I am losing me mind thinking about vanpire speedwagon and dhampir Giorno
I thinking if they met prebruno it wouldnt be too bad. Giorno would of been repressing his vampiric traits and substaining himself most off normal food and any small animal he could get his hands on. He wouldnt have the same self loathing as Jotaro but would have the mindset that he is a monster and that his monstrous traits are something to be ashamed of. Speedwagon could meet him be a positive role model, help him get access to food without shame, and other stuff like that
Post bruno On the other hand. Giorno is fully eating people no shame no hesitation. Bruno has actively encouraged Giorno that his vampiric trait are good and make him better than most people. Any guilt or shame giorno felt before meeting him has been effectively knocked out by bruno. Speedwagon would be going through it trying to teach gio his ethical vampire ways while giorno over here like, “ my capo told me i can eat who ever i want as long as i clean up after myself”
FJBCNDFBVFGBF Y E A H-
With Pre-Bruno, Speedwagon’s got the whole Teaching Him He’s Not Monstrous down to a science. As you mentioned Giorno’s got WAY less self hatred than Jotaro, so Speedwagon can jump to the “hey here are some food alternatives so you don’t have to hurt people :D” phase almost immediately. He can introduce him to the Joestars and their friends, giving him even more people he doesn’t have to hide around because they all know. It gives him a sense of belonging and kinship
As for Post-Bruno, Speedwagon can’t really make him stop because 1) this isn’t his kid nor does he have legal custody and 2) Giorno is only eating people who attack or try to kill him first so it’s TECHNICALLY self defense
He still doesn’t like it though
I’d imagine that he and Giorno have a little rivalry back and forth thing going on. Whenever Speedwagon visits these two are so indescribably petty when it comes to this. Speedwagon will slip SWF information packets all around the apartment and into Giorno’s bags and pockets when he isn’t looking, and Giorno will just. Straight up eat human parts while making direct eye contact and even offer some to Speedwagon.
And the whole time they’re both terrifyingly polite but it’s enough that the little Prey Predator part of the brain of all the surrounding humans is going NUTS
(they don’t do it when Jotaro’s around though. It’s an unspoken rule that their fighting is on pause when he’s present because they know he has issues he’s still working through and he doesn’t deserve to get caught in the crossfire)

Vampires bite, but not this one
Мне вообще заходит эта идея со Спидвагоном, которого насильно обратили в вампира, и ему теперь с себя стыдно, думаю, я напишу к этой идее фанфик позднее, а пока типа вот
I actually like this idea with Speedwagon, who was forcibly turned into a vampire, and now he’s ashamed of himself, I think I’ll write a fanfic for this idea later, but for now, like this
Tumblr media
И как это выглядело изначально?
And what did it look like initially?

I feel like there's a lot of fundamental misunderstandings about how hamon and vampires work in jjba, and I think that's so tragic. Hamon has gained the reputation of being just "magic sunlight karate," but it's so much more. Hamon is the energy of life, it's found in the ever rippling motion in everything. It beats in our blood, flows in the waves, shines from the sun, blooms from flowers, the air we breathe. It's intrinsically tied to motion and to life itself. Everyone and everything has hamon, its just that hamon warriors have been trained to harness it.
Jonathan's hamon abilities are so strong from the very beginning because he's so full of love and passion, all for the people and things he cared about so fiercely. What he's channeling isn't the sun, it's life itself. The most painfully symbolic part of hamon as a concept is that it's what ties all living things together. the very nature of human connection is brought from hamon.
Dio failed to ever truly connect with anyone else in life, when he kills someone to drain their blood it is like he's severing that person's love, relationships, their passion for living-- its so much more than just eating a couple prostitutes sometimes. Vampires don't feed on people just because, they drink blood to sustain their hamon. They have to leech the very essence of life, of human love and joy, to keep going because they lacked those things in life. Dio becoming a vampire is just as symbolic as it is literal.
Vampires at their core represent self-sabotaging, bitter, lonely people who refuse to let others in. The only way they can live is by killing others, severing human connection and happiness and love and destroying it with them. They don't get happier themselves, they just destroy.
Vampires are killed by the truth of human connection and passion being blasted straight into their faces. They are born from self-hatred and loneliness, a lust for the peace and happiness that escapes them, a violent urge to destroy what they struggle to obtain. To live is to love, and to be undead is to yearn.

Can we actually communicate with those in heaven like speedwagon and erina?
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Just one of your quirks of your Stand.
-You can talk/see some ghost
-You can’t say messages from the Ghost to the living cause plot reasons
-You most of the time see Erina, Speedwagon, and Mary Joestar.
- you sometimes see a ghost next to DIO. But can’t get a clear view of the Ghost.
-Your only Stand limitation is just if it messes with Plot or not.

Dio's Doll II
Yandere DIO X Vampire Reader
Genre: Just a filler chapter covering JJBA Part 2, so no DIO yet.
Warning: Grieving, deaths, existential angst
Part I
A/N: The extent of Dio's damage not only to your life, but your loved ones as well.
- Devastated was an understatement upon the news following after Jonathan and Erina's departure. It took Straits and his apprentices to hold you back and Speedwagon to ease you from looking for Erina yourself, damning your own life in search for the woman even in sunlight.
If you'd have known there were ways in which that damned creature would have lived, you wouldn't have moped and mourn the loss of your mortal life and instead focused on hunting him down, Jonathan and Erina wouldn't have to face Dio again.
"Erina!"
You ran to hold her in your arms upon spotting her from a distance. For a moment she jumps, but soon found herself melting in your arms, letting herself to be held after a long, tumultuous moments of her life and she held on tight, Letting her face against your chest and letting out silent tears. Soon, she was freely sobbing on your chest, clutching the fabric of your shirt.
"It's okay... Let it all out." You run your hand against her back.
- Your vampiric abilities, you've never deliberately made use of them. Not the ice breath, nor the laser in your eyes. As for your speed and strength, it is something you unintentionally use every damn time, but over time, you made sure to always be careful around everything you interacted with. Because of this, the Tibetan monks who practiced Hamom never considered you a threat... But you senses a certain Straizo's gaze looming over you. Unsettling, but you simply brushed it aside.
