AITA for ditching my boyfriend in a shady area? (even though he ditched me first and i was scared?)
pretty much what it says on the tin. personally i think i am absolutely not the asshole but we’ll see i guess.
we were on a road trip through the states when the car started making a weird sound, so he pulled over.
(keep in mind, it’s dark and we’re in the middle of fucking nowhere)
the exact problems with the engine aren’t relevant, but he said it wasn’t working properly and there was steam coming out of the engine, so i say call AAA.
he says “no, they’ll take too long.”
i say “so what do you think we should do then???”
he. fucking. says. “i’ll stand on the side of the road and see if someone’s willing to help us.”
at this point i’m starting to freak out like NO no no there’s been so many reports of crime here we are not about to ACTIVELY ENCOURAGE creeps to come get us.

he’s gone for TWO FUCKING HOURS and i was scared out of my goddamn mind. there were creepy sounds the Whole Time and every little thing was petrifying and headlights kept passing by and it was horrible.

Your mind was scrambled, confused and tired. All he needed was to cry into a friends arms, you had caught Sanzu making out with some druggie whore, as soon as you walked into the scene you immediately ran out and went to go see Emma.
Not that she didn’t expect you to come to her crying about Sanzu, not like it was the first time it happened, she’d already warn you about him how his “whole vibe was off” and you “shouldn’t get involved with a guy like that.”
Knocking at the Sano residence door, you didn’t really care who had opened it your body instinct kicked in and hugged the person in front of you.
“Eh—!?” Mikey said in a confused tone, the blond completely ignoring how the smaller male was clinging to him and how he was silently crying in his arms.
The blonde looked down at the boy who was clinging onto him, as usual.. a thought really didn’t go through Mikey’s head only that the guy who was hugging him was actually kind of hot.
Unintentionally he was now staring directly into his eyes and you pulled away in shock, before you could run away or he could say something, you both heard a deep voice from the entrance, of course panicking your body froze completely in confusion while tears still rolled down your cheeks and you stood there awkwardly.
“Oi! Mikey, the meetings about to start soon!” Draken walked in the door, to see a boy crying and Mikey right beside him.
Was this a friend of Mikey’s? He knew he’d seen him around Emma whenever he came over, but his thoughts were interrupted once he heard Mikey speak up from the awkward silence that lingered in the room.
“Ken-chinnn.. can we keep himm?” Draken side eyed the blonde and looked at him with an angry expression “Mikey you dumbass! Its not like hes some pet!”

Mikey pulled away and moved down to place hickeys on your neck, letting you catch your breath as he pulled you onto his lap.
His hands still roaming and touching at your body, sliding underneath your shirt.

Before Emma came back the two were too tired out and ruined, laying naked with a blanket on top of each other while they cuddled up to each other.

- Ozzie being older has probably already learned the majority of the languages. So I think he’d understand you. Fizz however has trouble trying to learn it and often asks you for translations!
- Ozzie makes cards to help fizz and quizzes him at random times. He gives him a kiss if he gets it right. And later on fizz tries to flirt with you in Spanish. His words are choppy and mispronounced yet you and Ozzie get the gist of what he’s trying to say!
- I don’t think fizz would like the spicy dishes honestly. But Ozzie would! They’d love to try all of the cultural dishes honestly. And fizz would help you in the kitchen if you needed or wanted help. Ozzie however isn’t allowed in the kitchen…
- they love the music. But Ozzie gets emotional when the sad stuff comes on. Fizz gently teases him for it. There have been times when you’d all dance around while listening to a few Spanish songs. And they have walked into you singing sad songs and getting emotional. (Fizz took a pic of you to tease you later.)
- Ozzie keeps up with you pretty easily and fizz is starting to get the hang of it. He actually tries really hard to use context clues to figure the stuff out he’s having problems with. He just wants to impress you and Ozzie honestly. You and Ozzie find this behavior of his cute.

Ok so, I finished the level 13 of the ch34, where Mei finds herself again in a white self-space or some shit like this, and .... I didn't find any BIG problems, imo. Although, I remember everyone here were doomposting a mounth or two ago with posts like "wth fucking retcon", "Hoyoverse u murderer",
"here lies Mei's character's developpement, d.o.b : july 2020; d.o.d : february 2023", "why would she be okay with Kiana sacrificing herself now ?!!!? hoyo wtf ?!!", but, if I understood it right, she's NOT okay with that, but it's more like.... IF IT WAS the only solution viable, she will not interfere because Mei still thinks (just like himeko did) that Kiana is the only one that can save the world from the honkai (and spoilers: idk how to put it in this askbox but, Kiana is completely fine, so we were worrying for nothing, they didn't have to do the worst scenario, wich is : kiana sacrificing herself and being ded on the moon)

