PECADO

O ambiente sagrado me acompanha desde pequeno. Ainda me recordo da família reunida, a bicicleta do meu pai colocada em baixo da arquibancada e as marmitas recheadas com pedaços de bolos e salgados que minha tia adorava levar.

Enquanto o coro angelical ecoava pelo ar, eu caminhava entre as barracas atrás das melhores maçãs do amor cobertas de confeitos coloridos, das batatinhas mais sequinhas que eu podia achar e das pipocas quentinhas mergulhadas na manteiga.

Ao passar pelos portões da igreja, meus olhos sempre viam estátuas grandiosas e ilustrações artísticas incríveis na cúpula. Ficava me perguntando como aquilo era pintado num lugar tão alto, mas ao descer o olhar para os quadros nas paredes mais próximas a mim, meu corpo tremia de medo.

Eram quatorze imagens divididas igualmente nas ambas paredes onde um homem seguia uma trajeto carregando uma cruz. Minha mãe sempre pedia para que eu me ajoelhasse e pedisse perdão. Mas pelo quê? Nunca entendia direito o motivo e comecei a me sentir como a criança mais pecadora da face da terra.

Aquelas imagens amedrontavam minhas noites e às vezes eu sonhava com aquele homem da coroa de espinhos me perseguindo incansavelmente enquanto eu gritava "eu sou um pecador".

Crescendo um pouco, eu já tinha noção de que algumas coisas eram proibidas e que uma em específico era a vergonha para a família. O turbilhão que eu sentia no meu corpo ao ver uma pessoa que eu tanto gostava era um alarme doloroso: a vergonha viria a ser eu. Era uma sensação estranha e prazerosa que me fazia viver, ser feliz e despertar desejos.

Ele era meu amigo. Meu melhor amigo. Fui corrompido por desejar alguém que nunca viria a ser meu.