- You stood as another parental figure when Erina and Jonathan's child was born, even occasionally visiting the child Erina had saved from the shipwreck. Even at a young age, Elizabeth found herself at awe with you. You took babysitting duties when Erina was busy throughout the day as a teacher, while you take in the children to your room that was draped with black curtains as to not let in a ray of sunlight.
Sometimes you find yourself in a daze whenever you lay eyes on George II, as you started to see more and more of Jonathan in his son's visage as he grew. Eventually you'd snap from your gaze before resuming to whatever task you were tending to.
"Y/N? Are you okay?" George places his small hands on either sides of your cheeks when you started to daze off while staring at him. It was a sweet little habit of his, as his mother would do the same to him as a sign of affection and/or concern.
"I'm fine, George. It's just..." A look into his eyes, the eyes like his father's, as they glimmer under the candlelight with an innocence so precious and familiar. "I'm sleepy." You lied, giving him a closed-eyed smile. It wasn't a complete fabrication, you haven't had the chance to sleep.
"You can sleep. It's all dark in your room anyways, it always feels like it's night."
Unlike other children, George has become accustomed to the dark. There are no monsters hiding in the corners of the room, there was only his lovely god parent, Y/N. And Y/N is sweet, kind and sneaks him candies when mother isn't looking.
- Maybe it was Jonathan's semblance you were seeing in George that made you close to him, but you were close to the young Joestar nonetheless. At some point in his life he realised how you look so... Unchanging beside his mother and uncle Speedwagon, looking as he remembers you in his childhood. That's when he had the talk about your being and everything started to make sense to him. How your room was draped with dark curtains, how you roam the night and sleep at day, your sharp teeth, your impressive strength and speed... And yet he never treated you any differently.
You knew, at some point this day was coming and you prepared yourself for it. You know how some people could not handle the thought of a night crawler, blood-sucking monster within his proximity. You were ready to leave him be if he sees it fit... But like his father, his views of you were unchanged.
"You don't... See me as anything else? You're not scared?"
"Why would I be scared of you? You're Y/N. Just sweet, kind Y/N watched over me at night."
- Your life has been catered to by Speedwagon and his newfound wealth, which he uses to help you. Supplying you your meals and such, and by the next few years, you need a new identity to take on. He has already crafted an identity for you as to not make a rise of suspicion among others. Not only that, he has been funding developers to invent certain devices for you to use and finally be kissed by the sun.
"Oh Robert you don't have to—"
"Nonsense, Doctor Y/N. I promised Jonathan to take care of you and Erina, hell, the rest of your bloodline. I owe that to him." His hands held yours within it, the warmth of his care seeping in your skin, which you couldn't help but to feel it heating your cold, dead hands.
"You're a good man, Robert. A friend like no other. Jonathan was very lucky to have found you."
- There wasn't a moment where Dio would not cross your mind. He'd be adrift in your thoughts, your dreams... How he would return and further torture you in your deathless life. Something Erina would make the conscious effort to quell you of these demons and hold you as long as you need to, talk idly about the years of what felt like fleeting moments to you. Talks of her day, reminiscing of the past, from your childhood with Jonathan, to Erina's relationship with him. Sharing the solidarity of cursing Dio's name for ruining your relationships with Jonathan.
"He's in hell. Sunken at the very bottom."
"With all he's done, I agree Erina."
- At the age of Enlightenment, the flourishing of humanity, you find yourself studying the new discoveries and let go of the updated practices you've learned back when you were a doctor. Though you were out of practice for a long time now, you always tried to update your studies in medicine. Though you were out of practice, you were always happy to help with whatever injuries anyone in your tight circle of friend have. George always anticipated to get hurt in one way of another, and so he was always on your table as you patch him up despite how minor those injuries were.
- Life is nice, years breezed by like mere seconds in your eyes and before you knew it, everyone around you were aging while you barely changed but they treat you all the same. At your worse days, your thoughts would drift at the inevitability of your loved ones end, seeing how they already age throughout the years, while it does not feel long in your perspective. It was a thought always at the back of your mind, rearing its ugly head occasionally to remind you everyone you will ever come to know and love will slip through your fingers and taken by time.
And at those days, Erina was always by your side, like she had always been.
"I cannot imagine how dreadful it must feel the way you do, I am so sorry... But know that no matter what, I will always be by your side for the rest of you days and know that I cherish every moment with you."
- George became a pilot during the war, married to Elizabeth. George was a thoughtful man Erina raised him to be and with his fondness of you, he organised his wedding to occur at night time just so you too can bear witness to Erina and Jonathan's boy marry the love of his life. He wanted you like you have always been, an important part of his life.
Shortly after that, or what seems like it in your perspective, George introduced you to his baby boy Joseph. You were immediately enchanted to Joseph just as you were to George, you swore the same oath to protect the baby boy from harm.
"He looks like George... And his father..." Erina gently coos, holding the baby against her chest with a soft smile. Her curled finger nudging the baby's chin, before moving the coot just slightly to reveal the entirety of his face and giggled when the bundle whimpers. "Don't you think so?" Erina glances at you through her glasses.
"He does..." You had a hearty smile whilst wrapping an arm around Erina before using a curled finger to trace Joseph's forehead. "Hello Joseph."
Elizabeth can only smile at the sight of her mother-in-law and you smile like this for once. All her life, she had always sensed a certain gloom within your spirits, weighing heavily on your body, burdening your minds. This might just be the first time she had seen you in light spirits and she hoped for it to last.
Unfortunately, it didn't.
- The way your whole world collapsed from the news of George's death, how it was caused by a monster of your own kind and Elizabeth's revenge resulting to an exile. Everything was going well, for the first time you felt as though your past will no longer catch up to you, you trusted George can handle himself but it was a creature whom you are associated with— you could have saved him. You could have saved him but you weren't there. Elizabeth had to finish the job resulting for her to flee the country, when you could have done that yourself. You should have done something but you didn't.
