I JUST DISCOVERED YOUR ACCOUNT AND I LOVE IT i couldn't find anyone who wrote for nana 😭😭 can you make jealousy headcanons for nana's boys? (sorry if something is written wrong, english is not my native language 😞)

He isn't a guy who gets jealous easily: he trusts you blindly

However, he still feels very insecure and, when he sees the interactions you've with another guy, he starts asking a series of discouraging questions in his head ('Would (Y/N) be better off with him? Is she happy with me?')

While you're talking to a boy, he tries to stay close to you and to butt in on your conversations and, when you two are alone, he asks you if you're happy with him

After you answer him, he tends to get a little clingy and hugs you tightly for a few minutes

"Were you jealous?" "Yes..."

O. Shin'ichi (Shin)

He quickly becomes very jealous: he's never had anyone to take care of him, so he tends to become very attached to those he cares about

As soon as he sees a boy approaching you, he immediately stands next to you and puts his arm around your waist

If he notices a guy starting to flirt with you, he approaches you two and kiss you passionately

"What's wrong with you, Shin?" "He was too close to you!"

In the end, he's just scared of losing you, so he tries to act on his fear by staying close to you and not letting anyone make you uncomfortable with their attentions

I think he's the calmest of all the characters: he trusts you and knows you would never betray him

However, he still feels a little annoyed when he sees you chatting happily with a boy, so he always goes near you

The days after he feels that mild jealousy, he tries to stay closer to you, working from home and sleeping all night with you (yes, I think he works partly at nights because of the band), and he confesses to you many times his love for you and how much he cares for you

Nevertheless, he never tries to distance you from guys, because he thinks it isn't right towards you: he thinks, just as you don't stop him from talking to women, he shouldn't do that either

H. Ren

Like Nobu, he also rarely gets jealous, but he feels very insecure when he sees you with another guy

However, unlike him, he puts aside his insecurity and, acting tough, he approaches you and hugs you from behind, glaring at the boy you were chatting with

"What are you talking about, darling?"

As soon as you two are alone, though, he starts holding you tighter, but without hurting you, and allows his insecurities to return: "(Y/N), you're happy with me, right?"

He needs a good dose of reassurance from you to make all his insecurities stop

I. Takumi

He's certainly the most jealous and possessive of all the characters: in fact, it's very likely you two often argue due to his excessive jealousy and possessiveness

When he notices you're with a boy, he immediately runs goes to you and hugs you tightly to make him go away

If the guy doesn't get the hint, he kisses you very passionately

"What did you do, Takumi?!" "You're mine, and that was too close to you!"

He remains angry for days after becoming jealous and, out of spite, he may even date other women, just to "return the favor"

Since I written this

I thought (and I still thinking) so much about it thanks to some of you guys and I get a new point of view about it.

1 ) So I just realize that “Everyone" thinks that nana replace yasu with ren .. I received so many messages and comments in every social I post about it like this :

Hell No.

Ok. She love him , (yasu yes.) I think it me too indeed like I said before. ….But she also loves ren too! In 57👇chapter she felts so sad when ren said to her that perhaps it would be better to cancel the wedding because their love no needed to anything else especially of a piece of paper. So why she felt like she was dying there?

Because she loves ren. (!)…In another way but she loves ren too so much .

And another thing: no, yasu is not asexual. lol

Just to be honest in the story nana say that she becomes “in love“ or she feel she bonded with yasu, but after this moment.. and during That period of time that nana and ren were apart.. i believe in nana x ren... now I was just confused😐

Because ren has a very sad fate in the end in everypoint you can see his life . So even nana it is like this . Their are really our Sid An Nancy For real 😳😆…

SO again, ren was not perfect.. but either love it is perfect like dreams sometimes and it’s so illogical for everyone who we love. So I think they loved each other no matter what happened.

Its so clear that yasu loves nana (anyway poor miu for be “the replaced “ by yasu for his secret love for nana😅 😂 😳 no? ) and her love his presence … maybe she really loves him as well but its not my point now, I know she runs to yasu whenever she has a problem or when she has afraid of something. But sometimes we escape from the person who we love more because we are afraid of being hurt by the person we care most about. I know it’s illogical thing but it’s so real .

That’s why I believe and I hope, no matter in the manga or in the anime , Nana and Ren are soulmates. I think we have this idea that soulmates are "perfect" in a way and Ai Yazawahas a great way of showing you that'snot exactly true! Even soul mates don't get a happy ending because that's how Life is.

In the end my only hope is that nana love ren a little more no matter what .. despite knowing that yasu was or is still so special for her…🙏🏻 . i know im crazy that i still believe in nanaxren and their “love” no matter what Despite knowing that shions “thank you theory”in 77 chapters 👇 and that shin speech with nobu in 50chapter … im totally insane yep 👍

Anyway i feel that Nana still was hurt about rens decision of leave her years ago for his career but worst of it she was cold to him because she was jealous of reira for have steal ren s heart(especially just only Singing…) so I think nana was so confused about her ego and no because she doesn't love him anymore... that's why she didn't want to see him. She escapes from him because She was hurt.

So Their love its full of suffering about past issues not yet resolved.

Yea it’s so deep this panel, 👆 that I feel so sorry for ren sometimes just only thinking about it…(maybe it’s true this theory so this is the end of the story! ) but now I remember to myself there’s no a love of first class and love of second class in the end…. especially in this manga.😂

I think also in a strange way anyway that takumi loved hachi and her loved him despite the fact that he was a raper …..! ( For example . )

Omg 😳 yes ….and hachi still wanted to be there for him . This is so crazy but its like the story goes.

They were all beautiful, yes, but they weren't you, which gave him hope that she could be his one day. You had captivated him and he couldn't help but be drawn to her. As soon as he knew you were very kind after requesting your number after the show, you could speak Korean fluently, and you were a genuinely beautiful person inside and out, he was smitten.

After all, he couldn’t imagine himself being anyone else’s except for yours. When he first saw you in an elevator in the mall the day before the Los Angeles concert, it was like something clicked in his brain and he became entranced by your presence. He couldn’t get enough of the sweet smell of you. He was addicted to the sound of your laughter as you radiated warmth, happiness, and so much beauty it took his breath away. It didn’t matter what you looked like, you presence always made him want to hug you closer to himself as if protecting the world from her. You was the kindest woman he’d ever met, and seeing you happy brought him joy in return.

He spent the entire tour thinking about how to get his hands on her and make you feel the same way. About four months have passed since you two started dating each other long distance. You talked to each other every day despite the time difference, but that didn't stop the ongoing chemistry. Junji was finally back in LA for a while as things had died down for the band.

"Junji, let's go to my place. I just need to relax and I would love it if you were there with me." you said as they left the restaurant after a delicious dinner at Nobu. The Malibu sunset made it all more romantic. Junji didn't want to sexualize you at all, but with the beautiful two piece set she wore, the way her crystal necklaces bounced off her body as you walked and her waist beads hugging her sides, he couldn't help but let his mind wander.

