A nice detail that I kind of noticed was that the Rise opening in season 2 is slightly different than it is in season 1

When we see inside the Turtle Tank when Leo lands on top of it, originally in season 1 only April & Donnie are in the Turtle Tank but in season 2 Splinter is with them as well.

Another interesting change between season 1 & 2 is that the group of villains that we see, changes between seasons. In season 1 we see Meat Sweats, Hypno, Warren, Repo, Big Mama & a bunch of Mutant Silver Fish.
However in season 2 we see that Meat Sweats & Big Mama have been replaced by Sloppy Joseph (the mutated sloppy joe that Draxum kept from the episode  Mystery Meat) & Harold (the botanical gardens grounds keeper/ security guard who mutated in the episode How to Make Enemies and Bend People to Your Will)

The Mutant Silver Fish also Disappear from the openings between seasons 1 & 2 (maybe to represent the Turtles dealing with bigger, more serious threats?)  however there are other additions

Mrs Nubbins (Repo’s cat) now appears in the season 2 opening alongside Repo Mantis possibly representing how Mrs Nubbins got mutated at some point in the middle of season 1 as the cat actually appeared pre-mutation in the episode Repo Mantis.

Ghostbear: Peekaboo losers!
Mikey, Leo, April & Donnie: Ghost Bear!?
Raph: Oh! Love the new look! Oooh hey, can I get a quick selfie?
Ghostbear who has also been added to the season 2 opening as similar to Mrs Nubbins, Ghost Bear also mutated in the middle of season 1 when he mutated in the episode Snow Day.

Hypno: That’s my Warren! Oh, it’s good to have ya’ back roomie/ magical assistant/ friend. Doves! Let’s go make fun of game show contestants on TV.
Another change is that Warren has switched from sitting on Meat Sweat’s shoulder to sitting on Hypno’s shoulder which might represent relationship that developed between Warren & Hypno in season 1.

Casey/ Foot Recruit was also added to the season 2 opening possibly representing how Foot Recruit was kind of supposed to have a bigger role throughout season 2 as apparently it had been planned that April & Cassandra were supposed to have a rivalry throughout season 2 but unfortunately most of their episodes were cut & the only one we got was Always Be Brownies.

Though most of Casey’s episodes were cut from season two she still did have quite a journey with her ending up on the side of the Hamato Clan so it would have been interesting to see where she would have been in an opening had Rise gotten a season 3.
Especially since it seems as though in the time between the end of season 2 & the movie Cassandra has been placed firmly in the ‘friend’ category for the Hamato Clan according to April as she calls Cassandra ‘our friend’.

Finally, the final change between the season 1 & 2 openings is that Draxum has been replaced by Shredder as the seasons ‘big bad’ which makes sense as Draxum has his redemption arc in season 2 starting in the episode Repairin’ the Barron

Oroku Saki was freed from the Dark Armour at the end of season 2 & went off to be with the other Hamato spirits so if Rise had gotten a season 3 a new Big Bad would have ended up in the spot of Draxum & Shredder

The ‘Big Bad’ of season 3 could have possibly been one of the Krang or Big Mama as though the Krang were always meant to be the movie’s antagonists we do know that at least one Krang was left on earth at the end of the movie.

However Big Mama could also possibly be a contender for the ‘Big Bad’ of season 3 as we know that the original outline for the third season was meant to be the Turtles looking for the two missing Turtle siblings & with the fact that Big Mama’s Assistant has been implied by the Rise team to have been one of the two missing siblings it’s possible that the Hamato Clan could have come into more direct conflict with Big Mama in the third season.

In the movie Krang Prime’s throne was made out of a Triceraton skull meaning that Triceraton’s do most likely exist in the Rise universe so the ‘Big Bad’ of season 3 might very well possibly been a Triceraton invasion.

Leo: They wanted to wipe out their ancient enemy the Krang
In the 2012 series one of the reasons for the Triceraton’s invasion was due to the Krang’s presence on Earth. A lot of the people who worked on the 2012 series also worked on Rise as well & as such some similarities between the two shows can sometimes be seen (such as both iterations having April & Casey be teens). It’s possible that Rise could have another similarity to the 2012 series by having the Triceratons come to Earth as a response to the Krang’s own presence there.
If the Triceratons do come to earth due to the Krang’s presence there then the events of the movie could possibly set up the Krang as the series next big bad.

Anyway the differences between the season 1 opening and the season 2 opening include:
Splinter being added to the Turtle Tank with April & Donnie
New villains in the villain group shot
A different ‘Big Bad’ in the final scene
So it is possible if Rise had gotten a season 3 the season 3 opening might have had Casey in the Turtle Tank with Donnie, April & Splinter (maybe standing behind one of their seats?), a new villain group shot with possibly villains that were introduced in the middle of season 2 or villains that will be introduced in season 3 & a new ‘Big Bad’ in the final scene.

