- this sweet girl would be so concerned. Like she’d take multiple days off of work just to take care of you. And whenever she couldn’t anymore she’d make sure someone would be there to help you in case you needed it (she’d force porco tbh)

- Pieck would call you all the time if you were sick, texting you to ask if you want her to bring home any food. And just in general would call you on lunch break to make sure you were okay.

-This sweetheart oml. She’d surprise you with your favorite sweets and would take your temperature every hour. You guys would cuddle watching a movie and everytime you coughed or sneezed she’d ask “are you alright bubs?” with a worried look on her face. she’d just cradle you like you were her baby bc lets face it you basically are to her she loves you so much ~( ´•︵•` )~

- your girlfriend would run you a nice warm bubble bath, making it extra special just for you. She’d add in her favorite bath salts and some freshly picked flower pedals, her favorite lavender essential oil, and a cute pink bath bomb. Pieck would beg you to let her wash your hair too, since she finds it calming and wants to make you feel good. She’d even let you wear a pair of her silk pajamas.

- Baby would go all out trying to help you. Washing dishes even though it's your turn and makes you a delicious meal. This cutie wouldn’t be able to sit still knowing you were hurting. And of course, would cuddle with you, even when you protested. “Honey you're gonna get sick..” you say with a stuffy nose. “I dont care as long as i’m next to you,” The woman would smile, giving you a sweet, gentle, kiss on your forehead.

a/n: im so glad that people liked part 1!! this will probably be the last thing that i write before i leave for a while :(

my love <3

definitely prefers if you both have the same sleep schedule because it just makes things easier

probably usually goes to bed at around 10-11? so just a little late but she has a whole routine to do before she goes to sleep anyway

she has to make sure all the dishes are put away, the living room is organized, and everything is nice and tidy for the morning

and i feel like she has her own little skincare routine, you talked her into it, but now she really can't live without it

she enjoys when you both are in the bathroom together, doing your routines and brushing your teeth, there's something about the domestic image of both of you standing at your shared sink that really entices her

when both of you are in bed, she usually reads for a while, letting her mind finally slow down after a hard day of work

if you ask her, she'll definitely read out loud to you, with one of her hands holding the book and the other stroking your hair

most of the time you fall asleep during her reading, so after she's done she carefully moves you off of her, turns off her light, and moves to scoop you in her arms for the night

she also probably wakes up before you to make breakfast <3

honestly anytime can be bedtime for her, because she can sleep anywhere and anytime

your nights probably end with watching a show while pieck lays on you (definitely dozing off)

so when the show is over you have to wake up a grumpy pieck, who isn't as grumpy when she sees your face, telling her to come to bed

you always have to drag her along a little bit because she's so tired, but she's grateful when you offer to help her brush her teeth, knowing how close to sleep she already is

she likes to flop onto the bed after she brushes her teeth, savoring the feeling of getting into bed (even though she slept so much already)

prefers when you lay on her, she can treat you like a pillow, hugging you closer to her warm chest

she definitely owns a lot of stuffies, because she feels bad for getting rid of them so she just has too many

makes you listen to her little rambles before she goes to sleep, most of them don't make too much sense.. but you listen and nod your head anyway <3

if you beg him enough he will go to bed earlier with you, but he just prefers to stay up later (he also likes when you fall asleep on him but he won't admit it)

you tried to get him to start drinking tea before bed, and of course he said he didn't like it, but when you aren't around he always drinks chamomile tea before bed

if you shove him, he'll adjust to a position where it's not too loud, but most of the time you have to wear earplugs to block out the sound

prefers when you just lay right in top on him and rest your head in his neck

he also really likes the smell of your conditioner, especially if it's coconut or something tropical like that

knows that it's better for you to go to bed early so he tries to get you to sleep earlier

likes to cuddle you before you're even in bed, like on the couch watching a show

because he's so warm, he likes when you cuddle closer to him for warmth

okay i think he buys matching things for you and him, like matching toothbrushes, matching mugs, matching pajamas and stuff like that

since he's so warm all the time he doesn't like to have too many blankets on him, usually just the sheets and the comforter, but it's okay because he keeps you warm enough

cuddles with you until you fall asleep, then he rests your head on the pillow and just holds your hand as he falls asleep

another snorer 😔

his snores sound like a vacuum

you could never tell him to just shut up so you just have to deal with it

but he's super apologetic about it when it makes you loose sleep and he tries to figure out ways to make it quieter <3

definitely wakes up before you as well, you'll usually wake up to him reading the newspaper while drinking coffee

he's another one who would read to you before bed as well, i think he reads a lot so he would be happy to read a chapter or two of his current book to you before he goes to sleep

hange likes to take showers before they go to bed so you're usually in bed before they are

but it's okay when they get into bed and they smell so nice

their hair stays wet for a while after they shower so you always complain about it when they cuddle up to you

they don't really care though, they basically just shove themselves into your arms until you relax and pull them closer

definitely the type of person to wake up at like 3am to chug like 3 glasses of water, so if you wake up in the middle of the night and they aren't there, you know where they are

is really quiet getting back into bed though, they make sure to not disturb you

likes to sleep facing you with either your head on their chest or their head on yours

they like to listen to your heartbeat and your breathing slowing down before you sleep<3

