meal ideas!
low energy ("do not ask me to do any prep work at all, so help me god")
mozzerella cheese wrapped in pepperoni ("pizza tacos"!)
hummus and pretzels or naan (putting the naan in the microwave for like 10 seconds...heavenly)
canned chili (with shredded cheese and sour cream if you have it! boom done!)
instant miso soup (warm and lovely! put tofu in it for protein!)
cheese and cured meat, olives, canned fish, crackers, dried fruit, or whatever easy "charcuterie" type items you like
alternate bites of apple and spoonfulls of peanut butter (mixing honey or chocolate chips to the peanut butter is my favorite)
a "deconstructed sandwich": bites of lunch meat, pickles, cheese, cherry tomato, etc (I love roast beef and white cheddar for this)
yogurt and granola or fruit
put frozen potstickers + frozen edamame in the steamer/rice cooker, chill elsewhere with a timer set, then boom
tortilla chips + canned refried beans + cherry tomatoes + cilantro + jarred salsa con queso (or warm shredded cheese on top of the chips in the microwave for 30 seconds)
bagel + cream cheese + lox
microwave scrambled eggs (add things like green onion, soy sauce, or anything else you like!)
cottage cheese and fruit (mixed together or just on the side)
bowl of shredded rotisserie chicken + buffalo sauce + a bit of mayo + green onion (use a kitchen scissors to cut them right in!)
medium energy ("I'll boil water but don't ask me to chop shit")
boiled eggs and fresh veggies (put a little salt on top of the eggs!)
buttered noodles (my go-to nausea meal, it has never failed me. ideas of things to add: frozen peas, imitation crab, roasted garlic)
baked potato with toppings (I like cheese, bacon, broccoli, green onion, and sour cream)
quesadilla (add some canned beans, cilantro, or avocado!)
pot roast (requires a lot of time but not a lot of actual work. I love it with peas!)
cuban sandwich (bread, swiss, pickle, mustard, ham... my favorite thing to panini-ify by far)
pan-fried tofu with scallion sauce (this sauce goes well with everything and tofu is no exception)
pancakes or waffles! (I love mine with jam)
ham, pickle, and cream cheese roll-ups
fried eggs (with toast and lots of butter...so comforting)
fruit smoothie (bananas, frozen strawberries, yogurt...or whatever!)
I hate salad but could write essays on this copycat olive garden salad (throw it in a bowl! chopping required if you use onion)
spaghetti (controversial maybe but angel hair > spaghetti noodles)
pasta salad (olives broccoli fresh mozerella... those little mini pepperonis... yeah)
stir-fried thai garlic shrimp (I like using the mini frozen salad shrimps, it's easy! use jarred minced garlic to avoid chopping!)
tuna mayo onigiri
slow cooker ribs
buffalo chicken wrap (or any number of other wrap options! shred pre-cooked rotisserie chicken to make it easier)
if your local grocery store sells pre-cooked gyro strips, that can turn into an easy wrap with store-bought pita & tzatziki with tomatoes and onions!
couscous and chickpeas
tortellini + pasta sauce + spinach
high energy ("I don't mind chopping some things up!")
stuffed shells with spinach
chicken and roasted garlic (oh my god.....one of my all time favorites)
beef tacos (I like mine with cilantro and onion, and when I'm feeling especially high energy I love a tomatillo salsa)
chicken alfredo
tom kha gai (a thai soup and my absolute favorite! you just need access to galangal)
lasagna! (freezes well and then boom! low energy meal for later)
pad thai! (not as hard as you'd think, as long as you have access to tamarind paste!)
potstickers! (this is a lovely group activity if you want to cook with housemates!)
rice and beans
bang bang shrimp (ogughfhgfuh I love it. you can also do bang bang tofu!)
minestrone soup (so many nice veggies!)
fried rice (put whatever you have on hand in there! broccoli, peas, carrot, and beef is my favorite combo)
broccoli cheddar soup
spring rolls and peanut sauce
skewers (such as beef, onion, zucchini, bell pepper... you don't need a grill, oven works!)
roasted turkey with garlic parmesean asparagus
pork chop with mashed potatoes
panang curry
chicken gnocchi soup (use store bought gnocchi or make your own if you have a high energy day!)
bibimbap (super customizable depending on what veggies you like best)
butter chicken
plus! things that have helped me meal plan:
whenever you think of a meal you'd like to make, take 3 seconds to google search it, take a screenshot of the image results, and put it in a "food ideas" folder. instant visual menu!
the concept of "meal prepping" makes me recoil but I've learned that it can simply mean preparing shredded chicken, boiled eggs, or some other simple protein that you can customize throughout the week. shredded chicken can turn into wraps, salads, pasta dishes, etc... you don't have to meal prep yourself into the same meal all week!
when I have difficulty working up an appetite, I'll scroll through my favorite restaurant menus! there might be some foods I can't make at home, but many times they're very simple to recreate because the ingredients are literally listed!

under the assumption that people making those "i forget to eat all day and then eat two blueberries" posts are being earnest and would actually like help for this, here are some calorie dense lazy meals that can help you make sure youre getting enough food quickly from your local eating disorder recovery dude who knows way too much about calories and nutrition
peanut butter sandwich. any variation or any other nut butter is fine, but make sure it's a real butter with oil etc, not the powdered stuff. peanut butter is very calorie dense and has protein and fat. pairings like bananas, wheat bread, and other quick additions can bulk it up
granola. granola is super calorie dense even in small amounts. throw a bunch into some full fat yogurt with some fruit, drizzle honey or maple syrup if youre up to it and feeling fancy. add nuts, chocolate, whatever.
chocolate -- one bar is usually between 250-500 calories depending on size.
nuts!!!! nuts have tons of calories and lots of protein and healthy fats. one cup of walnuts is 500+ calories -- i'd also suggest these w full fat yogurt and fruit for extra bulk/protein.
