I recommend reading my blog on Void Magick before this one. As it explains the basics of Void that will not be covered here. This may cause some readers to be a little lost.

Leviathan’s Guidance

This information on the void was presented to me when I descended into a deep gnosis to make contact with lord Leviathan. He taught me the construction of the void and helped me to understand its makeup a little better. This seemed to be the missing piece I’ve heard many people talk about when traversing the void. And while it still holds truth that the void’s appearance is reflected in the individuals own perspective, it’s still important to understand the general structure of this vastly mysterious space.

I have taken the liberty to attribute my own terminology to each part that was shown to me in an attempt to bring further understanding and much easier categorization to the plains themselves, but you’re free to disregard these terms if they don’t suit you. In all there are 3, categorized by the upper, middle and lower spaces represented by the colors White, Grey, and Black. Now, please take note that these colors are rather arbitrary in the long run as each level presents itself uniquely to the individual. These are simply the product of my own journey, what appeared to me and thus how I label and associate the structure of the void that I experienced.

The Atherial Plain

We begin in the upper level I call the Atherial plain. Aptly named because it��s associated with the color white. While in this plain it appeared to me as though I was walking in the sky. It was bright, with clouds beneath me and around me. And all manner of things hung in the air, moving and shining without constitution or purpose. At least none that I could see. Stars, planets, comets, orbs, and a multitude of other items and creatures to unique to accurately convey in words, shimmering and shifting endlessly. There was no rest here, no silence. There was noise, endless whispers in the wind, music in the distance, and the random bustle of the many object’s collisions with one another. It was beautiful but intense. An energy compelling me to take action, not to wait or calculate. Just simply do without thought or meaning. This is the realm of everything and all things. Of motion, sound & fullness.

The Abyssal Plain

Or next stop is the lowest level, I call the Abyssal plain. You descend downwards into this place, into the vastness of an empty space. The association here is the color black, and all manner of silence, quiet contemplation, and letting go completely hang in the air. Energy here compells you to empt yourself of all things, and simply wait. All around me was blackness, a deep black that went beyond the understanding of simple darkness. Beneath my feet was an ink-colored ocean. Still, and calm, but full of power and strength laying in wait. It was from this ocean that lord Leviathan arose and greeted me, teaching me of the void’s structure. You see, like most people, it was this realm I came to first, like most people do. In fact it was the only real I had ever come to, until my work with Leviathan began.

It seems most of us who work with the void descend down into the abyss and the reason for this is simple. As mortal beings our subconscious has been taught that when we go up we come down. Gravity is always pulling at us. So, when we enter into the void, we can unconsciously descend, especially when we are overwhelmed with the intensity the void can bring. Once inside that comfortable place of familiarity it can be hard to ascend, especially since naturally speaking, falling down is easier than climbing up.

All in all, the energy of this realm beckoned me to listen, to wait, and patiently calculate my next move. It’s a plain completely opposite of its upper Aetherial counterpart. A realm of Stillness, Silence, and emptiness.

The Echo Plain

This was the final plain I visited, named the Echo plain, represented as the color Grey. It’s a special plain, a space full of liminal energy from the overlapping of the upper and lower plains. It was the most intense of the three, resembling a foggy wasteland with the faint light of the Atherial floating high above and the deep darkness of the abyss far below. The ground was as reflective as a mirror yet as clear as a window, that rippled like water wherever I took step. It was a confusing place, a space at which energy contradicted itself. It wanted me in motion and stillness, silent and loud, empty and full all at once. I felt like I was being pulled apart and smooshed together at the same time. It was confusing and overwhelming, but then…in a single moment, all the pieces fell into place.

Before me stood a group of creatures. Both beautiful and hideous all at once. I understood almost immediately what they were. Epithets…epithets of myself. Bits and pieces of who I was represented before me in kind. Some smiled warmly, some grimaced, and others showed no emotions at all. We did not speak to one another…we didn’t need to. But it was from that brief acknowledgment that I understood. This was the realm of reflection. A space where the conscious and subconscious became one, echos of one being existing in symbolic detachment from itself. None of us looked the same and yet we were. All knowing and understanding yet complete strangers to each other.

This is the space of contemplation and action. A realm in which one could truly reach into themselves and strengthen, build, heal, and empower in every way imaginable. A space not many seemed to know existed. Ascending and descending past it in their journeys through the void. It’s a testament to our need to learn quickly, and our unfocused and often misplaced goals. Sometimes we need to stop and look inward, to truly meet ourselves head on.

