AWAKENING
When we read about werewolves and the likes, they talk about the awakening period; a kind of maturity stage, a time where the person’s personal wolf becomes active and they both works together…
Awakening to me as a human being is that moment, or do I say the period I became aware of Myself and My immediate environment.
That period I became responsible for Myself;
RESPONSIBILITY according to Me in this period isn’t about carrying the world on My shoulders, but THE ABILITY TO THINK FOR MYSELF, YOU know, RELAYING ON MY INNER SELF FOR ADVICE, MAKING AND TAKING DECISIONS, AND ABOVE ALL, STANDING AND READY TO BEAR THE CONSEQUENCES.
Awakening happens to individuals at different ages and stages in life.
To some, it happens early, while others, late.
I must say one of the greatest things that have ever happened to Me, and I’m forever grateful for is My early Awakening at age twelve (12). I guess loosing My Dad early and moving to live with relatives at a young age; an environment completely different from the one I was born into, helped pushed Me into early Awakening.
So, instead of being focussed on the pains, or disappointments, I am asking You to try look at that situation  from a different angle, maybe there’s an Awakening on an area of Your life awaiting You.
Why not check it out? I bet You, Your life will never remain the same just like mine.

family stories
I come from a family who are slightly crazy. I.e., in my family there are many oddballs and wacky characters - and not that I’m any different.
My mother was telling me this story of when she was little. (She’s quite old, now.) She was watching Psycho (1960) with her mother, father and older brother, John, when it aired on TV back then. Not in that particular year but it would’ve been late sixties early seventies when she first saw it.
Aka Psycho was a newish film back then and was arguably more shocking then than it could be now. Anyway, my mother and the family saw the shower scene for the first time. And Mum, being a girl, was pretty disturbed by it. So much that she couldn’t really enjoy the movie. But she watched the whole thing because it was a family deal. What she noticed was that brother John and her parents weren’t so queasy about the flick as she was.
After the film had (thankfully) finished, the room dispersed, and she was left in the living room alone. The TV now only showed advertisements and a silly sitcom. Nothing to worry about ... She noticed that the plates on the coffetable were still there and dirty; so she took them along the corridor to the kitchen.
She got into the kitchen. And brought the crockery over to the sink ... and then heard something behind her:
Turned, and saw John running towards her with a butcher’s knife. She didn’t realise he was hiding in the kitchen: and then he just hurtled towards her with a massive blade.
She screamed. He obviously did it as a joke. But it was only funny for him during the moment.
Mother said that her parents heard her screaming, but never came to help or ask what was up.
That ^ ranks low on the family fables in my clique, in terms of extremity. Feel free to reply with your own, if you like.

Rowling isn't denying holocaust. She just pointed out that burning of transgender health books is a lie as that form of cosmetic surgery didn't exist. But of course you knew that already, didn't you?
I was thinking I'd probably see one of you! You're wrong :) Let's review the history a bit, shall we?
In this case, what we're talking about is the Institut für Sexualwissenschaft, or in English, The Institute of Sexology. This Institute was founded and headed by a gay Jewish sexologist named Magnus Hirschfeld. It was founded in July of 1919 as the first sexology research clinic in the world, and was run as a private, non-profit clinic. Hirschfeld and the researchers who worked there would give out consultations, medical advice, and even treatments for free to their poorer clientele, as well as give thousands of lectures and build a unique library full of books on gender, sexuality, and eroticism. Of course, being a gay man, Hirschfeld focused a lot on the gay community and proving that homosexuality was natural and could not be "cured".
Hirschfeld was unique in his time because he believed that nobody's gender was either one or the other. Rather, he contended that everyone is a mixture of both male and female, with every individual having their own unique mix of traits.
This leads into the Institute's work with transgender patients. Hirschfeld was actually the one to coin the term "transsexual" in 1923, though this word didn't become popular phrasing until 30 years later when Harry Benjamin began expanding his research (I'll just be shortening it to trans for this brief overview.) For the Institute, their revolutionary work with gay men eventually began to attract other members of the LGBTA+, including of course trans people.
Contrary to what Anon says, sex reassignment surgery was first tested in 1912. It'd already being used on humans throughout Europe during the 1920's by the time a doctor at the Institute named Ludwig Levy-Lenz began performing it on patients in 1931. Hirschfeld was at first opposed, but he came around quickly because it lowered the rate of suicide among their trans patients. Not only was reassignment performed at the Institute, but both facial feminization and facial masculization surgery were also done.
The Institute employed some of these patients, gave them therapy to help with other issues, even gave some of the mentioned surgeries for free to this who could not afford it! They spoke out on their behalf to the public, even getting Berlin police to help them create "transvestite passes" to allow people to dress however they wanted without the threat of being arrested. They worked together to fight the law, including trying to strike down Paragraph 175, which made it illegal to be homosexual. The picture below is from their holiday party, Magnus Hirschfeld being the gentleman on the right with the fabulous mustache. Many of the other people in this photo are transgender.