Lady Zia Wernher’s.⁵ It was successful indeed and starts a new era in entertaining .... I was presented to a tallish gentleman, the Crown Prince of Sweden⁶ ... he is to marry the Lady Louise Mountbatten.⁷ It will be announced next week. What luck for her as she has only about £300 a year and is living in obscurity at Kensington Palace. The Mountbattens after being degraded during the war⁸ to the rank of mere marquises and earls are now much on the ascendant ... they are ever a lucky family, poverty-stricken, they specialise in brilliant marriages. I sat in the garden with Lady Desborough⁹ and found her witty and wily as ever ... does everyone realise, as I do, that she is the character of the age?
1. Michael Charles St John Hornby (1899-1987), son of St John Hornby, was the founding partner of WH Smith.
2. The Hornby family’s house in Chelsea.
3. Frederick Austerlitz (1899-1987), who took the name Fred Astaire, was an American actor, dancer and singer who achieved worldwide fame in the 1930s in a series of Hollywood musicals renowned for their dance routines; and his sister Adele Marie (1896-1981), with whom he began a vaudeville act as children as 1905, when they changed their name to Astaire. She was daughter of Prince Louis of Battenberg, who became 1st Marquess of Milford Haven when renouncing the German titles in 1917. She had earlier turned down proposals from King Manuel II of Portugal and had been secretly engaged to Prince Christopher of Greece, who was unable to marry her because he had no money; a second engagement was to Stuart Hill, an artist, whom she met while nursing in the Great War and who turned out to be homosexual. 8. There was a protracted debate between Lloyd George, King George V and Lord Stamfordham, the King’s private secretary, in 1917 about the titles to be bestowed on German members of the King’s family who had pledged allegiance to him and had been prepared to forfeit their German ranks. The King was cautioned against granting too many titles and to avoid bestowing any dukedoms. The Mountbatten marquessate was a compromise and their rise would indeed be unstoppable, with the surname of members of the House of Windsor becoming Mountbatten-Windsor in 1960, thirteen years after the marriage of the future Queen Elizabeth II to Philip Mountbatten. 9. Ethel ‘Ettie’ Fane (1867-1952), married in 1887 William Henry Grenfell (1855-1945), 1st Baron Desborough, a former Liberal MP who had joined the Conservatives in 1893 over his disagreement with the second Home Rule Bill for Ireland. Their three sons (qqv) predeceased them, two killed in the Great War and a third in a car crash.

“On a secluded pine-sheltered hillside three miles from bustling Frankston are 10 privet-hedged acres of herb garden which through the war provided all Australia with drugs formerly coming from abroad. This garden even provided the drug used in the AlF's invasion anti-sea-sickness pills. The rows of purple, red and white' blooms are the result of the enterprise and foresight of Mr Russell Grimwade.”The article continues….“Thousands of pounds worth of digitalis, heroin, hyoscine, opium, and other deadly, but life saving drugs were produced during the war from the 10 acres, which are part of Mr Grimwade's beautiful estate."More than 20 years ago Mr Grimwade made a hobby of cultivating small patches of herbs and drug-yielding plants. When the Second World War started, he foresaw a shortage of certain essential drugs. Immediately the war started he cabled an English firm for a pound each of five drug seed varieties. Within a few months rows of plants were showing their heads above the fertile, sandy loam.")"The deadly leaf harvest was gathered and sufficient seed extracted to make a hundred-fold crop the following, season. Sir Wilfrid Russell Grimwade CBE (15 October 1879 - 2 November 1955) was an Australian chemist, botanist, industrialist and philanthropist. He was the son of Frederick Sheppard Grimwade and brother of Harold Grimwade.An endowment by Grimwald in 1929 was used to create the Russell Grimwade Prize, a scholarship for study of forestry. Sir Russell had a thirst for knowledge and a wide range of interests, including carpentry, photography, forestry and arboriculture. He loved botanical literature and campaigned assiduously for the preservation of forests, and it is here at Westerfield that we see his love of plants and natives really come into play. There’s a eucalypt paddock, a long formal garden with flowerbeds and a lily pond, and the subjects of many of Sir Russell’s original plantings, including a crab apple tree, roses, lilacs, and lemon, apple and pear trees, still stand today. Cooks' Cottage was purchased in 1933 by Sir Russell Grimwade as a centenary gift to the people and State of Victoria. The cottage was moved, brick by brick from Great Ayton to Melbourne, shipped in 253 crates complete with a ivy cutting which had grown on the original building. Today the cottage is covered by the ivy.

