it’s been a few days since the argument.
ayato had been given an extension due to his circumstances, and didn’t have to worry about the ruined papers due to the kindness from the city's higher-ups who assigned him such papers in the first place. a lot of them were salvageable, too.
once he finished them, he leaned back, smiling from the stress relief. he got up, grabbed a cup of tea from the kitchen, and realized something.
you weren’t in the main room, waiting for him to leave his office so you two could spend some time together.
he then thought back about the events that took place. his chest immediately fills with regret at the words spoken to you. coincidentally, ayaka walked into the room.
“ayaka, have you seen y/n?” he hurried to his sister, who simply sighed.
“they’ve been in their room. they’ve been beating themselves up about the incident, so now they’re afriad of moving incase they bother you more,” she brushed past him. “good luck making amends. they’re incredibly hurt.”
he nodded, processing the information. he pacewalked to your shared bedroom, where he opened the door to see your sleeping form.
he sat next to you, stroking your hair until you woke up. when you felt a hand on top of your head, you flinched a little bit.
“who’s there?” you said in a soft voice, unwilling to cause more issues by lashing out or showing aggression.
“ayato,” he took his hand off your head. “i’ve come to say i’m sorry.”
you got up and found the headboard, slowly resting yourself up on it. “why all of the sudden? i hope you understand that you really hurt me, ayato. i’ve been too scared to get up these last few days because of the way you made me feel. the only times i’ve gotten up were to go to the restroom, bathe, and eat, but thoma would bring me something here. i still think about the words you said and your gestures.”
he looked down, sighing. he didn’t realize how much of an effect his words and actions had on you, but now that he’s hearing it from you, it seems like two more tons added to his shoulders. “don’t worry about it. it was salvageable, and you hadn’t ruined anything.”
“i wish you told me that when it happened, ayato,” you started to tear up. “i forgive you, but i don’t want to hear that again. it made me feel like shit.”
he nodded, hugging you tight, letting you cry into his shoulder. you felt around his body to realize he was wearing his white and blue suit, the one he usually goes out to fight in.
“i’m not ruining this suit, right…?” you brought your face off his shoulder, but he immediately shoved it back in the same spot, silently telling you the obvious answer.
he was glad he was able to resolve things. he couldn’t imagine a life without you.

it’s been about a week since wriothesley has seen you. he figured you went out of the fortress, staying over at a hotel or with a friend, like navia or chlorinde. he pretty much figured it would be chlorinde, considering she hasn’t come down to the fortress or has tried to initiate contact with him since the incident.
he figured he’d try knocking on both doors, starting with navia. once navia told him everything he needed to know; that you were with chlorinde, he rushed over to her place.
“what are you doing here?” she scoffs as she opened the door, leaning against the doorframe. “your wife told me everything. i hope to trust that you didn’t embarrass her in front of the people who work for the palais mermonia, especially monsieur neuvillette himself.”
he shook his head, rubbing at his temples. “just let me see her, would you? i want to apologize.”
she nodded, clearing the doorway, allowing him to rush into the spare bedroom.
you knew he was the one coming towards your room, considering his footsteps were a lot heavier than anyone you’ve ever known. his were tough, threatening.
“wriothesley! w-what are you-” you started, your heart beating a little faster.
“i want to apologize for the things i said. i didn’t have to completely redo all my papers, and neuvillette understood the situation, and i was able to get an extent.”
you shook your head. “so you embarrassed me then, huh? you told them everything? that your stupid blind wife who is not even near good enough for you ruined your work?”
he was speechless. he didn’t know how to respond to that sentence, so he put his hands on your shoulders, asking for silent permission to take you into a hug. once you nodded, he embraced you tightly.
“no, i didn’t tell them that. i told him it was just a spill, and that i was able to save some of the papers. neuvillette is a very understanding man, and this never happens. i never need new copies or need extents, so he was willing to do it this time. nothing about you came up in our conversation,” he swallowed a lump in his throat before going on. “and you’re not stupid. you’re also the perfect choice for me, not good enough my ass. no matter what i have to do to make you see that, just because you have a disability doesn’t mean you’re unworthy.”
you started to cry, letting the tears spill into his chest, creating a damp spot on his tie.
“so you don’t hate me then?” you sniffed.
“no, not at all. i couldn’t bring myself to hate you for something as dumb as that.”