In the middle of the tumultuous moment, this time, your own thoughts did not strangle you. Your first priority was Erina.
"Erina... I am so sorry..."
She was no longer the young woman she had been when Jonathan died to protect her, but a woman damaged with grief but strengthened by the knowledge that Jonathan would have wanted her to live on, kindness still in her heart. She appreciate every single gesture you so willingly provide her, from your words to action, you always knew what to say to soothe her woes.
She held you close, tears staining your chest. You run your fingers through her hair, whilst the other stroked her back.
- And so you raised Joseph with Erina once again, with Robert occasionally dropping by to spoil the boy. Joseph had always been so fond of you, as you were less strict compared to Erina and because of that, the mischievous boy always hid behind you whenever he would get in trouble.
"Hi Y/N!" He greets as wraps his arms around your waist, tactically turning you to use your back as a shield.
"What is it now, JoJo?" You sighed. "What have you done?"
"Nothing, nothing is wrong."
You glared at the cheeky boy.
"I know what you're gonna say—"
"I swear if you're hiding from Erina again I am taking your comics away."
Glancing at him with wide eyes, you began to think how he did it, while he can only give you a gummy grin.
- Joseph is sweet and thoughtful in his own way, unaware of your being as supernatural yet, was confused of your living habits, questioned and judged you for it, but followed nonetheless. For example, when daylight would come, he would immediately close the curtains just so you can tread the house if you wanted to. He never thought you'd be a vampire, he just thought you were weird.
"How come you can't come into the light?" He asks, as he cautiously open the dark velvet curtains by a crack, to see whether the sun had completely set before fully pulling them back.
"I might burn." You flatly answer, as all day he has been tugging on you clothes while you do chores in the house with him tailing behind you with myriads of questions in his mind.
"So you're not allowed at all?"
"Correct, JoJo."
Joseph is a smart boy, cheeky little scamp with a tongue so slivery and silver knows just how he can escape any situation. All day, he had been questioning you and your entire being and you answered them as frank as you can. Perhaps now he has figured out--
"Aha! I've got it!" He shouts with convinction, before pointing at you. "You're allergic to sunlight! Hence why you look as though you've never aged a day, you remain unchanged due to the fact you never see the light of day and absorb rays!"
Your expression dropped.
"Actually--"
"Do no tell me, I know I'm right!"
... having been dealing with his shenanigans, you simply gave up with a sigh. It's been a long day.
- When Speedwagon summoned you, Erina and Joseph from England to New York, you wasted no time to go there, as it must have been urgent. Aside from that, you have also wanted to see your dear friend for a long time now and perhaps look around America for awhile.
Joseph being Joseph, has already caused mayhem left and right once he arrived, but he has also managed to meet a new friend who joined you and Erina to dinner. His friend Smokey was a touch distant when it came to you, perhaps sensing the monster within you. Erina also senses this and comforted you, holding your hand under the table.
Of course, as much you don't like it when Joseph has the tendancy to cause chaos in public, but there are a few occurrences where you supported him. Back in your day, you weren't allowed to fight back against those who stomped on you. And hell, you were not about to make Joseph experience the same thing.
- When the news suddenly came to you of Robert's death, your initial response was to hold Erina and escort her home. It was good you did, Straizo had apparently succumb to the desire to have the same curse you bear and began to cause chaos in New York where Joseph was able to stop it. The youth, the power, Straizo claimed that you do not see the true beauty of Dio's gift. Then Straizo dropped the news that Speedwagon is alive and that there were other threats for Joseph to defeat before he allows himself to die by sunlight. It came to you that beings of divine-origin had been set free after centuries of slumber, these were beings that consume your kind Hamon is known to possibly eliminate these creatures.
All in all the events of part 2 constantly had you on the edge of your seat regarding Joseph's safety, you know how the boy tends to be. With Joseph rescuing Speedwagon from the Germans and being able to survive a pillar man, meeting with a Zeppelli, encountering more pillar men and promising them a battle, unknowingly reuniting with his mother, great stone of Aja, training Hamon, losing his Zepelli friend, the awaited duel with the pillar man, defeating the final pillar man after it had transformed to an ultimate being, presuming he is dead, holding a funeral for him, turns out he's alive and married... Tumultuous, to say the least.
It wasn't until it was over were you able to rest your weary heart. Through it all, you were beside Erina and Robert.
- With Joseph's marriage with Suzie, whom you have welcomed warmly into the family, had brought another member of the Joestars. A lovely little girl they named Holly, Erina and Jonathan's great granddaughter where you were always happy to greet upon her introduction.
"Oh Joseph she is beautiful, she looks like her mother," Erina holds the precious Holly in her arms. "Hello little Holly..."
- Having been inspired by Kars' ability to stand under the sun, he got to work with funding his company to scour sources in order to grant you the same ability. A stone mask with an artificial recreation of the Stone of Aja. It is not as powerful as the original, as its sole goal was to grant you immunity against the sunlight. Robert wanted nothing more for you to finally step out of the shadows and see the light once again.
At first you were nervous, waiting for the sun to rise where Erina was nothing but supportive as she held your hand in hers with Robert holding the other. You can only close your eyes once the clock strikes and dawn falls upon the residence. You can feel the warmth on your skin and you feared what once you open your eyes, you would see your skin catching on fire. A shuddering gasp from Erina and Robert had made you open your eyes to see them with tears brimming their eyes, her figure basked in daylight. Looking down, you see sun rays touching your skin again, a tear rolling from your eye. Erina and Robert embrace you out of joy, thanking.
Before you can wrap your arms around them you feel Joseph engulfing all three of you in his arms, even lifting you out of joy. As Elizabeth approached to see the scene up close, she was pulled in by Joseph.
- The day would come where you would lose the friends you love is inevitable and would sting the most.
