Author Note(s): Guys, let's note RE is a game where big monster throws you into wall and you eat herb to heal. This idea is very much so present here however, I wanted to incorporate some realism as well while still maintaining that superhuman feeling to y/n.
This is again targeted at male readers because they don't get enough attention BUT you can pretty much still read it despite your gender!!
This takes place AFTER the mission to rescue Ashley but not too long after.
There's pretty much no content warnings for this one other then like description of injuries.

You can't remember the last time in the past four months when you'd actually been able to breathe.
Every inhale had been choked with spores, filled with the odors of infection and death; every exhale had brought on chills, fearing what genetic monstrosity might rise up behind you.
You'd be a fool to think that sitting back in your cot, against a tree, some abandoned building wall or even within the warmth of DSO headquarters would grant you it. A deep inhale. A calming expansion of your lungs.
Because there was your partner, Leon S. Kennedy, butting his head. Like the virus scratching up your insides, clawing to the top until it etched its fingernails against the walls of your throat and brought upon a sharp, painful cough.
It's been nearly a year now. 10 months and a half. And you weren't sure if this was like the phase married couples went through where the adoration melted and was replaced by hot pits of lava and fire shooting out your mouth with every word or– well, there was no or. That just seemed to be where you and Leon sat, in limbo, glaring at each other from across the rope.
Only good thing about ropes was climbing them. Scaling it up to get the advantage, bring him down so you could win. Everything was a game with you two, always had been. Didn't know when it started but knew when the tension began to boil over.
Maybe you should've seen it. Hell, with the way you two complained to your superior for a partner switch –or rather no partner at all– you should've expected. Expected it like you expect a high-speed car to mangle your body after deliberately stepping into its path.
That's what it felt like sometimes with you two. A car crash.
When you first met, you were like two dull kitchen knives being pressed and sliced against each other until an edge formed. Sure, the rough, uncut, jagged edge hurt with every prick and prod but it was the start to a bond. And then you were learning to work the edges on each other's weapons to ensure a lethal and clean cut. —Until, you weren't.
He was civil enough in the beginning —and so were you.
But when things began to slip into that weird, unspoken comfortableness of having a missions partner. The one where you find yourself up shits creek together, bathing in lakes and rivers and showering under the rain together. The one where your hearts are sewn intricately within each others and the responsibility of one another's lives rest against your shoulders.
That one.
That's when things began to slowly unravel for you and Leon.
And now you were here.
Free falling from the side of a mountain.
Deeper and deeper.
Winding, swirling, spinning.
And you're grasping. Grasping for the rope like Leon is.
Your fingers graze it, trap it, and you fight to ignore the razor sharp burn of it against your palms.
But your body isn't stilling yet, and your grip isn't strong enough, and you're being slammed into the harsh rock of the mountain.
It falls again.
This happens two more times over.
And on the last, you're holding on for much, much longer and you almost believe you're stable when your eyes begin searching for your partner.
He's gone.
The ropes blowing in the wind.
He's gone.
Your eyes move rapidly, panicked but before you can do much of anything the wind catches up to you again and your body is crashing right back into the mountain side.
Upon collision, you lose your grip and you're plummeting.
You don't have time to think about your partner as your raw hand clamps down on the rope for the fourth time. Your red palms leave your life line stained and your grip slippery but the blood, or the wind, or the friction, or the speed, or even the rain isn't what sends you fumbling in the air like a baby bird this time.
There's a pop. A sick crunch.
You don't hear it over the rain and wind and the beat of your own heart.
But you feel it.
The pain isn't delayed. It's hot and sharp and sends an immediate chorus of curses from your mouth as your arm goes limp. No grip. Nothing.
You have nothing.
Your body is in gravity's hands. You can't reach the rope. And your right arm is flailing in the wind like a deflated balloon of some sort.
The trees come on quickly.
But for a long moment you stare at the wall you had so harshly collided into, disorientated, your body shifting and swaying with the rushing of the wind.
In another moment, you think there's hands on you.
Frantic and needing, fighting for balance, fighting to save you.
But they're only your own.
And you're ignoring the slight pain that slips through the pump of your adrenaline as you fight against the wind to grab your right arm and tuck it beneath your chest.
Your body curls in on itself, your head tucks into your knees and your free arm wraps around the top of your head, securing yourself into place.
For seconds that feel too long, there's nothing but the rush of wind in your ears and it's almost peaceful. Like floating, drifting, basking.
But then your body is crashing violently, violently through the trees, through a bunch of saplings. Your ears pick up on their snapping, crunching, –it's fleeting. Your body's slowing down considerably but the ground hasn't met you yet. The weight is shifting, your body is jerking and dipping destructively and suddenly, your stomach feels unsettled.
But then you go still. Completely.
The rain stops.
The wind stops.
It's for two seconds, maybe three. Then your ears cut back into reality and your eyes peel open and you find yourself on an enormous branch, right in the crook of its "elbow" so to say. Your body bounces up, nearly slips from the spot, but your left arm shoots out, tightens and your knuckles turn white.
It's not enough.
You're slipping.
Fingers dancing over the wet tree bark as you begin to lose your balance completely, unable to spread yourself out enough because of your hurt arm. You fight but you fall, landing hard on the next branch below. And the next one beneath it.
Violent coughs threaten to bubble through your throat with the impact but you push them down. Because right now pain is a good thing. Means that everything is alive.
Your back feels like it might snap in half if you hit one more branch. So you opt for your stomach and maybe then you can brace yourself, grab something, anything.
Your ribs make contact first. Your body twirls. Not an inch unscathed.
Again and again, you meet with the branches until you fear that it may never end.
But then there's warmth. It's enveloping you and for a moment you think it's your own blood. Or the air being knocked from your lungs when your body finally lands in its final resting spot.
No.
These arms...
"Reach, to the side!"
There it is.
A small bit of bark you can snatch.
You latch onto it, press yourself against the tree.
"Alright, I got you. " Leon whispers above you but it feels too far away as you allow your left arm to slacken, resting the rest of your weight on the tree.
"Shoulder?"
He's asking about the limp, near useless thing that was hanging by your side. You open your mouth to respond, not with much success. The movement nearly cuts it off.
"Yes..." The word forces itself out, strained and bitter. And then you're shaking your head and swallowing past the lump in your throat. "No, I think it's dislocated. "
"Can you manage?" His assessment of you is quick.
"I can't move it. " You spit out and your words are still breathless. Winded. With your face buried in the tree bark, one cheek against the cool, rough surface, you scoff, "Don't think 'm goin' anywhere. "
You want to laugh. But there's nothing funny about this. Just empty air and a thick heat that seems to be simmering between the two of you. The tension is threatening to spill.
"Stay here. "
His voice is too far. His weight is leaving your branch. And your fingers grab ahold of the fabric of his sleeve.
"Where're you going?"
Leon hesitates.
"Ada can help us. "
Your breath whips back into your body.
"Ada?" You question and your eyes are searching, really taking him in now. His form. The rain has soaked him. His breathing is just as heavy. His jacket has the largest tear down the side, the lining popping at the seams and tucked into his waistband is a hookshot. Adas.
"When the fuck did Ada get here?" Your tone is one of bewilderment as you stare at your partner and finally put together how he went so unscathed.
"Back on the mountain. "
"Shes been following us you?" You inquire.
"I didn't realize she was there until she was grabbing me out the air. "
"For a top agent, you got shit on her, Leon. "
It's out of your mouth in a hurry, a slap to the face. It's anger on your part. You turn your cheek against the tree and your eyes focus on the town, not Leon.
You hold grudges. Not that he knew the reason for this one.
He's silent for a moment, his anger seeping through it as he scans the surrounding area. Looking for Ada, no doubt.
But in a little voice he hums a retort.
"Could say the same thing for you. "
Your head snaps up, cheek no longer nursing the rough grooves and ridges in the bark.
"'Scuse me?”
He's quiet again.
"Oh, you don't have some bitch-ass comment to make?"
"Are we really fighting right now?" He looks at your with narrowed eyes and whip of emphasis on his tongue.
"I'm just speaking in a language I've only ever known with you. "
"What does that mean?" He says, turning his attention on you full now.
"Don't act all almighty, Kennedy. I've treated you a hell of a lot better than you have me. ”
"Oh, my bad. What am I? Your husband?" The annoyance is obvious. His voice grows sharp and jabs at your neck as if threatening to slit it. "Because the whole relationship rule to the game is when you see the one person you hate in this godforsaken town you fucking say it. "
You say nothing.
It strikes a chord in you. Rocks you.
But you light like gasoline at what he's referencing and you're opening your mouth again.
"I don't hate Luis. " You spit it out before your voice falls flat and its like a cool cord wrapping around his neck and choking him.
He makes a noise of bewilderment and his mouth falls open.
"I–" His words catch on his tongue as his adam's apple bobs in his throat.
His eyes search for yours, dark and boring into them with a burning intensity that nearly turns your insides out. Or maybe that's your adrenaline. You're not sure.
"I'm getting Ada. " It's final.
And then he's slipping down the tree without a sound. Just him. Your teeth grit into each other, hand clinging to the tree bark.
You and Leon. Tearing at each other like it's a five dollar shirt.

