It’s disheartening to watch Steve leave the house in the morning, chest puffed out and smiles easy as you kiss him goodbye before you depart yourself — only for him to come back to you deflated, shoulders slumped and a smile nowhere in sight.
Steve comes to yours today, like you’d both agreed. He lets himself in the door and trudges up the stairs with such heavy feet you hear him coming despite your loud music. Reaching out, you swivel the dial on the radio. The music lowers, just as Steve knocks lightly on your bedroom door.
He’s sweet. You’re expecting him, but he’ll still knock.
“Come in if you’re handsome!” You call out, already beginning to smile, just ‘cos he’s here.
The door nudges open slowly. It’s a pitiful sight. Steve’s always been a pouter. His bottom lip is jutted out, clearly looking for sympathy. It’s good thing you adore coddling him.
Steve seems to perk up just a tad at the sight of you, stretched out on the bed, with a book between your hands. He beelines for it. When his legs reach the edge, he folds easily and flops onto the mattress facedown, then groans.
“Oh, Stevie,” you sigh, ditching your book in an instant. You reach out and card your fingers through his shaggy hair. It needs a cut, you think absentmindedly, as you comb through it. You wonder if he’ll let you— it’s an awful lot of trust.
You hold your tongue but he doesn’t speak up, which raises an alert within you. When there’s no long-winded bitch that he’s been holding in all day, you know it must’ve been rough today.
“Keith again?”
“Yeah.” The word is muffled against your comforter, all quiet. You barely hear it.
“Want me to fight him?” You ask, maybe only half joking. Fingers soothe along his scalp again, halting slightly when he digs his face out and turns it to see you. His cheek smushes against your sheets. His eyes are already brighter, the beginnings of a smile twitching at the ends of his mouth.
“Uh huh.” He says.
You mistake his genuineness for teasing and narrow your eyes, your hand in his hair stopping its movements all together. Steve lets out a grumble and his pout returns.
“You don’t think I could?” You raise your brows, voice light but enthused. “I would so win that fight. I can’t believe you don’t think I’d win that fight!”
Your distraction works wonders as Steve’s head pops up, amusement dancing on his features as he bats a hand to interrupt your spiel. “I didn’t say that!” He insists.
He props himself up on an elbow and blows a piece of stray hair back from his eyes. All signs of his dreariness begin to melt away the longer he’s with you.
“Even I wouldn’t wanna fight you,” He counters with a proud smile.
“You’re pretty fiesty.” He punctuates his words with a light jab to your ribs suddenly, making you yelp. You smack away his hand lightly but Steve’s already twisting it, covering your hand with his own, and tugging it towards him before you can blink.
“You vs. Keith? No-brainer.” He assures earnestly, grazing a kiss against your fingers. Damn him, he’s good. More than anything, you’re pleased that he’s feeling better. The better the mood Steve is in, the more kisses you seem to get. It’s a rule of thumb.
“Yeah, yeah, thank you,” You continue, still voicing the dramatic tone. “I’d just wave a bottle of shampoo in his direction and he’d just disintegrate entirely.”
You feel Steve’s breath against your fingers as he laughs, curling his grip a bit tighter. He pulls, urging you closer and you are in no mood to deny him. Wiggling over, you get close enough to feel the warmth emanating from him, to smell the musk of his cologne. Faintly, you can pick out your own shampoo scent. Little thief, you think to yourself lovingly.
His arms slither around you, warm and tan, and you hum happily at the closeness, letting him bundle you up. You press a quick kiss to his jaw, the easiest access but Steve chases your lips til he captures them. It’s sweet as syrup and gentle enough that you crave another — and another, and another. The radio plays love songs as you let him come home to you through a matter of touch.

