Yk that sound ‘soldier, poet and king’ and people argue if Ron or Harry are the king,

Reasons why I think Ron is the king:

1) for obvious reasons, ‘Weasley is our King’ I mean come on it’s right there!!

2) A kings destiny isn’t to die, that’s a soldiers destiny. Harry was literally born to die, the prophecy meant that he was to kill Voldemort, and in doing so, he has to die also.

3) a kings responsibility is to care for their people, and who cares more than Ron about Harry and Hermione’s wellbeing, he makes sure they eat, he’s reminds them to take care of themselves, he lifts their spirits through jokes and forcing them to have fun and laugh. Without Ron, Harry and Hermione kinda fall to shambles, I mean when Ron left in DH, they didn’t speak to each other for weeks. Ron is the glue and the heart, and what happens when a monarchy/governing body cracks…

I’m really bad at picking favorites, but here are a few!

Sweet Dreams- Ron and Hermione were my first OTP. I haven’t written much for them in years and I’ve only posted a few, but I truly loved this one so much. The idea of them in a state of complete chaos as new parents still makes me laugh!

The Floor is Snakes- My brief, torrid love affair with SEAL Team has come to an end, but this fic remains a favorite. Sonny and Clay shenanigans, truly nothing better!

Requesting Immediate Backup- Sicky, cranky, miserable Carlos plus sweet T.K. calling Andrea to help out? Amazing. This one is so fun and sweet and I just adore it. 

You Have the Right to Remain Silent (But I Know You Won’t)- My love letter to the 126 and their complete lack of self-control. Poor Carlos having to deal with all their asses getting arrested, and then finding himself on the other side of things at the end. Some of my favorite lines in here and long suffering Carlos is just the best!

Hold Onto Me- My sweet boys doing the thing they love most: touching each other. This fic has one of my favorite lines I’ve ever written. “He doesn’t know it yet, but that hand on his shoulder is what changes his future forever.” 😍😍😍

I love Ron/Hermione so much but (in my humble opinion) there are not many fics that do them justice, specially when they take place in canon. It's a shame because one of the advantages of shipping a canonical pairing is that you can explore canonic events without changing anything.

This fic is a great example of all that. It's not exactly Ron/Hermione in the sense that there's no romance at all. It focuses on their friendship. The author Is great at showing us how their feelings for each other have many layers and nuances. It's adorable and surprisingly touching. After all it's the little moments that make a difference.

Are there any collections of deleted Romione fanfics?

Does anyone know if there are any archives or collections created of old or deleted Ron/Hermione HP fanfics? I know that there’s all sorts of master lists and google drives for a bunch of the other popular ships, but does anyone have any older deleted Ron/Hermione fanfics saved, or any fanfics for the ships: Percy/Hermione, Neville/Hermione, Draco/Ginny, Ron/Pansy, Ron/OC, Ron/Harry, Ron/Draco, Ron/Luna, or Ron/anyone else that they’re able to share with me? I’m also wanting to read any deleted gen fics about Ron or any of the other Weasleys! ❤️ It’s so hard to find long fics of these lol. Any deleted rare-pair time-travel fics would also be great to discover as well! 🥰

“It’s just, I’ve never seen him look that happy,” Hermione said, tracing patterns into the warmth of Ron’s bicep. The evening had chilled significantly, enough so that the windows had frosted. They kept each other warm enough though, cramped tight in the small space of Ron’s childhood bedroom. 

“I think that’s the worst part.” Ron’s voice vibrated with the deep timbre of tiredness and Hermione’s heart squeezed in her chest. 

“No, the worst part of it is that it definitely makes some kind of sense.”

“You think so?” 

Hermione repositioned herself, moving her hand under her head, digging her elbow into the scratchy orange sheets. The candlelight flickered as she searched for the stars in Ron's freckled skin.

“Oh most definitely,” she said. “It’s like you and me. We danced around each other for years before we could even understand what we felt, let alone work up the courage to act on it.”

“Yeah.” Ron shifted, grabbing her wandering hand and bringing it to his lightly chapped lips. “I hate it.”

“Me too.” Hermione snorted. “Malfoy’s trying, though.” 

Ron shifted. “I’ve never seen Harry look at anyone like that.” He shook his head absentmindedly, deep in thought, with that same analytical look in his eye he got whenever a game of wizard’s chess managed to challenge him. 

“I don’t know if I can forgive Malfoy.” Hermione’s throat felt tight and something complicated itched behind her chest. Anger and grief tangled tightly, she presumed. Though she had examined it often, she never gave herself much time to feel it. Ron, on the other hand, seemed to feel everything all at once. He rarely, if ever, took the time to examine and categorize it the way she did. Perhaps that’s why they worked so well. Hermione pondered if it was the same between Harry and Malfoy. 

Hermione laid her head back down on the bed, curling into Ron’s warmth. “For Harry, I’m willing to offer Malfoy some sort of grace.” Strong arms wrapped around her. The thick lump in her throat shrunk three sizes and it was suddenly easier to breathe again.