COOK WITH OIL!! a little goes a long way. butter is also an option.
avocados. avocado toast is the millenial joke but put a thick layer of avocado on a couple fat slices of bread (toasted if youd like) and toss seasonings and whatever youd like on it for a good dose of fat fiber and carbs. if you have the energy, add an egg for extra protein
pasta. cook an entire box of pasta ahead of time and keep it in the fridge, reheat on low energy days. a bowl can give you a good amount of calories, even more if you add sauce/cheese/etc. rice is also a good option -- especially if you Throw An Egg On It(tm) again.
bananas arent super high calorie but they have higher calories than most fruit, so mix them with other things (on toast, in yogurt, etc) to bulk up
mix and match these foods if you want calorie bombs that can make up for a day of undereating, ex: a bowl of full fat yogurt with bananas, nuts and chocolate chips, pasta with olive oil and cheese, avocado toast with thick bread and oil drizzle.
this is just a starting point. go for meals that have a good mix of carbs, protein, fiber and fat. doesnt matter where it comes from, just get it in. pizza. sweet potato with butter. a frozen broccoli bake. canned chili with rice. egg and cheese on a bagel. getting all your calories in one meal is NOT recommended but if you struggle eating throughout the day you can bulk out what you do eat to make sure youre not hurting your body.

When I’m feeling depressed, it can be nearly impossible to take care of myself, and that includes eating. Here’s a list of some foods that require little to no effort (aka: can be eaten right out of the package or just need to be microwaved), mainly for my personal reference, but also so others can find easier alternatives when they’re struggling.
Water bottles or canned water - stay hydrated!!
vegetables - green beans, peas, corn, black/kidney/pinto beans, chickpeas (all canned or microwaveable frozen bags) - I’ve also tried Harvest Snaps, which are baked snap peas & they’re v good
Fruit - grapes, raisins (or any other dried fruit like apricots/dates), mandarin oranges, apples, applesauce cups, bananas, pears, peaches, etc. (most fruits require no prep anyway, but especially if they’re canned - you can also buy frozen bags)
Canned soup or chicken, beef, or veggie broth
Pasta (ramen, spaghetti, mac and cheese, chow mein) or instant rice are my go-tos. You can buy these in individual cups or bulk packs.
Any microwaveable food - frozen/tv dinners, burritos, toaster strudels (they make an egg bacon & cheese version too!), mini pizzas, breakfast sandwiches… there’s a lot you could do here :)
Dairy - Yogurt, cheese sticks, (or just straight up eat cheese slices, there are no rules here), cottage cheese, almond/oat/soy milk, powdered milk (if you want something shelf-stable)
Grains & carbs - cereal, crackers, chips, popcorn, toast or bagels (I’ve eaten plain bread before tbh and it kinda slaps), Oatmeal (these packets are dinosaur themed & have little sugar eggs!! - https://www.quakeroats.com/products/hot-cereals/instant-oatmeal/dinosaur-eggs)
Nuts - peanuts, peanut butter, almonds, cashews, walnuts, trail mix, etc.
Meat - deli turkey, trail bologna, spam, jerky, frozen chicken strips or nuggets, Morningstar vegetarian corn dogs, canned tuna
Eggs
Fast food or take-out is also a good option if you don’t feel like making anything yourself.
A little tip - most foods you would take on a camping or hiking trip are great! for some, all you need to do is add water & heat it up. they are usually on the expensive side, though!! here’s some I’ve found that are decent:
https://mountainhouse.com/
Things to keep on hand for particularly bad days:
Boost/ensure/Soylent - liquid meals for when the idea of chewing or mixing anything is too much.
disposable cutlery/bowls/utensils so you don’t have more dishes to worry about.
Multivitamins
Liquid IV, Gatorade, or some other form of electrolytes. It’s too easy to get dehydrated!
If you do have a little energy to cook or make something, here’s some ideas:
If you have a blender: frozen spinach + frozen banana + shelf stable almond milk + peanut butter makes a great smoothie.
frozen fruit + frozen spinach/kale for smoothies
Adding whey protein makes it more filling.
dried pasta + jarred pasta sauce (Rao’s is low sugar and awesome, but pricey) + frozen meatballs
Boil tortellini on hand. Its as easy as boiling water. You can eat it plain, add a spoonful of pesto, sprinkle with a little olive oil or butter and some garlic salt, or pour it back in the pan after draining and add a little pasta sauce
frozen fried rice + frozen stir fry veggies
favorite frozen protein and veggies for sheet pan meals
canned refried beans with a tortilla and some cheese to microwave, can add extra toppings too
oatmeal + pb + dried fruit of choice
rice cakes + pb + jam (or substitute bread if you have it)
Rotisserie chicken in a salad, soup, sandwich or wrap
Frozen salmon with some veggies
air fryer foods - chicken nuggets, tenders, fries, etc. You can also toss different vegetables (baby carrots, Brussels sprouts, etc.) in a little olive oil and throw them in there
chicken broth & frozen dumplings - you can dress it up a little with some miso, soy sauce or other seasonings. You could also add some frozen vegetables.
snack type food - a combination of canned Garbanzo beans and black olives. The olives are salty enough that you can get low sodium beans and it will still taste good.
A lot of these ideas I stole from the good people of Reddit (particularly r/depressionmeals)!Here’s the post I referenced if you’d like to look further into it:

you simply must tell me your favorite bagel topping, and if it's something that has a variety of flavors then tag the flavor!!! This is so important to me, a bagel lover. Also do you toast your bagel or no? Vote. Do it for Science

10 Tips for Planning a Last Minute Camping Trip - Panergy
Tumblr media
There’s just something exciting about planning a camping trip. Choosing where you want to explore, what sights to see, what campsite to stay at, what food to bring, and more can give you something to look forward to. One of the best feelings is that stoke you have to head out on an adventure you’ve been planning.
However, I’d be lying if I said that I don’t love a last-minute camping trip. It may sound stressful at first since you won’t have all your ducks in a row before leaving on your adventure, but there is something exciting about that, right? Living life on the edge sometimes can be good for you (more on that below).
I always try to leave some room for surprise and spontaneity in my life and I think a last-minute camping trip is a perfect way to do that.
However, before you jump into your first last-minute camping trip, there are some tips I have to share with you to ensure that experience isn’t a complete disaster. I want your last-minute camping trips to be fun and exciting, not stressful and nightmarish.
Here’s how to do a last-minute camping trip like a pro.
1. CHECK THE WEATHER
One benefit of a last-minute camping trip is that you’ll have more accurate information about the weather. Trying to gauge the forecast 10 or more days out just doesn’t promise much in the way of accuracy. But, when you’re only looking a couple of days out, you have a much better idea of what kind of weather you can expect.
That makes things easier in terms of knowing what clothes to bring and what gear you may need.
2. HAVE THE NECESSITIES READY
To make it easy for you to hop onto a last-minute trip anytime your heart desires, keep your camping necessities ready to rock and roll, at all times. If you have an RV, this means getting your RV back to shape with all its supplies after each camping trip so you don’t have to rush prepping for a last-minute escape. And if you’re a tent camper, this means putting everything back together after your adventure and ready to unroll for the next one (think things like washing sheets, camping towels, etc.).
