BALITANG LOKAL: Negros Oriental declares State of Calamity due to El Niño phenomenon

BAIS, NEGROS ORIENTAL -- Selected provinces of Negros Oriental region in the Philippines have being placed under a State of Calamity (SOC), per the declaration via special session at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) on Thursday (April 18th, 2024 -- Bais local time) after the Department of Agriculture-Provincial Agriculture Technology Coordinating Office (DA-PATCO) reported that the damage to agricultural products or crops and livestock due to the drought caused by the prevailing El Niño phenomenon, in relation to an extreme summer heat in this said province was PHP229.8M (or U$D3.90M).

In an interview with Philippine News Agency (PNA) as one Executive Director of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) named Adrian Y. Sedillo that identifies the affected municipal towns of local government units (LGUs) are those of Santa Catalina, Bayawan and Mabinay.

Cited from a local council of PDRRM, chaired by a Provincial Negros Oriental Governor (Mr. Manuel Chaco Longa Sagarbarria) to the SP to declare Negros Oriental province under the said SOC. They did not have any recorded health incidents related so far; leaving Dumaguete City, Sibulan, Tanjay and Bais is on the partial safe zone in the central southeast to northwest Negros Oriental region.

This was the first time in history on Tuesday (April 23rd, 2024) to declare some municipal areas for this summer season in the El Niño phenomenon.

Affected municipal towns are distributing free water from the LGUs, which were later shortened to its localized water supply as a pre-caution. It is best to refrain all the outdoor activities that may increase risk of heat stroke and other illnesses like heat cramps & heat exhaustion that continuously exposed to our human body.

[MPi]) showcases 'Lincoln Albert Loud', his friends and the 'Loud' family on one of their biggest and 'LOUDest' adventures yet, engaging in various spy-themed activities.

As the trailer video proceeds, fast-action scenes and humorous moments from the 2nd movie sequel franchise of TLH are at display to build hype for a televised online streaming release. Because of extreme mental issues and financial constraints from our end, relating to Asperger's Syndrome, the worries about money that they can't afford to donate thru our own non-profit organization 'ONC Foundation', and less likely to attract potential clients or website visitors on us in the unreachable low audience or skipping the algorithm points in every news, religion and entertainment content possible… We are switching temporarily into online news publishing mode in all platforms, which in context to read like a digital newspaper from a portable document file (PDF). In short, we go all full-time to go online and to monetize content for the news readers themselves.

One of the best shocking moments in history, as the ratings goes off the roof from our beloved news readers worldwide, from our social media partners at 'The X Network' (formerly Twitter) goes to Cartoonshi in the United Kingdom. The only notorious anti-reviewer and a toxic YouTuber for the alleged animated fandom wars tackling in and exposing cartoon communities of 'The Loud House', as featured exclusively on OneNETnews Investigates.

But today as unfortunate, Cartoonshi understands that they have no longer interest on both Nickelodeon franchises between TLH and The Casagrandes despite brazenness of hate, yet to target to harass all the show creators in his violent way possible and refusing to make any apology as of this press time. SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA -- It was a sad feeling for Brony fans of 'My Little Pony' in the Bay Area that the organizers of Bay Area Brony Spectacular (BABSCon), the local fandom convention have announced that 2025 will be their final event in San Francisco City. The announcement has caused many devoted attendees to feel a sense of emptiness and nostalgia for BABSCon's tightly-knit community in the post-G4 or 4th Generation of MLP.

During its first year, which started in 2013 when the popular cartoon animation 'My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic' was airing its 4th season on The Hub Network (before it was renamed several months later to Discovery Family in the fall of 2014). It has grown from being simply an MLP local convention to become a platform where enthusiasts can meet up for cosplays, panel discussions, merchandise vendors, and among other activities by the locals and around the globe.

A Californian travel vlogger named Mr. Kevin Patrick Hogan is one of those people who could most closely capture what BABSCon really means over time. In a video posted on his personal YouTube channel (owned by Google's Alphabet), Mr. Hogan chronicled the official closing ceremony of BABSCon 2024 held on Sunday night (March 31st, 2024 -- Pacific local time). His local footage showed the attendees sharing heartfelt goodbyes and memories of what they accomplished during the closing ceremony.

