The scene between Alicent and that maid broke me
Like, she was really sorry and sad
Also, she could ignore that or blame the girl, but she didn’t. Alicent believed her without doubt. She knows her son and doesn’t denied his behavior.

One-sided Love Exist... (Yandere Fiancé x F. Reader)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Summary: You have been in love with your fiancé, but all you know is that he isn't in love with you until you do something about it.
Notes: I got this inspiration from @mayulla, their story is here. Also, I might or might not do a part 2 for this story so wait on that
Warning: fake love, forced love, obsession, I don't condone these behaviors, I just write it.
Tumblr media
Love.
Something you have always wished for to happen to you. All of the love stories you have read. You wished to be the princess saved by her knight or to be a princess who saves the one she loves. That was all you wanted. A knight or a prince in shining armor. That's where your fiancé came in.
A duke's son. Your fiancé, Alaric de Caius. He had seemed to fit the mold, perfectly. He looked regal and handsome with his black hair and dark blue eyes. You were only 9 when you had met him, but you couldn't help but smile when you first saw him.
Overtime you had absolutely fallen in love with him. He was a man of morals, he believe in the same things as you of what was right and wrong, he was academically talented, he was athletically talented, and he treated people around him the same whether or not they held a title.
A wonderful man.
But the problems arose when you had seen he had never paid attention towards you.
He never looked you way, seemed to say anything towards you, or seem to acknowledge you at all.
"Good morning Alaric!"
He wouldn't look.
You didn't understand why he ignored you. His indifference towards you, hurt. You didn't know if it was your ego that was hurting or it was truly your heart that was hurting, but something was in pain. But you didn't give up! Both of you were bound to get married to each other, one day!
Often talking to him first, soon enough he responded.
Bringing sweets such as cookies or sweet bread from the kitchen. Watching him eat it with no signs of disgust, might have made your day.
But you must also strive hard too! To be worthy of being a Duchess, you must help him by studying, taking up hobbies such as perfecting painting, embroidery and writing poems that have deep meanings. You must also know how to manage a household, so you asked your father if you could learn how to manage the servant's wages and everything going on in the household.
Everything you did was for him.
You did not partake in gossip with your bestest of friends, you didn't spread malicious rumors about someone, and you tried not to do the most selfish thing if there was a selfless option. Your friends, love you but saw you in pain. "Why do you do these stressful things (y/n)?" they would constantly ask.
"Because I am going to be future Duchess one day, I must prepare!" You would say cheerfully.
Tumblr media
Alina Thompson.
Her family was new money. Her father was a merchant who was able to strike gold in selling a once thought, rare ore. Opening trades with the east, she has risen to become the daughter or Baron Thompson.
Your friends didn't like her. One of them saying, "There is something off about her..." and another saying, "Why does she look at Duke Caius like that..."
You had brought it up to Alaric one day. He said there was, "Nothing to worry about, she is just an acquaintance.", and at first you didn't worry, heck you even befriended her. She was pretty. Her hair, long and blonde, her eyes a bright green color like emeralds, and her smile the brightest you have ever seen. She often wore pink and you did as well. But she always seemed to not get along with your friends after a few meetings. Or any noble women in fact. She had always stirred the pot with the other women in high society, supposedly acting different as if she had 2 different personalities in front of others. But she had always gotten along with the men. They spoke high praises of her. From her looks to personality. She even had admirers of her own. She was perfect, but most women disliked her. But you didn't think anything of it.
Until the day of the royal ball.
You saw with your very own eyes. Alaric's arm, being held by her's. She had the brightest, most shameless smile that day. All the men looked uncomfortable while the women were shocked. It was no secret that you and Alaric were engaged. And it was definitely no secret that you were in love with him.
They danced together. They wore matching outfits. Even the flowers on both of their corsages were the same. He had smiled at her as they were dancing. He gave her, her first dance of high society at her first ball, a royal one in fact. There was no way he had no idea what he meant by his actions. Your heart shattered as your friends got mad at both of them.
"Why that sly fox! How could she betray your kindness like this?!"
"(y/n)! If you need to I can kill him myself!"
"No!" you had quietly yelled out.
You friends looked at you, worried on their faces. "(b/s/f #1), (b/s/f #2), I need to...go..."
You ran away towards the royal garden, letting your tears to flow down.
Once you got home, you destroyed the books, the gifts he gave you and finally sat down on the floor and cried you heart out.
Your heart had shattered that day, nothing felt like it was going to fix it. It felt like the end of the world.
Tumblr media
The next day came, and you holed yourself up in your room.
Your bedroom door would not open. Nothing will work. Your father was worried, your friends, pestered at you, and the servants knock and check up on you as well. But even though you knew all these people cared, you truly only wanted one person to come and see you, Alaric.
You don't know if you were a masochist or not, but you did want answers.
Soon, one of the maids came in. "Leave me alone..." you mumbled in your pillow.
"No. Duke Caius is here to visit you. So I must get you ready, young lady."
You looked up at the maid as she chuckled. "What's so funny?" you asked almost like a pouting child.
"Your eyes are puffy my lady. If you do not want the Duke to notice it, I suggest you get ready, now."
You pouted as you got up.
Tumblr media
The next thing you knew, you had seen Alaric. His perfectly combed over hair, his eyes, calm, and the placement of his lapels, in order as followed. You had bowed your head down slightly, as he sat down at the table.
You didn't even bother looking at him. If you did, you didn't think you could bear it. It was an embarrassing night for you. All you did was look at your tea, slowly stirring the sugar cube, looking at it and spacing out in the process.
"(y/n)?"
You looked up. This was the first time he had ever called out your name. He had always referred to you as Lady (l/n), out of formality, but he has never called out your name like you do his.
"Did you hear what I said?"
You took a moment and shook your head. "No, I'm sorry..."
"That's okay, I can say it again."
Why did your heart tug at this? You felt yourself being anxious for what he wanted to say. But first you wanted the answer to why he brought Alina to the royal ball the other night.
"I had brought out Lady Thompson to the ball a few nights ago, because of her father. He had wanted to make sure his daughter secured an escort for her first royal ball. He had insisted I had better escort her, otherwise she wouldn't come."
An excuse.
"I helped her father find the rare ore that had made him Baron. I must help him again."
Lies.
"So that's your excuse..." you mumbled out of your mouth.
He looked at you, his eyes were still. He had no emotion after what you had just said. "(y/n), it's the truth."
"Lies. We are engaged, but my debutant ball and first royal ball, you didn't escort me at all."
You remember it well. He had said he was busy, and you thought nothing of it, because he wouldn't escort or dance with anyone else anyways.
"When we had our first dance, you didn't even look at me."
It broke your heart that night when you both finally had that first dance you had been waiting for, only to be sad when he didn't smile, look or seemed to be enjoying it in any way.
"I had wanted us to get matching outfits, but you held it off saying, 'you hadn't gotten measured yet'."
He would get measured for an outfit for another woman, but not you? His own fiancé?
You felt nothing but anger now towards him. "Was it a waste of my time to devote it all towards you? I know your favorite snacks, colors, meal, drink, what to do as duchess..."
You felt like you were about to cry again, but tried to hold it in. "WAS IT ALL FOR NOTHING?!" your hands slammed the table as you felt your tears coming down your face as you looked at him.
Hoping he would say it wasn't in vain. That all of these things you did for him, would mean something.
"I had never asked you to do these things, (y/n). I am tired of your antics."
You couldn't believe you had ever loved this man.
You immediately went back inside, and into your room to cry once more.
Tumblr media
Alaric has never needed anyone close to him.
He never understood you and your stupid antics to get closer towards him. From bringing snacks, to gifting the books he so wanted, to talking to him way to often.
He had an alright childhood. His father was sick and his mother was dead from childbirth, so he needed to become duke heir at a young age. Relying on himself to make the right or wrong decisions while his father's health deteriorated overtime.
His father wanted him to get married to his close friend, Marquis (l/n), so he arranged the engagement before his death, and after his death when he was 15, he kept it on because it was one of his father's final wishes. To see their families united.
But sometimes he couldn't stand (y/n). When he first met her, he had no opinions of her, other than the fact that she was nothing more than a clumsy girl trying to get his attention.
She was trying to live out fairytale romances through him. She had wanted him to be her knight in shining armor. And he didn't care for it.
He ignored her until she kept on pestering him.
Soon, they did their small talks.
He ignored the food she had gave him.
Until he ate it because he was hungry and it was his favorites.
He ignored her all throughout his childhood, because he never needed her as much as he did. He saw her as pathetic, but he couldn't help but fuel her pathetic attempts to get him to love her.
He did didn't need her. He didn't need her at all.
Plus, she was well liked. Both women and men liked her. But sometimes those men that liked her too much got on his nerves to the point of threatening them into silence. She didn't need him, she wanted him. And he didn't need her as well.
But he thought he felt something when he met Alina for the first time. But later, he realized it was nothing more than curiosity. But whenever he was around (y/n), there was always a feeling that he didn't know what it was, but always put it off, until it came creeping onto him whenever he was with Alina.
It was clear she was jealous of (y/n) and her life, so she had tried to mimic her. Her cheery attitude, beautiful smile, and her happy-go-lucky demeanor, even though he could tell that she was nothing more than hollow shell of an impression. She did all these things so that he could pay attention to her. But Alina was worse than (y/n).
Her personality and character are terrible.
She always seemed to get into fights with the other women. Whether petty drama or something a tad bit more serious. She had always seem to never get along with them. Unlike (y/n).
She was terrible at any financial things. Counting money properly, distributing money equally, and figuring out the budget. Unlike (y/n)
She had always seemed to look at others as if she was better than them. Often subtly bragging a new pendant, earrings, bracelet, shoes, dress, or hair accessories. Unlike (y/n)
Her tea was awful to drink. She always stepped on someone's toes for no good reason. Her embroidery was lackluster. Her paintings, a clear imitation. Unlike (y/n).
He remembered a time where (y/n)'s tea was bitter, when she stepped on someone's feet while dancing, when her paintings were dull, and when she had a hard time managing money. It was absolutely a clumsy and nerve-racking time. But slowly, it had shown improvement, unlike Alina's tea.
All of these hobbies that Alina had picked up and all of her personal quirks have cause him to realize one thing.
He would never look her way.
He picked Alina because he thought he could finally drive (y/n) away from her antics and say he is not interested in her at all.
When he went to the royal ball and was dancing with Alina, all he could ever think of was how (y/n) would react in the same situation. Her bright smile, cheerful eyes and glowing aura would all be very lovely. He couldn't help but unconsciously smile during the dance, and it seemed to have fueled Alina's determination to take her down.
But now he wonders why he had those thoughts during the dance with Alina.
Tumblr media
She had holed up in her manor ever since that royal ball.
Alaric didn't see her. No letter, no snacks, no anything. Nothing had came. He should be elated. Happy. Excited. Joyful.
But all he felt was a big hole. A big empty hole somewhere in his body.
He had thought he had heard her all over the place. "Alaric. You need to stop overworking yourself to death! You might get sick!"
"It's none of your concerns, Lady (l/n)."
"Huh?"
He looked up from his paperwork, only to see his secretary looking at him, confused? "What did you say, Your Grace?"'
He looked down at his paperwork. "Nothing of note."
It happened again when he was reading through the manor's ledgers. "Can I help you with that Alaric? I'm very good with ledgers!"
"It is fine Lady (l/n)."
"Your Grace?"
Once again, he looked up only to see his butler, looking at him confused.
He felt like he was going insane.
Tumblr media
He had developed a high fever one day from overworking. His butler called in the family's doctor, and the doctor said to take a break today.
But his fever kept on running, and the maids didn't know what to do. They gave him water that was too hot, his body kept on sweating, and they gave him food too salty for his condition. They were all incompetent when he was sick all of the sudden. And to top it off, his secretary still needed him to do paperwork for the estate.
During his time with his fever, he unconsciously only thought to see one person. (y/n).
He had wanted her to be by his side when he was sick. To take care of him and to see him recover. He wanted her to scold at him for overworking. He wanted to see her happy after he did recover from this fever. He had wanted to see her, no, he felt like he needed to see her.
He slowly opened his eyes as he was asleep for a bit. He thought he saw her in his groggy state. "...(y/n)..?"
Only to finally see clearly. It was Alina. And she looked pissed, but he was even more pissed. "How dare you! How dare you call out the name of that woman when I'm here?!"
He got up and yelled. "GUARDS!"
She got mad. "Oh, now you're calling the guards?! I came here to help you! And this is what I get?!"
He looked at her with contempt. "How did you know I was sick?"
She looked anxious. "The butler told me! He contacted me with a letter! Look!"
She pulled out a messily handwritten letter as people came up towards his room. His secretary and butler came to his side. "Who is this?" his secretary asked.
Alaric's head was banging, but managed to respond. "Lady Thompson. I do not know how she got here."
Alina looked scarred as the secretary called a maid to call the guards. "How did you get in here Lady Thompson?"
"I got here because the butler told me to come here because His Grace is sick!"
The butler looked confused. "I do not recall writing a letter to anyone."
Alina got mad. "Yes you did! I have the evidence!"
She held her letter as the secretary grabbed it out of her hands. "Butler, is this your handwriting?"
The butler fixed his glasses and shook his head. "I do not write this sloppily, even when writing fast."
Alina got even more mad as the guard got up the stairs. "Your Grace?"
"Take her away, and make sure she never sets foot in the estate again."
"Wha..? HEY!" The guards took Alina while she protested. All the servants went back to work as his secretary looked at him. "I will investigate where that letter came from, Your Grace."
Alaric looked at the ceiling as he started to lay down in his bed. "There is no need. But do investigate how she got in here and how she knew. We might have a stalker on our hands if I'm not careful..."
His secretary nodded. "Yes Your Grace, I hope you recover quickly, soon."
All he could do is stare up to the ceiling. Thinking. If (y/n) had done this, maybe he wouldn't had been as mad as he was back there. Maybe he would had enjoyed her trying to fumble out a response of how she knew he was sick. Maybe he would had enjoyed her antics of trying to cure him of his fever.
He couldn't help but chuckle as he slowly fell back asleep, dreaming.
Tumblr media
When he had gotten better after 3 days, he immediately went to the (l/n) estate. He didn't know why, but he needed to go there after his fever.
He was led to the garden as he waited for her to get ready. Then he looked around. The garden was filled with flowers. Pink, white, purple, and blue flowers seemed to be her favorite. The servants brought out her favorite tea set. A pink and white ceramic one. He has only seen it every time she had hosted her friends. She only brought out the other tea sets with him.
She looked different. She looked less lively. Her skin looked pale, her eyes a bit puffy and her hands fiddling with the tea cup, nervously.
He had only brought up his purpose at being in at the royal ball with Alina, when she started talking about his shortcomings in their relationship.
How he didn't accompany her to her first ball, didn't look at her for their first dance, and how he always gave an excuse for not wearing matching outfits.
But something came out of his mouth when talking to her. "I had never asked you to do these things, (y/n). I am tired of your antics."
He felt annoyed at her behavior. She got too clingy and annoying now. Bringing up insignificant things. She got annoying in this very moment.
She soon ran away as he left the (l/n) estate.
He wanted to go home and rid his memories of her immature behavior. Hoping that her behavior won't continue again.
Tumblr media
A/N: I should do a part 2. But you'll have to wait a while.