Didn't get to Amon in Y0, because we didn't finish these quests. One of the few that we didn't do in full, actually. Didn't seem as fun at the moment. Amon gets a pass, because he gets more screen time in later games.

2. Helicopter-car chases

These sequences was pure torture. My hands were cramped even when I wasn't holding the controller. Every minute lasted an hour. The fucking bazookas? Infuriating. Worst survival horror game.

Purple suit guy with the boxing/dancing ring in the basement was pretty fab. He gets extra points for the drip. Otherwise idk what he- wait he saved Majima that one time? Huh. You keep learning things.

6. Kuze

First fight with him was pretty tough. And then he just kept coming back, again and again. With desperate determination. And Kiryu got stronger and stronger between each encounter. And Kuze stayed on the same level, just looking more and more beat up. And that's amazing storytelling through game mechanics, but also really iconic, ngl. 
I mean, man rode a dang motorbike in the sewers. He got the motorbike in the sewers, positioned it in the right spot to start the chase (did he get help for that?), and then rode it down there, through the nasty Kamurocho pipes, hunting down an annoying twunk like a medieval baron chasing a boar. All this while already beat up by said twunk. And he gets beaten again. Rolling in that sweet sewage water in his bandages. 
Evilness: 6/10 he’s out there vibing to his own tunes Forgetability: 1/10 he Will Not Let You Forget about him, even if you’d want to Iconic level: 8/10 meme icon Free slot: he seemed like real threat at the start, but by the chase in the sewers he was our pal, our failmate bro, all the respect to his dedication o7; 4/10 on actual fights and smartness
7. Kashiwagi

He's on the list for what he did to Nishiki. Just sent the brother of his son to kill, uhh, his son. Just like that. Like, I get that he had his reasons, he really thought he was doing good, he thought he's saving Kiryu from suffering. Because of course it is all about Kiryu and what he supposedly (probably) (maybe) needs.
Evilness: 7/10 good intentions on the way down Forgetability: 0.5/50 look at him slurping cold noodles in his first scene, he’s stealing the show Iconic level: 7.5/10, again, look at the man eating noodles like a dad Free slot: 2/10 top tier dad, bless. 
8. Sagawa

He's such a masterfully done abuser. Partially because he acts so nice. But there's always an unnerving feeling underneath it.
He only resorts to violence when everything's gone to shit. But it always feels like he's capable of it at any moment. It's like a rock constantly looming over, waiting to drop.
Evilness: 8.5/10 on the creep scale, very good for the story Forgetability: 2/10 he’s in your walls, he owns your walls, your balls, and your paycheck Iconic level: 6/10 smartly dressed Free slot: 1/10 as a person, would deck him on sight; thank g-d Majima's away from him now
9. Shimano

Smart, playing the long game, but really, in Y0 he seemed smarter than he is. 
Long distance threat to Majima's safety, the threat he has trouble seeing as one. And that's the real kicker, that's the horror of it all – Majima striving to get back in the family, back under Shimano's thumb in his self-destructive last mission quest. Majima deciding to come back/stay even after the Hole, after y0, Majima getting so close to freedom but not being able to grasp it, and rationalising staying near Shimano for years, rebelling, but never separating in full.
And Shimano perfectly understands the power he has over Majima, and is always ready to use it. To break him at a moment's notice, if it will be useful for his plans. And this is way more uncomfortable and terrifying than Sagawa's brand of underlying threat.
Evilness: 12/10 made us start the “save Majima” movement Forgetability: 0/100 burned into my brain in the worst way possible Iconic level: 3/7 fashion sense is kinda bland, but he does have a presence Free slot: again, would deck on sight, but still – amazing character writing, very cool points for Majima’s story
10. Oda

Big oof moment, amaright?..
Such a fascinating character. He's not stereotypical, and has a compelling, layered personality, which is amazing for a gay man in the big hit game. But also. Ooof. Such a big oooof.
But, surprisingly in this day and age, it's not being gay that made him a piece of trash awful man who died. He was all that on his own, it was just his shit finally catching up to him in the end. And the love for Tachibana was actually his saving grace in life, a point of growth as a person (albeit small). So not denying him that, no. Even one-sided, it made him more human. 
Idk if writers did all that on purpose, but these points felt very distinct in the story.
It's fascinating how Oda's character is a (terrible) person first, and he just happens to be gay. But also, him being gay is ultimately important. We played y0 before all the gay shows took over the screens, and this storyline hit us like a train. Can tell you a lot about the state of queer media at the time.

