slightly disappointed - just slightly - that they didn't include fischl in the windblume event because she would fit the legend/fairytale category of the charade so much?!
#how did they not remember the person that actually lives in one?#logically it would make sense okay 😂#i hope we get to see the other mondstadt characters even for a second at the end#jean barbara fischl kaeya diona and diluc the excluded ones ✌️#like i don't care about timmaeus and his crush sorry give me characters i care about (mona was so real for interrupting him yes queen <3)#okay sorry timmaeus i hope you succeed in romancing her 😔#i think you're a great addition to the synthesis thingie when i need to make materials the game wouldn't be the same without you 😔#on another note!!! i love when genshin's events or quests are like therapy sessions like yes thanks for teaching us about anxiety and#struggles with self identity and how sharing our problems with others isn't a burden and how being vulnerable will allow us to create#meaningful connections and relate to others around us that only through connection and being able to see other people we are able to#fight the feeling of alienation we had in the first place and gain a new found confidence!!! like yes. trauma holds us back and can#influence the way we interact with others around us and follow us for so much time but we can also thrive regardless!!!!#genshin lore is so good but also the way this game helps us find peace regarding so many things we all struggle with is beautiful methinks#a lot of the struggles the characters face in the game are related to the fantasy world their inserted to sure but they're also still#incredibly relatable to the most common person if we strip down that fantasy layer#i think it's about being seen and understood feeling less lonely and also seeing others through less of a 1st person lense about finding#beauty and significante in diversity#but anyways rant over#i'm having fun with windblume and i love events like this where we just get to revisit characters and see them have a good time with each#other!!! it's so comforting plus mondstadt looks so pretty

Full Moon in Aquarius: Aquarius, Self-Mastery & the Connection to Others
Tumblr media
Aquarius is ruled by Uranus and as the most progressive and revolutionary planets in western Astrology, Uranus is only able to sustain results and change through self-mastery. Uranus is constantly seeking evolution and evolving to break free of limitations and restrictions of modern society. This is why Aquarius is the revolutionary. On that note, while Aquarius is ruled by Uranus, it is also a sign that is domicile in Saturn, that is to say it feels quite comfortable in Saturn, a planet that rules over discipline, structure and hard work. What does this mean? It means that Aquarius is able to break free of limitations in a much easier way and is thoroughly supported by both Uranus and Saturn. As I write this it is 11:11. With Pluto soon moving into Aquarius, it is time to introspect on changes we seek on an individual level and how they might expand and reach others in a more profound and meaningful way to encourage their own transformation and development as individuals. It’s about the lasting impact we have on others and is not something to take lightly. Consider the butterfly effect. One flap of a wing, in theory, can influence the weather over hundreds of miles away. This evolution comes through discipline, determination and a strong will. Pluto enters Aquarius practically the same day the Sun enters Aquarius aka the start of Aquarius season—that will be January 21st, 2024. Pluto is the most transformative planet in Astrology and similar to Uranus, it wants change and evolution. How interesting is it that the start of Aquarius season also marks the arrival of Pluto into Aquarius. More on that later... 🤍
🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋
We have a Full Moon in Aquarius on August 1st, let’s consider how this will be opposing the Leo Venus retrograde and what that might mean for our interpersonal relationships as well as how it might shape our perspective on relationships and even our worldview.
Remember that Aquarius is the water bearer. It brings with it the energy of self-nourishment and expansion. Uranus is progressive and also brings an expansion of our worldview and perspectives.
🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋
This magical and profound energy in the cosmos will definitely help us shift into greater consciousness and self-awareness. This period of illumination when the moon is at its full glory, allows us the opportunity to consider who are we in relation to others, who have we been, and who we actually are.
🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋
How might we let go of who we have been to become what we might be?
How can we nourish the parts of ourselves to come into full alignment with our purpose, our connection to others and our relationship with the world around us?
Find your rising sign and sun sign below to see what you may become with this lunar cycle 💫🌕💫

You are being gently guided toward greater ease of connection with others through the connection with your true self. You are embracing your highest and most authentic self and allowing it to express itself more gracefully through your interaction with others. There is a sense of belonging and making strides toward your soul tribe. Connection with friends and social groups may enhance during this time.
Divination Message 🦋
Tarot: 3 of wands, 10 of cups
Oracle: Balsamic Moon - A time for healing
There is ease here within social interactions and a feeling of acceptance. Allow yourself to embrace a sense of belonging & kinship amongst others, this will bring you a sense of safety in your individual self-expression.
Tumblr media
Taurus Sun & Rising - This full moon and lunar cycle is bringing insights on the person you are becoming. With the full moon making a transit through your 10th house cusp, this could also bring career related insights. This full moon is also making an opposition to your 4th house of home and family, and that is also where Venus retrograde is transiting, so perhaps you will feel a need to reflect on what having close, personal relationships looks like. Maybe you will come to realize that it's not selfish to focus on yourself and your own goals. In doing so, you allow yourself to change for the better, and growth is always a wonderful and helpful thing.
Divination Message 🦋
Tarot: 10 of Pentacles, Queen of Pentacles
Oracle: New Moon in Cancer: You and your loved ones are safe
Perhaps you have been reached a point where you feel you have everything you need. Take time to reflect now on the ways in which you can share and extend a generous hand to others, especially those you love and care for. You may in a comfortable enough position to where you can easily give to others when needed. Embrace the abundance around you, even the smallest kind--such as the abundant beauty found in nature.
Tumblr media
Gemini Sun & Rising - This full moon and lunar cycle will be a wonderful time to reflect on life and your personal beliefs, philosophies, and sense of purpose--or "direction." You may feel you are guided toward certain things, it could be as simple as a book, a podcast or maybe an online forum. Branch out a bit and extend your own personal insights to others who you think would benefit or be open to it. Speak your truth and do so with awareness and consideration of others' own beliefs and opinions. Open a channel for dialogue and understanding.
Divination Message 🦋
Tarot: 2 of Wands, 3 of Wands, 4 of Wands, 9 of Swords
Oracle: Waning Moon - What do you need to release?
This feels like there is a lot about finding your place in the world, whether that be your voice, your inner creative spark, or a sense of balance. You are ready and open to this journey, but there is a sense that perhaps some old limiting beliefs need to be shed. If you are clinging on too tightly to your beliefs or ways of being, you may not grow in the way you want to. Be open to reflecting on the beliefs that no longer fit and align with you. Through this, you may find greater ease, stillness, and confidence in your being.
