The Bridgerton Cast being booked and busy is a testament to their talent

Johnny and both Luke’s have done larger plays which is one of the hardest forms of acting in my humble opinion.

Phoebe has done a few movies with Netflix. I’ve lost track of all the things Nicola has done after wrapping S3. Ruby (Francesca 1) has done two shows and a play since S2. Florence is one of the youngest of the cast and she just finished a new show.

As much as I love Bridgerton, I love tracking the cast in their other endeavors! They are so talented!

This is very difficult for me. I have a lot of respect for Jack and I’m very fond of Andy.

Alan with Shelly is ready to chuck Robert and Katie out as he has ‘other guests arriving’ and he couldn’t care less if they or don’t find other accommodations. It’s time for Tom’s big party which Robert and Katie were gonna attend but Donna’s words about Victoria has them turning around to miss it. Shelly gives the twosome the weekend to find somewhere else. The rest of the scenes focus on Daz showing up at the farm per Andy’s request who apologizes to him for not believing in him about the twosome.

I saw your post about who you think has been cast as Sophie. Is it okay to ask for some information on this, or your theory? I hope it’s okay to ask. At this point I’ll take any crumbs, and, theories for Sophie. I’m already waiting until after the season airs to see if she shows up. I can’t watch a whole season of boring Polin just to hope for a glance of my favs. I’m planing to wait until after so everyone can tell me what eps to avoid.

I debated on answering this because it's not the blog topic here. But you're like the 3rd person this week to ask me this question (the other 2 were via DM's lol) so I guess I will. Haha.

Now, keep in mind.... This is obviously a theory, I have ZERO proof other than the hints that all seem to add up to more than a coincidence.

My theory as who is playing Sophie Beckett is Jemma Moore:

In April of 2022, around the time the season would have been in preproduction, she posted this to her instagram (and it's mysteriously since been deleted):

In case anyone doesn't know, Gus Gus is a Cinderella character and ofc Sophie is a Cinderella inspired story. She also, oddly posted to her instagram stories about watching A Cinderella Story around that same time. Almost like she was getting Inspired b/c you know she wears a mask in that movie....

In June, she posted this to her stories:

And it's worth noting that the day before this, I was informed that Nicola posted getting her 3x01 script so....

On Instagram she follows Insight Management, which is Luke's talent agency. And they follow her back. She's not their client guys. Why follow that talent agency and vice versa unless you're working closely with one of their clients longer term? Like on a popular show?

Speaking of her talent agency.... They posted the S3 poster with this caption:

And she liked it? Which is funny b/c I checked their client list here out of curiousity. No one on their client list has been announced yet, and she's liking that post. I don't see why they would announce any clients just for playing random/unimportant characters this last minute to the show coming out, personally.

And finally, Jemma did a photoshoot within the last month that she posted to her instagram stories. She tagged a makeup artist named sarahhillmakeup on Insta. She has worked with SEVERAL Bridgerton cast ladies in press and photoshoots such as: Nicola, Hannah Dodd, Florence Hunt, Ruby Stokes, Golda Rosheuvel, Charithra Chandran They now follow each other back on Instagram.

Last last point: Also, the photoshoot Jemma was doing in the last paragraph, the set seemed to have a lot of 'art' themes to it. Like one of those hand held wooden paint pallets (or whatever they're called) and paintings on a couch, etc. And we all know who in the show Sophie's love interest is and what he's known for in the books/show.

So yeah...... That's my crazy conspiracy theory guys.

I've been thinking up a "The Quarry" AU for house of ashes where the characters of House of Ashes got to work at Hackett's Quarry to give the kids an insight into military training. The characters will have the same personalities (aka, nobody deliberately brakes the car, teen drama is toned down, they all have more skill with weaponry, etc)

Ryan = Jason Kolcheck.

Dylan = Salim Othman (obviously).

Kaitlyn = Clarice Stokes.

Jacob = Eric King

Emma = Rachel King.

Nicolas = Nick Kay (again, for obvious reasons).

Abigail = Joey Gomez (not to ship with anyone, but who knows, I sure as hell don't).

Laura = Nathan Merwin.

These are just rough guidelines for their encounters with the werewolves. Jason, with his killing curiosity to touch things he shouldn't (the fossilised alien) he'd be more likely to investigate Chris' room than Salim, but the bisexual jokes about him, Salim, and Clarice are too good to pass up on.

I'm thinking that this takes place in the same universe as house of ashes just to be like "WEREWOLVES??? THE FUCK??? FIRST VAMPIRES, NOW WEREWOLVES. WHATS NEXT, ZOMBIES???"

"Jason, if you jinx this, I swear to Allah above I will end you."

The source for this figure of 100 million people killed under communist regimes is Le Livre noir du communisme (1997), published in English as The Black Book of Communism (1999). In the introduction, the editor, Stéphane Courtois, used a ‘rough approximation, based on unofficial estimates’ to come up with a figure that approached 100 million, a number far greater than the 25 million victims he attributes to Nazism (which does not, conveniently, include those killed as a result of the Second World War). Courtois equated communism with Nazism, and argued that the ‘single-minded focus on the Jewish genocide’ had impeded the accounting of communist crimes.