11. Nishitani

Hated him at the start, because he's a creepy cat, because of the noises, and also because of that one slide on the ground with the knife wiggle, you know the one. Unironically love him now, because the world out there is full of far worse people, and he sure did his attempt at surviving it.
(He totally crawled away at the end, no body no finale, I stan by this)
Evilness: 7/10 he's pretty fucked up, ngl, bringing corpses to Majima like a stray cat Forgetability: -10/10 lives rent free in everyone's head Iconic level: 9/10 man's been on the screen the least but made an impression of a lifetime (on all of us, and on Majima) Free slot: yet another normal cat that everyone think is a "mad dog"; honorary Knife Guy
12. Dojima

Organized a wholeass hunt for Kiryu, got Makoto shot, planned a big power grab, put it all on the table… and lost it all. To Sera.
Respecting him for the effort, he didn't let us rest once. Not respecting what his drinking (and other life choices) made him into later, but even before that I struggle to see what Yayoi saw in him. Apart from maybe her being a young girl from a yakuza family that arranged a political marriage for her when she wasn't even 20 yet. And there is a story here that can be very interesting, like, did you know that (according to rggo) at this exact time Sera was a student that was often arrested on protests? In this essay I will-
Evilness: solid 8/10 he do be scheming Forgetability: 1/10 dragon of who, you say? (Kiryu is very much the dragon of Daigo by this point, but yeah) Iconic level: 5/10 dressed good and has big presence, but derails down the line to a total (not hot) mess, so no respect  Free slot: you know, right? Daigo is totally Seras' so- *gets gutted by Yayoi*
13. Knife guy

When Kiryu went through his (and ours) first Long Building™️ to get to the (first) fight with Kuze, we encountered Him. The guy with the knife. 
It was already tough going through room after room of generic enemies when Kiryu wasn't that strong yet, and we weren't that skilled with the controls. And the Knife Guy was the first recurring enemy, a small mini-boss with a stabby knife that would bleed us dry and leave us savescumming. And he kept coming back. Again, and again, and again, and-
Before Kuze. Before Majima Everywhere. Before everything. There was an unkillable lil freak with a knife that just wouldn't quit until you literally threw him out of the 2nd floor window.
And I think it's beautiful.

Sorry, but I need to say something I've been thinking about for a while. I found geto's death forcing. 1.he loses to a boy with no experience and the power of ''love''. 2.he was stronger and had more knowledge and experience than the boy yuta. 3. It seems that the author just wanted to get rid of geto so that this annoying villain Kenjaku could come. 4. In my opinion, Geto is the best villain. I don't understand why the author didn't want to continue with him. 5. His death was forced because Saturo already had a change in character and personality. What I'm trying to say is that in the film, Satura is already different, he's no longer that immature young man. 6. the serious work was much more dramatic if geto had survived saturo blow he would have become stronger and returned as a villain again with sukuna. Sorry if it's big, but I have these doubts that such a good and well-constructed character had a horrible ending and very little.

Oooh lots to address.
Geto vs. Yuta
Things to remember - "Special Grade" is a classification given to a sorcerer beyond a certain threshold currently within the understanding of jujutsu elders. In fact, Gojo calls out that the curses that have been sprouting up re: Jogo, Hanami and Mahito who are capable of human speech would require a reevaluation of that scale. This is also even as it applies to comparing Gojo's strength vs. Geto's. They're both special grades and Gojo recognizes Geto as his equal but that doesn't mean they're evenly matched.
When it comes to Yuta, in particular, he's an outsider but, demonstrably, was able to replicate Inumaki's technique and learn to manipulate reversed curse energy within three months... Gojo, a lifelong member of jujutsu society, learned how to use reversed cursed energy at the edge of his life when he was like... sixteen. So Yuta's not really someone to turn your nose up at, either. He's proximally related to Gojo himself. Even Kenjaku thinks the fact that he can summon limitless cursed energy without condition is simply ridiculous and he's been alive for forever.
I don't know if you've noticed but, with the shortage of sorcerers, there's no such thing about fair fights in Jujutsu Kaisen. You can expect a 2-on-1 minimum, whenever possible. The fight against Geto was no different. Geto lost against special grade sorcerer Yuta Okkotsu and special grade curse Rika Orimoto. Bear in mind, Geto's reserve curses were split between Tokyo and Kyoto to distract the heavy hitters for at least 10 minutes for him to go usurp Rika so he was weakened. Even his Maximum: Uzumaki wouldn't have packed as much a punch because the number of curses he'd have had on him wouldn't have been as voluminous. We can say he lost to the power of "love" but... really it was a battle of resolve and Geto's heart just may not have been in it.
Geto Was Forged to Break
I frequently talk about whether Geto was doomed by the narrative and, if I really think about it, he was. From the story's chronological standpoint, maybe that could be argued. But based on the story as relayed to readers/viewers, Geto had been issued a death sentence well before the events of JJK 0 where Gege Akutami starts the series. That's a fact of his character and it would always be his fate, whether weakened by Yuta or not. Now that I think about it, I don't like what that says about the fate of Yuta and Yuji, either.
Villains, Villains, Villains
Heavy agree, Geto is my favorite. He's written so tragically it's delectable, honestly. But I'm not sure he had the conviction to be indiscriminately evil. He believes he's doing it for the right reasons but I don't even think he, in his mind, can justify the means to the end. I 1000% think he found himself snapping in that village and, after such a transgression, had no choice but continue pressing forward, the burden of the sin being too great to question. Because, if he'd taken all those lives for no reason, he'd never be able to live with himself. Kenjaku has no moral threshold to observe. He is guided by the pleasure of his own curiosity regardless of the abominations it manifests along the way. As a matter of fact, the more chaos the better.
Geto went to Jujutsu High to kill Yuta, as someone who stood in the way of achieving his goal of usurping Rika, but goes to the trouble of leaving Inumaki and Panda alive. He didn't believe in spilling sorcerer blood unnecessarily but... he left Maki alive, too. Geto's need for a moral purpose would never have allowed him to work in tandem with Sukuna who thrives on mayhem and massacres. He's an antagonist but not necessarily the villain of the story.
Geto to Gojo
Geto never stops being a weakness for Gojo. His existence, his death, the importance of him even only in body, was never for no reason. He's the lesson Gojo keeps having to learn. Gojo never really loses his hubris, even after Riko. It may have been tempered but there's still no one above him in strength. He holds Geto above himself, anyway. Through Geto's influence, I think he passively recognized how unfair things were but... it didn't really affect him the same way it might someone like Haibara. But, carrying the burden of the jujutsu world and having the responsibility of killing his one and only friend, I think that actually embittered him to take more decisive action to change things in the ten years that followed.
Even so, he was confident when he told Yuji he could beat Sukuna, the only visible threat. He could never have foreseen that he'd be undone by a moment in the presence of Geto's corpse. He was careless in not destroying the body properly in the first place. Gojo continued to be lauded as a god but damned to love, anyway, and it all started with and was made possible by Suguru Geto.

