Just realized the way I set up my Jay and zane mini figures makes it look like they’re on a date

Their bed was far colder than usual

Jay awoke alone, his partner's side of the bed coated in slowly melting ice. Rubbing his face as he became more aware of how their door was open with icy footprints leading to the outside.

Wrapping himself in a thick robe and grabbing his scarf and gloves, Jay followed those footsteps. He followed the trail of ice that made the hallways slick, and crawled its way up the walls as if it was alive. Growing sharp spikes the ends were a dark blue that twinkled dangerously in the moonlight.

Following the growing ice into the garden Jay found his lover. The pond frozen, exploding with ice. Clouds hovered over them, gently snowing, and turning the green of the garden white with frost and snow. Zand was kneeling in the center of the garden path, slowly being covered with their own ice and snow.

Letting out a clouded breath, Jay put on his scarf and gloved, and tightened his robe around him as he approached his partner. Circling them to see their face, which was dangerously blank, their eyes staring into the distance. Jay kneeled down infront of them, carefully cradling their face in his hands. The chill of his metal skin was shockingly cold despite his thick gloves.

Zane blinked, and let out a breath they had been holding. Their stare was distant and lost, tears began to fall and would freeze seconds after they formed.

Jay wrapped his arms around their torso, and his partner immediately began to hold him back. Gripping onto Jay as if they were afraid he'd leave them alone. Burying their face into their shoulder.

And slowly, oh so slowly, the ice stopped spreading, as the two if them sat together. The ice still twinkled under the moonlight as the two held each other in the snowing garden.

I love reading fics (or seeing art) with ships that I generally don't ship. (As long as they aren't proships)

Greenflower? Don't ship, but love it.

Any combo of the original 4 ninja? Love it, even though I don't ship it (With the exception of Lava, which I ship)

Samurai Shipping, Amberphoenix, or the 3 of them in a polyamorous relationship? Don't ship, yet love it.

Any OC x Ninja ship (as long as it isn't toxic)? Love it, don't full on ship it.

I think part of it is because even though I don't normally ship it, when I'm reading it or looking at it, that's the ship I'm dedicated to, & if it's slow burn, that's what I'm waiting for.

There are more that I like, but these are the ones off the top of my head.

for their first valentine's day, i like to think that both c!techno and c!dream want to come up with something really good and also are both deeply embarrassed by this fact so they keep it a secret.

techno is planning an elaborate homecooked dinner with candles and roses and dream has enlisted c!phil in helping him to do the exact same thing, but using phil's house so techno doesn't catch wind of it.

phil is eager to see exactly how this plays out, honestly.
