I kinda like KonDami, their apokolips ver precisely, but i don't understand why almost every post about them is just to make Tim and Jon jealous, not necessarily the characters themselves. And is always against Kon????? 😩😩 like the whole idea of that is just to put together JonDame so why put Kon in there if even his interest, Tim, is against him just for (fake) dating his brother?? It would've been the same if Damian was with an OC.

Here is my second TFFL oneshot/fanfiction! This time is Megatron centered!
Megatron Records #92: The History Behind Triple Changer Experiments

Megatron sat down on the desk in front of the camera pointing right at him. It had already started to record, but he didn't mind. Bringing out a little black box, stuffed full to the brim with papers, Megatron started to sift through them.
To relieve his stress over the war, Megatron had decided to record himself talking about many things about the Decepticons; partly because it made him feel like he was a ruler being interviewed, and it would be best for future generations of Decepticons to find this and see how glorious the Decepticon leader was. Also, he liked the sound of his own voice. Megatron’s soldiers were the ones who put the slips of paper in the box, having written what they wanted Megatron to talk about in front of the camera. Usually, he would not have done such a thing, since he was quite good at writing poetry, but after only thinking about ranting over Optimus Prime for over three solar cycles, he decided to take the risk of taking prompts from his soldiers.
Every week every soldier was supposed to write up to three prompts on three different sheets of paper and put it in the box, which was situated in the cafeteria. Megatron originally wanted it to be one prompt per soldier per week, but a: he found himself throwing away too many prompts because of how garbage they were, b: he went through the prompts very fast, and c: A certain someone kept putting in more than one despite being directly told to put only one…Triple changers were really a pain in the aft sometimes…
He had also commanded that everyone put their names on their slips of paper so that if they did a very stupid prompt, it would be easier to find and discipline them.
Now… Megatron pulled out the first prompt. It was a big one, quite nicely written. It said:
“Lord Megatron, me and Breakdown were wondering if you would do a quick rundown of Decepticon Medicine. It would be quite nice for future Decepticons to learn about the great works that I and my partner have done for the Decepticons.” -Knockout (and Breakdown!!!)
Megatron sighed. It would be nice to do a little bit of a medical talk, but the ego boost at the end sickened him. Also, he would have liked it better if they didn't collaborate on the same prompt. He set it aside; he was going to use it if there was really nothing else to do.
He opened the next one, this one was written in not-as-pretty handwriting. It said,
“I think it would be smart for you to explain about the weapons the Decepticons have created, owned, and bartered. Maybe with a little bit of knowledge on how to properly fire one.” -Astrotrain.
Megatron thought about this. The triple changer was right: it would be smart to explain about the weapons, but on the other hand… would it be fun to lug all those weapons down here just to show them off? Seemed like a waste of energy to Megatron. Off to the pile alongside Knockout and Breakdown’s.
Next one, same handwriting:
“Trains.” -Astrotrain.
Megatron should have expected this mood whiplash from a triple changer, but he was more expecting it to come from Blitzwing. He promptly threw this one away. Astrotrain was going to be let off the hook for now, only because he did write something smart…ish before.
Next slip of paper, the prompt being written in handwriting he couldn't tell was either really good or really bad. It said:
“Lord Megatron, what if you explained the functionalist society that had plagued Cybertron before you started the revolution to overthrow them?” -Shockwave.
Megatron paused. Of course, Shockwave of all people would have written that. Of course, he could… but it brought bad memories that he didn't feel like reliving at the moment. Maybe for when he really needed a distraction. Off to where he put the guns and medical prompts…
The next few ones he promptly threw away, either being ego-fueled rants from Starscream or really out-of-pocket questions from the soldiers… especially the one about… interfacing with… That one went immediately to the trash. Every time he threw one away, he made a mental note in his head to discipline the ones who had written them. Especially the con who wrote the interface one. He spent the next few minutes looking through other slips and either throwing them away and making a mental note in his head to discipline them or putting them to the side to look at if he had nothing else.
Megatron sighed after a while. He was going to take one more from the box and then he would look at what he set aside for later. This one was written very hard, with the marks being so thick and dark Megatron was wondering if the con who wrote it broke a few styluses writing this prompt. It said,
“Talk about the Triple Changer experiments.” -Blitzwing.