"Of course, Y/N. I would love to be there for you as long as I can." he said knowing he would have to go back to Korea soon.

You smiled and took the lead down the hill and back to her old white mustang. He loved that you took the lead and were the more dominant one in the relationship. He was absolutely whipped for you, and he wanted to show you that as best he could.

The car was comfortably silent. "You know I'm so happy you're all mine. You're the best thing to happen to me. If we didn't tour here, I wouldn't have found my source of happiness in a person." Junji expressed to you as he gazed deeply in your eyes at the traffic light just outside of Culver City where you lived.

"Baby, that means so much. Thank you, my love." You said giving him a kiss on the cheek. As you pulled away, you got lost in his eyes. After about 10 seconds, Junji kissed you hard on the lips. The kids began to get heated. Before things got heavy, you both jumped as the car behind you ruined a beautiful moment.

"I- I'm so sorry!" Junji said and he shrunk in his seat out of embarrassment. You laughed a little too hard and told him it's okay. The rest of the car ride was quiet, but you couldn't stop gushing over the sheer embarrassment on Junji's face as is ears turned red.

As you stepped out of the car after a long drive through LA traffic, Junji closely followed you up the stairs to your loft apartment filled with flowers, plants and eclectic items you've collected over the years.

"Come on baby, don't be shy!" you exclaimed as Junji slowly took off his shoes and examined the large studio apartment with yellow and pink light pouring in from the sunset. He slowly nodded, and came to the couch as you turned on a playlist you made for Junji last month full of neosoul and songs you grew up with from your childhood.

"Don't be embarrassed my love, it's me! You're welcome here. Make yourself at home." you reassured.

"Y/N... I'm just a bit nervous because..." he paused.

"I really like you and I've been wanting to show how much I like you." he said and he walked closer to you, but still hesitant.

"You know, I was hoping you would go there with me tonight." you said with a smug on your face as you stepped closer to him. "Don't be shy my love. You initiated it."

"Well..." he started. "I-"

Before you could say anything, you aggressively started kissing him. Initially, it took him by suprised, but he quickly got into it knowing what he wanted to do to you. When you broke the kiss, Junji was panting for air and blushing madly. "So I take it this is a 'yes'?" he asked hopefully. You chuckled and nodded as you took him by the hand and led him to your bedroom.

He undressed quickly once inside of your bedroom as you helped him remove his clothes. He gripped your ass perfectly and caressed your body with care, but eagerness. He lifted vour shirt over vour head and tossed it aside, placing soft kisses down your chest and stomach, making his way to your hips and slowly slipping your underwear off. He admired your beautiful figure and admired the contrast between your thighs, especially in the shape they are. His mouth traveled upward to bite into your breast gently and sucked gently. You moaned lightly, closing your eyes tightly as pleasure overcame you. Junji continued sucking on your breast and massaging its tip with his fingers.

You wrapped your legs around him lovingly and he immediately slid himself into you, and then thrust slowly with your hips until he reached that special spot of yours.

"A- AH! Junji! Baby..." you moaned.

"You.. feel... so good." he muttered in between grunts.

In a swift motion, he picked you up and pushed you against the wall while kissing you ravenously. Your eyes rolled back into your head as he entered you with ease as he ran his tongue across yours. With a deep grunt of effort, he entered you as fast as possible until he came inside of you with one forceful thrust.

You panted heavily as you rested your hands on the wall to keep yourself steady.

"JUNJI!" you screamed as you threw your head back against the wall reaching that sweet point. In the same motion, Junji sucked hard on your neck leaving a deep purple mark.

With one final thrust, he stopped moving and stared into your eyes. Both of you flushed, sweaty and exhausted from such intense lovemaking. He gently stroked your hair and kissed you on your forehead lovingly.

As he slowly let you off of him, you lightly stumbled. He noticed and picked you up and placed you on the bed without a word, but still maintaining a loving and hazy stare. You laid back and sighed contently as Junji got into the bed beside you and cuddled close to you.

He gently wrapped your arms around you and kissed you slowly. As you pulled away, you started laughing.

"What now?" he said smiling ear-to-ear.

"I thought I was supposed to be the dominant one in the relationship!" you giggled as you looked him up and down.

"I thought so too... but you take care of me all the time love. I wanted to take care of you Y/N." he expresses as you stare deep into his eyes.

"I don't know what I'm going to do when I go back to Korea. You've done so much for me and given me a feeling I haven't felt before." he said.

"Oh my baby, you're going to make me cry." you say as you tear up.

"I just-" He pauses. "I love you, Y/N."

With that, you burst into tears and hug him tightly. He holds you closely and caresses your locs from root to tip that became unraveled during that heated intimate moment you both shared just moments ago.

"I love you too, Junji." you say as you look up at him.

You both take a deep breath and inhale the fresh smell of flowers hanging from the ceiling as you both watched the sunset from the large window enjoying the view of the cityscape.

The sky had changed colors from oranges to pink as night falls and it makes you realize what you both have been through today. It has truly meant the world to you, and you are grateful you met Junji because otherwise, you wouldn't have anyone who understands you so well, and you feel more secure knowing he feels the same way.

When nobu and shin see shion go in yasus room , they were all anxious about because nana s reaction .

…And so many clues in the story , example in the chapter 69 whe yasu said thanks nana and that “thanku” was so beautiful for her she cried for the happy .. so may chapters after shion say to misato that a “thank you“ sometime is more rewarding than “i love u” if it comes from the person we love more

I know , ren has made SO MANY mistakes and in know yasu Is perfect but I believed that nana and ren were soulmates no matter what …happened . I so sad fo ren… i know.. its crazy, yasu and nana are so special but i still believed that nana x ren was more , no matter what.. till now 😮‍💨

I've been confused, and I think we have all been confused just like you with these occurences to Nana being in love with Yasu, I'm pretty sure Yazawa Ai made all these on purpose just to upset us T..T and as Ren and Nana are my favorite character and favorite couple in the serie, I can tell you I was really upset!

But I'm gonna answer your question, as a Nana&Ren fan : I think she really does love Ren, more than anybody. :-)

I can't help but have a lot in common with Nana, I wasn't abandoned by my mother but I felt quite lonely my whole life, not being able to connect to anyone... until I met that one man. It's another kind of love, I swear, to meet someone that heal you from your sadness, from your loneliness, that becomes a shelter, a light in the dark, the ONLY light. The person became a GOD for you, so you can imagine the devastation when you're left by that one person. And there come Yasu! He's sweet, he's nice, he's always available, always a good hear when you need him... I think Nana really wanted to fall in love with him, she knew it would be a healthiest relationship for her... but she did not. She loved him, but she was not in love with him (at the risk of being scolded by their shipers, I think it goes the same with Hachi x Nobu :p). She cannot love anyone else than Ren, and that's one of the reason why she's quite upset

Do you remember this? That one scene in which she realizes that Yasu will not be able to "save" her - from Ren!

