Today I walked at home cause my legs were still healing. I burned around 200 kcal

Weight: 73.55 (-0.6)

Weight goal: 59

Time left: 21 days till × day but ofc more if I need to

I drank only garnet juice which was 150 kcal and bc I needed to burn the kcals and I was feeling soooo exhausted I needed a boost of energy so I drank black tea with 7 gr of honey which was extra 23 kcals

I'm not planning to eat anything for dinner bc I'm nauseous and I made food really high in kcals for my bf