Hi my I request HTTYD Stoick with read who became a nunny for hiccups after Valka was taken by dragons.
Sure! I left it vague on if Valka actually died or not in this. Takes place sometime befopre dragons were befriended on Berk. Nanny is used as a Gender-Neutral term in this. Not sure how to write Stoick for the life of me so I hope this works ^^
Yandere! Stoick The Vast with Nanny! Darling
Pairing: Romantic
Possible Trigger Warnings: Gender-Neutral Darling, Implied character death, Grief, Delusional behavior, Overprotective behavior, Manipulation, Forced/Dubious relationship, Mentioned marriage.
Tumblr media
You used to be a good friend of Valka.
It devastated you when you heard of her being taken away by a dragon.
You heard it from her husband, Stoick himself.
Stoick cares deeply for his wife and son.
You found it admirable how much he cared for his young son, Hiccup.
You knew with the grieving chief you should help him somehow.
Which is when you offered to help take care of Hiccup for him.
You explained it was the least you could do for your late friend.
She was a wonderful woman and you only wish her child lives a good life even without her.
Your offer was one of kindness.
Although it turns out it may only hurt you instead of help.
The thing is with Stoick as a yandere, he's slow to obsess.
This can be a good trait.
It gives you enough time to sense out the red flags he exhibits.
He's slow to obsess as he is still in love with Valka.
Stoick will take a long time to get over Valka.
He's hesitant on allowing you to help with Hiccup at first.
He's stubborn and feels he should be the only one to take care of his son.
He wants to do it for Valka... he can't lose his son like he did her.
You have to convince him that allowing your help is what his wife... your friend... would've wanted.
Otherwise he'd wear himself out.
Stoick is responsible yet he acts very stubborn and independent.
He doesn't want to feel like he owes you for allowing your help.
You assure him he owes you nothing.
Stoick would take years to obsess over a darling.
Even if you are around him all the time to take care of Hiccup he still takes forever.
It's when he sees you act as a parental figure towards Hiccup that he starts to wonder.
The boy sees you as another parent... maybe this is what Valka would've wanted?
You are her closest friend... and you've done so much...
Maybe he should move on?
Stoick's obsession speed allows you time to keep your distance yet there's a good chance it flies under the radar too.
After Stoick realizes he may have some sort of romantic attraction to you, a reflection of his supposedly late wife, that's when his attitude changes.
You'll notice Stoick looks at you and Hiccup in a new light.
He comments on how caring you are towards his son.
He thanks you for choosing to help him through his grief.
He breaks through his stubborn and stoic attitude to show care and respect towards you.
It doesn't sound that bad.
After all, you see Stoick as a close friend like Valka.
His behavior doesn't sound dangerous.
Until he makes passing comments that allude to the idea of a relationship.
You are wary about the idea of this.
Stoick claims that Hiccup has grown close to you like he would Valka.
You also connect with the boy easier than he does.
Surely you understand what he means, right?
Stoick tries to explain himself when he eventually does make a move on you.
He tries to convince you it's what Valka would've wanted if she was gone.
He tries to use Hiccup against you... saying the boy loves you just as much as he would any other parent.
Stoick promises he'll protect you... even if he failed Valka.
The dragons won't hurt you if he protects you.
He promises to be a better man... for you and his son!
Stoick is straightforward, he wants to be engaged.
He manipulates you into thinking it would be the best thing to do.
He's stubborn yet more persistent than actually forceful.
He'd wear you down... showering you in gifts of appreciation and tries to warm you up to the idea of marriage.
You may not even love him like that, it feels wrong even if Valka is gone, yet you're getting exhausted.
He doesn't threaten you, in fact he'll be patient.
Although... at some point you'll cave.
Perhaps he does have a point?
Hiccup does need two parents his life, doesn't he?
So... maybe you'll give in.
Maybe you'll accept Stoick's offer and try to heal his broken heart.
This relationship is wrong and most likely forced... but at the same time he's so caring.
He promises to protect you and care for you like you have done for his son.
He manipulates you with twisted encouragement to make you comply with this relationship.
The origin of his obsession may just be him being selfish... a futile attempt to fill the hole in his heart with a substitute.
Despite Stoick claiming this is the best for all of you... you, his son, and he himself...
You have a feeling he's just making you love him for his own twisted desires.