Erina Joestar ate age 81 in 1950. You have only met him when you had to take care of your dear Jonathan after his first fight with Dio and you were fast friends through your mutual care of Jonathan. Since then you have been close, having been there for each other when one needs comfort and a shoulder to cry on, and to help each other in general. Always so kind and gentle, yet so fierce and strong that she is able to power through all the tragedies life has thrown at her direction.
Had given nothing but love to everyone around her; George, Elizabeth, Joseph, Robert, you. She stood as a mother figure to her students and had loved them like she would her own children. She died surrounded by loved ones and knowing that she had achieved all her goals in life without succumbing into the deep tragedy Dio had caused her. You were happy Jonathan had married her. You were glad to have met her.
Robert at age 89 in 1952. He was a dear friend, often offering the shirt off his back. There was no greater honour than being generous and kind that despite his rough upbringing, he manage to change for the better and help those who come from the rough parts he used to reside in, he never wanted the youths to grow up in such environments and fight to survive. He wanted to provide them education, opportunities for a bright future, a better upbringing. Heroic until the very end of time, as he will continue to help families even in his death.
He died surrounded by loved ones. His friends, family, and the families of those he had helped. You were glad Jonathan had a friend like him. You were glad to have met Robert.
- True to his word, the Speedwagon foundation have always been there for you. The one who had inherited the company was one of the scholars from the slum Robert had saved from the life of crime now runs the foundation and in his fierce loyalty to Speedwagon, in in turn, loyal to you. Fulfilling Robert's wish, you were provided the necessities from your blood bags, travel funds, but most importantly, a new identity.
You use your new identity to become a doctor once again, assisting the Speedwagon foundation in every medical endeavour, your very first work as a doctor under a new name providing help with the charity work to distribute needed vaccinations to in need, giving back to the Speedwagon foundation as much as you can buy helping them fulfill what Robert had intended to do even in death, to help others in need.

So I have this fanfic idea but I’m not sure if I’m ever gonna write been busy with other projects and fanfics it so I’m gonna just make it an AU for now. Where all the Jostars are vampires. Calling it the Bloody Star AU.
Basically in a timeline where Dio never tested the mask and didn’t know he could make vampires with it, used it on Jonathan to try and kill him… but turned him into a vampire (this happened in dio’s confrantaon for when he was caught poison gorge.) Jonathan with his anger and new monsteious hunger attacks dio (he lived but got badly injured). By the time Jonathan snapped out of it the damage had already been done and the cops saw him as a monster. They shot at Jonathan but bullets don’t really work, Gorge tries to step in but ends up getting shot. He apologized to Jonathan before dying. While Jonathan and Speedwagon were destractive the cops set the manor on fire in an attempt to kill Jonathan. But he managed to survive and save Speedwagon, the two of them go into hiding. (Jonathan eats suicidal people and freaks who want to be eaten, he is not happy about it and is remorseful about it saying sorry everytime). Erina finds him and gives him comfort and help, telling him about how he was still the same kind soul she always known despite the fangs, and that he was not at fault, it was just a lot of unfortunate circumstances, a fate he couldn’t fight even if he wanted too… the best thing to is enjoy the now, and hope that things get better.
Meanwhile Dio meets Zeppeli and learns hamon from him (he is super good at it) and the two of them go to try and find the vampire that was once Dio’s beloved brother.(dio is lying about what actually happened, the cops were there just mentioned how scary Jonathan was (despite not attacking and was more scared of them)) . Word spread about a monster that feeds on the willing, who is often accompanied by a gangster and woman who practiced medicine wich was kinda terrifying back then. Tracking him down the hammon users finally cornered Jonathan in a valley after he saved Poco. Zeppeli did kinda find it off putting how uncharacteristically kind, polite and sweet the vampire is but he shouldn’t let him stop from saving the world from this horror! Then he gets backstabbed by Dio. While Speedwagon and Erina is tending to Zeppeli wounds. Jonathan and Dio fight, during the fight Jonathan acedently revives the knights, witch is a double edged sword, he has no idea how to control zombies or how they work but managed to scare dio off. He managed to befriend Bruford for a while before his soul is laid to rest but Tarkus has more of a bone to pick and ends up going wild, heading to town, Jonathan has to stop him. Ultimately he gains zeppeii as a friend who finished Tarkus, but just to be save he puts Jonathan in hamon infused restrains and locks him in this special cage.
Dio ends up requiring new people on his side to try and end the rieng of the vampire named Jonathan basically create an Anti-Speedwagon foundation/cult of sorts that I don’t have a name for yet and ends up basically becoming another ruler of London. Playing to their fear and sympathy. Getting more and more help. The people are becoming more paranoid and turning on each other in fear of vampires. Doesn’t help that a lot of other hamon users end up joining with Dio. In some ways Dio was a bigger threat as a hamon user then his vampire counterpart. This does not help the fact he is now getting more and more power hungry and just as roughless. This messed up culture takes more after him and prays on the weak for multiple things with ‘protection’ being the biggest reason they should comply. You know that things get messed up when the safest place in London now is Ogre Street.
Zeppeli does his best to reson with people and his colleagues but they are not listening, even though he has the vampire contained and everyone can see him, along with all of the damaged Jonathan has from hamon and is now patiently waiting for them to finish him off (both Erina and Speedwagon are objecting and trying to convince him not to give up) despite all his attempts and reasoning he is badly injured by the hamon mob, he besides to save the creature who didn’t let fear or his rage take over his soul and saved his life. He frees Jonathan from his cage. The entirey of the mob runs away when Zeppeli, Dio made them a bit too fearful of vampires to the point no one thinks they can stop Jonathan who is literally crumbling away due to hamon. Zeppeli tells Jonathan that he was sorry, that he couldn’t believe that the very thing he learned to try and stop the horrors of the stone mask, hamon, the power of life, turned into something so horrible. They need to stop this raging fire before it consumes the world, they need to stop Dio.