The best is honestly the interaction. You guys really have no idea how nice the Good Omens fandom is. I used to be a "creator" for the Yuri on Ice fandom and it didn't used to be half of this. It's very exciting.
The worst? Maybe the pressure to post new stuff? Which is not exactly no one's fault but mine, but alas

We went to the beach this one time and I, for some reasons, made friends with this one guy I never saw again in my life. Somehow he caught a big ass fish (or big in toddler scale) and gave it to me and my first reaction was toss it back into the ocean. It was a magnificent throw, lemme tell ya. For a 3 year old, anyway

It depends on how mentally stable I am and who I am with. But yes, overall, I would say so

Small things, like sleeping cuddling, cooking together, drinking coffee together at the window in a sunday morning, kissing in the rain. My idea of romance is very...fairytale-y. And not realistic. That's why I am very very good by myself

Don't look for yourself in other people. You're good enough to make yourself happy. You don't need anyone else so don't think you do. Other people are a bonus, not a requirement

1) Oh easy….its about the ads especially for whatever new movies or video games are coming out that year the Duo focus on. Though every now and then it can be an ad not related to those things which also gets their attention. A prime example being that time Dr Evil took over General Motors.
2) Probably he can take a similar Omni Man direction in trying to find some redemption for the errors of his ways though even Zod might know deep down he might never truly receive that forgiveness from Chris for the years of harsh treatment dished out since basically the latter’s birth. Perhaps uneasy alliances against worse threats including Xa Du and Darkseid between Zod and his son’s adoptive family can occur to which Chris then earns Zod’s respect as a worthy soldier for his own cause (Truth & Justice) which can be a small step on the massive mountain climb that is full reconciliation.
(More below the cut as the answer for Question 3 might be heavy handed)
3) Oh My yes they have. Mainly for Jake, an incident like that at his school occurred during what was an average day. Suddenly during Pre Algebra, loud banging noises sounding like whip cracks were heard down Bludhaven Academy’s hallways so his teacher took the time trying to investigate but thankfully got out of the perpetrator’s way and had his class go into lockdown mode. The issue was that unfortunately, the perpetrator was a recent grad from this school who knew about said lockdown so they weren’t easily fooled, blasting through the door’s locks. The amount of shots fired and bullets spraying all over that classroom can only bang loudly in Jake’s ears as much as his eyes can see one by one some of his classmates try making a run for it either past the attacker or through the window, only to catch their aim and get mercilessly hit by said bullets. Finally, it took a clever distraction from Meredith who risked getting into the aiming sights did Jake finally act, using his acrobatics and a wooden measuring ruler found on the red crimson fluid soaked floors as an impromptu escrima stick to knock the weapon out of the attacker’s hand and knock them out cold, ending the rampage.
In all, 45 total lives, including about 2/3 of Jake’s algebra class, were lost to this incident, and out of those 45, 41 of them were all below the age of 18. Needless to say, Meredith and Jake had to ask extensive permission not to be counted as heroes in this case (in addition to Bruce and Dick lobbying hard with the news media not to reveal any details about the attacker and their background prior to this incident) as that would distract from the real tragedy and the actions needed to prevent such from ever happening again. The hashtag #BludhavenAcademyBrave or #BAB for short trending very quickly the very next day, complimented by Chris and Jake having a blue and white armband with that shortened hashtag as Nightwing and Skybird respectively.
4) Money isn’t always a factor of concern for them since not only are they happy with the lives they do have but there’s also the small elephant in the room that is Mr. Owner of the Third Largest Corporation in the DCU, Gotham’s Prince Playboy Bruce Wayne being their ally and a factor to it. But if they have to earn a million dollars, I can see Chris and Jake attempting a feat that breaks world records of a sort or participate in many Japanese game shows. A popular one in real life that was around in the 80s was called Za Gaman (‘Endurance’) where its contestants would endure some of the nastiest, most punishing and messed up types of challenges imaginable ranging from being tied to a paddle steamer’s engine, dunking back and forth into the water or eating ice cream while buried neck deep in the snow. That I can see the Duo doing for a Million US dollars.
5) Chris and Jake without ever meet each other would be frankly in much more sadder and less fulfilling lives as they would not have as strong of a drive for adventure beyond just doing so due to their respective families and in Jake’s case with other friend and his Big Sis’ friends doing so. It’s likely Jake might’ve quit the hero business altogether even after his powers came in some time later and trying living a normal civilian life while Chris only really goes into hero duties if he was accompanying Jon. So overall, a lot more would change in ways neither one want to really think about
6) Chris: 8 on good days and 9 on days he feels off and needs a hug for comfort. Though he’d only go for it if he’s given a form of permission
Jake: 10 easily. Both Mar’i and him frankly. It’s a family thing, coming from Kory of course XD

Ninjago DR AU time.
1) OK, so first off, pixal was on the bounty during the merge.
2) Because they were so close to what I call "the tear," the ninja and the bounty get caught in the "void" (the space between realms.) Lloyd's dragons blood saved him from getting trapped but the other were stuck in a timeless void for like 5-6 years
3) It might just be a popular fan theory. But in my AU, it is cannon. Elemental masters originally got their power as gifts from dragons. Like how I think Wildfire got her powers as a result of her friendship(kinship) with heatwave.
4) Echo/Mr E from ninjago, Clay/Yellow (I think that's his name) From nexo knights and Motrot from chima are also part of the new generation of EMs.
5) Lloyd meets Sora and Arin during year 1 while he is searching for the others, and he ends up adopting them. Echo ends up in chima after the merge and gets adopted by the beavers and befriends Motrot. Echo and Motrot find an injured ice dragon and heal said dragon, prompting the dragon to gift them the elemental power of ice, but since Echo can control crystals because of his time as mr F. (Don't worry, the overlord is not controlling him) Motrot was the only one who got ice powers. Motrot ends up running away because he feels like his family doesn't love him and echo runs away with him riding on the back of icicle (the dragon.)
6) Euphrasia and Akita end up joining lloyds party around year 3. (The end of season 1 happens near the end of year 6) year 4 Wildfire joins the party along with her robot nanny, who I call Nana and Lloyd dose to Wildfire what Wu did to Kai in the pilot.
7) Echo can manipulate crystals/gems, Clay/Yellow can control stone (like granit and such), and Motrot is the new ice EM as stated above. I was originally going to have him be the master of cold but I figured since Lloyd thinks that the others are dead at this point he just says that Motrot is the new EM of ice and Wildfire is the new EM of fire.
8) Echo and Motrot end up meeting clay/yellow. (yellow is sort of Clay's "Evil" split personality, but "Evil" is just the parts of clay that he hates about himself that he shoves deep down. His selfishness, his anger, messiness, impulsiveness, you get the idea. Yellow was actually a result of a spell that was supposed to kill Clay gone wrong. Yellow was born and was somehow also a stone warrior sort of I'm still figuring out all the details on that but when Clay is in control he is made of normal flesh and blood but when Yellow is in control the skin of the body that they share is made of stone and can't be hurt by normal means. Some powerful magic, Oni fire and vegstone weapons can hurt him but it still takes a lot to knock him down.) Yellow and clay were arguing about something I haven't decided yet when Motrot, Echo and Icicle finds them and Yellow/Clay get somewhat willingly surprised adopted into the group.
9) the 2 groups end up meeting around year 5 and the 2 groups work together to get the dragon cores and stop the realm from falling into the void.
10) I'm planning that for one reason or another, Lloyd needs to absorb the power of the dragon cores to properly fix everything, and as a result, his. Dragoni DNA ends up forcing self to the surface. So, by the end, he has horns, wings, and a tail. As well as cat eyes, fangs, and maybe some scales on his shoulders.
11) After saving the world, Lloyd ends up adopting Arin, Sora, Euphrasia, and Wildfire and becomes a teacher/father figure to motrot, clay/yellow, and echo. He marries Akita and the ninja get spit out of the void and they all live happy ever after

