This is about modern AUs and fic settings and what is FUN for them, not about your favorite ship. I repeat: You are not voting for your favorite ship overall.

I REPEAT: You are not voting for an endgame ship. The new romance is with an unrelated person.

Do not comment with any ship hate. This is for fun and shenanigans and ribbing each other in good humor. Do I ship all of these? No. Do I think those ships I don't personally go hunting for are bad? Also no. We are all just here to play around with words and pixels on a screen.

"Why did you do the bolding and the red?" I do a lot of polls for fun and you would not believe the number of tags and comments I get with "oh I didn't read the question and voted wrong."

I have to say, I finally picked up the Jedi Quest series and yikes on trikes, nothing on EARTH could prepare me for how desperately I want to pick 14-yr old Anakin up and just shake him.

Every single time this kid opens his mouth, he shoves his foot in it.

On the one hand, could it be the inconsistent writing and the target age-range limiting the narrative? Sure. Does it make Anakin any more likeable? Absolutely not.

In other news, I would die for Tru, Darra, and Ferus. They are *adorable.* And Siri slow-roasting Obi-Wan over an open flame at any given opportunity is my new favourite thing.

Siri: I would die for you.

Also Siri, in the same sentence: get wrecked, bitch.

the real tragedy of The Clone Wars inventing Satine as Obi-Wan's doomed love interest instead of just using Siri Tachi is that we never got to see Anakin and Ferus Olin's epic rivalry playing out on the battlefield during the war while their masters desperately pretend they're not yearning to smooch each other in the background

So I was watching this video and I am contemplating writing a oneshot(?) about Ferus mentioning Force healing in passing to Anakin while they are padawans and Anakin just being like:

Anakin: “Wait, wait, wait. That’s a thing???”

Ferus: “Uh, Yeah? Why, do you ask?”

Anakin: “Obi-wan has told me kriffing nothing about this.”

Ferus:

Anakin:

Ferus: “Wait, you’re not joking?!”

Anakin: “Why the kriff would I joke about this!?”

Ferus with a sharp inhale: “For Force sake— Uh, okay, okay, would you like to be taught the basics of Force healing?”

Anakin: “Hell yes. Tell me right kriffing now.”

———————————————————————

Ferus then ends up teaching Anakin how to fully Force Heal (with some help from Siri) and because he does, his mom doesn’t die and Anakin doesn’t go on a rampage.

(Anakin will now die for Ferus and Ferus has scary dog privileges and pretty boy privileges. But he has no idea that he has either of those things.)

I posit that any AU where Ferus didn't leave the Order resulted in him and Anakin, mid/late-teens, having Hate Makeouts in a closet with such regularity that Siri and Obi-Wan started taking missions on opposite sides of the galaxy so these two wouldn't be able to spar and get themselves Worked Up