If you have basics such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and water always on hand, you’ll be good to go. The rest can be thrown together pretty quickly, especially when you’ve got the list below to reference.
3. USE THE SAME GEAR
Whether you’ve planned your trip three months in advance or three hours, you will likely need the same gear for camping, so it’s a good idea to keep as much of it ready as possible, and the rest you can throw together in minimal time.
Here are the key things you want to have ready to go:
Tent
Sleeping bag
Pillows
Sleeping pads
Flashlight
Batteries
Knife
Bug spray
Rope
Paper towels
Toilet paper
Sunscreen
Ax
Utensils for eating
Plates
Cooking stove
Fuel for stove
Matches
Firestarter
First aid kit
4. BRING SIMPLE FOOD
I love tasty camping food just as much as the next person, but when you’re throwing together a trip last-minute you just don’t have the time to put together those extravagant and delicious camping meals.
But don’t let that stop you from going on your trip and still being able to eat good food. More complicated doesn’t always mean better.
Start by taking a look at what you already have in your house so that you only have to spend minimal time grocery shopping (if at all).
Here are some quick and easy ideas for food to take with you on this trip, some of which you may already have at home:
Oatmeal
Overnight oats
Granola
Milk
Avocado toast
Hard-boiled eggs
Cereal
Canned soup
Peanut butter and jelly
Bagels
Hummus
Vegetables (both for snacking and for cooking)
Crackers
Fruit
Potatoes
Meat
Other breakfast foods
Pasta sauce and noodles
Sandwich makings
Rice
There is no need to make your camping meals complicated when you don’t need to. Something quick and easy means no stress and means more time to enjoy yourself out in nature. At the end of the day, you’re just making sure that you’re giving your body the nutrients it needs. You can take a couple of days off of “fun” eating and just eat what you need.
5. OPT FOR SOMEWHERE LESS BUSY
If you’re trying to send it last-minute to a popular camping destination you might find it difficult to secure a reservation. But don’t worry, that doesn’t mean you can’t find a great campsite to reconnect with nature even on short notice.
Instead of looking for campsites near popular destinations, find a quieter campground where you’ll be more likely to find a camping spot at the last minute. You can go somewhere you’ve been before and try something new.
6. GO ON OFF-DAYS
If your schedule allows, consider taking your last-minute camping trip during the week rather than on the weekend. This gives you better luck in reserving a campsite and also means you won’t have to deal with nearly as many people as you would on the weekend.
7. PACK LIGHT
I don’t know about you, but I’ve definitely had those trips where I packed so far in advance that I kept thinking of things to add to my bags and by the time the trip actually happened, I had far more packed than I could possibly ever need.
The benefit of last-minute camping is that you don’t have time for that. So, take advantage of this opportunity to pack light and bring only what you need. That may mean whatever you have clean and ready to go. You don’t have to plan outfits that are Instagram-worthy – just gather together the necessities, which include:
1 outfit for each day
Underwear
Socks
Pajamas
Coat
Sweatshirt
Sweatpants
Additional layers (for top and bottom)
Hiking boots
Tennis shoes
And that’s pretty much it! If you’re going somewhere cold, you’ll need to bring things like gloves, hats, and scarves, but keep it all to a bare minimum.
8. STAY CLOSE TO HOME
With this last-minute decision, it may be best for you to opt for a place to camp that isn’t too far from home. This means less stress for you, especially if you realize that you’ve forgotten something important.
9. OPT FOR A CABIN
If you feel overwhelmed at the thought of trying to get all of your camping gear together last-minute, then consider staying at a camping cabin. Many of our campgrounds offer the option to stay in a Deluxe Cabin that has (nearly) all the amenities you need, including things like:
Electricity
Private showers
Grills
Fire pits
Kitchenettes
Patios
Porches
TVs
And more
In addition to Deluxe Cabins, most campgrounds offer several types of cabin camping that offer different camping experiences. An easy getaway to a cozy cabin may be just what you’re looking for on your last-minute trip.
10. BE FLEXIBLE
If you are the type of person who needs everything to go according to plan, then I’m just going to come out and say it: you should not go on a last-minute camping trip. First off, there isn’t much planning involved with a last-minute camping trip as it is just that – last minute.
Also, it is inevitable that at some point, something will go differently than you hoped. And you have to be flexible and ready to change or get creative with what your camping looks like. Otherwise, the trip will be miserable for you and any fellow campers as well.
WHY YOU NEED A LAST-MINUTE CAMPING TRIP
Now that you’ve got all the information on how to put together a last-minute camping trip, let’s talk about why you need one.
So you have some extra time on your hands that you weren’t planning for. You may be tempted to head straight to the couch and spend your weekend Netflix and chilling. Don’t worry – I won’t judge you for that. I love a good Netflix weekend.
However, before you default to spending the week sitting on your couch, ask yourself if that’s really what you want to do, or if you’re just doing it because it’s easy and doesn’t require any effort. If your reason is that you really want to sit and do nothing, that’s great! Then go for it.
But, if your answer is more along the lines of you don’t want to deal with the stress of trying to plan something, then I highly suggest you heed the above tips and take yourself on a last-minute camping trip.
Why?
Here are some reasons why a last-minute camping trip may be just what the doctor ordered.
YOU’VE BEEN WORKING LIKE CRAZY
We all have those times where work seems to consume our entire lives and most waking minutes are spent working or thinking about work.
Also, in the modern-day world, for most of us, crazy amounts of work means crazy amounts of time spent in front of screens – computers, phones, and more. Which, as well all know, isn’t good. Spending too much time staring at screens can cause some of the following problems:
Obesity
Sleep issues
Chronic neck and back pain
Depression
Anxiety
Dip in creativity
Lack of motivation
Those are just some of the issues related to an excess of screen time – there are many more emerging as more studies are being done.
So, when you have a break in that screen time, maybe you should consider spending it away from another screen (your TV).
The outdoors is the perfect way to hit the “reset” button, put down the phones and computers, and connect with your roots – Mother Nature.
I am willing to bet that you’ll feel much better getting back to work on Monday after spending a weekend camping than you will after spending a weekend on Netflix.
SPONTANEITY IS GOOD FOR YOU
Much of our lives require planning. Work, workouts, meals, children’s schedules, and more. It seems like we all live by our digital calendars with times blocking out most of the day.
