Emma grrrl (she/her), Leader of She/Her/Hers
Spotify | Apple | Twitter | Insta
She/Her/Hers is a folk punk band from Michigan, USA with pop and metal influences. Their latest album features some slower chamber pop ballads.
I first heard She/Her/Hers after stumbling across their song Kill the Boy Band in 2019. It perfectly encapsulated how I felt as a teen surrounded by festival line-ups and Kerrang! full of nothing but white dudes.

Hi! I noticed you have multiple sets of pronouns in your bio - are there any in particular that you'd like to hear more often?
That's a question that I find interesting and a bit tricky to answer, if also fun and a bit infodumpy.
So, I generally prefer She/Her pronouns, but I wobble on the position of the other ones in preference on a given day- my preference for pronouns can be She(70%)/Sin(20%)/It(9%)/They(1%) on one day and She(65%)/They(30%)/It(2.5%)/Sin(2.5%) on the next. So, really, whichever is the funniest option in a given situation, really :3
My gender is weird catfluiddemigirlthingflux when you smoosh everything together (gender labels are not a lossless form of informational transfer), so rigidity is not something I tend to practice. I do practice silly tho, so if Sin pronouns make a joke easier to land ("did it hurt when you fell from heaven?" "No, I didn't fall from heaven, Sin did." *vague gesture at me*), then go for those. Same with It/Its, great for purposeful ambiguity with jokes.
Or just whatever causes the most confusion. Rotating labels on some form of a pattern is also fun, particularly if you encode a message in them (I will not find the message because I do NOT have cryptography brain, but it is neat :3).
Anyway, thanks for asking! But the general trend is She 1st, It/Sin 2nd, and They 4th, although sometimes They moves into 2nd. It/Sin are usually pretty close in preference. So, uh. Yeah, She/Her is usually good.

i love when people try to help me be trans but its mostly my family or just cishet people and i appreciate the fact that youre giving me advice about how to be a woman and how women work (thats very obvious), but why cant you just leave it to the trans people? i want real trans advice from real trans people i really dont want to have to listen to the same cishet advice
"shave your legs" "shave the stache" im trying my best "act more ladylike" let me be a masculine lesbian PLEASE "smile more" is that not sexist to an extent "get rid of the attitude" people like you say that like you dont think women have bad attitudes "you should make your voice higher" "grow your hair out" im tRYING (im not trying to make my voice higher but im growing my hair out ill show a pic of myself in the next line of text

hii! new follower here and wondering, what pronouns do you use? x
Aye- thank you for asking and reminding me to call that out somewhere.
I use she/her pronouns, my friend. They/them is also okay but he/him is reserved for only when my salary is being negotiated or evaluated. 😉

It's useless, oppressive, and boring Worthless, and hurtful, and stifling I think it's time that we put it in its place So come on let's force gender into an early grave
