Hello buddy! <3 of course you can! As someone who has PCOS myself and is currently going through trying to regulate my hormones through my diet and medications this hits home. I hope you enjoy the headcanons hun!

Headcanons for a female S/O that has PCOS:

Nana Osaki (I picked her, since it didn't specify which one):

She never thought about you gaining weight in the first place.

When you told her what your doctor said, she hugged you, not really sure what else to do.

When you start your new medications and your mood swings go in different directions, she doesn't take it to heart and will give you space and time for yourself unless you tell her you want her there.

Knows what PCOS is and figured you had something like that with the signs. To be honest, he already had things ordered like vitamins and low sugar snacks and drinks for you. He got them the day you went to the doctor.

QUIET TIMES

16:27, Tuesday

The scratches of your pencil flooded your mind as your eyebrows scrunched in deep thought. The current assignment for school had been more grueling than anticipated.

Grabbing the sky stained bowl you cut your eyes at him, 「You’re hilarious.」

Lathering his hair in blue the slouching of the dye rang through your ears.

Having the timer go off a final time you began to wash the excess dye out of Shin’s hair.

She helped you care for your daughter going with you to every appointment for treatments and checkups,holding you when you cried about how much you were afraid of losing your baby girl,and whenever you were tired or out she would jump in tending to and helping your daughter with whatever was needed

She and her friends along with your family planned to have a singing event in honor of her after the two of you found out her condition was rapidly going downhill and as a way to bring some comfort to her you would sing a song you wrote for her

She sat with your daughter while you singed and after you hugged her tightly while she smiled at both of you with tears in your eyes as she told you she was proud of you

You didn't know how much longer the two of you would have her but you both were going to enjoy every single moment you had left

You and Nobuo were lying in bed that evening, talking about the future and your dreams; you have been in a relationship for over a year and have been slowly thinking about living together. Of course, somewhere close to the studio, so that your boyfriend can easily meet his friends at band rehearsals, but also in a place where you are close to your work in the cafe. Your relationship was full of joy and intimacy, you loved spending time with each other, going on dates, and developing your passions together. Even if you didn’t know much about music, you loved listening to your boyfriend, and even if he didn’t understand your hobbies, he also wanted to participate in them, even buying you small gifts or going with you wherever you asked.

This weekend you decided to spend together in your flat; you decided to cook something good and wanted to encourage your partner to watch ‘Pokémon’. Nobuo always carried a guitar and a notebook to write down notes or lyrics, so when you were making food in the kitchen, he would play calm melodies on the chair next to you, tuning the instrument.

The twenty-year-old seemed to be calm and watched you and his beloved instrument carefully all the time, but you were still thinking. Even as you put your tasty dinner on the deep plates, you bit your lip and jumped from foot to foot, not knowing what to do.

“...Will you teach me to play your guitar, Nobu?” You asked suddenly what made the instrument go silent. The brown-eyed man looked at you with great surprise, but after a few seconds a huge smile appeared on his pale face and a sincere sparkle in his eyes.

“On... my guitar?” He repeated in surprise, and you nodded slowly, feeling unimaginably embarrassed.

You never dreamed of playing an instrument, but the passion your boyfriend put into the game was amazing. So you wanted to know why he loved the guitar and music so much.

“Yes... If that’s not a problem. I just thought about this question for a long time and asked it out of curiosity... You don’t have to do it if it’s too much for you, baby!” You said a little more stressed this time, but the man immediately got up from the high, black chair and then walked over to you. A quick kiss on the lips made you blush.

In the next two hours you learned the basics; about a few finger positions that did not cause you any difficulties at the moment.

Your boyfriend was delighted, and seeing your smile and curiosity in your eyes, he knew that he couldn’t find a better partner. Every day you surprised him with something new, something unusual. Nobuo really thought you were an angel sent to him after all the heartbreak and pain he had before he met you.
