So about that part in Ever Crisis where Sephiroth tries to call Genesis, I used Google Translate to try and see the actual translation of the original Japanese script. "頼む･･････出てくれ•"

Google Translate translates it as "Please...please come out."

I looked up 頼む(tanomu) and it translates as "to ask; to beg; to request" and 出てくれ(dete kure) translates to "to appear or to come out."

Is Sephiroth literally begging for Genesis to reveal himself?

Aaaa!! Yes, he is! I actually hadn’t translated this bit yet, but yes that phrase is very…pleading.

"頼む･･････出てくれ•"

“Please…please come forth…”

The second part of the phrase does indeed mean to “come forth, reveal oneself.” Sephiroth is pleading for Genesis to appear out of…wherever he is. The tone is desperate.

So yes, it works in context with the phone-call. Sephiroth wants Genesis to show up on the other end.

Yet knowing the deeper context of the current events, and Genesis’ desertion, it is almost like Sephiroth is saying,

“Please…please come back…”

He is terrified for Genesis. This is one of the few times I have seen Sephiroth express genuine anxiety and desperation as an adult.

So you know about the headcanon saying that Crowley drew on Azi's mustache before the magic show, right? Well, lemme introduce you to "Crowley also did Azi's bow tie because he was too excited and his hands were shaking".

So, whatever you do, don't imagine Azi's hands shaking after Crowley came so close to draw on his mustache, his head basically inches apart from Azi's mouth, Crowley struggling to pay attention to the mustache and not the angel's lips.

Now, whATEVER you do, don't imagine Azi fumbling with his tie afterwards, trying to hide his embarrassing blush (but being unable to, since he's got a whole ass mirror behind him and Crowley can see *everything*) and Crowley quietly going "I can help you with that too, you know". Azi's head would just snap back, blinking rapidly.

Don't- and I mean don't imagine Azi's blush getting worse (matching Crowley's, most probably) when he felt his hands so close to his throat.

so the stranger things account put on their broadcast channel this video and said “some light reading going on this wednesday”. well i’ve decided to look up each of these books and they all have to do with electricity???? and we know stranger things has an obsession with electricity, so let’s talk about it.

the orange book in the video is “The Voltage Regulator Handbook”. in the introduction it says “Too often, a design finds itself stalled in the development of a power supply to complete the total system. This problem is being eased with the development of a new generation of monolithic integrated circuit regulators and discrete components…” this makes me think of how the upside down is stuck in time and how season 4 ended with the upside down forming into one with hawkins??

then i’m pretty sure the book next to it is “Solid State Lamp” ?? but i googled it and there’s such a thing as solid-state lighting, so the book would be about lights and how they work. that’s interesting to me as lights have been used as a way of communicating with the upside down. also, there’s something called “Solid State Chemistry” as well and that’s interesting because i feel like nancy’s chemistry cards are a clue as to what is going on. i wrote a post about that here

the other book featured in the image is “The Transistor Manual”. another interesting book about electricity, but it seems like it has more to do with telecommunications such as a radio?? the radio has played a significant role in stranger things in regards to music and communicating through a radio.