What's "Preganan" ?
✑ Anonymous sent : "Could I have an imagine/a little scenario of Madara explaining to his son that his wife is pregnant again and that he'll have a little sibling soon?"
✑ Anli's useless comment : Listen... I know I said I don't take requests for scenarios and my point still holds but you can't throw dad!Madara at me and expect to get a simple headcanon post, I'm just too weak for this man, it's not even funny ㅠㅠ I however wish to apologize for how short it is I also couldn't stop myself from naming his son Fukuya after my own OC from a fic I'm currently working on, I love this boy so much that it's become the default name I use for any male Uchiha OC at this point lol
Content warning : AFAB!Reader (use of she/her pronouns) // Obvious mention of pregnancy // Madara is awkward af // My writing skills are rusty and it shows

Tumblr media
Fukuya hadn't expected to see his father waiting for him right outside the Academy grounds that evening, and there's a split second where all the little boy can do is stare at the man leaning against the fence gate, frozen in place.
It's not that he isn't excited to see him, not at all. It's very much the opposite, but it's so sudden and unusual that he can't help but wonder, for a moment, if today is meant to be something important, and he worries that he may have forgotten about it. Usually, Madara is too busy to come pick him up after class — not to mention his father typically tends to scare children away, though Fukuya doesn't understand why — so the task was almost always yours to take on. Needless to say both Madara's presence and your absence are enough to unsettle the 5-year-old boy for a short time, until he catches his father frowning in confusion at his strange behavior and is effectively brought out of his stupor.
Madara can't help the little smirk of pride that betrays his normally neutral expression when he sees his son running up to him, and happily welcomes his embrace when Fukuya clings to his hip, even returning it with a one-armed hug. Though the man really isn't fond of public displays of affection as a general rule, it's a different story when it comes to his son, even if he tends to keep it to a minimum; he knows people are staring, and he can't help but feel like it's a breech of privacy.
His possessive tendencies extend even to Fukuya — it took a lot of work and dedication for you to convince him to let your son attend the Academy just like every other kid his age.
Not one to make small talk, or at least to initiate it, Madara remains silent as he uses the arm he has draped around his son's shoulders to gently nudge him forward, guiding him towards the direction of your home, on the other side of the village. Fukuya doesn't protest, and he's too giddy about his father being there to take the time to say goodbye to his friends before he and Madara are on their way.
It doesn't take long for Fukuya to turn nervous, however. The moment the Academy is out of their field of vision, a heaviness settles in the pit of his stomach — he still doesn't have an answer to his question, but he's too hesitant to ask about it. He knows he has nothing to fear, but he feels awkward about the fact that Madara never explained why he was there to begin with. It feels like he should've by now, so Fukuya doesn't understand why his father hasn't said a single word to him this entire time.
Madara, however, doesn't fail to notice Fukuya's unease, and unlike his son, he can read the boy like an open book. He was aware that he would question where his mother was even before he left for the Academy. The problem is that Madara dreads the questions he knows are bound to follow, and he's just not ready to have this discussion with his son, who's still practically a baby in his eyes.
He knows he has to, though, because Fukuya is bound to find out one way or another, and he'd rather have the boy be prepared for it instead of being confronted with the situation and not knowing how to handle it.
Madara sighs, finally resigned. "I know you're wondering where your mother is."
Fukuya turns his head up to look at his father and nods, confirming Madara's assumptions.
"She wasn't feeling well today, so I told her to stay home and rest," he then explains. The neutral tone of his voice does nothing to give Fukuya any clues about the gravity of the situation — if anything, it just serves to confuse him further.
"Is mommy sick ?" Fukuya worries.
Madara frowns. "It's a bit more complicated than that."
Silence.
"I don't understand."
"Your mother is pregnant," Madara simply answers.
Fukuya stares at him, eyebrow raised, as if his father just spoke a completely alien language to him.
"What— what's preganan...?
"Pregnant," Madara corrects him.
This isn't going well, and Madara is so grateful that you aren't there to witness the embarrassment. He's already uncomfortable with the discussion and he hasn't even gotten into the actual subject yet. If it were only for him, he would've dropped the bomb on Fukuya from the beginning, but of course you had to make him promise to be gentle in his approach, and he had to comply because he loves you too much to disappoint you.
You carrying his child is his ultimate weakness, but Gods forbid he'll ever admit it to anyone. He'd rather die than tell the truth, even if you're fully aware of that fact already.
"It means there's a baby growing inside of her."
"Oh."
Fukuya doesn't add anything to this, but Madara decides to let him speak first before continuing. He doesn't want to do this but he gave you his word, and he isn't one to go back on it.
"Wait, does it mean I'm a big brother now ?" Fukuya's sudden excitement at the thought of having a younger sibling he can take care of warms Madara's heart so much more than the man thought it ever could.
"In a few months you will be," Madara nods.
"Yes ! I can't wait !" Fukuya exclaims. Madara doesn't think he's ever seen him so elated before, and he fails to completely hold back his smile.
He's also glad and so incredibly relieved that Fukuya doesn't ask him how babies are made on the rest of the way home. And, in truth, so are you — there are so many reasons you don't want him to be on duty to explain that one to anyone, children or not.
But that in itself is a story for another day. And one Fukuya definitely doesn't need to be aware of.

Do you think hanako knows about little brother's secrifice and the creature inside him ?? What the secret of the dark energy around tsukasa?
Look, I personally believe that Hanako knows, and I imagine that he found out while he was still alive. Tsukasa's behavior apparently changed when he returned home, Hanako says that even he doesn't understand Tsukasa, not anymore, reflecting that he doesn't understand since he disappeared.
Tumblr media
This change in behavior may have caught Amane's attention, we saw that he quickly noticed how Yashiro changed with him after she saw a piece of his past (in the Tsuchigomori arc).
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Okay, but how important is this? If the twins' mother reacted in that desperate way to get "it" out of her son, you can imagine that Amane could also be feeling similarly, despite him being more compassionate and patient with his younger brother.
At some point he decided he had to kill Tsukasa, or the thing inside him. Nobody kills anyone without a reason, even if the reason is unjustifiable, there is always a reason. Even for psychopaths, they kill for pleasure, or dare, or anything like that, there is always a reason.
We don't know if Hanako killed him because of the creature, or for another reason, but we know that he felt this need. I don't usually judge Hanako as either good or bad, he has an impressive neutrality. So I can't tell you if he did it because of:
Love: for wanting to take the creature away from his brother and ended up accidentally killing Tsukasa, or he did it even though he knew Tsukasa would die because he thought it would be best for Tsukasa.
Troubled love: for loving too much and being possessive to the point of doing this (it's sad but currently it's similar to what happens to some couples, where when there's a separation one of the partners doesn't accept it and kills the other person even though they love them very much. Making it clear I'm not saying that this is the twins' relationship, no, I'm saying that in real life this happens quite often between couples)
Hatred: for some reason Amane would feel this feeling towards Tsukasa. Maybe because he pushed him to the limit. (I find it difficult but I don't like to rule out possibilities)
If Amane decided to kill Tsukasa there was a reason, and it probably has something to do with this creature, so I think he knew.
Regarding Tsukasa's shadow, the evidence we have is that it is the creature that lived under the house. It has no shape, but the speech bubbles look the same, which suggests it is the same creature.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
We don't know much about her, except that she grants wishes in exchange for a life. She managed to influence Tsukasa and likes to use him to attract more prey.
We saw baby Tsukasa trying to convince Kou to make a wish every time, because the "house" took Yashiro in exchange for that wish.
Tumblr media
I like to think more about the shadow on Hanako's chest, Tsukasa's we already have an idea where it came from, but what about Hanako's? He has one too.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Hahaha interesting, isn't it?

I wanted to rewatch S06E09 before writing this, preferably with subtitles and a better rip, but someone's dragging their feet, so maybe I'll write another post at some point. Some good parts, some I didn’t care about, some that I personally wish they were different (not really bad but I had other thoughts).
So, in this NCIS Hudson and Rex episode:
The first shot seemed like kind of a small ship, it probably wasn’t but the shot made it that way. Sorry, Canada, I’ve been spoiled by all the aircraft carrier shots through the years lol. The one where it turns from day to night, I hated that. It seemed so fake.
The way Charlie’s dad kept criticizing him about everything got on my nerves. I also don’t love the casual sexism of him implying that it’s best if a wife stays home. Definitely shows that Charlie barely had meaningful interactions with this man. And to mention Sarah as Charlie’s “office romance”? Ugh.
This is where I decided that Charlie was raised by Aunt Miranda. It was a good thing that his dad probably missed quite a bit of his childhood.
“Charles” makes me feel like they should be inside the Buckingham palace. And truly, this is the only place I’d ever think they’d feed a dog using a toothpick. Poor Rex had to eat off a toothpick to satisfy that man! I kept hoping that he’d bite him.
Imagine this show having any continuity at all. Charlie would have to explain some of his latest adventures, the poisoning, the jail, etc.
I like that Sarah touches Charlie as soon as he tells her that the killer could be one of his dad’s sailors. She understands what this means for him.
Classic “found the killer the moment they appeared on screen” episode.
Sarah, we have chairs. (Nah, just keep doing that, actually.)
I didn’t know that Canada also had JAG officers. Now I can't help wondering who investigates crimes committed against Navy personnel lol
Here’s where Commander Hudson’s possible motivation doesn’t make that much sense: In most Navy ships, the higher ups barely know their sailors. So, he wouldn’t feel like he needed to protect them. He would most likely feel like he needed to protect the Navy's reputation from possibly harboring a killer. Having said that, I have no knowledge of how big this ship is. And the initial footage was kinda terrible. Understandable, because this isn’t that kind of show, but still terrible.
I love Rex's defensive reaction to the Commander throughout the episode. He can sense how much he unsettles Charlie and makes him change things about himself.
Charlie’s dad implying that Rex has an attitude problem when he is trying to cover up a crime… the nerve…
“...my boys” Oh no he did not. I know how much that can hurt.
The hilarity of the justification of sending troops in the other side of the world, to “keep the peace”… I expect this from military shows, I don’t expect it from shows like Hudson and Rex. And the triumphant music in the background… we get it.
Rex’s barks as Charlie puts the guy in handcuffs could mean nothing other than “suck it, asshole”.
Charlie was a bit… I’m not sure how to put it… Not exactly himself during that interrogation. I imagine he knew his father was watching, but he seemed like he’d jump the guy, or his JAG lawyer, or both.
How did we get from “office romance” to “my son is a lucky man”? Who knows. I mean, Sarah is quite impressive, but this seems like some kind of witchcraft.
Well, at least they didn’t make the bad guy be the Lieutenant in an episode full of men with bad behaviors. Also, I didn’t know they pronounced "Lieutenant" the British way.
Charlie is learning Rex’s language (growl). I find nothing weird with this.
The scene with Joe was nice. But Joe, just put a damn pillow on that couch. You know that none of your subordinates actually sleep in their homes (which is one more reason we’ll never see a bedroom set *sigh*)
John Reardon’s voice drops another half octave when he’s lying down. Good lord. Also, I started praying for his poor neck in that position, at least he didn’t stay there for long. That would have incapacitated me if I stayed like that for even ten minutes.
“I let my issues with my dad…” Which are…? Please, elaborate.
Charlie beckoning Rex when neither of them has slept for a day. Leave the poor dog alone, you sadist. Dogs don’t understand the meaning of overtime.
So, I guess when Hudson men have sorrows, they literally run?
I wanted to keep hating his dad a little more. Why’d they have to reconcile them so fast?
Good episode. I’d have liked if Charlie said a bit more about what bothered him in his father’s behavior, and not regarding the case. It seemed like his father just wasn’t around as much and possibly considered his sailors as his children, maybe even more than his actual children, and Charlie seemed to resent him for that, understandably. But we were also already at the part where the two men were trying to mend fences, and although all the effort seemed to he made by Charlie at the start of the episode, it shifted towards the end to his dad making the effort.
Promo: The dreaded (by me) golf episode. Let me get this straight: The team went golfing and found a body? We can’t take these guys anywhere.
Poor Rex! If that's a serious head injury, I’ll sue. That’s what we have Charlie's head for. But also, please allow Charlie to lose it a little.
Charlie Hudson is having such a bad time in this season, and I’m loving it.

