Before an actual final season premiere on a national French television, a sneak preview in the panel is yet to be shown in-person at the Angoulême International Comics Festival (AICF) on Thursday late-afternoon (January 25th, 2024 at 5:30pm -- France local time).

In a televised trailer 'X Network' (formerly Twitter) released Tuesday afternoon (January 16th, 2024), the heroes of the Brotherhood of the Tofu, Yugo the Eliatrope, Prncs. Amalia Sheran Sharm, Ms. Evangelyne the Cra, Mr. Ruel Stroud and among others have fought against formidable enemies and ancient evils. But sadly, things are gone crazier and darker situations as the fate of 'The World of 12' rests on their shoulders.

K5 News FM learns exclusively that the runtime for this 4th Season of Wakfu is 22 minutes long, with a final 13 new episodes.

At the time of the writing with a confirmation from Ankama Studios and Zodiak Kids & Family (part of Banijay Group), theories in French kids cartoon suggest between LoliRock and Wakfu will not be planning to do a crossover episode for now, in and outside of this same public broadcasting network on Wakfu's final season for France Televisions.

As reported exclusively between AnimeTVFrance news bureau (via The X Network) and Ankama News (also via the press release division of Wakfu), we do know that the new episodes to be aired back-2-back on primetime until early mid-March 2024.

The VIEVECOR CITY GAZETTE (VCG) is Vievecor City’s supernaturals-only news bulletin. It is a publication that has been magically tailored by the city’s techno-pagans to keep the supernatural population of Vievecor City up to date with what is going on in the city. These publications are usually sent out at the beginning of each month in the form of highly encrypted e-mail blasts that will be automatically deleted from an inbox after 48hours.

MARCH 2024 EDITION

This year’s Lunar New Year potluck was a hit! The supernatural community would like to thank the werewolves for hosting a successful potluck. Being able to share different foods from across different cultures made it such a delightful affair.

There have been several human calls made to animal shelters and pest control hotlines about strange animals around Vievecor City and even reports of strange, otherworldly creatures. There has been a recent outbreak of some magical creatures in the city and the Council wants to urge the community to help catch these creatures as soon as possible so that they do no cause further harm or draw attention to our community. The Dumisani coven will reward anyone who catches and hands these creatures over to them.

This month’s full moon will be at its peak on the night of March 25th. It will last for three nights and the Lycaon pack has opened the forests of Chissob Hills to all other packs and lone wolves who need space to run. The supernatural community is strongly encouraged to not go near the Chissob Hills forests during this month’s full moon. The community should also be aware that heat week for the wolves is approaching this month and they are strongly encouraged to not go near the Chissob Hills forests during this month’s full moon.

RUMOUR HAS IT…

While there have not been Artemis-related attacks in awhile, a supernatural plant and pet store in Chissob Hills called Claws & Effect was recently found abandoned. The rest of the supernatural community is justifiably curious about what happened and some have dropped by Claws & Effect to take a look. From the outside, it looks like the plants the store within have overgrown and completely taken over and the Dumisani coven has cordoned off the store with barrier magic to keep anyone from entering. A half-scrubbed off hunter symbol of Artemis still remains visible on the storefront of the store. The supernatural authorities have sent a message to the community through this month's gazette, but have not officially given them any other information. What the community knows from observance is as follows. The Claws & Effect's owner, a Dumisani witch named Makena Harris, is nowhere to be found. The plants inside the store have remained growing strong even after the witch's disappearance due to her remaining magic, but all the animals in the back room, including some illegally-smuggled magical creatures are all missing! Some of the magical creatures that are known to have been spotted around Vievecor City include:

Piskies - Small humanoid-looking fae creatures with insect-like wings. These creatures are usually found in countrysides and forests and are known mischief-makers. Piskies are willing to help anyone steal as long as they are given what they covet most -- new clothes. They are coveted by smugglers because they make good thieves. About 30 piskies have escaped into the city.

Kappas - A green reptiloid yet human-like being with webbed hands and feet and turtle-like carapaces on their backs and are roughly the size of a small child. They have a depression on their heads that retains water, and if this is damaged or its liquid is lost (either through spilling or drying up), the kappa is severely weakened. While they mostly keep to themselves, these creatures like to stay in or close to bodies of water and can become aggressive when threatened. They can easily kill unwitting humans. Kappas are coveted by magical creature collectors as they are an endangered species. About 5 kappas have escaped into the city.

Salamanders - The magical salamander is the smallest dragon in existence. The largest they can grow up to is 9in/22cm in length. These creatures can start fires very easily because they can generate flames around their entire bodies when they feel like it, be it from being threatened or simply from needing warmth. Salamanders are considered a starter dragon by beginner magical creature collectors because of their size, but are often quickly discarded when said collectors move on to rarer dragons. About 10 such salamanders have escaped into the city.

Truthfully, he didn’t even remember what he’d been working on, but it must have been something interesting, at least, to keep him out of bed for so long. He was just dedicated to his work, that’s all. But right now, he just wanted to go back to sleep. So he continued to act like he already was.

Solomon walked in, shutting the door behind him, and made his way towards the bed. He flicked on the light on the nightstand and set down the bowl of soup he’d brought with him. The creamy, honey-colored broth smelled wonderful, but he doubted Simeon could tell, given the state he was in. He hadn’t caught anything life-threatening – the otherworldly equivalent of the flu, from what Solomon had gathered – but not something that anyone wanted to spread around. Luckily for all of the angels and demons, humans weren’t susceptible to it, and couldn’t be a carrier for it, either. Because of that, Solomon had been serving as Simeon’s caretaker since he fell ill.

