I love Latter Pillar so much you don’t understand i adore him have have some headcanons for him

Daisey literally pulls Howdy BY THE ANTENNA and makes him give Latter a hug. They like Latter, he’s sweet. But him being dramatic sometimes gets on their nerves

Daisey and Lizzy do partake in the Latter teasing, but they usually shut it down if it gets to mean (Latter protection squad say what)

Latter and Eddie besties real, Latter reads his poetry in the post office and Eddie just listens while doing his mailman duties

Honey’s mean to him, but secretly like his poetry. He thinks it’s so bad it’s funny

He runs a poetry club, he’s made a few friends from it too :3

Lizzy loves her brother, she really does, but she cannot stand to hear his bad poetry. She send him ads for poetry lessons and he gets sad about it

Also randomly put in but I love those little bee kids (I don’t know their names :,) ) they look so cute I love them

Latter has 6 arms me thinks, idk if that’s confirmed lmao

I’m mentally I’ll and that update destroyed me so I’m focusing on Howdy’s dramatic, flamboyant brother :3

The Howdy's nephews (the cater-bee children <3) are Howdo and Youdo! I can't remember if its one "o" or two tho haha

Lighthearted teasing is fun, and I think if Latter was genuinely friends with whomever he'd go along with it, maybe do improve poetry to tease them back dramatically pff

Just adding another long point to your Frank and Eddie parenting styles post:

Frank has gotta be like, 110% used to Julie's wacky antics/games already, so I'm sure his response would be similar if his kid was just as energetic. Sure he can still worry, but I'm sure he would be able to roll along with it better. My guy has experience, hence more chill

but Eddie seems to be very anxious during Julie's pretend business skit or while she was on the roof during one of the holiday audios, so he'd probably be way more worried/freaked out if his kid was that energetic. Dude would probably conjure up worst case scenarios is his head 24/7, hence less chill

Anyway nice interpretation! You have some really good points there

I am pointing very enthusiastically!! I was thinking about that exactly! Eddie is a constant nervous wreck and worries so much he's probably making Poppy look calmer by comparison.

Frank's just here like "Oh don't worry they'll be fine! I've seen Julie do this plenty of times!" You're right to, he would definitely still worry but if he Knows the child is safe then he's usually ok.

Hi pookie I finally have ides so I’m going to share them :)

Eddie and Daisey talking about their childhood. That’s it that’s the idea

I’m think maybe the first time they see each other after they lost contact/Eddie ghosted Daisey for a couple years

Eddie’s parents met with Daisey’s for the first time in a while and they dragged Eddie to Daisey’s house so they can all chat

Daisey just stayed outside in the garden since it was really awkward, and Eddie joined them a bit later. They sat under a large oak tree that had flowers with the leaves

They talked about their childhood, Daisey mostly talking about it and Eddie struggling to remember those memories

They actually fix a good chunk of their relationship problems with that conversation. They talk about their issues and they actually get to reconcile in a better way

They hug it out and Daisey makes a joke like “would it ruin the moment if we kissed?”

Eddie dropped them after but they laughed it off

I love them I want them to reconcile like this :,)

I can totally see Latter having a crush on Eddie from the get go. He took one look at that beautiful southern mailman and fell in love

The idea of Eddie dating Latter while being Howdy’s ex makes me laugh so hard, especially if howdy gets bitter about it

I could totally see Eddie being sweet to Latter and Howdy complaining to Seeya about it. He pulls out the “I was bisexual first!” argument /hj

Latter writes poems about Eddie but keeps them to himself. Hes too embarrassed to share them

Ironically they’re actually some of his better work

Latter/Eddie/Frank is now something I need more people to love too because I do

Howdy, Frank, and Eddie’s first date was at a Waffle House and somehow Holly and Wallace (who were wingmaning Eddie) got into a brawl with some random people

Lizzy (who was wingmaning Howdy) filmed the whole thing and probably got caught in the crossfire

It was chaotic and everyone had to leave

I saw this last night but was half asleep so here we go!

There are three reasons they went to Waffle House

It was the only place open after Howdy closed the shop

It was cheap (Howdy's idea I stg)

Lizzy wanted waffles.

