you hate thinking about your soulmate like this, it makes you feel horrible and like you’re a terrible soulmate because you know that he isn’t like that. shinichiro is always considerate of you, and everything he does is for you in one way or another—how could you ever doubt him?

it eats you up inside enough for you to confess your thoughts to him, and the look of absolute hurt in your eyes shatters you into a million unsalvageable little pieces. that’s right. how could you ever doubt your soulmate of all people. you are a terrible soulmate for thinking like this. you break down into an ugly sob and you beg him for forgiveness, choking and shaking on the floor in front of him.

“it’s okay, my love,“ he says bending down to your level, taking your chin gently in his hand to make you look at him, “i will forgive you if you just give yourself to me, you have trust me completely. i’m your soulmate, i would never hurt you.”

you nod your head vigorously, throwing yourself into his arm with more sobs, ignoring your gut still screaming at you that something about this is terribly wrong because that can’t be right. shinichiro is your soulmate and he would never do anything to hurt you, you trust him.

shinichiro smirks as he wraps his arms tightly around you because you’re such a naive little thing, but that’s okay, he’ll take care of you so you’ll never have to worry about anything else ever again.

I headcanon that Shinichirou got his height from his mom's side of the family (she wasn't particularly tall, but the men in her family are), whereas most Sano men are on the shorter side lmao

That actually feels pretty accurate, I mean Grandpa Sano seems pretty small and idk Makoto kinda has short king vibes (though he cheated so not really a king). This probably leads to Mikey thinking he'll grow tall like Shinichiro and even telling Baji about it. Then him pouting over it while Baji laughs when this doesn't actually happen.

but of course, if you call him complaining about car maintenance expenses then best know he’s demanding where you’re at and he’s hauling his ass very angrily over there because he will not let anyone take advantage of his clueless little darling, especially not in an area he’s passionate about.

he’s demanding a refund and an apology and he will refuse to leave until he gets one out of the shady person that did this to you. and he’s smart about it, he’s angry duh, but he’s not gonna make a huge scene so he won’t get kicked out. he’ll patiently, but very firmly, demand a refund or he’ll threaten to take legal action because no way is it legal to be scamming people out of their money like this, but especially not his darling.