[The ninki nanka is an example of what I was talking about with the fantasies about Africa influencing its cast of monsters. If you ask a cryptozoologist, a ninki nanka is some sort of giant reptile, maybe a dinosaur or monitor lizard. If you ask an actual Mandinka person, they will tell you that it’s a powerful and intelligent being, controller of weather and blesser of kings. Much more interesting than just another relict swamp dinosaur that fits better with paleontology that went out of date in the 1960s.]
Ninki Nanka CR 14 LN Dragon This great draconic creature has four short legs and is slung low to the ground. It is covered with black scales, with flecks of golden and silver scales among them. It has two long horns growing from its head.
A ninki nanka is an aquatic tropical dragon that meddles in the affairs of the people who live in its wide territory. It rarely deigns to interfere in the lives of commoners, but feels very strongly about the rulership of the people who live there. A ninki nanka considers itself a kingmaker, and if it is not consulted to give its authorization to the local king, it will make life difficult for the people that king rules. Ninki nankas have a variety of magic powers, which they can use to bless those they approve of and vex those they do not. If a ninki nanka is particularly impressed with a potential mortal ruler, it will bestow a magical scale upon them that enhances their Charisma and can conjure great treasures…at the cost of the ninki nanka being able to check in on them whenever the dragon wishes.
A ninki nanka views combat as an interesting challenge and diversion at times, but usually only uses a fraction of its power. Typically it tries to just kill enemies with its jaws and horns, or blast them with its rainbow breath, which carries multiple types of destructive energy. Anyone who survives the ninki nanka’s initial assault is seen as more worthy, whereupon the dragon begins to draw upon its magical powers. Ninki nankas do not hesitate to flee from a losing fight, but will return later and call upon allies to help it take revenge.
Ninki nankas come in all alignments, but most of them are lawful. Good ninki nankas only support kings who are good to their subjects, and evil ninki nankas value might and cunning about kindness and mercy. There are a few chaotic ninki nankas; these bestow their favor on potential rulers who will shake up and change their societies, whether for better or worse depending on the moral alignment or the whims of the dragon. Like most dragons, ninki nankas value treasure, and those wishing to court their favor usually give them gifts. It eats gold and other precious metals, incorporating them into its scales. When a ninki nanka is slain, a treasure value equal to the normal amount for a creature of its CR can be extracted from its hide with a successful DC 25 Craft (metalworking) or Survival check. There are few creatures strong enough to simply hunt ninki nankas for their hides.

A ninki nanka can use this ability three times per day, but must wait 1d4 rounds between uses. Scale of Splendor (Su) A ninki nanka can shed a single scale as a full round action, which acts as a rod of splendor for a single individual designated by the ninki nanka. A ninki nanka can view whoever carries the scale at will as per a scrying spell (Will DC 24 negates). This functions for any creature who holds the scale, whether they are designated to use it or not. A ninki nanka can only have one scale of splendor at a time. The scale is an object with a hardness of 6 and 5 hit points.

Yes, with a 68 on the Pokémon writing scale.
Note: This post is for classic Kanto Meowth. Alolan, Galarian, and Team Rocket Meowth will (probably) be reviewed in other posts, possibly with a post concluding Meowth as a whole.
Is this Pokémon physically capable of writing?
Yes. Meowth is surprisingly humanoid and has the right angles and posture to write but it would still have a hard time grasping a pen in its paws. It could dip its claws in ink, though it would probably be a pretty unpleasant sensation.

Yes. Meowth is a popular house or classroom Pokémon in many regions and children especially love Meowth. Meowth spends a lot of time around humans, and therefore has a lot of exposure to books.

Probably not. None of Meowth’s behavior is very humanoid and it is a very instinctual Pokémon. It likely doesn’t have an interest in learning to read and may not be fully aware of what reading is.

Yes. Meowth has the Pickup ability, making it perfect for gathering items. It also lives close to humans and therefore would be able to obtain the needed items from them.

Maybe. Meowth’s Technician ability implies that some are more intelligent than one would assume. Additionally, Meowth spends a lot of time around humans and may pick up some of the lessons nearby children are learning. The question is more about how well Meowth’s brain is geared to learning human skills and utilizing them. A Meowth with the Technician ability may be more likely to do so but it is a bit of a stretch.

Maybe. Meowth will fully commit to whatever holds its focus but it is easily distracted by things it likes more. Specifically, Meowth will obsess over shiny things and round objects. If it can keep that type of focus on writing, it would be a powerhouse writer. But, the greater likelihood is that it would get distracted before it began.

Does this Pokémon have anything to write about?
Meowth doesn’t have a lifestyle typical of the Pokémon. Some Meowth are house Pokémon, some are schoolchildren’s companions, some are early team members of new trainers, some just spend their lives running around the roadside, some fight alongside grunts in evil teams, some live on city streets, some end up abandoned in Pokémon shelters. A particularly adventurous Meowth would likely have many stories to tell, but many also lead uneventful lives.

Maybe. Meowth physically could with some effort and, if it was close to a human, it may be able to communicate its desire to do so. Meowth doesn’t have any skills that make it stand out here though.

