🌻clover: what type of gifts do they like to get their s/o?

Mammon’s gifts are always surprisingly thoughtful. He really favored giving you outfits (which were so tailored for your body you had to wonder if he took your measurements and ordered them special), or gifts with sentimental value to your relationship. You’re always guaranteed to get something expensive when he hits the jackpot while gambling, showing that he’s always thinking of you even while indulging in his favorite hobby.

🌻daisy: what is their love language, both giving and receiving?

Mammon is good at gift-giving, he knows what you want and what will mean the most to you, the only issue that ever arises is having the money for those gifts. He’s proven that he knows how to work hard when it’s toward a goal that really motivates him, and making you happy was certainly one he was willing to fight for.

Mammon’s got a little bit of a praise kink and he also loves physical affection, but above all he can’t say he’d ever turn down a gift. The Great Mammon really just likes being worshipped which meant dedicating all your time to him as well, so really, you can expect to give a well-rounded dose of love to your needy demon. He liked to say he wasn’t that spoiled but the fact he was sleeping over in your room, spending all the time he possibly could by your side before you were even dating, had you keeping your opinions to yourself as you couldn’t argue with a man as stubborn as him.

🌻red chrysanthemums: how long does it take for them to say ‘i love you’?

You would think with how tsundere he acts that it would take him awhile to spit it out, especially since Mammon was the king of backpedaling when he thought he was being too mushy. But it’s not like he wants you to think you’re unloved or that he dislikes you, he just has a hard time thinking about confessing his love only to have it thrown back in his face if you don’t feel the same way.

🌻red rose: what turns them on the most?

Just telling Mammon you need him is enough to drive him up a wall. He always cursed your name because you were so aware that you had him wrapped around your finger, and even when trying to rebel he could never commit because it felt too good to be loved by you. Copious amounts of praise heaped on him has the same effect; he’ll be smug about one or two, but if you keep going he feels the butterflies in his chest shift to a heat in the pit of his stomach and he finds himself craving more than just your words.

– Leo would try his best to care for you, but he won't be the best at it. He does put in the effort though, so you can't be too disappointed in him.

– But because he's an older brother to a younger sister, the way he takes care of you when you're sick is satisfactory. He'll be right by your side, running to get things for you, and checking up on you so frequently it may be too much.

"Hey, (Y/N)! How are you? Are you feeling better yet?"

"I feel the same as I did thirty minutes ago when you asked me the same question," you replied, rolling your eyes with a smile.

– Despite how disoriented he can be, he's really attentive towards you. He'll make sure you're comfortable in bed, fluffing your pillows if needed, even grabbing another blanket if you feel too cold. One sign of discomfort on your face will have him running to get something you may or may not need.

– Leo would definitely be the one who offers to spoon-feed you. He even makes it into a game, treating you like a little kid.

"(Y/N)! (Y/N)! Here comes the airplane!" he laughs. "Open wide!"

"Leo... I can feed myself."

"But I want to feed you!"

– He's still pretty clingy when you're sick that you'll have to tell him off. Sometimes, you would find him cuddled up against you, but most times, he'll sit on the floor close to your bed, eyes shut, snoring lightly.

Cuddling absolutely beats the fetal position Doppo finds himself in when it’s time for bed and he has to face the daunting reality of repeating the same miserable schedule again the next day. Sometimes, he thought he was just dreaming that he had a lover, your scent filling his nose when he fell asleep next to you and led him into the sweetest dreams he’s ever had. He sometimes convinces himself in the dream world that it was blending with reality, that you weren’t real and he’d wake up to an empty bed with an even emptier heart because everything felt so real. It was a big relief waking up to still being in your arms, settling himself down as the anxiety settled down enough for him to fall back asleep.

He preferred the position that had your arms wrapped around him, face buried in your chest almost like you were about to smother him. He would accept it if you chose to do so. It was the ideal position to just turn into a limp noodle and be held, your fingers delicately stroking through his hair, sometimes massaging his scalp if he complained about having a headache. It felt like going to the spa, something he could only ever daydream of actually doing, but he thought he’d much prefer this experience anyway.

Satsuki is naturally loud and flashy, so there wasn’t much he had to do to get your attention. His shyness is what worked most against him, causing him to become a wallflower that you would never recognize next to his true personality. He’s naturally sweet as well, complimenting you on things you thought no one but yourself noticed, and it’s what truly endears him to you in the end as he didn’t just take pick-up lines from a book to try out until something worked.

