“What the hell did he do to you that you basically want him dead?”
“When you put it that way you make it sound like I hate him.”
“I have good reasons to...” She murmured under her breathe and rolled her eyes at Jisung.
“I don’t hate him.” Jisung looked in the direction of Minho, “I just don’t want him in the same room as me.”
“Wonder why?”
————————————————–
“Alright kid, go!” Jeongin yelled to the next kid waiting his turn to go down the slide.
“He looked like he could be your older brother.” Felix whispered to Jeongin as that said kid pushed himself down the slide.
“Go eat your freckles.”
“So he can get more?” Changbin cheered as he walked behind them and roughened up Jeongin’s hair, “Now you’re using your head.”
“You like my freckles?” Felix shyly hit Changbin’s arm and he nodded almost instantly with joy, “I would be a fool not to!”
“I’m gonna vomit on the both of you.” No one really understands Changbin and Felix’s relationship, not even the two. They share glances, flirts, skin ship around the others, and go to the other in the need of relief on some daring nights. The conversation of becoming serious never really happened even if they want it to. Chan and Woojin, being the good observers they are, would call the two cluelessly in love.
“You still never told me why Minho left sophomore year.”
“You were gonna tell him and not me? The disrespect, Changbin.” Jeongin exclaimed into the conversation the other two were about to have.
“I had to tell my favorite first.”
“Well tell me!”
“Apparently he had a sexual identity crisis or is still having one? I don’t really know, he wasn’t so detailed in how he said it.”
“Good on him!”
“So that means he had so much sex during the time he never saw him. Damn.”
“Doesn’t have to mean that at all.”
“How else would he know if he likes the dick or vagina and might fuck around for both?”
“He got you there.”
“Don’t side with him, Binnie!”
————————————————–
Jisung laid out in the tower’s chair long enough to fall asleep since it’s the only time he’ll be able to. All was well until Minho splashed water in his face to tell him to get up for his scheduled break.
“No splashing, asshole.” Jisung stood up from his chair and wiped his face with the end of his shirt. A little skin showed that Minho stared for only seconds and of course Jisung didn’t see.
“Couldn’t use my sweet charm to wake you or I would’ve gotten another punch to the face like this morning. How else should I wake you up?”
“Don’t.”
“That’s no fun.” Jisung rolled his eyes as he walked past and Minho followed right behind him. They both sat at the snack bar controlled by Seungmin and Hyunjin.
“At least my name isn’t a generic one!”
“There were like ten jays in our graduating class!”
“All spelled with an y but not mine because I’m different and better.”
“His name isn’t even Brian.” Seungmin handed them both water bottles and Jae tsked, “You won’t get it.”
“The last time I checked Seungmin doesn’t get anything.” Minho grinned and Seungmin forced a smile back, “Shut up.” Hyunjin gave Jisung’s usual of an ice tea with a lemon and tossed Minho a water bottle. The summer wasn’t suppose to turn out like this. Jisung wasn’t ready for this sudden change, isn’t. Maybe he really does hate Minho? Or maybe it’s something else? Let’s look at some signs. When Minho talks Jisung can’t help but listen even if he makes it look like he isn’t, he hates that. Jisung accidentally used Minho’s shoulder as a pillow the other day during the Mario Kart session and Minho didn’t mind it, he hated that. It has to be when Minho smiles at him and he gets all warm on the inside because he loves that. Oh shit. Fuck it’s something else!
“What are you plotting in your head over there?” Jisung jumped at the question and looked up at Hyunjin sighing, “Nothing important.” It just has to be something else and not that I hate his fucking guts instead. Dumb stupid brain!
“At least he knows that his opinion is invalid.” Minho shrugged his shoulders to Hyunjin.
“I’m gonna wring your fucking neck in.”
“Oh you won’t do anything you big baby! You could punch me in the face for real and I’ll feel nothing.” Jisung cocked an eyebrow at him and punched him dead in the nose. Minho groaned at the sudden pain and Hyunjin sighed, “I’ll get the ice.” Jisung looked at Minho with a blank stare and walked away.
“You good, Minho?” Hyunjin handed him an ice pack and nodded.
“Did he really have to hit me?” He whined as the ice pack made his nose burn with the contact.
“To be fair your face is punch able- I mean you tempted him and Jisung never bluffs.”
“Maybe I should only bother him in the morning. That punch he gave me in the morning felt like nothing!”
“Or you could just not bother him?”
“Don’t ruin my fun, Hyunjin.” Minho tsked and Hyunjin put his hands up in defense. In the meantime, instead of dealing with the situation he caused Jisung hid away in a changing room until closing time.
————————————————–
The boys laid down in the living room bored out of their minds. Since some of them didn’t have a shift in the morning they got to stay inside. The lucky four stayed inside, played some games, and even cleaned  the place up a little bit. Mostly Chan and Woojin did.
“What should we eat tonight?”
“Ramen?” Chan shrugged his shoulders at Woojin and the other whined, “We had that last night.”
“Then cook something.”
“My cooking is bad.”
“Okay, I’ll do it.”
“Your cooking is even worst.” Woojin said the final blow and Chan clicked his tongue then dialed a pizza place. Seungmin giggled at the two as Woojin grinned happily at Chan.
“It will be here in 20.”
“What will?” Minho walked in the room after just taking a shower and sat down on the couch across from them.
“Pizza!” Seungmin cheered and Jeongin cheered along with him,“Finally some good fucking food!”
“Where did the other four go?”
“Chan complained about there being no dishes so they went to IKEA.”
“Fuck off, Jeongin. I only said there is a lack of silverware and they were going to IKEA anyway.”
“For what?”
“Changbin wanted frozen yogurt.” Minutes later they came back from the store just in time for there to still be pizza left over. Felix and Hyunjin fought over a slice, Changbin pushed them out the way for two more slices. Everyone hung out on the couch watching some really bad TV while some commented on it or they talked about what happened at work. Jisung stayed in the kitchen part, he didn’t bother trying to communicate with others today. It’s been a total of two days since he punched Minho in the face. Minho still continues to wake him up even if he’s sleeping, ‘If I’m up you must be too.’ The thing about that is Jisung is always up in the middle of the night as the others get a goodnight's sleep. He doesn’t know why he does it. It’s always been this way since he was little, he got it from his grandfather. Just a couple of months ago his grandfather died from insomnia and yes you can say that Jisung is slowly going down that path too. The others don’t know anything about it except for Woojin and it’s better that way. They shouldn’t have to worry about it too.
“Did you get any sleep last night?” Woojin always asks him whenever the others are distracted so they don’t overhear the conversation. Jisung appreciates that.
"Kind of....like 3 or more hours."
"It wasn't cause of a nightmare this time, right?"
"Yea.....just couldn't sleep."
“You know I’m always ready to stay up with you so you’re not alone.”
“I know but it’s okay.” Jisung smiled at him and Woojin shared one back after patting him on the back. Woojin went back to the others and Jisung stayed in the kitchen. Maybe I’ll get some sleep this week? It only started.... He can only hope. 3 hours of sleep can only be enough to get him through the day until he falls asleep in the middle of doing something. He once had his doctors prescribe him some sleeping medication. It’s not a big deal........really. Some people won’t get it. Some people don’t get it even after it is explained to them by multiple of people. Jisung has had too many experiences with that and they all ended bad. Excuse him if he doesn’t to go through that.......pain again.