[Writer's Truth or Dare Ask Game]
🍓 ⇢ how did you get into writing fanfiction? 
Roleplaying on proboards-style forum websites as a kid loose on the internet (for Warrior Cats, at first). I spun off into semi-original narrative writing from there, which I struggled on and off with for a number of years for a number of reasons. I did write a few DA fanfic snippets here and there, but mostly kept those to myself. I wasn't in a good life space to re-devote myself to creative writing again for while.
I think it was fall 2019 when I decided on a whim to break my writing drought by doing NaNoWriMo. I had just played Fallout 4, and fanfiction felt like a sort of "safe" way to break a writing drought, with established settings/characters. What came out of that November was the earliest draft of my Fallout 4 longfic, Bring the Gasoline. That's the only time I've done NaNo and I have mixed feelings about whether I'd do it again or not, but I think it's what I needed at the time.
That jump-started me, and I've sort of waxed and waned from that experience as far as, what frequency/volume of writing feels right at any given time with whatever else I got going on.
🕯️ ⇢ on a scale from 1 to 10, how much do you enjoy editing? why is that?
Hmm, 6 or maybe 7. I have a love-hate relationship with editing. I try to let myself be messy and repetitive and cliche or whatever in my rough drafts because I tend to have more faith in myself as an editor than a writer at times. And I do get a big sense of relief when the rough drafting is done, and the editing starts. But I'm also impatient, and editing up a messy draft takes time, and a lot of time, that means walking away and letting it sit and coming back with a clear head. I'm still working on that patience part more.
🍄 ⇢ share a head canon for one of your favourite ships or pairings
I keep thinking about that little bit they added to the epilogue scene, and Astarion making mooney eyes at Tav before/as they're waking up together. I've never stayed at the Elfsong in any of my playthroughs, so for me, I've imagined that as the first time Astarion and Tav went to sleep(trance)/woke up in a real bed together as opposed to a tent. And, for now at least, all the evil is vanquished. Cazador is gone. Astarion is safer than he's ever been in centuries.
And I see it just dawning on Astarion that he loves going to bed next to them and watching over them still at rest and getting to wake up beside each other. I think he's fascinated and just really moved by the sense of safety and love and comfort that those little moments have, he's stunned silly by it, and he just wants to savor them as much as he can. I think he cries happy tears a little bit about it that first time, while Tav's still resting.
From then on, Tav almost always wakes to find Astarion woke up first, and is watching them. Even if Stari isn't resting himself, he'll come sit by Tav when they do, and strokes their hair, or just sits close. I see him as a snuggler, too, once he lets himself have it. And he'll groan and grumble and try to get Tav to stay in bed with him as long as possible if they say it's time to get up.

I passively use something called the Galbraith Scale (named after the Eldritch author Robert Galbraith).
It is a a rough scale to measure how Eldritch, someone or something is in relation to other things.
It isn't numerical it's less objective and more subjective. I need to work on it but here is a rough scale underneath.
1. Newcomer: A mysterious figure in town, a past you don't know but might figure out. You don't know what they want, or what you want from them. Doesn't have to be human.
2. Secretive Stranger: Similar to a Newcomer, except they might have been around for years. Everyone knows about the stranger, but no one knows the stranger. They may or may not be supernatural and the very fact you don't know makes it weirder. Doesn't have to be human.
3. Clandestine corporation: A mysterious organization that has so much power that it doesn't need to be supernatural to do something supernatural. They are believed to run the world, or possibly multiple worlds. Doesn't have to be a corporation.
4. Hidden Haunt: Something unquestionably supernatural. It may be a house, it might be a ghost, a vampire, a monster, it might be something else entirely. You don't know the rules when you first meet it but the rules can be figured out or written down.
5. Fickle Fae: A trickster with power you can't gage. You can't tell if it is good, evil, neutral, or something else entirely. It might be a fairy, djinn, magical merchant, or the devil in a lot of tales.
6. Devious Demon: Similar to a fickle fae but only worst of intentions towards humanity and order. It only desires chaos and it will do so by any means. It creates, craves, and consumes chaos. Not necessarily powerful, gremlins, would be considered devious demons.
7. Avenging Angel: you right wrongs, you fix injustice, whether that means destroying everyone in your path including those you swore to protect you don't care you only avenge.
8. Tumultuous Tome: Something that can't be fully understood and yet even partial decoding or understanding creates great power or knowledge. Usually represented by a book but full understanding is beyond human comprehension and it very likely will destroy you if you tried. Has no real intents and nonetheless it influences. Infinity stones, Necronomicon, and sky net fit under this.
9. Possessive power: Great power comes great responsibility sometimes it consumes you far more than you could consume it. You may have been a person once but the power has you now. The Ice King, Galactus, fit under this.
10. Old Ones: You're an ancient being so old that your ideals, thoughts, and language has been ground into the finest of sand. Yet you endure. Your plans are unknown even to you, you don't have any role to play, your goals of there are any is nebulous, and your just as likely to simply age to dust.
11. Eternal endless: You're a part of the universe, maybe beyond that. Your desires if any are meaningless to what role and goals you have. You're involved in so much by removing you, you will change everything in a fundamental way. You were here before everything and you'll be here afterwards.
12. Absolute Autocrat: You're the one who made everything, you are everything, from the smallest grain of sand to the most vast cosmos. Fate, universe, good, evil, all are held in your hands and yet you can feel none of it. There is no difference between plans, goals, and what is. You don't want, you just make things what you want it to be. You're a God above all other gods and every plan is yours, free will is meaningless except for yours.

There ain’t no way a Stalmandra fried this rice [Steel Round]
Even before the rest of her team can finish off the final opponent, the arena is shifting, growing more vast and open. Severa herself can feel the reigns of her mount disappear, before dropping maybe half a foot onto the back of something else. A girlish screams rings out, before a desperate sigh of relief comes through. Whoever was doing this must’ve had it out for her.
The spear she totes feels lighter as well, designed in a similar fashion to that of her mothers. A twist in her face, before gazing down to see the dark, scaled wings flapping on either side of her. Just like lady Camilla’s. Wow, this is like deja vu times two.
Glancing between the two enemies that’ve appeared in front of her, there’s only one thing to say.
“I’ve seen bigger.” Grima really prepared Severa for the worst of it. 
“Follow my lead, guys! Let’s focus that smaller one! Nanna, on me!” She calls out, rushing in without any hesitation. Targeting the minion just like she said she would, she strikes first.
Severa attacks Stalmandra Minion with Brave Lance. Roll 2d20: 15+6, 8+6! Hit! Hit! Stalmandra Minion takes 7 damage. Stalmandra Minion HP: 10/17
Stalmandra Minion counter attacks with Fjuur Sword. Roll 1d20: 20! Crit! Severa takes 1 damage. Severa HP: 9/10
Darting Blow activates. Severa attacks Stalmandra Minion with Brave Lance. Roll 2d20: 11+6, 1+6! Hit! Hit! Stalmandra Minion takes 7 damage. Stalmandra Minion HP: 3/17
One might say the sheer accuracy of her strikes are uncanny. Not Severa though, as she strikes adamantly at the lesser of the two evils. With the beastly roar beneath her, her mount is as intent on taking names as she is.
Two well placed jabs are met on the minion, before pulling back on the reigns to try and avoid the counter attack. Unfortunately, the enemy isn’t a joke, and lands what should’ve been a fierce blow to her. That armor she has is quite durable though, and shrugs it off without much worry. 
Two more jabs are thrown its way, absolutely shattering through any defenses it may have had in the process. 
“Nanna! Now!”