Canon-wise, I don't ship Morty with anyone, tbh. I do keep the crushes he has in my portrayal, but I don't care for any of them. No it even Jessica or his nameless girlfriend from the Vat of Acid episode.
All the ships I have for Morty have been developed through RP interactions and they all have taken some time to develop, which is something I love, because I'm a sucker for slow burns. And well, some are still on their way to develop, so they aren't actual ships yet.
Morty & Morty with @advnterccs: they are currently my OTP for Morty. I loved the way Rin and I built their relationship from best friends to mutual pining to crushes who have kissed each other but aren't together, to the moment they actually got together x'D Speaking of that, they had their first anniversary last New Year's Eve and damn, that's one of the longest ships I've ever had xD
Morty & Meg with @shctupmeg: they are sort of dating, but not official yet. I find it funny, because Meg had a crush on Morty all along, while he considered her just a dear friend. Tho, the moment she started to look elsewhere, he realised that maybe he did like her back that way x'D They had their ups and downs, but I think their relationship is maturing just right!
Morty & Fish with @imprvdente: Chloé and I had sort of started it with the idea that Morty and Fish would be BFF, but both our dumbasses ended up catching feelings xD This is another funny situation, because it's mutual pinning while they are both convinced that the other doesn't like them back. Will they ever get their shit together? Good question!
Morty & Marsha with @mnstcrsiiistcrs: Marsha sort of categorises as one of Morty's crushes. Cute, smart girl who gives him a smidgen of attention? Ofc he's gonna crush on her. There hasn't been any real ship talk, so for now I'm going to keep it as one-sided crush. Which is pretty much very IC for Morty xD
I don't have a 5th ship, because these four are the relationships I have for my Morty and who have taken a romantic turn, more or less. I guess the last mention could be Morty & Meg & Morty, since I have a polyship with Rin and Allie (which I adore with all my heart).
Tbh, I'd love for Morty to get another boyfriend. With Rin's Morty I wasn't able to delve into it, because we had the whole 'me from another timeline' thing to deal with and because out Mortys kind of saw our Ricks getting together and that gave them the epiphany they needed, but I want my Morty to experience bi panic the moment he realises that oh shit, he likes boys too xD

Do I give a fuck? NO!
Adrien... is a good character the show threw away. Demoting him to an abused sidekick/trophy boyfriend. I don't need to keep watching after season 3 to know how the route goes. I root for him as much as I can cause his personality is so unique and wonderful, not to mention you want to explore his unlooked background and perspective just because...
Adrien himself is a beautiful person with a way more interesting background as the protagonist. He's a celebrity with little to no control over his life thanks to his over-barring (if not abusive) father. Then becomes a superhero who is very much underappreciated and pushed alot to even physically abused by his spotted female fighting partner (she threw him in a trash can. That's abuse). Meanwhile, he still maintains the sweet personality of trying to be kind, courteous and selfless to people, even strangers. Even to the point of risking his life several times for the people he cares about. He also doesn't get enough support when he needs it because of the bias writing of the show and when it does happen, it get's taken away from him very quickly.
I don't even care about the love square anymore and will never ship it again after taking off the rose colored glasses to see the red-flags in SEASON ONE! (Presents till his 35 birthday and his private schedule is not love. It's STALKING and there's no fucking excuse!)
Marinette doesn't deserve him. Gabriel DAMN WELL doesn't deserve him. The SHOW doesn't deserve him. If I can take Adrien out of the show and put him in another, I'd gladly do so for his sake or just adopt him to treat him better. And i said several times I don't want kids but gods... this kid pulls my heart strings. The writing fucked up alot of characters, but Adrien takes the brunt of it. He is basically the Ken... WITH THE CREATOR ADMITTING THAT!!
There are only three people I can see with Adrien. Either Marc, Nathaniel or my OTP, LUKA.
It's hard not to rant when it comes to Adrien because you know they didn't do him right and you want to protest so much but you know he's never going to get it better in the show. That's why I'll love and support him even just through fanworks because he deserves it. I can't put it in any other way. Adrien is KENOUGH.

like i said, i'm very obsessed with bub and its characters so i couldn't resist doing a little ask meme for jihoon and eden. here are the questions i used!
who is the most affectionate?
jihoon! that guy really loves taking care of eden any way he can. he's also veeeery touchy with people he cares about.
big spoon/little spoon?
depends on the mood they're in. whoever needs more love and affection in the moment gets to be the little spoon.
most common argument?
i think most conflicts stem from their difference in experience. jihoon has known he is queer for a while and was in at least one relationship with a guy before while eden is completely new to 1) dating and 2) dating guys. there's different expectations going in and i think it takes a while before they find common ground. though generally speaking i don't think they argue much.
favorite non-sexual activity?
holding hands!!! also cuddling. they probably take naps together too. (dajun has a whole folder of photos of them sleeping draped over each other backstage.)
who is most likely to carry the other?
jihoon would totally carry eden around just to tease him, even in public/in front of fans. eden does NOT like it!
what is their favorite feature of their partner’s?
jihoon likes eden's eyes (lashes!), lips and hands. eden very obviously has a thing for jihoon's abs. (also his hands and his voice.)
what’s the first thing that changes when they realize they have feelings for the other?
jihoon's teasing turns into genuine affection. (and he's VERY affectionate.) for eden the realization that he's in love with jihoon mostly changes how he views himself.
nicknames? and if so, how did they originate?
i can imagine jihoon calling eden "jagiya" or something smiliar in front of fans but i don't think he does it often when they're in private. eden only calls jihoon "hyung" but with the sweetest voice.
who worries the most?
jihoon! he's super protective. eden is too, but he's a lot more quiet about it.
who remembers what the other one always orders at a restaurant?
they both do. i'm pretty sure eden has watched every interview of jihoon he could get his hands on to find out what he likes and dislikes. (that's his first boyfriend ever, he wants to do a good job, okay?)