Concerning the scene with Nobu and Shin, "think about the way Nana feels about him", we understand in the serie that Nana is a very possessive person, she wants the person she loves to belong to her, completely. I am a very possessive person too, and it's very complicated to see someone who's interested in you being interested in someone else, because you really feel abandoned. Even if you cannot give love to the person, you need the person to love you, only you. Another interesting cap :

I think That's exactly what she'd like! That yasu keeps on looking after her, without loving anyone else, even if she is unable to give him love (because she loves Ren more :p)

The last two things that I wanted to underline, are the fact that Nana is not that upset about Myu and Yasu relationship. She's a bit angry, but she was in love with Yasu it would be the end of the world for her.

+ I have also noticed, and I don't know if you will agree with me, that as long as the things go well with Ren, Nana doesn't really need Yasu, she runs to him when the things go wrong, doesn't she?

+If she was in love with Yasu, she would have dated him during the two years of breakup with Ren, right? :-)

But this is just my opinion you know, maybe I'm wrong , maybe she's in love with Yasu and the clues you listed are quite relevant too! But I hope my answer managed to make you believe in Nana and Ren for ever ♥

i’ve been reading your analysis/rewatch notes about nana and they are really insightful and helped me understand hachi’s actions a lot more. also they are really funny. I reread the manga and honestly i do think ai yazawa did plan to have a romance story that was about nana and hachi being actually romantic partners in the end (maybe it’s just my head cannon idk). if ai yazawa did come back from hiatus and continued nana how would you like it to end?

anon i'm so sorry i've taken forever to get to this 😭

i really appreciate this though. i'm glad that you could find my notes funny and helpful in better understanding hachi's actions!! :) i regret never finishing my note series. i really enjoyed writing them and loved getting comments from people sharing their own thoughts on any given episode.

all that aside,

a part of me agrees with you that the romance between hachi and nana was intentional. so much so I would argue that they have canonical romantic feelings toward each other. they explicitly describe how they feel as something like true love, something like falling in love for the first time, etc etc. they're also narrating to each other. all these years into the future, and they are still centered in each other's lives. i guess my thing is...i think ai yazawa intended for nana and hachi's ending to be with them together, but i'm not sure it was intended to be read as queer. romantic, sure, but in a platonic way.

the likelihood of nana ever getting finished is low, but if ai yazawa were to come back from hiatus one day, i think it would end with hachi and nana reuniting and potentially living together again. I don't see hachi being with nobu or takumi and i don't see nana ending up with yasu either. nana and hachi pick each other and learn how to properly depend on one another. thats what I think ai yazawa planned.

and i think that would be an ending that satisfies both of their arcs. hachi is meant to learn that maintaining some independence doesn't have to mean being alone and/or lonely. and that the person she can depend on for this need doesn't have to be a man or romantic partner. basically, reuniting with nana is hachi's journey to depending on others in a societally unconventional way, which requires some level of confidence and independence she didn't have at the beginning of the series. nana is meant to finally let herself depend on others and in the process open herself up to love and vulnerability. to realize that despite her disappearance, despite hachi having children now, she still waited for her to come back. to learn to depend on and to be depended on is not only a risk but something fulfilling.

on the question of how the reunion would actually go down...i don't really have too many opinions. would I rather nana finally come back to everyone on her own or for hachi to find her? i'm not really sure. i really don't know which one i would consider better- i think there's an argument for both. i think the manga was pointing in the direction of hachi being the one to cross that bridge though.

maybe ai yazawa WOULD pair off nana and yasu idk. i've personally never really liked them that much together and i don't think nana actually loved him. not like she loved hachi. but i admit i see that being a possibility in ai yazawa's vision. hachi ending up with nobu or takumi? not so much. i truly, genuinely, believe hachi was intended to be a single mother who at least gets to reunite with her old homoerotic bestie in the end.

in conclusion... i don't really care that much whether or not nana and hachi are girlfriends by the end or simply galpals. i just want them to end up together and not date any of the men. it will all be lesbianism to me either way. however, i think the main reason i feel this way is because i don't think we'll ever get an ending lmao. they absolutely end up as girlfriends in MY vision.

i'm sorry in advance that i'm sending you this wall of text. but i've been rereading and rewatching the yorknew arc that now i have /so/ many thoughts on how the succession war arc could mirror and contrast the former wrt the phantom troupe that i wanted to share. also i love reading your hxh theories and meta, they have really helped me gain a better understanding of the characters and themes of hxh. feel free to ignore this tho if it's too much.

when the troupe are gathering to yorknew they remark that it's the first time in years that all members have been together. they also mention that two of their members have been replaced. i think that when they finally gather on tier 1 after several weeks on the black whale two of their members will have been killed.

which members? well back in yorknew chrollo did not send the following members to infiltrate the underground auction: pakunoda, hisoka, kortopi, phinks and bonolenov. on tier 1 the first three won't be part of the mission for obvious reasons, but once again phinks and bono will be absent bc they are already dead.

at the auction franklin and shizuku are the only ones shown killing people (feitan and uvo torture info out of that poor security guard but that's all offscreen). after reaching tier 1 those two will be killed. symbolically franklin is the voice of reason and helps to settle disputes while shizuku cleans up their messes so their deaths would further destabilize the group. tho if shizuku really does die then i hope togashi will never touch machi bc it'd suck of all the female members were killed.

chrollo will again attempt to get close to the heir of a powerful family who has a future based hatsu (neon/tserri) but will fail either bc he'll be unable to gain tserri's trust and/or bc tserri's nen beasts can sense chrollo's intent and attack him.

the ten dons sent the shadow beasts to prevent the pt from stealing the treasures but ultimately they were killed by uvo. in contrast the guardian spirit beasts will succeed in protecting their princes from the pt (my predictions are basically just the pt taking Ls one after the other lmao)

after kurapika finds out that the pt are on the black whale he will confront chrollo but instead of a deathmatch he will strike a deal. in yorknew kurapika was hired as a bodyguard to protect neon from threats and was collaborating with hisoka against the troupe. now kurapika will strike a deal with the pt to help him guard oito and wobble, in exchange he will help the pt find hisoka.

i've seen the theory that nobunaga will want to fight kurapika since he was the most upset about uvo's death. but it think it's interesting that during the hostage situation nobu was willing to follow kurapika's orders to keep chrollo alive. it was phinks and feitan who were opposed to following kurapika's orders. so when kurapika approaches the pt with his proposal i think nobu will agree to it if it's benefical to the troupe while it's feitan who will protest the most.

chrollo will have a rematch with hisoka. he'll probably have assistance from at least one of the spiders, after all he was only able to beat hisoka the first time with help from shalnark and kortopi. most likely machi since she seems to have the strongest connection to hisoka out of the pt. but before chrollo and machi can land the killing blow illumi will intervene and save hisoka's life.