Tumblr media
Cancer Sun & Rising - This lunar cycle may seem a bit intense, it may bring up old memories for you, and things that have long since been over. The essence is about releasing the past and allowing it to finally be put to rest.
Divination Message 🦋
Tarot: Ace of Cups, Strength, The Star, 7 of Cups
Oracle: Supermoon - Emotions are running high!
By recognizing the things that no longer bring you happiness or fulfillment, you are able to release them with strength, grace, and gratitude. Yes, it could seem off putting at first and you may not wish to deal with it at all, but in the end, you will be met with much more inner contentment. The vibe is super release!
Tumblr media
Leo Sun & Rising - This full moon and lunar cycle is bringing relationship insights and also a feeling of knowing how to move forward within these relationships. This full moon is transiting your 7th house of commitments and relationships. You may come to understand the importance of equality and partnership and recognize the beauty in being aligned toward similar & shared goals. It's less about what others can do for you, but more about what you can do for each other. There is a sense of mutual respect within your relationships during this time.
Divination Message 🦋
Tarot: King of Wands, 2 of Wands
Oracle: North Node - Step outside of your comfort zone
Mutable Moon - Nothing is yet set in stone
The mutable moon times (Gemini moon, Virgo moon, Sagittarius moon, Pisces moon) may be a more prominent time for you so look out for when the moon is in those signs. It could also indicate that you are not yet sure of the people in your life who may have this moon sign. By being open to differences between you and others, it opens greater possibilities, and if you desire, commitments too. A new start is here for certain, and it is allowing you the chance to step up as an equal with those around you and embrace a period of mutual understanding. The foundations of your relationships are building to become better.
Tumblr media
Virgo Sun & Rising - This full moon and lunar cycle is making strides in your 6th house, the natural position of Virgo within the chart. This indicates that you are embracing more openness in your day-to-day life. it is less about structure and more about what seems to just fit. Your intuition regarding your health and wellbeing may be enhanced, and by listening and tuning into your body, you will understand its needs better. Health could be a theme here for sure. You may also be open to changes in your life, they could be random such as a new pet, or could be something such as switching jobs. Either way, your day to day is shifting and getting a bit of excitement!
Divination Message 🦋
Tarot : Princess of Wands, Queen of Swords, 5 of Swords, The World
Oracle : Third Quarter Moon - Adjustments are required
Being open to change is going to help you a ton! There is a feeling of needing to surrender to the changes that may be occurring, not necessarily physically either. It's more so about observing and making your decisions from there. Your perspective has the potential to shift in a wonderful way, and this is helping you to understand how the world works and what that means for you. Try seeing things from someone else's perspective and take note of any insights you could apply to your own life.
Tumblr media
Libra Sun & Rising - This full moon is going to bring you fun and creative insights if you consider yourself creative. it could be a wonderful and joyful time that allows you to kind of let loose a bit. This could also bring about more communication and collaboration with others. Love is looking a lot like seeing yourself in others here and being a reflection of those around you. Be mindful of those you surround yourself with and ensure they are supporting your highest good and visions.
Divination Message 🦋
Tarot: Prince of Swords, King of Wands, 2 of Pentacles
Oracle: First Quarter Moon - Your commitment is being tested
This could be a time of needing to rethink your creative process or put more thought into creative pursuits/passions. Consider how you might be able to bring your visions into fruition by enlisting the help of others. Perhaps you are closer to the fulfillment of your endeavors thank you think. There is just a little push that needs to be carried out here. There could also be a need to balance opposing forces, if you have been collaborating or working in a team, try to see the bigger picture. This helps everyone to feel included and will bring an overall sense of satisfaction. Take the lead only when necessary.
Tumblr media
Scorpio Sun & Rising - This full moon could be bringing to light the parts of you that have been hidden and kept tucked away. It is bringing forward the chance to look at yourself and embrace your authentic nature. Perhaps those closest to you can see this side of you with ease, while you have lost sight of it. Look forward to the future knowing that you will be supported in embracing this side of you.
Divination Message 🦋
Tarot: 9 of Wands
Oracle: Full Moon in Aquarius - Show the world the real you
There's no need to hide behind the curtain anymore, observing everyone else shine and be courageous in their self-expression. Now is time for you to do the same. If your past efforts have caused you to feel like you lack in some area or you aren't enough, remember that growth only comes with time and patience. You'll get there in the end darling.
Tumblr media
Sagittarius Sun & Rising - This full moon cycle is encouraging introspection on the way you interact with others. With Venus retrograde transiting your 9th house, it is imperative that you take time to really be true to your beliefs so that when the time comes, you can express them appropriately. You may be guided to take short trips or embrace more adventure this lunar cycle. This is providing you with the opportunity to get closer to your true, authentic nature. You may find what you seek with ease during this time, whatever that may be. Just be open and ready. You may feel more inclined to be social and there is the potential for more meaningful interactions with others.
Divination Message 🦋
Tarot: The Chariot
Oracle: New Moon in Virgo - A time to give rather than take
I see this as being a message to share your gifts with others, your beliefs, your insights, opinions, and to be upfront and bold in your self-expression. Through this, you may inspire others to do the same. This could be a time when you feel more motivated to get it done! Whatever that is for you. There is a sense of needing to branch out a bit as well and show up more for others.
Tumblr media
Capricorn Sun & Rising - This full moon cycle is transiting your 2nd house of finance, self-worth, comfort, and stability. Perhaps you will decide on a change of course in these areas. You may receive insights on these areas as well. Be open to whatever comes up. Maybe you are overextending yourself somewhere that no longer needs or is worthy of your time and effort. There is a feeling of changing things in favor of greater comfort. The intrinsic value of things is something to be considered here.
Divination Message 🦋
Tarot: Prince of Swords, 6 of Swords
Oracle: New Moon in Capricorn - Your hard work is paying off
There is a need to adjust the course a bit. You know that you have made the effort and now it's time to refocus and recenter. You are letting go of the need to control outcomes and instead releasing expectations. Have faith during this time.
Tumblr media
Aquarius Sun & Rising - This full moon cycle is going to be extra exciting for you and will likely bring lots of self-illuminations. You may have greater awareness of your place in the world and the way in which you approach others. These insights will be helpful for a long time if you take the time to understand and integrate them. You are getting closer to a greater understanding of self. So, consider how you might bring this self into your world for the highest and greatest good.