🤍a completely random modern au headcanon for each aot character 🤍

eren jaeger’s idea of late night fun is going to walmart/target/etc. he likes to walk around with his friends and be absolutely childish. bonus: he’s banned from a certain store for kicking an inflatable ball across the store.

armin arlert is self conscious of his body. it’s only really his torso though. when him and his friends go to the beach, he’s always the last one to take his shirt off. he doesn’t even have anything to be embarrassed about, he’s just disappointed he’s not as muscular as eren or reiner.

mikasa ackerman’s favorite color is a dark red. the blood, cherry type of red. she’s got a lip tint in that color and her nails are painted too much. she also chews her nails. she hopes the nail polish is enough to break the habit but it isn’t.

connie springer’s favorite fast food restaurant is burger king. he thinks it’s underrated. you can count on him to fuck up a whopper. he also always gets the cardboard crowns to wear.

jean kirstein loves night time. he loves the solitude, the way nobody expects anything from him, and the fact that he can just be. he doesn’t get lonely during his late nights but he wouldn’t mind somebody to share it with.

sasha braus smells really good. she doesn’t use any super fancy products, though. she’s just one of those people that naturally have a good aroma. her skin is also really soft.

ymir tans really easy in the summer. she never burns or turns red. she’s genetically blessed. the sun also makes the freckles on her face pop and clusters of them pop up on her back/shoulders.

historia reiss loves milkshakes and soda floats. she always orders them with a whipped cream and cherry. she prefers milkshakes from a diner rather than a fast food place.

marco bodt really likes plants. he has a collection of houseplants. they line his window sills and he even has a special little rack with a special little light. he’s got a super green thumb.

reiner braun drinks protein shakes religiously. he pretty much sticks to a diet of shakes, meat, vegetables and rice. there are few times where he breaks his routine, usually just joining his friends for a night of drinking.

bertholdt hoover has a surprisingly high tolerance when it comes to weed and alcohol. at least that’s what it looks like on the outside. he’s pretty cool, calm and collected. nobody’s sure if he’s immune to being drunk, or if he’s too anxious about acting a fool to show any signs of inebriation.

annie leonhardt owns a german shepherd 100%. she’s had it since it was a pup and it’s one of the most well behaved dogs. they’re oddly similar in their mannerisms. bonus: it’s named marley.

pieck finger is the type of girl to sit on the floor. like, at all times. when she’s sad, she’ll lay down completely and just stare at the ceiling. it’s peaceful and it makes her feel relaxed.

porco galliard goes through an ungodly amount of hairgel. his hair is hard like those ballroom/ballet dancers in competitions. he has trouble growing facial hair.

zeke jaeger gets his weed flown to him from another state/country. it’s the best shit around. he’s also never home because he “runs a business.” always found with a blunt near by.

levi ackerman doesn’t like energy drinks or coffee. if he needs caffeine, he gets it from tea or some kind of health drink. he doesn’t understand how kids hearts don’t give out with all their monsters and red bulls.

erwin smith is so friendly despite his appearance. he finds joy in little things like a heads up penny or when the barista remembers his name/order. he’s a pretty easy going guy.

hange zoe breaks her glasses all the time. they either sit on them or step on them. it’s easy for them to lose their glasses because their room is a mess. books, papers, knick knacks everywhere.

Author Note

Hi! This will be the last of the series. I've linked the previous parts for you to read. Here's the song I listened to while writing this. I feel like this part is more gloomy because hey I'm kind of a mess rn haha. I hope you still enjoy it, tho. Again, these actions can be perceived platonically or romantically, whatever suits you.

Reiner

Reiner worries about you a lot even though you're a grown adult, fully capable of doing stuff on your own. When you both are apart from each other, you keep each other updated. What you both are doing, where you're at, who you're with. After you got your own car, Reiner text you to drive safe all the time. Especially when you're alone or during the winter. He can help you if you cut your finger when cooking, he can help you if you're sick from walking in the rain, but he can't really help you if anything happens while you're driving alone. He doesn't want to think of the worst case scenario. Whatever your relationship is with him, whether it's romantic or platonic, he doesn't want to lose you.