June 1 - June 3
June 1 
 We drove to the American cemetery in Normandy in the morning. It was very sobering and very beautiful.   It is difficult to describe how perfectly it's kept by the  American Graves Commission. There were a lot of people looking at the graves and memorials.   In the afternoon, we drove to Saint Mere Eglise to see the chapel where the American paratrooper got hung up on the steeple during the invasion.   It is a small town, but very dedicated to the American soldiers who liberated it.   They go all out on D-day. There were many jeeps, trucks and other vehicles waiting to join the festivities on June the 6th. There was a big encampment on the edge of town including a field hospital, but we didn’t see a way to go in to visit it.
June 2nd.
 We decided to drive to Mont St Michel to see the massive cathedral there. It was about an hour and 45 minute drive but we'll worth it. We parked and took a horse drawn carriage to the cathedral instead of waiting for the free shuttle thinking it would be quicker. We were wrong. The horses didn't go very fast for the 3 km to the cathedral. It took a little over half an hour and we could have walked it faster than that. Just after entering the city, we met a couple and their children who are stationed at the Ramstein Air Force Base.  We enjoyed the visit and then walked up to the entrance to the monastery. It is supposedly built to honor the archangel Michael who fought the devil and sent him down to hell.  It took hundreds of years to finally complete and it's now be home to some Christians from Jerusalem. It's too magnificent to describe in words and I hope some of the pictures that you see later will help. We headed back to our hotel and stopped off at Bayeux to see the Norman tapestry that is over 70 m long.   It depicts the rise and fall of Harold and the rise of William the Conqueror as king of England. It's very impressive I don't know how many years it took to make.  It's amazing that it has lasted this long because it has been viewed and transferred all over the world including a stint with Napoleon.  It was in the cathedral in Bayeux for over 700 hundred years before moving around.  We decided to have a pizza for dinner, but the restaurant didn't open till 6:45 and we were there at 6:20 PM   We killed some time and got back there at 6:50. The place was starting to fill up and most of the tables were reserved. The waiter said she had a table for us in the back, but we had to leave by 8:45. I told her we could probably finish that pizza in 2 hours with beer included.  We did.   June 3    Our last day in Normandy was going to the beaches of Juno, Sword and Gold.  Juno and Sword beach were resort towns before the war and have reverted to that without a lot of fanfare. There are plenty of reminders of what happened there, but a large British memorial is at Gold Beach.   It has marble columns with all the names, regiments and the ages of the men who died liberating Normandy and Europe.  There were a lot of men between the ages of 18 and 25 on those columns. We stopped at our favorite coffee shop just near our hotel for a last cup of coffee and pastry before we leave. Our favorite waitress for the last 2 days was not there and we got a surly young lady who didn't even try to speak English or smile.  Oh well, c'est la vie.   We're going to try to find a different place for dinner tonight, but there are a few restaurants in this area. Tomorrow morning we drive to Monet's gardens and hope to find some dry weather for a short visit. It started raining about 3 o'clock today and at 4:46 it is still raining.  It's predicted to be raining there around  5 o'clock tomorrow evening. Is it a 3 hour drive so we'll have to get started early in the morning.  We don't have a room at the Inn right now.   That may be a topic of the next post. There will be pictures in the next few days.
I don't know how many miles we have driven here, but we have crisscrossed the roads back and forth and I'm starting to get to know my way around and recognize landmarks fairly easily. The GPS seems to take us a different way even though we're going to the same place.  Maybe we’re a half block away and it takes us on a different country road.  The scenery is beautiful and we've been on some pretty scary one way roads, flanked  by banks or hedgerows.  Oh well, we have  made it so far.
Correction - I misspelled Vincent J. Speranza’s name by putting a “E” in front of the “S”.  I spelled it the way I thought he pronounced it!  My bad.