Divination Message 🦋
Tarot: 8 of Pentacles
Oracle: Disseminating Moon - Take time to breathe out
Look at how far you have come. You have made many important strides thus far and now you are beginning to see the full integration of the lessons and work you've put in. Now, begin to expand your sense of community by breathing out these lessons and allowing it to improve your connections with others. You are practically a new person, so what does that mean for those around you?
Tumblr media
Pisces Sun & Rising - This full moon cycle is likely to feel very personal and is one of introspection. You may feel a bit of distance from those around you as you retreat into yourself from time to time. Understand that the greatest gift we can give to others is the one we give to ourselves. Have compassion for yourself and for others during this time. Realize that everyone is doing their best, no matter how different that looks in comparison to yours. You may receive little hints of what community could look like for you and the gifts you could bring forth into it. Expand your self-awareness by getting a bit up close and personal with yourself.
Divination Message 🦋
Tarot: 3 of Cups, The Magician
Oracle: New Moon - A new start is coming
There is a kind of alchemy present here. You have the chance to conduct yourself in a way that really helps to benefit and connect with those around you. As you prepare yourself to meet others as your highest self, they too will be meeting you as their highest self. We must improve and expand on individual levels before we can truly help others to do the same. It is possible that by the New Moon, these full moon insights will reach their full expression and potential.

Actual episode 70 discussion before I vanish back into the aether to do coursework:
Obligatory meta bit: I’m in the process of reading Interaction Ritual Chains for a draft thesis chapter (which I need to be writing now) and just happened to be halfway through reading the section on remote/virtual rituals when the episode dropped. The book includes stuff like sports events and concerts as rituals, defined as community-building events where people share an experience and get meaningful symbols and stories out of it. But it has a whole section on why this needs to be in-person. I’ve never really done live premieres before because my fandoms tended to be old, but I’ve now got participation observation data to disprove that - it’s definitely a shared experience for the fan community, and we have plenty of stories. Fandom is folk culture!
The appearance of cam-ghosts and Plunger’s interaction with the secret agent was very cool as I love the “sufficiently advanced tech is indistinguishable from the supernatural” trope. The camghosts could have been hallucinations, but there was one peeking around a corner much earlier in the episode. I suspect that there’s some kind of remote connection/Alliance network going on (they’re able to share and broadcast footage, after all, even if they need to use tablets for long range comms), so these could be virtual encounters through the secret agent hacking or otherwise accessing Plunger’s brain - like he’s able to get into the skibidi computer to taunt the scientist. But why (other than exposition and dramatic effect)? Is he trolling because their death is part of his scheme (likely imho), or is he just an incorrigible dick who can’t say “good job” without being sinister?
Transmission error/recording error: is the secret agent signal jamming? And what was that stealth mode? Is it related to the secret agent and the camghosts? Probably.
Unless our two ex-main characters are fixed or downloaded (which I doubt but I did notice that the the tagline was “someone”, which is usually singular), ST is doing Anyone Can Die. If this was being approached as a lolrandom meme thing, that wouldn’t be surprising, and that has been the tone of much of the series so far. However, it’s ascended to the point that there’s an actual Skibidi Toilet store. The longevity of comparable meme horror/sci-fi series has seemed to rely on people getting attached to iconic characters, so I wonder if there’s a plan for avoiding Too Bleak, Stopped Caring? My guess is having the elites and titans consistent throughout the plot, but DFB may also be an incorrigible dick and kill everyone. I am a sucker for dramatic deaths though, so I can probably put up with it (just about, did that speaker squeak as they were dying? Oh no ;_;).
On the subject of trolls, one way of interpreting Titan Speaker putting out the fire before completely flattening the scientist was that they wanted to kill them themself, another interpretation was that they were fucking with the scientist by pretending they’d show mercy. Either way, A+++ revenge!
Polycephaly is also super interesting as they don’t really seem to be the TV equivalent of the others factions’ big combat units. There’s only one of them, they can fuck around with teleportation-stuff (nanites? weird science particles?) and swap out their extra bits. They might have a role that’s unique to the TV faction, I already wondered if it’s something like managing TV communications or information flows, and now I think that could include something to do with teleportation too. Maybe running the teleportation-navigation software? In the Dune series, there’s heavily mutated Guild Navigators who guide faster-than-light spaceships and to make sure no one crashes into a planet, and Warhammer 40k has a similar Navigator role to guide space traffic through the Warp using psychic beacons.

Jumu'ah Sohbet: 8 December 2023
This was another providential week where we were made to see the connection between our micro-and-macro worlds, at a time of macro-turmoil that enables us with new eyes to redirect our attention to Allah in all spaces 🌎 Subhana'Allah!
#1. Shaykh Nishaat began casting a mirror reflecting my history when he reflected that we are all searching and looking for something; and when we are young, what that is is elusive. We just know what we like, want, and need, and so our life goes on. We fast-forward as we get older, most of us are really able to identify what we really want in our lives, and we are able to filter out a lot of things that were once a fixture. We are able to let go of things that were once important in our lives.
Only post-accident for me, these were my fixation with my former job, vain forms of social media, and many forms of connection to people. I had to recalibrate myself with my Divine purpose before I could rejoin some meaningful fora only. The heartsmith continued that when we look at any spiritual path, in Sufism, for instance, what we are searching for is the true human being in ourselves. How we go about that is through the sulook (spiritual path), which entails working on the lower-self called the nafs, and we have to traverse seven levels. He then laid out some of the uncomfortable truths of this spiritual path where it is not easy, nor does it happen quickly! We also realise that the more we work on ourselves, the harder it becomes because we are facing a reality like no other, which is ourselves ...
#2. At some point, he added another of my lived truths; we gain the insight that worrying about others is not an important factor as it once was. We then start looking at what is more seriously and earnestly important for ourselves, and one of the most important factors is our relationship with our Creator, which I entitled my accidental epiphany! We finally reach a place in our lives where we look at everything in and around us in relation to our relationship with Allah. Shukran Ya Allah, it's the reason that I can not surrender to being forlorn as an accident survivor!
As we go through the levels of nafs and we are experiencing all the qualities of a human being, which inevitably and Insha'Allah creates a sense of certainty in us. Above all of this is the light within our hearts planted by Zikr, which overcomes the influences of our nafs that we have lived with all our lives. As it grows stronger, it is able to show us and recognise the truth with surity. Like when Hazrat Abu Bakr immediately was certain that our Prophet Muhammad SAW went on Laylatul Mi'raj, when it logically and rationally made no sense!