Annie

Annie is not the type of person who will explicitly say she loves you. She is also not a big fan of physical contact. You are no exception, but she really does care for you a lot. So, whenever you're out with her and need to cross a street, she will hold your hand. She doesn't ask you if you need help crossing the street, nor does she glances at you and smile (like you often sees in movies). Annie just automatically holds your hand and leads you forward, looking both ways to make sure everything is safe.

Pieck

Pieck is a busy lady, okay? She works hard, every single day. She's highly professional and her colleagues count on her a lot. However, when it's just the two of you, she puts away any mental to-do list or any work-related stuff. She just wants to be with you, listening to you talking. She pays attention to you and you only. Of course, she will talk about work if you ask her about it. Though, she'd rather spend her free time not worrying about work. She feels like she can relax and be her everyday, cheerful self with you.

Zeke

Having a relationship in general is not easy, but having a relationship with Zeke is definitely on the next level. He can be stubborn at times, and even though he doesn't mean it, he might say things that hurt you. Not to mention, his *cough* family issue. Loving Zeke, as a friend or as a lover, is not easy. You both argue a lot, often times resulting in one of you taking time away from the other. Most of the time, it's you who request a time off. Now, Zeke is quite a prideful man alright. He doesn't go mushy and beg you to stay. He let you go be alone for a few days, but eventually he will be the one who apologizes first. He doesn't do that with other people, but he does for you. Because you never leave him, and he would love to keep it that way.

Bertholdt

Bertholdt can be shy at times, especially when he just met someone for the first time. Maintaining eye contact while someone else is talking to him can be difficult. He felt uncomfortable, like the other person might discover who he really is just by staring into his eyes. How insecure he feels sometimes, the dark thoughts that he keeps for lonely nights, and other things private. You are the only exception. You don't judge, you show him that hey, it's alright to be a little messed up sometimes. You've seen him in states that nobody else has ever seen, even his parents. That is why he's not afraid to look into your eyes. He appreciates you, and he lets you in.

Porco

Porco can be passive-aggressive at times and most of the time he might think he's always right, especially when it has been a long day for him. People might start an argument, or they'll let it go while mentally cursing the man. You, on the other hand, you're one of the few people who can deal with him. Instead of starting an argument (causing him to get worked up) or walking away (and seeing him with a smug expression), you just simply say "Alrighty~ Agree to disagree" It's a new response that Porco didn't anticipate, and you say it with the most chill tone/expression. After awhile, he tried not to be so snappy and cocky with you. He even gives up his need to always be right. You can tell him the rain happens because the angels are taking a piss, and he'll just nodded. "Whatever you say..."

Idk man, I just really love Bertholdt, Reiner, and Zeke. Precious men. Deserves better. I love them.

💭 aot girls + hange getting caught staring feat. mikasa, annie, hitch, ymir, nanaba, yelena

MIKASA

you two were enjoying a peaceful afternoon together, doing your own things and just enjoying each other's company. you were reading, immersed in a world between the pages, when mikasa found herself staring. taking in the way you bit your lip in concentration, how your eyes would widen and a quiet gasp would fall from your lips as your eyes skimmed the paper. she hadn't been staring long (or so she told herself), when you looked in her direction to check on her. your face warmed up upon realising she'd been gazing at you. her eyes immediately drop down to her lap, a bashful smile spreading on her lips before she lifts her head again and softly mutters about how adorable you are. now it was your turn to blush.

ANNIE

another day's work had just finished and you two had retreated to your rooms to retire. you were telling annie about your day, recounting every detail and ranting to your heart's content. the nights you shared usually ended like this, with you doing all the talking as you freshened up for bed and annie paying attention to every thing you had to say, nodding her head and humming from time to time in response. you didn't mind it though, knowing she's not really much of a talker and that she cherished your presence as much as you did hers. as you were brushing your hair in front of your dresser, you happened to look at annie from the mirror and caught her gaze, already on you. she was quick to avert her eyes, tucking her hair and pretending it never happened.

HITCH

hitch is not one bit shy when it comes to showing you her affection. she takes every chance to let you know how much she loves you and cares about you. she believes that if you value someone, you shouldn't hesitate to show them whenever, to never take any opportunity to do so for granted. that's why whenever you catch her looking at you, she leans in to you and pecks your lips. there's no use being discreet anymore when she's blown her cover. she might as well go for it and give you the love you deserve.

YMIR

another one who's not afraid to smother you with her attention. she thrives in the way your eyes sparkle with fondness (or crinkle with faux disgust) every time she declares her love for you. she finds all your reactions adorable, and to be frank, she'd flirt bother you for the rest of her life if she could. when you find her staring at you, her response is always to throw you some pickup lines. for dramatic effect, she also always acts like it's your first time meeting each other by starting it off with “hey, pretty girl.” or something along those lines.