So, I would love if you could tell me what wasn't going right with this part of the story, because I'm a bit confused, maybe I didn't get something right
It’s fine if you like it, I liked some stuff of chapter 34 too, if anything I’m annoyed because of how utterly confusing that chapter is and how little I recognize Mei after it.
The gratuitous poetry does not serve her, and Mei’s earlier “sacrifice is fine actually” arc felt very forced considering… everything about her previous stance on the matter, but that was already messed up three chapters prior. It’s like, you establish strong characterization for a character, reinforce it with Kiana’s growth, and then go back on it because you have characters you need to kill off for the third time, just feels wishy-washy. This chapter’s reception just suffered from the fallout of that.
This specific chapter also feels clumsy I guess? Suddenly there is a twist (the Herrscher self stigmata thing) except it has zero consequences and the actual meaning isn’t clear. Not helped by Elysia dying a fourth and fifth time in the same chapter, and the very unpopular design of Mei’s new suit.
BASICALLY, in a vacuum it would’ve been an okay chapter, but… not a vacuum, and bogged down by unpopular/questionable writing decisions.

ill keep updatin this as i think of more stuff
Nishiki supposedly "died" in the explosion caused by the bomb, but it doesn't make any sense
1. everyone is only a couple meters away from nishiki when the bomb explodes. one could say that the walls protects them but look at how the building explodes, everyone should have died or at the very least have been burned severely and yet.
THEY ALL LOOK COMPLETELY FINE AFTERWARDS. NOT A SINGLE BURN. SO WHY WOULD NISHIKI DIE FROM THAT? theres no way he died by the explosion.
2. so as we see he couldnt have died by the explosion cause apparently u cant get burned in yakuza, so the only reason he could have died is because of the debris that fell down on them. yea, place looks completely destroyed. so what. I DONT SEE NO BODY. BESIDES, fallin buildins don't kill you either on yakuza. LIKE LOOK AT THE TWO PICS BELOW. THEY MAKE THE STUFF LOOKS LIKE PAPER. THEY ARE COMPLETELY FINE TOO.
3. we don't actually know if the moment nishiki pulled the trigger and the buildin exploded happen at the same time. WE DONT SEE IT. ANYTHIN COULD HAVE HAPPENED BETWEEN THOSE SECONDS. MINUTES. WE DONT KNOW HOW LONG IT WAS.
4. already said this BUT THERES NO BODY THERES NO BODY
!! SPOILERS FOR YAKUZA 3 & 6 & 7 !!
In yakuza 6, there's a substory where you can see "ghosts" of "dead" characters in certain places.
one of these "ghosts" is nishiki. which should mean its confirmed he really is dead huh? but i present to you: kashiwagi
kashiwagi died in yakuza 3. HE WAS SHOT BY A MINI GUN. WE ACTUALLY SEE HIM DIE.
AND IN YAKUZA 6 HE IS PART OF THE "GHOSTS" (as is nishiki) and at the time we think. yea that makes sense, they are ded...
BUT THEN. IN YAKUZA 7. WE DISCOVER KASHIWAGI IS ACTUALLY FINE AND IS WORKING AS A BARTENDER.
SO THAT COMPLETELY INVALIDATES THOSE "GHOSTS" BEING ACTUALLY GHOSTS, AND MORE KIRYU MANIFESTIN THESE IMAGES OF THOSE WHO HE THINKS ARE DEAD.
so. yea. fake deaths seem to be quite big recently :)
SO IN CONCLUSION. NISHIKI COULD IS ALIVE AND WELL, LIVIN SOMEWHERE WE DON'T KNOW (YET)

A voice comes from another room, clearly sounding a little tired.

The bronzeblood walks in, seeing Ofu sat there, a worried look on his face.

A bright green tint fills the limeblood's face.
T-take your shirt off, I need to be able to {lean it first...
Vex responds a little dismissively, not as worried as his friend.

He lets go of his shoulder, taking off his jacket and then struggling to pull his shirt over his horns.

Ofuuno flushes even brighter as he looks over the wound, and he fetches a wipe.
Okay... I'm... I'm gonna {lean it up, sorry if this stings...
He starts wiping away at the wound, making sure it's clean as the bronzeblood winces.

Eventually, the wound is clean, and the wipe is tossed into the bin.
Okay, so now I need to bandage it...
He picks up the bandages, and begins slowly wrapping up the other troll's shoulder.

Ofu finishes up the bandaging and stands up, starting to walk off.

Just as he's about to leave the room, a hand grabs his wrist, stopping him.

He turns around, tears pricking at the corners of his eyes.

The two sit down on the loungeplank, and Ofu cuddles up close to his now-aware flush crush.