So I am watching "Doctor Elise", (yes, mostly bc she has my name :p) an anime with a convoluted reincarnation/time travel premise which results in the main character as an 18th(???) century noblewoman in psuedo-Europe, with all the knowledge of a well-renowned 21st century Japanese surgeon. When she gets back to her "original" life, (Elise, from "Britia") she is determined to right all the wrongs she committed by being a spoiled rich teenager the first time around, AND to help as many people as possible by becoming a doctor in this lifetime, too.
This is an issue because the emperor, who appears to be a close family friend, REALLY wants her to marry his son instead of pursuing medicine. Also, she has to scramble for explanations for why she has medical knowledge and understanding that should be impossible for her.
And this is one of those times where you can really feel that this Western-adjacent setting is being written by people from another culture. (This also happened when I was watching "Emma: a Victorian Romance", and someone reassured a small child, "don't worry, the Grim Reaper isn't coming to get you; he isn't real! 😊" Like, death? Death isn't real and isn't coming for this child? He's an immortal child?? Anyway...) Because, to me, a westerner, there is such an obvious and correct answer!!!
Say it was God. These guys are absolutely neck-deep in Christianity, say it was God. Say God spoke to you directly, told you it is His will for you to heal people, and is feeding you answers to unsolvable medical riddles.
Sure, many people may not believe you at first, but since your knowledge and actions are backed up by Actual Science, eventually the results will speak for themselves. They cannot argue with you when you are genuinely saving lives in unprecedented ways AND the Church is on your side. (Which it would have to be, eventually, and given that she's already a noblewoman, they probably wouldn't even mind that much.)
This is also a very good way to explain your sudden personality change. Oh, I used to be vapid, belligerent, and somewhat evil, but now I'm considerate, caring, and intelligent? Simple, when God spoke to me, he showed me the error of my ways, and I've decided to listen to Him and change my behavior.
This could even get you out of a marriage, if you can get them to let you join a covent! But this anime is partly a romance, so that wouldn't really make sense for the story. 🙄
Anyway, it's a decent show, though I'm not a huge fan of the art style. But every episode I can't stop wishing she would use heavenly visions as a cover for her weirdness 🤷🏻‍♀️ (I actually don't think they've mentioned the Church at all, so maybe their universe doesn't even have Christianity?)

In your eyes
Tumblr media
( gif credits to @honestsycrets )
Fandom: Vikings
Genre: Modern AU, angst, tiny bit of fluff
Pairing: Hvitserk X  Reader
Warnings: none
Words: 2232 (definitely not a drabble this one...gosh, I really suck at this)
A/N: It is another request for 500 followers celebration. This one is from @maggiescarborough Enjoy, honey !
Hvitserk immediately understood he had fucked up and hurt you in the worst possible way. He could see it. It was not in the way you clenched your fists, or the way your jaw tightened and your lower lip trembled, or how cold your voice sounded when the words “It was a dare?! I was a dare?!” fell from your lips. No, it wasn’t all of that.
It was in your eyes, your beautiful eyes that usually depicted love, understanding, tenderness and a little bit of mischief and in which he could only read pain, disappointment and anger right now.
He wanted to say something, anything but no sound came out of his mouth. Truth be told, Hvitserk was aware there was nothing he could say that would make the situation better. So, he just kept staring into your eyes where he could almost see your heart break.
That’s the moment he heard it. A snicker. He turned his eyes away from you and spotted Oleg, a mocking smirk on his lips. Hviterk felt his blood boiling in anger. He did not think twice and pounced on him with a growl. He wanted to hurt him, he had to, so he punched and kicked restlessly. He did not hear Ivar cheering and Sigurd shouting at his brother that he was an idiot, he did not hear his mother screaming him to stop, he did not even feel Ubbe trying to break the fight nor when he finally managed to do it, slammed him against the nearest wall and ordered him to calm down. The only thing he noticed though was that the chair you were sitting down was empty and you were nowhere to be seen.
“Stay still!”
Hvitserk hissed and flinched away from his mother as she was puttingsome ice on his swollen eye.
“It hurts!” He whined liked a child.
Aslaug sighed, irritated. “I hope it hurts! I thought you were done with this kind of behavior after you graduated from high school. You are not seventeen anymore, young man.” She pushed the washcloth full of ice harshly against his bruised face. Hvitserk winced but did not protest. “Treating our guest like that…”
“He deserved it.” Her son cut her off sharply and snarled. “He hurt Y/N.”
“He hurt Y/N?” Aslaugh let out another sigh but this time, she seemed quite upset. “Oh Hvitserk, I never thought I would say that of you but you are clearly your father’s son.” Her eyes watered. “I wish he would have passed on something else than his poor way to treat women.”
Hvitserk’s rage was soon replaced by guilt. “Mother…”
The sound of Ivar’s crutch on the floor made him stop talking. Aslaug just sighed sadly once again and instructed Hvitserk to hold the washcloth against his eye. “I’ll leave you boys alone…”
She stood up gracefully and left the room, not without stroking Ivar’s cheek before. The youngest Ragnarsson glared at his brother.
“I hope you are happy. You just hurt Mother’s feelings.”
“Yeah, yeah, I hurt Mother, I hurt Y/N.” He replied harshly. “It seems like I’ve been hurting everyone lately.”
Ivar let himself fall in the chair opposite Hvitserk. “I’m glad you finally acknowledged your mistakes. About damn time!”
Seeing his brother’s jaw tick, Ivar groaned but tried to soften his tone. “Listen, you screwed up. All you have to do is apologize and make up for it. Buy some flowers or some shit like that. I mean, the girl has been infatuated with you since day one, she will forgive you eventually.”
“Of course, Ivar. Act like you have some experience in that area.”
It was Ivar’s jaw that ticked this time. Hvitserk knew it was unfair to attack him that way when he was clearly just trying to help but his little brother had no right to give some advice after the whole Freydis debacle. He was also aware Ivar would beat the shit out of him after what he said but it’s not like Hvitserk could not suffer one or two more blows in the face.
Against all odds, he just heard him take a few deep calming breaths before addressing him again.
“I have enough experience to know you can trust her and that you are in deep shit if you lose this woman. Y/N has been your anchor since you’ve met. As a matter of fact, I’m pretty sure you’ve been in love with her since day one as well but were too oblivious and obsessed with all those bimbos around you to notice it.”
It pained Hvitserk to admit it but Ivar was right. You changed his life the moment you came into it. At first, he had acknowledged your love…or his, for that matter. There was a high possibility he was not ready for a deep meaningful love story in high school but he wanted you to be a part of his life so he opted for friendship…and everything was just fine the way it was until that fucker came along.
“Your little friend ruined everything. Should have killed him.” Hvitserk replied bitterly.
Ivar rolled his eyes. “First of all, he is not a friend but a future business partner and you might have ruined any collaboration. Second of all…” he added in a higher tone when he saw his brother was about to intervene. “Oleg is an ass but you chose to fall into his trap and to pursue her the way you did. Nobody forced you, Hvitserk. You hurt her, nobody else otherwise, she would still be here to tend to your bruises.”
Hvitserk looked away and scoffed, too proud to admit his little brother was right once again. Ivar stood up with a groan. “Beg on your knees with those puppy eyes of yours or whatever must be done to win her back. Should be a piece of cake for you, huh?”
Piece of cake. Easier said than done. For a week, he tried to reach you but you blocked his number, his email and even his different accounts on social networks. Then, he went to your place and when you finally agreed to open the door, Hvitserk wished you did not.
You looked so tired and defeated, your eyes were red and puffy from crying and probably the lack of sleep. The thing that broke his heart though was your own heartbreak he could still read in your Y/E/C orbs he loved to watch so much. There was so much pain and knowing he was the one who had inflicted it upon you was unbearable.
“I…I can’t see you right now, Hvitserk.” You voice was so small, his heart clenched in his chest and he did everything he could to prevent himself from hugging you fiercely. “I need to process some things but I’ll get back to you when I am ready, okay?”
Your voice was firm this time. Hvitserk just nodded and left.
It lasted a month. A month during which he suffered Ivar’s sneers, his mother’s scolding and above all, your silence. But he waited patiently because he knew you would come, you promised and you always kept your promises. In the meantime, he could brood in his bedroom like a grounded teenage boy.
“Hvitserk, you have a visit.”
His mother’s tone sounded lighter somehow so he turned his eyes away from his computer screen with hope in his heart.
He was not disappointed. Here you were, standing next to this smiling mother. You seemed still tired but determined and he gulped, almost scared when his mother closed the door and left the two of you alone. He had rehearsed the words a thousand times in his head but now, it felt like they were refusing to get out. What if you refused to believe him? What if you just came to break up with him?  What if…?
“I’ve always loved you.” You said softly.
Hvitserk tried to reply or to move but his feet felt as frozen as his tongue. Besides, he sensed you wanted to let some things out of your chest so he let you. He owed you that, at least.
“I saw you and it just…clicked. Never thought love at first sight could happen but here I was, fifteen years old and it struck me. I also realized very quickly that it was some unrequited love but truth be told, I did not care as long as I could be with you. So, I took what you would give me: friendship. I trusted you and you trusted me, we really bonded and I loved it. I felt so powerful, above them all, those pretty girls who got your attention because I knew we shared something special, something…they would never get. They would share your bed and be gone but I…you would always keep me around. You treated me differently, you never lied to me, never mistreated me just like you could do with them. I really thought I was as special to you as you were to me.”
“You were, you are special to me!” Hvitserk intervened almost desperately. He could not let you say such things, he had to explain how wrong you were but the look you gave him made him stop.
“No, I’m not. Our relationship is based on a dare, Hvitserk and you treated me just like you treated all of them and that’s what hurts the most. I have never been special or important to you but you…you are my world.”
Tears welled up in your eyes and it broke his heart even more.
“You’ve always been important to me.” He tried to come closer but stopped when you urgently stepped back and leaned on the door.
Confused, he furiously ran his hands though his hair, trying to find the right words to explain what went through his head when he made that decision. “I…I just…that bastard assumed he could get you and make you forget about everyone else. When he saw how mad I was, he dared me to seduce you before him and I accepted because I couldn’t stand that idea of him near you even if it was just to talk.”
Hvitserk throat tightened and his own eyes filled with tears. “I’m not saying it was the right choice but it was the only one I could consider on the moment.
“That was the worst choice, if you ask me.” Tears were rolling downs your cheeks by now and you furiously wiped them away with the sleeve of your sweater. “It’s obvious he was just messing with you and even if he truly wanted to do it, you could have just told me like a real good friend who doesn’t want to see his friend get hurt would. But you chose your pride instead. You wanted to prove him you were better than him, never mind that our friendship of ten years got ruined in the process.”
“I did it because I love you.” Hvitserk shouted and you were so surprised at his outburst that you didn’t see he had taken a few steps towards you.
“I…I love you.” He repeated gently as he stared at you. “In fact, I believe I always have. I fell in love with you instantly but I was too scared and maybe too young to admit my feelings for you. I know you probably don’t believe me right now but I valued our friendship just as much as I value our relationship right now. It’s just that I…I took you for granted, I screwed up. I hurt you, not that bastard, I did and because of that, I’m probably going to lose you.”
A single tear rolled down his cheek and he suddenly looked away, ashamed and heartbroken. He inhaled sharply when he heard you come near me and the moment he felt your soft hands on his face, he let out a shaky breath.
“You’re not going to lose me. I did not come here to break up with you. I wanted to give you a chance to explain yourself but also telling you how I felt after what I happened. But I love you, ‘Serk.” Hearing you using his nickname made his heart beat a little bit faster but he still refused to look up so you cupped his head and gently made your eyes meet.
“You hurt me though. A lot. And I think we will need some time to go back to what we were.”
“Everything you want.” He grabbed your hands to kiss them fervently. “Ask me anything and I’ll do it.”
“Just don’t hurt me again.” You almost begged.
Hvitserk drew you even closer. “I won’t. I swear I won’t. You’re so important to me. You are my world too, you know. I love you.”
“I love you too, ‘Serk.”
Your eyes met again and Hvitserk knew. There was no doubt he had hurt you and he would have to prove himself to you again to win your trust back. But he had some hope your couple would make it somehow. He could see it. It was not in your shy smile or the way you let him kiss you and kissed him back. No, he knew there was still some hope in that little gleam of light in your eyes and that was the only thing he needed to feel alive again.