When you have the opportunity for some spontaneity in the form of a last-minute camping trip, it is a good idea to take advantage of it.
Here are a few reasons why spontaneity is good for you:
New experiences
More energized
More flexible
More creative
Less stress
More happiness
Those all seem like great motivators to become more spontaneous, don’t they? Start with a last-minute camping trip.
YOU DON’T TAKE ENOUGH TIME FOR YOURSELF
If you’re a parent, you probably haven’t had “me” time in a long time.
If you aren’t able to go on a last-minute camping trip by yourself, going on one with your family may still allow you to enjoy time for yourself. You can plan a hike that you really want to do instead of one that someone else you’re camping with wants to do. You can opt to stay back at camp and read your book while the rest of your crew goes off on an adventure.
Even if you don’t find completely solo time while camping, you will feel as if you took time for yourself doing what you love: being out in nature. And that does wonders for your mental health.
YOU NEED SOME EXCITEMENT IN YOUR LIFE
The global pandemic has made our lives smaller and more contained, and as a result, oftentimes more boring.
In the heart of lockdown, chances are good you weren’t experiencing any (positive) excitement in your life, or if you were, it was very small.
Now that we have a bit more freedom to explore (always practicing safety, of course), you should take advantage of the opportunity to welcome more excitement into your life.
But this need for excitement isn’t only due to the pandemic. Even before COVID-19 hit the scene, many people were finding themselves on the hamster wheel, going around in circles and really just existing rather than living. The two are very different.
So let yourself live a little and take that last-minute camping trip.

What are your favorite simple meals for breakfast, lunch, or dinner? I’m feeling a little uninspired to cook lately and I’ve been eating way too much takeout!
Breakfast I usually eat a raisin or normal bagel with peanut butter, or toasts, or oatmeal top with different kind of seeds, peanut butter and frozen fruits.
Lunch I like to make some kind of bean purée like chickpeas, mayo, red wine vinegar, onion and garlic powder, salt, pepper and put it on a toast with lots of veggies on the side.
Dinner If you don't know magic tofu I really recommend this recipe. It taste like chicken and you can do lots of stuff with it (I do caesar panini wrap, salad, buddha bowl, etc). You take one tofu bloc, make it into pieces in a bowl. Put 1 tablespoon of maple sirup, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar. Then add half a cup of nutrional yeast. You can then put that in a pan and cook until kinda brown. It's SO GOOD.
Sorry for the typo if there's any!

━♡ guess the 23 YEAR OLD FEBRUARY baby just arrived to dallyeog! it makes sense, because CHU EUNHA is just as BEDAZZLING as the month of FEBRUARY. wait, why do they remind me of JACOB BAE? beyond that, they seemed JOYOUS and SAVVY upon first glance. i heard someone say they’re sort of DELICATE and QUIXOTIC though. i hope they get acquainted here in COMPLEX 1 / APARTMENT 0215 / FLOOR 3 ; HE seem(s) to have a lot going on with HIS job as a PATISSERIE OWNER/NUTRITIONAL SCIENCE STUDENT. ( ez, 21, she/they, gmt. )
Tumblr media
well hey there !! im ez but you fellow dallyeogers can call me ezzy, i have been in dallyeog before so some may remember me as having someone v different to my new bb i bring u now, i joined before with miss tam carmen !! anygays i return with this lil angel who i am all ‘ i say that’s my baby and i’m proud ’ over already even tho i literally came up with him like two days ago. you can find his pinboard here ( which btw i fuckeN love like he’s so aesthetic to me u go king ) and i made him a lil playlist which u can vibe to here. you can learn more about him under the cut but he’s a super soft-hearted gentle dove of a muse and quite...simple for me ?? sdhdh that’s not the right wording but U GET IT djjflg he isn’t super full of angst or trauma he’s just kinda viBIN livin his best life so that’s fun !! but ye without further ado:
so as u kno from his app he owns a patisserie, it’s his lil babey and he is very dedicated to his craft and makin sure all his ideas for the place and the baked goods he sells are like rlly quirky and avant-garde. like he is so passionate about it u dont even KNOW, he tries to make sure most of the stuff on his menu is something like fun and new u wouldn’t get at just any old patisserie or cafe and that it’s super varied and also kinda aesthetic af? the place is very like trendy. it’s called patisserie d’elysian cause ya know he’s an extra biTCHH and proud.
he has three pupperino’s. all as adorable as each other, snickerdoodle is his golden lab and often ppl shorten it down to snickers, butterscotch is his dapple daschund pup, shortens the name to scotchie often. toulouse is his fancy toy poodle boi, shortens the name down as toto. if u are on the shortened name basis with his pups then u can consider urself one of his close pals.
he’s actually adopted by his aunt but she raised him like she was his mother so that is what he considers her, she’s on his mother’s side but they are half-siblings. in terms of first name reasoning as well she just liked eunha as a name and didn’t even think about how it is traditionally for a female, she liked that it meant gift from heaven so it stuck. his father is still around, he’s just quite elderly so it felt like a better living situation for him to be raised primarily by his auntie. unfortunately his mother has passed on but no tragic story, she just went peacefully in old age.
he dyes his hair quite often, it’s currently like a really pastel blue with black streaks consistently throughout like lil ones so it looks super cool. but he’s also had it be a more electric blue, lilac, and a duck egg kinda faded silvery blue. it’s naturally dark brunette. has brown eyes kind of a hazel hue.
his style is kinda androgynous ig?? he just lives for soft retro fashion, lots of color in his wardrobe but also lots of tapered short and t-shirt fits frequented, sweater vests, rolled up jeans, high skater boi socks, soft jumpers with shirts, shirts in bright colours or satiny texture worn over plain white t-shirts, cardigans, pastel denim jackets, jeans with printed patterns on like clouds, flowers etc, favors yellow and blues. sometimes does eye makeup, occasionally wears heels bc he’s a baddie or super heeled boots/chunky shoes.
obsessed with music, can play violin and guitar. he’s a big mitski and rina sawayama fanatic, likes anything that sounds peaceful or calming or has like a good fun vibe to it. also likes the trademark gay icons like carly rae jepsen, lorde, etc. he’s not ashamed. obsessed with mamma mia movies. but also likes rap which is rlly funny cause its like the bad bitch female rappers only and like he’ll listen to it while arranging his sock drawer or making his bed or something ajdjdj it’s like hype anthems for being a baddie and a hoe and he’s just doing his night sleepy routine adkfkf.
showers, blankets, music, baked goods especially bagels are his happy places.
