“A hundred years from now when you’re alone in your grave, no one will care how much money you had, what car you drove or what kind of house you lived in. The only thing that will matter then will be your righteous deeds.”

Baad marne k bhi na choda usne dil jalaana,

बाद मरने के भी न छोड़ा उसने दिल जलाना,

Riyad as-Salihin, The Book of the Remembrance of Allah, Book 15, Hadith 14
Chapter: The Excellence of the Remembrance of Allah
Sa'd bin Abu Waqqas (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to seek (Allah's) protection after prayers in these words: "Alla-humma inni a'udhu bika minal-jubni wal- bukhl, wa a'udhu bika min an uradda ila ardhalil-'umur, wa a'udhu bika min fitnatid-dunya, wa a'udhu bika min fitnatil-qabr (O Allah, I seek refuge with You from cowardice, miserliness and from being sent back to a feeble age; and, seek refuge with You from the trials of this life and those of the grave)."
[Al- Bukhari].

𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐡 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐇𝐢𝐬 𝐂𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞!
‎Shaykh al Islam Ibn Taymiyyah رحمه الله (d. 728H) said:
‎“And likewise al Shām [The Levant] was at the beginning of Islam in a state of happiness in regards to its worldly life and its religion.
‎Then Fitan [tribulations] occurred and sovereignty slipped from their hands.
‎Then the Munāfiqūn [hypocrites], heretics, and Crusaders, with their transgressions, dominated over them and they conquered Bait ul Maqdis [Jerusalem] and Qabr al Khalīl [Hebron's Tomb] and turn the buildings that were there into churches.
‎Then the Muslims rectified their religion, so Allah honored them and aided them over their enemies, when they obeyed Allah and His Messenger ﷺ and followed what was sent down onto them from their Lord.
‎The obedience of Allah and His Messenger is the center of happiness, and happiness revolves around it.”
‎📚 Majmūʾ al Fatāwā 27/437

Been longing to visit Baba's qabr since a long time. It happened today. As much as it broke my heart, it has also filled me with peace within. Alhamdulillah.
Ya Allah, open the doors of Jannah for my Baba.
Ya Allah, fill his qabr with Your Nur and blessings Ya rab.
Ya Allah, expand it and fill it with the frangrance of Jannah.
Ya Allah reunite us all in Your Jannatul Firdaus whereby we truly find peace and happiness.
Aameen Ya rabbul aalameen.
( Duaa to be recited on visiting the grave
Peace be upon you, people of this abode, from among the believers and those who are Muslims, and we, by the Will of Allah, shall be joining you.[May Allah have mercy on the first of us and the last of us] I ask Allah to grant us and you well-being. )