180 degree longitude passes through us - Episode 4
Sorry, long post!
It feels like everyone lives in a kind of golden cage and no one can break out or leave their own skin.
Wang himself craves information about his father and not just the negative or problematic ones he gets through his mother or his father's family. The mother may not even be aware of it, but through her pain of separation and who knows what other pain there is, she can't portray the father the way Wang wants him to be. That's why he goes into particular detail about the father with In, urging him to reveal something about him, even though he probably suspects what the relationship or what the feelings between the two might have been like, he still wants to know as much as possible about him. And maybe he wants to learn that from In, because he knows that In has probably seen him through different eyes. I strongly assume that the mother knows how In and Wang's father related to each other, definitely how In felt about Wang's father. And at times it seems to me that she wants to torture him with the memory of how she used him, how she could live out what he couldn't, whether she was happy with it or not. After all, that made everyone unhappy. I think she already has so much empathy and is so enlightened that she saw what could have been between them. But I also think that she assumes that it is wrong, the love between two men. You can see that in the way she turned off the television when the two men kissed and she just said what a degenerate television landscape it is. And that will probably become a very, very big point of conflict between Wang and his mother. She herself says she doesn't want to be disappointed in him, but with her attitude to homosexuality and the nature of her son, she is laying the foundations for him to have no choice but to disappoint her.
And I find it incredibly interesting how all three suffer inwardly and how well they can portray it and how wonderfully this suffering is realised. Being trapped in oneself, in the imposed norms, in the constraints, in the fear. In is bound in his fear. He cannot fight against the fact that he loves men, which is not accepted by society, so he has become a hermit and withdrawn from everyone. Wang's mother is trapped in her social idea of what is right and what is wrong and she tries to impose this thinking on others. She wants Wang to start a family and be happy with it. That is her idea, but not that of her son. I hope she will understand that by the end of the series. She is so caught up in this role model, this image of a happy family with a child, that it may have cost her marriage in the end, because it didn't work out the way she wanted it to, the way she hoped and wished it would. And Wang is trapped in his hatred of the world and how unfair life actually is. He wants to know everything about his father and that doesn't mean he doesn't love his mother, but he idealises his father because he only gets to know this one side, the side of the hurt mother.
In says that the books you read say a lot about the person who reads them, for example Plato's Symposium as an example of how he wants to be perceived. A theorist, a philosopher, someone who doesn't act but looks at things from the outside and talks about what others are doing. He is still this person at the moment, especially for Wang's mother. He shows her another view on Wang's behavior and speaks to her mind and tries to mediate between them.
Plato's symposium is a story in which the narrator reports on the course of a banquet that took place more than a decade ago. The different participants presented the different approaches from partly contradictory theories about eroticism. Some of the participants took the conventional approach, glorifying the god of love, Eros, and describing and praising the beneficial effects of erotic love. Others went into the negative consequences of harmful eroticism and warned against it. The concept of erotic desire as an expression of the search for the other half, the soul mate, to reunite the two halves was also addressed. Socrates was the last speaker and spoke about the concept taught by Diotima, namely platonic love. The lover, in the course of his process of knowledge, directs the erotic urge towards more and more general, higher and therefore more rewarding objects. The path begins with the spontaneous desire for a single beautiful body and ends with the worthiest goal of the perception of the beauty itself, which can only be grasped spiritually. With this show of the absolutely beautiful, the longing of the eroticist reaches its fulfillment. The conclusion of the whole is Alcibiades who comes drunk to this meeting and holds a hymn of praise to Socrates, because between Socrates and Alcibiades a homoerotic attraction existed.
Since In himself is more of a theorist in love matters, the book is indeed made for him. He desires Wang, but it is this desire, the rise to beauty, and he recognizes in Wang, or perhaps in Wang's father at the time, the absolute beauty of everything, and thus the theory of his love is fulfilled, and thus he is fulfilled as well. And he tries to tell Wang that although he desires him, he will not act, will not cross that line because his desire has already found its fulfillment. At least this is what he thinks, for in theory this thinking is simple. In cannot deny the sexual attraction between the two, it is written all over them in every encounter, in every look and every touch. As a hermit, it is easy to indulge in philosophy and view theory as the highest art. Confronted with reality and people and real desire, however, this view can also falter.
The complete metaphor of crossing boundaries, of drawing lines is strong in this episode. In has the opinion that there are lines that should not be crossed. There are things that should not be acted out. Wang is the one who says, yet that's what we have to do, I like a challenge and I'm not afraid to challenge other people with my attitude. But in the episode now they are crossing lines permanently. They cross the river with the broken bridge. They go into the dangerous zone, outside of In's comfort zone. "Welcome to the dangerous side." In allows himself to be pulled along by Wang, to be pulled by him across borders, across lines he has drawn that are not walls but rifts over which bridges can be built. The bridge is a wonderful metaphor for the fact that the relationship between the two is still very unstable. Not much is missing and it can break, just as the bridge under In broke. One wrong step, one touch or one word too much and In would eventually retreat from Wang again. And yet both are craving for the physical touch. They are constantly touching each other. More as a reassurance, a comfort, but yet to be close to each other. However, Wang is there and takes responsibility for In falling from the bridge. He takes responsibility for In coming out of his shell and he wants to be there for him until he is no longer afraid to allow his feelings, to cross boundaries or simply to set them anew. Because that's the thing about boundaries. Not all boundaries are immutable. Our self-imposed boundaries/lines in particular are changeable. We can remove them, we can put in a border crossing, or we can move the borders, and that's what Wang wants to help him do. And did I mention that I love this series because it's just so great?

