*Somewhere in a galaxy far far away*
Alpha-17: *Lights cigarette and downs the whole thing in one drag.*
Fordo: *watching in disbelief waiting for the cloud*
Alpha-17: *coughs a little*
Fordo: “…Do you exhale?”
Alpha-17: “What’dya mean?”
Fordo: “When you smoke? Do you exhale it?”
Alpha-17: “I don’t understand the question mate.”
Fordo: “Your fucking with me. You do know when you smoke you’re supposed to inhale then exhale it.”
Alpha-17: “That’s just silly.”
Fordo: “So you’re telling me when you smoke you smoke the whole lot without breathing?”
Alpha-17: “That’s how you’re supposed to do it.”
Fordo: “No it isn’t that’s how you fucking die!”
Alpha-17:*laughs* So you’re telling me when you open your canteen you take a sip and spit it out? How else do you quench your thirst?”
Fordo: “Your fucked up, how long ya been smoking for?”
Alpha-17: “Ten years.”
Fordo: “And how old are we?”
Alpha-17: “Bought twelve and a half I’d say.”
Fordo: “…Your gonna fucking die of lung cancer mate. Your gonna get punched in the face with the long dick of cancer!”

5 with padme
5-Out of all your fanworks that include [character], which is your favourite?
I have soooo soooo many WIPs of Padmé that are honestly better than the ones I have right now, lol
But I have a soft spot for these ones:
I also love this one a lot despite being a extremely rough wip. She's such a baby here
(sadly a bit of the joke/humour is lost if translated to english, but basically is just Anakin warning her about how obvious is that they must have a fair lot of money )

Palpatine’s Thoughts on the Rebellion, the Empire and Power.
Here are some more of Palpatine’s inner thoughts during the Battle of Endor featured in the short story, “Then Fall, Sidious”.
I find the part in the last paragraph where he says “…strength is not a fist, but a burden. I will do what must be done to make this galaxy great because it is what I am called to do,” particularly interesting. It sounds almost like he feels called to “protect” the galaxy.
Anyway, like I’ve said before, I highly recommend this story to any Palpatine fan, who likes to see a more human side of him.

every piece of star wars canon that involves han solo really just further confirms that despite his very extreme attempts to cultivate the image of himself as a cutthroat, selfish, money-hungry loner who looks out for himself and his wallet alone he actually imprints like a baby duckling on anyone he spends more than five minutes in the presence of and would sacrifice anything for his friends and i have to say i love it and he is the most character for this. truly ahead of his time.

When I say "I want to see more Mandalorian culture" I don't mean the "this is how xyz is connected to being a warrior!" I mean "these are the art movements within Mandalore, these are the famous songs in Mandalore, this song/art movement has origin in Mandalore/Mandalorian people, these are the ways that were adopted when a large group of people WILLINGLY joined Mandalorians, this is the festivals/cultural events that happen, this is a famous poet, this is a famous writer"
Connecting it to the warrior side is all good, but there's always more to culture than "they were really good warriors that started wars Often"