Megatron froze. This was written almost like a threat. He contemplated on whether to throw it away and give Blitzwing a harsh talking to later or to keep it and give Blitzwing a harsh talking to later.
He decided to keep it.
Megatron looked at the slips he had saved for later. He decided to pick them one by one randomly and put them back into the box until there was one left: the one on which he would do today's recording.
The whirring of the camera reminded him that the camera had been running the entire time. He could always ask Soundwave to edit it later, he thought though, so he didn’t care.
He started picking the papers at random, putting them back in the box until there was one left: Blitzwing’s. Well, better now or never. Megatron looked at the paper, memorizing it and then looked straight at the camera.
“Triple changers are actually not a wild pipedream cooked up by the war as many people assume. I have seen quite a few triple changers in the gladiator pits and even one or two in the mines. From what I have gathered, the ones who owned the triple changers used them for their special alt modes ability and superiority in both ground and air (really depends what alt modes they had) or as load bearers, depending on how they were built. These past triple changers were usually very big since their owners thought it was best to add big alt mode to big alt mode, making their root mode very tall. I have fought against one in the pits before, and to tell the truth… They were very strong. Unfortunately, those who underwent the upgrade back then were those who were prevented from gaining their freedom by their masters and usually didn't survive past a stellar cycle after their upgrade.
If we were to put a hierarchy on how past Cybertron functioned, triple changers were considered by many the lowest of the low. Strong, but were freaks and quite insane in the head. That insanity is most definitely what caused most of those triple changers to go offline so fast.”
Megatron took a deep breath, then continued.
“To be fair, the creation of the triple changers back then was… well, whatever happened behind the scenes in the pits or the mines was never pretty, that's for sure. Of course, many of the “doctors” who did it were unqualified for the job, they used scraps from offline gladiators to do the upgrades, and never put the triple changers under anesthesia. The rate was five failures (which killed the bots) to one success (if you can call it a success…). I had a few of those early-era triple changers under my command in the beginning of the war, but the shoddy way their upgrades were done made most of them die quickly, or go insane enough to defect from the Decepticons.
I took this upgrade and tried my best to perfect it to make the perfect super-soldiers because fighting against that triple changer in the pits showed me how good they can be, and I got the idea that on the front line, they would be killer machines against the dreaded Autobots, knowing that Optimus Prime would probably never make a triple changer. I gave this procedure to my most loyal scientists and medics, led by Shockwave, Knockout, and Black Arachnia, knowing that they would be most careful with it.
We took four test subjects, and put them under the procedure… Unfortunately it didn't go as well as I thought it would. Half of the subjects died from the procedure, and the ones that survived came out… a bit crazy in the head. Some more than others. It gave them three personalities, and a face change to go with it… some faces were more useless to the cause or annoying than others.
What is also quite annoying is how unpredictable they can be, sometimes needing LOTS of discipline to get them in line… I've also heard some pretty nasty rumors that I do not wish to disclose here.
Overall the process has not been perfected and I don't think it ever will. The current triple changers here are enough for the army, unless they lose their worth for the Decepticons…. The good thing is that it’s probably been a million years or so… I’ve quite forgotten when they exactly were upgraded… and they’re still alive and stable enough to be of use to the Decepticons. That is the end of this recording. This is Lord Megatron, Leader of the Decepticons, Future Leader of Cybertron, over and out.”
Megatron reached over the table and stopped the camera recording. Taking out a tiny lighter with a blue flame, he burned the paper that he used for the recording, as he did with every paper he used for the recordings. This recording session was a bit more intense than he thought, but he did feel less stressed about the war.
Turning to Soundwave, who was the one handling the recordings, he said, “Soundwave… with this one, after you fine tune it… archive it.”
Soundwave was taken aback by this strange request at first, but he nodded, took the chip that had the recording on it out, and walked out of the room to work on it.
Megatron walked out of the room and immediately went searching for Blitzwing. Threats will not go unpunished. He walked around until he caught sight of Blitzwing and Astrotrain training in the training room a few doors down. Walking in there, he waited until they were finished, then cleared his throat,
“Blitzwing, we need to talk.”