The Starfox Journal Entry 6-Rayman
A few years have gone by. Fox, Peach, Slippy and Falco have stuck together. They have been with each other through thick and thin. They nearly did everything together.
They had sleepovers together and played together a lot. Even their parents were friendly towards one another. After spending so much time together, they were able to get to know each other more and more. They learned about what made each other tick, what made each other laugh, what made each other cry, but more importantly, what they needed to do to pull each other out of sticky situations. Yes, these 4 crazy kids were pretty much inseparable.
Their days of preschool soon past them and they moved up to elementary school.
Peach and Falco went to different schools so Fox and Slippy stuck together throughout those few years. They learned many new things and many new skills, but one thing that had never changed was their friendship. Even though they went to separate schools, they still had chances to see each other whenever they could. They never missed out on a chance to do so. They made a few new friends along the way but the 4 of them stuck together. They even had a chance to meet General Pepper for the first time in their young lives. He was very pleased to have met all of them, including Fox, the son of the late James McCloud. Fox told the general his goal of one day defeating Andross and the general wished him luck and hopes that he does defeat Andross for the sake of James and many other Cornerians who lost their lives.
By the time they were 4 years older than they were when they first met, Peppy was called by General Pepper to investigate a strange, new planet in a far region of space. Peppy brought the 4 kids to sleepover at Peach’s castle while he left on his own to see the planet. There, he saw strange, new creatures and discovered many wonders. After a quick analysis, he finds the planet to be peaceful but the inhabitants do not speak their language. So, he reports back to Corneria and reunites with Fox, Peach, Slippy and Falco. He also requested Beltino to build a translator device so they could understand the natives of the newly discovered planet. Fox, Peach, Slippy and Falco requested to visit the planet since the inhabitants are reported to not be hostile. Peppy was hesitant to take them on their offer because he still does not know much about the planet. After much begging, Peppy finally caved and decided to take them to the planet.
Much time later, they arrived at the planet. Peppy: “Ok, kids, I need you to be on your best behavior and don’t wonder off too far, Ok?”
They nodded. At that time, a strange creature was watching them, observing them. Peppy spent a great deal of time collecting more data on the strange planet. The kids were all busy, looking around the entire place in awe and amazement. Peach: “You know, this place is kind of beautiful.” Fox: “Yeah, I see what you mean, Peach.”
They looked around at all the little creatures and vegetation, some of which behaved strangely. Falco: “Man, this place is weird.”
Just then, Peach thought she saw something moving around from bush to bush. Peach: “Huh?” Fox: “What’s wrong, Peach?” Peach: “I thought I saw something moving around here.” Falco: “Probably just the plants. For all I know, the plants probably move around, themselves.” Peach: “I don’t know, Falco, I believe I saw something else. Maybe we should check it out.”
Peach walked off. Slippy: “Wait! Are you sure this is OK?” Fox: “Slippy has a point. Peppy told us not to wonder off.” Peach: “But I have to know what or who it was that was in there.”
She walked closer to the bush. She observed it closely. Just then, she saw what appeared to be a floating hand. It grabbed Peach and pulled her into the bush. She screamed. Fox, Slippy, Falco: “Peach!” T
hey ran into the bush.
They looked around. Fox: “Where did she go!?!” Slippy: “I don’t know!” Falco: “Dang! She’s nowhere to be found!” Fox: “PEACH! WHERE ARE YOU!?!” Peach: “OVER HERE!!” Fox: “Huh?”
They looked over and found Peach. Fox: “Peach!”
Fox ran over to her, Slippy and Falco spotted her as well. They both came together. Fox: “Peach, are you OK?” Peach: “I’m fine, but look.”
Fox looked over and saw a strange creature with no arms, no legs and no neck, just a head, a torso, 2 hands and 2 feet. Fox: “Whoa, what is that thing?” Peach: “I think it’s one of the natives of this planet.”
Fox walked up to it. Fox: “Hi, are you friendly?”
It acted coy. Fox: “Don’t be afraid, we won’t hurt you.”
Slippy and Falco soon arrived. They looked over and spotted the strange creature. Falco: “Whoa! What is that thing!?!” Slippy: “I’ve never seen anything like it before!”
Peach walked up to the creature as well. Peach: “Can you tell me your name?” Creature: “R-Rayman…” Peach: “Rayman? That’s a nice name. Can you tell me a little about yourself?”
Rayman hesitated, but then spoke in a language none of the kids could understand. Fox: “Uh…what’s Rayman saying?” Peach: “I don’t know, I can’t understand him.”
Fox: “Well, Peppy did say that the natives on this planet spoke another language.”
Peach: “True.”
Slippy thought for a moment. Then came across an idea. He then pulled out what appeared to be a headset. Falco: “Whoa! What the heck is that thing?” Slippy: “It’s a translator device. I built it myself. It’s to convert any language into the current language that we speak so that we can understand anything that they’re saying.” Falco: “Does it work?” Slippy: “I don’t know, I haven’t tested it, yet. I thought this would be the perfect place to use it.”
Slippy walked up to Rayman. Fox: “Um…are you sure this is safe, Slippy?” Slippy: “Don’t worry, I tried this thing on, it’s perfectly safe.”
He attempted to handed it over to Rayman, but he timidly back away. Slippy: “Hey, don’t worry.”
He then tried to show that it was safe by putting it on, himself. Slippy: “See? It’s not bad. It’s fine.”
Rayman hesitated, then slowly approached Slippy. Slippy placed the headset on Rayman. Slippy: “So, how is it?” Rayman: “It’s kind of strange. I never wore anything like this before.”
All the kids became startled. Fox: “Whoa! He sounds different!” Slippy: “Right, the headset translates your words into our language so we can understand you. You’ll still speaking in your own language, though.” Rayman: “Wow! This is amazing! Now we can understand each other!” Peach: “I know! Isn’t that great!?!” Rayman: “Yeah! So, who are you?” Peach: “My name is Princess Peach, these are my friends, Fox, Slippy and Falco.” Fox: “Hi” Slippy: “Hello.” Falco: “What’s up?” Rayman: “Nice to meet all of you. My name is Rayman.” Falco: “Yeah, we know.” Rayman: “So, what are you guys doing here?” Fox: “We’re exploring the planet to see what’s here.” Rayman: “Oh, really? You know, I can tell you everything I know about this planet.” Peach: “Oh, please tell us. We would love to here all about it.” Rayman: “Sure.”
Then Rayman started talking about his planet.
Later on, Peppy found himself alone. Peppy: “Fox? Peach? Slippy! Falco!”
He looked around. Peppy: “Now where did those crazy kids go?” Fox: “We’re over here, Peppy.”
He then looked down and spotted Fox, Peach, Slippy and Falco, as well as Rayman. Fox: “Sorry to worry you, but we‘re Ok.” Peppy: “Where were you kids? I told you not to wonder off.” Peach: “We’re sorry about that, Peppy. We were just learning so much about the planet that we....lost track of where we were going...” Slippy: “We were also testing one of my inventions.” Peach: “We would like you to meet someone. This is Rayman, he’s one of the natives of this planet.”
Rayman shyly timidly up to Peppy. Rayman: “Hi...” Peppy: “Well, I’ve never seen anyone like you, before. I can see you’re wearing a headset.” Rayman: “Slippy gave it to me, called it a translator device.” Slippy: “As long as he’s wearing that device, we can understand everything that he’s saying to us.” Falco: “Yeah, because he speaks in another language.” Peppy: “Well, it’s nice to meet you, Rayman. Care to tell us everything that we to know about your planet?” Rayman: “Sure, I’ll tell you everything that you should know.”
And so, he went on about everything involving his home.
As the days went on, Fox, Peach, Slippy and Falco became closer and closer to Rayman. They even became friends with him and allowed him to play in some of their favorite games. It gave them some time, but Rayman was able to hear and understand everything about their worlds, including what went on. Soon enough, Rayman’s home world became like another home to Fox and his friends. Whenever Peppy had the time, he would bring them back to that planet where they would talk, play and spend their days hanging out. They even met other natives of the planet and get to know them better.

