I don't get ship wars.

Let people ship what they want and who they want and how they want. I have a knack for shipping pairs that are technically not canon and have often been told, "Oh that's never happening." And I'm like, "Yeah honey I know, which is why I use my imagination to write or read fanfiction." Or in the cases where I have a canon ship, someone likes a non-canon ship better and comes at me.

But seriously, there is no reason to get your undies in a twist cause my ship is different from yours.

I mean, I ship what I want to ship and I mind my own business. Whether my ship is canon or not, it's my ship and I will not sink it to satisfy you.

#stranger things #will byers #byler #stranger things theory #stranger things meta #stranger things 5 #st5 headcanon #teen wolf #stiles stilinski #this is literally a crack theory ramble so readers discretion is adviced #birthdaygate #this is totally fine #but also I noticed the same scene/shot they mention sixteen candles in s4… they also mention teen wolf…#inch resting #they mention a third movie so maybe I’ll investigate and see if they were hinting at s5 plot there #also with sadie being in the atw mv with dylan… it would be cool to pay homage to tw bc it’s an 80s movie #but then actually be paying homage to the 2011 reboot bc teen wolf was all about a new big bad every season #and so i am pretty convinced the Duffers have watched it or at least some of it #even if this crack theory was right… I would sssume Will would play a lot bigger of a role than stiles did in season 6a….#also I think this would fit into the whole s1 vibes they keep saying about s5 #with Will going missing again and them trying to get him back #but what if he goes missing and everyone forgets him and that’s when the time jump happens???#what if in the future we get mike (lydia) still sensing something is off #and that whole time Will is in the upside down surviving by turning into zombie boy #and they get him back near the end… but maybe none of this happens until like 5x03 #so then we get 2-3 episodes of byler buildup but then everyone forgets him INCLUDING Mike only for Will to disappear and be forgotten

My biggest red flag is that when I know a tv show/movie is not going to have a happy ending or just not the ending I want I just stop watching it, usually an episode or two/ 15-20mins before it’s over. My strategy for tv shows like this is watching majority of the show, stopping like 1/2 episodes before it’s over, and then coming back months later when I feel really distant from it and only watching the episodes I didn’t see so I can handle it emotionally lol it took me a year to finish Normal People, straight up don’t think I can finish Twenty One Twenty Five, the list goes on really…

#this also goes for books now that I think about it #I DNF sooo much #I never finished The 100 #I simply will not touch the teen wolf movie #the reboot of Veronica Mars? last episode never heard of her #this is a real problem

I was rewatching Criminal Minds for the thousandth time and saw Jeff Davis credited as the creator. And I was like, no, there is no way that it's the Jeff Davis. Not the man who completely butchered Teen Wolf.

And it was!

Which actually makes a lot of sense, because the man doesn't know how to write a queer character to save his life, and instead just chooses to queerbait. Which he did on both shows.
