I'm kinda bummed over how they handled Kalim in the event. I'm happy he was the last one standing don't get me wrong, but Ace had a point. Kalim shouldn't make plans that involve others making all the work instead of him, like having Jamil cook and organize his parties while he doesn't do anything except for inviting people. I think the event was the perfect opportunity for Kalim to understand that after the confrontation and it just didn't happen 😭 (To my understanding and by what I have read)

But on the other hand, I think we forget that Kalim's reaction to what Ferro was doing was because of his trauma. He is just so used to his life being in danger, I think he even said somewhere that he wants the people who hurt him to have another chance to change for the better. It just made me wonder if this is how Kalim thinks about every person that attempts against his life.

LMAOO I think they were talking about how Kalim and Ace should've had a grey area instead of making Kalim in the right. Kindness isn't everything but it makes sense for his character to easily forgive or at least be kind. He still sees the best in people even when they attempt murder on him 😭😭😭😭

(okay so I have not finished s1 but I know the general gist of what happens through mutuals posts and just the td tag lmaoo. maybe later I will actually sit down and watch the whole thing, but that time is not now.)

moving onto my thoughts of s2...

AHHHHHHHH idk how else to explain it but I absolutely LOVED the episode, and honestly I have a feeling I'll love this season, simply bc everyone is so great!!

heck even ripper and chase were tolerable, like, there weren't any fart jokes or anything, it was great!

MKULIA SWEEP???? HELL FREAKING YEAH idc if it's a friendship/alliance, I'm living in my world where they're toxic yuri

Caleb getting some much-needed character development??? I'm SO here for it, and the stuff mentioned during the episode def fits the kinda vibe I have going for him, so that's even better!! (potential caleb & emma friendship??? they can bond over kittens and of caleb being emotionally mature)

also his reactions to the team choosing was gold, I can't wait to see what A-Game he's gonna bring. I'm hoping he doesn't become a version of justin--I just want him to want to be a useful teammate and person for his team/friends/competitors and want to win as well. no overly crazy 'tda justin' villanry pls?? (I mean, I won't be averse to it if it does end up happening, but it'd be cool if things changed up this time around)

ok.

just watched episode one. here are my thoughts: (lots and lots of mythic quest season three spoilers ahead! don’t read if u haven’t watched)

1- so good to see dana again. missed her!

2- POPPY MY BELOVED. can already see the beginnings of like a whole self doubt imposter syndrome arc, super excited for what they do w that, especially as a fellow woman in like a stem field that sometimes feels like they don’t belong/don’t deserve what they’ve achieved!

3- brad. that’s it.

4- no jk. ok so the brad and david reunion had me reeling a little, not gonna lie. brad just looks so deeply sad, like the humble little nod he gives carol after she says he’s the new janitor…. ouch. i feel like after all the stressful shit that happened for him last season (and i’m choosing to believe there was an offscreen breakdown that happened that caused him to impulsively report himself to the police for something he DIDNT EVEN DO), prison finally gave him like. a break. and now he’s just trying to live normal again, trying to piece himself back together and restart his life and maybe learn a few things. and i just. it hurts so much. (i’m getting this all from like the three seconds he’s been on screen so far, so yes i’m insane). anyway very excited to see the rest of him in the episode

5- also david’s reaction was just so fucking funny. like the super villain way brad was already in his office and the way david turned and was like what the fuck.? LMAO. i love them so much. i’m also reading into this way more than i should. but happy their dynamic is back. and the way david is like looking for the worst scenario but it’s just brad being brad!

6- also the “what’s your angle? you have to have an angle. look at your body, it’s all angles!” ?????? like they are fucking with us. they addressed braddavid on questie besties and now they are fucking with us (and it’s working)

7- the brad jo tension makes me very sad. i hope they get to heal together.

8- also just occurred to me that david definitely does not know that jo is actually the one who did the insider trading. hope that maybe gets addressed and david can see brad in a new light kinda

9- i love you carol

10- “well your gut fucking sucks!” funniest line

11- “do not weep for me for i go to my rest as so few men do: content.” ouch.

12- the cw death hit me a little harder than i expected because he was never my favorite character but it’s still sad. i’ll be interested to see how it affects ian, as well as brad maybe since he’s trying to reform and i think for him that should mean getting closer to people, since he obviously never prioritized friendships before.