in the beginning mostly jihoon. but with time eden becomes more forward and then it's pretty much equal. (eden will not initiate kisses in front of their friends/family though! unlike jihoon, who doesn't give a damn.)

i can imagine eden leaving silly little notes for jihoon when they have seperate schedules. it's mostly badly drawn animals (a lot of portraits of soonshim) or smiley faces along with something like "hwaiting" or "have a nice day". jihoon keeps them all.

eden tells jay pretty much immediately. (they start facetiming regularly after jay leaves for the us.) after that they both talk to dajun and ceo nicki. (it's not a very pleasant conversation. jihoon is still pissed at nicki for selling them out.)
what do their family/friends think of their relationship?
we don't really know much about their family situations but i think eden's family would be worried for him at first because they know how risky being gay is in the korean entertainment industry. when they see what good care jihoon takes of eden though they are fully supportive. (especially grandma! she LOVES jihoon.)
i don't know why but i don't imagine jihoon being close to his family. so maybe he wouldn't tell them at all? his friends (the ones he's really close to who know he's queer) are super sweet to eden though. they pamper him a lot. (they're just really happy that jihoon is finally smiling again.)
who is more likely to start dancing with the other?
i can imagine eden initiating little dance-offs to cheer jihoon up when he's feeling down. (he took that interview where jihoon said the likes to dance when he's stressed to heart.)

they're both not amazing but jihoon can actually produce something edible unlike eden who can make ramyeon and nothing else.

neither, i think. if they have to do it as fanservice, jihoon is better at it though. (eden can only flirt when he's drunk or when he's not aware he's doing it.)

jihoon, though he never does it when it could get them in trouble or when eden's actually uncomfortable.

jihoon! his relationship with hyunbin has left him with A LOT of trust issues.

isn't it "evergreen"? i also live in the firm belief that jihoon has written several songs for/about eden. (still sad that they didn't include him also being a songwriter/producer in the series.)

He still has her recipe book with her hard to read cursive. He can't really read it (because dyslexia makes it hard enough to read regular print) but Eddie knows about it and he reads the recipes out loud for Steve

I think that Steve in season one was not that bad. People treat him live he was like the devil and he said some really unforgivable things but he also immediately regretted it and bought Jonathan a new camera and did so much to try and make up for the things he did that he knew were wrong!!! Eh I just season one Steve was not a villain he was just a guy!!!

i was legit just thinking about šime earlier today 😭
@colorsofmyseason also asked me granit so i will answer š's here and then tag u in that one!
favorite thing about them: man, of everyone who's made an appearance on my favs list, he is absolutely the most mysterious, both because he is mysterious but also because he would rarely do an interview in a language i can understand (tyoma is monolingual but somehow very understandable anyway 😂). šime speaks spanish and english but would only really do interviews in croatian or italian i feel like. so i feel like i know so little about him! but of course: he has the absolute most beautiful footballer tattoos (that BUTTERFLY!!!), fantastic taste in music, and his sense of style--a little more alternative/edgy than other footballers. he's clearly a guy who did his own thing without seeking a lot of external validation, and it was fascinating how he comes across as very mysterious but very steady at once. he's also very uniquely beautiful--there is that "you can tell a lot about a person based on whether they think šime or dejan is hotter" concept 😂 and the whole tungelr knows where i stand on this, but, damn if šime's slutty pirate/širen self isn't captivating to stare at. i miss him SO much and think constantly about how he essentially gave his whole career to the 2018 world cup without realizing.
something else is how humble and normal he always came across. of course you can only know about these people what they put on social media, but back when he was active on there, he was never vacationing to dubai or ibiza or on some yacht--he'd go home to Zadar and repair old cars with a grungy tshirt tied around his head.
least favorite thing about them: that he knocked up some Instagram Hot Lady and got together with her! and disappeared off social media and is made of literal glass! promise i'm not showing favoritism--i don't think šejan had a dramatic and bad breakup, but i think science kind of proves that the breakup was driven by šime bc dej is persistent as fuck and clearly a very devoted long distance boyfriend 😂
favorite line: omg i can't remember the exact translation of it, but it was during the wc when he was like "you film me doing everything, you'd probably film me taking a piss" and dej was like "THAT'S RIGHT!!!" i mean, the šejan lajvs had a ton of classics that i could go back and find, but i'm contractually obligated to say that one

