“I’m wearing a thrifted leather biker vest, vintage realtree long sleeve, jeans from Jaded London, white cowboy boots that my friend left at my house last year (and I’ve worn every day since), and a tiny pink floral purse that’s just big enough to fit the cool rock I found last week, a mini antique perfume bottle, fake cockroach, and my phone. I usually dress intuitively and just hope it works out, but one of my style inspirations is young Angelina Jolie in the movie foxfire. I usually like subverting my outfit in some way that is aesthetically pleasing and slightly confusing.”

Thursday March 9.
Into the Berry-Verse: It's Matt Berry.
He is The Man with The Voice. Wehll have we got a post for yeou! We would love to carry off an entire introduction in the spirit of the mercurial #matt berry, but replicating his luxurious, fruity tones is an almost impossible feat, whether by text or by voice. No one has quite mastered the Fine Art of Speaking quite like Mr. Berry. He is the dashboard's very own submission for the next voice of Garfield. Or, indeed, the man who delivered possibly the finest line in television history, in the bright lights of nEwWĕ yörKę citæy. We figured we would just sit back and let the voice do the talking.
With that, we thought this Thursday, March 9th to be a very fitting opportunity to pay tribute to one of the finest men our species has to offer. And if you need yet more #matt berry, then head over to the fandom here on Tumblr for shitposts, gifs, fanart, and, of course, excerpts of quite possibly the finest voice of our times.

“I’m wearing a thrifted sweater from a few years back and it has been a favorite for a while. The cream cargo shorts are from Jaded London, the black trousers are from Uniqlo and my boots are patent leather Dr. Martens. What mostly inspires my style is comfortability and versatility combined!”

Terrible smog events killed thousands of people in the middle of the twentieth century.
Cities like London often looked like this:
The pollution prompted laws like the Clean Air Act in the United States, but American cities had serious air-pollution problems well into the late 20th century. These photographs from a federal project to document pollution show the smoggy skylines of major American cities (Cleveland, LA, and New York) in the early 1970s.