After seeing soft launching Minghao i cant stop imagining hard launching Vernon or Seungcheol bc i feel like those two are the least expected in the groupchat

⌗ my face has gotten slimmer for sure! I still have chubby cheeks but my lower face is sooo much slimmer!
⌗ my skin is sooooo clear and glowy i had clear skin before yes! But i used to get a lot of acne frequently now I don’t really! Everyone always compliments me also on how they’re jealous of my skin and that my skin is so clear!
⌗ my eyelashes are literally so long like omggggg every always compliments on them
⌗ my hair is growing sooo long! A year ago i cut it like so short like earlobes short and my hair was growing veryyyy slowly now its shoulders length! My hair used to be sooo dirty and oily now its so soft and silky!
⌗ my lips was sooo crusty and i would pick on it now my lips are sooo soft pink and slightly bigger! Also my bottom lip was a little unsymmetrical but now its so full yayyyy!
⌗ better posture! I used to have such bad posture like my back is literally a C now my posture is wayy better! Even my friends said that to me
⌗ i’m in a love-hate relationship with my hands cause sometimes its soooo pretty and skinny and the next second it’s horrendous but i’d say it counts! I used to bite and chew on my nails and I don’t do that anymore my nails are growing fast too and they don’t break that much
⌗ no because in the first semester i got suchhh bad grades I literally cried i had 1.5 grade on math and 2 2.5 overall 3.25 i placed 217 in all of the students class i think? Like do you get what i mean like the entire grade?? next semester I literally didn’t study anything at all i got a 3 in math overall 3.68 and i placed 134! Also my Chinese test I didn’t study like nope nope i mesmerized only 1 paper but we were supposed to do 3 and i got 25/30!!

⌗ one of my tiktok actually blew up and got 1.4k views! I used to get only like 220 and i only listened to a subliminal once?? Then i think i got obsessed after that so now tiktok shadowbanned me manifesting for it to blow up again!!

I’d say.. it counts??? I think it went frommmm 46 to 44??
⌗ theres this mole on my waist?? Or hip?? Area and i hate it! So i got rid of it jsjsjsjsjd its not completely gone but it used to be a reddish dark color now its the same as my skin tone! But its still bumpy- y’know??

So, it’s a Friday night and Bradley’s got the next couple of days off of work after some really gruelling hours in the sky over the past week, and the girls both had a sickness bug this week so mama Bradshaw is just as exhausted as he is — the second that those two terrors hit the pillow, they’re in absolute agreement that they need to unwind. Big time. This is while Phoenix’s was staying with you for that week that she and her girlfriend were in a big fight, so, Bradley tosses the baby monitor into her room and tells her that he owes her one.
Then, he’s got a bottle of red and two glasses in one hand and two rolled up towels in the other.
“I vote that we skinny dip.” You call to him as he closes the patio doors behind them. His lips are already tugging upwards into a grin and your hands are already going for the tie at the back of your neck, but he questions it anyway with a soft why’s that. She grins as she pulls at the tie and lets the knot fall apart, “Because it’s our hot tub and I’ve never been naked in it!”
“Excellent point, honey.” Bradley chuckles, kissing her temple as you step out of your bikini bottoms, stepping around her to set the wine and glasses down on the table. “Me too, huh?”
You’re already stepping up and sitting down against the bench, dipping your shoulders under the water and beaming at him as you give a slow nod. Bradley glances back towards the house and silently thanks whoever built it for putting the guest room at the front so that he doesn’t traumatise his best friend. He pushes his shorts down and instinctively cups a hand over himself as he gets in.
You scoot closer and drape one leg over his, kissing his shoulder softly, “Wine, please. Don’t bother with the glasses.”
Rooster doesn’t need to be told twice. You straddling his lap, taking turns sipping out of the bottle of wine, telling each other about your weeks.
“And then she asked me if I was sad because I had to share my bedroom with a boy!” You giggle, shaking your head at the memory of your daughter’s truly concerned little face, Rooster laughs in response and leans his head back. “They said I could move into their room with them if I wanted.”
Another laugh spills from his lips as you drink from the bottle and set it on the edge. You drape your arms around his broad shoulders and kiss his cheek softly.
“I’d miss you if you moved out,” Rooster grins, nosing at you jaw as his hands curl around your hips. “Would make Mommy and Daddy time a little more difficult.” You hum in agreement, closing the gap between the two of you and kissing his lips softly.
“Mm, I do like Mommy and Daddy time,” You nod, rocking your bare core down against him. He keeps you flush against him with one arm as he guides himself between your legs with his free hand. “Could do with a little Daddy time right now, actually.”
He chuckles softly and kisses your temple. Skin warm, his flushed and pink from the heat, he kisses sporadically at your face, your naked chest and your throat as you ride him. He grunts into your neck as you tug playfully at his roots. You gasp, head thrown back, squeezing at his biceps. He squeezes his arms tight around your middle, turning his face towards your neck.
“Christ, I can’t feel my legs.” You mumble, swallowing hard as you try to stand up. Bradley smirks, securing his towel around his waist and grabbing yours.
“C’mere, honey, I’ve got you.” He reaches out towards you, pulling you into his arms and setting you on the ground. You stumble forwards unsteadily as he drapes the towel around you. “Is this the wine or the sex?”
“Mm, both.” You giggle, pressing your face into his chest and draping your arms around his waist.

