PLWEASE send them your questions not me JAJFHDSF #I thought it would be cool if macaque has two separate forms as a shadow and inside a mindscape. like I wanted his shadow form to reflect #him in his prime and then the mindscape form as what he looked like when he died. or a more vulnerable state at least #based on LBD appearing to MK as the ivory lady when she died in the S3 special. I don’t know exactly what it was but my first thought seein #the white void was she was appearing to MK in his mindscape to talk to him. so I built on that #I wanted to give him a more ‘Smokey’ look as a shadow just based on how he manipulates them in the show like in shadow play. I hope this #makes it look cool and immaterial. and then his mindscape form would be more battered up and tangible #the last couple images are chippers ideas though since they said the monkeys are drawn to MK when macaque is possessing him lol #and the fact that macaque doesn’t have any senses unless he’s possessing someone + literally sniffing out wukong in the scroll 🤨📸#I also have a vivid image of macaque moving from the mindscape to physical form like umm. kind of like when he passes the boundary between #physical and spirit/mind(?) it’s like the shadow covers him like ink. or pulling Saran Wrap over your face and it clings to your skin #so it kind of makes the shadow seem like a sort of shell or covering.. and I love the idea of MK meeting macaque in the mindscape for the #first time too. like the moment mac rescues him from LBD and MK sees him all battered and tired looking brooooooo #I’m not even sure if that would count as a mindscape but it rattles around in my brain like loose marbles #god I fucking love this au. gives me imagination fuel swear to god #my art #doodles #lmk #Lego Monkie kid #Monkie kid #lmk au #re-bound!au #rebound au #lmk sun wukong #lmk swk #lmk macaque #lmk six eared macaque #lmk mk #lmk xiaotian

starting any new medication with intended or unintended mental effects is so weird. it’s not exactly like waking up with a whole new brain but it definitely feels like my mind got reformatted. this latest nervous system one is doing some what it’s supposed to physically (thank god) but it’s definitely doing… something to my thinking patterns and emotional responses. i’m not sure what. it has some overlap with the symptoms of an early manic upswing in the sense that the “regard for consequences” segment of my brain is sending an out-of-office message, so i thought it was that at first, but that’s definitely not it. but. something.

#and it’s NOT good for my job or relationships until i learn to manage it #and before you point at me the ‘girl you are experiencing a category 5 fandom event’ is a symptom and not a cause #maybe the hyper focus that tech bros abuse this thing for is just misfiring??#it’s like the brain fog moved from inside to outside??#i’m clever again but can’t see the road ahead or the people around me #i mean ‘nice’ is a deeply ingrained habit i’m not telling anyone to fuck off #my sister gave me extremely good news and i AM happy for her so that cracked through it!#but i have never thought ‘i don’t care’ in my life before unless i was manic lol #maybe posting into the void will shake it off #my exciting mental health #the symptoms

As someone who has worked front of house at a theatre venue for the past three years, I full heartedly believe that we need a sit com taking place at a theatre venue. The stuff that happens here is unreal.

Tonight, a patron thought the music was too loud so instead of coming to courtesy and using the ear plugs we offer (for free), he decided to shove a napkin into his ear. Said napkin got stuck, so what does one do when a napkin is stuck in your ear? Well apparently you dont talk to the EMTs on standby or go to the ER. Instead you call 911.

And that's how we ended up with the police and fire department outside the building today while our poor EMTs listened to the situation on radio and stared at the scene out the door while shaking their heads in disappointment and shit talking.
