i don't think having marginalised characters necessarily has to mean anything and I certainly don't care about Representation but that aside the best thing i can do with my trans characters is to use them for srs propaganda

i do actually really like it when people draw top surgery scars all spiky and bright and starlike. it is still highly aestheticized stylization obviously but it does feel like an improvement from the previous most-widespread modes of depiction i saw, being perfectly symetrical, barely-visible thin straight double incision lines just below the pecs

Thinking about late teens/early twenties me accidentally structuring a culture in my unfinished fantasy novel to always have a queer transfem ruler.

They're based on fish so the women being in charge made more sense, but I also wanted one of those "there are a billion princes and princesses because a lot of them die" things going on (again, we're going with fish here) so it's necessary to be able to produce a lot of children. So the queen just is always a trans woman and she always has a very happy harem of a couple dozen queer wives and transmasc husbands.

Also remembering my first ex telling me that it was stupid and weird and "nobody's ever gonna read your book if you make everything weird, Nashi." She said that Myn was freaky enough and "the story doesn't need weird aliens things with no mouths and transsexual fish people." (I'm not sure why she thought this, because I think a good story could have both quite easily. Also Myn is a unicorn, thanks.)

Anyway so I'm thinking about making the lesser prince from the fish people culture that is part of the main cast a trans man because who gives a fuck.

being trans is actually really nice when you don't have a transphobic asshole in your ear telling you that you're "mutilated" and will live "a lifetime of misery" for transitioning!

So grateful I was able to get surgery but recovering is a lil sucky right now.

I really wasn’t prepared for how numb the incision area would be. You can see in the picture that I’ve been rubbing Vaseline on it, I have to transfer it to a cloth THEN to my chest, or else I get sorta grossed out NGL. 

The big yellow bruise is healing nicely too!!! When the bandages first came off it looked like I was turning into a Simpsons character.

Alan makes me so happy because I too am a no-op trans man with big honking titties and it's so rare to see people who look like me in porn. Plus he's massively pregnant all the time which I've toyed with the idea of being a surrogate but didn't think it was a good idea bc trans so he's great

yaaaaay I’m glad :D and yeah. Surrogacy is a much more difficult and unpleasant process irl than horny internet would make us think. But if that does end up as a viable and healthy option know that you would be doing a great service to society by adding one more happily pregnant big-tiddy trans man to the world 🙏