Similarly, I think Kurapika and Chrollo might be forced to form an alliance, even if I don't know how it comes to be. And I agree about wanting something for Hisoka and Illumi, even if I am expecting it to be fucked up :P

In short, I agree with the general idea you have, but I am not sure of the details or if it will mirror Yorshin in such a precise way :)

ok so I marked both indifferent and cute for Jin cause like, I don’t really know how to explain how I feel about him? like I for sure don’t stan him or love him as a romantic interest, but as a character he’s just so damn cute 🥺💕 usually im not a big fan of “older men” characters that play up the age difference a lot (think shingen, sirius, leonardo, etc) but with jin the way he interacts with all his younger brothers is too fucking adorable and incredibly relatable for me (I have two younger brothers who are shits but I would still give the world for them) and whenever he talks about doting on his brothers I’m just like 😭💖 my fucking heart, sir

Dont Know how to feel towards Dazai because on one hand, he’s a supremely interesting character and his route sounded fantastic when my friend was translating it for me (plus bonus Charles!) but on the other hand..... his reason for being revived and his general mindset is like. it hits a little too close to home for my comfort (like with licht). but his character is really cool!! if his route wasn’t all kinds of triggering for me I would read it just because one of my friends loves him a lot 😭

Ive read both his Act 1 and 2 and the way the romance develops between him and Hanako is so precious :sadreach: his childlike personality was endearing from his act 1 itself (I love a man who likes sweets and climbing trees) and I love how fucking petty and cynical he is at times and honestly almost every character I've liked since has had some similarities to Nobu which is embarrassing to admit hshdfjdfjfgg.

there’s also one event that I can’t remember the name of, where he accidentally disrupted a shrine and to placate the god of the shrine Hanako has to find a flower that grows high up on a cliff and offer it at the shrine. she gets the flower, but Nobu realizes where she is and finds her just as she slips off the cliff and catches her and he tells her “I don’t fear the gods or the Buddhas, but the thought of losing you scares me more than anything else” AND I JUST. I CANT. CHARACTERS LIKE THAT ARE SOOOO >>>>>>>>>>>>>>. honestly I dont even think that’s verbatim but this dialogue has lived rent free in my head ever since that event I love him so much

Giyuu had arrived at the Butterfly estate for some minor injuries he received from his recent mission. They weren’t anything too serious but enough for Shinobu to look at and mend.

“Whew!” You sigh out loudly, “Nice work out, Kanao! I’m gonna go find Shinobu now, go relax, you deserve it.” You we’re doing sparring practice with Kanao to keep your skills sharp. As a Hashira, it was important to keep up your skills to protect everyone.

“Shinobu!” You cry out, checking every room for your sister. “Nobuuu where are yyyouuu?!” You hear your sister’s voice from the room two steps away. You quickly turn the corner and peak your head in, “Nobu, there you are. Do you wanna-“

You abruptly end your sentence when you see a shirtless Giyuu with bandages around his chest and arm, sitting on the bed and Shinobu standing next to him with medicated ointment for the small scratches on his face.

You immediately become flustered and stutter out “Ahahaa! T-Tomioka! I’m sorry I didn’t know! I’ll just - I should - I can - I’ll leave. C-catch you later, Nobu!” And with that you ran in the opposite direction as quickly as you could.

Shinobu stood there bewildered not understanding why you’d react in such a way. You’ve met Tomioka before? Why get so shy around him? You’ve been on mission before haven’t you? No need to be so flustered! She looks at Giyuu to continue her treatment when she notices a small and faint blush spreading on his cheeks.

She smiled evilly, finally piecing together what had just happened. She smiled more the usual during the rest of the checkup it made Giyuu scared.

After that, Shinobu would not stop teasing you. Every moment she got, she’d mercilessly attack you and make you blush about Tomioka. She found it really cute to see her sister crushing on someone.

She was hesitant at first, knowing that Tomioka was very timid and aloof and didn’t know if thatd clash well with your personality. But she figured he was just putting on an exterior and that once you’d help him open up then he’d take very good care of you. All she wanted was for him to dedicate his heart to you and treat her sister right.

Shinobu wanted to rush right in to it and just straight up say “Tomioka-San! My sister really likes you! You should ask her out, I know she’d make a lovely wife!” and just see two vibrant, red hashiras stumbling over their words. But she had to resist. She knew it’d be smarter to ease in to it she still rushed you both together a little she was just super excited for her sister

Shinobu would always think of sneaky ways to get Giyuu and you in the same room. She loved seeing the both of you flustered. One day she had you study some medicine in a room filled with large, heavy boxes. She then got Giyuu to move the boxes for her since he was much stronger than her small figure was. You knew exactly what she was doing once you saw Giyuu enter the room asking about boxes and promised to beat her up later for that

Another random thing she planned was inviting you, Mitsuri and Giyuu to dinner. She told you that only Mitsuri was joining to trick you in to it. She tried pulling the same trick on Giyuu but he almost turned down the invitation before she mentioned that you would be there.

Mitsuri was in on Shinobu’s plan and they both told their crows to pretend to send them on a mission so that it was only you and Giyuu at the dinner. Mitsuri and Shinobu ran away giggling, proud of their elaborate plan.

Well, it all payed off in the end. One day Shinobu was looking for you in the Butterfly Mansion. She looked for you in all your usually spots but couldn’t find you. She had one more spot to check, the flower garden.

She made her way there when she heard people speaking. She was about to turn the corner until she recognized long, black untamed hair. She quickly hid back behind the corner and peaked enough to see but also remain undetected

She couldn’t hear much though, you both were talking very quietly. She saw that your cheeks kept getting more and more red. She figured it was just you being shy around him. But then you smiled. Really big. And Tomioka smiled! It was hidden from his hair but she still caught a glimpse! Then you both hugged!!! Shinobu was victorious!!

She leapt from her corner, cheering and clapping her hands. “Oh, my little Y/N just got a boyfriend!!” She startled the both of you and you both let go of each other. Shinobu continued to tease the both of you, ruining the moment. She didn’t ruin it, it made you super happy. She just ended the romantic giddiness of it super early lol

“Who knew Tomioka-San would be so romantic to confess in such a beautiful garden!” “Y/N~ your face is still burning red. You like this flower!” “We need to celebrate with a dinner! Tomioka-San, you’re staying here tonight for a feast.”

Shinobu quickly enlightened Mitsuri on what happened and she squealed so loud. Mitsuri was so so happy for you and couldn’t get over how cute the both of you were

You were thankfully for how relentless Shinobu was. If it wasn’t for your sister, you don’t think either of you would have ever made a move. But now here you are, hand in hand with the man you loved the most, Giyuu Tomioka

Ok hm,,, I don't know that I agree that all isekai romance webtoons would be up Hachi's alley. I think Hachi would primarily read webtoons that turned into drama and movies after - because I just think that is Hachi's major first interest. So things like 'True Beauty', 'What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim', and 'Love Alarm'.

She also reads some lesbian webtoons like 'Wish You Were Gone', 'What does the Fox Say', and 'Mojito' and those are ABSOLUTE secrets and make her feel some feelings before going,,, ANYWAY I AM TOTALLY NOT PICTURING ME IN ANY OF THESE SCENARIOS IM STRAIGHT

She would have some trashy historical webtoons (like 'Beatrice', 'Remarried Empress', and 'Under the Oak Tree') but I think Hachi just speed reads them, gushes and enjoys them unironically, and promptly forgets them when moving on to the next.

