1) Every day after waking up in the morning, eat one tomato on an empty stomach.

4) Cut a lot of cabbage and mix it in the salad. Even this will keep you slim. Cabbage is easily digested. Also, eating it gives a feeling of being full for a long time.
5) Boil ginger and lemon slices in a glass of water for some time, then filter the water and drink it (make sure the water is hot). It prevents obesity as well as overeating.
6) Avoid excessive consumption of rice and potatoes. If you cannot live without eating rice, then cook rice in a pot instead of a cooker and throw away the excess water.

Friendsgiving Meal = Great Success!
Ate all the veggies first. Then protein.
Actually skipped most of the carbs. Had a few bites. It wasn't as fantastic as I thought it would be. So I didn't eat it, I tossed it.
Add to the picture 2 additional deviled eggs, 4 pickles, 4 jalapeño stuffed olives, a couple bites of the green bean casserole. I avoided the meat and cheese tray!
I drank some Cranberry mango diet mixed with a berry bubly, 2 diet cokes, and a Basil berry sparkling water.
My cranberry orange poke cake turned out to be less of a cake and more like a bar. But with 20 pieces, each piece is under 70 cals.
I will have to research what I need to add to give it more fluff. Or was it because I couldn't find the hand mixer and mixed it in the blender instead?
In the end, I was satisfied.

Day was good. Up to work earlier, started rewatching Orange is the new black because I never finished it and YOU KNOW I have to start that shit from the beginning. Again. If you know, you know.
I think I had a good day all in all. I did a low impact kickboxing workout at work and 3.5 miles on the elliptical.
I also got Mom out of the house! Which was a really big deal, as it was her 4-5th time out of the house all bloody year. I ran thru DQ after the music program. Ordered myself a mini blizzard and her a hamburger meal. I was proud of that decision. Not so restrictive that I can't have ice cream... but when I used to get a blizzard, I used to get a large, and eat the whole cloody thing. And sometimes part of my ex's or child's because they would never finish theirs.
Progress!
Here were some of my other meals. Around 1200 c for the day by my count, but I am not trying to be too harsh, that is just how the day worked. I also had a tub of artic zero because ice dessert in summer is so fire. And it took awhile to eat at work and saved me the afternoon of manic snacking.
All in all, good healthy day.
