He was only 16 years old and he was a great person with a kind soul. His mother is trying to raise money to afford a proper burial for him.

Someone I knew, and close to several of my friends, suddenly passed away recently. She liked Minecraft and little jumping spiders. She played online with friends all the time. She was spunky and fun, despite her health issues. She had an Etsy shop and she supported my shop as well. I was not as close to her as others, but we will all miss her presence.

I wish this was a lighthearted post, but it's not.

An acquaintance (only because I don't think we've interacted ourselves much) of mine, Kai, unfortunately faces a tragedy- their mom was admitted to the hospital on January 16, 2024. Our mutual friend Esme just announced that Kai's mom will not be able to make it.

There is a gofundme for funeral costs linked below. I was not included in the costs when my grandmother died, but I know that it was expensive. Every last dollar helps, here, and so does sharing- especially when you have not a spare penny to your name (or any at all), but enough time left to reblog this post. I lost my beautiful sister yesterday. She was Trans and she was wonderful. Rest in Power sweet girl.

Hope was incredibly smart, resourceful, and full of ingenuity. She was observant and mechanically minded. She could look at something and know how to take it apart and put it back together to make it new again. She did not dilute or hide herself in how she experienced life. she loved fast bikes and impactful (often loud) music. She felt deeply, and cared deeper. Especially for those she loved. My heart has a Hope shaped hole in it right now. Losing a sibling is something I hoped I’d never feel.

Words can not express how much I love you Hope Charlene. We all love you so much.

This is probably gonna be a long shot but I need all the help I can get. On Tuesday evening my father sadly passed away. He was a very kind, generous and loving man. On Tuesday morning around 2:30 he was rushed to the emergency room with trouble breathing. Later when we reached the hospital the doctors had told us he had pneumonia in his lungs along with a blood clot. On top of all of this he was battling cancer. Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. He was already severely sick and his body just couldn’t handle all of it. As my family gathered around him, we watched him take his final breath. My brother, who is autistic, is still wondering when dad is coming home. All of this is a lot for my mother. Seeing as we didn’t expect him to leave so soon, he didn’t have any life insurance. Leaving us frantically trying to coming up with all the funeral expenses. All of this is stressful for me as I am the only working one in my family and I can’t come up with this amount of money in such a short notice. Please anything helps. Alright I don't have many followers & I usually avoid sharing personal info but one of my coworkers passed unexpectedly and we've set up a gofundme for his family to help with funeral costs, as dying is stupidly expensive in this country. Any little bit helps!

- Juan (Johnny) Roberto Vaca, Age 38

Johnny was born August 11th, 1984.

The year for some of the best cult classics, "Purple Rain" and "Ghostbusters". It was also the year that the funniest, clumsiest, most goofball of a person, and my favorite Uncle was born.

Whether it was with his constant "Pee-Wee Herman impressions" (a person that I didn't have the heart to tell him I was to young to know) or his parodying of famous song lyrics like Selena Quintanilla's "Late at night I clean my room". He never failed to put a smile on my face.

Lover of all things Dallas Cowboys and Hot Cheetos. Youngest of six children, the baby of the family, and the first to leave us far too soon.

On Octorber 11th 2022, at 7:07am he left his family and this world a raving mess and a far colder place at his abrupt passing.

A loving son, husband, father, and brother. We'll miss our little goofball.