13- wish they had more of the like catch-up reunion scene. but apparently poppy and ian’s office is in the same building as mq lmaoo (if that’s what they were saying, i was a little confused but i’m also very tired) so i’m excited for antics!

overall good episode. i’m so fucking happy to see them again, i physically cannot wait until the rest comes out. andhjsbsbsb

i'm not into burping like that, but seeing as you are, thought i'd share a lil sumn😌

lately, as in like the last month or so, my bf has releasing absolute belches in my face whenever he feels like it, in like a jokey sort of way. i play along and pretend to be disgusted by it- i'm like indifferent to it lmao, maybe because i'm so attracted to him gross shit like that doesn't phase me? (pretty boys who are nasty>>>>)

but anyway, yeah the way he's been like shamelessly burping like an inch away from my face, even if we're in front of our friends he does it to me unapologetically lmaoo; even if it's a smaller burp he makes sure to push it out close to me to draw a reaction from me (but most of the time they are the loud thick ones)

oh might as well tell you ab him farting in front of me for the first time too lmaooo

the first time we were on facetime actually, he was in the middle of talking, explaining something to me i can't remember what and then i just heard this high pitched squeaky sound that lasted like 5 seconds. i just assumed it was something else, but when he stopped talking and like smiled slightly it was obvious it was a fart😭😭 it was pretty funny and he wasn't that embarrassed about it, as he continued speaking soon after like nothing happened.

the second time was at my house,, we were chilling on my bed a bit after eating dinner (which is why he was so gassy ig). we were watching some movie i think and then that same similar high pitched fart broke the silence. i then ofc laughed and teased him about it and he was also laughing but kinda shrugged it off like "what?? its just a fart" type of thing

SO I FINALLY CAUGHT UP THR LAST THREE CHAPTERS AND WOW- so much to say ngl and kinda glad you split chap6-7 in two, very grateful for that :))). okay so little rambling time ahah

• chapter 5: what a rollercoaster on its own holy shit! it went from weird vibe, flirting to quickly escalate to an argument and then to sth very intense with the last scene 😏 but as always i really loved it! the first scene with basile and eliott’s interaction made me smile ngl, like i said earlier their dynamic would have been so worth showing in the show 👌🏻 also the flirting part when eliott is just staring at lucas’ face and blushing when he notices 🥺 my baby 🥺and that line im so obsessed and soft pls “no need when Lucas is sitting in the sun looking like that - like a fallen angel. Fallen perhaps because no one who looks that sinfully good could ever remain untouched in heaven.”

oh yeah also idriss with manon…seriously one of my fav thing💗 elu’s hug at the end with the “it can wait” warmed my heart, i smiled like an idiot sjsbsb

• chapter 6: probably one of my fav chapter! i love how they’re already so gone for eo (literally), their teasing is exquisite every time omg i love them sm 🤌🏻 also the moment when lucas explained the thing with ch*rles…i never wanted to punch someone that hard in the face, seriously sbsjdbd i kept repeating “wanna slap him omg i so wanna slap him”, and then eliott saying “i will kill him”, like same bestie!! 😭 also idk if it’s just me but you can already see that kind of domesticity between them, like it’s as if they’ve been tgt for years dbdjdb

• chapter 7: again. the rollercoaster that chapter was! eliott wanting to look nice for lucas 🥺 lucas taking the initiative to hold hands with eliott and saying “i feel safe with you” I DIED OF CUTENESS PLS. also basike drunk is so fucking funny LMAOO, he’s such a mood here 🤣

plus, that moment where eliott learns lucas wants to move out from his fam house and he already can see them living their little cosy life tgt doing domestic stuff, my heart just explode he loves him so much 🥺 they’re gonna be the death of me, in every universe istg 😭

the fact i already knew what was coming but still- it was hard, very hard 🥲 like i couldn’t stop nervously laugh knowing what’s gonna happen. but then even that “sack of shit” said those words omg 😭 i imagined the look of lucas’ face, how he was feeling,…i felt so fucking bad and wanted to hug him forever🤧 i literally screamed and insult him even more, then queen daphy bite the crap out of him 😌 and then again, u broke me with “i hate u more”

little summary of my mood throughout this chapter:

they better figure everything out quick or imma jump into this story and lock them in a room to have a proper talk lmaoo. no but seriously i know they’re gonna be okay but still this moment is tough, but worth it 😌

I love how much so many people loved chapter 6 ☺️! I didn't really have a fave chapter in this fic but peoples reactions to that one made me appreciate it so much more. And wanting to punch Charles... very much a mood. I was forever grateful that him getting punched was something that actually happens in the movie. I was happy to stay true to that. I also agree that they settle very quickly into comfortable domestic vibes. That's definitely the point. That instant comfort that comes from being around the right person. It's the same vibe in the next chapter when Eliott is immediately imagining them living together. He's right that it's a little ridiculous to be thinking about something like that when he and Lucas are still so new, but when it's the right person, it's the right person. And there's really no timeline when that's the case.

