Your sham sacrifice fic is so good! Jack and Maddie's reaction to the idea that they killed Danny is particularly haunting. I am curious though - how did they decide that it probably wasn't Jazz? Was it because of her response to all of this?

I think there are a lot of things that point to Danny over Jazz... The math says that one of their children died in the portal well... which one? Their daughter who's maintained absolute top marks in school, who's shown no real change in demeanor, happiness, energy, engagement, reliability, ever since the portal opened?

...Or their son, whose grades have plummeted ever since the portal opened, who comes home late or not at all, who's become cagey, unreliable, secretive, and impossible to really connect with anymore?

And only one of them has a dead-ringer ghost who appeared with the portal opening.

Hey! I got a question, Whoever tried to attempt to kill Jay or hurt him, what would C!Nadakhan will do or react?

(Omg, I'm already fell in love with your AU already!!! It makes me wanna draw more fanarts for you because of this AU)

To answer your question directly, it very much depends on whether or not Jay is dying or not but here's a lil scene of one of the methods that C!Nadakhan often uses it.

C!Nadakhan's preferred method is usually changing the enemies appearance into Nadakhan which usually does the trick Jay enough to keep going. It's like putting on a skin on game character(s). And a lil fun fact is that C! Nadakhan those very often even without someone to threaten Jay's life which has its side effects...

But it all honestly jus depends whether it would actually kill Jay or not, if not C!Nadakhan would let Jay's wounds bleed and fester but not to the point of Jay ending up dead, but close enough to death that C!Nadakhan would have to burn Jay's wounds to stop the bleeding. Whether that would mean literally or mentally like say self-hatred, it would redirect Jay's hatred from himself to C!Nadakhan by any means necessary. If that doesn't work C!Nadakhan would have to resort to extreme measures.

Like, there's no viable third party candidate in the US, and unless the US were to change its electoral system to use ranked choice voting or something else there is no way an "ideologically pure" head of state will run the US. Unless of course you wanted to attempt to throw over the US govt, but even if I supported that I do not think people could plan it in a good way that would make it so that a leftist system were in place after.

I have absolutely no doubt whatsoever that wherever there are sham elections, there will always people who do not like it, and a brave few will stand up and resist.

For example, if you search social media for something like “Russia sham election,” you’ll see videos like this:

I fucking love watching these. They showed up and did the damn civil disobedience thang.

And if you search for “Russian fuckery” or “disappearing ink,” you’ll find gems like this, where voters were generously supplied with pens to complete their ballots, but the ink wasn’t permanent and could be easily burned away with a bic lighter. (source) (source)

So yeah, people had every right to be pissed and resist Russia’s sham elections.

A lot of Russian dissidents and Ukrainian citizens in occupied Crimea and Mariupol risked their freedom to protest Putin’s sham election. They quite literally risked everything, and many of them have already been jailed.

So yes, you’re right; I know that there are people who do not like it, and a brave few who will stand up and resist Putin.

BUT … it’s quite impossible to take a full or accurate accounting of how Russian citizens inside of Russia feel, because, 1) Putin and the Kremlin control the media outlets, and journalists are routinely murdered by the Kremlin in Russia, so we won’t ever get a true picture, and 2) dissidents know that they will be harshly penalized (shot, jailed, poisoned, defenestrated, etc) for publicly voicing any serious or prolonged anti-Putin sentiments.

And there are also Russians who are against Putin, but who are not against Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

Unfortunately there are quite a few Russians, like the woman in the video below, who aren’t even in Russia, but who have very clearly chugged the kool-aide and fully believe Putin’s propaganda and disinformation.

So yeah, it continues to worry me that some Russians outside of Putin’s distortion bubble still believe his lies. Again, I know that there are also many Russians who vehemently reject Putin’s lies …. I just don’t know if it’s a sizable majority, or a tiny but vocal minority. My guess is that anti-Putin citizens living in Russia are, unfortunately, a minority.

And this isn’t me dunking on Russian civilians. I live in America. We have similar divisions about countries that our government has invaded. So yeah, I’m in the U.S. and I am also dealing with the exact same flavor of willfully gullible miscreants, who believe anything Trump tells them, and I’ll have to wait until after our general election to see if they are a majority here.