He works his hand from around Simeon’s shoulders into his hair, tucking his head underneath his own.

If he doesn’t look at it, it isn’t real. He can pretend that Simeon isn’t struggling to hold his own weight, that his eyes aren’t dim and hazy, that he hadn’t left a thick trail of honeyed blood behind them.

He doesn’t ask what the dream could have been about to push him to his breaking point, because it isn’t difficult to guess, given recent events. That, and Solomon won’t tell him if he did. Talking about it makes it feel too real to possibly cope with.

They are currently estimating 21" of snow coming into where I live starting at around 2 am March 23rd and going for about 24 hours.

The Code Journey 2024 Edition - written approximately 1 year ago. Monthly influences for February - What To Focus Your Thoughts On - March 11th through the end of the month.

"We will want to use extra caution with weather as it can be unpredictable at this time. It is important for us to remain close to safety and to not take any chances with storms in our area." "If you can make certain that you have extra supplies on hand and with you, then you won't have to rely as much on your logical mind."

March 25th Full Moon (influences often start up to 3 days early)

"Turbulence, upheaval, drama, and erratic weather is likely to be present. Storms can be deadly at this time. Nature is trying to balance itself and be free of those that want to control it."

I am blessed to be able to tuck myself away inside during this storm and for 2 days following it. Made certain that I have plenty of food for a couple of days, in case things turn rough here. The last time that storms this big hit our area at this time of year was 10 years ago and 30 years ago. It caused great damage with roofs collapsing, and people being hurt. This storm is a little bigger than both of those. With the temps in the low 20's; this snow will still be on the heavier side. So sad to see this happen on Maple Syrup Weekend - a big weekend for many local individually owned maple syrup sugar shacks. Most will continue things on Sunday; but Saturday will not happen for most of them.

This is the last pre-release reveal for side: PRIDE, next week onward will be Infinite Forbidden until its release. We also likely have March 25th, 2024 reveal for the next main set's title.

Role of skilling, education in media and entertainment sector critical in realizing vision of Viksit Bharat: Secretary, Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, GoI

Bridging the skill gap requires collaboration between industry and academia

MUMBAI, 07 March 2024: Mr Atul Kumar Tiwari, Secretary, Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Govt of India today said that the Indian media and entertainment sector is growing rapidly and there is immense potential for skilling in this sector. This sector has been growing with a CAGR of over 13 per cent in the last few years and employes 30 lakh people directly and 55 lakh indirectly. Skilling combined with education and scaling can help India achieve the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047, there by supporting the GDP as well as establishing the prowess in India’s soft power, he added.

Addressing the session on ‘LEAPing into the Future’, at FICCI FRAMES 2024, Mr Tiwari said that in order for India to prosper, there is a need for creating a mass awareness about skilling. The New Education Policy (NEP) along with all government policies focuses on skilling. All sectors of the economy are recognizing that skilling is going to be a game-changer for India. With our country's demographic advantage, having the youngest and the world's largest number of working-age individuals, skilling will lead to a significant enhancement in productivity and employment. We have the youngest population in the world, largest number of working population and skilling them will lead to a great deal of enhancement in productivity and employment along with competitiveness, he noted.

Mr Tiwari also emphasized spreading awareness on ‘LEAP – Leveraging Education to Accelerate Progress’, which is the need of the hour. That nothing is more creative than making a film. The government, he said, is working to identify and bridge the skilling gap through policy initiatives along with industry and academia collaboration. “There is a need for us to identify the opportunities and create awareness among people, especially in tier 2,3 cities to attract more talent,” he emphasized.

He further stated that the M&E sector has experienced a remarkable transformation with the advent of the internet, revolutionizing entertainment consumption. The dynamics of content creation have shifted, leading to a buzzing M&E landscape that not only entertains but also promotes and preserves cultural heritage, added Mr Tiwari.

He also stated that the Indian media and entertainment sector not only provides support to nation’s GDP but also promotes tourism, increase in cultural exchanges and strengthens India’s soft power.

Mr Subhash Ghai, Renowned Filmmaker & Founder and Chairman, Whistling Woods International (WWI) highlighted the role of education and skilling in media and entertainment sector. He added that we are currently relying on memory-based education rather than skill-based education. It is crucial to develop skill-based education in the country, noted Mr Ghai.

Mr SK Pathak, Secretary General, FICCI said, “In the 25th edition of FICCI FRAMES in 2025, we will identify the transformational changes required in the media and entertainment industry, focusing on the initiatives needed for India in 2030.”

Mr Ashish Kulkarni, Chair, FICCI AVGC-XR Forum and Founder, Punnaryug delivered the vote of thanks.

Ms Hande Ercel, Turkish Actress was also present during the inaugural session.

“Later this year [2024]”: Jeff Grubb’s latest on the anticipated release window for Dragon Age: Dreadwolf is that last he heard, it’s planned to be released later this year. This isn’t a guarantee and it could still slip, but he reported that internally this is when BioWare expect to release the game and that they are feeling pretty confident about this. Given that DA:D is officially slated to have its full reveal in Summer 2024, that would likely place “later this year” in the second half of 2024, after summer (so Fall/Holiday).

April 13th-ish - The MELE official website will update with another post like this one providing information about the game and the changes it contains (a look at the remastering process with a strong focus on the visual changes across the trilogy).
