The rules I am setting for myself:

No one who has already been in a musical set in the Hatchetfield universe

The actors will be portraying the same characters the actors did in the original (so the person cast as Zoey would also play Alice, etc)

For Sargent MacNamara, we have Zac being amazing as the Skipper in A Starstruck Odessey, and the rest of the characters are weird little guys with something in their brains so... I won't say more so as to not spoil Starstruck but, those who know, know. Basically, make Zac Oyama all the weird little guys 2026.

jeffmads at a lams wedding - please PLEASE expand on this, it sounds perfectly chaotic and excellent! 👀

The premise is really just that😂 Thomas and James are friends talking about feelings, life, marriage and get into uhhh interesting situations in the hotel hot tub. (And later, thanks to Laf, more interesting situations in the honeymoon suite that should be housing the actual grooms)

John and Alex are in the background trying to make the best out of their wedding day, they literally do not notice jeffmads at all but Thomas loves being a hater so he’s bitching about them the whole time despite also bitching about how he didn’t want to come to their wedding

It’s a nice, tasteful wedding. Plain. Understated. Thomas can see what Henry Laurens had in mind when planning the whole thing— but he can also see the last minute alternations the grooms-to-be have made: little pride flags stuck haphazardly in the centrepieces, the Shrek soundtrack blasting from the speakers as everyone settles in, the ripped jeans Laurens is sporting like he’s a rebellious teenager trying to take one last pathetic piss at daddy.

And of course, Hercules Mulligan in full drag, taking a barely concealed hit from his vape in preparation for his walk down the aisle as the flower girl.

It’s less of a fight than he was expecting from the two of them; he’s almost disappointed.

“Would you rather they host it in the freshman dorms of Columbia?” James drawls.

“Yes, ‘cuz then I could’ve RSVP’d with a big fat no fucking thank you and nobody would’ve bitched me out for it.”