Lizzy tagged along to wingman but is getting paid in waffles. Holly and Wallace were genuinely wingmaning Eddie from across the restaurant until they got into a fight with other patrons

Howdy is flabbergasted and asks Lizzy for the video later. He should do something? But he kinda doesn't want to. Maybe he could a refund out of it...

Eddie is horrified and beyond embarrassed which is keeping him from stopping the fight. He's just sitting in the booth with his head in his hands. poor guy

Frank is staring (glaring) at the syrup bottle debating whether or not it'd be worth it to chug the whole thing and go into a sugar coma to not deal with the situation anymore.

By the end of the night Lizzy has a sick video to post on the internet (lol), Holly and Wallace are banned from Waffle House, Eddie is tired and needs a beer, Frank wants to go to bed, and somehow the cashier ended up owing Howdy money.

They go home and Eddie, Frank, and Howdy are all snuggled up together in bed. From the middle Frank says "We are never going to Waffle House again. Howdy you are banned from date planning until I say so." Eddie cracks up and Howdy is offended but he laughs too.

Frank then tells them to shut up and sleep, burying his face into Howdy's fur. Love you's are exchanged and they fall asleep.

I'd say it was a Great first date.

Eddie swears more than you think. He just keeps it professional when working. Howdy wishes he could record some of Eddie's more,,, creative cursing.

By contrast Howdy doesn't swear that much, he's so used to being surrounded by little siblings + other family that he just,, doesn't think about it? ofc he'll swear occasionally out of shock, exasperation, or anger. he can say fuck, he just doesn't think to! he doesn't have an issue with swearing, either.

The Bromance turned Romance Pipeline is Real. It would take a while for the others to notice they even started dating lol bc they keep it 'professional' during work hours.

Physical affection is both their love language. Oh My Golly. They are never Not in contact with each other. Cuddles are top tier holy shittt

Eddie also writes love letters bc he's a sappy goof and words of affirmation is his other love language.

Howdy has never received a love letter before and Swooned when he read the first one. He keeps them all in a special box by his nightstand <3

Bringing Frank into the mix? Hoo boy they are not ready. They are. But also not. If it's not Eddie holding his hand it's Howdy's on his back. If it's not Eddie holding him by the waist it's Howdy literally picking him up for a kiss. Frank is overwhelmed with affection all the time /pos

A sprinkle of angst, Frank may get sad from time to time bc they feel almost,, out of place in the relationship. Eddie and Howdy are incredibly close and have known each other longer than they've both known Frank. This causes some self doubt.

However Eddie and Howdy are Quick to shoo the thoughts away! The reassure Frank and smother them in affection! All praise and loving words. How much they love him, how happy he makes them, just everything about Frank Frankly they adore.

Over time this doubt fades away, Frank becomes confident in themselves, their love, and their Loves!

Literally the best wedding ever. Eddie and Frank combined forces to keep Howdy from turning it into one Big Advertisement lmao. It was great!

Oh I have So Many ideas. Pulled out my notes for this! Gonna start with family bc I've been wanting to share.

Howdy is The middle child. This man suffers from middle child syndrome big time, his parents hardly acknowledge him unless they're complaining about his career choice/comparing him to his siblings.

Speaking of! He has 15 siblings! They have names and traits and I wasted So Much Time on them! So here a list from oldest to youngest! as well their jobs

Heather- house wife w no kids. married big rich

Huntley- restaurant owner w multiple locations

Hailey- successful crafts/furniture business

Hayden- same business with Hailey

Heath- plane engineer

Hector- commercial pilot

Henry- big industry CEO

Hannah- chain store assistant manager

Howard "Howdy"- You know this one!

Holland- part-time job hoping

Harrison- college student

Harvey- college student

Harwin- college student

Harmony- student

Hope- student

Holly- student

3-4, 5-6, and 15-16 are twins. 11-13 are triplets. I don't have ages bc they need to be reworked. Yes all their names start with H. I thought it would be funny but it was Not Worth It. /hj

Back to Howdy! He loves all of his younger siblings. He's not as close to his older siblings with the exception of Huntley bc I love him. He actively dislikes Henry and Heather bc they belittle him a Lot.

Howdy, Hannah, and Holland were The trio of the family. Howdy is closest to these two.