I LOVE writing about songs. It's the easiest way for me to write, honestly. I guess that speaks more to the song-artist than about me hehehe. The second I hear a song I like, I envision a whole story about the lyrics. Noah Kahan has been KILLING me for months. His new song Forever just officially dropped today and I can't with "we can't make rent, so we window shop." I have lots of ideas based on songs rolling around in my head and you can see how quick I write when I have a song that makes the story easier based on some of my older work (not that I'd recommend reading anything older it's trashy af).

Omggggg chapter 4 was so good and worth the wait
First things first - the smut! Maybe there was less than in previous chapters but by God, did you make it count. I am seriously obsessed with the way you write Adrian and the readers dynamic, I love how he’s the dom (oh how dom Adrian is my kryptonite OK) , but he’s also so teasing and gentle, and never loses any of his wonderfully weird personality. Same for the reader, she gets to let herself be soft and sweet and give in with him, but she doesn’t lose her personality either. It’s really easy for smart scenes, even well, written ones, to end up, making the characters feel generic, but that never happens in your scenes. They’re sexy and they’re fun and they’re perfectly descriptive, but they also feel in character, and really show you the emotion between the two characters
Onto everything else - I love how, even though this is a Reader insert, Blackbird feels like a fully fledged OC in some ways. There��s enough left open for the readers to still project onto, but I do prefer a reader inserts that have their own personalities and backstories and you did such a great job. I was invested in her. And she was perfect for Adrian lol. Even aside from their incredible smart seems which I can’t get enough of, the way you build up their whole relationship and developed them was just perfect. You also did a really seamless job at integrating black bird into the canon story.
I don’t know if this was the last chapter, if it was, it was a great ending! And I hope you would write more Adrian stories in the future because I’m sure you would absolutely kill it.

These two characters mean so much to me after spending so much time with them since Chapter 1. I’m happy the way Blackbird developed- even if she started off as a butchered version of Black Canary lol.
This was supposed to be the last chapter but I actually have a final Epilogue planned because I have a ridiculously happy ending planned for both of them that I wasn’t able to squeeze into Chapter 4.

Homecooking [Apr ed]
April was an exciting month for me!
I had staycation as you know. .. I followed 2 badminton tournaments during my time off: the Korea Open & the Korea Masters. Due to the time difference, things were difficult but bcos I was on vacation, it worked out lol I also watched the ISU Short Track World Championship 2022 that happened in Montreal from April 8-10. Yes, it overlapped with the badminton tournament dates so I’d watch badminton till ‘very early’, then get up for the 8am start for the short track competition. It was intense! Hence I feel like my staycation was more hectic than my work days. But it was all worth it!
I had many thoughts re: the Short Track competition. 1st of all, Canadian Short Track skater Charles Hamelin retired after this race :’) it was soooo emotional omggggg I’m so happy that the Canadian team won the mens 5000m relay at the Beijing Olympics. I feel like that was a nice closure to his career, you know what I mean?�� As for the Korean Short Track team.. . TBH, the ladies division was kinda hard to watch at times. It was the return of SSH, who was in a lot of controversy & stuff for the past few yrs. I’m glad she returned but the team moments were so awkward. I also became a new fan of Lee June Seo, & I wished that the commentators would pronounce his name properly or at least, keep in consistent. There’s a Korean girl with surname “Seo”, & similar for her. .. “Seo” was pronounced differently all the time!!! There was “siu”, “sau”, “soo”, “so”. .. SMH. The closest is “saw” in English......... lol oh well. Anyway, congrats to the Korean team. Choi Min Jung is AMAZINGGGGG!
Okay, enough about the sports . .. haha
Random soup I made using white beech mushroom, onion, Spam, & chayote. Forgot what soup paste I used.. . but probably deonjang judging by the colour :P
I recently had the seafood version of this mung bean pancake. This is the original mung bean only version. I prefer the seafood one more bcos the seafood bits made the texture more interesting; this was more mushy & uniform throughout.

