Tbh I was never afraid when I came out to my friends as non binary or when I thought I was a lesbian, but now that I know I’m aroace I don’t want to tell them because I’m worried they’ll think differently of me which is probably silly since they’re all queer/super chill allys and I know they understand asexuality but I don’t know of anyone irl that is aro or know someone who is so I’m scared they won’t get what it is or think that I’m weird because of it :/
