Man Scaramouche in that Genshin Impact AU would be Shiki's biggest fan, he would totally try to get her autograph for killing his Mom who he hates. Meanwhile I wonder what The Traveler would think of Shiki and her commiting Deicide.

Well, I wouldn't say 'biggest fan,' mostly because I think there's a complicated sort of relationship going on between Scaramouche and Ei. He hates her for abandoning him, but I think there's also some form of desire for recognition if not approval mixed in there, which means that he cares about Ei in a way. Or rather, Ei matters to him, and-

And she's... dead? Killed by a human?

Scaramouche would probably drop by for a visit at some point in this AU.

The Traveler would also get a very different experience in Inazuma, considering that the vision hunt decree has already been revoked by the time they're getting ready to take a trip to a new region. In their search for the Electro Archon, perhaps they end up running into a girl named 'Gojo Shiki' in their travels across Inazuma...

Traveler has Lost his friends, and Even Y/N— but it's unknown if Y/N survived and Well Basically yeh they did survive, But Traveler doesn't know it...Because Y/N had went to another Au and They have no idea how, but anyways. Traveler has Become a Guardian to Protect other Au's so he wouldn't want to see them suffer the same way he did.

You got it! Here's a snippet of what I got written in the Captain Swan Romeo & Juliet & Boybands AU

Three hours passed in a manner of seconds. Instead of following through on their plans to watch a movie, they'd spent the whole time just talking and smiling and enjoying each other's presence. Killian wasn't sure which he enjoyed more: hearing Emma tell stories about her life, or the look on her face as she listened to him tell stories of his own. Either way, the time passed all too quickly.

and then here's a snippet out of the August and Belle wip, which is set in the same AU, but tells Belle's side of the story.

Most of the Buggies' music left much to be desired, in terms of composition. She didn't mind; she was mostly just listening for the lyrics, and those lyrics were a thing of beauty. For everything they lacked in ability and charm, they more than made up for in their keyboard-playing lyricist, August Booth. She'd be lying if she said she wasn't listening for the piano track in most of their songs, that she wasn't whittling down the list of his lyrics that she'd want a tattoo of, or that she didn't consider him attractive, or, at least, closer to her type than most musicians were.

I love NAE and I know he is a bit (well, more than a bit) of an antagonistic cretin, but it feels like his anti-social personality might be a coping mechanism for personal issues and insecurities he is struggling with. I could be completely wrong and he's just simply a bad person, but I feel like it's more than that. Either way I think he needs a therapy animal.

did you know hermit made who knows how many creations to replace the neighbors that left him? that he ironically got rid of them if they didn't turn out like he wanted them to? which was very often? whby do you even trust that house and I'm sure he tried getting rid of his og eddie too

Hermit did that? ….. I was going to say that I don’t know why I starting trust him and That just I do.. but I still remember how I first met him… He seems unwell.. well not seem he definitely was but was someone who needed some sort of support and there wasn’t a reason at the time that made it that I wouldn’t trust him.

And I know he trying to do better and has changed quite a bit since I originally met him, while it doesn’t change whatever he did back then. It does mean a lot that he trying to be better and trying to be different from who he used to be. As a friend I will be there to support and help him through this and whatever happens later on.

Dan Heng/IL Dan Heng

I've already answered about Dan Heng favorite(s) here, but! Among his friends choices, he likes this combination: fuzzy light green pants with cartoon dragon prints, loose white shirt (plain), and fuzzy dragon slippers. They're very warm and comfy! Even if he thinks he looks a bit silly, he shows his appreciation for their help by wearing them time to time whenever March 7th has their weekly sleepovers.

IL Dan Heng choice would be no different, but he tends to wear robes so his tail can come out with no restrictions. However, he bundles up in more blankets than usual to keep warm. :P

IL Dan Feng

(Un)surprisingly, Dan Feng doesn't own any stylish/unique sleepwear despite his status. Like his reincarnation, Dan Feng prefers his sleepwear to be comfortable/inconvenient.

He wears a simple robe (at least 2 layers), different colors depending on his mood but typically white.

