ICING YOUR FACE !! I do this every morning and night. Bella says this helps her "depuff" her face, and it is 100% true. My skin glows and I feel snatched since i have been doing it.

Of course, Pilates. PIlates are a light form of exercise that actually feel great while doing it. I used to not be able to finish any workout that was more than 10mins long because I would feel exhausted, but I do 30mins to 1 hour of pilates everyday now. Not only it feels good, but it also looks good; my body looks the best now. Thanks pink pilates princess.

UPGRADE YOUR WARDROBE. Go to pinterest. Search for outfits and clothes that you like. Make a board w them. Now go search for similiar clothes in your area or buy them online. You can also sell the clothes that you won't use anymore on ebay.
Tip: don't follow microtrends. Start with basics (black/white shirt, jeans, simple coats and bags). Find your personal style (post on this soon).

Nutritious meals !! everything feels better in life when you eat right. There are plenty of sources to educate yourself about nutrition, and I can make a post about it too, but the easiest way to start is drinking more water, implementing fruits and vegetables in every meal, full-of-protein breakfast, green juices, consume less sugar, sodas and fast food and listen to your body. Your skin will shine, you will be more energized and your body will thank you in 10 years.

Last but not least... sleep on your back. If you have an asymmetrical face, this is life-changing. In 3 months you will notice your face being more symmetrical. Also, remember that no one has the perfectly symmetrical face !!

MY GOALS FOR THIS YEAR

Healthier habits consist of:
eating healthier. I don’t eat the best and half the time I under or over eat, I want to not only choose healthier things to consume like more veggies and fruits but also be on a normal diet instead of limiting myself on my intake.
Exercise daily. Work on my whole body workout and stay consistent with it along with getting more cardio into my every day.
High genetic consistency. I don’t wash my face every day and sometimes I skip out on showers but I want to change that. Doing these things everyday is key to having a better healthier life and body.
Tattoos and a new hair cut: I have 6 tattoos already and they are not small but I want to be blasted from head to toe with tattoos and I just want to keep working on it.
Side note: I also want to finish up my ear piercing and maybe get two more face piercings I already have 11 piercings but I do want more. I did finish stretching my ears not to long ago to 20mm
New wardrobe:
I want a cleaner style, I want cloths that fit me and not cloths that are 3+ sizes to big for me I also want to cut down on wearing band tee’s because that’s my whole wardrobe at this point
Top surgery & weight loss/ muscle gain
I already started the process of top surgery, hopefully I’ll be getting it in the next 6-10 months. I have my consultation coming up next month so wish me luck!
Weight loss/ muscle gain
Weight loss I’ve always struggled with. At one point I was underweight and then extremely over weight. Now I’m at a healthy weight for my hight (6’1) but I would like to loose another 15/20 lbs and gain some muscle to help me be more comfortable and confident in my own skin.

bought myself some fresh flowers and im so happy i might start buying flowers every once in a week or month!
start saving again (from scratch lol) and im so grateful i have enough for now
spending more time with my parents (incl eating, watching movies, driving around the town, telling stories, throwing jokes, and many more)
oh i bought myself a new ring. cute one with a simple floral design><
painted my nails in dusty mauve colour!!!! i think im gonna get the cherry red nail polish real quick
finished my monthly tasks!
went to wedding ceremony and lunch party invitation with a friend and we always wear matching outfits lol
accompany a friend to a barber shop lmao even tho i focused so much on my phone but it was quiet fun
ate lots of papayas! (it might sounds basic BUT NO i grew them from seeds and now they producing so much fruits! im deeply touched by that fact!!! theyre like my children!)
harvested chillies… i know i often harvested them BUT THIS ONE WAS DIFFERENT. IT WAS BIG AND SPICYYYYY TO THE POINT I SHED A TEAR WHILE EATING THEM (i also grew them from seeds)
got byredo blanche tester and im obsessed with the smell!
ate salmon sashimi with a little wasabi (turned out wasabi wasnt that bad i never tried it bc im afraid it’d had a weird taste)
