"Taeyong?" you narrowed your eyebrows when you saw your childhood friend, who also was blocking your way with a trolley that had only chocolate in it. "Is that you?" you just had to ask this stupid question because you were still not sure if it was him.

The boy with black hair looked at you from his bag of chips he was closely studying. He also narrowed his eyebrows and then widened his eyes. "Y/N? Oh my God, hi." he wanted to come to you and hug you but he suddenly tripped on his trolley. "Oh, shit." he cursed and you had to laugh at him.

"Always an amazing entrance," you remarked and grabbed his hand to help him with his balance (it was very possible that you both will fall but you were ready to accept that). "The great Lee Taeyong." you gave him a smile when he was again steady.

"And the smart Y/L/N." he returned you the smile. "What are you doing here? I thought you were out of town for... Phew, many years." he asked you and put back the bag of chips; probably didn't like them.

"I was but..." you stopped. "Let's just say the big world is not for me." you laughed it off. "Hey, Taeyong! What about me inviting you for hot chocolate?" you suggested. "To catch up on things, ya know? I have a lot to ask you," you said and hoped for a yes.

Taeyong was quiet for a while and then nodded. "Okay, yeah." he agreed. "It would be nice to talk with an old friend. Especially when the old friend is paying for my hot chocolate." he laughed and it reminded you of the good old days with Taeyong in school.

"Sure, sure." you laughed with him. "So... Should I wait for you outside this shop or are you done buying a single chocolate bar?" you raised your eyebrows at him and on your lips was this cheeky smile just to tease him a little.

"Oh, I'm done." he played along with you. "So we can go to check out together if you are done buying nothing." there was his beautiful smile once again.

Little did you know that the feelings you had for him, were back.

You just laughed out loud (some people going by looked at you weirdly) and nodded your head. "Yes, we can." then you two went to a cashier, Taeyong paid for his chocolate and you two were ready to go. Of course, Taeyong didn't forget to put back the trolley he did not need.

"I know you are the one who is paying but I know such an amazing place with hot chocolate that you need to try," he said very cheerfully. "It's been here just for a year but believe me. Their hot chocolate will change your life." he tried to convince you which he didn't have to, to be honest.

You believed him. You always believed him.

"Taeyong," you said his name so he would stop all his talking. "I believe you, Okay?" you chuckled. "Just lead the way." small smile was on your lips when you were saying it.

And of course, Taeyong lead the way to the amazing place he was talking about. When you two got there, you were very lucky because there were only two seats empty; just for you two.

"Go sit there and I'll soon be back with the chocolate you dreamed about on the way here," you told him with just a little teasing and stood in a line to get the hot drink.

When you already had it (and paid for it, of course), you went to Taeyong and placed one of the mugs in front of him. The other one was placed on your side and before you sat at the table, you took off your coat. The first day of December and it started to be very cold outside so you had to have some warm clothing.

"Cheers!" said Taeyong when you finally sat down. He drank from his mug and then waited for you to try the hot chocolate yourself. The childish behavior Taeyong has was always the reason you loved him so much.

"Cheers." you chuckled and drank the hot chocolate. Taeyong's eyes widened in anticipation when you tasted the sweet hot liquid. "Wow. This... This is so good." you said little surprised. Hot chocolate is always good but this is that good good.

"Told ya." he moved his eyebrow up and down and drank once again from his mug. "And the weather is just so perfect for this." he let out a pleased sigh and you nodded in agreement. "I missed this." he suddenly confessed.

"By what you were saying when we were going here I would have thought that you're here every day." you laughed but you were also slightly confused about what exactly he meant by that.

"No, I didn't mean the hot chocolate." he looked at you. "I missed this, like us just sitting somewhere and talking and laughing. I missed you. I still miss you." he told and never broke eye contact with you.

"Taeyong..." you smiled sadly because you could feel how sad he must have been for the time you were gone, out of town. "I'm sorry." was the only thing you could say.

"That's Okay, Y/N." he shook his head a little and looked down. "Only if you are gonna stay with me now," he mumbled but you still could hear him. Little surprising because there was a lot of noise going on around you two.

"I will." you gently grabbed his hand. "I will stay with you until you'll be by my side." you smiled at him. He again looked at you and smiled at you too. "I missed you too, a lot." you also did a little confession.

"Do you want a piece of chocolate in your chocolate?" he suddenly joked which made you laugh hard. "What? I have a perfect chocolate bar for it." he took out of his pocket the chocolate he bought in the store you two met and proudly looked at you. "Do you not want it?"

"Oh my God, Taeyong." you wiped away a single tear that rolled down your face because you were laughing that hard. "You are such a comedian," you remarked a shook your head in disbelief.

Taeyong finally gave up and started laughing with you. Luckily you weren't heard by others because of all the noise around but some people that saw you two were curious about what is that funny.

It's safe to say you and Taeyong were going for hot chocolate many years after this sweet memory.