Tolkien wrote the following in a letter to a fan, Deborah Webster, in 1958. Many have taken this to cement the view that Tolkien was especially averse to the French Language, and indeed things French in general (especially food). Indeed various biographers and interpreters have tried to suggest some specific reason why this should be the case: why Tolkien should have developed such an extraordinary characteristic. But truth be told I don’t think there is a specific reason necessary, beyond that Tolkien was a normal, patriotic Englishman; among whom such an aversion is normal and unremarkable even if he was an Oxford don.
Some hold the view that the ordinary Englishman has 'always' had a thing against the French; and this was only amplified by having them as 'allies' in both 20th century world wars. Aversion to the French was as common among World War I and II veterans as was an admiration-of, and friendliness-towards, the Germans. I’m not really sure this is quite true if one reads the correspondence of first world war soldiers fighting in France. Historians have been re-appraising this tired trope for some time now. Still, others point out that a pervasive (but mostly unspoken) dislike of Frenchness is just normal among the English lower classes; including the non-professional middle class, from which Tolkien emerged. There are many reasons for it - for example the Norman Conquest imported a French-speaking ruling class, leading on to centuries of cultural division, destruction and oppression. And France was an old (often primary) military enemy and political threat (or rival) for many centuries up to Napoleon Bonaparte. The backbone of the British Army who fought against the French has always been, so the argument goes, the working class.
I think a more convincing reason for Tolkien’s aversion to French ideas and the culture they sprung forth from than the French as an individuals or a nation. As a professor of literature versed in several languages, he understood the importance of French upon the English language but a part of him didn’t like that. Tolkien always hated that William the Bastard bested King Harold at the Battle of Hastings in 1066, because it prevented a full flourishing of Anglo-Saxon culture and allowed French to "pollute" the language.
I suspect at the real heart of Tolkien’s visceral dislike was the association between France and political and social radicalism generally starting from the very idea of the French Revolution and one that gutted religion from the heart of French society in the name of liberty, equality, and fraternity.
These ideas could be traced down from the 18th Century English radicals like John Wilkes and Charles James Fox down to the modern day socialism of the early 20th Century and the rise of Marxism across Europe from the ashes of the first world war, particularly in Russia of course. Those who find it strange or sinister that Tolkien was French averse are mostly upper middle class and/or progressive bourgeois English - for whom to be Francophile ("the food, the fashion, the sheer style") is a natural as their complementary (and more visceral) despising of Englishness. This description covers nearly all of those people who would be inclined to publish books about Tolkien. ...Or else they are Americans; who just don't get Europeans and our tribal tiffs. ...Or they may instead be Scottish or Irish; for whom the French have always gleefully served as just another stick with which to beat the English. And I say this as someone who has an Anglo-Scots father. What is perhaps surprising is that Tolkien qua Oxford Professor did not adopt the Francophilia of his new tribe in academia. But Tolkien's retaining of natural, patriotic, 'common folk' Englishness, was a sign of that same integrity that made him the genius he was.

Agatha tried to tamp down her rising fury as she watched the two of you across the street. You were laughing at something he said while you tended to the flowers in the garden of the house you and your fake husband shared.

"Hey Agnes!" Harold called from the porch. "What brings you here?"
You stood, wiping sweat from your brow, and turned to see Agatha walking over to your side of the street. It took all your willpower to not run over and wrap your arms around her.
"Harold," she greeted, though not too kindly. Turning to you she said, “I was just here to invite F/N for a little girls night. Movies, magazines, a sleepover. You know the deal,” Agatha’s words were light but her tone was anything but. You felt your heart race when her eyes met yours.
Harold chose this moment to come over and put an arm around your waist. You cringed inwardly when you saw the fire light up in your wife’s blue eyes. Agatha wasn’t one to share, even if it was necessary for her to achieve her plan.
“That’s a great idea,” he said, completely unaware of the way the brunette’s gaze was zeroed in on his hand at your waist. “I think it’ll be good for F/N to spend some time out of the house.” He smiled, looking down at you.
“Yes,” you nodded enthusiastically. Agatha’s blazing eyes met yours again. Never mind her mood. The sleepover would be the perfect cover for the two of you to finally be together, even if it was for just a night. “I’d love to,”
“Good,” Agatha smiled and turned to leave. “And don’t worry Harold, I’ll take great care of her!” She called over her shoulder and you swore you could hear the smirk in her voice.

Later that evening you stepped out of the house, ready to head over to Agatha’s. You couldn’t help the way your nerves were abuzz, excited to finally be with your wife again. You’d already said bye to Harold who seemed happy that you were spending time with the brunette. You pitied him a little; he seemed nice enough and he definitely deserved someone who wasn’t already in a relationship.
You hurriedly crossed the street, worried about being spotted by Wanda. While a girl’s night wasn’t exactly suspicious, the lacy number you were wearing under your dress might raise a few brows. You couldn’t really help it; you’d missed Agatha in more ways than one.
You walked up to the front door and rang the doorbell, hands trembling slightly. She didn’t answer the door so you rang it again. No answer. “Aga- Agnes?” You quickly looked around to make sure no one heard your mistake. The street was empty and quiet.
Still, no answer. Sighing, you tried the doorknob and were surprised to find the door unlocked. You walked in and shut the door behind you, leaving you in the dark. “Aggs?” You called. “What’s with the spooky vibe you have going on here?” You laughed uneasily. You noticed the kitchen light was on and headed in there.
Agatha was standing in the kitchen with a glass of wine in hand, the bottle and another glass sitting on the counter. “Oh you made it,” she said, swirling the wine and not looking at you.
You’d been ready to embrace your wife but her tone threw you off. “Yes, I’m sorry. We were having dinner so I got a little late...”