I may start doing this in my future homecooking posts - a book review break to share what I read during the month. It’s my goal to read 15 books this yr. This one is book #5 - “The Red Palace” by June Hur.
June Hur is a Canadian author who specializes in YA fiction (with a Korean setting). She’s written 3 novels (4th one to be released in 2023) & I’ve read AND OWN all 3! I know it’s YA but . .. I don’t typically base my choice on YA vs non-YA. Her stories are very interesting in that it’s mystery-solving & there’s just not much out there with the Korean historical setting, you know? I can see all 3 of her works as a Kdrama, esp this one! I breezed through it during the badminton x short track week! The pace was consistent; the characters were humane & relatable; the plot twist was excellent; style of writing (bcos it’s not a translated work) was very easy to read (also bcos it’s YA but still... it was well-written). I highly recommend this book!!
*PS: I plan to continue collecting her books ^^
Another pasta. This was was a tomato pesto sauce with beef + mushrooms. I decided to add some tomato as I was cooking .. . & yeah, the tomato juice -.-” the product became water-y.
Sujebi with napa cabbage & Korean fish cake (the long cylindrical ones).
Noodle soup with white beech mushroom, napa cabbage & imitation crab.
Mini portion of bibim-myeon with chicken breast over a bed of spinach.
Trying the strawberry cream cheese from Costco. It’s alright! Compared to other ones, the texture of this one was very soft & smooth.
JJAMPPONG with mini dumplings.
Another type of noodle with mini dumplings & fish cake.
As you can see. .. napa cabbage is a big part of my life LOL so is broccoli. I typically use broccoli for work meals bcos I feel they’re more filling. & napa cabbage.. . I don’t really like it in a dry dish if that makes any sense. It belongs in a soup of some sort bcos it’s so good at soaking up flavours.
Have you guys tried this??? If you haven’t, I don’t recommend it. It was very dry. ..
I FINISHED ANOTHER BOOK~ WooooooooT!! Book #6 DONE~
This is a sequel to Dial A for Aunties. I personally liked the first book more but this one was pretty entertaining as well. Compared to The Red Palace, this one took me slightly longer to finish. I didn’t find I was into it as much as The Red Palace. Still good though! An easy read!

Udon (yeah.. the square ones that I don’t like) with fish cakes, corn, napa cabbage, & cherry tomatoes. This batch of cherry tomatoes were larger than usual & unusually not very juicy. You know what you bite into one, oftentimes, tomato juice just squirts out? Well, not this one. It was hardier (?).

But I am literally always down to talk about any & all oc’s I’ve ever posted on here, ESPECIALLY my dnd oc’s! Yernad has such a special place in my heart, he’s probably my favorite oc based on overall lore & planned character arc & his design was intentionally made to be badass. He’s got the personality of crocodile dundee hidden under a lot of malice & trauma. He’s got a pretty big soft spot but he doesn’t tend to show it very often & leans into the scary asshole persona people have placed on him based on his looks & rumors spread during the war. (Not sure what all posts you’ve seen about him, but he was a general when his country was invaded & he did some… pretty unsavory things on the battlefield. Let’s just say he liked to kill people in very gruesome, bloody ways🙂)
I still haven’t started my campaign, but now that I’m done, like actually done with school I can hopefully dm my first campaign! I’ve had to set my plot planning on the back burner during the semester but I am so ready to dive back in & make a great story for some friends!
My ultimate goal for the campaign is that Tiamat is the ultimate big bad who’s been working behind the scenes & invaded the cult of another character (Eldritch). But because Yernad has died & been resurrected he made a deal with Bahamut & promised to be his “champion” when the time came to lead an army against the undead. But he has no recollection of this deal but now has a psychic connection with Bahamut, so he knows something is up. After he meets the party, things start to kick into high gear because that’s when big things get revealed to the players. But after the party defeats her, Yernad is going to essentially become a demigod
He’s best friends with my first oc Naomi & essentially raised her before his death. They are going to reunite in the campaign & it’s one of the scenes I’ve played in my mind over & over. I really wanted to balance out angst with classic goofy shenanigans (& find any excuse to wedge tickles into any situation) so the party ends up fighting a tickle monster & the big thing here is that before the encounter they didn’t really know what they’re up against. But the fight goes on for a short while before Yernad fucking whistles from the bush to get the monster’s attention & catch her. Oh & did I mention she has babies? & he traps them in a box! But he just swoops in like this suave badass & saves the day like “thanks for tiring her out” but Naomi is just frozen in shock because wtf HE’S ALIVE?? & when he notices her they crash into each other in a bone crushing hug & they’re both crying & talking over each other until Naomi realizes she’s been mourning him for the better part of 30 years & he’s been alive all this time & never tried to come see her or tell her he’s ok. Lies, he astral projected to her to tell her he’s alive but she thought she was going crazy/seeing his ghost & didn’t believe him. But it turns into a big argument that turns to more crying & they’re just so relieved to have found each other again.
Gonna stop before I ramble on too much, but please let me know if you want to hear more! I absolutely adore him & there’s SO MUCH I HAVE TO SAY!