Thereafter, the heartsmith poetically seared an analogy into our hearts that the light is within us all, and we have to work on to switch it on! We can't merely acknowledge the presence of Electricity, the switch, and its functionality, but where we don't actually use it! We can't even blame the Electrician because it is us that has to take charge. May we see the truth in everything that we are engaging in; with our families, friends, and the world at large! Are we truly aware of what our responsibilities are? It is hard because everything in our worldly lives is geared towards our nafs where we want and crave more!
#3. An overcommitted Dr Melinda, who is an old mureed (follower) of Shaykh Taner, competently and tenderly succeeded in delivering our last Saturday Sohbet. She teaches comparative religion at Marywood University of USA. Her research specialisation is on Islam with a particular interest in Sufism, religious literacy, and interfaith dialogue. She shared one of her planned lectures with her students.
Her focus was on establishing prayer in a time that we were presented with war, as presented by Gregory Boyl. He was a living example of someone choosing to navigate a life of constant anxiety, the presence of war, and a system that kept one in an ongoing violence that is hard to see and break out of! She said that she felt that our Islamic tradition, as well as the Christian Gospel of Luke, helped disrupt and break out of the system in order to see the violence differently!
youtube
#4. Dr Melinda began with the Qur'an before moving onto the Gospel of Luke. One of the reasons that she chose the Gospel of Luke is because it deals with social justice, and it reflects the Qur'anic way of dealing with the injustices of the world and the evil we may see. She referred to Surahtul Luqman, where Luqman said that no matter how small any deed is, the weight of a mustard seed or hidden deep in a rock where our hearts are hardened or way in the heavens, Allah will bring it forth. Most certainly, Allah is Latif (Subtle) and Qadir (All-aware).
"... My dear son, establish salat and spread kindness, bridge wrongdoing, and persevere whatever may befall you. You will need therein, resolute determination, and do not turn away your face in scorn, contempt, or disdain and do not walk with arrogance through the land. Allah does not love any deceitful boaster, be modest in your attitude, and speak with a soft voice because truly a harshest voice is the braying of a donkey!"
Thereafter, she referred to Surah Fussilat which says:
"Good and evil deeds are not the same. Give a positive response to an evil deed and see that one that was once your enemy has become your close friend!"
It is proof that such benevolent action is possible from us humans if our Creator says so! Insha'Allah, our ability to reach such gracious benevolence is materialised. Ameen, summa ameen!
#5. Serrendipitously, this week's Qur'an Contemplation and Action session hosted by Khalifa Rubina was on Surah Al-'Araf v26-v33
The group halaqa (gathering) discussion included how we find peace when we are authentic and after we connect with Allah! It was only after Hazrat Adam AS and Bibi Hawa AS who errored and asked for forgiveness, did they find peace because they earned it!
Another profound insight was that we only think of justice as a social concept but not as the rules that Allah makes for us and for our conduct. When we fail to do these actions as Hazrat Adam AS and Bibi Hawa AS did, we do an injustice as well! Injustice to ourselves and those around us inadvertently, as us subsequent humans were made to live the consequence of our beloved spiritual parents' mistake, because we seldom think of other people when we enact contrary to what Allah demands of us. We are most just when we direct our attention to Allah in the entire earth beyond the Masjids! Directing our attention to Allah in all spaces infact is justice.
Shukran Ya Allah (Divine gratitude) for placing us within a spiritual school that directs and redirects our attention to You, in all circumstances!

Now that I'm home from work, here's my thoughts on Assassin's Creed Brotherhood.
Overall, loved the game. I love the fact that you literally start off where you ended in AC2, and that you get to see the grand escape from the Vatican. I wish there was a bit more story before Cesare's attack, allow you to really feel the victory, you know? Mainly because the fact the Cesare attacks you literally the day after you beat up his dad and took the apple seems a bit...fast? Like how did he not only get informed of the incident, but he was able to rally his army at Monteriggioni with siege towers and everything? I don't think he'd actually be able to mobilize that fast.
I do love that when Ezio wakes up in Rome he immediately begins to fuck with the Borgia. The day he wakes up he kills an executioner and burns a Borgia tower?? He certainly works fast.
I do love the 'recruits' part of this, how you can find people to become assassin's, send them on missions that help you get money and items, I only wish that you could continue to personalize their outfit after they become Assassin's. And maybe give us a selection of weapons they can use? Instead of them basically being copy and paste.
Story wise, I think they could have given us a bit more background on some of the other 'big' assassinations, like Juan Borgia. He's related to Cesare and the pope, but we only know him as having a risque party and being a banker? Give us more reasons to hate this guy and want him dead! Overall, he didn't seem like an 'evil' guy.
The Romulus lairs were fun, but overall kind of pointless? You never ran into any of these guys actually harassing citizens or anything, so they didn't really have a plot point that we could see. They could have made them random encounters in the more ruin-like area's, like the hundred eyes thieves who would randomly attack you.
Fuck the checkpoint system. The whole point is to save your progress so if you die you can 'reload' to that point in time. Meaning if you fail a 100% synch requirement after a checkpoint, reloading should make it that you still have that progress and not make you REDO THE WHOLE FUCKING THING. I'm looking at you flying machine. If I'm at 100% synch so far, get a checkpoint, fail the 100% synch and then die, I should be reloading at my checkpoint with the same status as when I got the checkpoint. Meaning health, weapons, notoriety, and SYNCHRONIZATION!
The Copernicus Conspiracy was kind of pointless. It was just a bunch of assassinations of 'important' npc's.
The Da Vinci Disappearance, however, was great. Lots of story and purpose behind it, and the missions were fun and interesting. 10/10.
I also liked the modern bits. Leaving the Animus and walking around as Desmond, seeing the modern differences in Monteriggioni, was great. And also added subtle characterization. Shaun and Becca were friendly and joking with each other through email, Lucy was a bit more 'mission oriented' trying to stay serious. And poor Desmond often got ignored. He basically just got the schedule and emails that were sent to everyone. And I get that they had limited dialogue options, but after you spoke to everyone about 3 times they began to just brush Desmond off. I would say arguably Desmond is doing the hardest work, putting his very mental state on the line for these people (with little to no actual, genuine, consent from Desmond) and they can't even have meaningful conversations with him? I don't think anyone really ever asked if he was alright??