It depends on if you want him to call you anything special, but normally he’ll refer to you as his angel or just perfect. He’s also partial to the term babe, sometimes using baby but feeling embarrassed at how intimate it sounds.

🌻coriander: what do they love the most about their s/o, both physical and personality-wise?

You’re some whose very easy for him to talk to. He doesn’t feel like you’re judging him, or underestimating his strength, or making any assumptions based on factors outside of his control. He feels like he could tell you anything, and having this emotional security is incredibly important to Marion; it’s always been difficult to let his real feelings shine through, but it wasn’t healthy for him to keep them inside constantly, so he needed a person who he felt could understand him. Even if you didn’t have the same opinions as he did, there was just something that made him comfortable speaking freely with you.

Marion likes your eyes. They’re like windows to the soul, or so Nova used to joke, but he never really understood the phrase ‘getting lost in their eyes’ until you. He could stare into your eyes forever if you let him but normally, you’d get too flustered, having to look away while Marion couldn’t possibly mirror you.

🌻daisy: what is their love language, both giving and receiving?

Giving: Acts of Service. This is more a goal set by himself but Marion likes to prove that he’s ‘useful’ to you; it’s nothing you’ve ever commented on, and you don’t quite know where it came from as its not like he has anything to prove. He just liked the feeling of knowing he was making your day easier, even when he was busy himself he still tried to fit in tasks that would make your day easier by the end of it. It’s not something he willingly admits to, of course, denying that it’s coming from the love he has for you as it would be too embarrassing to admit.

Receiving: Quality Time. Marion isn’t a high-maintenance lover, as much as his standards might have you perceive him that way. He doesn’t want you going out of your way to do things for him, nor does he have a need for endless gifts (although he won’t ever deny home-cooked breakfast). He always preferred doing things together when your free-time allowed it, like cooking together or watching movies with the entire family; at first he was nervous about spending time alone with you but now it’s exactly what he needs to keep his head on straight.

🌻fennel: what are their kisses like? where do they like to be kissed the most?

Marion’s kisses are thoughtful, always coming in a moment that you suspect yet still knocking you off your feet anyway. You can’t help but lean in to him and it’s exactly what he wants, that closeness that comes with being unabashedly in love. He preferred to take the moments slow, as much as his nerves were set alight when you kissed he couldn’t help but want to savor the moment.

He would say the lips if asked but he doesn’t have a preference, a kiss is a kiss but he does like ones he can reciprocate. When you’re quick with kissing him on the cheek or forehead he always tried to grab you before you could get away, which you now made into a game knowing he wanted to reciprocate any affection you gave him. It left you both giggling in a way you didn’t think Marion was capable of before dating him, kissing each other’s faces until your other responsibilities were remembered.

🌻peony: how do they get their s/o to blush? how does their s/o make them blush?

Marion is always proud when he managed to set up a perfectly romantic moment for the two of you to enjoy together, and the confidence he has about knowing you is something you can’t help but blush over. There are some partners who might take a more bashful approach to it but knowing you inside and out is a source of pride for Marion, who put endless effort into your relationship while training his hardest to be a great hero.

Marion is surprisingly easy to make blush, almost like its natural reaction to your presence. It happened when you leaned in close or suddenly start giving him physical affection before he can mentally prepare, or when you sincerely compliment an outfit you think he looks good in. Having any sort of praise coming from you pleased him, but romantic attention made him more nervous than other kids of attention from you.

🌻sweet pea: are they big on cuddling? what is their favorite position to cuddle their s/o in?

Marion enjoyed cuddling as long as he was in a good mood, as he preferred being left alone or not being confined if he was angry/worked up. There are times where he needs comfort that he’ll let you know it’s okay to be close to him, a comforting arm wrapped around his shoulder as he leaned into you and tried to get ahold of himself as he didn’t want your mood to tank alongside his. There’s something inherently comforting about having a person you can simply lean against and absorb their warmth without being questioned on it, although teasing is imminent especially when the cuddling happens on movie nights.

His favorite way to cuddle was when you were on the couch together, a nice blanket spread across your legs, either you curled up into him or him resting his head on your shoulder. He thought it was nice if somewhat distracting, the first few times finding it impossible to fully focus on the movie but eventually falling into a comfortable rhythm where Jacqueline wouldn’t constantly squeal about how cute the two of you were.