A quick aside, but in the original post, I said I’d be watching to see how tankies addressed the OBVIOUSLY fake sham elections that Putin legitimately “won,” and it’s pretty much what I expected - tankies crawling out of the woodwork to announce that any evidence of coercive tactics was itself fake, or CIA propaganda (filmed in Russia! no less). But I gotta admit that I was lowkey surprised that the usual tankies on tumblr were uncharacteristically on mute. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Anyway, Idk where you are, anon, but if you’re in Ukraine or anywhere in the Baltic states or Eastern Europe, please be careful and stay safe. 🫡

Absolutely in love with the lamb dark SBI au. It's so rare to find a Philza that actually actively fights back against the rest of the sbi so yours feels like a fresh breath of air.

Really looking forward to how Phil will have to navigate Tommy, Wilbur and Techno to find out what their weaknesses are without causing suspicion and to take back his actual children. Which I feel like might be long dead now tbh.

No matter the ending, I'm so excited for it. :D

I started The Lambs Wolves Wear after I realized I’d literally never seen a dark sbi where Philza is the vulnerable one…only to realize there wasn’t a chance in hell he’d take his kids being kidnapped lying down. Like hello??? Yeah he’s severely outclassed and one wrong move could get him ripped to shreds. But that’s PHILZA. MINECRAFT. He’s clever, and vindictive, and patient, and will obliterate those who hurt his children.

Hai hai!(´｡^ ᵕ ^｡`)/ Thanks for asking @ishusi! The Sham is ofc my Ninjago AU that first takes place in Skybound, where Nadakhan places a curse on Jay which brings C!Nadakhan into existence and making Jay’s life a constant hell. Which is kind of the main concept, and as well as also keeping some headcanons of mine and characteristics into Jay’s character like one of my headcanons is that Lightning elemental masters are part avian and keeping his snake attributes when he was turned into a serpentine and making them more fused into his powers and his body. Which explains in Part 2 of my comic, Jay’s claws/talons, and as well as the name of the au if you guys can figure it out.

The main idea for the story is where Jay's time in misfortunes keep is prolonged and he continues to persist despite how long he's been beaten down and kept there, because of Jay persistence, Nadakhan decides to place a curse on Jay, not through magical means but through gouging out Jay's eye, and after a couple weeks Nadakhan replaces Jay's eye with a cursed one.

A curse where brings C!Nadakhan into existence (the C ofc means Curse because I didn't wanna change its name but still want a distinction between the two Nadakhans.) C!Nadakhan was made to ruin Jay and his perception of things, the longer Jay has the eye the more C!Nadakhan begins to materialize to the point Jay could feel C!Nadakhan, and since the curse was made because of Jay’s persistence, Nadakhan made sure to grant that wish by making sure C!Nadakhan never lets Jay die by any means necessary, from using provocations or even being nice to Jay.(it's unbelievable ik.) But it's not being nice based purely on how it was made, because the curse is actually sentient and has a level of self-awareness. And that it's self-aware enough that if Jay dies, it also dies. And the more the curse stays, the more C!Nadakhan begins to gain the fear of non-existence or Jay’s persistence, while also gaining the potential to become more than just a curse. Or even becoming an extension of Jay's existence, like an invisible limb that has a mind of its own. But if it finds an opportunity to become part of Jay's soul or become an actual individual being then it will take it.

The drawing I posted of C!Nadakhan and suit Jay would probably the be the present time in the AU, while the comic I've been working on is more of when Jay first got or experiences the curse and I might rename it as “The Sham | Origins”

Anywho this AU is ofc for my own self-indulgence for my headcanons to have their own place and gain a purpose and story rather than just staying as pretty illustrations in my mind and on my canvas. Also thanks :3 really glad you guys like my art and I've always try to improve and refine my art as an artist and will continue to improve ^^

Design; 9/10 - stub legs!! he's doing a little dance!!! He reminds me of lechonk from pokemon but that might just be me idk. One of my favorite character design tropes is "little guy hides under disguise"!! Also I love the hats scary face!

Purpose/Effectiveness; 8/10 okay i still dont know anything about dragonquest but i did a lot more research this time!! The wiki said that it was a monster with a low-level attack, making me think that it's probably one of the first you encounter in the game. Honestly this is really good low-level enemy design! It isnt that scary or imposing, but still enough to let the player know it is gonna attack you. Also wizard hat + using magic! We stan magic boars here!! From what the wiki also said it looks like it has other varients?? So as you go into more dangerous places you encounter more dangerous hatwitches?? That is actually really cool if it's true

Overall; 9/10 - this little piggy cursed your entire bloodline
