Need supervillain ghost who has a crush on normal citizen soap. Imagine ghost trying to figure out ways to properly court soap… yeah he’s this big bad guy who just destroyed the town over there but a guy can still love right?

After just throwing a car into a hero, ghost walks right into a flower shop and orders a bouquet with soaps favorite flowers (how does he know soaps preferred flowers?….uh..um…) so he can work up the courage to give them to his crush (he ends up bailing in the last second though and just drops them in front of soaps apartment door)

This is a common occurrence

Or

Normal citizen soap having to explain to his family why there’s drawings of the villain (ghost) who had just showed up on the news because he just destroyed a whole town. Bonus if there’s hearts surrounding the drawings

A deep dive into COD:MW3 remake trailer

Ok I’ve been meaning to analyse this trailer for months and I need to do this before the game officially comes out and I get spoilers, so lets jump right in.

side note: loved the music in the trailer got me dancing fr

In this close up shot we see Soap walking into this red light diluted by external lighting in front of him. Red in cinema often associates with strength and power and/or danger and warning. Because he is walking into this red diluted light this could hint at him walking into a hidden danger maybe. Or maybe Soap is going to step up more this game/story leading more into his potential power/strength. Or maybe he betrays the 141 but I really doubt that lol or maybe he dies.

In this scene we see Ghost in a high angle looking into the camera while it slowly zooms closer to him. High angles position the subject seem smaller both physically and metaphorically making the subject seem less powerful then they actually are. This is a contrast from how they showed Ghost in the MW2 trailer where they showed him in eye-level shots or low angle shots, which creates the opposite effect to a high angle. So safe to say I’m a little scared for him in MW3 ahhhhh.

Both scenes effectively use the rule of thirds with the subjects in the frame making them well-composed and overall very cool.

This shot I liked for a few difference reasons. The two subjects are positioned in the centre of the frame with a low angle showing strength. The lighting in this scene highlights the two people with shadows surrounding them enhancing the main focus of them in the scene.

Not gonna lie I just liked the cool over the shoulder/POV shot they decided it gives character prospective.

Overall this trailer is very cool cinematic wise, it likes to experiment with different angles and movement which I loved and I hope they incorporate that into the game as well. Personally very scared for the characters in this game but I’m also very excited to see where they go with the story.