The four of them start traveling to the Keep Dio has taken refuge in. Jonathan now knowing he has to fight him begins training, eating those who Actually deserve it like Jack the Ripper and testing the limits of his abilities, often sparing with Zeppeli as well as healing others with his blood. But not raising any more zombies or messing with life in any kinda way. Fun times when Jonathan learns he can shoot eye beams and make his body super cold. While dealing with goons that are a minor annoyance at best, there too scared to actually try and directly attack the Vampire. They get horses, (Jonathan’s horse is named slow dancer) and then they actually get into an fight with a high rank fallower and a few goons on horseback, it’s a race against the sunrise of sorts but Jonathan wins.
They finally raid the keep Jonathan goes to fight Dio while Zeppeli, speedwagon and Erina fight the three hamon users that helped Jonathan in the original part (I can look their names but I don’t want to bother). Thankfully Zeppeli was able to have them see how messed up everything is by showing them the people who were ‘saved’ by their cause. Meanwhile Dio and Jonathan are both at their wits ends, Jonathan throwing everything he knows at Dio, how to counter hamon, and Dio who studded vampires and had extensive hamon training since their last encounter. But ultimately Jonathan wins by using his environment to his advantage and tricks Dio into falling to his death.
After the fact a huge discussion was held on what to do after the fact, everyone is still in fear of the vampire, no one wants to kill Jonathan, he doesn’t deserve it. After a while they come up with a solution. “Dio gave his life to the country, he died trying to fight the vampire, and thankfully he managed to kill it” they spread a zombie’s hamon ashes around to sell the illusion. They destroy the stone mask as well. Meanwhile Erina smuggles Jonathan out of the country to the colonies using a special trunk(aka Dio’s coffin in the original just a bit different so that Erina can pass it as luggage, the secret compartment was always there) until the whole mess is over. The hamon users give Jonathan a special collar that they made him weaker and curbed any vampiric hunger that he couldn’t remove. I mean they’re not gonna just let a vampire roam free, that just seems like a bad idea. On a more happier note Jonathan and Erina become an official thing a few days after the fact. Even though they couldn’t get married, they vowed to be together as long as possible. However a day after they took off Zeppeli finds out that Dio’s corpse has been stolen from his resting place before his memorial.
The pair at see enjoy the nights on the ocean, Erina often falling asleep in Jonathan’s arms, just enjoying their time together. Jonathan has to stay cramped in her room and not speak a peep out of fear of being found out especially after someone ransacked her room, but they made the most out of it. But the day they see the new land on the horizon, several zealots of Dio attacked, they were hiding among the passengers. They were after Erina, because they believed that he had some secret vampire relic to revive the dead, when they couldn’t find anything from their earlier raid, they went into the deep end and were convinced the entire ship were secret vampire worshipers, and started Killing the passengers and ringing the boat to explode. They also were the ones-who stole Dio’s corpse, putting it in a special blast proof glass/crystal coffin that keeps his body from decomposing so that their lord can watch over them fulfill their purpose. Jonathan has to step up however due to the collar he is taking a lot of damage and can’t fight back well but managing to save a few of the passengers, including an infant who he gives to Erina to keep safe. He makes make shift boats. Jonathan, Erina and the baby are the last’s ones to leave, they use the special trunk as a makeshift boat. But before they can leave Jonathan gets snagged by a harpoon like hamon weapon, and gets dragged back. Erina tries to save him but can’t free him, when she can’t she tries to die with him.
“If you die, who will I live for?”
“Live for the baby who lost her parents, live for our child…” Jonathan says while putting his hand over her stomach. “I can already sense the little one’s life… please… Erina…. I’m sorry about putting you though all this…..”
They kiss for one last time before Jonathan is dragged into the depths of the ship. Erina escapes on the trunk turned boat with the baby and joins the other survivors shortly after the boat explodes. After that the fable of “The Vampire and The Sun Cult,” spread all over the colonies and gave the people a good discussion on what makes a monster. Sorrow is felt among Jonathan’s comrades, even little Elisabeth could feel the cold feeling of dread, but at least the nightmare was over finally.
Until George II born with fangs…. Everyone knew that the blood of the vampire was now ingrained with the Joestar bloodline.
Will do part 2 and 3 later this took so long to write.

Vampire Jonathan: *sighs woefully and stares out at the balcony, where the sun is beginning to rise*
Speedwagon: *pleading* "Please...Jojo. You don't have to do this. We'll...we'll find a way around this, I promise. Maybe we can find a way to nourish you without killing anyone. I'll even give some of my blood to you if that's what you need. Don't do it, Jojo. You still deserve to live."
Vampire Jonathan: *sad sigh* "If I can only live by harming others...perhaps I shouldn't even live at all."
.... Why must you hurt me so by making me read this?

Vampire Jotato + vampire Speedwagon aus
For pre-part 3, I've seen a Jotaro & Speedwagon dynamic I really like in a time-travel fic, where Speedwagon's like 'youre a Joestar! Of course I'm your friendly uncle who cares for you!' while Jotaro's feelings are best summed up as 'You Don't Know Me and have not unlocked that level of familiarity, fuck off.'
Then Jotaro gets turned, and Speedwagon is there for him.
Talking about what it's like, promising to stand by him for immortality, telling him about how maybe blood for transfusions that either expires or isn't a needed type or whatever is still good for vampires to get him to eat, and it's kind of smothering because Speedwagon's love for the Joestars knows no chill, but.
Jotaro still doesn't get along with Speedwagon incredibly well, but Speedwagon Gets It. And that's incredibly valuable for him.