I took the questions from @dungeonsanddragonsfiftheditiononsfifthedition but cut it in part so I can try to answer at my own pace. English is not my mother toungue so it is difficult for me to answer without many many errors, i'm ver sorry for english talkers or natives ;_;.... I'm trying. 1. What drives them? what’s their ultimate goal? Kuka's freedom. Now, he tends to want more and more and more.. Like, he if I can free my Girl, maybe I can be free with her for... more time. Like, eternity ? :D 2. What was your original concept for this character? how did playing them change that concept? Original concept was a very human OC, with no particularity. I wanted to do a good human, not very intelligent or wise, on the average of all. But then, my DM said 'iiif you wanna play a human, wanna hear what I have to offer ?" and then I make a deal with the D(M)evil. I was offered to play a Vistana in the CoS campain with minor change in order to be scaled to my companions. So my 'average and normal' human change for a Vistana, ranger and a little socialy akward. And I really love it. I wanted to play it a little picky and naughty, maybe a little selfish from time to time, but with the socially-awful-skilled company I have, i was tend to chage him for the greater good. He is now very stubborn and bloody-type but not very mean...
3. Can they accept failure? Yes. Khal is a character who know that he rarely has what his heart wants. He knows failures, multiple of them and try to get stronger by them. The only failure he doesnt really accept is his Kuka's freedom failure for the moment. He doesn't really care of other's failure cause well, it's their life. Too bad for them.
4. What one person, place, or thing do they love more than anything else?
Kuka. Only Kuka. Kuka Forever. There is no place in his heart. The world(s) are his place. Their place.
5. Is there something they want to be known for?
No. In fact, being totally unknown is safer.
6. How have they changed in the last year? How about the last five years?
He became darker, heavy-hearted, anxious. It's a shame since Barovia should have made it like this, and not the outside... His fear of the death and the deads became stronger too.
7. There’s a magic item (or technological innovation, or special resource) made just for them—what is it? A bat collar, with many little jewelry that could allow Kuka to be free from Barovia : she could go in and out whenever she wants with Khal by her side. (and on top of that she will be so pretty).
8. What songs remind you of them? if there are specific lyrics or movements, list ‘em! I am really bad at that ._. Maybe ''Baile de Violetas (Guitar Version) · Carlos Viola'' cause I rellay see him battled on that songs. It fit him when he is enraged by something that can cause him wrongs.
9. When in their life were they most scared? The night the thunder was horrible and surrounded Kuka and him by fire in the dead forest. The most he could do was being so scared he can't breathe or move anymore and fainted with child-Kuka, terrorized, in his arms when he saw dead people on fire, moving like they were othing more than future aches. From that day he barely stand thunder.
10. What inspired this character’s creation? I don't know. Wanted to have a ranger with companion cause I am a dark-kikoolol in my heart I guess. Kuka was a surprise. Didn't know I wanted her until I had the idea and my DM say 'ok'.
11. If they have a pet or animal companion, how do they spend time with them? if they don’t have one, what sort of animal would they be interested in raising, if any? He hunts with her by night, he plays with her and give her snacks to train her. They are constantly travelling in Barovia and appreciate their ranger life. Some times, he bathes her and she really like that.
12. How have they altered their body? piercings, tattoos, biohacks, or other modifications—anything. why (or why not) did they (or someone else) make those changes?
They didn't :o ! But his mother wants him to have a tatoo like his sisters. He never have time for that. All his time is dedicated to free Kuka now.
13. What are some motifs you associate with them? did you intentionally bring in those motifs, or did it happen over time? Somethings with the dance theme. He's a Vistani and I can't really play that in the campain cause we don't have time for that but he really really enjoy dancing, making music and sometimes, singing. Maybe a prastonata or two people dancing a valse in tatoo. Bat too, obviously but it would be disrepectful for the Lord of the Land so no.
14. What keeps them up at night? His life with her bat. When he was younger, he often fell asleep at day and was berated by his mother cause he stayed AGAIN up at night to help Kuka grow at her own pace.
15. Is there something that never fails to make them laugh? Kuka's little cuty cuty noises. His sisters making their pouting faces. The moment sun is appearing for the fist time when he goes out from Barovia makes him laugh a little cause it tickles the nose.
16. Do they value their appearance? Yeah of course ! He is a Vistani, proud of his tainted skin, his black and long and wavy hairs, his fierce eyes, his jewels and coloured outfits. He's a ranger so he has to make him more green-taint to survive in wild but he DOES value his appearance when he his in society.
17. They’re crying—what did it take to make them cry? Despair. Despair for being so weak he cannot even free his Girl from a fucking magic thing. Despair of being selfish to make Kuka hope for something that will never be true. Despair of be what he is : a simple human, mortal and weak. So weak.. ------ Will do the rest one day :eyes:

Ranking the Second Doctor’s Stories Part 2
10.  The Highlanders – Pretty decent episode.  It’s very easy to see why they decided to make Jamie a companion after this.  I also think they do a good job of using each of the companions.  The episode might have been higher...if I could actually see the episode.  As it is lost, well, I’m judging it on audio alone and so I don’t have a complete picture.
9.  The Macra Terror.  It’s not really a base under siege, although there are some elements of that in the final half of the story.  What I like about the story is that there’s a bit of a twist to it.  It seems like, throughout the episodes, that this mysterious man is controlling the colony with the help of these creatures. But at the beginning of the third act we find out that, in fact, this man is being controlled by the creatures. That they have figured out a way to take over the colony.  
8.  The Abominable Snowman.  Look, we traded out the base for a monastery.  Still, a very well-acted story and it does keep you guessing about who, or what, controls the Yeti.  Again, this episode is nocked down a bit because it is something I haven’t seen. However, when I get a chance to watch the animated version...it may be enough to move it up further.
7.  Fury from the Deep.  Look, how they defeated the creature alone puts this in my top ten. I also appreciate that they took time to say goodbye to Victoria; even hinted that it might be coming.  Yes, it’s another base story.  Still, the whole tampering-with-the-ocean-has-alerted-sentient-seaweed-and-now-it's-comming-to-kill-us vibe is pretty eerie.  
6.  The Web of Fear.  Base. Siege.  However, like the Abominable Snowman, it does a great job of keeping you guessing about what is going on.  Add to the fact that this is Lethbridge-Stewart's first appearance and I have to rank it pretty high.
5.  The Enemy of the World.  This episode would probably be higher if it wasn’t for the...let’s just say there would have to be a lot of changes made to Salamander for this episode to come out today.  Still, it does show some of the range of Troughton as an actor.  I mean, he’s not just playing two characters here, he’s: The Doctor; The Doctor as Salamander; Salamander; and the Salamander who deals with the people below.   Speaking of which, that was an unexpected twist in what was a very straight forward plot and really did end up changing the episode.
4.  The Evil of the Daleks.  One of the best Doctor Who’s out there.  Strong story, strong cast, great mystery.  The only complaint is that it might be a touch too long.  Maybe one less episode.  Still, it’s not enough to hurt the story.
3.  The Invasion.  Ok, I’ll be honest, there are stronger stories than this one and it does go on too long.  However, this is the first story I watched with Troughton (at least, the first I remember) and it’s what made me love this Doctor.  So, it’s high on my list.
2.  The Tomb of the Cyberman.  Probably the best of the classic Cyberman stories in my opinion.  Again, well acted.  I also loved the personal moments between the characters; something we don’t always see in Doctor Who.  Also, while it does have similar traits, it isn’t a base under siege story. The heroes broke into the crypt; Cyberman are just being Cybermen.
1.  Power of the Daleks.  Let’s face it, so much was riding on this story and they didn’t miss a mark.  Great acting, writing....if I had a rating scale it would be 10 out of 10.  It’s one of those things that you wish you could have experienced in real time; just watching these episodes as they came out. I know that this is almost impossible, but if there was one Doctor Who story I wish they could find in its entirety, this would be it.