Ok Serious Question!
If Eddie were to deliver mail/just go about his job with forearm crutches or a similar mobility aid, How would he do so?
For context: Eddie can walk without aid, just not for extended periods and/or distances. Some days are better/worse than others and he may need one, both, or neither of his crutches on any given day. At least that's what's I got so far, this is subject to change as I do more research.
Of course he still has his mail bag for letters and small packages, but I'm thinking of Bigger Boxes. Like Howdy's stock or Julie's bowling balls. A cart/Wagon?
Maybe he just has everyone pick up their own packages,,, hmmm. like offers them a trolley to use? idk how Howdy would get his stuff then. he's so busy with the shop,,,

Oh god now that toh ends with luz being able to travel between worlds ppl are using that to dunk on amphibia. And now that belos died ppl are using that to dunk on su.
They are different shows people! They have different themes! Amphibia is a classic take on isekai as escapism! Marcy went to amphibia to avoid her real life and while she had fun she didnt mature until after she accepted she needed to embrace change in her life! Anne matured in amphibia bc she always recognized that she has her own life to get back to! Sasha matured after realizing that too! Leaving amphibia for good means to embrace the step out of childhood! Something thats inevitable for everyone!
The owl house is about finding a community in midst of ostracization! Luz stayed in the boiling isles because she found people who accepted her quirks! The boiling isles was in danger from a bigot and luz helps her new community defeat him! Its a very queer story! Community is the center of the story so it makes sense for luz to be able to go back to the boiling isles since shes maintaining her place in the community!
Steven universe is about choosing to be kind! Its that everyone has their own specific traumas that they can overcome with the right support! Its about surviving in a world of bigots at any cost, even if it you have to work with the bigots to carve out a space for the people you love! Because people like you exist and theres nothing anyone in power can do about it! Its also a very queer story! The diamonds can never stamp out the off colors because they will always be there! Steven works with the diamonds not because he likes them but because they can improve the world for his family if only he could get through to them! Hes rewarded for choosing to be kind with success because the theme of the show is hope! Hope that anyone can change! But even though the diamonds stop being fascist steven still doesnt like them because its not about forgiveness! Its about fixing things! Stevens just polite about it!
The owl house starts off with the assumption that everyone can change but its not about the potential its about the willingness to change! The focus is on belos, whos had every chance to turn his life around but will never admit that hes wrong! And the show posits that if someone isnt willing to change theyre not worth helping! Its not about whether or not the character is fascist its about if theyre willing to stop being fascist! Several characters stop being fascist and are welcomed by the characters with open arms belos just wasnt one of them! Several characters clean up their acts but dont adequately address the previous harm they did and are STILL fully forgiven eventually! For toh forgiveness is paired with fixing things you just need to give it time!
And theres an argument that some of these shows didnt do their themes well. If you wanted to portray amphibia as an escapism world that the girls need to leave behind to get to their richer futures then having them get such caring found families go against that by giving them a potential of a good life in the isekai world. Steven universe uses the diamonds as metaphors for mental illness and relationships but its hard to stick with that when you also need to consider the countless other gems they hurt. I think its also fair if people prefer one theme over another.
But a lot of stuff i see comparing these shows just go over surface similarities? Like oh shit! These two shows have the same character archetypes! They have the same inciting incident! This must mean that theyre exactly the same in everything but names and artstyle and are trying to say the exact same things! Like. No. Sometimes,,,,,two stories,,,,,,can talk about two different things,,,,,,,

Thinking about writing a fic where a “post getting kicked off of robin” Tim actually gives in and says yes to Jason pressuring him to become his sidekick.
But instead of being super angsty or dark Tim decides the best way to get his “revenge” is to become a plague on Richard John Grayson’s home. Mainly, Titans Tower.
This culminates with Jason, Tim, and Steph getting a bunch of their friends together and making their own team (led by Cassie and Jason) called ‘The EVIL Teen Titans.’ They’re just like the normal titans when it comes to saving people and stuff, it’s just that sometimes they decided to attack Titans Tower for their own enrichment.
Basically they’ve become the Titans own Injustice League. Except they’re not actually trying to kill the Titans off, they just get into fights with them. In fact some members of the JL are even encouraging this. After all the regular attacks help the Titans pinpoint holes in their defences.
Dick has never been more tired.

Adding more to that K9 officer! Reader and Puppy!Leon Kennedy
Warning: Kind of Yandere? Somewhat suggestive so MINORS DO NOT INTERACT
Him being a rookie would fit well as him being a new pup in the station where you are assigned as his handler and non hybrid partner.
Leon liking patrols because he gets to sit in shotgun while the windows are down, wind hitting his face while you and him roam around the streets. He's one of the best K9 in the office but often times get distracted by you and your scent, that he forgets that he's supposed to check for bombs, and when you tug on his leash to make him focus a whine almost came out of him. BUT! He's on duty so he can't afford to be distracted.
And he's such a good boy too, so good at following your orders. When you finally come home from work he'd be whining at pawing at you to play with him or pet him for doing such a good job during work.
Chris would probably tease him a lot about having such an attractive handler, hell, maybe Chris will actually try to flirt with you regardless if Leon was there or not. Nonetheless, Leon is not happy, best case scenario he'd just tell Chris' handler to take him away from you, after that, Leon would scent you as soon as you come home, him clinging to you all night and begging for you to ignore Chris. Worst case scenario, there would be actual bites and mauling and you'd get in trouble for not keeping your pup in check.

the musical has the best death note ending and i’ll stand by that forever. i love near (i am him) but i firmly believe the series should have ended with both light and l dying. light himself doesn’t want shit after L is gone. they can’t EXIST without each other and that is shown so clearly by how just. lethargic and unmotivated light is after L’s death. which is very interesting to analyze! but in my mind, the canon, most beautiful ending, they die together