Scaramouche/Wanderer

In his downtime, Scaramouche will definitely spoil himself by wearing the softest sleepwear he can get. He usually wears Inazuma style robes with an outer coat (in a deep purple color). As someone who believes himself to surpass both humans and gods, a future God at that, must live lavishly, no?

Wanderer, if he's in a lazy mood, just sheds his outer robe (and his accessories), plops onto the bed, and calls it a day. If given a choice, he'll just wear anything Nahida gives him.

Bonus, Kabukimono: The concept of having sleepwear (or having more than one outfit) did not come to mind until the residents of Tatarasuna noticed that Kabukimono wore the same outfit for a while now. They aggressively and lovingly gave him more than one set of clothes.

Rook/Mallory

Rook (HSR Verse) doesn't have the luxury to change clothes during long travels or on the job. He'll sleep in his work clothes most of the time. If he has any downtime, Rook will wear a tight sleeveless top and sweatpants as his pajamas. Bonus: He uses his coat as a blanket.

Mallory...sleeps in what he wears or sleeps in the nude with just a blanket covering his modesty. No one visits him in his domain so he has no fear of anyone walking into his home while he sleeps naked.

after becoming giratina's conduit, emmet starts to notice things that other people wouldn't. like how that police officer in alola is actually a ditto. like how that magmortar is actually mew. like how that gym leader in training isn't from this time.

wait, what?

melli introduces himself as gym leader olympia's trainee when he visits kalos. at a first glance, melli seems like he's from this time but emmet knows better. he notices how much he dislikes poke balls but acknowledges how useful they are, how he keeps using the phrase 'almighty sinnoh', how he sometimes slips up and calls himself a warden, how scared he is of his giant shiny gardevoir. he especially notices how he wears the symbol of a long dead clan due to the colonization of sinnoh.

usually those things can be written off but there's also an air around melli. an air that signals he's out of place in this time. not to mention there's still a lot of residue of the space-time distortion that brought him to this era and the amnesia.

emmet decides to help him. they help him get closer to his gardevoir. they help him get used to poke balls. they give him knowledge about this era. they help him blend in easier. melli may have a chance to go back to his own era, but if he never learns about this era, he won't survive. emmet knows better than anyone that this era, while peaceful, is still veerry dangerous.

melli was not there to see the team flare incident but he was there when the rift crisis happened in hisui.

in emmet's own opinion, melli landed in a much more dangerous era. this era is filled with dangerous weapons, teams who will do anything to get to their goals, devices able to control legendary pokemon. they need to prepare him for the worst.

they're thankful for the appearance change. while the regions are much more skeptical about what almost all of unova is dead set on, the regions still need to hunt them down. it's annoying, honestly.

for now, emmet will enjoy this time of peace as they help melli. they think he'll make a fine gym leader. it's quite unfortunate leader adaman never saw any potential in one of his own wardens.

and if they ever meet again during a crisis where future, present, and past mix together, well it's nobody's business if adaman breaks down when he realizes melli doesn't remember him.

So because I've been hyperfixed on fnaf for a whole week, I decide to create my own AU I present to you The Bunny And The Puppet AU

This AU is about time travel and the story is as follows Evan has convinced Cassidy to send William back in time to prevent the murders, 60 years of dying over and over again have not made William fully regret it, adi that They decide to send Charlotte to make sure that William fulfills his promise to prevent each other's deaths, once in the past Charlotte was allowed to keep part of the powers she once had as a puppet, on the other hand Cassidy was not going to allow William to leave without suffering so even though William is back in his human body he constantly feels the pain he felt while he was in the springtrap suit along with that he also tends to have his nose bleed and vomit blood although this The latter usually only happens when you consider hurting someone.

The only problem is that history tends to repeat itself and although this time it's not William who plans to commit the murders, someone else is still willing to kill children if it means becoming immortal, and William and Charlotte must make sure that doesn't happen.

William must abide by the following rules or no matter what he does he will go back to hell.