As we are getting nearer to 2025, when BABSCon will be held for the last time, fans have taken to social media platforms such as 'The X Network' (previously known as Twitter) to show their sadness and appreciation for things that happened in the event. Yet despite all these mixed feelings as a Brony fandom like us, many still intend to make good use of this year's convention time before it ends.

Further details about BABSCon 2025 plans were not available at press time from our e-mail correspondent to Equestria Inquirer Manila. However, judging from enthusiastic feedbacks on various online forums by bronies themselves, it is not difficult to believe that next year's final BABSCon will be an unforgettable experience filled with tears.

At the moment, you can register early or purchase tickets via registration.babscon.com, but there won't be any live streams from the organizer of the source event. However, you must definitely come in person, which yet to pay your own transportation and a hotel to stay for a few days.

Local and global fandom communities of MLP are saying goodbye to one of the oldest and most cherished gatherings that have always had an impact on BABScon-ners until now.

It's a saddened, heartfelt time when a long era is yet to end there. But it has not prevented the enthusiasts from joining hands in order to celebrate this magic and friendship which was a soul of Bay Area to be comforted after this post-4th Generation of the series in 'Friendship is Magic' era.

Around last Tuesday morning (May 30th, 2023 -- Japan local time), a disturbingly graphic incident occurred during the 10th episode aired on national Japanese TV. It was reported that Ichigo Momomiya, who is a former rape victim and deeply beloved main leader of the 'Tokyo Mew Mew' team was attacked her fellow team members.

This shocking turn of events unfolded as the Blue Knight, transformed into Deep Blue, revealed himself to be Mr. Aoyama Masaya, a high school student and girlfriend of Ms. Momomiya at Daikan Junior High School (DJHS). Her betrayal and excessive anger at being unable to protect her loved ones left her feeling enraged and vulnerable.

Local witnesses in Japan have reported that Momomiya exhibited bold aggression towards her teammates, resulting in a confrontation that left them deeply unsettled. However, an earlier accusation of rape against Mr. Quiche Ikisatashi was dropped and legally dismissed by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department (TMPD) after an unnamed Japanese lawyer paid their fines on behalf of the independent extraterrestrial officials.

Despite ongoing resolution of that legal matter… Quiche's rape case, sexual assault and consistently impregnating Momomiya remains a total violation of the Japanese law and a source of great distress for her and her loved ones. Yet, Quiche is completely cheating and stalking their relationship as a couple, and is having sex non-stop above the bulkhead building, apart from her boyfriend Mr. Aoyama. The extraterrestrial officials who had intervened earlier have since been unable or unwilling to intervene further, leaving the world unable to prevent this tragedy and leaving her boyfriend feeling deeply betrayed. Frankly though, she is considered liable for public damages that lead to Momomiya's eventual arrest warrant by the TMPD.

The anime community, both nostalgic fans and newbies alike of 'Tokyo Mew Mew' have brazenly shocked the news worldwide, including entire prefectures of Japan that Ms. Momomiya is a former rape victim via Quiche, and fans are questioning the team's future as reports initially appeared thru TXN News.

'Tokyo Mew Mew' fans are speculating that Momomiya's change may be due to her extreme stress, anxiety, and the pressure of saving the world (resulting a last resort symptom of a deeper psychological issues, such as mental breakdown or split personality, which now potentially known as Dissociative Identity Disorder [DID]), but others think there may be a more profound and sinister reason behind her worst behavior, hinting at possible possession or supernatural influence.

Despite her worst efforts, Ms. Momomiya has been unable to fulfill her duties and responsibilities as a main leader of the 'Tokyo Mew Mew' team, and it is increasingly unlikely to recover that she will be able to save Japan from imminent danger.

With this for a saddened conclusion, as merely noted by the licensed Tokyo medical doctors, health professionals and the TMPD, Ichigo Momomiya was charged with 4 counts of frustrated murder and a mental abuse of Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID). She was now sentenced between 20 years into life imprisonment but exempted for her rape victim role, which may soon ended up for a potential death penalty if proven guilty.