And finally, the ending. Honestly, from the climb of the castello to find the apple to the literal end of the game, was very rushed. A 'point of no return' if you will, that is not even hinted at really. And literal years pass from one mission to the next. It's all very quick and leaves little to no emotional connection to what's happening. One scene Cesare is being arrested, and the next he's leading an attack? When did he get out of jail? Did he get out himself or did he have help? And how, exactly, did Ezio know just from the apple? I don't believe the apple would have straight up said 'yo, Cesare is out of jail and attacking Viana'. That part didn't really make sense. And getting the idea to 'ask' the apple because Cesare said something along the lines of 'no chains will hold me' or whatever? Why did that make Ezio believe there was cause for concern of Cesare being freed? I'm sure a lot of people say that when being arrested.
To end this, I just want to say that I know it's an older game, and bound to have issues. I'm not saying it's a bad game, but I am saying that some of the issues could have been patched by now if Ubisoft cared to. And those patches might make it a better experience. But overall, it's a great game with 1 great DLC. (I just wish there was more Leonardo interaction! <3)

We've never met.
Every once in a while I send you anons to let you know how much I appreciate your posts.
I fell in love with your art and skyrim posts, but I appreciate you talking about your health, too.
I can relate.
I think what I have relates to muscle tension. The pain is almost constant and I can feel myself getting worse. Being like this feels lonely. Nobody really gets it. What's it like being in pain like this. Or the dreadful feeling of feeling your body failing.
Thank you. Really, thank you.
Wish you the best. Hope you like the crabs 🦀
I may not know you anon, and may not be able to pinpoint which of the exact tenderness you've sent my way has been yours - But regardless I feel and appreciate you for it all so dearly much.
I never...Expected to mean so much to people over Tumblr the way I did in the short while I was here. My art, my passions, all of the sillyness and good times we've shared has been and become so incredibly meaningful for me; Getting to share those joys with you all, to connect with new people, to reconnect to the wonderlust of art and community after having that part of me wounded for so long - Its the very reason why every single time I fell under and lost my ability to have all that, I hurt so badly. It feels shameful to admit, like Im some broken, fucked up record...But god how deeply I yearn for all of this to stay, how deeply I wish I never got this sick that I can barely keep such an important part of my life alive for longer.
Not many know how fast my life has changed the past years, especially under the sudden sickness I've been diagnosed with. The struggles and victories alike i've went through as well as the magnitude behind everything I feel; So many things completely derailed everything into chaos, and yet I kept doing my best to shield everyone from the ugly parts of how badly it hurt me until I couldnt any longer. I've struggled with mental health my entire life to the point that living was nothing but survival, I never realized how badly I took my body for granted until the moment it couldnt carry me anymore, until It got so sick that I can barely get out of bed to pursue living itself. I cannot describe the staggering, paralyzing fear this breeds.
Anon, im so so sorry that you too share a similar pain, im aching and cursing that we and many others have to undergo such struggles. I agree with what you say, that this is a whole new different type of helplessness that not many people can understand...I can only encourage people developing a deeper sense of sensitivity around this subject, implore them to remember how important it is to give the right space and care for both body and mind. After everything I've been through, learning how strictly this pain forces us into self compassion, boundaries and self care...I just, I don't want anyone to have to suffer any unnecessary hurt again when going through something like this.
I wish us all every bit of emotional and physical resource, care and inner drive to take care and heal out of this mess. And once again - I thank you from the bottom of my heart for finding strenght and joy in one another, be in in my posts or my art or anything else we've gotten to share together in this corner of our messy, but loveable world.
Im sorry for endiing up with a wall of text Anon, i'm just...It truly, truly all means alot to me, and i wanted to take the heart to express that. Thank you for reaching out, hang on as well, and thank you for the crabs - I love those dancing silly crustations...🦀🦀🦀

What is the paradox of Human Connection in a World of 8 Billion?
In a world bustling with over 8 billion souls, the paradox of human connection resonates through the corridors of our social existence. Each encounter carries the potential for a relationship, a shared story, a woven thread in the intricate tapestry of life. Yet, it's a universal truth a cognitive and emotional threshold that we simply cannot forge deep connections with everyone. This is not a tale of tragic scarcity but rather a narrative of selectivity and profound appreciation for the relationships that truly resonate with us.
Life's Tapestry and Human Bonds
Ever mourned the lack of human connection between you and a stranger? Before you let regret unfold, imagining the 'coulda, woulda, shoulda' moments that never came to be pause. What about the understanding that not every friend is destined to become a meaningful chapter in your life's story. You wouldn’t want them to all be, either. Not a human, even one who is capable of believing in infinite possibilities, would dare to say emotinal dynamics are just not logic, they defy our prefrontal cortex, it’s because they are governed admydala. Literally, nothing makes sense with the limited but profound experience of relational emotinal dynamics.
Good guys are never enough. I hate that I know that’s not true, but feel different about the odds of “good guys”, being enough. Total bummer cause I want to think it’s true. It almost feels tragic to think till you see this other perspective from my unique equation below and one realizes that feels sad but not tragic.
(Life's Tapestry + Human Bonds) - Superficial Ties + (Deep Resonance x Mutual Understanding) + (Acceptance / Judgement) + (Shared Moments of Harmony) - (The Need for Universal Approval)= Profound Connections that Last
This simple yet profound equation was developed to encapsulate the essence of human interpersonal relationships. Human life is enriched by weaving genuine bonds into our complex tapestry of experiences: subtracting superficiality and multiplying mutual understanding deepens the resonance of our connections. Acceptance is pivotal in the equation of relationships, outweighing judgment to foster profound and lasting bonds: shared moments of harmony add to the strength and substance of these ties. Ultimately, a meaningful social tapestry is woven not through the pursuit of universal approval, but through the cultivation of authentically connected relationships. It's natural only to have a select few relationships that deepen into something significant. Our emotional capacity, as suggested by Robin Dunbar (1992), is capped at about 150 meaningful relationships at a time—perhaps even over a lifetime.
Understanding Dunbar's Number
Dunbar's number, typically cited as around 150, is more than a statistic. It's a reflection of our cognitive limits to maintain stable and meaningful social relationships. This concept is grounded in the theory that the human brain has a finite capacity for managing the emotional complexities involved in our social lives (Dunbar, 1992).
Yet, the abstraction of this number contrasts starkly with the reality of our global population. In order physically manifest this, he is another equation to calculate the number of potential unique groups of 150 people out of 8 billion, we’d actually be able to chose from we're faced with a figure so large it defies comprehension. Here is my own equations for measuring that :
C(8,000,000,000, 150) = 8,000,000,000! / (150! X (8,000,000,000 - 150)!)