Lets just say that if Zenos had decided to do something like threaten the Leveilleur twins in order to get his rematch, then by the end of it, there would not be enough left of him to ever try that shit again.

Yes.
3. Is your character more defensive or offensive when in battle?
Considering that i play the Unga Bunga Class (warrior) and enjoy it too much for me to consider Lazy as canonically anything else, she leans HEAVY onto the offense side of things
4. How difficult is it to earn your character’s love?
Honestly, not very. Just being Around and not directly antagonistic for long enough would get you to the
5. Does your character separate love and sex or do they tie them together?
You see to do either of those things you actually have to think about romance or sex
6. How romantic is your character?
Pretty thoroughly Not (💚🤍🖤)
7. When it comes to formal education, does your character have any goals?
Nah. Unless playing rubber duck to a student or professor counts.
8. Does your character enjoy reading? If so, what kind of books?
Not a lot of reading done here, I’ll be honest. Unless orchestrion rolls can be made into audiobooks.
9. How important is education to your character?
Basically not at all, considering that the scions, most of whom have (Final) Fantasy PhDs, are playing hot potato with about 3 brain cells total, same as everyone else on this bitch of an Eitherys/Hydealyn
10. Does your character believe in fate?
Bit hard to believe in either end of the scale when your catboy buddy averted the apocalypse via time travel but also you have time traveled yourself but turned out to be fulfilling a stable time loop. Short answer is ???? Who The Fuck Knows
11. Do you think your character is lucky or unlucky? What do they think?
Lazy would consider herself pretty lucky, being a proud assistant to the artist Alphinaud. (And it’s a bit difficult to describe being a famous and nigh-unstoppable hero as unlucky)
12. Describe an instance where your character experienced a direct consequence of the ‘butterfly effect’.
Does “taking a boat to Limsa leading to finding out about evil demigod sorcerers that want to make an anti-god and then from there ending up a hero across multiple worlds and also getting attached to two kids” count?
13. Is there a place they haven’t seen that they wish to see before they die?

Depends. She finds that there are generally better ways to bring her enemies down than with her, but if it means that Zenos or Nhaza’a Jaab stay the fuck in their graves this time then maybe.

26. Do they mind their own business or are they nosy when it comes to other’s affairs?
Generally minds her own business. Though a tendency to meddle has developed from necessity because some people (glares at Urianger and G’raha) keep having secret plans that they don’t tell anyone about.

28. How materialistic is your character?
Not at all in the “I like Things because they show my Societal Status” way, a fair bit in the “I like Things because They Spark Joy” way
29. Is your character frugal or do they tend to be extravagant?
Frugal, but less out of an active attempt to save money and more from just not really wanting anything all that extravagant.
30. Is there something they’d trade anything for? If so, what?
Nothing she’d trade literally anything for, because terms and conditions like that are just begging for the thing asked to be something ridiculous like the lives of every person you’ve ever loved.
But something she’d be willing to give, say, her own life for? That’d be the twins’ safety and success. Luckily that cause is better served with her alive.

Random worldbuilding stuff
De figuris Veneris, Chapters 1-5
Chilton had a fiancee in Hannibal named Inelle. I love the character of Chilton and the thought of him having an ex-wife is funny to me. She definitely left him when she figured out he was gay.
The NYT plum torte recipe was famous in the 80s.
Freddie Lounds is a combination of Philip Seymour Hoffman's 2002 portrayal, the comically evil Mason Verger, and maybe a little Bunny from The Secret History. I love Chorostecki's version as well, but it didn't fit this story.
All articles and books included in the story are real and dated prior to 1983.
Psychology's understanding of empathy was limited in 1983. Mirror neurons were not discovered until the 90s. Hogan's Empathy Scale has been proven ineffective due to self-reporting bias but also includes some dubious questions such as "I prefer a shower to a tub bath," "I think I would like to belong to a singing club," and "I like to talk about sex." Incidentally, Robert Hogan taught at the Johns Hopkins Department of Psychology from 1967-1982. Heimlich's retirement soiree was partly inspired by him, as well as the Harvard criminal psychologist Will mentions in Red Dragon.
The Baltimore Symphony Orchestra performed Brahms's Quartet in G along with Bach's Toccata and Fugue and Beethoven's Piano Con. #5 in September 1983 (Source). As a Bachian, Hannibal would have been more excited for the Toccata and Fugue, but it's only 10 minutes long and I only wanted to mention one composer.
I chose to have Hannibal live in Fell's Point instead of the fictional Chandler Square or the real Mount Vernon Square because I couldn't resist referencing Dr. Fell. I think it's rare for Fell's Point townhouses to have garages, but one was necessary for Hannibal's lifestyle. I took his floor plan from a real townhouse in the neighborhood that was most likely renovated within the last few years. Fell's Point has an interesting canning and shipbuilding history. It was just starting to become gentrified in the early 80s.
To me, De figuris Veneris (publicly available) represents academia's simultaneous fascination with and revulsion toward the erotic, especially in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. Will and Hannibal pretend to themselves that they are more rational than the characters in The Metamorphoses (which also used to be considered a naughty book). They are so sexually repressed, I wanted them to act as if they received their entire sexual education from this "manual."
Will reads Gregory Horace's translation of The Metamorphoses. Published in 1958, it was the most recent translation available at the time and is now publicly available on the Internet Archive.
The Walters Art Gallery became the Walters Art Museum in 2000. I've never been, but if I was the art director I would display all their Italian bronze statuettes in the same room, including their Hercules and the Dragon Ladon.