Y e s s s s s s s s s
There’s also the addition of how Jotaro now has someone else to think of when he thinks of “vampire”
Being a vampire can be Dio with his cruelty, his manipulations, the countless lives he stole. It can be an enemy who laughs and mocks while refusing the stay down, who sucked the blood from his grandfather before his eyes, slaughtered his friends and nearly killed his mother
But being a vampire can also be Speedwagon, his weird, annoying but affectionate uncle who will stand by you even when you don’t want him to. It can be a man with over-the-top hats with saw blades in them, who always took night watch because he never needed sleep, using the longevity to protect the ones he loves for the rest of their lives so they never again have to experience life threatening danger
It also helps that Jotaro now won’t be alone. No matter how many people grow old around him, Speedwagon is going to remain a constant. They’re both ageless, and Speedwagon will be able to help Jotaro deal with the emotions surrounding outliving loved ones, see: Erina
Of course, it’s not perfect. Speedwagon and Jotaro are technically different “kinds” of vampires, with Speedwagon being turned from the Mask and Jotaro having been turned by a Mask Vampire, but they make it work
Jotaro probably won’t hate himself or his new nature as much any more. He’ll probably be less starved as well, since Speedwagon will be able to help him eat. It’ll probably take a while, and he’s not eating as much as he should, but it’s better than nothing
If we’re throwing in TC&TK, Tonio…… is still going to SUCK to deal with. Jotaro would still miss his humanity and would still eat the food, just not as often. He’d probably still spiral for a good long while which neither Speedwagon or even his mom could console him from and it would take a good LONG while before he’s eating again.
And then if we take it a step further and do the whole Italy trip…. I’m not sure if Speedwagon would go to Italy or not. On one hand he might still have issues regarding the whole Dio Situation, but on the other I think he’d have the sense to seek therapy help. Plus, I don’t think he’d want to leave Jotaro by himself for any possibly long stretch of time. DOUBLE plus he could also see it as “The body may have been under Dio’s control but this is still Jonathan’s biological child”
At the very least, Giorno is now going to have a very nice vampiric uncle who shows him the ropes and dotes on him unapologetically and without hesitation

This isn't really an ask but sometimes I think about how Erina and Speedwagon probably were so confused and panicked when they passed and couldn't find their Jojo in heaven and I cri- ;-;
Yes I too cry over Erina and Speedwagon angst when I think about my au. But you know what character not knowing where Jonathan is after his “death”.

His mother, Mary Joestar. She didn’t get to raise her old son and had to watch every thing that had happened in his life. She’s angry at her husband for being hard on Jonathan (she forgave him eventually). She feels like she’s the cause of Jonathan becoming an immortal vampire. She would never want Jonathan to die but she wants to hold her child once again.

Dio's Doll
Yandere Dio Brando (Part 1) X Reader
Genre: Angst, Headcanons
Warning: Typical Yandere behaviour, violence
A/N: To some, vampirism is a way to become somewhat of a higher being than a human, almost like a god if they're arrogant enough... To some, a curse, exactly what Dio had bestowed you.
- We begin in the 18th century— you were twelve, your father had entrusted you to his good friend George Joestar to take care of a certain business bargain somewhere in Asia. Your maids could look after you back at the L/N manor, but you were close to the young Joestar heir. And besides, your father would hate it if his heir is lonely.
- By this, you were there when a dark cloud began to leech off the family. Even if you're not a member of the Joestar's, the curse latched itself to you too. With his arrival, Dio the forsaken has began to make existence difficult for you.
- What's worse, he has taken a liking to you— the little doll that opted to stay silent, not wanting to cause trouble and just hopes for him to leave you alone. Unlike Johnathan, you had manners, according to Dio, you'd be the child George would have love.
- Dio is the ever so cocky bastard, even if Johnathan were there to defend you he couldn't do anything. JoJo would only further humiliate himself before his father because he sees it as such. And you, the docile doll who values your father and George's opinions, you remain silent about Dio's treatment.
- Well, at first you told on Dio, screamed even. Dio has a tenacious guardian angel watching over him that he never got in trouble, always finding a way to twist words and shift the blame into something else.
The first instance of his doings was a night of rest, you were getting ready for bed after coming from the library. Your room was dark as you climb into bed but then you noticed a head lying under the blanket. A scream alerted JoJo, George and a few servants to rush into your quarters.
- You vividly remember how quick they were to reach you, a big tell on how worried they were about you. Now imagine that worry deflating to disappointment when they found out you screamed at a mere sight of a doll's head that you mistook for a head.
"It was Dio! He did this! He must've planted it there to scare me!" You screamed pointing an accusatory finger at the blond.
"Dio, is it true?" George said. You remembered how satisfied you were when the head of the house looked at the ward the way he'd look at Johnathan when he was in trouble.
"Mister Joestar, it is I who have put the doll there, but it wasn't my intention to scare them. In fact, the doll was a gift... I'm just as terrified as you are to find out only the head remains." Dio said, with his voice pathetically reduced into a small one. "It must have been the dog that bit the head off."
"Danny wouldn't do such a thing!" Johnathan protests.
"Jonathan," George sends a single glare at his son's way, enough to diminish the rage JoJo was feeling. The head of the family then turns to you. "Why Y/N, it's not nice to say something like that. I want you to apologize to Dio for what you've said, he didn't mean to scare you at all." And you were absolutely livid to find that George fell for it. Upon glancing behind the head of the Joestar's, Dio was grinning in satisfaction.
After that, nothing else came of it. At least, in terms circumstances. After that transpired, you find yourself reeling yourself back to avoid bringing this up to George's attention, lest he should report your unruly behaviour to your father.
- He finds joy to see you suffering in silence, refusing to speak up whenever he does something to you. He can pull on your hair, push and shove you, lob rocks at your direction, pinch you, anything to fulfill his heart's content. But god forbids if he sees you with someone else.
- You see, he doesn't like sharing his doll. Something within him stings whenever he'd see you with someone else, he couldn't bear to see you enjoying yourself with someone else. Not that you'd enjoy Dio's company but eh.
- He's already sever your relationship with Johnathan and it was easy. He just some manipulation here and there, Dio knows you liked attending to some chores such as starting the furnace to avoid him, Danny was locked in the said furnace and boom. JoJo hasn't talked to you since. Two— no, three birds with one stone.
- After Danny's death, you couldn't bear to show your face around the family out of shame and guilt. Dio felt a certain glee to see you so down, so miserable, so shameful. But to see you go... It left a hole.
- He denied it of course. Why would he, Dio, miss you? What a joke, why would he? He could easily replace you! You're nothing but a sad excuse of a human being who mopes around with your sad e/c eyes glazed with a lovely sheen of tears, that will eventually come cascading down your melancholic face... Oh that face... Oh. Oh what the fuck—
- Well... Shit, that explains it.