The case was never supposed to last this long. Spencer knew that, Hell, the whole BAU knew that. A woman with ties to the highest degree of one of the most infamous organized crime families should have been the FBI’s top priority, and for a very long time, she was.
Then the case got complicated, and while Spencer’s mind clouded with an unbearable lust for a woman that would take his life with zero hesitation, the team lost one of their greatest players.
It was tragic in every sense of the word, the way Spencer’s mind replayed their first interaction, his lips feeling her breath on him after all this time, and the bullet that always rested in his bag.
He felt pathetic in that moment, letting her take control of his morals with her vice like grip on his mind, body and soul.
“FBI, freeze. Don’t move.” Finally, the BAU had found who they were looking for since her first appearance on their radar 8 months ago. More importantly, Spencer caught her trying to flee a scene she had no business being at. She looked so out of place, the blood and gore that laid a trail to her small, almost fragile figure making Spencer believe for a split second that she couldn’t have possibly done this.
But time moves quickly, and the second fleeted when she turned around to flash a wicked smile his way.
And Spencer Reid was the one who froze instead.
“Doctor,” she greeted with the utmost of poise and delicacy. “I do believe I have a job to do, so I’m sorry to inform you that I cannot follow your request at this time.”
She was taunting him, and Spencer would fall into that trap again and again if it meant her eyes remained on his.
But this was a criminal, a murderer, a sociopath, and he will not lose his footing this time. Not even for a flawless god-like woman.
“Y/N Y/L/N, you’re under arrest for the murder of Tristen Kepler, Michael Gerdinski and Harold Bennet.” Spencer’s voice was slowly losing its confidence as her face turned from one of pure hilarity to confusion.
“Is that all? You might be missing a few names.” She was proud of her work, it was insufferable. Spencer’s anger level was slowly rising, and if she continued to dance circles around his mind, the task at hand being forgotten, it was going to get dangerously high.
“You won’t shoot me, Dr. Reid,” she continued as she took a step towards him, the grip on his gun tightened.
“How do you know?” Spencer’s voice shook with the same uncertainty as his finger shaking over the trigger. She was right, he wasn’t going to shoot her, but Spencer couldn’t confirm the thoughts of a narcissist.
“Because,” another step. “I’m unarmed, and you, Spencer Reid,” another step. “Are a man of morals and righteousness, and justice.” She spit the last word with so much venom that the story behind her rage could have been the world’s most tragic villain arc.
The whole case was quite tragic.
“Don’t take another step.” Spencer was easily a foot taller than her, and with one scan could tell he weighed twice as much as her, but she still found a way to make his blood run cold with both fear and excitement.
“Or what?”
Spencer could’ve sworn he only blinked and she was directly in front of him, but that wasn’t entirely the truth. She had laid a fog over his mind, taking away his intelligence and peeling back every layer of his mind so only the thought of lowering his weapon in favor of getting on her good side remained.
She was challenging him to do something, but instead of the snake charmer charming the snake, she charmed him.
Spencer must have been hallucinating on the high of being closer to her now, but he could’ve sworn the crime scene they were in was starting to grow the same vines in the Garden of Eden, because there she stood handing Spencer an apple.
Like Eve, Spencer took it.
The second his gun lowered slightly, she pounced. She had him disarmed and on his back before he had time to process the feeling of her skin on his. If the impact to the ground didn’t knock the wind out of Spencer, her close proximity would.
She had a heel digging into his wrist closest to his gun that was only inches away, taunting him for his pathetic lust. Slowly, she bent down, entering the fog, black smoke mixing with his innocent, white cloud to create a gray that he wouldn’t dare call dull.
“I’m sorry it has to be like this, Spencer. Truly, I am.” Her eyes left his to scan his face before she reached over to his gun. The thought crossed his mind that she was going to kill him, but would that be so bad when he was breathing the same air as her?
She emptied the chamber into her hands, only leaving one bullet. He walked this road before, he knew his chances.
“One bullet, one chance.” She spun the chamber before slamming it back in place. “God, I really hope you live.”
For a split second, they shared a gaze clouded with desire for the other. Spencer let his mind fade into what her lips would feel like against his, or how her body would tremble under his. She had control now, but he knew from the way her eyes begged, even just for one second, she wanted him to flip the roles and take her right there. He would’ve too if it wasn’t for the cool metal that pressed against the side of his head.