HANGE

hange adores studying everything you do. you would tease them sometimes about the way they take note of even the smallest habits you didn't even know you had, commenting that you're like an expreiment of theirs, the way they pay close attention to you all the time. they just can't help but feel the need to know everything about you. every time you catch their eyes on you, they would pat your head with the softest look on their face.

NANABA

there isn't a time where nanaba isn't looking after you. whether it be through giving you gentle reminders throughout the day, watching out for things you might bump yourself into, not letting you lift anything she might consider too heavy for you, whatever it is she's always finding a way to help. when you catch her staring, she plays it off as her simply helping you with something, always ready with excuses as to why her eyes were on you longer than usual (which you often see through anyway despite how smooth she can be, but her attempts are cute). “you got something on your cheek, sweetheart. here, let me remove it for you.”

PIECK

you're the one staring.

YELENA

let's be honest she doesn't even try to hide the fact that she's enjoying the view (aka you). she loves you inside and especially out, which is why one of her favorite hobbies is eyeing you up. you're the prettiest girl she's ever laid her eyes on and isn't one bit shy to let the whole world know. she'd scream it at the top of every rooftop just to prove her point. if you happen to turn her way while she's not so secretly admiring you, she'd only get cockier, the smug expression on her face not faltering even once.

“A LIGHTNESS IN THE DARK” // pieck finger x reader

All the voices that roamed your head made your mind tremble. A continuous tempo, ringing in your ear, as if to give into your self destructive urges. "I...I can't do this.." You whispered to yourself as you slung open your drawer, digging through the mess to find a sharp boxcutter, hidden beneath clothes.

"shit.." your fraile voice whispered, the urge growing like a blossom of a flower. It grew quicker than bamboo could grow as it devoured your mind, eating it whole. "i-i can't....do...this..."

And finally, you snapped. Grabbing the pointed cutter as you drew a deep, fathomless line across your arm, your heart beating out your chest. Your voice cracked as small sobs came upon you, desolation filled in your heavy heart. Your skin was as tense as stone as you watched the red sink from your arm to the floor, the gape wide, wider than you expected.

"DAMN IT!" You scolded yourself, throwing the boxcutter towards the wall. Your face became hot and steamy with wet tears as they walked down your cheeks. Regret and fear came over you as you once again looked down at your dire wound. Your seeping arm covered in your red blood, lines of it's own carried down.

"oh...oh"

The red liquid spilled down your arm, gushing rapidly as you stood in disbelief. “Shit!” You yelped, the pain finally hitting you like a bat. You felt your body become weak as you slid to the floor, falling. You turned your head to the door as you heard running footsteps approaching, the door swinging open to reveal your girlfriend Pieck. “Dove what happened? Are you alright-” She stopped her words in her sentence as she looked down to you on the ground, blood trickling down your arm and a gaping wound that laid on it, a boxcutter thrown to the wall. The woman’s face turned to worry as she stared at you. ‘’Pieck it isn’t what it looks like I swear!” You pleaded, standing to your feet. The aroma turned inanimate and disquieted, the gaze of the woman becoming softly uneasy. ‘’y/n don’t lie to me..’’ pieck said, her eyes following back to yours.

“Oh honey!” She rushed to you, kneeling by your side on the ground. “Let me see love,” she said. “I- Pieck please it isn’t that serious..”

“It is to me! I need to make sure you’re okay! And it’s obvious you’re not!” She explained, grabbing your tensed up arm. You finally gave in, turning over your arm to your wrist, revealing the big gaping cut. You could feel Pieck faintly panicking but trying to keep calm as she pressed soft white tissues against your skin. Hot steamy tears trickled down your face, and for a minute Pieck didn’t notice in her panic until she faintly looked up at you.

“Oh… love..” she yearned, placing a hand on your cheek, the other one holding tissue to your wound firmly. Tears streamed down your face, guilt approaching in your gut. “I-I’m sorry..” You softly choked out. “I’m so sorry..”

Your girlfriend wrapped her arms around you, placing your head in her chest. Sobs followed by pieck’s hussing to calm you down. “It’s okay honey, you’re gonna be okay..” she said, kissing the top of your head. Your body shook in her embrace, the menacing thoughts approaching your head rapidly.

‘All you cause is problems,’ it said, ‘you’re not worth it.’

Pieck’s face fell with sadness and shock, hearing you repeat those words back out loud. “That is not true y/n!” You girlfriend comforted. “You are not worthless!”

“Yes i am pieck! I deserve to die! I should’ve been dead!” All she could do was shake her head as tears of her own came streaming down her cheeks. “No…no.. no honey..” she whispered, holding you as you both sobbed.

“Look at me..” Pieck tilted your face upwards at her, “look at me love..” as you obeyed.

“You are worth every single year of my life, and you will continue to be in it for as long as we live..” she said, a tenderness in her voice.