In Conclusion

The void is a wonderfully powerful and mysterious place. How these realms look to you and what you feel will ultimately be tied to your own perspective. How one sees the void isn’t always how another does. The lower realm may appear white to some instead of black. What makes it the abyss is not its color but it’s emptiness. How one acknowledges and uses that emptiness is always going to be unique to them.

i need help and wisdom from followers of Lord Beelzebub

i think beelzebub is reaching out to me.

the other day i got triggered so bad. it had been a long while since i was holding myself off from reaching this low again but i ended up crying for a full 2 hours while praying for Hecate to help me "become the master of myself and stop letting my reactions control me."

I had been feeling like beelzebub had been teaching out for a while, but i still had doubts because it didnt make sense to me that he would be. A few days ago i dreamt a short dark foggy dream and there was a light that shocked me awake and i said his name while waking up. I was so confused because i dont even read much about him in my daily life. I feel lik i should have taken this as a definitive sign but i kept brushing it off.

Back to my prayer to Hecate. The very next day after it, i kept seeing flies the whole day at work. With food related work its normal but we put up a very strong fly repellent and there is usually not one fly. There was flies EVERYWHERE and they stuck to everything. I took a five minute break wgile eating caramel ice cream and decided to think about beelzebub. specifically, i thought, "if i were to work with him, what can i even put up as offerings?" and the moment i thought that, a fly came and started eating ice cream from the edge of the cup.

the rest of the day at work i keot thinking about it and when my dad came to pick me up from work, there was a bee holding on for dear life to the winshield. there was a literal storm out. i dont know how in the laws of physics did it hold on. but it did.

when we parked i told my dad to go up without me and i picked the bee up and searched for flowers where there was other bees. i felt so bad we took her far away from its hive. so i put her there beside another bee.

I came back home and finally decided to research beelzebub, and to my surprise, he has the power to help with exactly what i asked from Hecate. So i thought... is it possible Hecate referred me (??) to him? Like does that happen between deities?

So after reading for the entire evening about beelzebub, i was in awe of him but a bit scared of everyone saying you should be really educated before contacting him because there is risk of somethig bad happening.

i fell asleep while reading about him and i had the most agitating dream i have ever lived. first of all, i kept being stuck in a loop of trying to wake up inside the dream, but it was just not working. at some point i think i was mentally awake but physically stuck. like i could hear myself grunting with effort to get up. i sleep on my stomach so i was facing the floor. somehow i was able to slightly raise my head and i instantly saw a tall slim dark figure in the corner of my eye. i instantly brought my head back down cuz i was scared shitless. i know this dreaming experience is common (i think they call it lucid dreaming?) but i have NEVER experienced this. i have friends who have but never me.

the next part of the dream was even crazier. i have a huge painting of a woman having a mental breakdown in my living room. i dreamt that i saw a firefly crawl from below it and light up (the living rooms light was off in the dream) and when i saw it, suddenly i saw a thousand of them light up from under the painting. in my dream, my mom comes in and takes off the painting to reveal an entire colony of fireflies and they were flying everywhere. my mom took a lighter and said "we have to burn it its ruined!" while crying and i kept holding her hand telling her no maybe theres a way to fix this then i looked down and saw that there was firefly eggs laid in the literal paintings fabric. then i woke up.

is this beelzebub reaching out to me?

General things the Emperor Likes :

Some things I've found Lord Leviathan likes are water, doing your shadow work, meditating with him, taking showers or baths as an offering to him, dark chocolate, letting yourself feel your emotions freely and not bottling them up, whiskey, ocean scented things, blue and black candles, lavender and eucalyptus to name a few. The list goes on...

Music :

Now for music in my experience he mostly vibes with classical music and music that's more calm and not very loud. He also likes music that can help you express your emotions through whether it's loud or not.

My experience :

I've had very good experiences working with him so far. He's always here when I need him and he always has an eye on me. He's a very supportive and non-judgemental deity. He's very wise and any advise given from him is to be taken seriously, he's always 10 steps ahead. He's very reserved and quiet most of the time and he likes communicating through divination. His energy is VERY heavy and it can't be ignored. While working with him you probably won't avoid doing your shadow work at some point. As an autistic person who's also highly alexithymic he has helped me a whole lot with emotional understanding which I'm very grateful for. He's a deity who'll definitely call you out on your bs and is extremely honest and blunt. He's also great at keeping you grounded.

What the weirdest thing you offer to a deity

I live in a Christian household with no way of getting my own place rn so I can't openly practice and leave offerings, but I generally offer my deities to use my senses so we can share a meal together. Otherwise I do things they seem to like, like reading with Lord Baphomet and Lord Lucifer, listening to music with them (Lord Satan seems to really like Rave by Dxrk, I'll link it), I sometimes go looking for snakes with Lord Valac, Lord Stolas loves driving with me and has been teaching me tips for improving my driving, Lord Mammon also seems to enjoy driving with me, I have candles dedicated to Lord Asmodeus and Lord Leviathan so I sometimes light their candles and sit with them and talk to them, and I recently got a tarot deck so I sometimes do tarot spreads with them.