Hachi then recommends them to Nana who enjoys those trashy historical webtoons completely Ironically and but looooving the drama and laughing all the while lol.

At one point Nobu sees Nana reading 'Under the Oak Tree' and is scandalized but when Nana tells him it was under Hachi's recommendation he tries reading it but is mostly shocked and disillusioned lol

Tbh I pretty much know "girl" webtoons and idk most of the more actiony kinds. So my recs for even the guys will mostly slant that way... But hm, Nobu would like something like 'Magical 12th Graders', 'I'm Sorry Mother,' and 'Tower of God'. Gag series too. He might read a few of the sexy series that Shin recs but like... only with great shame

And yes our boy Shin... you know those terrible racy webtoons that are bad. Like 'I Have Twin Girlfriends' and 'My Stepmom.' he reads those and he dreams of having them dramatized. Also,, 'Cheating Men Must Die'

Yasu may read something like 'In Full Bloom'. Classy-like, lol.

Reira relates greatly to 'July Found By Chance' and it's her secret favorite because she cannot admit how keenly she relates to the main character.

Otherwise, Reira and Naoki mostly get highly into series like 'The Friendly Winter,' 'Sikeum Saekeum,' 'Can't See Can't Hear But Love,' and 'The Children's Teacher, Mr. Kwon.' They always start out reading series for the lulz but end up sobbing outright about them and being so attached to the characters. Basically, inspiration porn.

Takumi is a boring stick in the mud and doesn't read webtoons and tbh he doesn't deserve them.

Mai probably relates greatly to something like 'Spirit Fingers,' 'The Monster Duchess and Contact Princess,' and 'Tamen de Guchi.'

Asami: 'Touch your Heart' and 'Hell Hath no Fury' (Asami wouuuuld be perfect to play Nana in Hell Hath no Fury drama lol)

awww you are the sweetest 🥺 sorry for taking so long dfjgjfd i wrote this LONG ASS answer and then my computer froze. poof. THAT prolonged this very much lol

so mafia au is inspired by killshot from surveycorpsjeans (amazing if you wanna read tho please mind the tags and its bnha), i also got her permission.

its unfortunately became too long and i might never finish it so allow me to dump the story points:

trapnest and blast are two old gangs with bloody history. blast is passed onto Yasu by his adoptive father who has taken Ren and Yasu under his wing at a young age. They grow up together, who is going to take over is the biggest unknown for the longest time until the oldman declares it's Yasu before dying. Ren is fine with it, he never wanted to be a leader. Even if he is the most skilled hitman among them.

Trapnest is notorious with their cruelty, how they don't recognize or respect anyone's territory, they just invade them. This is Takumi's father's doing. After Trapnest is bestowed upon Takumi it changes a bit. They aren't as reckless, don't rely on sheer power but much more careful and strategical. For some years, gangs remain a state of truce.

Then it's broken when Trapnest tries to take over the businesses on Blast's area.

It comes back in double the force when Ren betrays Blast and joins them. No one understands how or why. Yasu doesn't stop his brother, doesn't go after Ren's blood. Nana on the hand is a completely different story.

Now she ranks second in the mob and her only goal is to obliterate Trapnest (and Ren along the way). Yasu, albeit calmer but he isn't a pushover, you try to invade his territory, you are going to suffer the consequences.

The biggest fight mobs have seen in years occurs. Trapnest and Blast puts everything on the line. It's bloody, it's unforgiving and ugly. Nana almost kills Ren, Yasu shoots at her gun, flying it out of her hand. They lose.

Fast forward to a couple years, BLAST licks their wounds and Nana comes up with a new plan. Nobu's woman Yuri tells them there is a stripper at the club whose regular customer is Takumi for years. It's weird that Takumi keeps coming back to the same place for years considering how much of an open target that makes him. This girl is so much more than a stripper and if Takumi has a weakness then Nana wants to use it.

Her plan is pretty simple, go to the club, pretend to be a customer and make the girl talk. She knows mafia men has this habit to give so many unnecessary info to their woman, you can see it clearly with Nobu and Asami. Girl can practically demolish the entire gang because Nobu babbles post orgasm.

Mai, intel of the mob finds that her name is Nana, she is a 25 year old who is working there since she was 19. She tells them there is another stripper; Shin, whose patron is Reira.

It's quickly decided that Nana will take the boy and Nobu the girl. They go to the club, 'Nocturnal'.

Kyosuke is the bouncer, Junko is the barmaid (hello Junko's room). They aren't very integral to the story I just want to tell you they are there. The club itself isn't very lavish. If there was an annual mafia convention, it wouldn't be held there for sure.

Nana looks around the room, pretty jaded, annoyed with loud music, then she sees her. Hachi is on top of the poll, rotating slowly upside down. She is wearing lace, baby doll pink, her platform boots are white. Nana thinks she looks like a princess rather than a stripper.

"Nobu, beat it." she says. "I am going to take the girl." Nobu isn't happy about it (he thought the girl was pretty too after all) but he resigns. Yasu takes Shin instead, not trusting Nobu to act interested enough to not to raise suspicion.

Nana requests Hachi to a private room. "Oh, Princess?" a man with long hair notes down. Princess. It's so cliche Nana can't help but roll her eyes but it suits the girl, she thinks.

Hachi arrives at the velvet room and the show begins.

Nana doesn't want to raise suspicion but she isn't here to see Princess shake her ass either. She comments on Hachi's name (rather sarcastically) and Hachi pouts. "Let's hear your unique name then."

"My name is Nana."

Hachi almost loses her balance but doesn't give her real name. Smart girl. That's okay, Nana will learn everything there is to know about her. She will list her favourite colors, she will send her mom flowers.

Nana quickly gathers that Hachi is more or less a spoiled brat, despite being here to serve Nana, she manages to be demanding. She should be a terrible stripper. But she is also cheerful, laughs like bell chimes, witty and smart. Incredibly charming. Nana understands. She gets why Takumi keeps coming back, she thinks it's impossible to be around this woman for so long and not to fall in love with her. If Takumi had a heart of course.

Nana is going to steal her from Takumi.

so i will leave it at that and if i am certain i won't be able to write this i will elaborate. I have so much love for this story. Sometimes I sit on ideas for years before finally writing them lol

hi, i dont know how comfortable you are with writing for less popular chracters but could i get some Aone from Haikyuu comforting you after a bad day? Something with acts of service, like making you tea, doing the laundry for you and such

A/N: Omg yes! I adore Aone, he's one of my favorites, but I know I don't write much for him, which I hope to change. And I love the way your mind works Anon! Sorry it took me so long to see it, I've been camping for the last four days and the cell reception where I was is shitty at best and I didn't have my laptop with me, not to mention my weird work hours. Also, you didn't mention gender pronouns so I made this gender neutral. I hope you like it!