very much a sensitive lil romanticist, falls in ‘love’ like five times a day, he just likes to giggle and smile around pretty people and admire the artwork hnghdh, he’s like yeARNS though ya know?? like he’s all i will flirt by making prolonged eye contact, i made you a playlist, this song makes me think of you etc. it’s either memes as flirting with him or elaborate love letters u never know what ur gonna get akdkd.
awful sense of humour, loves his friends more than anything on earth except his pups, would fully live in a huge house of just like his pups and all his closest buds for all eternity. likes fruits way too much, enjoys puns about fruits way too much. milkshakes, sushi, orange hues and bus rides are some of his absolute favorite simple pleasures of life. clouds, flowers, salt lamps, the sunrise over the sea, skateboarding, fresh soda, teddy bears, busy street markets, parasols, fish tanks with exotic fish, sorbet, bike riding, polaroids, record players, rain at night against floor to ceiling windows with a fresh steaming pot of tea on the desk beside it and warm fresh sheets from the laundry on his bed, ponds, skateboarding. all little joys in life that give him like the biggest pleasure dopamine hit in the world.
his cousin actually owns a florists so he has flowers just littering his apartment like a lot and it just looks like he has ten million suitors from the late eighteenth century attempting to court him but no all these flowers are from him to him or worse from his aunt djfjg she sends him some for valentines every valentines, pls help him, pls send him flowers.
studies nutritional science and he fucken hates it. do not ask him shit cause he doesn’t KNOW OKAY? he doesn’t understand it either. he took it because he needed something to go alongside the passion for baking that was a real ‘qualification’/job so that is the only reason he’s doing it. no point doing a baking degree after all when he’s already a baker with a business, he’s super young still he gotta keep his prospects open. so YAH. he’d rather be doing culinary arts but eh. nutritional science sounded better and more logic based. the real miracle is he still gets top grades all the time even tho he spends his life like wtf am i even doing is this even legit akdkdk. school is the worst thing in the world for him watch his mood instantly deflate the second its brought up.
despite being a quixotic, he’s a lil afraid of intimacy. like oh god does he love it, those small touches and acts of affection u kno? the subtle things that normally go unnoticed, eye contact, brushing of hands, linking of little fingers, rubbing a thumb, kissing eyelids or foreheads or palms or shoulders in little gentle pecks, back massages and rubs or finger tracing patterns absent-minded, shoulder massages, laying your head on someone’s shoulder or on their lap, knocking knees together, exchanging a small glance only the two of you get before bursting into laughter, smiling into kisses, napping together, having blankets placed over you warm and fresh, or towels put ready like it, someone making you something they know you like a lot. that’s his sHIT. but like he’s terrified still, someone skimming their fingers on his skin makes his breath hitch like he’s a scandalized and alarmingly aroused victorian woman sjdjd. he’s literally still a virgin, he hasn’t even had his first kiss okay my baby is delicate be gentle with him akdkd but he still LIKES PASSION AIGHT kfkf.
real soft spoken, honey tinted voice like i shit u not this boy talks like he’s an angel sent from heavens above to guide you to the paradisaical garden of eden or some shit akdkd. ur gonna fall in love with eunha’s voice before u even fall in love with any other part of him like his adorable beaming smile or stunning eyes akdkf.
has dance parties around his room when getting ready in the morning, listens to bella’s lullaby unironically yes from twilight yes u heard right, bit of a himbo streak sometimes in his obliviousness djfjf. quite silently subtly funny actually much like jacob himself.
he is gay, afraid of driving, cannot do math, blanks out often and he is valid for all of those things. has a collection of cartoon and disney animal movie dvds. has a dream notebook. always has blue painted nails in some kinda shade.
does not enjoy turning in assignments bc he is scared he’ll fail, avoids looking at his grades for weeks after they’re released and hates knowing that they’re out.
cannot dance, dances often. collects vintage stuff esp clothes and mostly sweaters. likes midnight trips to corner stores and fields where he can just lay and look at the stars. makes friends rlly easily but has super bad performance anxiety. cannot ever have a messy room like even the tiniest bit messy. even like clothes being stacked on a chair instead of away.
bakes peanut butter, banana and choc chip muffins (they r called monkey bites normally) whenever he’s super stressed. if u want to cheer him up when he’s anxious or stressed then u should give him french lavender honey, chia seeds and caramelized pear on toast/bagel. it is his comfort food. he fancii when he needs a pick me up. treat urself and all that.

Best Healthy Walmart Snacks
Looking for the best healthy Walmart snacks? Here are some ideas for everything from chips, crackers and granola bars to protein and frozen snacks.
Hi friends!
We’re continuing our snack series with the best Walmart snacks. You can find the best Costco snacks here.  Or for a more general list, check out 60+ Healthy Packaged Snacks for kids.
Walmart Best Snacks
So what are the best snacks at Walmart? As a Registered Dietitian and mom of 3, here are some general guidelines I try to follow and recommend:
I try to choose snacks that have at least 2g of both protein and fiber most of the time.
I focus on making sure snacks include protein so if I have a snack like crackers or cereal, I pair it with a protein like yogurt or turkey etc.
I try to limit added sugar to 6g or less whenever possible. Occasionally 7-8g, but snacks with 9+ grams of added sugar or more are more like treats than snacks in my opinion.
I check the sodium content but it doesn’t always make or break my choices. Remember that 140mg or less of sodium per serving is generally considered low sodium.
With that being said, here are some of the best Walmart healthy snacks, in my opinion. I’ve tried to include some name brands as well as some of their Great Value store brand.
Walmart Snacks Chips
If you’re looking for crunchy/salty snacks like chips and crackers, here are some ideas:
Ritz Toasted Pita Chips
Goya Plantain Chips
New York Style Bagel Crisps
Crunchmaster’s Multi-Seed Crackers
Great Value Vegetable Chip Mix
Terra Sweet Potato Chips
Orville Redenbacher’s Popcorn (made with avocado oil)
Great Value Thin Wheat Crackers
Great Value Woven Wheat Crackers
Late July Sea Salt Thin and Crispy Chips
Whisps Cheese Crisps
Simple Mills Almond Flour Crackers
Great Value Mountain Trail Mix
Great Value Shelled Pistachios (are any of their nuts!)
Triscuit Thin Crisps
Reminder to pair crackers and chips with some extra protein if possible!