[Image ID: A black and white photo of a group of people. Some are smiling at the camera, others have serious expressions. Either way, they all seem to be happy. On the right side, an older gentleman in glasses- Magnus Hirschfeld- is sitting. He has short hair and a bushy mustache. He is resting one hand on the shoulder of the person in front of him. His other hand is being held by a person to his left. Another person to his right is holding his shoulder.]
There was always push back against the Institute, especially from conservatives who saw all of this as a bad thing. But conservatism can't stop progress without destroying it. They weren't willing to go that far for a good while. It all ended in March of 1933, when a new Chancellor was elected. The Nazis did not like homosexuals for several reasons. Chief among them, we break the boundaries of "normal" society. Shortly after the election, on May 6th, the book burnings began. The Jewish, gay, and obviously liberal Magnus Hirschfeld and his library of boundary-breaking literature was one of the very first targets. Thankfully, Hirschfeld was spared by virtue of being in Paris at the time (he would die in 1935, before the Nazis were able to invade France). His library wasn't so lucky.
This famous picture of the book burnings was taken after the Institute of Sexology had been raided. That's their books. Literature on so much about sexuality, eroticism, and gender, yes including their new work on trans people. This is the trans community's Alexandria. We're incredibly lucky that enough of it survived for Harry Benjamin and everyone who came after him was able to build on the Institute's work.

[Image ID: A black and white photo of the May Nazi book burning of the Institute of Sexology's library. A soldier, back facing the camera, is throwing a stack of books into the fire. In the background of the right side, a crowd is watching.]
As the Holocaust went on, the homosexuals of Germany became a targeted group. This did include transgender people, no matter what you say. To deny this reality is Holocaust denial. JK Rowling and everyone else who tries to pretend like this isn't reality is participating in that evil. You're agreeing with the Nazis.
But of course, you knew that already, didn't you?
Edit: Added image IDs. I apologize to those using screen readers for forgetting them. Please reblog this version instead.

Yes, Greece still exists, we didn't all die 2000 years ago. Yes, people speak Greek. You people are so fucking stupid for real. So many of you claim to love ancient shit but can't even acknowledge the actual living culture of the people whose mythology and classics you romanticize. You keep leaving annoying comments about how you just forget Greek people still exist, thinking you're being quirky because you love ancient stuff soooo much that you forgot about the people it came from. You think about it so little you don't even realize that an actual Greek person has to read this shit, making it clear how little you actually care about the culture beyond the romanticized (and westernized) mythology. Don't claim you love Greece, don't use our mythology anymore if you can't acknowledge that we're still around without making it about how little you think about us. It's mind boggling that you'd think a Greek person would read this and think you're anything but obnoxious. Explode.

GTKM #3
So number #2 was about chad.
I dated this guy Brandon after him and we were great for a while but he was soooo immature and would cheat on me and I found out about it. And I moved out for a while after I found that out and was staying on my friend phallens couch who was my coworker at the time. Her bf lived with her also. His name was Will. And we all were gunna have this party when he got out of an overnight stay in jail at this hotel and her bf spiked my drink and raped me at the hotel. I remember waking up with him inside me and a couple other guys watching and another girl who wasn’t phallen was next to me getting raped by someone else - out cold. And phallen was nowhere to be seen which was weird but I was in and out. When he saw me waking up he would just hit me and I would fall back unconscious.
That night I freaked out when I eventually came to at like 2 am? I called my Brandon’s best friend (Tj) because I was super ashamed to call him and begged TJ to pick me up. Even tho I was crying and clearly in shock he assumed I cheated and didn’t want to have any part in the night so he said he wouldn’t come get me and I ended up calling my bf. He came and didn’t believe me either blew up on me calling me slut. But least he got me out of there.
He got really insecure even tho he’s the one that cheated and one day when I was taking a shower he came in claiming he found something on my phone (there was literally nothing to find so I knew he was bullshitting) and he took something idk what it was and threw it as hard as he could at the shower (which was made of glass) and the glass rained down on me with the shower water and cut up my feet and legs a bunch as it piled in the tub. He immediately regretted it and then ran over and lifted me out of the tub and apologized but it was too triggering. Fast foreward to us having a Supercross watch party my high school crush denis came over cuz he and I had been reconnecting a bit.
I had offered everyone refill on beer and Brandon took that as me flirting with the guests and pulled me by the arm into the bedroom which was most def in earshot of the living room. He hit me and threw me up against the wall and said to stop embarrassing him and being a whore and blah blah and he had done that before in front of these people but they always pretended they had no clue about it when I know they did.
Anyways my friend Denis wasn’t having it so he bust open the door and ripped Brandon off me and hit him once and walked me out to his car where we sat and had a really good talk. It was like the first time ever I felt seen and noticed and actually human and worthy.
Denis got stabbed to death 3 months later with a kitchen knife. 20 stab wounds. From the back on 4/25.
We had just gotten so close.
Brandon ended up SHOWING UP TO THE FUCKING FUNERAL WITH DENIS’ FACE TATTOED ON HIS SHOULDER NO BULLSHIT I CANT MAKE THIS UP.
It gets worse after but that’s a fucking lot so I’ll put a bookmark in for now.

Reading fetish erotica with absolutely pristine and morally upright consent and neat and tidy safer sex practices is like watching a Fast and Furious movie where they stop at every stop sign and signal for every lane change and always obey the speed limit.