Summary: Aone comforts you after a bad day.

Your shoulders felt heavy as you left the lecture hall, wondering what had pissed in everyone's rice this morning. Everyone seemed to have been in a bad mood.

Your boss had been particularly unforgiving that morning, and all of your hard work seemed to have been overlooked for the one mistake that had been made by a worker who was just there for the paycheck.

Your professors, on top of it all, had decided that towards the end of the semester would be the perfect time to add on multiple projects that made up a large part of your grade, all due within hours of each other.

Your bag felt heavy and your shoulders felt like they were holding cement bricks. You just wanted to go home and relax, but as always, you had things to do.

Whispering pulled you out of your little despair party and you couldn't help the smile that broke out across your face when you spotted the reason for the whispers.

"Nobu!" you called, rushing over.

He gave a small smile when he saw you, pushing off the gates he had been leaning against the catch you when you ran at him.

He barely moved when you collided, still as sturdy as he had been in high school.

"Hey sweetheart," he murmured.

"Hey, how was your day?" you asked, feeling a little bit better just having him at your side.

He shrugged, giving you a look.

"Babe, you don't have to, I know that you had a long day too," you told him, gripping your backpack straps.

He gave you the look again, and you sighed, handing it over.

"How was your day?" he asked, putting a hand lightly on your back.

"Long," you admitted, running a hand over your hair. "Professors are buckling down on projects and work was kind of a shit show."

Takanobu made a small noise, and you leaned into him.

He wrapped his arm around your shoulders, and you entangled your fingers together.

"What do you want for dinner?" you asked as you walked to your apartment. "I really don't feel like cooking much tonight. How do you feel about ordering take-out?"

"I can do it," he offered.

"It's okay, I know you had a long day," you told him.

"I want to," he replied. "You had a long day too."

You glanced at him, realized he wasn't doing to let this go, so you nodded.

"Alright, only if you want to though. There's always leftovers if worst comes to worst."

"Let me do this for you," he murmured, pressing a quick kiss to your temple.

You sighed, knowing that he wasn't going to let this go. "Alright Nobu, if that's what you want."

"I want to," he affirmed, squeezing your fingers lightly.

Takanobu had never been considered a people person, most people were terrified of him because of his stature and his resting bitch face. Not to mention that most of the time, he didn't know his own strength.

But he had never been like that with you.

He had always been hesitant to touch you, scared of hurting you, no matter whether you thought you could handle it or not.

Instead, doing things for you had been his way of showing you.

And, through the years, he had gotten more confident in touching you, though acts of service was still his main way of telling you how much he cared about you.

Carrying your bags, opening any door that didn't open on it's own, cooking dinner, cleaning the house when you had a weekend off, running baths when you got home late and he had been home for a while.

You were glad when you apartment building came into view.

And you had never been more glad that your apartment was on the third floor.

The elevator ride was a short one- the majority of which was spent with your boyfriend holding you to his chest just a little too hard, something you were okay with right now-, and Takanobu had his keys out before you could even reach for yours.

With someone with such big hands, he was surprisingly quick with them.

"Go sit down," Takanobu murmured, nudging you towards the couch gently, trying not to jostle you too much.

You were too tired to argue with him at this point, and plopped onto the couch with little preamble, listening to him chuckle as he moved around in the kitchen, things clinking together softly.

You sighed, breathing in the scent of your shared home, and pulled yourself up onto the couch, turning over onto your back to stare at the ceiling.

A kettle screaming alerted you to tea that he was making, and soon enough, there it was in your hand, just the way you liked it.

You sipped it contently, letting the warmth spread through your body, willing the tension out of your shoulders and then the rest of your body as things started sizzling on the stove.

Takanobu, in between checking dinner and starting laundry, took small breaks to press kisses to your face and head.

"I love you," you murmured, cupping his face during one of these breaks, thumbing over his cheeks. "Seriously Nobu, thank you for this."

"I love you too," he replied, pressing quick kisses to your lips before he scurried off to the kitchen to check on dinner again.

Yeah, he had already made your bad day so much better.

Kinoshita: Ren's assistant and "voice of conscience"

I decided to make an analysis about one of the most underrated character in Nana (also because he doesn't appear that much) but who I appreciate so much. Prepare yourself for a very long post to read because my beloved Kinoshita deserves it! ;) Kinoshita has been introduced as Ren assistant: his role is to drive Ren home when he's too tired, to remind him his schedule, to help him with whatever he needs. Kinoshita is also a big fan of Ren, so he's excited to have the opportunity to work with his idol. When we first see him in the manga, he's driving Ren home after a long day work. He's fashinated about Ren's expensive car and when Ren tells him that it's just a car and he doesn't matter about apprearance unlike Takumi, Kinoshita says to him that he's very talented and rich but he's not ambitious despite this. He also says that he let Takumi have control even his music and that it's when he plays punk music that he gives is best. Kinoshita is firmly convinced that Ren soul belongs to punk and that's the kind of music he should do. Probably in the old days he would have been a huge fan of former Blast! XD He sees the potential of Ren and he's aware that Takumi is "suppressing" it asking him to write songs more suitable for Reira's voice (which is definitely not punk).

At first Ren laughs about Kinoshita's words, because they just seems the words of an excited fan, but later he realized that maybe those words werent' that stupid. In fact, during a talk with Takumi, the latter says something that immediately make Ren remind of Kinoshita. Takumi basically confirmed what Kinoshita himself said before: Ren shows his best when he act like a rebel punk and he plays punk music. Can we just spend one minute looking at Ren's face expression in the last image of the panel below? He's smiling, but there's a sad expression on his face after he realized that Kinoshita's words were right. I think in that moment Ren realized what he had left behind and the fact that he's not free as he was in the past. He has to play the role of Trapnest's guitarist and he can't be anymore just Ren Honjo. Suddenly Takumi's kingdom was not so bright anymore compared to his own one little kingdom he abandoned.

So we can say that Kinoshita is the first one who really realized Ren's real potential and he has no fear to tell him directly.

Another thing that I appreciate about Kinoshita is exactly that he doesn't have fear to tell what he thinks and he has the courage to do it even about Takumi. Despite his evident bad attitude, nobody in Cookie staff has the courage to rebel against Takumi: they just wait for hsi orders and obey to them even if they don't agree. But one day, while talking to Ren, Kinoshita finally expresses what in my opinion is the thought of everyone: they are just little soldiers at the service of Takumi. He respects him and he recognize that he's an excellent business man, but he's not good when it comes to treat people in a decent way. He lacks of empathy and of other things on a human level. Even if Ren doesn't seem to appreciate this, I think Kinoshita was totally right and also I love how he feels at ease to confess to Ren his thoughts and opinion: he doesn't seem to simply consider Ren as an idol or a person he has to take care of but as a sort of friend to whom he can feel free to talk.

