To wrap up, I’ve drawn the final three comic characters, Skully, Adam, and David, as well as our perfect baby angel, The Operator itself (with a design inspired by the way it’s depicted in the comics more so than the webseries. I love the og webseries slendy, but man, that is just a pale dude in a suit).

The rake isn’t just one entity, there’s actually a lot of them out there. Rakes are often misidentified as sleep paralysis demons throughout history

Slenderman and the Operator are the same creature, but the name varies from place to place. There are also many different interpretations of him across the globe; no one really knows there’s more than one slender creature and so all over the world people view him as either a monstrous demon or a kind guardian, which is mainly because of Splendorman’s existence.

(Yes I am aware Slenderman and the Operator are not canonically the same being !! This is just for my au)

Zalgo at one point in time had a whole religion around him. Said religion has disappeared over time and only remains in the form of a single cult.

(Some of my headcanons may be repeats, i have an ass memory so plzzz tell me if im repeating myself 💔)

Slender Man headcanons please

YOU BET >:3

Slenderman in my AU is part of a species of creatures that come from another dimension. He’s the most dangerous of his kind, and has the ability to traverse between multiple dimensions at once.

He’s known by many names across the world. Some see him as Slenderman, others as The Figure, others as The Operator. The name depends on the region. (Also. YES IK SLENDY & THE OPERATOR ARE DIFFERENT BEINGS !! This is simply my own AU of both.)

He’s extremely intelligent but in a way humans can’t comprehend. His way of thinking is too difficult to understand, spending only a few minutes in his head could be likened to torture and will easily drive someone insane.

He’s able to appear to his proxies (and just people in general) through causing hallucinations. He communicates to proxies specifically through sending urges and images into their mind, like instinctual feelings.

He can’t be harmed when he’s in his territory, which are “gateways” between his home dimension and our dimension. (Gateway areas are places where both realities overlap and can interfere with one another.)

Despite being so powerful, he has quite a few limitations.

For one, he can only infect & control the minds of people who have Operator Sickness. He can appear to others yes but the apparitions will be very weak and he has no real control over their actions.

He also cannot leave the gateway areas without risking getting hurt. The further away he is from these zones, the weaker his power gets, and while he is still quite a dangerous and strong adversary he CAN be killed at that point.

He also cannot control his proxies if they get too far away from him. If a proxy were to make it at least 10 miles away from Slenderman, their mind would be freed from his control. Because of this, Slenderman uses his mind-control abilities to keep his proxies herded into his territory like sheep, and watches where they go like a hawk.