- Seven years later, your family was invited to the Joestar ball; Every year actually, you just never attended with them. But this year, you decided to indulge. A lot of things has changed by then— you were already nineteen and already with a doctrate. And Dio has never not thought of you through those years.
- You made your first appearance as Doctor Y/N L/N in the Joestar ball and finally met your best friend after so many years. At first you feared he wouldn't welcome you the same way again, but then he took you in his arms and held you tightly.
"It is lovely to finally see you again, Y/N! Or should I say, Doctor Y/N?" He's grown. Physically and emotionally. You thought he'd haughtily turn his back against you from the grudge of seven years ago. An absolute gentleman too.
"Oh Johnathan. You have always been dear to me, you know that Y/N is enough."
- The night was filled with a lot of catching up. Jonathan has taken a liking to studying archeology, just as you have taken to the field of medicine, all that's happened... Dio... The mere mention of his name made your heart drop.
"He's still here?"
"Yes. He is, after all, family. I take it that you have yet to see him?" You can sense the enthusiasm in your friend's voice, just as he can sense 'no' as your answer.
"My, do my eyes deceive me or is it Y/N I see?"
A shudder rocked your entire body, freezing from where you stood when you heard a familiar voice. Then, a hand lands on your shoulder in a way that shows camaraderie. You were tense under his grip, your breaths coming out ragged in an attempt to steady yourself.
"It's been a long time, old chap! How have you been?"
... "Fine. Yourself?" It took longer for the pause to take place for your liking, you knew you gave yourself away.
"Likewise, though studying law does get one down at times but I thrive. Say, I heard you're one of the head of the Saint Catherine hospital?"
"You heard correctly."
Jonathan couldn't help but to notice how warm Dio was with you, while you were tense in the blond's hold, avoidant even. You couldn't even hold your gaze with Dio, as you looked towards your side.
"I find that quite impressive. I imagine you have countless suitors because of it."
"Thank you. Before I leave, I just say it's a... Delight to see you again. You must excuse me," you remove yourself from Dio's hold, with your eyes casted away from him, you didn't see his countenance twist in disappointment. "Jonathan. Dio." You smiled at your childhood best friend, something in you was upset you couldn't catch up with him further, glancing over Dio as well with a smile you had to force, before taking your leave.
- Upon hearing of Mister Joestar's sickness, you were the first one to be called upon the JoJo to look after his father, as he trusts you. Under your treatment, George was able to feel the care he needed. You imposed a rule to be followed by every one in the manor. And it was something Dio dreaded.
"I shall be the only one who will give Mister Joestar's medication. If not me, I will be instructing one of my nurses to do so."
You were firm to impart with this message. Jonathan agreed with this, as he trusts you. Dio didn't, but he acted as though he did. Even if he hates what had transpired, he couldn't help but to grin. My, this is the same Y/N who stayed silent when he pulled on their hair. The same Y/N who was afraid to get in trouble so they often kept their voice soft. Now look at you, with your chin up and firm stance. Only would it cave in whenever he was nearby, just as he likes.
He didn't need to heed your statement, he was able to manipulate the situation. It was your absence that made him strike, as he lead the nurse you instructed to look after the old Joestar was distracted by Dio, just enough for her to forget about her duties. It was a simple act of switching bottles when one's back is turned, and all the while he distracts the nurse, the old man would think he himself should just drink it himself.
It didn't take long when news came to you your nurse had failed to make the Joestar patriarch drink his medicine on time and you suspended her, finally allowing one of the old staff of the family to make Mister Joestar drink.
- Revelations came by you in a way that was shocking, as it all happened all at once. Dio was responsible for George's sickness, so was his father's, Jonathan almost got himself killed in Ogre street finding for the apothecary from which the poison came but was spared by a gang leader names Robert E.O. Speedwagon. Once he found out which poison was used, he calls you over to tell you what he's learnt. By this, you were able to concoct an antidote to give to Mister Joestar and call the police.
"I have to leave." You stood from your seat, gathering your coat and other belonging in your arms.
"Would you like me to accompany you, Doctor?" Speedwagon politely offers, holding out a hand for you to take.
"No, thank you." You offered him a polite smile, before turning to Jonathan. The Joestar only nods at you with a certain warmth in his eyes, wordlessly giving you his gratitude and bidding you goodbye.
Before you could witness what had transpired after you created the antidote, you had to leave for the hospital. Jonathan, in hindsight, was thankful you weren't there to witness the tragic passing of George, as well as Dio's betrayal and transformation.
- After what had transpired upon your departure, you were once again at a place of guilt. George Joestar was dead, Jonathan was unconscious, the Joestar manor is no more... From what you've heard from Speedwagon, Dio had become something of an otherworldly, hell if he were to be specific, creature. Fangs, super strength, endurance... You cant fathom how Dio terrifies you as his normal self, but that night where he apparently got stronger?
Ever since that night, you have not left Jonathan's bedside, along with a girl who seems to know him. You didn't have the chance to meet her, you fled from the Joestar's after you had unknowingly killed Danny. Erina Pendleton, a friend of Jonathan's. Like you, she hasn't left Jonathan's side as she tirelessly wring the rag of excess water before wiping Jonathan with it. Despite just meeting, you got along quickly whilst taking care of Jonathan, as you two shared a mutual care you feel towards the man.
"Erina..." Her blue eyes flickered up to you under her eyes were darkened circle from sleepless nights tending to Jonathan. "Allow me to take over. You rest."
"Oh no, I--"
"I'm a doctor. I'm used to it." You interrupt, softly taking her by the wrist and gently taking the rag from her hand.
Taking her hands, you press your thumb on her palms to alleviate the tension with a touch so gentle as to not further irritate her blistered hands. You looked into her eyes deeply and she finds herself deep within your hypnotic gaze and nods. You assist her to a nearby seat and proceed to treating Jonathan. Erina can only watch on her seat, as you tend to JoJo with a pace of fluency with that of a doctor's.
