I saw a post where there was a long haired boy in the VERY background of two scenes in ST (both with Steve in the forefront). And now I can’t stop thinking about a sitcom level plot, where Eddie VERY nearly misses seeing all the spooky shit happening in Hawkins. Like, he’s driving home in his van, sees Steve ‘the hair’ Harrington running away from something with a child in tow and just, does not see anything because he is BLASTING music. Dart steals his snacks multiple times and he doesn’t notice because he is high and he assumes they were never there to begin with. Him picking up the Russian signals, decoding them for fun and being annoyed that it doesn’t mean anything interesting, so he switches stations. Just, Eddie existing in Hawkins and being SO close to danger at all times and just never knowing it.