to see šejan, two grown ass men, in hysterical giggles in their own private world, is something else entirely. those 2 really had something going on. they kind of had "read each other's minds and finish each other's sentences" vibes, except they were usually laughing too hard to even finish a sentence. at the same time, šime's calm, even energy was obviously so healthy for dejan's uh, in the words of Mo, stormy head. it breaks my heart that it is over.

favorite thing about them: i like that she's an optimist because it's genuinely earned. like she went through the fire and flames for that optimism she deserves to be cheerful. she had to fight for that shit and her outlook remains positive anyway
least favorite thing about them: not her fault but it is aggravating that she's like. probably the Spinoff Warrior who gets the most attention from people who don't bother to actually like play p4a like your understanding is surface level and you are missing out on the experience

Hoo boy that's a lot! Well, if ya wanna mess with the bull, you'll get the horns. And by that I mean you'll get my serious and/or non-serious reaction to all of these so enjoy!
Vivia x Yakou - Ah yes, the og otp, ever since me and my boyfriend wanted to cosplay our respective favs before the game even released. Suffice to say were we ahead of the game on that one so we were pleasantly surprised it has some canon footing and it's simply sweet as hell! I personally love how this ship symbolizes that no matter how much you've lost, there's always something to gain and you still have the capacity to love.
Vivia x Worried Man - I won't lie this side quest completely caught me off-guard. My thought process went from 'aw he's in love' -> 'wait that's gay' -> 'WAIT THATS GAY WITH VIVIA' and I have never been the same since. It's pretty cute ngl, even if it's just a little side quest. Aaaaand then the rest of chapter 4 happened and I went right back to loving Viviakou, sorry Worried Man but you've got a lotta competition.
Vivia x Shinigami - Before the game released I theorized that Vivia could see Shinigami and I was so damn proud of myself to find out that I was right. Besides that, I always associated them as friends pre-release, but with chapter 4, their dynamic is very interesting. Vivia put her in her place throughout the entire labyrinth. He was more in control of the situation than she was cause he held more knowledge than any other assistant ever had before. He wasn't stuck in there with her, she was stuck in there with him. Anyways yeah I think they'd be platonic buddy ol' pals
Vivia x Fubuki - The 4-panel comic of them was adorable! I see them as friends but I can certainly see why people may view them in a more romantic light. They definitely paint each other's nails.
Vivia x Desuhiko - Another case of them being more like pals than a blossoming bromance. However, I do have a good platonic headcanon that Vivia knows how to play piano and has studied music theory as part of his endless reading escapades, so he'll sometimes help out Desuhiko when requested for assistance with practicing on his guitar. They're both very musically-inclined I know it in my heart.
Vivia x Halara - AKA the badasses. I don't view them as romantic personally, but I love them being the duo who kicks ass and takes names. Additionally, I'm sure Halara appreciates having a metaphorical cat around when they can't interact with actual cats.
Vivia x Yuma - Not uncommon for the protag to slip his way into every and all angles of ships, but I think this one works especially well. Yuma and Vivia have a very strong and well-written dynamic thanks to our lord and savior chapter 4; they develop alongside each other. It's just like Vivia said, they're accomplices, they have to fight for the truth together in order to clearly see eye-to-eye. We love short king with tall ghost guy! The appeal for this ship is very much apparent.
Vivia x Melami - I fought so hard for these two to interact and what did I get? Nothing! So, I wallow in my headcanons of them having a perfect partnership since their Fortes bounce off each other so well. Melami would absolutely despise Vivia's choice of 'clothing' though, she'd try to give him a makeover but he'd slip right out of her grasp before she could do anything.
Vivia x dying - As much as he adores the idea of death I don't think he's dying any time soon. The grim reaper plays hard to get.
Vivia x pillows - THE PAIRING HE DESERVES

Vivia x boxcutter knife - It's a cut above the rest [laugh track]