“I haven’t and will never give up on you… no matter how many times you relapse, no matter what you say to me, i will always be by your side.” Her voice said with a firm tone.

“There is a lightness in the dark.”

you liked to call pieck your little heater, she was always warm, no matter where you were, she would hold your hand and it would always warm you up. today, she had invited you to her favorite coffee shop. you looked outside your window, looking at the light smattering of clouds and deciding you probably wouldn't need a jacket. as always, pieck texted you when she was 5 minutes away, letting you gather up your things before meeting her outside. "hi sweetie! you look so nice today, are you sure you don't want a jacket? i checked the weather and it looked like it was gonna get pretty cold.." she said, bringing you in for a warm hug. "hi pieck, yeah im okay i don't think it'll get too cold" you answered, kissing her cheek. she nodded, opening her car door for you. you giggled at her caringness, giving her another kiss. she turned on some soft music, pulling out of her usual parking spot in front of your house. you looked over at her, noticing her smile as she hummed along softly to the music.

once you got to the cafe, pieck immediately held your hand, dragging you along to get in the long line. "you're pretty excited huh pieck?" you giggled, squeezing her hand. she pouted, telling you to shush as she read the menu, pointing out her favorites and things she thought you would like. you nodded along with her suggestions, swinging her hand in yours as you stood in line.

finally, you got to the front of the line, pieck ordering your drinks and a couple pastries for you to snack on. you engaged in small talk with her, walking around and sipping your drinks while looking into shop windows. looking up, you saw clouds starting to gather, covering the sun and taking its warmth away from you. you and pieck found a bench to sit on while you finished the last of your drinks, as the weather started getting cooler, you started shivering, leaning more into pieck to steal some if her warmth. "you seem cold, would you like my coat?" pieck asked gently, rubbing your arm. you nodded, watching her take off her warm jacket and wrap it around you, also wrapping you in a warm hug as well. "thank you pieck, are you sure you're not going to be too cold?" you asked, snuggling into her side. she shook her head, "im all good sweetheart, as long as you're warm" you held her hand, absorbing her warmth and closing your eyes. this would have to become a regular thing for the two of you.

mikasa isn't really affected by her period unless the cramps are really bad. in that case, she lays down and tries to rest. she's always at your side the moment you need anything, whether that be food, water, a blanket, heating pad, you name it, and she'll get it for you. she gives you massages to try to help as well, she gives the best massages. if your cramps are really bad, she'll lay down with you and let you use the heating pad, even if you argue that she should use it. she just loves you too much to see you in so much pain <3

annie is already a cold person, so when she's on her period, everyone does their best to avoid her out of fear. she can definetely be mean when she's on her period, but she learns to keep her emotions in tact with you. she knows you're in pain too and doesn't want to trigger one of your mood swings. her mood swings aren't that bad, she just gets pissed off a lot easier. she'll make both of you coffee and just cuddle with you in bed and watch movies with you for the day. like mikasa, she'll force you to use the heating pad even if you argue. she just wants to help <3

sasha gets really emotional when she's on her period. one minute she'll be laughing at everything and the next she's sobbing. she gets really bad cramps, too. when you sync up with her, she gets all excited and thinks it's cute and won't leave you alone the entire time. when your cramps kick in, she gets a ton of snacks and cuddles up with you like annie and watches movies. she's naturally really warm so she'll just pull you close and place a hand on your stomache. if you tell her she helped sooth the cramps she'll start crying. overall she's just super clingy and comforting <3

pieck already sleeps a lot, so she usually tries to just sleep through the days where her cramps are bad. however, when you two sync up, she refuses. she'll drink a ton of coffee to keep herself up so that she can help you when you need it. she'll make the most comfortable spot on your bed and get you a heating pad. she's a huge cuddler and when she's on her period she gets really warm, too. her period makes herr get tired way faster so she'll provably run out of energy quick even with all the coffee. whenever she knows her period is coming up she'll refrain from using her titan form to get used to walking just in case you sync up again so she can help. she's super sweet and makes sure you're comfortable <3

historia is usually really busy and tends to overwork herself, even during her period. but if you sync up she drops everything to help you. she buys you overpriced medicine that she thinks might help with the cramps, which it never does, but it's so sweet that she tried anyways. she buys expensive tea, too. she'll give you extra in hopes of soothing your cramps, since the medicine didn't work. she could afford a heating pad for both of you, but never uses hers because she's always helping you. she probably blew a hundred bucks just trying to help with your cramps alone <3

ymir is already really laid-back, so when she' on her period, she ghosts everyone, safe from you, and binge watches some cheesy horror franchise she hates for the hell of it. historia probably gave her some of that expensive medicine, so she'll give you some to try to help. she'll a total bitch during her period and won't stop complaining, but she's always like that, and that's why you love her. like annie, she also gets pissed off easier. if the tv freezes during one of the horror movies, she'll nearly throw the remote. she says when your cramps are better you two'll recreate one of the cheesy scenes during the end credits <3

hange's period doesn't usually affect them all too much, it invalidates them more than anything. since they're non-binary, it makes them feel more like a girl, and that just upsets them. they probably keep to themselves a bit more until they hear you're on your period as well. they definetely tried to make their own special medicine but it ended up making the cramps way worse. they ended up crying, mostly because of one of their mood swings, but also because they brought you more pain. at the end of the day, they've got you cuddled up in their arms under a heated blanket they made themself <3