Walmart Protein Snacks
If you need protein-based snacks:
Stonyfield Organic Kids yogurt cups
Stonyfield Organic Whole Milk Vanilla Yogurt
Great Value Plain Greek Yogurt (Walmart doesn’t have many good lower sugar yogurt options so an easy solution is to mix plain and flavored yogurt together to reduce the sugar content!)
Breakstone’s Cottage Doubles
Great Value Cheese Cubes
Frigo Combo Pack – Colby Jack cheese & turkey sticks
Chobani drinkable yogurt
Great Value frozen edamame
Lorissa’s Kitchen jerky
Great Value Hard Boiled Eggs
Horizon Organic shelf stable milk
Great Value cheese sticks
GogoSqueez Morning Smoothies
Oscar Mayer Natural turkey breast
Walmart Fruit Snacks
Ideas for snacks involving fruit:
Great Value Dried Apricots (or any other unsweetened dried fruit)
Great Value Triple Berry Blend frozen berries (mix with milk and spinach for a quick smoothie!
Great Value Banana Chips
Great Value Bursting Berry fruit pouches
Freshness Guaranteed Mild Guacamole (great with plantain chips!)
Wymans Just Fruit & Greek Yogurt Bites
Mamma Chia Squeeze
Great Value Unsweetened Applesauce
Great Value Diced Fruit in 100% juice
Remember fruit are a carb source so pair with protein or healthy fats for a more filling snack!
Walmart Granola Bar Snacks
Ideas for the best bars Walmart offers. Many of these contain nuts so if your school is nut-free you might need other options:
Nature’s Bakery Baked-Ins
Belvita Soft Baked Cookies (a little higher in added sugar but also have some protein and fiber)
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Date & Nut Bars (very similar to Larabars)
Happykid Bars
Bear Naked Granola (add to yogurt for a parfait!)
Safe & Fair Birthday Cake Granola (top allergen-free!)
KIND Dark Chocolate Chunk Bars
KIND Nut Butter Filled Snack Bars
KIND Peanut Butter Breakfast Bars
Kashi Chocolate Almond Sea Salt Bars
Larabar Minis
Simple Mills Dark Chocolate Almond Soft Baked Bars
RX Kids Bars
Here’s a list I made of Healthy Storebought Granola Bars for Kids.
Walmart Carb Snacks
Some healthy carb sources for snacks:
Cheerios
Dave’s Killer Bread Thin-Sliced
Dave’s Killer Bread Raisin’ The Roof
Thomas Whole Wheat English Muffins
Aladdin’s Small Pitas
Great Value Quick Oats (oatmeal or overnight oats make a great snack!
KIND Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal – if you want pre-flavored packets
Quaker Fruit & Cream – these are a little higher in sugar than I’d like but occasionally fine (I ate them all the time growing up
Nature’s Own 100% Whole Wheat Bread (for sandwiches, french toast etc)
Great Value Rice Squares – here are more Lower Sugar Cereals for Kids
Walmart Individual Snacks
At Walmart P3 snacks and other convenience snacks like them are readily available.  While these are fine occasionally, I highly encourage you to make your own to save money. You can easily buy a bag of cheese cubes, some nuts and dried fruit, a box of crackers and a package of lunch meat and recreate all of these for much cheaper!
Walmart Frozen Snacks
If you are looking specifically for frozen snacks here a few ideas:
Ian’s Fish Sticks
Great Value Edamame
Amy’s Frozen Burritos/Enchiladas
Tyson Chicken Nuggets/Patties
Red’s Chicken & Cheddar Burritos (a little higher in sodium than I’d like)
Siete Almond Flour Tortillas (to make quesadillas or tacos)
Kodiak Power Flapjacks
Walmart Diabetic Snacks
And in case you’re looking for the best Walmart snacks for diabetics specifically? I wanted to share a few that might be chosen by my husband who is a type 1 diabetic:
Simple Mills Almond Crackers
Great Value Cheese sticks
Great Value Nuts
Jerky
Hard-boiled eggs
Turkey sandwiches
Crunchmaster crackers
Triscuit thin crisps
Orville Redenbacher’s popcorn
Simple Mills Soft Baked Bars
Whisps cheese crisps
Did you find any new ideas?
Enjoy! –Lindsay–

Hi there! Congrats on being done, I guess?!? (Crazy!!!) :) Could you do a “what I eat in a day” during these Corona times?
hey!!!! thank you so much :) sure thing! i’m still running 6x a week because i love it and it brings me joy. so typically i will eat breakfast & coffee, run, have lunch, snacks throughout the day, dinner, dessert, bedtime snack!
breakfast is usually a big bowl of oatmeal with various mix-ins/honey/peanut butter/protein powder/fruit, and then a homemade iced latte or just regular coffee/cold brew. run time! it’s been so nice to have my meals at home so lunch is usually another brunch/breakfast type deal - eggs & avocado on toast/bagel, protein pancakes with eggs, a sandwich with turkey/hummus/avo/mayo/cheese, pb&j, pb&banana toast with a protein shake/etc. snacks are usually fruit, Perfect bars, protein bars, hummus & chips, yogurt & granola, cereal, toast, etc. dinner is usually a carb, protein, veggie, and fat! always dessert (mug cake, cookies, a brownie/baked good from around the house, ice cream, chocolate, etc). usually i’m a lil peckish before bed so i have a lil something else right before i sleep!

Little stuff...
Food:
peanut butter jelly sandwich
danimals yogurt
smoothies
chicken nuggets/tenders (or plant-based)
mac & cheese
pasta
scrambled eggs
juice
milk (plain, vanilla, strawberry, chocolate)
apples/apple sauce
bananas
pancakes/waffles (w/ mashed banana)
bagel with butter or cream cheese
crackers (w/ cheese or pb)
chips or popcorn
baby carrots
CANDY
sweeteners (honey, agave, stevia, SUGAR!)
**Bonus points if your food comes in cute shapes. You can still eat healthy as a little. Just keep your food simple & cute. Littles love fruit (sugar!) but HATE vegetables -- best to mix them in your smoothies or dip them in something like peanut butter. Littles LOVE candy but should be avoided, best to get your sugar fix with fruit or alt sweeteners. Get your whole grains through toast, sandwiches, pasta, waffles/pancakes, etc. Add spices & herbs to your meals when possible. Better to get your protein through plant-based food, eggs, and some dairy.