Don't kill anyone

Save all your victims

Be a good father and husband

Genuinely repent of all the damage I caused

William has some abilities that are connected to the old timeline.

His eyes can look like springtrap's if he is genuinely angry

If he really wants to scare someone he could make the person he wants to scare see him as a springtrap for a few seconds

Charlotte on the other hand can summon some chains that will bind William's feet to the ground if he notices that he might do something stupid. These chains are usually not seen by anyone but her and William

I… don’t really have to tell you which fic I like lol.

Scaramance = Puppet reader is a passenger and pillow prince/princess. He will drive them where they want when they want, he’ll carry the bags, don’t worry baby, embrace the spoiling.

I don’t really insert myself into the stories! Kinda of weird? But I see the distinction between the reader inserts because each story has different settings/requirements and it’s vague enough to input the other bits if you get what I mean.

It’s… like a diving board? For me at least, since I read the story and I don’t get attacked by thoughts until after I read it all. Then I start doing regular everyday stuff and my mind wanders to it and then the gears start turning. And then I’m trapped in brain rot hell.

A really good thing about your writing is how you set up the story so it provides a rather solid foundation for brain rots, which are like the furniture!

I haven’t read a story from you that I didn’t like. If anything, I just haven’t been brave enough to throw out ideas until Scara.

Scara is the grumpy neighborhood cat you decide to follow one day only to see him jump on a spiked fence to visit his beloved puppet reader and suddenly you’re invested in their fluffy love story. And I did fall in love with their relationship. It’s more than the typical friendship/romance and captures just how complex love can be? It’s… it’s a quiet and not so loud love but you see him and you know that whatever he has with puppet reader, it is where eternity is found. (Hehe, eternity, get it?)

Just as there is love in the way that everyone checks on Collei to make sure she’s okay and the way Cyrus checks up on reader and they actively communicate about their lives. There’s love in how Tighnari lets them and Cyno lay on him and he holds their hands as he listens to their soft whispers and oh, Cyno makes a joke and-. There’s love when they include Karkata and Kevah at dinner, and they share stories and jokes and laugh and laugh into the late hours of the night.

Because love (from where I live) is so, so closely associated with a sexual romance where the guy wins the girl no matter what he does to her and how he’s always stoic and can’t be vulnerable. And the culture I was raised in is one where the men can have affairs and no one bats an eye but that’s a whole another story.

But there’s love in your story even if the focus is romance. In bits and pieces here and there that speaks about their willingness to be open about it and I think we should start remembering love (platonic, romantic, and familial) in all the little places that we end up overlooking because we’re so used to it.

This got long and off topic so I’ll end it here, but I would love the idea of love. Not blindly. But that it exists and it doesn’t have to be overwhelming all the time. The kind of love that you learn to speak and watch as you grow as a person. And!!!! It’s okay if two people grow into people who are no longer compatible because it doesn’t erase the love that was/is there. Because you can end the relationship amicably and fall in love again and be surrounded by love from friends (in real life and online!!!) and family.

Okay, I’m done for real now.

(survey) Holy crap, this reads like a poem, a masterpiece, bloom anon. It's so beautiful, and the bits of headcanons stuck between is both hilarious and amazing

Also the part with Scaramouche dragging reader around is so in line with his Wanderer occupation for real, I can imagine them in a modern au that's always traveling to the point that their friends only get updated by their socmed photos together in some other country or region. While Scaramouche carries the luggage, Reader always has those neck pillows around their neck and their drinks in hand (they hold the drink up for Scara to drink when his hands are full) (eternity joke so tru tho, that's what I was trying to convey!!)

I am sorry about the death of romance in your area, honestly that's kind of the same here in my country too and I try to not embody that for the next generation. But thank you for the sweetness in noticing the details! I do adore the many ways romance can be shown (Romance is actually not my go to genre in every media I consume haha) and as such, refrain from writing cliches

But I think the biggest factor is that I'm a demiromantic, romance that is cultivated and grown is my specialty, romance that naturally occurs. And perhaps my preference to not overly romanticize things can sometimes make fics look like platonic and familial too, which I don't mind at all