REINER : forbidden love - you're his psychologist and he's your client. you two are part of rival schools and he rescues you from a douchebag and he's like ill take you to school every single day. typical wattpad romance.

it’s like modern day romeo and juliet tbh but instead of families it’s school. your schools have always been at each others throats. its dated back to a rivalry founded hundreds of years ago. there’s constant fights breaking out between your schools and even the headteachers are involved.

they absolutely despise each other. one day, when you’re walking home after class, in the dark, you can sense someone following you. creeped out, and wanting to go home you decide to take a shortcut. obviously that doesnt work out because now you’re lost and you dont know what to do.

you try and look for someone to ask for help but all you see is a group of people, underneath the streetlight smoking. you decide to take a chance and go towards them. immediately a boy with blonde hair and a slight beard sees your state and the guy following you and recognises what's happening. he calls you over, like you’re his friend and put his arm around you.

the guy following you sees the stares he’s getting from the group of people and decides to walk away. i honestly could write a fic about this and i actually might. but just imagine romeo and juliet, but without the marriage and tragic ending. also there’s a maassiveeee fight between boyfriend reiner and ex eren. it’s great.

ANNIE : friends to lovers - you were introduced to annie through pieck and you thought she was cool and wanted to hang out more with each other. and one thing led to another and now you're married :)

you and pieck were good friends having went to primary and secondary school together. so when she introduces you to her other friends you feel happy, like you’ve levelled up your relationship stats in a game or something. you’ve met everyone, except annie and they’re a nice bunch, and you decided to hang out with them more.

the next time you hang out, it’s a small party with just you guys and that’s where you meet annie. she seemed different from the rest and you really liked her company. believe it or not but you guys literally spent the whole time talking to each other and you exchanged numbers by the end of it.

from then on you two magically started bumping into one another more, by some sort of miracle. it’s like the world was trying to push you two together by making you meet more often. and of course, naturally this led you two to hang out more, without the others present. you’d get coffee together before classes, work in the library and have lunch together as well.

you eventually caught feelings for annie and decided to just go for it and ask her out. the worst that could happen was her saying no. so one day over coffee you asked her if you could maybe grab lunch sometimes and she was like sure, just tell me when. and you’re like no, as a date. and annie stops mid sip and she looks at you with a little blush and nods her head and says sure again.

ZEKE : office romance - you and zeke work together and just casually flirt, nothing serious. but then you two actually start falling for each other and find yourself missing each other when you’re off work

on the first day of your job, zeke was the first person you met. and he was nothing but kind and welcoming, making you feel at ease jn the new environment. he knew what it was like to be the new person, so he invited you to have lunch with him and a few others to introduce you and get you started.

it became routine between the two of you and as you got more comfortable you both started joking around more and teasing each other and also occasionally flirting. he essentially became your work husband.

he’d purposefully take the long route when going to the break room just so he can walk past your desk and lean against the table and flirt with you and talk to you a little. and on the way back he drops off a freshly made coffee at your desk with a wink.

this is making me wish i worked in a corporate office job with zeke goddamnit.

anyways, you guys actually become good friends outside of work, going to get drinks together with his friends from high school and literally everyone sees the way he looks at you and thinks you’re perfect for each other. he even took you home once when he found out you weren’t doing anything for the holidays and his step mum, my baby carla loves you.

you also realised that good looks run in the family because holy moly they’re all so good looking. if carla wasn’t married, you defo would've hit on her more because she’s a milf and a half. you also met his half brother eren, who is, you know. hot af. it was actually eren that told you how much zeke liked you and how great of a couple you and zeke would make.

he regrets telling you because for the next couple of days he hears banging and thumping coming from the bedroom on top of his, which just so happens to belong to zeke.