I don’t think Felíx or any other rich kid is a Senti and it’s possible that people can be real people
Again this is based on what I saw of “Emotion” and added to my thoughts/points, spoilers will be brought up here. Also I’m a non-believer of the Senti-Theory so if this upsets you I do apologize.
Felix referring to the moon as his sister could really just be an implication that it shares his exact feelings of anger toward control as that’s what he created it from. It’s the only thing that understands him. It’s like referring to a person as “my brother in arms” over a topic, battle or action.
Him releasing it can also be him giving up on his plan that got him there since he hurt people he didn’t mean to, lost Marinette and realized he had no “control”, of his new powers, and overall that he failed. Anger isn’t going to get him anywhere and he still ended up like he started, alone and the same.
Gabriel only recently started pitching ideas as well as important business with important people such as Kagami. And I mean within a year or so in the show.
Sure, he could have created kids for important people, but it couldn’t have been recently as he just now started getting closer to them and it maybe couldn’t have been 15/16 years ago as that’s how long he was on a search for magical artifacts (see Shanghai Special), and when he did find the peacock miraculous, he gave that to his wife as a gift. . . Whom kept it until she passed. (Also he maybe wasn’t a well known or fully established fashion designer when he had Adrien as we saw he liked to adventure and met Emílie that way. Sure that’s up for the debate, but it’s another possibility.)
I think if Gabriel really created kids for powerful people, It would be weird for him to give Tomoe a test drive of a miraculous combined with their new invention. It also looked like he recently filled her in, she accepted because it means business, and with added power. . . Well why wouldn’t she?
Also let’s examine Amelie. I think her behavior towards Gabriel would be a lot more different towards him had he and Emílie created Felíx for her and her husband. Given that’s her littlebundle of joy, she’d likely act very thankful and she’d likely already long KNOW he has a miraculous and he probably Hawkmoth/Shadowmoth. Sure she probably knows that now that she’s working with her own son, but she doesn’t act like like her son could disappear any moment. She’s rather very angry at Gabriel for his actions instead.
Now to those saying it’s canon. . . You guys are just saying that as I’ve seen. Of course it’s still based on these little implications the show plays but that’s what they are. Implications that could mean or point to ANYTHING.
Real things that could be asked that have been given to us are:
Why was Emílie interested in hunting magic treasures? Why was Gabriel?
What even is Gabriel’s upbringing? Is he self made? Why is he this driven by evil? Why would he choose to ignore Emilie’s actual wishes by deleting her videos?
What happened to Felix’s father? Did he have a good relationship with him? Felix hates Gabriel and his influence on control over his cousin but could it be Gabriel also disliked Felix’s father? Why couldn’t the Agrestes attend Mr. Fathom’s funeral? Was there tensions there?
This may be answered by more episodes, but assuming for now: What is Tomoe’s real drive? What’s the tension between Kagami and her mother? Because yes it’s “control” but it seems deeper by how Kagami said it’s “finally time” she speaks with her. (My bets are she caught on her mother is working with Monarch but who actually knows until we see more.)
So all this to say again: There’s bigger things at play and it’s not just “they’re sentis! It’s canon because a vague implication made it seem that way!”
Had that been the case that they are sentis, this episode would have played out a bit differently. Likely in the fact that Felix would have told them the “truth” and maybe would have given a speech about how they deserve to be free of their amok.
But it didn’t. Felix’s entire drive, motive, and speech was about how he does not want people in his life telling him or others like him what to do and how to live. (Notice his and his mother’s use of the word “monsters” towards specific people of power.) The same goes for heroes that say what’s right and what’s wrong. In Felix’s case it’s everyone, so he got rid of everyone except Marinette (whom he didn’t know was LB and honestly didn’t try to fight/deter him as Marinette but that’s another point.)
Anyways sorry this is long. This episode wasn’t strong evidence to me and seeing as Twitter is dying, I’ve not seen any creator or show writer even talk about this. Only fans claiming it’s canon but that’s on interpretation. Now if they do go ahead and confirm that yes, they are sentis, I’ll accept it but will think it’s such a cop out.
Adrien’s character is already a sad background in itself and I don’t see how confirming him as a Senti will matter to the plot or even affect the show. To me it doesn’t seem like that’s the direction they’re going for or even thinking about. It would just come off sloppy.

Yesterday I was researching some Peaky Blinders threads on Reddit and came across some comments that made me very embarrassed about Lizzie and her relationship with Tommy.
1 - One of the most recurring comments (and apparently the most famous and unanimous within the fandom) is the fact that Lizzie in season six is a crybaby woman who gets in the way of Tommy. One thing we can't forget: Lizzie lost Ruby. Lizzie dealt with her daughter's death alone. Lizzie had to support Charlie alone.
Lizzie's grief stems from the fact that when Ruby was dying in the hospital, Tommy saw fit to flee into the mountains, look for Esme, and try to find answers to what he thought was a curse. He left and didn't tell Lizzie where he was going, leaving the woman to take care of EVERYTHING. She was the one who took care of Ruby, she was the one who cleaned Ruby's blood and she was the one who had to explain that her father wasn't coming. She was also the one who was alone at her daughter's funeral, she was the one who was alone at home and she was the one who had to take care of Charlie in the middle of it all.
We also don't forget that she was humiliated during a dinner party by Diana. It must have been devastating and all it takes is a little empathy to understand Lizzie's pain.
Asking him to behave like "a normal man" was the least she could wish for, other than to find comfort in each other.
2-Another of the frequent arguments is that Lizzie knew who Tommy was when she married him. Yes, she knew. She had been his lover for years and knew exactly what she was getting into when she became pregnant with Ruby. But that doesn't invalidate the fact that Tommy was a son of a bitch during their marriage. He humiliated Lizzie in several scenes and the fact that he had sex with Diana was the last straw for Lizzie to end the marriage (which should have already happened tbh). Using Lizzie as an excuse for Tommy's bad behavior is disgusting.

Here's a queer reading of Resident Evil Village chock-full of spoilers. TL;DR: They're all queer.
Tumblr media
POV: Two gays (+ Mother Miranda but who cares about her) looking at you, another gay.
So horror is inherently queer right, like horror is about fearing the Other, and you're meant to identify with the vanilla, average Winters family (1 dude, 1 woman, 1 baby aka the perfect developing family) with Ethan in particular acting as the courageous papa bear who'll do anything to protect his kid, and Mia being the nice stay-at-home woman who cooks dinner and reads stories to Rose.
And then the gay agenda Mother Miranda kidnaps Rose.
So let's take a look at her family, shall we?
Lady Dimitrescu is a huge, terrifying monster with claws who hates men and has a bit of a temper. Or, she's a beautiful and incredibly charming lady with lesbian tendencies who's annoyed that a non-queer person invades her safe space and you'd be glad if she stomped on you. Repeatedly.
Heisenberg meanwhile is a sly, shady man awkwardly dressed as a cowboy. Or, he's a leather daddy who finds Ethan's body ~interesting~ and tries to strike an alliance with him and GOD you wish you could accept his offer so that he'd break your bones when he inevitably betrays you. As an aside and I'm sure this doesn't amount to anything (😏) but do you know who became cowboys? Queer people, among others. Getting away from society? Not a very cishet thing to do, nuh-huh. Also, his love of theatrics? His fruity demeanor? Werewolves???? Nah, the dude is queer, no question.
Donna is a creepy woman who loves terrifying dolls. Or, she's a talented dollmaker with niche interests. I'm sorry, tbh I don't care much about her character but I'm sure there's meta out there or something.
Moreau's a big fish man whose behavior is generally grotesque. Or, he's a just pathetic dude who seeks his mother's affection and really, don't we all ?
Anyway so in RE7, the Baker estate is quite respectable in size but not in aspect, and the Baker family mostly behaves like caricatures of rednecks (the voice acting, the father being the authority, the overall crassness of everything, complete with the troublemaker son). Contrasting to this, both the Winters and Miranda's family show nobility.
Ethan, Mia and Rose live in a very nice house and they exude softness in their beginning scene.
Dimitrescu's nobility is more extravagant and imposing, just like herself. She's got that beautiful castle from the Middle Age, her cruelty retains self-control as opposed to her daughters (until the very end where she becomes a very angry dragon, understandably so) whom she very much loves. She's noble, but she's still *queer*. She's still the enemy, the Other.
Heisenberg's nobility doesn't come from a fancy castle, but from a more traditionally masculine aspect: power. He commands the werewolves, his factory is the biggest level of the game–especially if you count the stronghold before that–, like clearly Heisenberg's constantly trying to show he has the biggest, and Dimitrescu is more than happy to challenge his manhood by questioning his authority.
And then, oops... Turns out that Ethan has been queer for a while. He's actually been a fungus for most of the duology. He's been The Other, unconsciously masquerading as The Normal. Eveline (= his subconscious) knew, of course, and she calls him out. Then Ethan returns to "life", makes sure his daughter is safe and grows up to become a BSAA agent, goddamnit Chris!!! and lets the Mold (queerness) take him.
Of course Capcom didn't expect for people to latch onto Dimitrescu (and to a lesser extent, Heisenberg), it's been pretty clear that they didn't expect people to feel anything other than your usual anxiety and maybe fear around her.
The thing is, Dimitrescu's having fun. While Ethan, symbol of normalcy and cishetism, has a hard time getting through the game, she's been absolutely thriving for centuries and doesn't see Ethan as much of a threat for a while. She loves this aura she gives off, she loves her little family (her daughters), she loves scaring "normal people" and generally revels in luxury. Good for her!
Heisenberg is also clearly having fun. He's not a queer man with a tragic backstory who hates himself, nah, he orchestrates his own fun (game night with his werewolf mates with a special guest: Ethan!), he puts on a show and clearly enjoys his theatrics... Look, he's gay. He's a thriving gay, even more than Dimitrescu actually because there's still a certain unease in her, with her strained relationship with Mother Miranda, and the way she has to duck to go through doors in her own castle... Meanwhile Heisenberg is just happy to stir shit up. Gosh, what an icon.
So yeah Resident Evil Village is essentially about how non-queer people feel threatened by queer people, and how the latter have a lot of fun. I don't find the Four Lords creepy at all. They go from pitiful (Moreau) to mysterious (Donna) to absolute bliss to see on screen (Dimitrescu and Heisenberg).
You could also probably make some parallels between Heisenberg's Gay Pack of Gay Werewolves and Chris's Gay Pack of Gay Soldiers that's literally called "Hound Wolf".
The Queers are thriving, folks.