Later in the story, Kinoshita starts to re-evaluate Takumi after he found a solution to stop the scandal between Ren and Reira. He understands that Takumi actually cares about the band and its members and he carefully thinks about everything to avoid bad situations or loss that may bring damages to Cookie Music. Also, he doesn't see himself anymore only as Ren's assistant (like he has done until that moment) but he starts to see himself as a "vassal" of Trapnest, embracing Takumi's vision that he had criticized before. Ren is very happy to know that, look at his smile.

And now let's talk about Ren's drug addiction and how Kinoshita reacts to that. Of course Kinoshita knows about Ren's problem but he also knows he can't do a lot to be helpful. When Ren tries to get rid of all the cocaine he has but then starts to suffer from withdrawal, while they are driving to Cookie Music, Kinoshita notices that Ren doesn't feel good at all and tries to convince him to go to the hospital instead of going to work. Ren won't listen to reasons and yell at him to bring him at Cookie Music (knowing that Narita will give him drug). In the end Kinoshita obey to his order, but since he's really worried and not satisfied he later decided to call Takumi and inform him about Ren's conditions. Despite he doesn't like Takumi, he knows that he's the only one he can ask for help because Takumi has something he lack of: the power to find a solution even to the most complicated things. The binomial hate-admiration that Kinoshita has for Takumi is evident from the beginning to the end of the serie. I won't put images of the above mentioned scenes because Tumblr allows you to put only 10 images per post and I need to reserve the space for other images of more important scenes, but I'm sure you all remeber both the scenes I mentioned.

Another thing I want to point out is Kinoshita's vision about Nana and Ren's relationship. We can say that he has always been very considerate about their relationship and he never doubted even for a second that Nana wasn't sincere about Ren. He had understood from Ren that they truly loves each other and he sincerely wanted them to stay together. The little panel below is an example of this: Nana and Ren were having hard times and they rarely met each other. They had just found a new house but they couldn't spend time together in it and Kinoshita seemed to be very sorry because he saw how much Ren needed to stay with her.

Another scene were he demonstrates he cares for Nana and Ren's relationship is when Search publish that scandalous article and all the media start to talk about this, inventing fake things. Ren doesn't say a word and Kinoshita encourages him to do what he want, telling him that if he wants to spend good words about his girlfriend in front of the reporters, he won't prevent him from doing it. He says to Ren "follow what your heart tells you to do", which is the same thing that Yasu himself had told him in the bathroom during the Trapnest Vs. Blast show, when they spoke about Ren's drug addiction and Nana's hyperventilation attacks. Again, Kinoshita is acting like a supportive friend to Ren and not only as a mere assistant. When Ren refuses to do it and defines his old band members and friends (including his girlfriend) "old thrown away partner", Kinoshita seems shocked by that reaction. I personally was shocked too when I read it, because Ren really acted like a jerk in that moment. He put his career and Trapnest above his love and realtionship and friends, acting like Takumi would have acted, and so for Kinoshita (who in that moment still didn't appreciate Takumi for this) it must have been disappointing to see him acting in that cold way towards his lover and friends who were being accused.

Later, while Trapnest are in London, Ren realises that he acted like he didn't care and he reminds of Kinoshita's words (exactly like it happened when he told him he gave his best when he played punk music).

When Ren and Nana separate and Ren refuses to go fetch her because he feels ashamed to meet her and tell her about his drug addiction, Kinoshita takes the initiative and decide that if Ren needs to be encouraged to go to Nana, then he will be the person who will encourage him. He knows that Ren needs Nana and he hopes that reuniting with her could help him to feel better and convince him to stop taking drugs. While they are in Ren's car driving towards Cookie Music and Ren is talking about this with Hachi on the phone, Kinoshita asks him where Nana is in that moment and when he answers "Osaka", Kinoshita immediately change direction and starts to drive towards Osaka.

Again Kinoshita brings out his rebel side and affirms that he can't do what the staff expect him to do or follow Takumi's orders: he's convinced that he's doing the right thing (and he was definitely doing it in my opinion). He blames again Takumi and his way of handling the situation, knowing that what Ren needs is professional help and a break to recover, but Ren suddenly brings out the reality of the fact: he's not disappointed by Takumi or the staff, he's disappointed by him, his own hero, the idol he estimates so much. Kinoshita doesn't know what to answer, he doesn't want to hurt Ren and probably he doesn't want to admit to himself that Ren is right. In the last scene of the panel below, Kinoshita's expression is very sad because he realized that there's nothing he can do anymore to help Ren. He did his best but he failed. I think it must have been hard for him to realize that.

I think we can make a comparison here: Kinoshita has always idealized Ren exactly as Nobu did. They both saw Ren has an invincible hero, a perfect creature to admire and they wish to be like him, but then they realized that not all that glitters is gold and that Ren wasn't as perfect as they saw him. He was actually more fragile then them and they feel powerless because they knew they couldn't do anything to help him. When you idealize a person so much and then you discover that person isn't as you saw him/her, then you feel disappointed and that's what happened to both Kinoshita and Nobu.

Last but not least, after Ren's death Kinoshita tries his best to complete what Ren has left incomplete. His thoughts aren't for Trapnest's future or Cookie Music or for his work: his thoughts are for Nana, just like the last thoughts of Ren were. Kinoshita's mission is to be a sort of "emissary" who has to bring to Nana the feelings Ren was going to express her, his last words, his thoughts for her. The scene below is so sad but I love it, it's one of my favorite in the manga. Looking at Kinoshita crying while saying that "Please, accept it" breaks my heart evry time. He's literally begging Nana to take that present which Ren wanted to give her but didn't manage to, he wants Ren to be happy wherever he is in that moment, knowing that his wish has been fulfilled.

So, after all this recap of Kinoshita's moments, I think we can say that he's not only a mere assistant for Ren, but he's also a friend. His feelings for Ren are sincere, he doesn't praise him because he wants to keep his work, he praise him because he sincerely admire him. Kinoshita knows Ren needs and try to help him as much as he can, not only with his work but even more with his personal life. And if we consider all the times he has said something and Ren hasn't taken him seriously, but later realized how much he was right, we can say that Kinoshita's role in the story is to be Ren's "voice of conscience", that voice we all have inside us that says to us what is the right thing to do (but we often ignore it like Ren did). Kinoshita is a sort of mixture between Yasu and Nobu: he gives Ren the same advices as Yasu would have given him and he admire him like Nobu did. I think this is a good thing for Ren, because now that he's not a member of Blast anymore he doesn't have much time to see his old and true friends (not that Naoki and Reira aren't his friends but...well, in my opinion they can't be compared to Yasu and Nobu), so having Kinoshita near is like having a part of his friends with him all the time.

I hope this super long post hasn't annoyed you and I hope now we can all love Kinoshita together because he deserves a lot of love for what he did ♥.

Thousand Light Years

Aone trusts his mother more than anyone, but does he love her more than you.