He was also hugely involved in raising/taking care of the little ones. He was the only one that could get the triplets to take a bath in a reasonable amount of time with little mess/fuss. No one knows how he did it.

Stepping away from family!

It's so easy to make Howdy laugh. He makes a big deal out of jokes and having a good sense of humor, but he'll laugh at anything! He just hides this fact to save himself the supposed embarrassment. He almost Laughed Out Loud at one of Frank's jokes! Frank Frankly! The Unfunniest Neighbor! The memory haunts him. /j

Cuddle bug. Someone please hug the caterpillar. He just wants to give his loved ones a big squeeze and in some cases never let them go (cough Barnaby cough). If you fall asleep against him he will cherish the moment but will playfully complain later.

Cries if/when anything happens to the shop. Water leak? Sobs. Stain? Inconsolable. He loves his little shop so much.

He may scam people but he's really not in it for huge profits. He's just like that. Refuses to Ever open another store. There's only one Howdy so there will only be one Howdy's Place!

Oblivious but falls in love easy. He won't realize he's in love but he always falls first. Just give him time to realize it.

Will flirt with his partner but flusters when it's returned.

Despite being a workaholic, he gets plenty of rest and is pretty good with self care! He finds it very important to be well rested and healthy if he's gonna work so much. He also sleeps like a rock.

I have this idea to specifically contrast with Eddie! Who does Not know when to stop working. Howdy complains often of Eddie's sleep schedule (or lack thereof). This had led to Eddie being forced to nap in a big armchair behind the store counter on multiple occasions.

Howdy has essentially adopted the neighbors as family. Except for Barnaby I guess bc he's in love with the big blue dog.

One the youngest neighbors. He refuses to acknowledge this as he's had enough of being the baby brother thank you very much.

Do you have any more Eddie dear headcanons you wanna share?

Im sorry for being annoying about him, I don’t get to talk about welcome home a lot so when I do I get really excited :>

No you're so good! I will always take the opportunity to talk about my favorite goober :D

First, Eddie sews! Can't remember how canon this is, I could be tricking myself haha. But I think Eddie has so many little hobbies and sewing is one of them!

He makes all sorts of things: New ties, shirts, dresses, etc! For himself and for his friends!

He and Poppy make sweaters and scarves for everyone together during winter :)

I also like to think he's made Frank a bowtie and/or vest as a gift,, sigh what a loving husband

Speaking of Frank, Eddie uses so many pet names for his husband. Darling, love, sweetie/sweetheart, sugar, puddin', bug, honey/hun, pumpkin. just so many southern petnames

Another hobby of his is obviously crafts, but he really likes origami! It's fun/relaxing and keeps his hands busy when things are slow. Also he can make gifts! A win win!

cough is also helps with his fine motor skills, hand eye coordination struggle is real cough

This man is so autistic adhd to me. His forgetfulness and clumsiness is all part of it. As someone with audhd I can't walk anywhere without getting a bruise from running into things lol. So I'm projecting a bit haha

Mail is his hyperfixation. Eddie can tell you everything and anything about mail/postal history, including stamps. Point to a stamp in his collection he can tell you the year it was made, where, and who. Plus anything else he may know about it.

He loves thriller novels and dramas. And sappy romance novels. He's probably read Frankenstein and Dracula a bunch of times. And he would absolutely read Twilight. Dunno if he'd like it, but he would read it lol

my gen z youth is showing,, idk when vhs was the most common/around but Eddie would have a vhs collection. He'd have the og Frankenstein on vhs and would treasure it. Again, my time is off so just pretend

Also if it's not obvious, Frankenstein is his favorite classic monster story. He feels for the Monster bc Eddie thinks he's so misunderstood. Honestly he probably relates a bit. Also makes a banger costume lol

Eddie would do drag more if he had the time, I think. (Also if the times were more accepting cough-) He likes to feel pretty!

cough I have so many he/she Eddie thoughts but that's another post for another day

Very uncomfortable around bugs/insects but has come to terms with butterflies after spending so much time with Frank.

Similar note, Eddie would never hurt a bug (on purpose) he just calls Frank to safely relocate it. He may not like them, but he meant it when he said he'd never hurt a fly!

Oh I could keep going but I fear I'll dive into au territory lol. I have a habit of updating technology/times/etc with fandoms that take place before the 2000s yikes
