TOURNAMENT PARTICIPANTS
Greetings, everyone, our contestants have been finalized, and I want to provide a certain opportunity before the preliminaries begin. Namely, to provide additional propaganda for competitors in need of it. So, I have created a form to collect this new propaganda, and a list of both preliminary and non-preliminary participants under the cut. An asterisk next to a name indicates they have fewer than three pieces of propaganda, which is the amount that will be included in each poll. This form will be open for the duration of the tournament. You can make as many submissions you want for any character.
NOTE: The order of participants does not reflect the bracket matchups. Preliminary matchups will be announced next week, and the complete bracket will be announced after the preliminary round is finished.

TA-DA! Your Chocolate flavoured Jotaro with Buttercream icing is READY!
Occupation: Childcare worker
"Mr. Kujo!"
With a waddled run, your daughter ran up to the tall tree of a man that was her day carer throughout the mornings. Jotaro only about turned round to call of his name before the small child hung onto his leg, bell-like giggles leaving her mouth.
"Good morning to you too."
He says as he bends down to pick her up and sit her on his hip. Only a few steps behind her, you walk into the establishment with her small pink Ladybug & Cat Noir bag. You hand him the item with a wide smile.
"Can you believe? She literally woke herself up and attempted to get herself ready because she was so eager to come see you."
Exaggerating his expression, Jotaro leaned back as he raised his eyebrows at your daughter.
"Whaaaaat!?"
The young girl giggled as she momentarily hid her face in Jotaro's shoulder. The man took his other hand to pinch her cheek before looking towards you. His eyes intrinsically watched you up and down.
"You look nice today. See you got the office fit on."
You give the man a jokingly warning look before rolling your eyes. He more than anyone was aware that you were lucky enough to work from home most days. Nevertheless, there was a whipped smile on your face.
"Yes, Jotaro. Believe it or not, I do actually go into work every now and then."
Spotting one of her daycare friends, your daughter wiggled within Jotaro's arm to signal she wanted to go down. The man took the hint and wordlessly placed her onto her own two feet. Both of you watch her run off to the other younger girl. You and Jotaro look on with endearing faces as they hug each other hello.
"By the way," You start off with a hushed voice. Jotaro slightly bends himself down so he could engage more personally with you, one of his hands lightly cupping your elbow.
"Her fathers gonna be picking her up today. I don't have him down as an emergency contact so I'm just letting you know."
Jotaro's eyes cautiously scan your face for any give away signs.
"Is that a good or bad thing?"
"That he's picking her up?"
"Mm." He confirms.
You shrug your shoulders, eyes piercing back at his.
"No comment."
Jutting his bottom lip outwards, Jotaro pulls back as he looks over you with an audacious expression.
"Want me to scare him off for you?"
Smirking up at him, you lower your gaze as you match his daring face.
"Whilst that'd be nice, no. He kinda wants to be back in her life again so I can't really deny him that, you know?"
"Sure."
Jotaro takes a long inhale before breathing out noisily. With his lips curled inwards he rocks backwards onto his heels. You don't say much after that, but concerning you hadn't rushed on your way to work yet, Jotaro guesses you had time to spare.
Jotaro folds his hands behind his back. He softly sways into you so that he can bump his hips with yours before asking down at you;
"Do you want him back in your life?"
The question surprises you, especially because of how you didn't expect him to ask such a personal question. All the banter that you shared so far was harmless and superficial at best. But with how Jotaro couldn't even look you in the eyes and how the tips of his ears surged deep red, there was no helping with how you wanted to tease him.
Reaching your hand out, you warmly pat Jotaro square in the middle of his chest.
"Nah. I already got a man around."
Jotaro initially doesn't catch on to what you're saying, his face screwing down at you in perplexity. But once he sees the impudent smile on your face and relishes within the fuzzy feeling that your hand left on his chest, his blush then sinks down to settle over the apple of cheeks.
“Good grief…”
The black haired man turns you round by taking a hold of your shoulders with both hands. A musical laughter leaves your throat as Jotaro jokingly escorts you out of the premises.
"Go! Get to work already." He grumbles, albeit with a smile on his face.

Thank you for your patience, everyone! The participants have been chosen, the bracket has been tentatively created, and preparations for Round One are underway!!!
Thank you for the feedback on my poll about the number of participants. Although the option for accepting further submissions had the most support, after narrowing down the eligible participants to 102, I decided it would be best to continue with the current number so the tournament could begin! As a result, some characters with a higher seeding will automatically move to the second round to accommodate the awkward number of competitors.

Hero Artifact Ideas
I'm sure you all have seen my recent Hero Artifact pictures, where I basically make some BS empowering artifact meant to basically be Light Novel protag level power-ups to various protagonists.
Those were the first ones I put to paper but I have a few more roaming around in my head. Here is a list of heroes I am trying to come up with weapons for and some concepts that I have for some of them:
(Note: an * next to the name means that I haven't fully watched the series and have just heard a lot about it from a friend or have read up on it a bit, so I am a bit limited on design ideas)
Naruto Uzumaki (Naruto) *: 9 shuriken made from the same metal as the Uzumaki Adamantine chains, can use Flying Thunder God technique on them, each contain Tailed Beast Chakra. With Chakra from lots of people and the Hashirama Cell Wood Release he can make a new Demonic Statue of the Outer Path and become a 10 Tails, but this is a risk to Kurama.
Ichigo Kurosaki (Bleach)* : must connect all 3 of his powersets, each power represents one of the worlds: Quincy = Human world, Hollow = Hueco Mundo, Soul Reaper/Shinigami = Soul Society. Small Quincy ZXanpakuto has laser blade like other Quincy weapon.
Natsu Dragneel
Son Goku (Dragon Ball)*: Power Pole upgraded to let Goku fight more conceptual threats using the more mystical nature of Ki. Goku later turns it into dragon tattoos.
Ruby Rose (RWBY)
Izuku Midoriya (My Hero Academia)
Maka Albarn & Soul Eater (Soul Eater): Moon charms that share Black Blood and Anti-Demon Wavelength. Maka can access weapon blood and so can Soul.

Electric Sword (has a lot of electrical aliens, references Ascalon, also references Take-Mikazuchi a Sword and Thunder god from Japan who was in first sumo match, referencing Sumo Slammers), or a Band that gives him Ki powers (X is Roman 10 and pronounced “chi”, and Chi is also a form of life energy like Mana b/c fuck you writers saying only Gwen can use mana).