Lucas deserves all the hugs though, it is true. Poor bub is definitely going through it 🥺. Let himself fall for the 'cool hot guy' again and got so much more badly hurt. Lucas's last line though... ngl... I love it 😌. Truly a fave for me.

i love bruce povs and this one is no exception. the rubbing of the chest AGAIN?? obsessed. bruce looking back on the footage and thinking that he should have done better?? poor baby is so critical of himself. they really are so similar; each only thinking about the other making it out alive 🥺

bruce grabbing the fire poker is SO funny to me. like funnier than it should be!! also i’m kinda obsessed with the way he always tells her “stay here” and she never does LOL but it’s cool because she’s a badass!! i also adore her thought process. like, just the consideration of how they got in and where they could be now is very satisfying to me for some reason. her almost hitting bruce with the screwdriver is giving me flashbacks to the fire poker incident LMAOO

bruce and alfred silently communicating before going to take care of the intruders is also so satisfying to me. i love the way you wrote it!! i also love her watching bruce fight (as bruce)! honestly i just really love the way this entire sequence is written!!

His heart is racing at this point. Philip hates admitting it, but the second your thighs went around his head when he quickly turned away from you, his heart dropped. He feels trapped, contained. Why is it getting harder to breathe? Why are your legs so damn strong? All Philip wants in this moment is to get out of your gr- Oh look at that your vagina is in his face now that you’ve managed to turn him around.

Philip forgets all about why he was even panicking before. Now he’s panicking because a woman’s genitals are directly in his face! He doesn’t want to be rude and stare, but it’s right there and it’s rubbing up against his face! Every second that passes your thighs squeeze around his head harder and harder. Philip sort of forgets how strong he is, so by the time he can even get his hands on your legs this man is already on the ground staring up at the sky in shock. You’ll hear a slight whimpering from him as you go off to heal yourself. Why were your thighs so strong..

Don’t get him wrong, he thinks you’re really attractive, but you scare the shit out of him. The fact that you have the power to knock him down with just your legs surprises him to no extent. If you weren’t almost choking the life out of him, he would’ve actually like the feeling of softness of them. It did cross his mind for a few seconds and he may or may not have leaned his head against one of them, but the thought quickly left his head after they locked around him. Not sure if it’s wise, but maybe you can apologize the next time you see him? He might not know exactly what to say in the moment, and he might not say anything at all, but it’s safe to say he probably forgave you when you say that he didn’t mess with you the next trial you had with him. It’s probably because he’s flustered about the whole thing still, but you don’t know that.

Max Thompson Jr.:

His reaction is quite similar to Philip’s, except you can actually hear and see the panic on his face. He doesn’t have time to really think about the fact that you do have your crotch in his face, because all he can think about is how those chains used to feel when they were around his hands and ankles. Your thighs around his head only reminded him that in this realm there is no escape. Just like how there was no escape from that brick shack his parents called a home for him.

The second he gets on the ground it’s nothing but hyperventilating and.. whimpering?? You know you should run, you know that the adrenaline will wear off soon and that you’ll feel the pain in your shoulder once more. Your instincts tell you to run, but your heart really tells you that he doesn’t have the strength in him to hurt you. Not when his head is flooded with thoughts of how his life here was just like his life before. Caged with no escape.

If you do decide to comfort him, don’t suddenly touch him or anything. While yes, you were the person that made him react like this, he does recognize that you want to help him. If you didn’t care about him, you would have left him to his own thoughts. But you didn’t, and he really appreciates that, even if you did just bring back traumatizing memories. He won’t talk too much other than one or two word answers to some of your questions you may ask, but if you tell him that you’re truly sorry and if you sound sincere enough, he might just forgive you.

If you do both become good friends after that and you see that Max has begun to take an interest in you, you’ll probably think to do the coochie unhook again. Without you locking your legs around him and thrashing him around of course.

The second your legs find a place on his shoulders to pull Max in, he already has a bit of a blush on his face. When you pull him in so you’re seated directly on his face? Max knows you can feel the heat on his face as you bring him closer by the second. When Max does finally come out of his daze, he’ll quickly grab your thighs to pull you away. Whether you unhook yourself or not to surprise him further is up to you. Just know that Max will find some way to get you back for making him feel so vulnerable >:(

Adam Francis:

Adam has seen a few things in the Entity’s realm. He’s been there long enough to know the ins and outs of everything. He even knows that the survivors get their memories wiped if they get to know a little too much about the Entity. What Adam had never seen though, is a survivor shoving their crotch in a killers face in order to unhook themselves.

Who was insane enough to even try that? Well the answer seemed to be right infront of him as you somehow had gotten your legs around The Executioner’s pyramid head. How you even got a stable grip on the large metal pyramid considering the blood that drips off of it almost constantly Adam has no idea.. All he knows is that he has witnessed a new way to unhook yourself. Except it’s just.. really unwise to do in his opinion.

He seems to be proven wrong as your trashing actually worked. It may not have knocked the killer down, but it sure did stagger him. Adam can’t actually believe it gave you enough time to escape.. Is the killer touching his ‘face’ where your crotch was? Don’t tell him the killer is actually flustered by what you did.. Well, if it helps you escape he guesses.