Aone’s father was rarely present in his life. His mother taught him everything, how to ride a bike, how to be gentle despite his size. No matter how gentle Aone was, he never seemed to get a romantic interest. Sure, he liked girls but he never found one that liked him back. Due to this, Aone built a heavy bond with this mother, she was always there for him, she never judged him. Deemed a momma’s boy, Aone would always value his mothers opinions. The first time Aone talked about her, his mother got worried. She didn’t want her baby boy to get hurt again. “ Takanobu, how is volleyball going?”, she desperately tried to change the subject. The second time she was brought up, Aone asked his mother what type of flowers girls liked. “Now he wants to get her flowers?” his mother thought. “ I have to go to the store, baby, make sure you eat ok?”, after a chaste kiss on the cheek, she bolted out the door. Aone wasn’t dumb but he surely was confused as to why his mother has been doging his questions lately. “ Maybe she wants to meet her. '' Futakuchi comforted his tall friend. Aone gave a chaste grunt and continued to eat. “Maybe she’s jealous Aone-san!” Koganegawa said with too much emotion. Everyone's eyes darted to him as he continued voicing his opinion. “ My mom is pretty jealous too! I remember in junior high, this girl liked me so I took her to come meet my mom. She was so dry and out of it. Figure, your mom might be like that too.” Kogane went back to munching on his lunch, as if he just didn’t provide Aone with the explanation to his problem. “Look, I know you really want your mom to know her but take yourself into consideration man. It won’t end well if they meet, don’t lose this chance” Keiji barely said before the lunch bell rang. (Y/N) had the habit of sending notes to Aone in the middle of class. She figured since he didn’t like talking, maybe he liked writing. “ What’s wrong nobu-san?” the small note read. Oh how he wanted to tell her everything. In the small time they got to know each other, she became a safe place for him. Almost like his mother. The day went by fast, as Aone’s thoughts consumed him. Surely his mother had to accept the girl that was making his son’s heart flutter. “ Get you head out of it” Aone’s thoughts were broken as Futakuchi sat next to him on the train. “ I have a plan so I’m going over to yours, is that ok?” A simple nod is all he received. “ I want to see how your mom reacts, I’ve known her for two years, sure she’s quite like you but she doesn't seem like the jealous type. I’ll slowly bring up (Y/N) and see how it goes. I just want to see you happy man”. Aone felt grateful for the wonderful friends he had. He was alone most of his life, and now he has friends helping him and his romantic dilemmas.

Aone’s house is a quick walk from the train station, the boys were easily at Aone’s front porch within a couple minutes. “ Hello Mrs.Aone!” Futakuchi saif cheerfully, thinking of how to initiate his plan. “ Hello Keiji-kun, will you stay to eat?”...” With your food? Always”. Three plates later, Futakuchi slumped in his chair. “ Ah, everything I come over I eat like a starved man.” he stated, patting his tummy. “ I’ll pack some for your mother too. I’ll be back” After she walked out, the plan commenced. “ Ok Aone, I’m going to make a fake phone call to (Y/N), I don't know, I’ll add something related to Christmas. I’ll make it sound like she really cares for you, then your mom would be ok with it right?” Keiji said excitedly. Aone’s head slanted like a confused bear. “ To be fair, I said I had a plan, never said it was a good plan.” Aone’s mother’s footsteps could be heard walking back to the dining room. He quickly dialed (Y/N) to commence the plan. “Hello?” you answered, confused as to why Futakuchi would call you. “ Oh hey! Yea, I think he would definitely Like that '' Futakuchi said out loud, making sure Aone’s mother could hear. “Hmm, Aone always liked turtles, maybe something of that sort” Futakuchi’s loud voice made Aone;s blush deepen. “ Futakuchi-san, what are you talking about?” You were not even more confused. You knew he knew about your crush on his best friend but he didn’t think he would outwardly call you about it, though it did help since you were planning to confess to him on Christmas day. “ Keiji-kun, its rude to speak on the phone while you're in the table” Aone’s eyes shot up to his mother. She never commented on someone else's actions, especially when she talks on the phone in the table too. “ Sorry, ‘I’ll call you later (Y/N)’ Again, sorry for being rude Mrs.Aone, I think its best for me to leave, thank you for the food” Futakuchi power walked to the door, giving a signal to Aone that he’ll text him later.

“ Yea, you’re mom is definitely jealous” The notification pulled up on Aone’s phone. “ She never comments on my actions :('' a second message came in. Determined to fix the issue, Aone made his way to his mother’s room. “Hi baby, what’s up” his mother looked up from her book. “Why are you acting weird” he bluntly stated. “ I have no ide-”...” The first time I have a girl that likes me back, you act all different. I thought you would be happy for me.” Aone said with a monotone voice. “ Takanobu, baby, you wouldn;t understand. What she feels for you is temporary. Don’t you remember what Sayu made you feel? She liked you for one week and left you. What makes you think that (Y/N) won’t do the same? They all just want to hurt you, like your dad hurt me” He saw his mother spit every word out. He knew his after leaving caused a heavy impact on her. He became the man of the house, a pillar for his mother to lean on. He could never leave his mother. What if she had a point? What if you temporarily liked him? Why would he leave his mothers side to be with someone who would love him for one day? He kneeled down by his mother, tears threatening to spill out. “ Takanobu, look at me. You can;t continue to like her. She will never love you like I do” Her words opened the gates to his tears. She held her son once again, despite his large size, he would always be her little boy.

Everyone noticed how Aone seemed to ignore you in school. You couldn’t say he stopped talking to you, the only form of communication the both of you had was through small notes. You naive mind tried to find excuses. “ What if he is trying to play hard to get, it’ll make the confession much more worth it now. Wait. isn;t tomorrow Christmas?!” Taking out a small note, you quickly wrote. Passing it to Aone’s seatmate. Aone opened the small note, wanting to not even read it, remembering his mothers words. “Please meet me by the Christmas Tree outside the school gate around sun down tomorrow!” Aone crumbled the small letter in his palm and placed it in his pocket. Tomorrow he would tell you how he felt. Tomorrow finally came, you put on a beautiful christmas dress. It was a deep blue, complementing Aone’s name and white hair. You grabbed the neatly wrapped present and made your way to the school gates. The sun was setting way faster than you expected, the street lights were coming on as you saw Aone from a distance, sitting on the bench near the highly decorated tree. “Aone-san!” you quietly yell as you power walk to him. His eyes stayed fixated on the tree, not wanting to look at you. Sitting down next to him, you pushed the present towards him. “No thank you” is all he said. Turning his face to you, you saw his tear stained face. “ I always dreamed of finding a soulmate. Getting excited to see a single person is all I ever wanted. I thought it was you too, but you’re just like the rest.” Aone softly said. His words were like baldes to your heart. “What?” your voice cracked. “ My mother always knows what is right, I loved you (Y/N), I really did, but I trust her more than you. Looking at the stars, I remembered you and I asked if there was anyone for me, perhaps in another galaxy far from here. I will keep looking for a thousand light years”. Aone simply stood up and walked away. The cold wind comforted you, the dim lights made the tears streaming down your face look like shooting stars. With shaking hands, you opened the gift. Pulling out the small turtle ceramic, you smashed it on the floor, revealing a turtle keychain with the small words “Be Mine?”