An empty threat, yet she still smirked. “Today’s your lucky day, Doctor.”
She looked up to where a single headlight shone through the window above them, her hair trickling down to brush against Spencer’s neck, and he sighed at the small contact. It was pathetic, really.
“That’s my ride. See you around.” With that, she winked and ran off towards her getaway. Spencer laid there, taking in shallow breaths that escaped him during their interaction.
She had been stalling him, and he fell for it.
Spencer still carried around that bullet as a reminder. A reminder that he needs to catch her, she was too dangerous, and anything less than her being imprisoned for life wasn’t good enough. 
It was also a reminder of how he felt when she was with him, over him, dominating him. Spencer never felt that helpless, that pathetic, that hungry for someone, and he wasn’t ready to let that go quite yet.
There was no new case that came in this week, and no matter how hard he tried, he couldn't keep that nagging feeling at bay when it came to her this case. They needed to shut it, Spencer needed to shut it, because maybe, just maybe, he could sleep better at night knowing he won.
“Delivery for Dr. Spencer Reid,” a voice called from the entrance of the bullpen. Spencer’s head shot around, finding a very harmless looking intern holding a small package in his hand looking around.
Cutting the kid some slack, he made his way over. “I’m Dr. Reid.” The kid smiled before handing him the little cardboard box. It fit in the palm of his hand, and was completely blank except for the small drawing of a snake on the top.
His blood ran cold, and his lungs forgot how to breath, just like they did a year ago.
A year ago today.
Spencer didn’t wait any longer, ripping the box open despite the strong glue that held it shut with its secrets.
Oh Spencer, hasn’t anyone told you not to open Pandora’s box?
The bullet inside rattled around the small container, one of the bullets that belonged to Spencer before she took them for her trophies.
She may have not killed Spencer, but she definitely took something more than just bullets with her that night.
He knew where she was, and she wanted him to.
Spencer could’ve told his team, hell, he was going to need the backup, so what stopped him from doing so as he raced for the crime scene that has since been cleared and reopened for the public to ignore the ‘No Trespassing’ sign?
Lust, lust is what stopped him, and it was pathetic.
Pathetic and tragic.
She knew he arrived, even if he turned the lights of the SUV off before pulling up the small warehouse. The air around her grew heavier with anticipation as she waited for Spencer to enter the room, no doubt waiting for the element of surprise.
She almost missed his light footsteps approaching her from behind.
“You’ve changed,” she called out. Spencer froze again, just like he had the first time. Was this pathetic enough?
“So have you,” his voice was calm, not caring for tiptoeing anymore. She was right, Spencer had changed, and now he took very little chances with instability.
“Yet here we are, repeating the same cycle as last year.” She turned to face him, and if she was less of a professional, she would have let her hunger for Spencer shine through. He had definitely changed, his hair was longer now, but still beautifully curly and framing his face, the one that was sharper, stubble on his cheeks. 
Spencer was a man now, one she wanted to strip down to nothing both physically and emotionally.
“That’s not entirely true,” he shot back with a sense of cockiness to his tone, cockiness she had no patience for. “I’m not letting you go this time.”
She snorted, actually snorted in his face. “You cannot be serious. You think I would lead you to me just to turn myself in?”
“You’re coming with me, whether you want to or not.” There was no room for argument, but she had other plans. She saw the lust in his eyes a year ago, and though time passed, that passion when he was looking at her still hasn’t faded. She just needed to push his buttons a little bit.
“Why don’t you make me?” It was the final straw, the last drop of water before the dam broke, and Spencer made no effort to stop himself from taking her head in his hands and smashing their lips together in both anger and desire.
She moaned against his mouth, wrapping her hands around his neck to find their place in his hair. Spencer had other plans, because he grabbed both of her wrists before turning her around and bending her over the metal table behind them.
“Listen, Princess,” Spencer whispered into her ear, his lips grazing the shell as he bent his whole body over her to press her further. The cool metal was digging into her hips, but she couldn’t complain when it also meant she felt Spencer’s hard erection on her backside. “I’m going to fucking ruin you, and then I’m going to take you in where you’ll rot in prison for the rest of your life. Do you understand?”
“Only one of us is getting ruined today, and it’s not me.” Apparently, that was not the answer Spencer wanted, because he grabbed a fistful of her hair to pull her back against his chest, making her gasp and squirm against his strong frame.
“Watch the attitude,” he growled out before reaching down with his other hand to unbutton her black jeans. “Now let’s try that again. Do you understand me?”
She only responded in a whimper as Spencer’s hands reached inside both her pants and panties to run his fingers through her slick folds.