To summarize the expression of C(8,000,000,000, 150) \) represents the number of different ways a group of 150 people can be chosen from a larger population of 8 billion. This is a combinatorial problem, often referred to as a "combination," which calculates how many possible subsets can be formed from a larger set when the order of selection does not matter. The factorial notation (e.g., \( n! \)) signifies the product of all positive integers up to \( n \), which is a key part of the formula for combinations. The result of this equation is an astronomically large number, reflecting the immense variety of potential unique groups of 150 people within the global population.
While theoretically intriguing, that’s what we think cognitively, or no to be true, through logical means. But the emotional truth teaches us that the probability of forming meaningful connections with even a fraction of these combinations is virtually nil. The vastness of potential social networks is a mathematical marvel, but the intimate realities of our emotional world are far more selective.
The Probability of Connection
The mathematical probability of any specific group of 150 people coming together is infinitesimally small. Yet, the quest for meaningful connections continues. It's not the quantity of social interactions that defines our experience but the quality of the connections we do make.
We are adventurers in a grand landscape of social possibilities, yet navigators of a much smaller, more intimate map of personal relationships. The realization that we cannot possibly connect with every potential soul we encounter can inspire a sense of longinga wistful reflection on the bonds that could have shaped our lives in other circumstances.
The Practical Realities
As we travel this world, the reality is that we will only ever engage with a finite subset of the population. You have so many options, quantity but really none very much at all. Your temperament would never permit everyone being quality. Everyone too crazy to fully optimize every single potential. There are practical limitations of time, geography, and cognitive capacity ensure that the 150 people who constitute our social world at any given time are a carefully curated ensemble a reflection of who we are and what we feel close too. It may exist in the tension between the infinite potential what think exists in of our social networks and the finite nature of our emotional connections. Our crazy saves us, our tempermant, makes us too crazy for everyone and everyone too crazy for us. We would never tolerate to such ideal level of human optimization, even if we could and there is infirmity possibility to do taht, really too. Except when feelings don’t make sense are not working on the best possibilities out there. This dichotomy is hard to integrate fully into our personal realities, we want to be liked and warm with as many as possible. We think “all”, we know it, never feel it though!
What is really at the core of the essence of that probability is this: physiological and psychological sensitivities in our social existence. There is a world of boundless possibilities for connection, yet that’s mitigated by unique personal reality of meaningful and manageable emotional experiences too.
In Conclusion
The exploration of human connection in a populous world is a journey of understanding the limits of our cognitive and emotional capacities. It's a journey that teaches us the value of each relationship we choose to cultivate and the precious nature of the finite bonds that shape our existence.
As we ponder the vast array of paths not taken, let us also celebrate the connections we have made—the ones that have become part of our unique story in a world brimming with untold billions. In the landscape of human connection, it's a common feeling to worry about the depth of our relationships with others. We live in a world where the quantity of connections—friends on social media, contacts in our phones, followers on various platforms—can often seem to overshadow the quality of those connections. But it's important to remember that not every interaction will, or even should, lead to a deep connection. And that's perfectly okay. Here's a poem I invented to that captures this sentiment of this high level analysis. It summarizes what I mean perfectly too. Took me a few hours to make it, and I hope you enjoy it:
In the tapestry of life, each thread plays its part. Some bonds are fleeting, while others bind the heart. It's in the depth, not breadth, where true connections are cast,
For in the realm of human ties, some are meant to last. Not every soul we meet will walk our path till the end,
Nor every passer-by will turn to a confidant or friend. But that's the beauty of the journey, with its ebb and flow,
We cherish those who resonate, and gracefully let others go. For in the symphony of life, not every note is key,
Some harmonies are brief, yet sweet in their brevity. And though we may strive to understand each score,
Some melodies will touch us deep, some just brush the core. So fret not if crowds don't echo your inner song. For those who truly matter will hear it clear and strong. A few profound connections can outweigh scores of shallow ties and in the hearts that truly Certainly! I'll rephrase the poem to maintain its essence while aiming for clarity and coherence:
In life's woven tapestry, each thread holds its place,Some bonds might be transient, others embrace.
It's the depth, not the range, where true ties are found, Within the vast weave of human bounds, some are profound. Not all will journey with us until our story's end,
Not every stranger will transform into a friend. Yet that's the journey's beauty, with its rise and its fall,
We treasure the resonant few, and with grace, release all.
In life's grand symphony, not all notes are drawn out long, Some melodies are fleeting, yet their brief echo is strong.
While we seek to decipher each life's intricate score,
Certain tunes captivate us deep, others just skim the shore. Worry not if the multitude doesn't mirror your tune,
For those who truly matter will synchronize soon. A handful of deep connections surpass many that are slight,
In hearts that truly meld, our spirits unite.
Seek to invest attention and time with whom your soul finds peace, for they show you as you are. The rare ones who with a gesture or word, can heal or lightly scar.
It's not a fault to connect with only a few, as we navigate humanity's quest,
It's simply life's design, a cycle, not a deficiency to be suppressed.
For it's among the select bonds that we find our truest selves,
In this emotional dynamic lies our temperance on life's shelves.
It's more than a place of individual emotion—it's a shared embrace,
A haven of mutual understanding, acceptance, and grace.
Among the current billions, these gems shine amidst the gravel,
The stars that pierce the night, in a vast emotional travel.
We don't bond with all, but where we do, it's emotion that ignites the spark,
Humans seek their reflection in others, in this space where they embark.
We navigate the masses by feeling first, then contemplating our reflection,
Desiring more possibilities, we adopt a cognitive direction.
This emotional dynamic is not just ours but shared in duality's dance,
It's the truth we discover when we give different perspectives a chance.

Teaching learners
To me, the ideal environmental interpreter adopts a leadership role in an intentional educational setting. A powerful environmental interpreter approaches leadership by fostering a space that elevates the voices of other members of the group and ensures there is space and opportunity for all members to contribute meaningfully to the experience. Jobs where environmental interpretation is a keystone component include being summer camp counselor, park ranger, teacher, trip leader, and even friend. This person works to help guide the audience to appreciate nature and natural processes and is able to do this by being open and excited when their audience shares new ideas or asks questions for further inquiry. This person demonstrates care for all natural and cultural aspects of their environment and the humans, plants,  and animals they share it with.