PORCO : exes to lovers - with porco it was right person wrong time. you both weren't mentally ready or in the right space for a relationship and decided to break it off despite loving each other. but a couple of year later, when you returned for one of your mutual friends wedding, you find yourself looking at porco, and wishing it was you and him at the altar instead.

you and porco first got together when you were in high school together, and while your relationship seemed perfect, the both of you were under extreme pressure to perform well academically and make your families proud. with the added commitment of a relationship you both mutually decided to break up, thinking it was unfair to chain each other to a relationship neither could commit to fully.

that didn't mean you didn't love each other though. porco truly was the only person for you and the same for him. for the rest of high school neither of you dated, and when you got to university, you only had flings. nothing more. not a day went by without you thinking about porco.

after you’ve graduated and settled in to your new job, you receive an invite to a wedding, finding out one of yours and porco’s friends are getting married. immediately you respond saying of course you’ll attend! you’d be stupid not to.

you arrive at the venue on the day when all of a sudden you bump into someone and as you look up and go to apologise you realise it’s porco. you let out a small gasp and appreciate the way he’s matured over the years and turned into a muscular, strong man. sis had a glow up frr

you both felt your love for each other rush back to you and you fell in love with porco once again. just as your about to say something you’re both ushered into your seats, with the ceremony about to begin.

during the exchanging of the vows you catch porco staring at you and you both wonder what would've been if you had stayed together all those years ago. would you and porco have been at the altar, exchanging vows and proclaiming your undying love for each other? still staring at him you smile, making a mental not to talk to him at the reception, to see if he was still single.

PIECK : strangers to friends to lovers - i love pieck. with her it’s just a steady and gradual development into a beautiful relationship

i feel like ive repeated some of these but pieck just strikes me as a very dependable and safe person. she has really comforting vibes and is just someone you grow to love more and more, the more you get to know her.

everything about pieck is a nice surprise, like wow she has cats, could she even become any more perfect. the answer is yes, yes she can.

the two of you take things really slow and you kinda just let things happen and progress naturally instead of forcing it. you both know that if its meant to be then it will, and you both strongly feel as though you're eachother's 'one'.

just being with pieck is good vibes. she's so loving but teasing at the same time. she'll tease you and watch you get all flustered with a smirk on her face. she's hot af.

unrelated but do you guys remember when the jean x pieck ship was starting to gain more traction. that was actually amazing now that I think about it. i don't personally ship it but I can see why other people would. its cute.

COLT : brothers babysitter to lovers - i feel like im making some of these tropes up but it makes sense to me, let me just explain it.

your parents were always friendly with colt's so when your parents heard they needed a baby sitter for their cute little toddler falco, your parents offered to ask you if you'd be willing to do it.

having met the Grice's a couple of times and being familiar with them you agreed saying why not. you loved baby sitting, especially when they were calm kids like falco.

so you go over to their house and knock on the door and a guy thats around your age with blonde hair opens the door for you, with a little miniature version of him standing behind his legs. you recognised flaco but you no idea who this man was. luckily mrs grice saw you though and ushered you inside.

she quickly introduced him as colt, falco's older brother, who is visiting for the holidays, and then thanks you for agreeing to babysit falco and tells you to make yourself at home and feel free to take anything from the fridge.

she rushes out of the house with her husband, leaving you with colt and falco. colt, being the gentleman that he is offers to show you around the house and also shows you the emergency exits and stuff just in case something happens.

he ends up leaving to go out to see his friends and that leaves you alone with falco, who is just the most well behaved, good mannered child in the world. he's such a pleasure to look after and barely causes any trouble.

colt starts hearing more about you through falco who absolutely loves you. he thinks you're the best baby sitter in the world and even calls refers to you as his older sister. colt finds himself developing a crush on you and its falco that pushes him and encourages him to ask you out.

falco is adamant that you like colt as much as colt likes you, expecially since you're always asking about his older brother, and if he'll be coming home anytime soon. its cute <33

Her weight upon his shoulder wakes him up. Jean has no idea how it happened; — them passing out on the couch like that,— but he's not about to question it out just now.

He looks at Pieck, who's still asleep; her head nudging his. The last scraps of sunset frame her long, dark lashes— flush the bridge of her nose, ever so slightly. She's not at all his type, she shouldn't be. Yet, there's something about her that makes his heart jump. A unique kind of charm that paints her all shades of pretty.

Maybe, he thinks, it's the heavy snores slipping out of her. Maybe, it's that we're our most vulnerable when we're sleeping— and he's never seen Pieck not put up a fight against him.

"Hey...", he shakes her up a bit, careful not to scare her. The rest of the group has gone to the markets to buy dinner, and he doesn't want them to find them like this, all huddled against one another.

Pieck yawns, then nuzzles further into his crooks and crevices. Her breaths come and go, warm and tender on his skin. A small smile makes her lips curve.

She's beautiful. And tiny. And everything Jean had sworn he'd never fall for. But she can make him laugh, even when she's blissfully unaware. She can have her hair splash out of her low-buns, and somehow make that work, as well.

"I'm so fucked.", he tells himself, when he tucks a black strand behind her ear. His touch lingers, delicate, almost as if she was made of glass. And Pieck hums, content, wrapping an arm loose around him.