He set a brutal pace, giving her barely any time to adjust before pulling out so just the tip remained, and then slamming into her with a rough, animalistic force.

“Shut up,” Spencer groaned out, annunciating each word with a thrust while he reached forward to shove two fingers into her mouth. “Fuck, you’re so tight.”
She moaned around his fingers, causing him to press down on her tongue, gagging her. Spencer could feel the way she started to clench around him.

“Would you have come if I kept killing?” He didn’t have to think about his answer, it was the reason he was hoping was true.
“No.” She slowly stalked over to him, but this time she didn’t flip him on his back. Instead, she cupped his cheek, and he didn't hesitate to nuzzle into her palm.
“I still have 4 bullets,” she said softly. They locked eyes again, but this time, the lust they indulged in melted down to a mutual understanding.
“I’ll see you next year, Doctor.” With that, she walked around him, shutting the door with a slam on the way out, leaving Spencer staring at the silver with no attempt to chase after her.
Pathetic and tragic.

My headcanons about Queen Angelina II
Majority of these can be seen in this fic, so if you like the idea go check it out ;)

If you want me to draw/write any of these specific headcanons/moments, just send an ask and I’ll probably do it

This is gonna be a long post-
Early Life:
Her parents weren't very loving or caring, only ever wanting her to work on her studies and singing
Her mother was worse than her father, as she was egotistical and always critical of Angelina II and always seemed to find problems with things and people that made her happy
Her mother also always went by her full name (You had to refer to her as Queen Angelina Contessa Louisa Francesca Banana Fanna Bo Besca the First- she wouldn't let people shorten it)
Naturally- Angelina resented her mother and with that, her own name.
She hates it when people say her full name- "Just Angelina is fine"
But if she especially likes you, you can call her Lena ;)
Since the only thing her parents approved of was studying, she devoured the entire castle library as a child, which left her often more informed than her tudors, which left her bored during lessons and she quickly became a "smart-ass" as she liked to talk back and figure out the ways she could get out of lessons
She hated the idea of getting betrothed, and any time a suitor would come over, she'd attack his pride in any form she could think of to get them to hate her, and she was successful
One of the suitors was Prince Salazar
She hated Salazar the most
Despite her attitude being well known across several kingdoms, rumors of her beauty and wonderous singing kept them coming
Her father, King Harold the Eighth, died when she was 10, and she could hardly say she really grieved him, but it made her mother more distant and sometimes outright cruel
She met William when he was 15 in the royal stables when he was training to be a squire
He fell in love instantly, though Angelina wanted to get to know him first
They were the best of friends since they met, though it was obvious Queen Angelina I disapproved
However, after awhile Angelina just stopped caring about what her mother thought entirely and was much better off
She and William loved to garden together, and always planted new flowerbeds in the palace garden every spring
William proposed when he was 22 and she was 21
Obviously she said yes, but they had to keep it hidden from her mother, who would likely take William away
Luckily for them, Angelina I died a month after he proposed, and the two were quickly married.
Yakko:
Yakko was born 10 months after their wedding
Angelina fell in love instantly, declaring him to be the cutest baby she had ever seen
She's terrible with names, and never named her children until after they were born
She hated the idea of giving him a really long and convoluted name, or a name that was in her family (like Harold the 9th)
And so Yakko it was
She didn't expect motherhood to be so exhausting, but hearing Yakko's laugh for the first time made everything worth it to her
Yakko began babbling at a younger age than most, and he babbled constantly, even in his sleep. Angelina loved to just sit and listen to him try to tell stories in nonsense baby language
However, Yakko seemed to have a preference for hearing William give the bedtime stories, as when she tried to read he got fussy
Once he was able to explain he said "daddo does the voices" and that he preferred her lullabies anyway
It hurt at first, but she understood. William was an excellent story teller, though he did have a tendency to ramble at times
Yakko's favorite story was of how they met
She's very protective, and if he was sick or hurt, she'd never leave his side
Her hair used to be very, very long but once Yakko was able to grab things and kept yanking her hair, she chopped it all off and has kept it short ever since
Wakko:
Wakko didn’t cry or breathe when he was born, so for the first moments of his life, Angelina and William feared he was dead
He wasn’t dead though, and they rejoiced greatly, and cried a lot
Angelina refused to let go of him though, and they were only able to get Wakko away from her when she fell asleep from exhaustion
After about a week or so, she relaxed more, but she needless to say her protectiveness went to new heights 
“Lena, Yakko slept in a crib all the time, it’s fine-” “How do you know that?” “Lena, I was there.”
William did always have a way to reassure her though
However, the extra layer of protectiveness was kinda needed for Wakko, as he loved to bite and chew on everything and anything he could get his little hands on (including his own tail)
She eventually gained what William described as a “sixth sense” where she could just tell when Wakko put something he wasn’t supposed to in his mouth.
Wakko didn’t talk much when he was young, especially when compared to Yakko, though his brother seemed to get him to talk even more than his parents could
They didn’t mind though, whatever worked, worked
Wakko loved following Yakko everywhere he went the moment he could crawl. Angelina thought it was adorable.
Wakko had a tendency to hurt himself a lot (whether by tripping, crashing, bitting his tail too hard, etc.) which forced Angelina to learn that he’ll be okay, and not to overreact or panic, as he was most certainly not made of glass
Angelina had a tendency to be a worry-wart
Dot: 
Angelina became pregnant with Dot right before tensions with Ticktockia started to rise, but William was determined not to let that ruin their optimism about having another child that was hopefully a girl
Angelina really wanted a girl bc Yakko and Wakko didn’t like dressing up and she really hoped a girl would, though she knew there wasn’t ever a guarantee, but she hoped
Angelina went into labor in the middle of a meeting with an ambassador from Ticktockia, but forced herself to finish it bc she ain’t a quitter
Despite Dot being her third child, she took the longest to actually deliver (two days), likely due to the exhaustion from countless meetings with Ambassadors and the stress of trying to avoid war bc King Salazar decided past treaties suddenly didn’t mean anything
Angelina had originally been against giving her her name, as she still associated it with her mother, but William said that he only thought of her, and that she was a much better mother and person than Angelina I could’ve ever been, which changed her mind.
However, she had thought of the name Dot before she was born, and liked it to so she and William agreed they’d just call her that for short, and if you asked them “how is Dot short for Princess Angelina blah blah blah the Third, they’d reply “it just is”)
Though she wouldn’t tell Yakko or Wakko, Dot was most certainly the cutest baby of them all
Wakko and Yakko loved to just... stand over Dot’s crib and watch her do things
Wakko also didn’t grasp what a baby was, and would often try to make her do things, and when she wouldn’t he’d get upset and Angelina or William would have to explain why she can’t play with him with the toy soldiers
She’d often just ramble on and on to Dot as she slept while William watched the boys, talking about the new treaties going up, and how worried she was about what Salazar would do if he didn’t agree with the new treaties and deals. It made her feel better. 
To also ease her worries, she taught Yakko how to take care of his sister. How to burp her, how to change her, how to give her a bath, etc. She hated thinking about what could possibly happen, but knowing they’d survive somehow made her feel much better. 
Dot was three months old when the attack happened, and Angelina wished she had had more time with her before dying.