Interpreting Cultural and Natural Heritage by Beck et al. (2018) suggests that the role of an environmental interpreter is not merely to list scientific and ecological facts, but to act as a bridge connecting culture and environment in a way that the greater public can relate to their surroundings and create their own meanings and significance. An effective environmental interpreter also bridges together different learning styles and epistemologies to best communicate to diverse groups of people, including having tactile, auditory, kinesthetic, and visual components of Western and traditional natural and cultural history (Beck et al., 2018). This gives the audience the tools and information to individually critically and emotionally invest in the content to form deeper connections and respect for the land and its natural and cultural history. This is especially valuable since interactive and adaptive learning environments help develop individuals' knowledge, understanding, and aesthetic needs which build the foundation of deeper care and inquiry of our shared planet. As suggested by Maslow then expanded on by  Beck et al. (2018), only once these knowledge, understanding, and aesthetic needs are met can people begin to self-actualize and implement meaningful environmental change in their lives and the world. Once there is an informed public sphere, more true democracy can be achieved (Beck et al., 2018).
An environmental interpreter can work and function in a wide range of spheres including government settings, provincial parks, summer camps and other experiential learning opportunities, and more. For an interpreter to show mastery of this creative and scientific task, they should be able to cater their interpretation to many different social realms since there is cultural and natural history all around us and these narratives are intrinsically connected and universally relevant. Although there are of course differences in the work you do in a government environmental interpreter role versus a summer camp or provincial park, a lot of underlying skills remain constant. For example, environmental interpreters must demonstrate respect and compassion for the earth and all who dwell on it, have a good understanding of the cultural and natural history of where they are situated, be strong communicators through a plethora of methods, and demonstrate passion and openness to their audiences to build engagement and care among larger groups.

Message From Freyr Ing, Yule:
Yule, the return of the sun and the birth of the sun, has a strong correlation to the birth of Ing: the garland of evergreens wrapped around a newborn babe of sunlight and the sacrificial boar eaten on yule. Sunwheels and bells decorate hallways. We’re all familiar with that festive influence, but I do believe not many of us know it’s correlation to Freyr, and it being His birthday (Along with Freya’s, naturally.)
For His birthday I wanted to give Him the opportunity to speak about Himself for a bit (which is pretty difficult with him being a selfless guy and cares more about others than Himself.) Via, automatic writing, I managed to find a morsel of information that I found interesting and I think meaningful to share with you, the audience who stops and reads his inspired or direct words. He had mentioned something I don’t think a lot of us remember about Him:
“I want to briefly touch on something that just occurred to me, especially with the upcoming snow. I feels as if my connection to water is frequently forgotten. It is something that I wish was explored more, and I often find myself wishing to get more in tune with it. They used to ask me for rain, for calm skies and smooth waters, though not nearly as much as they asked the others. I have always liked the water. I love the sea. I think, if it is alright with you, it would be nice to get some gifts associated with the sea from time to time. Like sea salt taffy!” (He actually slapped his knee when he laughed.) “I’m kidding, I do not mean candy. I like the smell of the skies when it rains, and of the ocean. Perhaps a nice candle would suffice. That would be nice. For my next ‘birthday,’ I suppose!”
Freyr, before becoming a hostage trade for Aesir, the famous Lord of the earth, and God of sunshine, was a prince in Vanaheim, his father Njord being the King. Often called the “prince of the sea” or “he who is from across the sea” and He still has notable things like being a god of ships, and smooth sailing. I realized more of a depth to him, that despite being a revered member of Aesir, He still misses home, misses the glittering sea, and asking Him for things related to the sea, it’s like He’s able to touch home through our plea. It becomes personal not only to us, but to Freyr as well.
I may not gift sea salt taffy, but Freyr had a special name I coined to him while first getting to know him. It helped understand our friendship and His personality better. And really this offering would be a compliment and icing on the cake that explains everything. It’s a symbol of friendship. But I’ll leave that as a secret!
I hope everyone has had a blessed Yule (I was corrected from saying ‘Yuletide’, to Yule.) and that this year brings more warmth, love, and abundance than the last.
May the Lord of Sunshine and the Prince of the Sea bless you with warmth and glittering kindness.

Environmental Interpreter for a Marine Sanctuary
Long before I recognized the horrors of Marineland or Sea World, I used to be one of the visitors that frequented those places. As a little girl, I would run up to the glass windows and press my face against them trying to get as close as possible to majestic animals in front of me. But even then, a gut feeling lingering within me questioned the paradox: how could a creature as mighty as the killer whale find happiness in a place so constricted? Thinking about how much I love the track and field behind my house as my sense of place, I’d wonder if I couldn’t go there and was confined to my home, how happy would I be? That was probably my earliest memory of how I became fascinated with marine animals.
After that, we stopped going to themed zoos and instead throughout the years, I’ve had the opportunities to see marine animals like sea lions and dolphins in their natural habitats. Having said that, my ideal role of an environmental interpreter would be at a marine animal sanctuary. An environmental interpreter strives to embrace the wonder of life and crafts experiences that provide people the ability to foster a meaningful connection with the natural world. Whenever possible, I dedicate myself to raising awareness about the issues marine animals are going through. Just last year in Biol 2060, I had the opportunity to raise awareness on Northern Resident Killer Whales (NRKW) which are an at risk species around Vancouver Island.
As an environmental interpreter at a marine sanctuary, some of my responsibilities would include providing informative presentations. These would allow me to get in touch with people and be able to educate them first hand on the ecological significance of marine animals as well as the ongoing efforts to protect them. Other activities like having educational workshops for school age children would allow children to form a bond with marine ecosystems so they too could be inspired one day. As well, holding interactive exhibits would allow people to have a first hand experience observing the challenges marine animals face in their natural habitat.
There are many museums, coastal marine centers and marine sanctuaries in the world that are already working towards educating the general public. My ideal location would be at a marine sanctuary on Vancouver island since that is where NRKW are more often seen (Nichol & Shackleton, 1996). It would be a perfect location to be able to observe the killer whales, allowing for a more concentrated effort to develop strategies for preserving marine life.
To inspire individuals about marine life like the NRKW, I believe being acquainted with marine biology is important, especially with the behavior, anatomy, nutrition and conservation needs of aquatic mammals. Aside from educational knowledge, one should be passionate about marine animals, only then will they be able to communicate with passion so people are able to appreciate the wonders of marine life.

Is the goal to make players feel good?
Tumblr media
In a series of posts about relation games I’ve been discussing game and narrative design from a relational perspective. I’ve been meaning to explore the role of player agency in games centered around relationships.