Music:
Disney songs
pop -- old school or modern
EDM -- trance, house, future bass, fast-paced, high-pitched, kawaii
**Music can be generally anything, any genre, without slang or inappropriate content.
Activites:
Coloring
Simple baking/cooking
dancing
TV -- cartoons
movies -- Disney, cartoon, fantasy
comic books
online games/phone games
going for a walk
crafts
playing with pets
playing with stuffies
taking naps (or cuddling)
Items/decor:
Kitchenware -- sippy cups, plates that separate your food, sporks, cute colors/design, etc.
Lots of stuffies
Your favorite color (usually pink, but not always)
Favorite characters
onesies / matching PJs
anything cute
Overall: there’s really no rules, just guidelines and personal preferences. Basically you want to aim for things that make you feel safe, young, and cute. Littles require simplicity, repetition, and routine. There should not be too much variety with what you eat, do, listen to, etc. Doing the same thing over and over is important because it brings a sense of safety.
Sexualization? this is a very sensitive topic and strongly depends on personal preference. Some people completely sexualize being little, some people want sexuality to have nothing to do with it, and some people are somewhere in between like an area on a spectrum. Some people require sexuality to mix with being little while others take extreme offense against this. Some littles enjoy “classic BDSM” and will either incorporate the two or keep them separate. It’s IMPORTANT to realize that anything involving sex must be CONSENSUAL and 18+!!!! This is completely an ADULT thing. It’s complicated and different for everyone, but I’d say that the reason someone chooses to incorporate sexuality with being little is in order to make sex (even just the “thought” of it, even self-pleasure involving no one else) a more safe, vulnerable, and intimate thing.

Good morning!! I need to eat food but I don't know what to eat. Oatmeal? Bagel? Nothing? Toast? The options are so different-🏇
LOL hello my dear!!
Oh man ok so I have some hot takes.
Oatmeal I would eat on a colder slower morning maybe? Cause it’s warm and you can put some brown sugar in it, apple slices, cinnamon etc. Look out the window and eat oatmeal while it’s rainy. Oatmeal gives me fall vibes.
I also love bagels, but those are almost a more grab and go type thing for me, maybe for eating in class or at your desk bc it’s not that messy (unless you have an everything bagel)
Nothing is what I typically eat and my mother yells at me for it bc she says it’s bad for me
Toast I love as well it’s like a wildcard. You can eat it as a brunch thing with say, eggs Benedict on the side, fruit, etc. Or you can just slather some jam on it and call it a day. OR and this is my fav. You can treat yo self to like...peanut butter Nutella on toast??? Good god that’s my fav it’s so good.
Wow why did I write an essay about breakfast foods?? I hope you found what to eat in the end?

Food Survey (#1)
Breakfast It’s the most important meal of the day! Do you even eat breakfast? I do eat breakfast every day. But if I eat it too early, my stomach gets upset and angry with me. What time do you typically eat breakfast? Lately, it’s been sometime around 8:00 AM, but once I head back to work, it’s going to switch back to 6:00 AM-ish, so my stomach is not going to be very happy with me. Would you say that breakfast is typically your largest meal of the day or your smallest meal of the day? Usually it’s my smallest meal of the day, unless I’m going out over the weekend to some big breakfast or brunch place. Do you like going out for a sit-down breakfast? I don’t typically go out to eat for breakfast, but Denny’s is probably the most well-known breakfast place around here - either that, or IHOP. Do you visit a coffee shop (ie: Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Dunkin’ Donuts) and place an order every morning? If so, what do you typically get? No, I’m too poor for that. I typically just eat or drink whatever it is that I have at home. How many different ways will you eat your eggs? I’ll eat them scrambled, hard-boiled, deviled, or over-medium. But I do need to take a Tums first, otherwise my stomach will get all messed up. How do you prefer your bacon to be cooked? I don’t want to still eat it raw, but I don’t want the extra-crispy version either. Have you ever had Canadian bacon before? Which do you like better? I prefer “American” regular bacon. Lol.  Do you prefer sausage links or sausage patties? I’ll eat either. I’m not that picky. What do you prefer your sausage to be made out of? (chicken, pork, etc) Or do you not like sausage at all? I typically can’t tell the difference. Or maybe I can, but none of the ones that I’ve tried have tasted gross to me. Would you rather have a breakfast bowl, a breakfast sandwich, or a breakfast burrito, and why? These are all delicious options, I think it just depends on what I’m in the mood for. The two things I won’t eat are Breakfast Toaster Scramblers or  Breakfast Hot Pockets, though. Blech. Do you prefer French toast, pancakes, or waffles, and why? Again, I’ll eat any of these three options, it really just all depends upon what I’m in the mood for at the time. Do you ever eat bagels for breakfast? If so, what type do you typically like, and what do you put on it? I’m boring and I only like butter on my bagels - I’m not a fan of cream cheese spreads. I either have plain or onion bagels.  Do you ever make banana bread? With or without walnuts? How about pumpkin bread? With or without chocolate chips? I like making either of those, and I always throw in some chocolate chips. I don’t really like nuts in any of my foods, really.  Do you prefer cereal bars or granola bars? Which flavors? I used to eat cereal bars all the time as a kid, but now I’m definitely all about the granola bars instead. I prefer them with peanut butter or chocolate chips. Do you ever eat cereal for breakfast? Or do you ever munch on it as a snack instead? What’s your favorite kind? I prefer French Toast Crunch or Waffle Crisp, but the latter doesn’t exist anymore, sadly. Do you put milk in your cereal, or do you eat it dry? If it’s a cereal like Cheerios or something, I’ll just eat it dry, since I have to take a Tums if I’m putting straight milk into my system without it being baked into something. Have you ever had biscuits and gravy? How about chicken and waffles? No, I’ve never tried either of those before, to be honest. Do you ever have steak or chicken fried steak with your eggs? No, I’ve had chicken-fried steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli before, and I’ve had steak with roasted potatoes, but neither of those meats with breakfast before. Do you ever eat cinnamon buns for breakfast? Yes, I’ve had some with regular icing, and I’ve had some with pumpkin spice icing before. Do you enjoy eating coffee cake for breakfast? It’s not one of my go-to breakfasts, but I have had it for this meal before. Do you like doughnuts? What is your favorite kind to eat? I like a lot of the cream-filled ones, for sure. Or those that are glazed. I hate the red jelly in my doughnuts, though. Blech. Have you ever had a crepe before? I do like crepes with strawberries, chocolate syrup and whipped cream. Yum. Would you rather have a croissant or a scone, and why? I think I’d rather have a flaky croissant. It would make