Hey your tomgreg anon from before reporting here again lol I finished season 3 finally omggggg tom choosing greg as he metaphorically pushed his wife down the stairs I caaaant I think this season is honestly hands down the best season so far?? Every plot points feels connected, I feel sad for the siblings at the final my jaw dropped to the floor when logan revealed he's on the phone with caroline, what tom said before really is true he never seen logan get fucked I'm still gobsmacked by what happened here
And tomgreg, I'm eating sooo gooood when he called tom, "tommy"?? Help that's so soft?? And they hug :')) cute :')))) the nero and sporus scene coming full circle what a perfect way to end the season

yeah i think s3 is objectively the best in every aspect! it did end perfectly! tg was epic s3 but just wait they’re still insane about each other in s4 imo, except now you’ve got the fact that they’re best friends as well. so it’s good times. the come with me sporus scene is just. mwah in every way, i’ll never get over the fact that tom basically gets down on one knee to greg like. who sits like that 😭

1. poutine 😭😭 srry most canadian thing of me ig but it’s so yummy to meee !!!! its v easy to make as well which also would add to the ease of being able to enjoy it. if i order it somewhere i like to have cheese curds but at home i just use shredded cheese. also for any canadians out there i think my fave fast food places to get it is either harveys or mary browns. they are both sooo good.
2. chicken korma omggggg its so soft and tender…….. makes my mouth water just thinking about it… it’s always such a treat for me when i order it because it just tastes SO good and ik i already said but it’s so tender… i could cry even 😭😭
3. korean style fried rice— there’s obv so many ways to make smth like this but i personally like it with spam and egg the best :DD sometimes i use chicken too but mainly spam…. i like kimchi friend rice too but without kimchi i prefer more bc altho i like kimchi i’m not a fan of the texture of cabbage kimchi !! i haven’t tried radish kimchi but i think i’d like that more :p but anyways yea back to fried rice, must have looooots of gochujang bc i love spicy food c: i make it all the time i rlly can’t get enough of it— it’s very fun and very easy to make too
4. japanese beef or chicken curry…. i rlly like the golden curry brand to make at home !! i’m actually planning to make some hopefully this week lol. it tastes so good and once again i like the spicier ones cc: i love all curries in general tho they make me… so happy. i could eat curry every single day frfr. curry and rice is my best friend <3
5. crab legsss omg…. not even a specific style of them just in general i love all crab legs. i haven’t had these in yearssssss 😭😭 way too expensive to afford but !! omg i adore them….. they’re soo much fun to get into for me hehe… so the process of eating them is fun PLUS they taste so good to me… augh i forever adore crab legs…

lmao idk if id think they’re sus bcs i’m such a sucker for affection. you can be a little bit nice to me and id be ready to give you my whole heart. over the course of june i reconnected with my extended family and idk within two weeks i was just constantly crying bcs they were so nice to me and i appreciated them so much and i felt like i could give my life for them bcs like i just suddenly felt so much affection and care and protectiveness.
i just– yeah if someone’s nice to me, id probably shower them with affection. too bad people usually love bomb me instead (well one guy did. the one i talked about just now :/) so now idk. i mean the heartbreak is pretty fresh so idk how id change in terms of showing affection. but with my friends and family?? i am very very soft (or at least i try to be. i’m bad at expressing myself so i rely a lot on just caring for people and being overwhelmed with affection and hugging and cuddling them all the time). i feel emotions very intensely sksksksk
but yeah if anyone did whatever i write about (especially warm winter bcs that fic is just… everything i ever wanted) or anything we talked about just now… id probably shut down for a bit bcs i wouldn’t know how to process someone loving me that much. it’s never happened before 🤡🤡 my brother said i need better standards bcs i always put everyone else’s feelings above mine and let men mistreat me. and he’s right. hopefully next time!!! that doesn’t happen. the last one was my first love so lol maybe the next one will be better.

Honestly i used to get super into it, I loved the idea of love, and I adored being super affectionate but it blew up in my face when my last dude cheated on me and one was (lets just say not nice because I don't want to trigger anyone) I care for my friends and family but I'm way too scared to let anyone else new in?? idk how to explain it haha but asfvasjdbaskd its good that you can have emotions you feel strongly!!