TW: Animal Loss - This is long and detailed because it’s late, I’m alone, and I need to process my grief.  So please beware - there are very raw emotions in here.
My babygirl is gone.  I’m so heartbroken.
Her epilepsy finally got her.  Back to back seizures for over thirty minutes.  By the time we were finally able to find an emergency vet that was open and get a friend to come over and help my husband take her there, it’d been over an hour.
They stabilized her, but her prognosis was not good. She had a very high fever for an extended period of time, and likely brain damage.  Add on that we’ve been slowly watching her struggle more and more with balance, have less energy, and she still struggled with her anxiety - her epilepsy/mental condition was likely worsening, her environment was changing due to us getting ready to move, etc.  She didn’t run and play like she used to.  She had a hard time jumping up on the couch or even just getting into her dog bed.  She didn’t enjoy walks the same way she did before.
She loved to snuggle.  And she followed my husband around like a shadow.  But we knew her quality of life was slowly fading, and with this last major seizure event, we knew it likely would never get better, if not be permanently worse.
We decided to say goodbye.
My son doesn’t know yet. He’s asleep in his bed, and I’m in the living room in tears, as the aftermath of what transpired lays strewn across the floor.  I should clean it up, but I can’t bring myself to do it.
I’m going to have to tell him tomorrow. I’m going to have to explain to him that he’ll never see his dog again.  He knew she was sick, and he’s asked about death and we’ve talked about it before.  But he’s never experienced it.  This will be his first.  I’m glad he wasn’t awake to see her suffering.  But I also wish he’d been able to say goodbye, to understand why she won’t be coming home.
This little house feels so empty now.  All the little memories of her life here with us are strewn around the home.  Her basket of dog toys, her dog bowl, the brand new dog food we’d just had delivered.  I can’t help but think...if this little house of ours feels this empty, how will it feel when we finally move into our bigger house?  It has a big yard - much bigger than the one we have now. We were so happy because we know she loves to run.  But now that’s going to feel empty too. Her toys are at the new house. I took her there to visit it, but she didn’t want to play. She just wanted to hop up into our laps and cuddle.
We got her when she was 10 months old.  She’d had a bad lot in life. She was found as a stray, and she had behavioral issues due to past trauma.  We’re certain she was abused, may have possibly been a bait dog (a dog used to rile up fighting dogs before a fight); her canines were filed down, and she was terrified of people (except for us...she was always good with us, even from the beginning).  If you touched/grabbed her collar, she would yelp, nip, and cower. She wasn’t potty trained when we got her.  She would growl and bark at people she saw across the street. The sound of my coughing always scared her.  Just me, not sure why. Maybe it was a woman who had abused her.  I’d comfort her, and usually she liked that - helped remind her she was safe.  Other times, she’d prefer my husband, who she developed a very strong attachment to.  That was okay, too.  It was what she needed.
I trained her as best I could with the time I had.  I taught her tricks, which she picked up quickly.  She learned shake, touch, sit, down, stay/wait, off, come.  She knew ball and rope and would tell them apart if you told her to get one or the other.  She loved to play with her tetherball in the backyard, booping it with her nose and smacking it with her paws.  She did her doggy puzzles in record time, quickly getting all the treats out.  I took her on walks and had her sit and gave treats every time we saw another person across the street.  She never got comfortable with strangers, but she did stop barking at them.  Would even sit and look at me, waiting for her treat.  She eventually trusted me enough to let me clean her ears when she began getting chronic yeast infections in her ear. She got so comfortable, that she’d come seek me out, stand there, and stare at me forelornly until I took her into the kitchen and cleaned her up and gave her a spoonful of peanut butter.
Despite her trauma and her anxiety issues, she was good with my son.  Always good to him.  She was curious about him when he was a baby, would come snifff him and check him out, would lay down next to him.  Never bit him. Gave a warning nip once or twice when he crossed a boundary, but never so much as scratched him.  She helped me teach him about how to respect a dog, how to understand that they’re animals and we have to be careful.  How to read her body language.  He was learning how to do her tricks with her; she would do touch with him and he loved it.
She was imperfect - I’ll be the first to admit that. She didn’t get along with everyone, and not everyone liked her. But she got along with most, which was more than we could ask for, considering where she came from and what she struggled with.  She wasn’t an easy dog to have, but we loved her, and I know we did our best for her. She was sweet, she was smart, and she was beautiful. I wish she could have had a longer life.  I wish we could have taken one more walk, or gone on a hike once the weather cooled down.  She was seven years old, too young to leave us.
I’m going to miss her so much.

Animator VS Animation VS Minecraft Headcanons
In honor of Alan Becker finishing the third season of Animation VS Minecraft and inspired by @lara-prisma-avm-ask-blog, I figured I'd give my own headcanons on Alan's characters.
AVA Main Characters (Shared Age: Early 30s)
Victim, assuming that they are a separate individual from The Chosen One and The Dark Lord, is a 5' 6'' tall woman and is seen by the main cast, TCO and TDL especially, as their older sister. She feels responsible for TCO and TDL's actions and behavior, even though she had no involvement in the events of the second and third AVAs. She has a motherly and sisterly personality, often helping and looking out for TCO, The Second Coming, The King's son Gold, and Purple's mother. She works as a bartender in the afterlife and has a serious fear of her own creator, due to the events of the original trilogy.
The Chosen One is a 5' 9'' tall man. He feels guilty about what happened to TDL, who he considered a brother, believing that he influenced TDL to make the choices that would lead to the creation of the ViraBot. He no longer has resentment towards Alan, but still feels uncomfortable with interacting and discussing him. He is able to travel to the afterlife, but only to visit TDL (because he does still care for him) and Victim (thus giving him the chance to finally know her).
The Dark Lord is also a 5' 9'' tall man. He doesn't feel guilty about what he's done, feeling that he was in the right as the events in AVA 3 lead him to believe that humans are terrible and irredeemable. His resentment towards Alan remains, only increasing with his demise at the end of AVA 5. He does hold resentment towards our multicolored group, but can't find it in him to despise TCO. He DOES fear TSC, however. He also feels that he cannot face Victim at all.
AVM Main Characters (I unfortunately don't have that many headcanons for Red, Blue, Green, and Yellow. Sorry.... :()
The Second Coming/Orange is a 26-year-old 5' 6'' tall man. He does understand TCO and TDL's resentment towards Alan, but he feels that they should either forgive him or at least attempt to feel more comfortable around him. He does wish he could know more about his siblings' histories and what they're like. He's responsible for making sure the group has proper attire and basic equipment.
Red is a 24-year-old 5' 6'' man. He's responsible for taking care of the group's pets and animal companions.
Green is a 22-year-old 5' 5'' tall transgender man. He has this special connection with Purple that's difficult to describe. He's not sure if it's romance or just very strong friendship. He's mostly responsible for being the group's moral.
Blue is a 23-year-old 5' 4'' tall transgender man. He's responsible for maintaining the group's nutrition and potion supply.
(I hope I'm using the term "transgender man" correctly. Please don't kill me.)
Yellow is a 25-year-old 5' 5'' tall man. He's responsible for strategy and engineering.
Purple is 22 years old, 5' 4'', and non-binary. They don't know how they feel about their new friends and father, but it's a good fresh start. They just hope that things will get better for all of them, now that they're overcoming the pain from the past. As he's been in Minecraft longer than the group, he serves as a navigator of sorts.
King/Mango is in his late 30s and is 6' 4''. He's scared of losing another loved one and he honestly has no knowledge of the LGBTQ+ community and history, but Purple is (in his mind) another child of his. He hopes he can do his best to support Purple, in spite of his fears.
EDIT
Victim has a suit for her job as a bartender. Her causal outfit consists primarily of a monochromatic sweatshirt and sweatpants. Her hairstyle changes, though she primarily has a ponytail. She does have a pair of digital wings and a digital halo.
Thanks to TCO and TSC, she has powers of her own, but she's nowhere near as strong as them. Thanks to Green, she has taken up a hobby of singing. She does have a small crush on King/Mango, but she also knows that he needs a lot of healing.

Life with Ollie & Evie
so my children Ollie, almost five, and Evie, almost two, are both sick with flu.
it started with Ollie first two days ago-headache, muscle pain, fever of 102, loss of appetite, nausea. Ollie is not a typical sick kid. He is very vibrant and honestly, he’s funny as fuck when he’s sick. Not in the way where he can tell a killer joke, because he tries that when he’s not sick and they never make any sense. But he’s funny just in his demeanor. He’s just so chill and laidback, which is VERY different from his normal behavior (he is his mother’s son and is very tense at times and extremely sensitive). So over the last few days, I’ve been met with responses like a sassy hand wave and a “yeah, I know, don’t worry your pretty head” when I’m giving medicine or pedialyte or telling him he needs to be steadily drinking fluids to stay hydrated. (And before you think ‘isn’t hydrated a pretty big word for a four year old?’ Yes, it is. But he tells ME to stay hydrated most of the time and his favorite word is “exasperated” so his comprehension of the word isn’t odd.)
my daughter, however, is a menace to society when she is sick. And I understand why, she’s so small and young and doesn’t understand why her body feels so uncomfortable. Like my son, she is very intelligent and observant. She’s clever. And to be completely honest, I think this child will be a Slytherin when she inevitably takes her House test later in life. She knows how to get what she wants.
So at 2:00 am, in between my every-two-hours alarms to check on my sweet ones, she started SCREAMING. I ran into the room at top speed, almost took out our dog on my way because she refuses to stop running in between feet, and quickly scooped my baby up. This child looked me dead in my face and said “hi, mommy. I want some milk. And a cookie.” THE AUDACITY. I wish I could say this isn’t the norm for her, but I did say she’s a menace to society.
As I was thinking of how I’m going to tell her no to the cookie in a way that won’t induce another blood curdling scream and wake up her peacefully sleeping brother, I noticed her body is on fire. I checked her temp (102.4) and immediately took her to my bedroom so I could care for her. After successfully administering motrin for her fever, cooling her down with a lukewarm rag, and getting her comfortable with me, she started falling asleep. Until she realized my husband was asleep next to us. She shot straight up and yelled “hi, daddy! Are you sleeping? Wake up wake up, you need to love me!” She is also just like her mother.
my husband, bless him, is a local firefighter and was getting his much needed sleep in preparation for his third 24 hour shift this week. But he sat up and started talking to her sweetly and asked if he could do anything for her or for me. I was about to tell him to go back to sleep when Evie started puking everywhere….
fast forward to 6:00 am, after hours of a very fussy girl, lots of snuggles, and another dose of fever reducer….she had finally fallen asleep. I thought “this is perfect, I can get two hours of sleep before Ollie wakes up.”….and I was wrong. Evie woke up 30 minutes later and demanded Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. It is now 2:30pm and both of my babes have required laser focused attention. Ollie is on the mend, but Evie is red eyed and exhausted, yet she is still going 100mph.
hopefully we will all get a nap soon.
