notes - whose writing is harder to read? who writes more by hand than digitally? do any of you rely on making lists or using post-its on a daily basis? Marx's handwriting (mouthwriting?) is a nightmare to read! He prefers to type as a result. I make lists, but Marx hates being that organized, haha!

duality - how would you explain your dynamic in a nutshell? what impression do you give to other characters in their source? what about them to people you know in real life? Chaotic buddies here to make a mess! A lot of his friends think I'm a good influence on him, but he's a terrible influence on me. I help redirect his energy to less destructive forms of fun. My friends think he's a bit high energy, but like him well enough. He and my rl bestie are a little unsure of each other, but they are working on it.

The phase with a new f/o when you see them you feel such a sense of familiarity and you think something like “that’s my [relationship term]!” Or “there they are!” It’s the best type of closeness because you just recognise them and feel for them the way you might feel for IRL friends and family.

The phase before is usually where you think things like “oh this character might become an f/o!” and “I want them to be my [relationship term]!” It’s more reflective and aware because you are realising how you feel and consciously knowing that you have the option to make them an f/o.

In the first phase you always think of them as a character and the fact that they are fictional is always at the forefront of your thoughts/feelings. But in the second phase that barrier doesn’t exist anymore and you just enjoy seeing them without the mental reminders that they are fictional.

Of course not everyone will experience this or experience it happening in these phases/order.