Hey y’all it’s me ya boi, back at it again with some Edgejeanist scenarios (all fluff because I cannot handle angst at the moment for obvious reasons 😭), just because I’ve been thinking of them so much.
- Anytime there’s a regular party or a specific party for heroes, Shinya will always drag Tsunagu onto the dance floor. Tsunagu isn’t much of a dancer, but seeing Shinya just let loose and have fun is enough to dance with the one he loves so dearly. It doesn’t matter what kind of song it is, they will dance together.
- Before they started dating, Tsunagu would spend nights thinking of ways to do nice things for Shinya. The first time he tried it however ended kinda badly. He had bought flowers for Shinya and planned to bring them to the agency he was working for at the time. When he eventually made is way to Shinya’s office, he saw that he was on his lunch break. “Perfect opportunity” he thought. So, walking up to Shinya he was like “Hey, you did really good on that last mission, I decided to buy you some flowers as appreciation”. Once he gave Shinya the flowers, he noticed his suprised look on his face. Unfortunately, what Tsunagu didn’t expect was Shinya sneezing uncontrollably, eyes red and irritated. “Oh my god you’re allergic to flowers aren’t you? Oh god im so sorry” Tsunagu said, panicking. He volunteered to help Shinya get better. After that incident, he was way more cautious, buying Shinya his favorite chocolate, taking him on dates, and eventually asking Shinya to be his boyfriend. Shinya returns the favors by giving him little gifts, like origami flowers and cranes. Tsunagu has an entire box dedicated to them.
- my absolute favorite trope is the “one partner is not ticklish whatsoever, while the other is the most ticklish person on the planet” trope, so get this: Tsunagu getting pleasure from seeing Shinya double over in a fit of giggles and full on laughter anytime he swipes his nails across his skin (Shinya absolutely hates it when he gets tickled tho).
- These two absolutely would not give a damn about gender, ESPECIALLY when it comes to clothes. Tsunagu and Shinya are the definition of “genderfluid and non binary solidary”. While Tsunagu prefers longer articles of clothing like say long skirts and blouses and long pants, Shinya is more of a crop top and short skirt with tights underneath/shorts kind of person. Of course, they do switch styles very often.
- When it came to the proposal, it was Tsunagu was the one who ended up poping the question. It was a rare day when the Top 5 had a day off, so they decided to go on a fun little trip to a nice area of Japan, one where theres a lot of shops and restaurants and stuff. Anyways, Tsunagu ended up leading him and Shinya away for a little bit, where he promptly got down on one knee and proposed. There was a lot of crying (mostly from Tsunagu but thats not something he’s willing to admit).
(I cant have MHA scenarios of my OTPs without a wedding scene so here yall go :D)
The wedding was a mixture of two styles. Tsunagu wanted a more western style wedding, while Shinya wanted a more Japanese style one, so they combined the two ideas. They decided on a fall wedding, and it was gonna be outdoors. Tsunagu wore a normal wedding suit, while Shinya wore a more traditional Japanese wedding attire, but they decided to add a veil as a special treat. Every pro hero was invited, and even Class 1A were too (Kaminari, Sero, and Bakugou were NOT gonna miss their mentors getting married absolutely not). It was the best moment of both Tsunagu’s and Shinya’s lives if you were to ask them.
- Shinya has an amazing singing voice. Like, if you were going to have a singing competition or go to karaoke, Shinya absolutely steals the show. Tsunagu is enamored every time Shinya sings. (And for extra fun, Shinya likes to duet Present Mic a lot, either as a simple duet or if it like, a sing off).
And thats it for now! I definitely will make a part two, I just don’t know when :)