I also posed some specific questions:
Should players get a wide variety of romanceable characters to choose from, and be able to shift the relationships according to their preferences, or could it be meaningful to exhort players into having relationships they wouldn’t choose for themselves to convey a specific story?
I believe both these questions could be responded to with a yes… depending on what type of game you want to make. Catering to players’ wants and needs is one way of addressing relationships in games, and it’s probably the most common route to take – but it’s not the only one. In the end it comes down to what the purpose of the game is – is it to make players feel good and offer them the fictional relationships they want to have? Then covering a range of options that is as suited to the target group as possible would be the best thing. Players try to satisfy their needs while playing – and being able to shift the relationships according to their preferences will make this easier. But making players feel good isn’t always the goal. Sometimes you want to explore a certain issue that might make some players uncomfortable. For us, that’s fine – but that comes with an extended need for communication. Being clear about what to expect is important, as well as accepting that players might – or will – react.
Tumblr media
Working with content warnings and information is one way to prepare players for experiences that they might not fully enjoy. Especially when you are working within a genre where many games are based on fulfilling the wishes and needs of players by letting them romance characters. Then, if you include routes where the relationships aren’t completely healthy or don’t go well, you might break the expectations of the genre, and players might need to have some preparation for that. As a creator of that kind of game, you would also need to be prepared that some design or narrative choices might have a – sometimes – unexpected impact on players. I’d say it’s impossible to completely analyze a game during the development process. Doing a lot of user testing might bring issues to the table before release, but it’s definitely not failproof.
Bringing what we've learned into Truer than You
When developing our new game Truer than You, we’re aiming to implement some of the things we’ve learned from making Knife Sisters. In this game, you play an androgyne character called Rin, who’s recently moved to an unfamiliar city to start a new life and a new position at the secretive company Truer than You, specializing in renting out actors for real life situations. There are rules you have to follow – for instance, you can’t have relationships with people you meet through your work – but that’s something that could happen anyway… and that’s how you get to know Ariel, Indira and Sylvester, the characters you can form closer relationships with.
Tumblr media
This time we’ve chosen to have branching storylines following those characters, instead of having them complement a main storyline connected to another character (Dagger), as we did in Knife Sisters. That’s not only because some players objected to being forced into the relationship with her, but also because this game has a whole other set of themes than Knife Sisters, that we see could be better explored by connecting them to the characters. We think that this design will increase the desire to replay the game, and make the player feel more in charge of the story. Hopefully, people will also perceive it as less linear. In Knife Sisters, you do have a lot of agency when it comes to how each scene plays out, but not as much when it comes to affecting the main storyline’s course of events. This is perceived very differently by different players, but we’re eager to see what players think and feel when the story changes a little more.
Tumblr media
What do strong emotional reactions to your game mean?
In the end, it’s impossible to cater to all your players’ wishes. So you’ll need to accept that people will get disappointed at times – but, like the player who wrote an angry message, they might come to enjoy the game anyway! Strong emotions connected to your game show that people have engaged with it. Emotions aren’t always easily interpreted, and the systems for leaving feedback don’t necessarily cater to that complexity. You might engage heavily with a game, but still decide to give it a “not recommended” review on Steam – because it left you with negative or complex emotions. But negative emotions also teach us things.
Tumblr media
For me, I don’t think making players feel good is a goal, but rather to make players feel, period. To evoke many types of emotions, ranging from good, to sad or even angry. If we make a game that has the player coming back to it in their mind, over and over, then we have succeeded.
What do you think?

Nurturing Your Mental Health: A Journey to Inner Well-being
In the fast-paced world we live in, where the demands of daily life seem unending, taking care of our mental health has become more crucial than ever before. Just as we prioritize our physical health through exercise and a balanced diet, our mental well-being deserves the same attention and care. In this blog post, we'll explore the importance of mental health, practical tips for maintaining it, and how destigmatizing the conversation around mental health can lead to a happier and more fulfilling life.
Understanding Mental Health:
Mental health encompasses our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act, influencing our ability to handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Just as we all have physical health, we all have mental health, and it's important to remember that it exists on a spectrum. Just like our bodies can experience illness or injury, our minds can also face challenges that require attention and care.
The Importance of Mental Health:
Enhanced Productivity and Creativity: When our mental health is in check, we are better able to focus, solve problems, and think creatively. A healthy mind contributes to better decision-making and improved productivity in all aspects of life.
Stronger Relationships: Good mental health allows us to form and maintain meaningful connections with others. It enables us to communicate effectively, empathize, and contribute positively to our relationships.
Stress Management: A strong mental state equips us with effective coping mechanisms to handle stress. We're better equipped to face life's challenges and bounce back from setbacks.
Physical Health: Mental health and physical health are intertwined. Chronic stress and poor mental health can contribute to physical ailments. Prioritizing mental well-being can have a positive impact on our overall health.
Practical Tips for Nurturing Your Mental Health:
Practice Self-Care: Make time for activities that bring you joy, whether it's reading, walking in nature, practicing yoga, or indulging in hobbies. Self-care is not selfish; it's necessary for maintaining balance.
Stay Connected: Foster relationships with friends and family. Social connections provide a support system and combat feelings of isolation.
Mindfulness and Meditation: Incorporate mindfulness practices into your routine. Meditation and deep-breathing exercises can help reduce stress and increase emotional awareness.
Set Boundaries: Learn to say no when you're feeling overwhelmed. Establish clear boundaries to avoid burnout.
Physical Activity: Regular exercise is not only beneficial for your body but also for your mind. Physical activity releases endorphins, which are natural mood lifters.
Seek Professional Help: If you're struggling, don't hesitate to reach out to a mental health professional. Therapy and counseling can provide valuable tools for managing your mental well-being.
Ending the Stigma:
Unfortunately, there is still a stigma surrounding mental health in many societies. This stigma can prevent individuals from seeking the help they need and deserve. It's crucial to break down these barriers through open conversations, education, and understanding. By speaking openly about our own experiences and supporting others, we can create an environment where seeking help for mental health is seen as a sign of strength, not weakness.
In conclusion, just as we nourish our bodies with wholesome food, we must also nurture our minds through self-care, support, and understanding. Remember that you are not alone in your journey towards better mental health, and seeking help is a sign of resilience. By prioritizing our mental well-being, we pave the way for a happier, more fulfilling life—one where we can thrive personally and contribute positively to the world around us.