She can be fierce at times; so much so, it often gives him headaches. He knows, he shouldn't feel this— this tingle in his stomach— when he guards her close. He shouldn't want to keep her safe from harm, so that she doesn't have to be fierce anymore.

Yet here he is. Damn, here he is.

"I'm so, so fucked."

ꕤ the aot characters & scary movies with you ꕤ

eren jaeger was the one who came up with the idea of watching a horror movie. he’s a simple man. as much as he enjoys horror movies, he enjoys the way you cuddle up to him even more.

armin arlert isn’t particularly fond of scary movies. his preference is psychological thrillers compared to classic horror. he’s not scared, he just finds the themes repetitive. he’ll watch them for you and only for you.

jean kirstein had every intention of putting on a scary movie just so you would cozy up to him. the entire time he’s side-eyeing you, waiting for you to get scared, to need him. eventually you catch his drift and scooch closer to him, not because you’re scared, but because you just want to feel him.

reiner braun isn’t a big fan of scary stuff. contrary to popular belief, he’s kind of a big scaredy cat imo. he dreaded watching the movie when you asked him, but you’re his partner so he said yes. he often closes his eyes, looks away. he absolutely hates blood and guts. he’s happy when it ends.

bertholdt hoover is another man who hates gore. he agrees to watch a horror film with you as long as it doesn’t show anything too extreme. whatever movie you pick, he surprisingly ends up enjoying it and you rope him into watching another.

connie springer doesn’t shut his trap the entire movie but somehow winds up scared. by the end of the night he’s practically in your lap. he then proceeds to talk about how the movie sucked and he wasn’t even scared. he definitely has nightmares after.

porco galliard is somebody who says they love films like these but ends up with sweaty palms half way through. he’s all “the scarier the better” until it’s time for bed and he leaves a light on. he’s glad you’re with him because if you weren’t, he’d be scared shitless.

levi ackerman doesn’t care for scary movies at all which is weird because he really really enjoys halloween and decorating for the holiday. he’s kind of a film bro, very opinionated on all sorts of movies. he prefers the classic scary movies like nightmare on elm street and friday the 13th. he’s kind of silent the entire time it’s playing but he’s happy to be with you. he cherishes these moments even if you pick a shitty movie and he will definitely let you know that you did.

erwin smith is the same as levi in the way that he enjoys the classics BUT he’ll only watch them around halloween time. so come late september and october, you and him will be plopped in front of that tv. he loves laughing at all the terrible acting and bad effects.

zeke jaeger is reluctant when you suggest the idea but he’s easily convinced. surprisingly, he ends up really interested in the plot. but he also asks you one hundred questions which is annoying because you are so scared you can’t even focus on his questions. he knows he’s annoying you so he shuts up and holds you in his big, strong arms.

hange zoe LOVES horror films. loves loves loves. they’re their favorite type of movie. they’ll always suggest putting one on. they live for the blood, the guts, the glory. they love a good monster. and honestly, you love watching them have so much fun. they’ll turn to you like, “oh (y/n)! did you see the way that person spewed blood?? it was so awesome!” they also talk the entire time but because you’re their significant other, you find it endearing.

historia reiss is a little too into the movie. she gets this gleam in her eyes like she’s having the time of her life. she’s always on the edge of her seat, literally. she’ll grab your hands during the really really scary parts. but for the most part, she’s fearless. you and her will split the biggest bowl of popcorn ever.

ymir doesn’t really care for movies, no matter the type. she prefers tv shows because they’re shorter. but if you beg her, she’ll say yes and she’ll buy all the snacks. she ends up laughing for most of the film and it annoys the crap out of you. she’s all “sorry baby you know i love you but this movie is terrible!”

mikasa ackerman knows her movie etiquette. phone on silent and she is silent, too. she flinches here and there but only at the jump scares. she falls asleep right before the end with her head in your lap or on your shoulder.

sasha braus likes watching movies especially with you. i wouldn’t say horror films are her favorite but she definitely enjoys them. she enjoys whipping up some snacks with you and then snacking on them with you during the movie. she’s definitely the type to jump and throw the popcorn in the air. overall, she’s an excellent person to watch a movie with but like mikasa, she ends up falling asleep if you watch them late at night which results in you carrying her to bed.

annie leonhardt picks the movie out. she picks the scariest movie ever but is nearly unphased the entire time. she keeps a kind of neutral expression on her face but she enjoys the shit out of being there with you. she holds you and makes you feel safe. she encourages you to get as close as you need to her.

pieck finger is such a couch potato so of course she says yes when you ask her to watch a scary movie with her. she gets all the blankets, all the snacks and turns out all the lights. she’s so excited to spend time alone with you. she lays down on the couch and you lay sort of on top of her. you both end up falling asleep before it’s over.