Barbatos:

🌻daisy: what is their love language, both giving and receiving?

The love language he gives should be no surprise. Barbatos is a firm ‘acts of service’ type of man, but there is some extra effort you’ll see that go beyond his butler duties. If you liked a particular type of food that he didn’t have much experience making, he’d perfect a recipe just for you; he’ll even go out of his way to mix flavors and create something new that still had your flavor profile in mind. Nothing has him more satisfied than knowing you feel taken care of and adequately doted on.

The kind of love Barbatos preferred to receive was a bit of mystery. He liked a little bit of everything, a nice balance, though he seemed a little shifty when you tried to go out of your way for him; acts of service was more something he was used to doing rather than receiving, though he always showed gratitude. You think he liked to have praised heaped on him, not in a way that goes straight to his head but it makes his heart flutter to know he’s appreciated.

🌻fennel: what are their kisses like? where do they like to be kissed the most?

Barbatos is very deliberate with his kisses, giving quick yet gentle ones when he had to depart for his duties, and romantic yet much more aggressive ones when he knew the two of you had a moment to yourselves. You think he holds himself back quite a bit to prevent himself from hurting you and he doesn’t necessarily agree; as a demon he did have to mind his strength, but he had total confidence that he wouldn’t hurt you even in the throes of passion. It turns out he really does just like to tease but there are moments even he is willing to let his lungs burst rather than pull away from you for a second, just because he missed your touch that much.

In private, a kiss on the lips is his favorite and you’ll hardly find an act of affection he likes more. He used it for a variety of purposes which included shushing you or wiping frosting from his newest baked treat from your lips. In public, he’s much more gentlemanly about his affections, preferring a kiss on the hand to greet you. He was never so formal with others so it was an act that was noticeably different while still not being so bold that it broke decorum.

🌻morning glory: what is their favorite form of physical affection?

Barbatos is not one for PDA so subtle little touches that he can give, even when around others, are among his favorites. He’s always wearing his gloves but sometimes you feel the smoothness of his skin on the back of your neck or brushing against your hand, the gentle stroke a reminder that he was beside you. You tried to catch him in the act but he was much like a ghost, giving a knowing, slightly amused smile when you spun around trying to catch him in the act.

🌻red rose: what turns them on the most?

Barbatos quite likes when you take the initiative or ask him what you want, even better if you give a few demands that he can fulfill. You can’t expect total compliance from a man who serves the future demon prince as his dedication is almost solely for Diavolo, but he’ll play along for a little before flipping the script on you.

🌻sunflower: how would they confess their feelings to their crush?

He’s always thought he was quite forward with his feelings, honesty is the very best policy, but there was a choice few ways he thought might get his feelings across to you without the need for words. Sharing late night desserts, getting to drink his favorite tea with him and even creating a special blend that has little pieces of both of you put into it… He thinks it’s quite clear that he considers you his beloved and he’ll put on a surprised face if you tell him you never would’ve suspected if he hadn’t actually said those three little words to you.

🌼 forget-me-nots: what do they do to get their s/o’s attention?

Mayoi doesn't really beg for attention unless it's his last resort, but he will ask for it albeit through splutters.

"(Y-Y/N)... can you p-please... look at me?"

Sometimes he doesn't say a word at all. He'll just stare at you in hopes that you'll understand what he wants (which you usually do), but when you don't, Mayoi will be honest with you that all he wants is your attention.

Yet there are times when his stuttering words become confident, and this ALWAYS gets your attention.

You were typing away at your keyboard, finishing off a report that was needed this week. You've been at it for days now as if you can't write the words correctly. It was frustrating, but you vowed to get this done soon.

Mayoi had noticed this unusual behaviour from you and suggested that you take a break, but you ignored his suggestion and carried on working.

Mayoi couldn't see you do this to yourself anymore. "(Y/N)," he says sternly.

You turn around, surprised by the tone of your boyfriend's voice.

"You need a break."

His arms were spread out, an invitation calling for you to come in. Usually, it's you who would do this for him, asking him to come into your arms, but being on the receiving end is also nice.

He was right. You did need a break. You approached him and leapt into his arms as he stroked your back soothingly.

"I don't know what's wrong with me today..." you murmur into his chest.

"(Y/N), you're the most amazing and hardworking person I have ever met," he replies. "Sometimes you just need to wind down and rest."