I was hesitant to share this but the entities I work with assure me that some people can benefit from reading it. Even if that benefit is pure inspiration, I think it’s worth having.

What’s a Magick Circle

Simply put, a magick circle is a casting of energy that readies a space for additional Magickal workings. Most of the time this has to do with calling forth the necessary energies you will use to empower the magick itself, like the elements for insurance, while also setting up a protective ward that banishes unwanted energy from the outside from taking effect.

Now it’s important to remember that you don’t need a magick circle to do Witchcraft but it does help. A magick circle is a powerful tool. Just as a pencil is a tool to write down a novel but a computer is a more efficient one. In this blog I will talk about the many ways to which I personally open my circle. I won’t give out my exact method word for word but I will explain the constructions of what I cast

Simple Circle

My most simplest of circles doesn’t call any energy but my own. It’s as quick as waving my wand or atheme in a clockwise motion and declaring it open, then doing the same in a counterclockwise motion and declaring it closed. The simplest of spells gets this treatment, if at all.

Complex Circle

This is my primary circle. The one I put lots of stock and time into developing. It’s not that quick to open nor is it restricted to the simplicities of traditional elements. It’s made up of not one but 4 definitive casts. Every cast has a certain number of elemental pieces within it. Each one of which maintaining a corresponding entity associated with its respective energy. Calling these entities as a power source for each individual element in this way, creates a special fortitude that empowers and strengthens my space.

(Some of the names in this list may not be recognizable to many of you. This is because these are either self made godforms, or entities from realms outside our own.)

The Outer Circle

The first piece, is the outer circle, the core energy that resonates as the building blocks for the others. It’s represented by Life, Death, Chaos & Order. The stepping stones that are reflect in all things, and are the first step in the creation of all additional energy within my practice. They are represented by the following:

⚜️ Life: Coitio

⚜️ Death: Necros

⚜️ Chaos: Yog Sothoth

⚜️ Order: Azazel

The Upper Realm

This is the top of the subsequent, “second circle” and is a reflection of the finer building blocks within energies. They are the weapons and tools that carve out the finer details of the circle that’s cast. These elements are:

⚜️ Spirit & Void: Creator Azathoth

⚜️ Light: Lilith

⚜️ Darkness: Mi’Taal

The Lower Realm

This is the bottom of the “second circle” and is reflected in traditional energy as it’s built, broken down, and reformed. These elements are represented by the following entities:

⚜️ Earth: Shub Niggurath

⚜️ Air: Loki

⚜️ Fire: Hecate

⚜️ Water: Leviathan

The Inner Circle

This is arguably the most important circle. These Entities are my spirit council/court. Guides that have been with me for a long time. Trusted partners that aid me in all that I do. I will not share their names here but they represent my familiar, my void guide, my shamanic guide, and my dragon guide. Each functions in its own special way guiding the energies to a much deeper involvement within the space.

(I also place these guys as guardians of the four directions.)

I realize this list may be extensive or even excessive to some, but I put great importance on every entity I allot to work alongside me. We communicate and form our own rules and reasoning around what elements they empower and why. Reasoning that I will not be discuss here, as it relates to some more personal parts of my practice that I would like to keep private, but I digress.

As for the overall method of casting, energy and the corresponding entities are called in turn by word of mouth as my grimoire is opened to a symbolic seal drawn within its pages. A seal that contains special sigils and other alchemical symbols within it. What exactly I say and what exactly this seal looks like are not something I’m going to share entirely online. As the complexities of this ritual and the symbols I use are a private function that only those gathered in the sacred space are privy to. It’s sacred to me and my practice, and signifies the bond I share with the otherworldly forces that I connect with.

Most of the time I need nothing but my grimoire to cast my circle, since every symbol upon the seal is charged as a vessel in of itself. But on occasion I may use certain selected stones or icons as needed.

This is a very rudimentary version of my circle just to give you an idea of how it works from a visual standpoint. Feel free to use this guide to make your own if you so desire.

In Conclusion

I hope this blog peeked your interest a little in the art of the Magickal circle. I’m aware that my method may be complicated and more unique but it’s what works for me. I found the rift that i I ride and you all should do the same. There’s no clear wrong way to develop a circle. Follow what works for you.

Hello witchblur!

I don't really know how to use this app fully, so we'll see, but! I'm new to witchcraft and would like some small guidance, i have my suspicions that i might be contacted by Leviathan, and would like to learn more about him and so on before trying to contact him back. So if anybody who has good sources like books or sites that i can visit, or has any personal experiences with Lord Leviathan i would greatly appreciate it if you could tell me all sorts of information so i can compile them all together into my own research!
