ARTISTS FOR PALESTINE 🇵🇸 - On the 6th and 9th of March, I'll be doing art requests on stream with other notable artists to raise money for Operation Olive Branch and the PCRF.

I'm incredibly lucky to be counting quite a few big names in the roster, including known Jesus and Odysseus enthusiast @wolfythewitch, the extraordinary fanartist @denimcatfish, and the incredibly talented @troubledminnesotan, as well as Lilypichu from OfflineTV.

Operation Olive Branch is a project to help Gaza families to safety. Egypt is charing displaced Palestinians to get into the borders unless they are an Egyptian citizen. These Palestinians can't afford food and water, let alone the thousands they are charing. Operation Olive Branch has posted a sheet with all the family's GoFundMes for those who are able to donate. If you cannot, please spread awareness to make sure these families get to safety!

Re: David reacting to Patrick singing in Open Mic

I know that David was looking around... like it's hard to be in these moments, they're very real and raw and vulnerable, and they're beautiful. It's hard to be present 'cause we're so not used to it. And I love when he was looking away, his mom touches his shoulder like, "No, no, sit with this. This is what life is about. These moments."

Re: David and Patrick talking about getting back together in The Olive Branch

"I'm not used to someone being nice and kind to me." That's a telling line. There are a lot of people who get scared in relationships 'cause they're so used to things being bad that when things are good, they're afraid. Like if I actually invest in this, if I actually believe in this, then I can get hurt all the more, so I'm choosing to preemptively sabotage. There is no reward without risk. There is no love without vulnerability, and in order to have a committed relationship, you risk getting hurt, you risk getting burned.

Re: David and Patrick getting married in Happy Ending

One of the most beautiful things I've ever heard is that happiness in marriage is not so much a matter of romance, but a concern for the comfort and wellbeing of your companion. So many little things where they are looking for one another's comfort, for one another's happiness. They're willing to make sacrifices. Like, "I wanted to go to New York, but I don't want to be anywhere that you don't want to be." This was beautiful. I hope my comments and insights added to the experience, but so much of this just speaks for itself. I love this.

Danny couldn't really explain why he always answered this specific summoning ritual. It was like a feeling. One of warmth. Of a mug of hot cocoa in your hands and a nice weighted blanket dropped around your shoulders as a fire blazed in the hearth in front of you, keeping the chill in the rest of the room at bay.

Danny always lost himself in the sensation and found himself back in that stupid circle of protection with that same wierd guy demanding answers. But Danny didn't know anything about a "Lazarus Pit" or a "Pit Madness" let alone a cure for it. Even if he did he wasn't going to tell Red Robin anything after all the times he'd used the marriage summoning spell to get him here.

Earlier on Red had explained it was the only spell known to thier universe that could summon an entity from "The Lazarus Dimension" Which he guessed was another name for the ghost zone and Phantom was the only one to ever be summoned.

Danny couldn't help but wonder why...

After escaping Bird boy and his supernatural pop quiz (oh look, another test for him to flunk) he returns home only to discover his parents had seen him get summoned and accused him of being a ghost that replaced thier baby boy.

Naturalally the next time Red Robin had summoned Phantom he was angry. He was tired and dirty from being on the run from his parents, his worlds US government, and Vlad. Not to mention his own rogues gallery didn't exactly cut him any slack.

So Danny decided that if Red Robin wanted to abuse the power of a marriage ritual than the very least he can do is put his money where his mouth is.

Danny grinned and exited the magic circle, taking delight in Reds widening eyes before he lunged. A kiss sealed the deal, making sure Danny had a safeish place to stay.

After all, married couples in the infinite realms were obligated and even compelled to protect and care for eachother.

ARTISTS FOR PALESTINE 🇵🇸 - ROUND 2!! On the 16th and 23rd of March, I'll be doing art requests on stream with other notable artists to raise money for Operation Olive Branch and Project Watermelon.

This round's roster is very lucky to include notable webcomic artists like explodikid, Graveweaver, Curryuku and Speremint who respectively create Covenant, I'm The Grim Reaper, Not So Shoujo Love Story and Brimstone and Roses on WEBTOON. We also have Onstamonsta, an artist, streamer and Kiryu fan who Drawfee fans might recognise and the exceptionally talented Jessie Lam!

Last fundraising event was a great success, and I hope some of you might show up for this next round of streams. All money will be donated directly to Palestinian escape funds as the situation of Rafah is becoming exponentially worse (and if you'd like to donate directly, here's a link to a spreadsheet of over 750!)