The Black Book stoked controversy from its first publication in France. As soon as it hit the shelves, two of the prominent historians contributing to the volume, Jean-Louis Margolin and Nicolas Werth, attacked Courtois in the pages of Le Monde. Margolin and Werth distanced themselves from the volume, believing that Courtois’s obsession with reaching the number of 100 million led to careless scholarship.

Everything was dark. Everything hurt. It felt like he'd been run over by a caravan.

“What… what happened?” Nicolas thought to himself. He opened his eyes only to be met with the exact same darkness as when they were closed. He could tell he was on a bed. Nicolas moved his arms and legs. They weren't shackled, but they hurt a lot. The last thing he remembered was, what? Arguing with Master Quin. Following that pull that took him…

Nicolas shot up in bed. Every muscle in his body tensed, and he immediately regretted the sudden motion. Ragnar. The chalice. The pulses. Suddenly a ring of light appeared around him, rushing out on all sides of him. It created a wave of light, giving him a few precious seconds to take in his surroundings. He was in an old section of whatever place the pull had taken him to, maybe a dungeon that had been converted into living quarters?

Nicolas tried to send out another pulse of light. It came and went more quickly than the last one. He tried again and again, each time slowly getting pieces of the puzzle together. A thought occurred to him. The ring of light always came out through his torso, spreading outward in all directions. Instead of pushing it through, he tried to hold the light in place. To his utter astonishment, it had worked.

“Good…” an ominous voice called in his mind. It was deep and gravely, like how a mountain would sound if it could speak. It was an alien thought.

“Who are you?” Nicolas asked out loud. His voice was so harsh it almost didn't sound human. The voice gave no reply. The only door in the room opened, someone drawn to the noise.

A man entered the room. He was dressed in crimson robes with a long hat that almost caught the on the door frame. There was a familiar crest on his robes. A black dragon with a person in one claw and grains of wheat in the other. The Brood.

“Finally, you've awoken,” the man said through red stained lips. Ragnar.

“What did you do to me?” Nicolas asked. He remembered pieces of it, but couldn't put them together. It was as if the memories themselves had been cut and mixed together.

“Me? I did nothing to you child. You chose of your own volition to partake in the drinking of the holy relic. A gift for us mortals by our Great One,” Ragnar said simply.

“And what exactly was this holy relic?” Nicolas asked, frustration in his voice. It reminded him of Master Quin. Always beating around the bush. Always hedging or even just flat out ignoring him. He wanted the power to make them listen. No, he needed it.

Power. That's right. That's what he had been searching for.

“Child, it is a gift for us. From hi-” Ragnar was cut off. The light encircling Nicolas shot outward, passing through Ragnar. Suddenly, Nicolas could feel it. A feeling that he had only felt within himself before, but thanks to his study of astral magic he knew exactly what this was, Ragnar's soul.

“The soul is like water. It takes the shape of whatever vessel it is housed in. The concentration of where the soul mostly resides will tell you your magic affinity. In theory, if the soul takes on a human form, pieces may be torn from the whole…” Nicolas remembered from his studies.

“So you're going to do this too?” He asked, suddenly seething. “You're all the same, thinking only about yourselves, never daning to teach, just barking orders and expecting me to follow. No. Not anymore,” he said, lifting his arm up, palm towards Ragnar.

“Do it. Strike back against those who hold you back. They are afraid of you. They will stop at nothing to keep you from your goal,” the Voice said. It was stoking the flames of violence.

“I'll make them all listen,” he thought. He closed his hand into a tight fist. He could feel it now, Ragnar's soul. It was old and tainted, almost feeling greasy. Nicolas pulled hard, feeling the tension of Ragnar's soul attempting to stay attached to his left arm.

“Do it.”

He pulled harder, his muscles felt shredded, his joints filled with glass. He didn't care.

“Take what's yours.”

Niclas used his other hand now, too. Pulling desperately as Ragnar screamed.

“Make them suffer.”

Nicolas felt part of Ragnar's soul rip. An inhuman screech filled the dank dungeon, echoing off of the stone walls. It was something so horrendous it would stay within the stone walls until the end of time.

Grunting with effort and through clenched teeth, Nicolas grunted out the words.

“You! Will! Listen!”

Just like that the soul residing within Ragnar's left arm was torn away at the shoulder. Nicolas was screaming. Ragnar was screaming. The Voice roared. Something within Nicolas came forth. A carnal hunger for power. He felt the presence greedily devour the segment of soul, savoring it. The pain within his body lessened. He could feel it now. Power flowed through him, an unstoppable wave rushing through his very existence.

Nicolas stood and walked over to the whimpering man who laid on the ground. Nicolas created light again and was surprised. He could move it now from his torso to his left hand. Nicolas could only see part of Ragnar's left hand. It was shriveled and blackened.

“Now I'm going to ask again. What did I drink?”

Early morning journaling while watching Willy's Wonderland. Just missed this movie when it was on Shudder, was super stoked to find it on Kanopy.

Update, about 1/3 of the way in and I love it already, the fact that Nicolas Cage hasn't said a single fucking word while taking out animatronics is fucking amazing.

Update 2, finished the movie, fucking awesome.