a bigger mess, but scones have always seemed hard to me, and I’m not about that life. Do you have a preferred flavor of muffin to eat? I enjoy chocolate chip, blueberry, peach, and pumpkin muffins. Also double-chocolate muffins as well. When’s the last time that you had a toaster strudel? Which kind would you prefer? It’s been quite some time now. I do enjoy strawberry or raspberry ones. When’s the last time you had a Pop-Tart? Do you have any particular favorite flavors? It’s been a long time since I’ve had one of these as well. There are a few flavors that I can handle, such as S’mores, Hot Fudge Sundae, Wild Berry, and Cookie Dough, to name a few. Has anyone ever made Eggs Benedict for you before? Did you enjoy it? No, but it doesn’t look that appealing to me, so that’s okay. Have you ever been served breakfast in bed? What was the special occasion? No, but I used to do it as a kid for my mother for Mother’s Day. That much, I remember. When’s the last time you had an English muffin? Would you rather have this or a bagel instead? It’s probably been about a month. The only thing that I put on it for breakfast is butter. Otherwise I’ve done pizza bagels as well as pizza English muffins before. Do you ever have fruit  salads for breakfast? What do you prefer to put in them? I’ve made them before - one I usually do is strawberries, green grapes, and mango chunks. The other one is raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries. Would you rather have hash browns or home fries, and why? Probably home fries or a hash brown patty, because it’s hard to get all those little pieces onto your fork in a civilized manner. Lol. What would you put into your omelette? I wouldn’t put anything in there. I think it’s a texture thing. I feel like I’m chewing on a sponge. Have you ever had a quiche for breakfast before? Yes, I love quiches! How do you like your toast, and what do you put on it? I like it lightly toasted, with butter and jelly or jam. Do you like to eat oatmeal? Do you prefer it to be warm or cold? What flavors do you enjoy? I don’t like to eat oatmeal at all. The smell itself is so off-putting that I’ve never actually tried to consume it before. Have you ever had a popover before? Do you like them? I’ve never had a popover before, so I can’t give an accurate answer about this. Do you know anyone who puts peanut butter on their toast? How about avocado? I’ve put peanut butter on my toast before, but I’ve never tried avocado on there before. It just doesn’t look appetizing to me. Do you have a favorite-flavored danish that you like to eat? No, I’m not a fan of those types of pastries, really. Do you ever eat yogurt for breakfast? Do you prefer it plain, or flavored? Yes or no to the fruit chunks? How about granola or chocolate flakes/candies in there? I can do flavored yogurts, with our without fruit chunks. I don’t like plain/vanilla yogurt. I don’t like granola in my yogurt, but I have had M&M’s or chocolate flakes in certain flavors before. Do you ever eat anything for breakfast that isn’t typically classified as a “breakfast food”? No, I always eat something breakfast-related for breakfast. What do you typically drink with your breakfast in the morning? (coffee, tea, juice, milk) I typically drink some mixed fruit juices that have been created by the Dole brand. Sometimes during the wintertime, I’ll have some hot chocolate. Very rarely will I have a specialized iced coffee drink, usually on a seasonal basis. I only drink hot tea when I’m feeling sick. [a-zebra-is-a-striped-horse]

Hey so I recently became vegan (yayy!!) and I was wondering what meal ideas you have. I'm kind of a 'picky eater' but I'm willing to try anything at least once. I'm only 15 years old, so cheap and easily prepared options would be preferred but not necessary. Thanks 😊
Yaaay that’s awesome!! Congratulations, I know you’re gonnalove being vegan :)
I totally get you on the picky eater thing, I’m the sameway, especially with mixing textures and strong flavors. A lot of fellow vegans are in the same boat, so you’re in good company!
First, I would definitely recommend getting a cheap, qualityB12 supplement (you can buy them online or at any grocery store). B12 comesfrom soil bacteria, and we no longer get enough of it since most of us don’t eat outveggies straight from the soil anymore. Non-vegans often don’t get enough B12 either, because their only source of B12 is through the animals they’re eating, and it’sa really poor substitute for just taking B12 directly.
Vitamin D is also another big one to watch out for, and we get about 90% ofit from direct sunlight. If you’re outside a lot you’re probably good, but ifyou’re inside a lot (or it’s winter) then you might considering picking up avegan vitamin D supplement as well. Both of these vitamins also help with energy levels, as well as bone and nerve health.
Those are the only two vitamins I’ve had to watch forbecause I have a family history of deficiencies. Other than that, I’ve never hadany nutritional issues or deficiencies as a vegan. In fact, a lot of my stomach/gut issues were resolved after I went vegan because I was eating way more fiber. Dairy also gave me terrible sinus issues, so cutting that out really helped with sinus/ear infections.
Done with the boring stuff, let’s talk about food!
For lunch, peanut butter (or cashew butter, almondbutter, etc) and jelly sandwiches are a fave. I’ve heard toasted peanut butterand banana sandwiches are good, though I haven’t tried them yet!
We millennials get made fun of for this (even thoughit’s been around long before us), but avocado toast is incredibly good. Just toast some bread, spread some avocado on top, andsprinkle some black pepper (or your preferred seasoning) on it and it’ll fill you up for hours.
For dinner ideas, I’m a huge fan of Gardein and frozenvegetables (peas or corn or Brussels sprouts are my preferable options, but youcan definitely try others).  You justcook the Gardein in the oven, whether it’s chick’n tenders or fishless filets, and you heatup the veggies in the microwave. Top it off with some nutritional yeast (whichis a seasoning) and you’ve got a fairly healthy, easy meal.
Pasta, also an amazing idea. Most pasta is vegan (look out for egg noodles) and with marinara sauce, chickpeas, mushrooms, and any other veggies you want, you’ve got another healthycheap meal. Nutritional yeast or vegan Parmesan on top and you’re set.
For breakfast all I eat is coffee and a bagel with vegancream cheese, but you could eat any number of cereals with your choice of veganmilk (if you’re not allergic to soy milk it’s probably the best source ofprotein I can think of, with cashew milk as a close second). There’s also oatmeal, and eveninstant oatmeal should be vegan. Add your choice of fruit and bam, easybreakfast. You can also buy all sorts of fun breakfast bowls at the grocerystore, like tofu scramble or breakfast burritos, though your options may vary depending on your region.
Honestly, when I went vegan my options for food seemed toexpand. I was introduced to so many foods and ways of cooking that being veganwas way more fun than being a meat eater. From what I’ve heard from other vegans, they feel the same way.
I’ll include some links below for some additional resources, andhopefully it’ll give you even more tools to help you out! Thank you again for yourmessage, you’re awesome.