What are you hoping / wanting / etc to see from the KP finale? If there is a S2, what do you hope for?
Hmmm, I'm a sucker for happy endings. I'm a hopeless romantic, so I only like to see definitively happy endings. Ambiguous endings aren't that bad but I wouldn't want to see that for any of my faves or OTPs. I know some people like angsty or sad endings, but I am not one of those people. My heart is too sensitive and soft for such a thing.
In the short term, I want to see Kinn and Porsche ride off into the sunset together honestly. Which essentially means I want to see the best, happy mafia alternative/version of that because I'm not naïve enough to believe that that ending is even possible for these two considering the circumstances. So, whatever happy mafia alternative of this ending is available is good for me for the finale. They fight the bad guys, they win, and then they reconcile. Do the Dads die in this scenario? Maybe, maybe not. I actually get a kick out of how awful they are to their sons. It's pretty entertaining to watch.
In the long term (and possibly in a s2 if there is one), I want Kinn and Porsche to get to a better place where they learn to admit that their mutual trust is present. Both of them have a tendency to lie through their teeth when it comes to the trust thing and it grinds my gears. We know you guys trust each other, so why lie? I honestly don't want Porsche to be Kinn's bodyguard anymore; it's not like he'd be able to do so anyway, because Kinn refuses to let him do his damn job. Kinn is not going to let Porsche take a bullet for him. It's just not gonna happen, so how can he be his bodyguard? However, I need there to be some sort of middle ground where Porsche is still a part of this world but also kind of not. I want Porsche to still be included in said mafia discussions and choices but I don't want him to be an active part of it. I don't know what Porsche could do, but that's how I feel about it. Yes, I know there's another thing that happens in the novel that he could do but I'm not even sure I want that for him to be honest.
I don't want them to completely leave the mafia world because there's power in being apart of that world. Kinn is able to do what he does because he's apart of it, so I don't want them to completely abandon that part. Kinn is able to offer Porsche protection because of who he is, and I think it's important for them to keep that layer of protection there because it benefits both Porsche and Chay. They need to learn how to alter their identities in that world to suit their relationship and not the other way around; their relationship is solid, but it's when they remember who they need to be in that world that causes the issues in their relationship. Kinn needs to learn how to find the compromise between being cold mafia prince and loving boyfriend and Porsche needs to continue leaning into his newfound darkness while also allowing himself to be loved by Kinn. He's already halfway there; we just need Porsche to actually grasp the concept that they need to be these other people to survive in that world. Which I think he's starting to understand if this last episode is anything to go by.
Porsche has decided that he doesn't mind darkening his soul and his heart to find out the truth about his family and to keep Kinn. He wants to keep both, and Porsche has drawn a line in the sand when it comes to his priorities and who he considers to be expendable and who he doesn't. I've come to the conclusion that Porsche may be more ruthless and heartless than Kinn. At least Kinn still somewhat cares about other people, but Porsche doesn't even seem to care at all. Porsche cares about Chay and Kinn, and that's it.
Porsche sold out Pete to Vegas to get what he wanted, and he didn't care about what it would do to Pete. It's a crazy world we live in, isn't it? That's wild to think about. Porsche is willing to sell everyone else out, except for those two. I'm shocked! I've read various metas about it, and I've been convinced otherwise in regards to how I feel about what Porsche did. I was looking at him running off with Vegas all wrong, and I can see it in a new light now. He was using Vegas as the scapegoat. He's the fall guy, and I didn't even see it before. I stand by what I said that he's still putting some level of trust in Vegas to not screw him and his plans over. I did not change my mind about that part. That was still a pretty risky decision, and we will see what happens as a result of that in the next episode.
Porsche is finally going through his evolution and we need Kinn to reach out and help Porsche accept and handle this new change. That's what I want. These are all my hopes and wishes, but I doubt they're going to have that much time. Yes, it's a longer episode (by their standards), but I'm uncertain of how much time they're truly going to have. A lot of this stuff could be saved for a s2, if there is one.

For the meme, Cecil Harvey?
Why I like them.
Cecil has an incredible character arc and does his best to do what's right. His journey from dark knight to paladin always stuck with me and I forever admire his resolve and kindness, despite the circumstances.
Why I don’t.
Reverting back to lvl 1 when you finally become a paladin. Big oof.
Favorite scene.
I did love how in the 3DS version whenever you pop open the menu, the characters had little thought bubbles regarding what was going on in the story. Poor Cecil was always so worried and I especially loved his insights when you first acquire Rydia in the party 🥺
Favorite line.
I forget when it happened or the exact line word-for-word, but he has a bit where he talks about himself being a coward. Just his self-awareness of what is actually happening and realizing he's a part of it is really well-done.
Favorite outfit.
His paladin armor is forever my fave. Plus his hair is super pretty and he deserves to have it out!
OTP.
Cecil/Kain/Rosa. None of this love triangle nonsense. They all love each other and live happily ever after.
Brotp.
Kain. Love their childhood friendship and rivalry and all the other competitive nonsense (and then they're boyfriends and also love Rosa wow incredible).
Head Canon.
With him being half-Lunarian, I always liked the idea that the phases of the moon influenced him. Whenever it's a full moon, he's just up all night and fully energized. I could also see his eyes and/or hair kind of glowing while under moonlight during the full moon.
Unpopular opinion.
Damn, I don't even know what would BE an unpopular opinion for him?? He's just a good boy! Maybe the fact I think he's the best protagonist in the series. That's probably unpopular actually lol.
A wish.
Like all my good boy faves, I just want him to have a lovely uninterrupted nap. He's been through enough.