- Upon Jonathan's reawakening, you leave him and Erina be once you sensed a certain air between the two, just in time for you to catch Speedwagon doing the same thing when he decided against entering the room.
"Speedwagon, lovely to see you." You silently shut the door behind your back, smiling at the blond man.
"Doctor L/N," he tips his hat to greet you. "It seems that JoJo has awakened."
"Mhmm. In time, I shall assess his injuries but for now I figured I should leave them be for a while."
"I see... I must say, Doctor, you are quite mesmerising to look at when you work." You find yourself taken aback at his comment. "With such tenderness and at the same time, firmness. Not to mention, how skilled you are as a doctor."
You find yourself stuck for a moment, unable to wrap your head around his praises. "I... well... Um... T-thank you, Speedwagon."
"I am merely stating the facts, Doctor." He runs the back of his neck. "Would you like a drink? I know a good tavern down town. Or do you prefer elsewhere?"
- After spending time with Speedwagon for a few drinks, you decided to call it a day. Surely Jonathan and Erina wouldn't miss you for a night, as you decided to return to your home. You didn't arrive. Instead, you were tackled in the dark and rendered unconscious.
When you come conscious, you awake at the sight of a monster, in the form of Dio Brando, grinning at the sight of you quivering when you realised it was him.
"Hello, Y/N."
"D-Dio... I thought you--"
"Died? With my newfound powers, I cannot."
He stood from his throne, sauntering over before he kneels to meet your height. You instinctively lean away when he inches closer, averting your gaze from his analytic ones. He takes in the absolute terror in your features, relishing the reaction he can pull from you so effortlessly. The way you clenched your jaw, whilst you tried to keep your heart rate steady by breathing out with a shudder.
Wanting more of your fear, he reaches for your face, squeezing your cheeks as he made you hold his crimson gaze shaded with sadism. The stretch of his lips had made you realise what exactly he is, the glimmer of his fangs lit by the candle light as his features casts a shadow that made him more terrifying to you.
Closing your eyes, the long-held tears streaks on your cheeks, wetting his fingers. You tried to muffle your cries with a clench of a jaw, as you couldn't help but to think that this is how you end. In the hands of the only bully you couldn't stand against.
"Hush..." Dio whispers in a way that would be soothing, the pad of his thumb running under your eyes to wipe the tears off your cheeks. But it was Dio, there was nothing soothing about him.
"Why are you doing this to me?" You sobbed.
"I love you." I love seeing you suffer because of me.
Your eyes widened, meeting his for the first time, riddled with confusion. You knew this was no love to you, it was his sick vision of what he thinks love is.
"I love you and I always want you by my side."
Have you no idea, how he yearned for you every day? Those seven years without seeing you, it felt like a nightmare he constantly wake to. Constantly pulled by his longing for you, he couldn't think straight. Upon discovering the secret to immortality, he knew now what he wants to keep by his side forevermore.
You've yet to register what he had said, until you see him pull something from behind him-- a stone mask. The same mask from the Joestar manor that hung on the wall, something you don't like to look at when you pass by it in the corridors. On his other hand, a knife.
Before you can make any attempts to lean away, he holds you in place. Not even a flinch was pulled from him from your flailing, as he places the mask on your face. From the eye holes of the mask he gazes at you with a crooked grin, seeing how wide your eyes were at the sight of the knife. But oh, whatever you were thinking was his intention with the blade, was surely wrong. Of course he wouldn't stab you with it. And with a bloodstained knife held up, he traces the surface of red with his fingers. He watches the red drip from his finger, before he directs his attention you.
In one quick swipe of the crimson from his finger against the mask, spikes protrudes from the sides and penetrates your head. You fall limp in Dio's restraining arms, the warmth of your body fading as you became cold to the touch.
"Now, you shall always remain by my side."
- After Dio's defeat, you couldn't show your face to Jonathan, nor the others. Not after the heinous deeds Dio had instilled within your system, you were forced to act like the monster he is, taking vitals from his other victims.
When it came for the other Hamon users to suggest to kill you, you ultimately agreed... But Jonathan loves you too much to allow that. He reassured you that it was Dio's doing and how you shouldn't view yourself as a monster.
Arrangements were made to cater to your new lifestyle. You live under the darkness of the cellar, only to be let out at night where you feed on blood from bags bought from hospitals. Jonathan, Erina and Speedwagon stuck with you in your new form and never once had they expressed fear towards you, specifically. But you knew a piece of them were afraid of what you have become, with your new strength and abilities and you couldn't blame them.
"I apologize for not being able to attend the wedding JoJo, Erina. I wish I could have been there."
"It's alright, Y/N." JoJo reassured.
"Once the photographs have been developed, I would be happy to show them to you." Erina added, holding your cold hands within her warm one's.
"But I am happy for the two of you, really. Take care of JoJo for me, Erina. And you too, JoJo." You glanced at both of them with a certain sentiment in your eyes. "And enjoy your honeymoon. I believe the oceans are lovely at this time of the year."
"We'll be sure to write you." JoJo states.
"Oh don't worry yourselves over me, you two enjoy your honeymoon."
"Uh-- right." Jonathan looks down in disappointment. Something within you tells that Jonathan wouldn't be heeding your concern, you know how he is.
"Thank you for being here with us, Y/N." Erina squeezes your hand.
"And I return the gratitude to you as well..." You squeeze her hand back, before taking JoJo's hand as well. "I wish you all the joy throughout your lives. Now I must be going, dawn is peaking through and you should be boarding your ship."
"Right of course. Sleep well, my friend." JoJo pulls and holds you against his chest. "We will see you soon."
"Be careful now." You pat his back, before pulling away.
... you wished that you did more than just tell them to be careful. You should have wished for them not to leave at all.
To be continued

I can’t really think of what I want to do for my cosplay next year, but I know I’ve only got Jojo on the brain. So the two I’m mulling over are Jonathan’s Ogre Street/Sherlock Holmes outfit, and Dio’s feather cape outfit.