She had family portraits made after each of her kids were born bc she wanted to always remember how cute of babies they were
Her lullabies worked like magic in terms of getting the three of them to sleep
If you asked her, she thinks Yakko has her eyes, Wakko has her nose, and Dot has her eyes and face shape
In the space between her mother dying and their wedding, she met Hello Nurse, who was a childhood friend of William’s, and they hit it off quite well- so much so that Angelina offered her a job in the castle, but she refused, saying she had plans with some doctor in Acme Falls, which Angelina respected. 
She one time tried to practice knitting in hopes of knitting the kiddos a blanket, but she was  t e r r i b l e  at it, and gave up after a week of trying
William and her liked to throw balls at least once a year, and everyone agreed they were the best dancers out there (what they didn’t know was how much practice Angelina had to put in to get a sense of rhythm- she was a terrible dancer, and William’s natural grace when dancing far exceeded her own)
Despite others protesting, Angelina always suspected that the reason tension was growing with Ticktockia was because Salazar was jealous and upset that she married some random knight rather than him (a theory that was proven right to her right before her death)
Her favorite food was bananas
William was a huge cuddler, so they’d cuddle close every night
she personally tutored Yakko on things like history and geography, as she felt those tended to be the most boring classes, and she wanted to have some part in his education, as she hated all of her teachers when she was a kid
She often didn’t know when to shut up, which did end up costing her in the end, but she didn’t regret a single word she said before her death, as Salazar deserved every bit of it.

Yes, I'm still unfathomably angry about Star vs' downfall, incredibly bitter regarding the She-Ra 'reboot' and how its' messages were portrayed (and a whole lot of other issues), immensely frustrated on how Steven Universe's themes, world building plus characters were handled and extremely annoyed with Miraculous Ladybug refusing to evolve into something better, thank you for asking. :)
